President Trump has secured an agreement that reopens critical shipping lanes, keeps Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, and ties sanctions relief to verified compliance. Vice President JD Vance this week said Donald Trump did exactly what he came to do. We accomplished what we set out to accomplish, and now we have, as the president says, all the cards. Vance pointed to the destruction of Iran's nuclear infrastructure and the ongoing negotiations with Tehran, saying that any future economic benefits for Iran will depend entirely on whether it follows through on its commitments. And what's going on in England. People are going to jail for Twitter posts over there. Reports of 12,000 people in the last year alone. That's crazy. And this week, Rupert Lowe released the Rape Gang Inquiry Report. It's an independent survivor led report into Britain's grooming gang scandal. The report finds that organized child rape gangs operated across at least 149 local authority districts while police, social services, schools, health services and politicians, by the way, deliberately failed to protect vulnerable young white girls, allowing 250,000 of them to be subjected to repeated rape, gang rape, trafficking, torture, pregnancy, forced conversion and lifelong trauma. 250,000 white girls as young as 4 years of age, raped, trafficked primarily by Muslim immigrant pedophiles in the UK The UK Government covered it up. Looked the other way. Hey, don't forget the Biden administration facilitated probably the largest child trafficking epidemic in our history. Tens, if not hundreds of thousands of migrant children sold into labor and sex trafficking. Hey, Pride Month. The pushback is happening. While Sesame street and others are pushing Happy Pride Month to our children, celebrating uplifting the LGBTQIA agenda, the American people, they've gotten tired of it all and organizations are pushing back. This week, Major League Baseball created quite a stir, no, a mess. Saying to Christian baseball players to stay quiet on Pride Night. Reports came out of San Francisco that the Giant players were warned over Bible verses written on Pride Night caps. Three MLB players decided to reclaim the rainbow with viral Bible verses on their Pride themed caps. Landon Root, J.T. brubaker and Ryan Walker. You know, at the end of the day, why are they, the mlb, demanding conformity and punishing people for putting Bible verses on their caps? Texas Rangers are the only team in Major League Baseball, by the way, that don't host a Pride Night. They hosted a Faith and Family night instead. Hey, today's Father's Day when we celebrate dads and all they do. Billy Graham once said this. A good father, good dad is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets of our society. You know what? As we get started, big news this week, the agreement with Iran. President Trump says he secured an agreement that reopens critical shipping lanes, keeps Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, and ties sanctions relief to verify compliance. Vice President J.V. j.D. Vance said he was able to do exactly what he set out to do. Michelle, just some thoughts from you on what's happening in the Middle east. And I know you have a real love and affection for Israel and maybe some concerns or issues there.

Well, I do. I have concerns about the agreement because the one thing we know, Iran has never kept an agreement. We cannot count on their word. And even though this is the fourth generation of leadership, still the ideals that they adhere to is Shia Islam. And that's really what they're dedicated to. They're not political, they're not even transactional. They're not even about money. It's all about achieving their theological goals, which is essentially destruction and expanding Shia Islam across the earth. That's their goal, is conquering. So does this agreement cover that? I'm not sure that it does. I give President Trump the best president we've ever had, give him the best of intentions on what he is doing. I watched JD Vance, he was on Sean Hannity's show, and I watched what he said, and he was very convincing. His presentation was absolutely flawless. Now, we haven't seen the actual language of the memorandum of understanding. Reportedly it's out on Bloomberg this morning. But my concern is we cannot take the word of Iran that they won't develop a nuclear weapon. It has to be real. And if what the vice president said is true, that they have invasive plans to be monitoring Iran, that will be a good thing. But once the United States is out of that theater and Iran starts acting up, it'll be very difficult for the United States to go back and reconstitute what we have. My prayer all along has been that the leadership in Iran would be destroyed and defeated and that Shia Islam would no longer run the nation. So that's going to continue to be my prayer going forward, that God would supernaturally, as the Book of Daniel says, take down leadership. He's the one that lifts up leadership. So that's how I'm praying. I appreciate President Trump and J.D. vance, everything that they've tried to do, but I'm very concerned as well, because ultimately, here's the bottom line of the test, I think, for believers. Will this agreement bless Israel or will it curse Israel? And it's yet to be seen what will happen. But again, we've never had a better president. We've never had a better president for Israel. So it's actually pretty easy to give Donald Trump credit for what he's trying to do. I'm just wondering how realistic this agreement's going to be. So cautiously optimistic.

In the midst of all this, Michelle England winds up in the news, too. And the insanity of the left, it's showing up over there like crazy. I, I saw where people were talking this week that people are going to jail for Twitter posts. About 12,000 people have actually been put in jail. I'm thinking about free speech. What, what's happening here. And then this week, that rape gang inquiry report came out, about 250,000 white girls being raped, tortured, all kinds of horrific stuff. Michelle, it's beyond the pale. It's so sickening to even read the report. Girls as young as 4 years of age and being Muslim, immigrant pedophiles in the UK doing all this crazy insanity, primarily them. Michelle, what's your take on what's happening over there?

Well, this links to the previous story with Iran. This is really the demonic nature of radical Islam. It is demonic inspired, and we've seen it on the earth since the seventh century. This isn't anything new. This, this happened in the 7th century and it's happened wherever radical Islam is practiced. And so what we've seen really is an invasion of this ideology, this theology, this barbarism, if you will. So this barbarism invaded the west through Europe, particularly in the uk. But what they did is they burrowed into positions of power and authority. The mayor is Islamic and he rules court. It's also an Islamic head of the Homeland Security Division in England. And so when you have people who are favorable toward radical Islam running the country, running the police, running what is the equivalent of the FBI, you're not going to see any true policing of crime. That's what's happened in England. There is no policing of crime because radical Islam is the order of the day. Sharia law is being imputed all across England today. They're probably the farthest down the road of all European countries. And France is effectively gone. So European Europe is at a very dangerous place. The UK is extremely dangerous. There is no leadership in England pushing back on all of this. This isn't anything new. I'm from Minnesota, where all of the Somali fraud has been known for well over a decade. So they've known about all this in the UK for well over a decade. They've done nothing about it. I don't think they're going to do anything about it now. The only answer to all of this is denaturalization of citizenship of these barbarians and then deporting them out of the UK and again in the United States. The only president who has ever done what the United States law allows, which is denaturalization and deportation of people who commit criminal acts and acts of fraud, is Donald Trump. And so he has led the world and shown the way on how to deal with this barbaric ideology of radical Islam. England would do well to follow his example. He's tried to talk to them. We've seen him do this in public forums. So I'm all for what Donald Trump is trying to do in the United States, and I hope the UK Pays heed, because, again, this is what people need to know. Radical Islamists have taken positions of power and authority, so of course, they're not going to police advocates and adherence to Sharia law. It's happening here in the United States and Texas and in other states. In New York City with Mayor Mondame, they're instituting radical Islam as law. And so we need to be forewarned and we need to back Donald Trump on denaturalization and deportation.

Isn't it wild, Michelle, that here we are celebrating America 250 and all the wildness that's going on up there at the White House and the big parade and the celebrations are going to be happening over the next couple of weeks and across America. American pride is swelling everywhere. You know that. And, Michelle, in the midst of it, I saw a little quote by our friend Eric Metaxas. America's founders didn't declare independence from a king without declaring dependence on the king of kings. They all understood the republic could not survive without faith, virtue, and morality. My goodness, what a statement for such a time as this. Closing thought as we head toward July 4th.

Amen. The spirit of America really emanated with the pilgrims who came to this country in 1620. They came with the gospel of Jesus Christ in front of them. They were fearless when they came. And their whole goal was to live according to the word of God and share the love of God with everyone they encountered. Because of the suffering and persecution they endured, we have this nation. So this nation was built on the bedrock of faith of people like the pilgrims and the Puritans and all of the communities that were built up in this country. We're a decidedly Christian nation by intent. I'm writing a chapter right now on the impact of the pilgrims on the foundation of this nation. And they were impacted by the scriptures, particularly the Hebrew scriptures. So they wanted to follow the what God wanted the Jewish people to follow. It's an incredible story. We have so much to be grateful for to the founders. We would not have anything if it wasn't for their sacrifice. So they inspire me and you and this generation to live our lives according to the biblical admonitions. And that way we can faithfully hand the baton like Paul said to Timothy, to the next generation.

As we get started, some recent Gallup polling coming out. Americans who say abortion is morally acceptable has dropped from 54% in 2024 down to 49%. Pretty big change. Kristen Hawkins was quoted as saying, hey, we're watching this shift, this cultural shift happen in real time. Something stirring across the country when it comes to being pro life.

Dr. Bill Lyle
Oh, absolutely. And I think a lot of it comes down to science and it comes down to our youth. When you look at true science, true science will always support life in the womb because all true science was designed by God. And so all true science is going to support and defend his pre born in the womb. And now that we are diagnosing, treating and curing babies in the womb, we're doing blood transfusions, doing heart arrhythmia, medication to correct arrhythmias, we're doing open heart surgery, spina bifida, corrective surgery, laser vascular surgery, brain surgery. For babies in the womb. The surgery is performed, they get their own anesthesiologist and then they recover, not in the recovery room, but in the recovery womb for sometimes two and a half months. So the science is proving that this is not just a blob of tissue. This is not something that's disorganized. This is a baby with a beating heart 22 days after conception. All patients have rights and a patient's a person, no matter how small. So it is really the stirring of our youth and it is providing our youth with tools that they can use and say not just that they are pro life, but they can articulate why they are pro life. And it really comes down to the science and that we are a patient in the womb and that all patients have rights on proud of the younger generation that is really taking the mantle. And they're being vocal and they're getting trained, they're getting the education and they are being effective.

Dr. LA we're also coming up on the anniversary of the overturning of Roe v. Wade. And that was historic. It's a big deal. And really, at the end of the day, the whole issue is that it moved from the federal level down to the state level and people were Saying, hey, listen, is that the end of abortion in America, etc. Meaning have we really turned the tide? And in some ways, yes. But the fight for life continues on. And Bill, in the midst of all this, even though there's a cultural shift going on, abortion, according to some, is on the rise. They're seeing about an 8% increase, and it's directly tied to the abortion pill. Something that puts a lot of fire inside of your soul.

Dr. Bill Lyle
It does. I mean, yes, we celebrated the Dobbs decision, the reversal of Roe vs Wade, but we knew we were going to have a lot of work. And the abortion debate really went to the states from the federal government. And what we have found is that the numbers of abortions, even the reported number of abortions, have dramatically gone up. We've gone up from about 850,000 per year to probably closer to 1.2 million per year. And the primary increase is due to the abortion pill. Just 10 years ago, the abortion pill accounted for, oh, probably 54% of all the abortions in the United States. And now it's up to over 70% of all the abortions. So we're looking at over 740,000 abortions each year coming just from the abortion pill. And despite legislation in different states and trying to ban it, the abortion pill is now available mail order. When it was originally released, it had to be provided by a physician who would have a in person visit. You'd have to have an ultrasound. The physician had to be able to handle the complications. And then during the Biden administration, they extended it to 10 weeks. It's now freely used up through 12 weeks gestation. And if your daughter has a cell phone, she has access to the abortion pill. And it can be mailed anonymously in a plain brown paper package directly to your home. And it's not just coming from the big distributors here in the United States. It's actually coming from India and China. But we're also seeing an immense number of complications because the abortion pill is not as safe as Tylenol. The complication rate, the severe complication rate with the abortion pill when it is sent out is 10.93%. We were told it was less than 0.5% when it was originally approved. But 1 in 10 women will have a severe life threatening complication. So it's killing 98% of the babies, but it's also harming women. And now we're seeing that the same abortion pill is being used as a weapon of homicide. And we're seeing this coming up more and more around the country. Whether it is somebody who, you know, wants to coerce a woman to take the abortion pill and have an abortion or even slipping the abortion pill to a woman, it is almost an untraceable tool of murder that is now being used throughout the United States. And that's the primary reason that we have the increased number abortions, is because of the abortion pill and it's readily available.

We've got some serious work to do, Bill, here before you go. You're also doing some real research into and talking a lot about mental health related issues post abortion. Can you tell us a little bit about what you found and what's on your heart?

Dr. Bill Lyle
On my heart is that this is an epidemic here in the United States. We have had over 65 million abortions here in the United States. That's 65 million women who've been affected and 65 million men that have been affected. When you look at the official statements from the American association of Psychologists and Psychiatrists, they say flatly that there is no association between mental health issues and abortion. What does the data actually say? You look at the Charlotte Lozier Institute, you look at the Asian data, the European, the South American data, depression goes up 34%, anxiety 32%. A Swedish study I recently read showed that suicide went up six times with one abortion. So people experience this sense of loss when a woman is pregnant. She knows what her due date is. And now this has been going on for decades. And we have women and men who are hurting. They need healing. Healing comes from true forgiveness. And true forgiveness only comes through the blood of Jesus Christ. Which is why the American association of Christian Counselors is so vital in healing the depression and anxiety. Based on a history of abortion that didn't just happen last week. This could have happened decades prior. But that's why true healing comes from true forgiveness. And that's why a Christian counselor is vital in dealing with depression and anxiety based on a abortion decades prior.

You know, I admire your work, Bill, and I admire your voice. You're strong, you're courageous, you're bold and you, yeah, you're digging into the research. Ken, Father's Day. You love this day. It's a big day. Billy Graham once said this. A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticing, yet one of the most valuable assets in society. Ken, I know you concur.

He nailed it. And I appreciate Dr. Graham's transparency. In fact, I am in a lineage way connected to him. My mother came to Christ watching Billy Graham on tv and he sent her to him a living New Testament, which she gave to me at a time when I was a prodigal and I came to Christ. So kudos to Dr. Graham, the leadership that he provided spiritually to so many people.

Dr. Tim Clinton
Ken, you led the way with fathers dot com. A lot of research and findings up there. I wanted to ask you what kind of stunned you the most through the years as you looked at all the research on dads and how important they are, what got your attention the most?

Dr. Ken Canfield
Well, historically, we know men have been put kind of in the backseat. They were important biologically, but sociologically, emotionally, they weren't engaged. And in the 80s, there was an outcry from the hearts of men. We want to be more involved. And you were a part of this. You saw the men's movement take root. And deep in the heart of that, Tim, is the call to being a father, a father figure for those that don't have dads around. And this morphed not just in the spiritual part of the country, but sociologically all over, because we were fatherless.

Ken, I know the stats say that about anywhere upwards to close to 40% of America's kids are going to grow up in a home at some point without their biological father. The research, what does it show about growing up without dad? How does it impact, adversely impact a son or a daughter?

Dr. Ken Canfield
The negative social sequelae is overwhelming. In other words, Tim, every Tuesday I go and read the Bible to guys that are getting out of prison. They were fatherless. And so you see the negative consequences More likely to be involved in drugs, more susceptible to peer pressure. You lose an internal locus of control, which means the ability to make decision. And you see not just the poverty, but you see so many things, particularly in the incarcerated settings. Surfaces, anger. Where is my dad?

Dr. Tim Clinton
Ken, when I was a young dad, I looked to a lot of your work and it really influenced how I fathered my children. I remember this I can principle you talked about involvement, consistency, awareness and nurturing. In other words, those were key factors that you said early on, get these things right and it will impact your children for the rest of their life. Ken, how did you come up with them? What's, what's at the heart of it all?

Okay, so I looked at the dimensions of fathering. What, in a simple format can we put together? Because dads thrive on tips. And I will say, Tim, you're in a unique situation. The reason you were connected to the ICANNs is because you had a good dad.

Yeah.

And because of that, that heritage that you passed on, you did, which is most important right now. So hear this, fathers, in looking at the flourishing data, if you commit this year to read something, acquire some new knowledge or take a tip that you hear on this broadcast or others, that is going to cause your fathering, what I'd call quotient, to rise. And so the ICANS is a simple way. So look at your schedule. I'll involved are you how consistent in your behavior and manner, how tuned in are you to the culture and the friends of your children? And this nurturance to him is so vital because the emotional blessing that fathers can bring has no peer. And dads, you're uniquely positioned to give that.

You mentioned the blessing, Ken. I remember doing an interview of a pastor out of Nashville. He was in his early 50s and during the interview we were talking about dads and he stopped the conversation and said, hey Tim, I have to stop you for a moment because I got to gather myself. I said, well, sure. What's going on? He said, today is probably the greatest day of my life as a son. I said, what happened? He said, my dad, who was in his early 80s, said to me for the very first time today, Tim, that he loved me. And as soon as he said that, this, this 51 year old man just broke down. Pastor, big pastor, big pastor. And just was overwhelmed with the thought of hearing the words from the affirmation from his father that he loved him as a son. You know that, Ken. I know men struggle with emotions. Sometimes they trip over themselves or maybe, maybe it's because they never heard the word themselves. But somewhere in this whole process, God has ordained it that dads, dads are there to love. They're to be present, they're to be powerful, they're to embrace. They give so much. That action, love, place, piece where they're just. That presence and power is unbelievable. And it means so much to a son. And yet we. We act like it doesn't matter. I'm just. I'm shocked by it.

Dr. Ken Canfield
Well said. Now, this is what I'd say to any father or father figure listening. You may be an older brother, an uncle, a grandfather, and the father in this child's life is not there. They're still resident in you. What I call father power to bless and add to the words I love you is I'm proud of what you have accomplished and find some simple thing that they've done. And that blessing has what I'd say, ramifications throughout the day, the weeks, the months, and the years. And again, Tim, you've experienced it, and you pass that on to your children, who are passing it on to their children. And so this blessing, uniquely, is a part of. Of the Christian heritage which we share and I'm grafted into.

Ken, what do you say here? I know we're fighting time, but what do you say to the man or woman out there who they carry father wounds. They're just filled with pain that goes deep and they're angry. I've heard people say, I hate my father. I hate him for what he did. You know, that kind of stuff. How do we rise above that?

Dr. Ken Canfield
Well, practically speaking, find another father figure or somebody who has influenced you and ponder those things that you see and have received from them. And then. This is tough, Tim, but I would say this. Your father was somebody else's son, who is somebody else's son, etc. Forgiving your father. And I know there are horrific things out there, and you need the process of having a therapist or, say, a close friend. But if you can move through forgiveness and then look for the good, because good overcomes evil, and then find, if you're a man, some other man that you can trust and be vulnerable with. The healing process begins.

Hey, it's a great day, Father's Day today celebrating our dads. John, so much happening, good things are happening in the church. But John, I know you, you don't pull any punches. We have a fatherlessness crisis going on in our country. The church needs to awaken and people need to take serious the importance the impact of fathers in every in the everyday lives of their kids.

Amen. You know, we have an issue in this nation and it's fatherlessness, the breakup of the family and, and but the church needs to wake up to this issue because all these fathers, children are in the reach of all these children. We are now the mission field. It's just not off in distant lands. In fact, Pew research just came out that we lead the world, the world in fatherlessness. More kids are being born out of wedlock than in marriage in our nation. So it's sad.

John, the research shows that the impact, the adverse impact is. It's profound. It's just not. It's not a good thing to grow up without a dad. I don't care what anybody says. At the end of the day, it hurts kids, period. John, you also have a. You don't just understand the research. You got a personal journey that drives you too.

Yes.

Yeah. My ministry started unbeknownst to me when I was in my mother's womb. And that's when my dad abandoned his role as the father of the family and decided to leave. And I had to grow up fatherless, understand the pain, the loneliness, the anger, the poverty, all those issues. But God has used that to help me start a ministry so I could speak and be an advocate for the fatherless that has no one fighting for them in our nation. So praise God to his faithfulness and taking me on that journey. And. And so our ministry really knows what these boys need. It's just not about helping them be good citizens. It's about intentionally addressing their deep father wound so they can hear the words, well done, good and faithful, hopefully be adopted into his family and live a wonderful life of eternal glory. So it's just not making them productive citizens.

John, you have an amazing story through this ministry called Fathers in the Field. And I want to spend some time just talking about what God's doing in and through the organization and the impact you're having in the lives of boys in particular. Take us down that road. How to get started, John, and what do you guys do?

John Smith Baker
Yeah, praise God. Well, we focus on the boys. God gave them a special role, pastor, provider, and protector of the home. And we go through the local biblical church, we get the team leadership pastor all on board is advocating for the fatherless in their community. We come alongside them and coach them, retrain them. We help them raise men who are the greatest underutilized assets. And churches we helped them raise do something more than the chair stacking ministry. And they can do something of eternal value. And so, man, this is. This has just really taken off.

It's a huge issue. But we're in 38 states now. Every day we're adding a new church, we're helping another boy, and it's a big issue. So we're kept very busy. But listen, if your heart is for the fatherless or men, you want to do something meaningful for the kingdom, please have your church reach out to us and get involved so we can really turn the tide on fatherlessness.

If people want to learn more about fathers in the field, John, where can they go? And again, I'm thinking there's probably two levels here. Those who want to get involved in the ministry and be an advocate and maybe a dad to a young boy who doesn't have a dad. Or you got some moms out there saying, listen, I want to get my son plugged into this program.

Just make that effort to, to reach out. And if you think a church in your community should be doing this, please share, let us know. We have a pastor's packet you can hand deliver to your pastor and really have your church respond to the command that's in the Bible more than 110 times. Defend the cause of the fathers and widows. So be one of those churches, be known for that. Have your church be known that it's an obedient church to the word of God.

John, before we go, recent book of yours, being man enough to forgive, give. Yes, sir. And I know that's at the heart of everything you do.

Yes.

And this was a journey for you and this was an incredible resource. Got a lot of people who are still angry with their dads. They carry around those father wounds and they just can't rise above it. Or maybe it's a mom watching right now, and she sees the anger pour out of her son, for example, and it breaks her heart. John, talk to us about that journey. What does it mean to forgive, to let go, to move beyond without feeling like I just, ah, doesn't matter. No, no, no. Because it does matter, because it hurt deep.

Amen. Well, first of all, for. For professing believers out there, you have to realize forgiveness is a command. It's not a feeling. It's not something we get to choose to do or not to do. It's a command for believers. And so once you realize that, then you have, then you're confronted. Am I going to be obedient, rebellious to my Heavenly Father? And so confronting with that truth? I'm not saying it makes it easy, but you have to wrestle with that now. So in my life, I mean, it took me 40 years, impacted my daily life without even me knowing. So being angry, being short tempered, being impatient, being unforgiving, myself, thinking that I was the victim and all those things, and God just completely changed that. And when we read the words that forgiveness and a freedom that God allows us to have, that's what freedom is, freedom. Knowing that you have been forgiven and then you have forgiven everybody else. And what really helped me, one of the keys that helped me is understanding the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation. So forgiveness we're talking about is with the Heavenly Father, which we're commanded to do. They don't have to say they're sorry. You don't get a pound of flesh out of them, but you need to forgive them. And it doesn't mean you need to be reconciled to somebody who is abusive to you or very hurtful or any of those things. But God does ask us and tells us to forgive those as much, which is everything that Christ has forgiven us. So it's a clear choice for believers. And I believe it takes the work of the Holy Spirit in you to have that kind of forgiveness. So if you're struggling for forgiveness, you should just think about how is my relationship with the Lord and ask, start praying, lord, Holy Spirit, please help me forgive my enemies, those that I hate, those that I'm bitter at, and you can do this. So I really, it's really a challenge to men to rise to the occasion, be a man of God and all those festering wounds or that festering wound inside it turn into a scar and stop hiding your scar. But point people to the cross through your scar and say, God can heal and you can live and you can have a peace that is beyond all comprehension the Bible tells us, and that is only through forgiveness. So I just encourage you people, live in forgiveness, live in liberty of forgiveness, and be the man God intends you to be and stop dragging an anchor of unforgiveness around you every day.
