this is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people's not got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
News Anchor
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA Media I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Stephen K. Bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. War Room here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. Wednesday 25th March Year of War 2026 the swaggers which never left the grassroots movement is evident in the Commonwealth of Virginia in Georgia, where these great patriots are fighting every day. Friday's evidentiary hearing, obviously live from cpac. We're going to have a lot of people there at the studio built by Rev but and with Patriot Mobile right next to us. But we're also going to have to cut in for war News in Georgia, this evidentiary hearing. But the most important thing is another poll out this morning. I think Paxin up 6 or 8 points. Also Poly Markets has PACS in 5347. Now that's not a poll, but those things have been pretty accurate. That Cornyn is sinking after all that money. Why that is a hat tip to the grassroots of the great state of Texas. What you have done on Prop 10 in this whole beginning, the process to stop the Muslim invasion of Texas with Sharia law and what you've done with Ken Paxton is nothing short of magnificent. And you've just shown the nation what can be done. And this week at CPAC we are all about one thing and that is promoting the grassroots. You know, the Steve Stearns and the precinct strategy and everything. Because that's the future, don't you know, all at the top, hey, this is happening. That's happening. The muscle, the political muscle. And this is what the left understands because it kind of copied our model. The political muscle is there. And we have so many fights. This huge fight on AI Joe Allen's going to join me in a second But a jury yesterday had some real comeuppance on this punk Zuckerberg. I want to play. You talk about grassroots and you talk about a hero to all of us is a guy that put it all on the line and has been crushed financially. You should know that behind the scenes, Mike Lindell's taking a massive hit and he doesn't give two Fs. He's Mike Lindell and you're not. That's what he tells the FBI and everybody like that. He's not going to back off. He could have backed off. He could have never gotten involved. He could have backed off years ago. Could have backed off years ago. And what he do, no, pure honey badger. Not going to quit. We got a clip yesterday, one of these hearings. Let's play it. I want to bring Lindell in this
Senator Josh Hawley
reached into tens of thousands of private communications, emails, records and personal data. Toll records, bank records, donor lists, law firm records, and other personal files relating to every major conservative organization were subpoenaed. Who were the targets of this? Donald Trump's campaign, the RNC, the Conservative Partnership Institute, Save America PAC, America First Policy Institute, and even MyPillow. Because God knows we have a national security threat from rogue pillows threatening our country. Watergate broke into an office. Arctic Frost reached into the private lives of thousands of Americans. Meanwhile, conservative leaders found themselves equally violated. The Biden administration sought the phone records of nearly 20% of the Republicans in the Senate, including multiple members of the committee, including myself. Without our knowledge, the FBI took the cell phone data of nearly 20% of the Republicans in the Senate, including information about with whom we were talking, how long we were talking, and from where we were calling. Toll records are not trivial. They are a map of your life, giving insight into your relationships, your movements, your patterns. Such invasive subpoenas were granted by Judge Boasberg, a Democrat appointed judge, on the premise that any one of us, or to be clear, all of us as duly elected United States Senators, would destroy evidence, tamper with witnesses, or obstruct justice.
Stephen K. Bannon
These hearings the other day were amazing. Mike Lindell, you were one of the stars of it. Why was that, sir? What did they try to do to you?
Mike Lindell
Well, it started in January of 2022, and this is right on the heels of Lawfare, sued by machine companies. And every time that I spoke out to secure our elections and spoke out for our great president, and it was almost like they passed the baton to our own government that attacked the doj, the FBI, irs, all attacked my pillow and myself. We were the first Ones it was all in to just destroy my pillow so that I quit talking about securing our elections. And there you have it right there. I mean, it almost got to the point where as you got debanked as things kept happening to my pillow, you're sitting there, how can these things keep happening? Who's behind this? What kind of evil is behind this? Then we find out last summer it was our own government and this could happen to anybody out there. This was, we were just, we were just on the front lines getting into to my pillow. Steve, it's a miracle.
Stephen K. Bannon
They want to take the leaders out. That's why they came after you. The miracle, though, is a miracle. And when God has miracles, it's through human agency. It was human agency of you and the people at my pell that wouldn't stop, wouldn't quit. And when Big Box canceled, when Walmart canceled, when everybody canceled, and then the war room posse stood up and said, hey, we love the products, we love this company, we love the people there, and we love this guy. We're not going to have his. Talk to me. Give me a deal today. Because the way that we've done this from the beginning is you keep saying that. Go, hey, I'm not going to. I don't have the cost of going through Big Box and screw Walmart. I'm a, I'm a cut right to the chase and give you the discounts. What do you got for us?
Mike Lindell
Absolutely. And you guys, this is, this is right now. This is the last day, everybody. We had to move factories because the one that bought our building a year and a half ago was a very woke company. I believe they're part of this. And they said just at the last minute, we're not going to renew my pillows lease. So we said, okay. So we did something that they didn't think could be done in less than two months. We moved our whole factory, but we had all the products there. Rather than move them twice, we said, hey, let's put them on sale for the war room policy and give them free shipping. You guys be at the benefit. The mattresses, the mattress toppers, made in the usa. You guys, these are. They get. You get the best sleep of your life. Lowest prices ever. $99.98. As low as $99.98 free shipping right to your front door. And we don't have to ship them twice. Since you guys get the savings, you help us, my employees, and you help us keep, keep on going. Stay in the fight. If you guys go to mypillow.com war room. We still have a lot of the closeout products in that warehouse today, but this is it. Order today. Get your order in now with promo code War Room. Do all your shopping today. This is it. And get that free shipping right to your front door. And Then call my employees, 800-873-1062. They love talking to you guys. They'll give you, you get that deal. Tell them, you tell them you're six two. They love talking to you guys. They'll give you, you get that deal. Tell them, you tell them you're with the war room posse. Promo code War room. And you guys, we're all in this together. And you guys, by the grace of God, my pillow still standing. And, and we, and with help with the war room posse. So it's a win, win, win. Promo code War room. Thanks, Steve.
Stephen K. Bannon
We'll see at its cpac. Mike, make sure everybody positive this, this, this offer today. We'll see at cpac. Brother, keep fighting. Okay, a bunch of big things happening on AI and the tech side. Let's go ahead. We got two cold opens for, for Joe Allen. I want to do one first on Meta. Bring Joe in and then we'll get to the, to the hill in the Valley. Let's go and play the first one.
News Anchor
Meta says it plans to appeal after a New Mexico jury found it liable for failing to protect children from sexual predators and misleading users about the dangers of its platforms. The jury ordered the tech giant to pay $375 million in damages. New Mexico's attorney general who filed the suit called it a historic victory, saying, quote, meta executives knew their products harmed children, disregarded warnings from their own employees, and lied to the public about what they knew. CNN tech reporter Claire Duffy joining me now. This is breathtakingly big because is this the first time that Meta has been sort of put in a position where the jury's telling you are accountable for this?
Claire Duffy
Yeah, Sarah, it's huge. I mean, for years we have heard these concerns from parents, from lawmakers, from advocates about the risks to children on Meta's platforms. And this is the first time that we're seeing a jury hold the company accountable for that. And this decision came after less than a day of jury deliberations following this seven week trial. The jury finding Meta liable on all counts in this lawsuit for violating New Mexico consumer protection law, including for willfully engaging in deceptive and unconscionable trade practices and as you said, putting children at risk. They have ordered meta to pay 3,375 million dollars in damages. And this is just the first phase of this trial. In the next phase, the this case will be presented directly to the judge and we could see matter ordered to pay additional financial damages and also to make changes to its platforms. And I think this really gives you a sense of where sort of the American public, where a jury is standing on this company on this issue right now. Take a listen to what one of the jurors said following this decision yesterday.
Tax Expert Cameron Kinsey
Social media has really become menaceta as
Claire Duffy
a company itself and what it has
Tax Expert Cameron Kinsey
come to represent and should be trying to represent better and in just protecting teens and people that are going to
Claire Duffy
be on those platforms. It ultimately swung that way because the
News Reporter
majority of the 12 people agreed that
Stephen K. Bannon
there was willful violation.
Claire Duffy
So Meta does plan to appeal this decision. And I'll read to you what a spokesperson told me yesterday following the decision. They said, quote, we respectfully disagree with the verdict and will appeal. We work hard to keep people safe on our platforms and are clear about the challenges of identifying and removing bad actors or harmful content. But again, Sarah, I think this is such a significant moment in terms of setting a precedent that other states might end up following.
News Anchor
Yeah, it's huge in the fact that Congress has not managed to do any reining in of any of the social media platforms. This is the first time that a jury is now saying, hey, you guys have to do something or you're going to pay for it. Claire Duffy, this is big. I know you'll be following it. I know Meta is appealing this. We'll see where this case goes from here.
Stephen K. Bannon
Okay. Joe Allen, this is big. It's bigger than the 345 million fine. This shows you their vulnerability and they are panicked. This is code red moment for them, particularly since Zuckerberg testified and they just came back and said, you're a liar. And here's what we're going to find, here's what we're going to do. And you're right, Congress has not done anything. This is why you're dedicating your life to this right now. Joe Allen, let's take this piece of it. How big a deal is this?
Joe Allen
Well, it's enormous, Steve. This is the first real instance where a state has held a big tech corporation liable. Right now it's happening with the background of the White House national policy framework on AI, which calls for a degree, a large degree of shielding from liability, pretty much total shielding from liability for the big tech companies. And if you hear David Sacks speaking, incidentally, as this ruling was announced. You had David Sacks speaking at his Hill and Valley forum talking about how it really is the responsibility of parents to deal with these issues if your child is being groomed online or if they are descending into AI psychosis, if they've become best friends with an AI chat bot, if they are talking to the chatbot about committing suicide and the chatbot is responding, yes, you should. This, according to David Sacks, is the responsibility of parents to deal with and not the tech companies. The tech companies should. They are directed by the framework. They should provide tools for this problem. But of course, we have yet another instance of an industry seeking to regulate itself. An industry, in this case big tech, which has created the problem and now they are claiming that they will provide the proper tools to fix the problem. And I would say, Steve, that even if I think that it's good to provide parents with these tools, I think it's good to provide parents with the information they need to guide their kids through an insane online world. But the reality is most parents are not going to be able to use these tools. Most parents are not going to have the knowledge themselves to guide their children through this. So I think it's a minimal ask that when you have a platform like Meta, which allowed predators by the millions to exploit children, then the platform itself should bear the brunt of the liability.
Stephen K. Bannon
They had 17 outs. Only the 17th time did a predator get thrown out. Is that correct? We have a 30 seconds.
Joe Allen
I don't know if 17 is the exact number, but almost never.
Stephen K. Bannon
Almost never. Joe Allen, we're gonna go Hill and Valley next with David Sachs. Jo Allen's gonna stick around also. American Principles Project is going to join us. They're joining this new alliance to set things right with artificial intelligence King.
John Schweppe

probably the things that I'm most proud of is that when President Trump came into office, he really, I think, set a new direction for AI policy. But what I hear them saying are things like, well, you're forcing all the work onto the parents. You're pushing the duty of care on to the parents. Like, wait, of course parents have a Duty of responsibility of taking care for their kids. That's what it means to be a parent.

And the jury came back very quickly after just a day of deliberations, awarding $375 million in damages to the state of New Mexico, which had accused Meta, the social media giant, of creating a breeding ground for predators looking to exploit kids and teens online. Now the jury heard Zuckerberg say that they'd added more safety features.
David Sacks
Who do you want to have the duty of care? Do you want the government to be deciding what kids see? Of course parents should be empowered to make that decision, not the government.
Stephen K. Bannon
Do you believe that Meda bears any
David Sacks (continued)
responsibilities for these horrific crimes? I think that our responsibility is to develop tools that can help identify, identify people like this and prevent these things from happening.
News Reporter
The company saying tonight that it plans to appeal. Tom. But this really is a watershed moment. This is the first time we have seen a company be held liable for something like this.
David Sacks
Just to underscore the problem, we have 1200 different bills going through state legislatures right now to regulate AI. Some of them, some of those regulations are okay. A lot of them are knee jerk and aren't really thought through.
David Sacks (continued)
These crimes are done by these criminals who are sex offenders. And I just think if you're serving billions of people, the unfortunate reality is that some very small percent of them are going to be criminals.
David Sacks
That is at the government that's going to set screen time limits for and decide what apps my kid is allowed to use, whether they're allowed to use ChatGPT and how much.
David Sacks (continued)
And we should work as hard as we can to stop that activity from happening. But at the end of the day, I think it's those criminals that need to be brought to justice. And our job is to make it as difficult as possible.
David Sacks
I mean, what exactly are we talking about here? So I think that, you know, I hear criticism like that and I actually think that we're on the right track here because it's just so nonsensical what their alternative approach is.
Stephen K. Bannon
Okay, this is the guy, by the way, Joe Allen. Cut that. That is so good, Joe. I'm actually going to. You're going to now go back and revert back to the cold open team. That was amazing. Just the hypocrisy it just oozes all over him. Sachs is the guy that tried to jam into must pass legislation, President Trump's, you know, great big beautiful bill for the taxes to get the economy rejuvenated. Tried to slide it in there, then later tried to slide it into the NDA to pay to the troops. Those young men and women in harm's way in the North Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman try to get it there. They had no restrictions. They don't want any restrictions. They're accelerationists and they're dangerous. They're dangerous to this nation, they're dangerous to citizens of this country, of this republic and they're dangerous to Homo sapiens dangerous. This is not even close. And they're going to give you all this hoo ha and everything hundred thing. Dude, if you hadn't tried to jam in an amnesty bill, you wouldn't even have had all this revolt at the state level. People are not going to let you destroy their children and destroy their families with it. When you hear these stories, by the way, when this happens, they get captured. All the whole center of their lives are around this. Think about this. All your life is around this. Of how the kids getting destroyed and suicide or become trans.
John Schweppe
All of it.
Stephen K. Bannon
It's the destruction of the American family. Why do you think Schilling and these guys American principles, process. Who is their whole thing is the American family. Why did they sign up for the Alliance? Joe Allen, you've been in the field doing the Lord's work, brother. Finally your parents. I can tell your parents that theology degree that you thought was a waste of time and we thought was a waste of time. No, Joe Allen is doing the Lord's work, sir. And you see yesterday, Hillen Valley, I threw up in my mouth watching this stuff. It is so awful the way they try to glaze people. And guess what? They ain't backing off. We're not going to back off. And we're winning. We're winning against all their money and all their power. We're winning. I would have sacks these guys. What you should focus on is Jensen Huang and the collaborationists that are fueling the Chinese Communist Party to be competitive here. Why don't you focus on that? You do that and Joe Allen and the American Principal Project and the alliance and the American people and the families and the kids, they'll take care of the rest. Joe Allen.
Joe Allen
Steve, I've spent a lot of time with parents who are advocating for child safety. I've spent a lot of time with experts who have studied this problem for years. I don't think that anyone in their right mind would possibly buy David Sack's argument that the proper response to having kids who are committing suicide is all documented in court filings. Kids who are being groomed by the millions through these platforms, with the platforms themselves lying about the danger that is posed, lying to the Senate, lying to Congress in sworn depositions about the danger their platforms to pose, their platforms pose to children. And then you have David Sacks coming in saying that the duty of care is of course on the parents, rather than the duty of care being on the technology companies who are creating the problem to begin with. You see the same sort of play run by big Pharma. You see the same sort of play run by the food industry, which is literally poisoned Americans for decades, and then say it's up to parents to decide what their children should and should not eat. Yes, of course it's up to parents. It's up to parents to make the proper decision. But we know that in an environment saturated by wall to wall propaganda, in an environment where children and parents themselves are becoming completely immersed in these worlds of digital delusion, that we don't have the kind of cultural bedrock that would allow for every parent in America to make the proper decisions. You already have kids who are raised by social media. You already now have kids who are being raised by AI. As this begins to develop, as this moves through the elementary schools, the high schools, the colleges, the entry level jobs, and you see a society that has offloaded its brains and even its moral codes to the machine, what we are going to end up with is a global village of the damned. What we're going to end up with are kids who are not able to make any decision, let alone a proper decision, without talking to their machines. So, yeah, as David Sachs also says that we have to do this to compete with China, he's arguing that we need to feed more chips to China. As he's arguing we have nothing to worry about with artificial general intelligence or artificial superintelligence. He spends his energy defending those tech corporations whose primary goal is to create artificial general and superintelligence. If David Sacks would like to discuss this in public, he has a platform, the all in podcast. Well, I'm all in. I would love to come on and discuss this at length with him or any of his cronies.
Stephen K. Bannon
Where do we go from? I tell you what, let me get Shrepi up. I want you to stick around. You hang on. Let's get John Schweppe from American Principles project head of policy. You've got a substack today, Terry. And the entire American principal project, Principals project threw in yesterday with the alliance we had the chairman on. He was magnificent on the other day, the first day you guys launched. Tell me about the substack today. Where do people go and read it and what's the punchline?
John Schweppe
Well, the substack is over@populoussolutions substack.com and we posted it on X as well. But I think the big question here is, you know, there's two paths that the administration can take on this and we're hoping that they take the path that is protecting kids in a major way. And you know, I'll say, Steve, you know, I have my disagreements with Mr. Sachs and but the duty of care question, you know, we don't really apply the same logic to other issues. If a hospital performs a surgery wrongly on your kid, you know, the duty of care, we're not going to say that's the parent's fault. That's obviously on the hospital. If a school transes your kid without you knowing that's on the school, you should be able to sue them. And so I think certainly here when you're dealing with kids killing themselves, sadly because of, you know, an interaction with a chatbot or you're talking about them being exposed to sexualized content or predators or whatever, obviously there does have to be some sort of duty of care with the companies themselves.
Stephen K. Bannon
John, you guys have been behind the scenes. I said this the other day. The alliance has been fighting with us behind the scenes and doing amazing work. Why was it important now for you guys to step forward and say, hey, look, we're going to be one of the leads, we're going to be the tip of the spear and one of the big spears? Because the coalition that you guys brought together is, you know, like a who's who that have fought for the family in so many various areas. Why did you think now was the time that you guys had to step forward as an alliance, as a cohesive group with the really the biggest names and the protecting the family to come forward at this moment, sir?
John Schweppe
Well, we have a lot of different groups, as you mentioned, with different strategies, different red lines that I would say when it comes to, you know, getting a national framework passed. But, you know, ultimately I think we all care about getting something done to protect kids online. We recognize that it's become a really dangerous place, especially, you know, for parents who want to be able to not only direct the health care of their kids, the education of their kids, but also the online experience. And so, you know, I think it's really, really important that we come together on that. And so a lot of the folks in the groups, we've been partners for a long time in the fight for age verification, which I think we started maybe eight, nine years ago. Now we're finally getting real movement where almost half the states in the union have passed age verification. I think we might get that done at the federal level too. But, but you know, that has to be a part of this ultimately if we're going to, you know, do this moratorium, which we've talked about now twice, as you mentioned, the one big beautiful bill on the ndaa. If we're going to do something, it has to be a federal framework that, that provides these protections for families. It can't just be, you know, a pure amnesty with, with, with no protections and saying to the states that you can't, can't regulate anymore.
Stephen K. Bannon
Hang on for one second. Keith, you and Joe. We got Jim Hoff's gonna join us. A lot more going on here in the war room. Loaded today. Amazing, amazing, amazing issues. Jackie Torbroth also short break. Back in a moment.

I need to be healthy every day to survive it and go through the next chemo round and the next chemo round. So it's important that work was part of that to keep my mind busy for eight, nine hours. And then I had to go back and face the reality. I had a goal and the goal is to survive.

Joe Allen
Thanks, Steve.
Stephen K. Bannon
Joe Allen, doing amazing work. Humans first, the Alliance. So many different groups coming together on this. One of my heroes, the Original Gangsters, the Original Gangster with Andrew Breitbart of the Tea Party movement, Jim Hoft. Jim, people know that they try to put you in prison and bankrupt you for Georgia and other things on the stolen election of 2020. They forget how many other times they tried to bankrupt you on so many other causes because you've been fearless as a publisher over the Gateway pundit. A major massive win at the Supreme Court yesterday. Tell me about it.
Jim Hoft
Yes, Steve, we had a huge win for the American people. This was yesterday, it was announced. This was myself, Dr. Cariotti, Jill Heinz from Louisiana, the state of Louisiana, the state of Missouri, and we won the Missouri v. Biden case that was brought before the Supreme Court years ago now. And they came back yesterday and settled. And it was great news for us and for the whole country. What was happening was that the Biden administration was pressuring social media to take down content that they didn't like, content they would call malinformation or misinformation or disinformation, which is just, you know, bogus lines that they came up with. And they can't do that anymore. The government can't do that. And so it's a huge win. I'd love to share one or two paragraphs from the decision. And one is the parties agree that modern technology does not alter the government's obligation to abide by the strictures of the First Amendment. So that means just because it's on the Internet, the government still can't alter First Amendment rights. So that's huge. The other thing is the government cannot take actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to threaten social media companies with some form of punishment unless they delete, remove, suppress or reduce content containing protected free speech. So they shouldn't be doing that anymore. You know what's amazing too is what we found out during this investigation was that nearly every department in the US Government has their own censorship group that's working with inside that department. You know, Health and Human Services and the Pentagon and all of these places had these visa, these groups inside their organizations that would flag content and send it off to Facebook and have them take it down. So they can't do that anymore and they never should have been able to do that. It seems pretty simple, doesn't it? We won yesterday. And I'd like to thank Eric Schmidt, who started this. He was Attorney General in Missouri at the time. Now, of course, he's a great senator from Missouri and Governor Laundrie from Louisiana. He was the Attorney General when this started. Now he's the governor and the people along the way have continued to push this case. So we had some good results yesterday.
Stephen K. Bannon
Let me ask you, just all the time and effort, opportunity costs, but particularly the legal fees, do you get recompensated for that? You've been fighting this one for how many years?
Jim Hoft
At least 20, 23. And they were collecting information before that. So yeah, they're three or four years deciding on the compensation, I believe. But more than just the lawyer costs, Steve, when they take down your content and nobody can see it and you have a business like Gateway Pundit or Breitbart or Daily Wire or Daily Caller that costs you money because nobody can see your content. So that was devastating for us. And we saw it happen. We knew what was happening immediately. In fact, it started after Trump won his first election back in 2017. They started doing this. Our Facebook traffic went from 30% of our traffic down to zero. So it's been going on a while
Stephen K. Bannon
for Zuckerberg, Zuckerberg, Zuckerberg. When they realized, when we realized how we gamed the system. Cernovich and those guys over the Pepes. Cernovich and those guys, magnificent. Trump would have never been where he was if it was not for that crowd. Plus Breitbart and remember always Ben Shapiro said, oh, Bannon's turn Breitbart into Trump Pravda. Okay, Gateway Pundit. One of the original gangsters, Jim Hoff. Just remember, every day you go to the Gateway Pundit and you ought to go multiple times a day when you see those articles up, understand that There are great forces in the world that are trying to do either bankrupt Jim Hoft or put him in jail. When you go and click on one of their advertisers and sponsors, understand that there are great, powerful forces in this world, not just the United States, in this world, that are trying to put Jim Hoft in prison or trying to bankrupt Jim Hoft. That's why, brother, you're one of the original gangsters. This guy is fearless. You have never, ever, ever backed down and you've never taken the knee. And that's why you're an inspiration. You and Andrew Breitbart, the two original gangsters that kind of started this people's revolution in journalism, has just been magnificent. And Andrew, I think, would be very, very proud. Jim, how you fought through here and you've never, ever, ever let them win because you just keep fighting. Where do people go for the Gateway Pundit, sir?
Jim Hoft
They can go to bgatewaypundant.com and they can go to Gateway Pundit on Getter and X and Facebook
Joe Allen
when they put
Jim Hoft
our articles up and all the social medias. So we're out there still.
Stephen K. Bannon
Hoft, you're going to be out there. You're a patron hero. Gateway Pundit only gets bigger. It's now a beast. Can't stop the Gateway Pundit, sir. Thank you so much.
Jim Hoft
All right, thank you, Steve.
Stephen K. Bannon
Incredible. Amazing. Thank you, sir. Amazing. Jackie Toboroff, this story. President Trump and these guys, he's got junior guys at the Revolutionary Guard said, hey, we're not negotiating with you. Suck on this. Here's our proposal. President Trump said, we got this huge. We got the military, we got $200 billion bill. We got people fighting. We got guys going to Lebanon. We got people bombing, bombing Tehran every night. We got Tehran letting off stuff to the Gulf, this of war. And now it's a big negotiation. And I've said, and I said at the National Conservative Convention, you, hey, yeah, there's a problem over there. And those guys get nuclear weapons. Bigger problem. That's a problem got to be dealt with. But the problem we have in this country is in New York City that is. And it's spreading throughout the country. This is why Texas was so important. Why do you think we went to Texas? Because New York City is what's happened there. And New York City is the greatest city on earth in the financial capital of the world. Jackie Toborough, Some stuff's happened there over the last couple of days. I don't think the media is picking up at all. I don't even think the grassroots are picking it up. What in the hell is going on there? There is a Marxist jihadist takeover. And as bad as the Marxists are, the jihadists are up in your grill. And as soon as they smell fear, they just roll. What's going on, Jackie?
Jackie Toboroff
Yeah, a lot's going on here. I agree with everything you say. The fight is here in New York City. We are being completely conquered by, as you say, an Islamist Marxist. In the past couple of weeks, we have had 17 different Iftar events. One of them that I wanna tell you about was at the FDNY headquarters, Metro Tech in Brooklyn. It was organized between the mayor's office and the Islamic Society. You had an imam, you had Zoran Mandani, and you had Lillian Bonsignor. And what happened was in front of this 343 plaque which honors the 343 firefighters and counting that died on 911 prayer rugs were rolled out. Allahu Akbar was echoed throughout the lobby. And one of the speakers, I cannot verify because this was given to me through an anonymous FDNY eyewitness at this March 4th event was saying that 4 minutes is just not enough to convert everyone to Islam.
Stephen K. Bannon
I want to go back people in 911 and remember you have a generation of people, many of whom work for Mandami and voted for Mandami. Don't. That's like ancient history. It's like the Greeks and the Persians. Nobody stood up that day and represented American values than the firemen. They went into the towers and they tried to go up and they tried to save people 343. And remember, every day they would have those funerals. You have the great Bernie Kerik and Rudy Giuliani and others going to St. Patrick's Cathedral or to the synagogues or to the all over to basically say, hey, these guys stood in the breach and died. Gave their lives for this. That's why everything related to Islam, Jackie, you see this now in New York City is about symbolism and it's about dominance. It's about cultural dominance. This was not some iftar. This was a show of force, of full on dominance at a site that's sacred to the patriots that tried to stop the radical jihadist from destroying the city and the country on 9 11. Ma'? Am?
Jackie Toboroff
Yeah. There's one other thing that I want to report which I don't believe any other publication has reported on. I received this from the eyewitness that the it was announced that night. We believe it to be through Lillian Bonsignor. Because she is the FDNY commissioner. And the only person that can appoint a chaplain is the FDNY commissioner. And by the way, Lillian Bonsignor was handpicked by Zoran Mandani. She announced that a imam is going to be ordained chaplain of the FDNY. So just imagine 25 years after 9 11. Again, not at all maligning any Muslim firefighters at all. It's just a question of the optics, the show of dominance and the politicization of this religion. They are in the process of ordaining an imam as chaplain for the fdny. And the job of the chaplain is to sit with men who have survived 911 and are reliving their darkest moments when Muslim terrorists destroyed lower Manhattan. Once again, the symbol of freedom and capitalism.
Stephen K. Bannon
Jackie, where do people go? You're putting up stuff all the time. We're gonna have you back on when we get back from cpac. This thing in New York City. I'm gonna speak about it at cpac. This thing is out of control right now. Where do people go to get your reporting on this?
Jackie Toboroff
Ma', am, let me just say one other thing. Court records show that care, along with the Islamic Society, they, or actually it was the Islamic Society, they sued New York City in 2000 for a Muslim chaplain.
Stephen K. Bannon
I just want to repeat that. Hang on. I want to. Let's do this after the break. I want to make sure people understand CAIR because CARE has been designated terrorist organization by uae Emirates in the in the Gulf, also the state of Texas in Florida. Yet they're still in operation. Folks, I'm not understanding this. Short break.

your host, Stephen K. Ban. Okay, major news now is reporting that Iran rejects President Trump's ceasefire offer, demands sovereignty over Straight or Hormuz people. And the Iranians are in his grill. And I got to tell you, that's not a guy. He's got this thing saying no games. I think there are games being played. So we will continue on. We'd be back at 5 today to do all this. Jackie, the heart of the matter is in New York City. And you got Nashville, you got all these big talking conservative institutions. You got all these big donors. You got the official Republic Edcox and the Republican Party, they're hiding. They're afraid of Mandami and they're afraid of this Islamist takeover. The separation you see in Texas and you see it in New York City is those that are fearless and believe in this country and believe in the tenets of the Judeo Christian west and those that just have made money off it and lived off it and the parents are getting the money and they're afraid. And the Islamist, like, they can smell that like a dog and smell fear. They smell the fear, Jackie. Where do people go? And one more time. Paladino. She's a warrior. They're coming after her.
Jackie Toboroff
Yeah.
Stephen K. Bannon
What do you got there?
Jackie Toboroff
Council member Vicki Paladino. This should be a national story. She is being charged by the New York City Council's Standards and Ethics Committee for being Islamophobic when all she has done is do exactly her job, alert her constituents to the existential threat of the Islamification of New York City. And she is fighting back. She has Jim Walden representing her. They are fighting back legally, especially in light of what you see Ramadiwaji has just written. It's really incredible that they are targeting Vicky Palladino, but this is what a Sharia law court looks like. Much more than this constitutional republic. It seems like we're heading towards Sharia.
Stephen K. Bannon
We are. We are. Where do they go to get your substack? The board housewives are fighting back.
Jackie Toboroff
If no one Housewives come to my Steve Instagram Jacqueline4NYC that's J A C Q U E L I N E F O R nyc. My substack article is Super Moms activated Board housewives. I expect a text from you right now.
Stephen K. Bannon
Super much. You're doing great, Jackie. Keep fighting. Edge of the spear, tip of the spear. I tell. If you want to just let it roll over you. The tech bros. You want to just let Islam roll over you. It's easy. Just go back, live your life. Enjoy your life. That's fine. That's fine. Country is going to be destroyed, but that's fine. But if you feel that you were bequeath something that is important to the core of your being to bequeath to your children and your grandchildren, your future generations. Just like every generation in this country, if you go back and say this country, the one thing that comes out to you is how each generation sacrifice looked downrange and understood, no, we got to deal with this today because we'll deal with it today and then we'll pass on something that's better. We'll take what the country is. We'll make it better and pass it on. That's where the grassroots is at the. You're the backbone of it, the big money. Look down in Texas. Look at Paxton versus Cornyn. That's all you need to see. They can't destroy you. They can't beat you. If you stand in the breach, if you just don't quit, we win. Revolution shows us this entire American history shows that if we don't quit, we win. Guess what? We're going to have a testing right now. And I kept saying the Middle east is a sideshow. The Israel situation, sideshow to a sideshow. But we're in it now. We can't whine. And you know all this gush how we got here, that's for another day. We're in it. And we've got to win. We've got to win. Cameron, people, look. $200 billion bill going up, supplemental. We just had Neil Irwin on from Axios, the great writer from the Washington Post and New York Times for years. Really, the guy that got in back of the 2008 financial crisis. That's where I came across him. He just said, look, the country you could actually argue is maybe insolvent, except everybody's got to take the US dollar around the world. The financial situation is bad. And Scott Bessant, who is a contributor here and loves this audience, two things. Number one, all this fantasy about taxes are going away. That's his fantasy. That's President Trump's objective and goal over a long period of time. But that ain't today, and it ain't gonna be today for a long time. In addition, Scott Bessen's got a tough job. He's gotta get every penny out there that the IRS thinks is owed to them. So, people, you gotta get on top of this. And this is why I'm so proud that Cameron's come up with this deal to allow you to get a free advisory that normally costs hundreds or thousands of dollars to find out exactly what your position is. Cameron Kinsey, the floor is yours, ma'. Am.
Tax Expert Cameron Kinsey
Well, Steve, thank you so much for having me back on. It's always an honor to speak directly to the war room posse, because right now we're in the heart attack season. This deadline is fast approaching. We have enforcement ramping up every day. Americans are feeling squeezed, and from every single direction, Families are still recovering from that inflation rising costs that we saw under the previous term. And now the last thing that they need need is the federal government coming after them with these aggressive tax collection tactics. But here's what I will say about us. Tax Network USA is one of the nation's leading tax firms. We help everyday Americans and business owners fight back against aggressive IRS enforcement and navigate a system that can feel overwhelming or like the odds are stacked against them. And we, our team includes licensed CPAs. We have enrolled agents, tax attorneys, former Irish IRS agents who just know how the tax code operates, how this agency operates. We know their procedures. We know their pressure points, the tax code inside and out. These people understand the system that we're up against and the type of clients that we work with, Steve, that will always remain steady. We work with people from all different walks of life. We help salaried employees, retirees on fixed incomes, independent contractors, gig workers, veterans, small business owners who just are trying to keep their doors open and trying to keep their employees paid. So whether somebody's dealing with a year of unfiled tax returns, mounting penalties and interest, IRS audits, wage garnishments, bank levies, payroll tax issues, liens on their homes and businesses, odds are we have seen it before. We know how to handle it. In fact, we have helped people, people eliminate over $1 billion in tax debt for our clients. But here's the thing. We are approaching the April 15 deadline fast, Steve, and you know this, this is when the panic set in for Americans. And however, what most people don't realize

This episode of “The War Room” centers on grassroots activism, government overreach, Big Tech accountability, the dangers of AI, and cultural/political battles within the U.S. Hosted by Stephen K. Bannon, it features a roster of populist commentators including Mike Lindell, Joe Allen, and John Schweppe. Key topics include:
“What you have done on Prop 10 in this whole beginning, the process to stop the Muslim invasion of Texas with Sharia law and what you’ve done with Ken Paxton is nothing short of magnificent.” – Stephen K. Bannon [03:11]
“The FBI took the cell phone data of nearly 20% of the Republicans in the Senate, including information about with whom we were talking, how long we were talking, and from where we were calling.” – Sen. Josh Hawley [06:16]
“It almost got to the point where as you got debanked as things kept happening to my pillow, you’re sitting there, how can these things keep happening? … Then we find out last summer it was our own government and this could happen to anybody out there.” – Mike Lindell [07:59]
“For years we have heard these concerns from parents, from lawmakers, from advocates about the risks to children on Meta’s platforms. And this is the first time that we’re seeing a jury hold the company accountable.” – Claire Duffy, CNN [12:35]
“They are panicked. This is code red moment for them, particularly since Zuckerberg testified and they just came back and said, you’re a liar… Congress has not done anything.” – Stephen K. Bannon [14:42]
“What we are going to end up with is a global village of the damned.” – Joe Allen [28:10]
“This was myself, Dr. Cariotti, Jill Heinz from Louisiana, the state of Louisiana, the state of Missouri, and we won the Missouri v. Biden case… just because it’s on the Internet, the government still can’t alter First Amendment rights. So that’s huge.” – Jim Hoft [38:25]
“Just imagine 25 years after 9/11…They are in the process of ordaining an imam as chaplain for the FDNY… the job of the chaplain is to sit with men who have survived 9/11 and are reliving their darkest moments when Muslim terrorists destroyed lower Manhattan.” – Jackie Toboroff [47:50]
The tone is combative, urgent, and populist—with a strong critique of both left-leaning political forces and “Big Tech” corporations. Emphasis is put on “fighting back,” exposure of government overreach, defending American values, and the necessity of grassroots action.
