Steve
you seem optimistic now that you may be close to a deal. What's different about this moment now than
Public Podcast Announcer
in other moments where a deal has seemed close?
President Trump
Well, why do you say they refuse to submit? You don't know that. You don't know what's going on.
Public Podcast Announcer
US ships a few days ago.
President Trump
Yeah, a few days ago. It's a long time ago, you know, in the world of war. A few days ago. No, they want to make a deal badly and we'll see if we get there. If we get there. They can't have nuclear weapons, you know, it's very simple. But what's not to submit? So they had a Navy with 159 ships and now every ship is blown to pieces and lying at the bottom of the water. They had an air force, lots of planes and they don't have any planes. They don't have any anti aircraft, they don't have any radar left. Their missiles are mostly decimated. They have some, they have probably 18, 19% but not a lot by comparison to what they had. And their leaders are all dead. So I think we won. Now it's only a question of. Look, if we left right now Iran, it would take them 20 years to rebuild. You would call that we're in good shape, right? Fantastic shape. We're in good shape and now we're doing well, now we have to get what we have to get. If we don't do that, we'll have to go a big step further. But with that being said, they want to make a deal. We've had very good talks over the last 24 hours, and it's very possible that we'll make a deal. Yes, please.
Steve
Thank you.
President Trump
Mr. President.
Steve
Good to see you. What are the status of these talks? They're very good.
Public Podcast Announcer
Just give some insight as to where we're going.
President Trump
Well, we've had talks and we've had some good talks before, as you know. And all of a sudden the next day, they're like, they forgot what happened. You know, they're proud. Like these guys are proud. Nobody more proud than these guys. Sometimes they fight on pride because, you know, they're injured, they're hurt. No matter how great you are, you get hit by somebody else that looks like them. It's very tough. But they have great pride. These people have great pride. The others do, too. Enemies have great pride. We went into Venezuela. Smart people, great people. A really strong military. We won it very quickly. And we have a Fanta. It's been a great thing for Venezuela. The people are really happy. They're dancing in the streets because they have a lot of money coming in through the big oil companies that are all moving in. I was with Exxon Mobil last night. The chairman was here. And we're talking about Venezuela, along with a lot of them. Chevron, they were all here last night. They all want to go there and elsewhere. We just hit a new high in the stock market. The stock market is the highest it's ever been. And I expected that the market would be down 20, 25%. I was willing to do that to get rid of a crazy country. Crazy. The people. Look, you know, you talk about regime change, their first level leaders are dead. Their second level leaders are dead. Some of their third level leaders are dead. I call that regime change. But I thought we'd be down maybe 20% and we're up. The stock market is higher now than when we started this war. And I thought oil prices would go to $200, $250. It's at $100 now. And I think you're surprised and I'm surprised. But even if it went to 200, it would have been worth it. I understand that. We had just set a record 50,000 on the Dow, 7,000 on the S and P. A record. And I said, I hate to do this, but we have to make an excursion down to Iran. Because we can't let them have a nuclear weapon. Look, and this is very simple, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon because as tough as they are, we want to keep them alive. We want to keep all of you alive. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. And they won't. And they've agreed to that? Among other things, yes. Mr. President, you've had some recent back and forth with Pope Leo Anderson. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is going
Steve
to meet with the Pope tomorrow.
President Trump
What message do you hope he delivers to the Holy Congress? Well, I can tell you this, that as far as the Pope is concerned, and it's very simple whether I make them happy or I don't make them happy, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. And he seemed to be saying that they can, and I say they cannot, because if that happened, the entire world would be hostage. And we're not going to let that happen. That's my only message. Okay, so they're going to go out now, and they're going to have some great pictures taken, and we'll see you guys on June 14th. But I know in your case, we're going to see a lot more. We'll see you probably tomorrow. Of all the events in the South Lawn, why this event? I think it's going to be the biggest event we've ever had at the White House. I mean, the White House doesn't really do athletic events for the most part. And this is. These are all the greatest champions in the world. They're the greatest fighters in the world. You can tell by looking at them. These are the greatest fighters in the world. How do you think if you went into heavy training, do you think you'd be okay? It'd be a little tough. Have a good time, everybody. Thank you. Never a deadline. It'll happen, It'll happen. But never again.
Wayne Allen Root
Thank you.
Cameron Kinsey
Keep going, guys. Thank you.
Steve
All right, and welcome to at the Oval Office. The President in there talking about UFC Freedom 250 UFC fight scheduled for the White House on Sunday, June 14, which, by the way, is the President's birthday, for those of you keeping score at home. All right, let's move to the top of the list. Today, Democrats invented the game of rigging the maps to manufacture power through years of systematic gerrymandering. And now that Republicans are finally playing it to win. For literally decades, Democrats have packed and cracked their districts in blue strongholds while lecturing us about democracy. Ridiculous, actually. And I say enough. Republicans control the levers in key states, and we need to maximize every legal advantage. Fair is fair. Or in this case, fight fire with fire. Democrats been flip flopping on this issue for years. Look no further than the golden child, Barack Obama. Here he is. I think we've got to end the practice of drawing our congressional districts so that politicians can pick their voters and not the other way around.
President Trump
Let a bipartisan group do it.
Steve
By voting yes, you can push back against the Republicans trying to give themselves an unfair advantage in the midterms. And we're counting on you. So one minute he's Mr. Reform, and the next he's shilling for another Democrat power grab that could flip the state of Virginia From a competitive 65 to a lopsided 101 route classic Obama rules for thee, but not for me. But so far, that whole Virginia thing is backfiring. The very liberal Supreme Court in that state has even thus far refused to certify the election now more than two weeks ago. And if they can't win the gerrymander fight, it's clear they're willing to use the census scam. Democrat Congressman Yvette Clark of New York said the quiet part out loud. Listen to this. I'm from Brooklyn, New York. We have a diaspora that can absorb a significant number of these migrants. And when I hear colleagues talk about the doors of the inn being closed,
Dr. Steve Turley
no room in the end, I'm saying, you know, I need more people in
Steve
my district just for redistricting purposes. And those members could clearly fit here. More migrants. She's talking, Let me be clear about this, about importing more illegal aliens so they'll be counted padding blue districts with non citizens to steal more House seats and electoral college power votes from real Americans. This is election rigging by any definition. It's the demographic replacement, plain and simple. The map wars are heating up now in Florida. Governor Ron DeSantis just signed a new congressional map that could net Republicans up to four additional seats, targeting Democrats strongholds in Tampa, Orlando and the Southeast. When Hakeem Jeffries threatened to target Florida, DeSantis pretty much mic dropped that tough guy with a classic comeback. Here he is. We got this guy, Hakeem Jeffries. Have you guys heard of him? I don't know that. He'd do very well in Chipley if he ran for office, but he's threatening Florida. Oh, you can't do you do the redistrict. We're gonna come down, we're gonna get you guys all this stuff. Go ahead, make my day. Bring it on. I would like nothing better than to have him campaigning all across Florida. I don't know that he would do well here. I don't know he would do well almost anywhere in Florida. And I don't think that's something that Floridians would want to see. But we are not going to be cowed by threats from some machine politician from Brooklyn. It doesn't work that way down here. That's not how we roll. That's leadership and political payback, not whining. Louisiana also responding to the Supreme Court's Calais ruling striking down race based gender gerrymandering. Governor Jeff Landry there is postponing primaries to redraw maps, potentially flipping another seat or two for Republicans by ending the racial carve outs. Alabama's calling special sessions. Tennessee's eyeing its lone Democrats seat in Memphis. And Texas already passed mid decade adjustments under Governor Greg Abbott. That could add up to five seats there. Chip Roy put it perfectly. Texas is just adjusting itself with its redistricting as a response to the games Democrats have been playing for years. Here it is now. Obviously gerrymandering has existed since the very beginning of time. You know, looking at its very name, you know, it goes back to our founding. And so the maps are always going to be a little bit crazy because there's political powers. But for my Democrat colleagues that are squealing about Texas going to roughly a 30 to 8 mix or 28 to 10 mix, look at California, out of all of its districts, I think there are currently what about eight or nine Republicans and it's going down to four or five. Look at all of New England, literally all of New England. There's not a single Republican district. So the fact is that Texas is just, you know, adjusting itself to play the game Democrats have been playing. And it's all political. Right? That's political gerrymandering. We can debate that, but it shouldn't be done by race. The Supreme Court got it right. And frankly, Clarence Thomas was the most right as usual when he said that, you know, section two it should have anything to do with redistricting at all. So the Supreme Court got it right. Texas will get its maps right now. All right. And more states need to play the same hardball game. It's time Republicans played as hard and rough as as those on the other side of the aisle fight like Democrats. I've said that to you for a very long time. In Virginia, like I said, Democrats rammed through a constitutional amendment for a map that could hand them up to four extra seats. And when reporters asked AOC about Republican complaints, this was her response. What do you make of Republicans saying that. Virginia, you guys getting Democrats. Totally unconstitutional.
Cameron Kinsey
Listen, Democrats have attempted and asked Republicans for 10 years to ban partisan gerrymandering. And for 10 years Republicans have said no. Republicans have fought for partisan gerrymanders across the United States of America, and these are the rules that they have set.
Steve
No, we're playing by your rules now, aoc. Time for you to keep that wah, wah, wah attitude about Alabama and Tennessee and yes, Virginia, because I don't think it's going to happen. And I guess she's just going to forget about all the blue strongholds where Democrats have perfected the art of the steel for decades. Illinois, a Democrat gerrymander masterpiece. They hold 14 of the 17 seats despite Trump winning 43% of the vote there in 2024. Republican representation gets crushed there in maps that look like earmuffs and snakes. Massachusetts, nine districts, all Democrat. Trump got over a third of the vote, almost 40% in some areas statewide, but zero Republican congressmen and women. These aren't reflections of the people. They're fortified bunkers designed to entrench one party rule. New York, California, Maryland, same story. Democrats packed conservatives into a few districts as possible while spreading their urban votes efficiently. And I'm here to tell you, if Republicans play the same game, they're on the winning side. Democrats have already maxed out their gerrymandering across the country. They've been practicing this for decades, so there's no room to grow. Not much. But Republicans, well, they've got massive upside in red states where they've been playing far too nice for far too long. Studies and simulations get this, including ones based on aggressive maximization by the party in power in each state show that if every state went all in, Republicans could claim from 240 to as many as 262 seats out of 435 in the House, leaving the Democrats about 175 roughly. That is a structural edge reflecting where Americans actually live and vote outside the coastal bubbles. Democrats are planning on playing their hardest. Their problem is they've already gerrymandered those maps to oblivion. So we still have a big advantage if Republicans do their part. This is the left's tolerance, by the way, vile racism from the pulpit and everything else. But look, draw fair maps under the law that maximize your advantage, just like they did. No unilateral disarmament. The American people deserve representation that matches their values. Strong borders, low taxes, safe streets, energy dominance. Gerrymandering didn't start with Republicans, but ending Democrat permanent majorities might be the cure. We need and we need right now. And that's the monologue coming up. After the break, I'll discuss President Trump's decision to pause Project Freedom and how that decision is affecting the markets and oil prices. Specifically those energy markets are. Well, they're looking better today. I'll tell you all about it coming up on America's Voice Live.

Well global attention continues to turn to the Middle east as tensions with Iran continue to disrupt one of the world's most critical oil routes. The Strait of Hormuz has become the central piece in the escalating conflict, and recent attacks on commercial vessels and Iranian interference have slowed shipping and raised fears of a larger confrontation. One vessel was struck in the waterway this week, injuring crew members and further rattling the energy markets. The US has been leading efforts to Project Freedom aimed at keeping the shipping lanes open, but President Trump paused parts of that mission, stating that talks with Iran have made great progress, although if they continue to hold off, then the strikes may resume. Oil prices plunged today. Just the idea of peace in Iran dropped the prices earlier today to $89 today. Right now they're at about $95, but the market has been volatile. But it's way up today. Plus 700 on the Dow, plus 475 on NASDAQ. The S&P up over 100. Join me to discuss scholar speaker and author Dr. Steve Turley Mr. Turley, nice to see you today. Look, just the whiff of peace and the oil prices plunge. And let's. Let me just. Let me just say this. You're in Philly, right?
Dr. Steve Turley
I am.
Wayne Allen Root
Right up south.
Steve
I'm here in Michigan. Yeah, I'm here in Michigan. And I've watched these prices skyrocket. I'm old enough to remember when oil was $140 a barrel with Joe Biden in the White House 2022, and gas finally got to $5 a gallon. Here, it went over $5 a gallon. Oil is 35 to $40 a barrel less than it was then. When it's down to 89, it's even better. And yet. Somebody's making some cheese here, Doc. I mean, am I wrong? No, no, no.
Dr. Steve Turley
That's why you get. That's the. You know, you become an investor in energy exports four, four times like this. You love to see it. I mean, it's very few people, but it's a. It is a free market, relatively. OPEC taking the exception, although they're losing their membership slowly and surely. But, yeah, I think really, in the end, what we're. And I love the way you. You teed that up with Biden as a contrast. Back then with Biden, that was a crisis, whereas here we're seeing a recalibration. So that's very, very different. Biden had no grand strategy. He was just going with the. They had no idea. And the world was taking advantage of us because of. Look at who we had in the Oval Office. But Hormuz carries, as you know, 20% of global oil and gas. Analysts are estimating that's roughly about 10, 12 million barrels per day that remain stranded or cut off from world markets. And that's what's mainly affecting the futures price supply and demand. The demand grows, whereas the supply contracts. Brent's been trading around $70 per barrel before the war started. And then it briefly spiked, actually, just on Monday, I think, was its high of $126 a barrel. But as you mentioned, it's already down. It is definitely volatile, it's turbulent. But that, I think, again, that signals not so much a crisis as a recalibration. So you got Saudi Arabia bypassing Hormuz entirely with its east west pipeline that uses the Red Sea rather than the Persian Gulf. You got the UAE recalibrating their oil to the port of Fujairah, which leads directly into the Gulf of Oman. And in fact, Iranian regime actually tried to bomb destroy that bypass just the other Day they did, didn't do it. But, but again, it's the same thing. They're recognizing that the one piece of leverage that they have globally is disappearing with these new trade routes. And the UAE, of course, just quit OPEC as of May 1. So that can increase their export capacity. I think they were limited to about 2, 2 million barrels a day. Now they can pump it to x that to 5 million a day. And a weaker OPEC means less price manipulation, more free market, not to mention the, the United States has exploded in energy exports.
Steve
Well, I want to talk about that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I want to talk about that. It's really important. By the way, good news. We just broke 50,000 on the Dow. Charlie, if this war gets settled soon, all right, and they cut interest rates just a little bit, this economy could be on fire by the time we get to election day. That's a fact. Exports. I want to touch on that for a moment. 5.3 million barrels a day the United States was exporting as of Monday. That's an all time record. We're also exporting gas and diesel, finished products. Do you think it's a good idea that we set an all time record currently with consumers paying $5, $6 a gallon for gas and even more for diesel? Or is that something we should look at or just leave it alone?
Dr. Steve Turley
Yeah, well, again, it's hard. I just, I get that refrain in my head during the Biden years. Well, the president doesn't determine oil prices, you know, I mean, and then all of a sudden now they're going through, Democrats are going through the amnesia of that response, saying it's all Trump's f, it's all Trump's fault. I don't know if how much Trump can do in terms of tapping into reserves or cranking out more output, how much he can do to lower the price. I think he's being patient with the recalibration that's happening that you summarized. Well, once it's finally in place, once the Iranian threat is gone, and it will be gone, they're literally in a chokehold right now. That's what this blockade is. It's a boa constrictor hold. They're losing $500 million a day in revenue and their economy was already in tatters before the first bomb dropped. Militarily, they're inert. They can't project power, so they're going to go down just what replaces it and so forth. So I think once that's done, once the Abraham Accords takes over, for the security in the Middle East. I think you're, I mean, and with OPEC probably unraveling at this point, I think UAE was just the first. Oman has talking about it now. They want to leave as well. With our, with our energy exporting at all time highs. Venezuela released.
Steve
There it is. Venezuela.
Dr. Steve Turley
Yeah, we're looking.
Steve
That's the other part of the, that's the part of the equation. Yeah. Venezuela, three and a half million barrels a day when they get to capacity. Right, right. You've got, you, you've got that whole of South America can create tremendous amounts of oil. Guyana is ramping up right now because they've made the biggest discovery in the world. They're going to do a million and a half barrels a day in the next two or three years. We're going to be energy independent in the Western Hemisphere for sure. America continues to produce more. I look for the economy to be in great shape. I'll quickly give you the last word.
Dr. Steve Turley
Yeah, no, absolutely. It is the golden age. But there is no world order anymore. You and I have talked endlessly about this. The liberal international order is dead. Nobody cares about what the WTO says or the IMF or the World bank, those, or even the UN for that matter. Those institutions are basically dead. And in the absence of any intelligible world order, Trump is making America great again by making America the center of the New World Order that's rising. Not a bad New World order. A new World Order with nationalism, populism, traditionalism at its center, but with United States at the very core of a new world age. It's really fascinating.
Steve
It is fascinating. Turley, keep it safe there in Philly. Good talking to you, my friend.
Dr. Steve Turley
You got it, my friend. Thanks, Stephen.
Steve
All right, we'll take a quick break and be back on avl.

I wonder if you've heard about this. Utah's Box Elder County Commission has fast tracked a massive data center project on 40,000 acres in a desert basin known as Hansel Valley, combining more than 98 privately owned parcels controlled by ranchers under non disclosure agreements. Millions of Americans don't want these data centers, but the government keeps shoving them down our throats. How do you feel about it? Canadian celebrity investor Kevin O' Leary's proposal is reportedly 2.5 times the size of Manhattan, New York. The county commission mocked residents and approved the project anyway, claiming some protesters were busted, that they were protesters like all these other leftist protests. You see, they weren't really from there. Check this out. Well, I'm not sure where they're from, if they're from Utah or bust in like happens so often with these these protests. Are they paid protesters? Are they actual residents? I don't think a lot of people live in that part of Utah, just my guess. And what about data centers exploding the energy costs? Or problems with data centers gobbling up huge swaths of land and they are exploding your energy costs? At least some say that. And some say they're taking too much water. CBS News reporting these problems with consumption. Watch this. Across the country, new data centers are
Cameron Kinsey
driving up utility bills in at least 13 states.
Steve
This analysis found Americans who live near
Cameron Kinsey
data centers are paying as much as 267% more for energy than five years ago. And in the next five years, the amount of energy consumed by commercial buildings like data centers in Georgia will more than double.
Steve
Data centers will add billions of dollars to costs to electricity rates in Georgia if we don't get better protection than we have right now. But on the other side of that, Kevin o' Leary says that's simply not true. He says data centers are not allowed to take vast amounts of energy out of the grid, and most governors of most states won't allow it to happen. Most of the data centers, he says, like his in Utah has proposed, will have its own power plant. It won't take anything from the grid. Water usage, another concern for residents and Those there protesting wherever they may be from. But it's a conversation we need to keep having because we seem to have more questions than answers oftentimes like, what are they for? Why do we need them all? Oh, and by the way, Big Brother can be very loud. These Data centers run 24 hours a day, seven days a week with powerful fans and cooling systems, backup generators, thousands of servers operating non stop seven days a week. And for some, they say the noise never ends. This video is from a data center in Vineland, New Jersey, filmed by residents more than a half mile from the facility. You tell me, would this bother you? Don't you feel like we're not being told the whole story? I mean, my phone works, my computer works, my streaming services play movies or whatever. Why do we need hundreds and hundreds of new data centers immediately? More questions and more answers here. We'll keep covering it for you. When there are supply constraints on commodities, prices surge. We just talked about that with Dr. Turley. You sell with fuel when the state of Hormuz was blockaded. And you know what else is a limited commodity? Gold. They mine it out of the ground. When it's gone, it's gone. Governments can't just print more of it. And that's why everyone from central banks to savvy savers are diversified with gold. If you've been thinking about it for years but have still never moved some of your savings into physical gold, Birch Gold Group is who I trust to help you. Coming up after the break, President Trump has endorsed the idea of renaming ICE to Nice. I'll bring on someone who had that idea a few months ago to discuss. We'll be right back on America's Voice Live.

All right. President Trump recently endorsed a proposal to rename U.S. immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, to NICE, short for the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Nice move, right? The proposal comes as the administration continues to emphasize stricter border security and expanded ICE operations all across the country. Here to discuss this with me is someone who had this idea a few months back, the host of America's top 10 countdown, Wayne Allen Root. Wayne, nice to see you today.
Wayne Allen Root
Hey, Steve, how are you?
Steve
I'm doing good. Wouldn't that just be precious when all these talking heads on CNN and elsewhere, they all have to go and the nice agents did this and the nice agents did that? Boy, their heads. You know, I don't think they'll do it, Wayne. I don't think they'll do it. I think they'll dig their heels in and refuse. What are your thoughts?
Wayne Allen Root
Well, Trump says it's happening. He sent out the logo and he said it the new name. So I think it's happening. And I'm the guy who was the architect of it. I feel like a proud father. I'm in Trump's ear a lot. I send him all my columns and my commentaries. I send him my opening commentaries on Real America's Voice, my top 10 show. And then I text him, I've got a cell number and I say, watch this commentary. I'll read this commentary. And the first time I did it was when I tried to sell him on no tax on Social Security. And about a month later, he announced no tax on Social Security. Second time I did it, I came up the idea no tax on overtime. And I sent it to him and nothing happened. So I sent him a text on his cell phone. I said, come on man, this is going to win over the middle class and working class of America. You're going to win the election with this. No tax on overtime. He announced it an hour later. And so this time I pushed him and I said, make the liberals heads explode. Make it Nice. Instead of ice. National Immigration and Customs Enforcement changed the name to Nice. And I wrote the commentary. I opened my show with it, I sent it to him, I texted him. And that was three and a half months ago or so. I think it was mid January. And next thing you know he's saying it's new name is Nice. So we'll see. But I'm very proud of the fact that he listened.
Steve
Very nice. It's good when you can have the President's ear, there's no question about that. I do want to shift gears here for a moment. You have a special here tonight, Unreal America's voice at 11 o' clock titled America Speaks. America Speaks. Which is good. People need to. They got a lot to talk about, that's for sure. Tell me about this.
Wayne Allen Root
Well, I'm really excited about it and I'm also kind of tickled pink, you know, only in America, right? 40 years ago, I was the lead anchor at a sports channel. We were the biggest competitor to espn. It was Financial News Network, but on weekends it was all sports. So it's called FNN Sports. And I hosted five shows for fnn. And I went to them and I said, no one has ever taken calls live on the air in those days. No one had ever done that. And I said, I'd like to be the first to do it. And they gave me my sixth show. It was called the Fan Speaks out. And it became my biggest hit on FNN Sports. For two years I hosted six shows on fnn. I was their big star and their big anchor, their big host. And the Fan Speaks out was my main show. People called up, I sat there and I answered a red phone. I had a red bat phone back in the ancient dinosaur days of 1989. And I talked to people. And so all these years later, let's fast forward just about 40 years later, I said, you know what? Nobody, you know, people do it on radio, talk radio, but I've never seen a show, conservative talk show, where they take calls in American tv. I've never seen it on tv. So I said, let's do it. So we're doing a special tonight. It's called America Speaks. And for an entire hour you get to call me and talk to Wayne Root and tell America can speak and America can tell all of us what you're thinking. And it's apropos for a network called Real America's Voice because this is your chance to give your voice what you're thinking, what you're mad about, what you're happy about. Get on the line and let's talk about it. Let's discuss, let's debate the phone number. It's tonight at 11pm by the way. East coast time, 8pm Pacific. America speaks with yours truly, Wayne Alla Root 800, 347. Root is the call in number toll free. Doesn't cost you a dime. 800-347-ROOT, which is numerically 800-347-7668. That's my last name, Root 7668. So call in tonight, get in line and I'd love to take as many calls as I can and speak to all of you.
Steve
Wayne, we need to get you out of bed earlier. We do. We, we take calls on this network every Friday morning, free for all Friday from 6 to 8am Eastern Time.
Wayne Allen Root
Every Friday show red phone.
Steve
Yeah, red phone. I think it's a great idea, Wayne. Great minds think alike. I got the red phone right here. We do that and you're exactly right. Look, we get calls from Alaska, Wyoming, New Hampshire, Florida. You will as well because people have something to say. And I just want to touch on one thing here, your thoughts on this. We keep being told that MAGA is dead. Wayne. Maga's dead. It's dead. Really? What happened in Indiana yesterday and Ohio, the seven people and Ohio. But the seven people that the seven senators in Indiana that voted not to redistrict, at least five of them are out of a job today because Trump backed challengers knocked him out in the primary. Is MAGA dead, Wayne?
Wayne Allen Root
No, of course it's not dead. And that's, you know, that's the whole point of my top 10 show, my daily podcast, my daily syndicated radio show. I tell people every day Trump's more beloved than he's ever been. And the proof for me is not what Wainroot thinks. It's that cnn, the most liberal network out there or one of the two most liberal along with Ms. Now. But CNN has a data analyst named Harry Entin and his numbers show that Trump with Republicans, with MAGA voters is at 100%. He's the most popular he's ever been. He's lost no one. So you hear these people, Steve. They're the loudest people. Critics are always the loudest. And I get fan mail that says, I'm sick of Trump, I'm done with Trump. But it's only one out of every 50 letters. But that one is always the loudest one. And they curse the most and they say the most negative things. And most people don't think like that. What did Reagan say? If you're with me, 7 out of 10, we're not enemies, we're friends. And Trump is with us. I'd say nine out of ten. But there's one out of ten where I disagree. Who cares? Do you have anyone else that can get you 9 out of 10 or 8 out of 10 or 7 out of 10? He's the best thing that ever happened to us. He's saving the United States of America. He's not perfect. Okay? You don't like something like Epstein or Israel or Iran, okay, he's with you. Nine out of ten. Enough already. Stop with the complaining. He's the best we've ever had and he's the best you're ever going to get, I fear.
Steve
Yeah, stop with the complaining. I agree with you. Wayne Allen root, that's tonight, 1-800-447-root. 11:00 Eastern. Wayne Allen Root will answer your questions, call in, be heard tonight, and if you're up on Friday mornings, we'll do the same thing. Wayne, always good to see you.
Wayne Allen Root
Yeah. And one thing, you gave the wrong number. It's 1-800-347-route, not 447-1-800-347-root. Tonight, 11pm Eastern, 8pm Pacific. America speaks. See you then.
Steve
There you have it. Wayne Allen Root, everybody. Thank you, Wayne. All right, let's talk Medicare because a lot of folks aren't getting the full story. Most Medicare agents push Medicare Advantage plans even when they're not right for you. Why? Because that's where the money is for them. But seniors are paying the price. That's what makes chapter different. They walk you through original Medicare, Medigap, Medicare Advantage and Part D with the pros and the cons all laid out so you can make the right call for your health needs. Well, for millions of Americans, tax season turned into a financial gut check or maybe a gut punch. Unexpected bills leaving many scrambling to figure out how to respond. Choices you make now, whether you can or cannot pay in full, or whether you did or did not that can impact you going down the road. I mean you get serious problems, consequences if things are not handled correctly. Joining me to discuss, spokesperson for Tax Network usa, Cameron Kinsey. Cameron, thank you for being here. Nice seeing you.
Cameron Kinsey
Good to see you, too, Steve. Thanks for having me on.
Steve
Always. Look, if somebody missed tax day, for whatever reason, didn't think they could pay, decided to ignore it, what should they do now? Because it's not going to go away. The IRS isn't going to forget you're a taxpayer. What should they do right now, at this moment?
Cameron Kinsey
Well, if they're having trouble, they don't know where to turn. They don't know what resources are available. I would suggest they talk to a professional firm like Tax Network USA. We have CPAs, licensed tax attorneys, even former IRS agents who know the tax code inside and out and know your resources and how to help you. And the problem, like you said, Steve, is not going to go away. So many people are too embarrassed to confront this issue. They stuff those letters in a drawer, hoping that it goes away. And the truth is, the IRS counts on those people making mistakes. That interest starts compounding daily. Those penalties stack up, and your resources, your options become more and more limited by the day. So that's why it's so important. Even though the deadline has passed, get ahead of it, we're still upholding that free consultation for our RAV listeners and that free discovery call as well.
Steve
So the question comes down to this. Look, things are tight out there for a lot of folks. And if someone truly cannot pay the bill, what are their options?
Cameron Kinsey
Yeah, I think a lot of Americans are in this position right now, Steve. The worst thing that somebody could do is panic, ignore it completely. Because the IRS is, does have programs in place for people who genuinely can't afford to pay their full balance that can look like installment agreements where you pay over time, currently not collectible status, where those collections are temporarily paused, or in some cases, an offer and compromise where that debt can be reduced. But here's the key. None of these are automatic. They're based on your full financial picture and how your situation is presented to them. So that's why having professionals in your corner matters at this point. Because one misstep is one missing document when presenting your case can potentially cost you hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of dollars.
Steve
So even if somebody didn't file on April 15th and they're sitting here listening today, and you're like, look, you got to do something, you know, file and not pay file or not file at all, those are questions that have come and gone. The question is, what do you do today? And the answer, I think, is talk to a professional to figure out what your best move is from here. Because if you didn't pay it all and you owed, there are going to be penalties, interest and all sorts of other problems. Plus the, the nasty grams that show up in your mailbox, they're all not that too pleasant. So the first step is with Tax Network usa, correct?
Cameron Kinsey
Yes, absolutely. Talk to a professional. We basically act as a liaison between you and the IRS so you're not having to wait on hold with them for hours. You can be present with your family during this time. We know how much of a mental burden and a mental load this takes on every American who doesn't know the tax code inside and out. And so and I would also add to this, Steve, before we go, not filing is the absolute worst case scenario right now. Get ahead of this early because the failure to file penalty would have been much higher than the failure to pay penalty. So even if you can't write out that check for the full amount right out of your pocket, you should still file this return that will automatically protect you from the most aggressive penalties right out of the gate. And it also shows good faith on your part.
Steve
Yeah. The longer you wait, the worse it gets. Yeah. Sitting on hold with the irs, no fun. So get somebody that can handle it for you. Tax Network usa, Cameron Kinsey, always a pleasure. Thank you.
Cameron Kinsey
Thank you so much, Steve. Have a good one.

I don't know what makes America wonderful today. President Trump's Department of Justice this time for taking aim at another deep blue state over immigration policy going after New Jersey for offering in state college tuition and financial aid to illegal aliens. Federal officials argue the policy unfairly gives benefits to those in the country illegally while denying the same advantages to actual Americans, calling it a direct violation of federal law. Joining me to discuss campus reform, reporter Emily Sturge. Emily, how much of this do we have to see? Nice to see you today, but this is just outrageous.
Cameron Kinsey
It's great to be with you, Steve. And yes, absolutely it is outrageous. So the Department of Justice just launched its ninth investigation into states that have been providing these in state discounted tuition prices to illegal alien students. And I'm thrilled. Finally we have a Department of justice with a backbone willing to actually look into this. Because while American students are taking out student loans, working second jobs in order to pay these massive tuition bills. Well, for over a decade in some states, illegal aliens have been getting discounted tuition rates and then also benefiting from taxpayer funded scholarships. And in New Jersey specifically, let's talk numbers here. I did the research out of state, American students are paying a sticker price of $30,000 to attend institutions in New Jersey while those illegal aliens eligible for those in state tuition rates, well, they're paying just $15,000. So let me be clear, John from New York, he's paying $30,000 to attend a New Jersey institution while an illegal alien, Juan from Mexico is paying only 15,000. It's absolutely so unfair that American students have been paying double what illegal aliens have been paying to attend the same exact institutions here in America.
Steve
And these are state universities, right? These are state colleges and state universities. So their taxpayers support it and the taxpayer is supporting half price for people here illegally. That's what you're telling me?
Cameron Kinsey
Absolutely. It's a slap in the face not only to American students, it's also a slap in the face to American taxpayers and it rewards breaking America's laws. So the Department of Justice has looked into investigated nine states at this point and we've seen four legal successes so far. Nebraska, Kentucky, Oklahoma, already after the Department of Justice sued those states have overturned their state laws that were giving in state discounted tuition rates to illegal alien students. Texas is a great example. Texas overturned their decades old state law after just a six hour lawsuit from the Department of Justice. And the reason why these cases have been so swift, they've been swift victories. Well, it's because the Department of Justice's argument is rooted in our federal immigration law. Our federal immigration law says that illegal aliens cannot receive preferential treatment over American citizens. And on top of that, the supremacy clause in the Constitution says that federal law overrides state law. So the Department of Justice has a winning argument here and I'm glad to see them take hold of this.
Steve
Well, I think we are too. The DOJ making America great today. Emily Sturge, always nice to see you. Thank you for your update.
Cameron Kinsey
Thanks so much for having me.
Steve
Always good. There it is. Can you imagine that half price if you're here illegally. But if you're Johnny from, you know, New Jersey, you just get the shot. Don't forget to join me tomorrow morning right here to launch your day on Daybreak with myself. Ivy will be there, of course. Every day, the latest analysis, the latest news, and a lot of fun, too. You'll want to see it tomorrow morning. We'll see you there.

— Steve Gruber ([27:08])
The episode embodies a combative, populist, and unapologetically right-leaning tone, emphasizing skepticism toward government bureaucracy, media, “Democrat hypocrisy,” and defending Trump’s policies and strategies both at home and abroad. Regular jabs at mainstream political figures and institutions set a combative, rallying language style.
This episode captures the current Republican response to both international and domestic issues under President Trump’s leadership—from halting a military operation for diplomatic gains to embracing aggressive electoral tactics and economic recalibration. Gruber and guests blend analysis, advocacy, and a dash of showmanship, presenting their worldview as pragmatic, resilient, and insurgent against entrenched opposition.
