Interviewer
Well, you know, you actually just stole my stole line right out of my mouth because I was going to ask you. This has become something of a, of a, almost a running joke within the campaign where you've been going around asking people just if they can name name one accomplishment from Senator Cornyn. Have you found anyone who's able to do so?
Ken Paxton
No. So I started April 8th. I announced my candidacy April date last year. So a year and like two months ago. And every meeting, whether it's one person or it's thousands, I've asked every single time, can you name one good accomplishment? John Corn has been in the Senate for 24 years. He's been in office since the 84 when I was in college. I'm now 63. He's been in office for 42 years and I give him the whole 42 years. As I said, can you name one good accomplishment? 42 years. No one's ever delivered an answer. Not one answer. And then my follow up is take any two weeks I've been in the Attorney General of Texas, whether it's the last two weeks. John can pick the two weeks other than Christmas and Thanksgiving, I will have accomplished more in any two week period than he's accomplished in 42 years. I think that's pathetic and I think we need a change.
Interviewer
What do you think is the reason that for so long Texas would send somebody up like that? I mean he, you know, he comes up and he across as, as, oh, I'm just like you, I'm a conservative. But then he goes to Washington D.C. and he just can't seem to actually deliver on any conservative agenda items.
Ken Paxton
No, he delivers on bad things. I mean, helping Joe Biden restrict second amendments, he blocks the border wall from being built. He's an open borders guy. I think what happens is, you know, Karl Rose of the world, the Bushes of the world got behind him and he's never had any real competition. And then they spend $125 million from Washington to tell Republicans in Texas that John Cornyn is conservative, that he is, you know, that he has stood against Biden, that he's a Donald Trump guy, voted with him 99% of the time, fought for the border wall. All this stuff is untrue. But with $125 million, if you can turn 5% of my voters to him, that's a 10% turn. That's what they rely on. And then they lie about me with the same money. And so that's what they depend on. He doesn't campaign, he doesn't get out and talk to the voters because it's too risky for him. And what he does is they send this money in to, to really be dishonest about his record and try to convince from D.C. tell Republicans this is the guy, stand with our guy. And that stuff has worked because in the last 40 or 50 years, only two incumbents that I know of have been knocked off, either Democrat or Republican. And one was in Richard Lugar in 2012, self funded, he had a self funder. And the second was Mike Lee in 2010 because he was in a convention state. No one's ever taken on a senator sitting senator in a primary that I know of in the last 40 or 50 years and beating them straight up without a special either self funding or convention state where you don't need money.
Interviewer
And it's obviously an extremely heavy lift. And that's why the people of Texas have really found themselves in such a corner. And that's why they've now turned to an attorney general such yourself. A candidate such as yourself who actually wants to achieve things and actually wants to put points on the board rather than just go fill a seat and fog a mirror in Washington D.C. for 42 years rather than get anything done are the top line issues that people are talking about in the state of Texas.
Ken Paxton
The number one issue which I've challenged John Cornyn on is the Save America Act. I mean this is the President's number one issue. Said it in his State of the Union. I was there, I heard it. And it's simple. It requires that citizens not vote. It requires photo ID and it requires a revised mail in ballot structure that stops some of the cheating. And I said I would even consider dropping out. John Corner could just deliver on one really significant thing which he's not done in 42 years. I challenged him right after the runoff, March 3rd, I think it was March 4th or 5th that I said this. I would consider dropping out. Guess what? Instead of getting that pass, instead of getting rid of the filibuster which they are protecting, they instead he went on vacation for two weeks and then came back for a week. And I think he then went back on vacation. So he, even when under pressure, even when it becomes the highlighted issue by the president, by me, John Corn, even then couldn't deliver. And that's the problem. And those are the type of issues that Texans care about, along with the fact that the border be protected. And unfortunately, John spent all his money in Ukraine as opposed to defending the border in Texas. He was more interested in foreign borders than he was ours. Texans don't want to put up with that anymore, nor do they want to have a center that sides with Joe Biden to restrict Second Amendment rights. And that's what John Cornyn has done. Texas children One of the this all started when I, you know, several years ago when I came out, when it seemed like this whole idea of transitioning kids was, was a big thing. And we, no one was speaking out. We came out with an opinion, a legal opinion saying that we viewed that as child abuse. And shortly thereafter that issuing that opinion, the legislature stepped in and banned transitioning of children in Texas and banned hospitals and doctors from doing it. However, we started discovering hospitals that were doing it. We were able to force some hospitals out. This one is obviously a Texas hospital. So they couldn't leave. And so we sued them and we got a settlement last night with them where they are firing all of their doctors that do this. They've agreed to never hire anybody doing this again. And they have, they have some compliance to do to make sure that doesn't happen. They also agreed to pay 10 million and they're going to use part of that to create a detransitioning unit where they actually cover for the next five years. They will cover for free anybody that wants to come and detransition. I think it's the first of its kind program in the United States and maybe anywhere in the world, I don't know. But it is going to happen in Texas and we're going to give some of these children an opportunity who couldn't afford it, who were in a bad spot because they were young and they didn't know and their brains weren't fully developed and they were potentially pushed into or made poor decisions based on their age, can now come back and have an opportunity to potentially at least partially or maybe fully reverse what's happened to them.
Interviewer
And it's stunning. It's just stunning. So I'm reading through the settlement here. 10 million to the state for billing Texas Medicaid for unallowable and illegal gender transition interventions, including by using false diagnostic codes, compelling determination and revocation of privileges of multiple physicians, as you mentioned, and this d transition clinic funded by the hospital for five years, free of charge for patients that are admitted. Mr. General, this is something that we would hope, as conservatives that could be spread across the entire country. I just have to say thank you for your work here and your efforts because this is something that look, you know, in conservative media, we've always got some outrage about what the radical transgender movement is doing, but this is a major, major victory. And hopefully, and you mentioned it's the first of its kind, but hopefully it's not the last.
Ken Paxton
Yeah, I think that's something that I hope happens. You know, a lot of states don't have laws against this, but they may be able to do what we did. We used both the current law, which has been new, but we also went back and looked at Medicaid and the fraud where they were hiding it and they were coding it wrong, and billing Medicaid inappropriately and illegally. So we were able to use both methods. We use the current law that when they were continuing to do it when the law was passed, but we also went backwards and used Medicaid. So other states, other Republican states potentially that don't have this law in place, you get into place. Second, if they don't have in place, you can use Medicaid fraud. And then third, why not push the same program we did, which was create these programs all over the state. So these kids that were put in such a difficult spot, they don't have the resources to accommodate what they might want to do now. Give them the opportunity to get as much of their life back as possible, provide them some hope. And that's what I'm trying to do with this program, is provide hope the kids that have no hope.
Foreign Policy Analyst
I think there has been no change in policy. I mean, at least that's certainly what Rubio tells us. Just before we got on the air, the Chinese Foreign Ministry released Wang Yi, the foreign Minister's readout of the meeting. And I was trying to get to the parts about Taiwan where it looked like there was a very long and in depth discussion, but that in fact, there doesn't appear to be any change in policy. The president's press spray on the plane suggested there might be a change in arms sales. I just don't know about that. I think the United States has to sell arms to Taiwan. I mean, what Trump said notably was that the United States doesn't want to fight 8,000 miles away in Taiwan. And if that's the case, they have to sell arms to Taiwan to ensure that Taiwan can defend themselves. So the problem actually is Taiwan sideline.
Steve Bannon
That could be the implication as well.
Peter Tickton
Right.
Foreign Policy Analyst
So I couldn't say that again. I missed you.
Steve Bannon
Well, unless if we don't want to fight 8,000 miles overseas and we're not willing to sell arms, does that imply that Donald Trump would be just willing to let China take Taiwan?
Foreign Policy Analyst
Oh, I certainly hope not. I mean, that would certainly be bad for our commitments all over the Indo Pacific. It would be bad for a supply of semiconductors as well. You know, I think this arms sale will go through. The problem is on the Taiwan side, they can't get a full defense budget passed on their side for weapons and for drones. So hopefully there isn't a change in policy. At least Wang Yi's readout didn't appear to suggest there was a major change.
Steve Bannon
Sources telling us that hackers have breached critical systems that monitor fuel storage tanks at gas stations in multiple states and officials believe Iran is behind these cyber attacks. CNN Sean Lingus is following the story here. Sean, what do you know about this?
Sean Lingus
Yeah, this is just coming out, Brianna. Iran has long had a history of probing these systems that sit online that monitor tank levels. Also they've hacked before water systems that are also online. So they take this low hanging fruit and they go for it. And in this case, sources are telling me that in multiple states the hackers have been able to manipulate the readings on the storage tank. So basically you might think that the tank is fuller than it is or not. They haven't actually been able to affect the fuel in there or cause any safety or damage. But it is a concern for safety for anyone, for people to operate in the gas stations, but also for U.S. officials investigating them. Now, they aren't sure it's Iran. According to my reporting. They Iran is a leading suspect based on their history and based on the situation they're in right now in the war. And they don't have enough information right now to definitively blame Iran. However, it does fit in with Iran's history of doing this sort of thing. And it's sort of that asymmetric ability that Iran has. They can't hit the US Homeland with missiles or drones, but they have hackers who are still alive despite all the bombing in Iran who are able to break into these systems. And it's partly a Psychological effect, but also a potential safety concern. Brianna.
Steve Bannon
I mean, and what is the safety concern? Like, why would they do this other than to kind of fool gas station owners into thinking, oh my, I don't need that, right?
Sean Lingus
If they were, I don't want to give them ideas, but if it could escalate if they had some, some outside help, maybe someone on the ground near the gas station to help with the attack, to make it more targeted. Right now it is basically scanning the Internet and saying, oh, there's something online that should not be online, it doesn't have a password on it, let's break into it. And so it's really a long standing problem with some US Critical infrastructure where those without the resources are not really securing their systems and the Iranians really know how to exploit that.
Victor (Foreign Affairs Commentator)
Brianna According to the United States readout, the United States and China agreed that the Strait of Hormuz should not be militarized and there should be no toll. So if, if that's the case, then that is support of the American position. But there doesn't seem to be a Chinese commitment to lean on the Iranians when it comes to negotiations. According to the President, the Chinese have agreed not to sell weapons to Iran. The Chinese have not, as far as I know, Victor, I'm sure would know better, but as far as I know, have not released any statement that would confirm that they've agreed not to sail to the Iranians. And after all, they're selling components in air defense systems. So there is a way, at least a way around this. So I'm not sure that they got a lot on Iran. And I think the Chinese, while not wanting to get too involved directly, are happy to have the United States pinned

Friday, the 15th of May, year of our Lord 2026. Welcome to the Friday afternoon show. We're going to go to the White House momentarily. Also the President, I believe they're going to land during the show right at Andrews. Don't know if the President will address the media, take a spray or a press spray or what he will do, but we will find it out. Neil McCabe's at the White House. A lot to go through. I want to give a hat tip to Jack Posobec in the Human Events daily show at 2:00'. Clock. I thought it was a terrific interview with Ken Paxton. That's what we try to play, a highlight reel. But Ken Paxton, a decent guy, one that's been with the MAGA movement and remember the attorney general in the state that took the lead is in attacking Biden's unconstitutional moves in the very first afternoon of the illegitimate regime of Joe Biden. So just absolutely outstanding. Incredible. We're going to try to play more of that and get into it. Also we're going to talk the Senate, the Save America Act. What's up with Thune? What is to be done? We need action, action, action. Have three areas I want to talk to the audience about. I think Daily Mail may be doing a story. I was interviewed on Sean Spicer's show early. Remember Spicer? Let's get that site. If my producer can get it to me in the next hour. Spicer has a has an event that's going to start I think at six o'. Clock. I would go to the White House. Neil McCabe so Neil, two things I want to deal with is one, is this exactly what the Chinese are saying they agree to versus what we're saying they agree to, particularly around Iran. Today financial pressure is going to be put on the middle and working class in this country as the bond market. Remember we had I informed you there was a weak treasury auction the other day. The people that lend money that buy US bonds, institutional investors, the big kahunas, they're charging More, they're going to charge more to lend money to the US government. The 30 year, which is really tied to the mortgages, went over 5.1%, around 5.1%. That means the 30 year mortgage is going to kick up. And President Trump had all this kind of. He and Bessant had this thing worked out. And remember back in the first term in 2019, it was 1 point. I think the interest on the 10 year was 1.7. I think inflation was 1.4. Think about that for a second. That's how everything converged. The ten year treasury, as we have taught you here on the War Room, really is the number that controls your financial life. Why everything is priced off, what they call the risk free rate of lending to the US government. That's 10 years, that's now. And both Bolling and Cortez warned that if we breach 4.5%, this thing could explode to 4.6, maybe even get to 5 itself. That is now 4.6%. That means that all your auto loans, your credit cards, your home more, your secondary loans on your home, all of it are going to go up, particularly your credit cards, because that's what it's priced off of. They put a risk premium for you on top of the what, quote, unquote, the risk free premium that they lend to the government. Why is this important? This is important because this was all brought about by this war. President Trump and Besson had a plan. It was kicking in. You could see the green shoots. Things were happening. The turnaround was already starting. It was going to be very good news by mid summer to late summer, exactly the time when the American people would say, okay, I got these guys, I like what they're doing. It's the economy, stupid, and things are going well. Now we're going to have some perturbation. We're going to have some choppy water. It is critical now more than ever to sort this mess out in Iran, in the Persian Gulf. And a big part of that was a great powers discussion between the President, United States and the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party also. In addition, as an industry, LinkedIn a subset of that, you got the straight or moves, you also got the Taiwan Strait. What is going to happen in Taiwan? So Neil, first off, what do we actually know about what we know they have? And we played one of the many clips are out there today that there really wasn't a big mention of this in the communique by the Chinese, but they did acknowledge it, that they do agree there should not be There should be no militarization of the Strait of Hormuz and there should be no toll. Now, they haven't said they're going to support our action or not. I don't believe they've actually formally commented on the no nuclear weapons, although President Trump told Hannity last night that they were in agreement. What do you know over at the White House as the president now returns about this whole situation with Iran, the war in the Persian Gulf, all of it, as far as the Chinese Communist Party's commitment to work with President Trump or support President Trump's policies, Sir.
Neil McCabe
Right, Steve. So there was no formal memo of understanding or any kind of agreement where the Chinese actually signed off on what President Trump said they signed off on. He basically expressed it as his understanding of what they had told him and he was going to move forward with that. The Chinese haven't come forward and said he's wrong. And so we'll just see how it plays out. Now, I want to go the source reporting that.
Steve Bannon
Go ahead, go ahead. No, go ahead, continue.
Neil McCabe
I was just going to make the point. I was going to make the point that there are Chinese, you know, tankers, oil tankers that are taking Iranian oil bound for China that have, quote, slipped through, unquote, our blockade, one or two of them. And I don't know. I don't know how someone sneaks through. They go like three knots and they're very large ships. And so that may have been part of sort of a reparchement during the summit. But it would be interesting to see in the future, in the next week or so, how many tankers bound for China actually pass through
Steve Bannon
now in this press gaggle, so it's called, when he just kind of steps back in Air Force One. And President Trump loves doing this and he takes any and all questions and he kind of, you can tell his the mind's working the entire time. The wheels are spinning. He decides which one he wants to answer and which one he blew off. He did give some answers and particularly use some historical references in this discussion of Taiwan. Now, the Financial Times has reported, and we put it up, that he said he hasn't made the final decision on his approval of this big arms package, which I think is $25 billion to the Taiwan, to the Taiwan government. Also, people should understand right now there's a fifth column in Taiwan that's probably a third of the nation that backs kind of a reunification. I mean, one of the flies in the ortman here is that there's and that party now is the Kuomintang. Chiang Kai Shek's party, which was the Independent and Nationalist party, is now a pro CCP or CCP adjacent party that argues for many of the things that the CCP wants. So what was President Trump's response today, particularly in regards to President Reagan and other things that have happened in our long and tortured history of strategic ambiguity as far as it goes with the island of Taiwan?
Neil McCabe
Well, the two main comments he made. The first one was sort of an aside, like, the last thing we need is a war, you know, 9,500 miles away. Which is just an interesting comment, just an observation. However, he was very specific when he was referring to the 1984.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. How could that make any sense when we've got a war that's, I don't know, 8,000 miles away? How far is. How, how far away is the Persian Gulf? That would make, that would make sense, except for the fact we're already, we're already in a war of choice. Right, with America's greatest ally, the Arabs. No, no, no, excuse me. America's greatest ally is the, is Israel. But the Saudis, the double dealing Saudis are close. So we're in a war 8,000 miles away or 8,500 miles away. How does that make any sense?
Neil McCabe
I'll remind you that we're in a ceasefire, sir. The other thing I would say.
Steve Bannon
Yeah, but it's a cease. But it's a. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. I know we're in a ceasefire, but the ceasefire is to a war that we have not brought to a successful conclusion. Would you agree with that?
Neil McCabe
Absolutely.
Ken Paxton
Thank you.
Steve Bannon
Okay, so, but his point is that, hey, it's 8,500 miles away or 9,000 miles away, and it's only 100 miles away from the mainland of China. Right. They have a home court advantage, kind of like the Persians have with the Strait of Hormuz. Correct, sir? Absolutely correct. Very much so. And the President's always been very wary of that, right? No, he's. The President's always been very wary. He's mentioned this on Taiwan many, many times.
Neil McCabe
And so I think that when he was mentioning sort of the. How many miles away the war is, we don't want a war that far away. I think he was just sort of. That was one of those comments that he just makes off his head. However, when he started referring specifically to the agreement that Reagan made 40 years ago, he seemed to have been briefed on it and was aware of it. And he was also dismissive of something that was signed 40 years ago, which he felt he was not bound by. And that was the six, I don't know, all six off my head. But Reagan basically had an agreement with the Taiwanese that said we wouldn't force them to deal with China. We wouldn't, we would continue to support them militarily. And all of the things that we have done for Taiwan since 1982 are reflected in those six assurances that Reagan gave. And Trump basically called it a dead letter. On the plane today when he say,
Steve Bannon
what do you mean? He said he, he basically called it a dead letter.
Neil McCabe
He said that he was, he says, why would I make decisions based on something that was signed 40 years ago? It, you know, it's, it has the same force. And say the Buddha, the Budapest memorandum, memorandum. It wasn't a treaty, it was something that was signed. He respects it, he knows it, he's aware of it. But he is, he specifically said he did not feel bound by it because he's reacting to current events.
Steve Bannon
That is kind of, that coupled with, hey, I haven't made a final decision on the arms sales, you would agree, are kind of, I don't know, mini bombshells. When you talk about the sensitivity of Taiwan and particularly the chips factories and everything that's going on with Taiwan and the fact that the Chinese Communist Party was pretty blunt about saying it is a dissident province of China, that there's no chance. Independence is not something they even conceive of because a province can't be independent. Sir. That's correct.
Neil McCabe
And often, you know, whatever the president says is officially U.S. policy. But often when a president speaks off the cuff, he comes home, he sits down with his advisers, and they sort of recalibrate what he really meant.
Steve Bannon
Yeah, And President Trump's always, I mean, his stock in trade is to keep the other side off balance, make sure they understand he calls audibles all the time. Okay, welcome back. A massive announcement. We got two, two of the best people to do it. Peter Tickton, the federal lawyer for Tina Peters and Apollo Pappas, her wingman, has been running her show since she's been in prison. Peter Tickton, I'll let you tell the audience what has just come across the wire, sir.
Peter Tickton
Tina Peters is going to be out of prison within a matter of weeks. Governor Polis did the right thing. Thank God. He had so much pressure from the left to not do this. But Tina Peters is coming out. He commuted her sentence and reduced it to half the time. By doing that, she's up for parole and she'll be out within a month. You know, I see what you're showing me in terms of the News article of June 1st. I guess that's out. I didn't know that that was public. But the fact of the matter is he's coming out of prison. Thank God. I mean, this lady, she didn't deserve to be in there for a day. And even Governor Polis saw that the sentence was so harsh that it just needed to be reduced. And this is one of those situations where we have a captured state. When you have a captured state, you have captured judges or the kinds of judges that are in those states, unlike places like Florida, where we have such good judges that know how to call balls and strikes. You see different things in states like Michigan and Colorado where injustice prevails. And in terms of Tina Peters, there's three reasons that she was incarcerated by this judge. One was to basically keep her quiet, shut her up. The second was to give Janet Griswold a scapegoat. And the third, and the most important was to let the clerks of all the counties of all the United States to know that when you see something, you better not say something because you could end up in prison like Tina Peters. And so, you know, the whole situation was rotten from the beginning.
Steve Bannon
Go ahead, Peter Tickton. You've got a lot of water under your belt. You're very experienced Governor Polis and look, we are opposed to Governor Polis way, his policies, everything like that. But in this instance, because when you were working on this and everything at the federal level and you had President Trump on her sentence and give her a pardon, the pressure on Polis, looking at the available alternatives at the state level, which you were working with John Case and the rest of her team, Apollo everybody. It was a team effort. The pressure that Polis was coming under was tremendous. One, he wants to run for president, but also Griswold and those people are the active people campaigning now that are trying to take over from him in this election. So the Democrats, the firestorm against him, even at the mention of we first brought up on the show and had you and Khe' San was enormous, correct?
Peter Tickton
Yes. Yeah. I mean, well, you know, we never stopped. You know, to the team members of the team that's, you know, Pat McSweeney, Bobson Car, Stephanie Lambert, John Case and myself to each one of us, we didn't want one extra day. If there was a way of doing things faster, we were doing them faster. It was one attack after another after another after another in a state where we knew we were never going to see justice. But in order to set things up properly for the Supreme Court of the United States, and we're still going there, the fact that her sentence was commuted does not mean that we can't go to an appeal and get her cleared because there were things that were done that were done so wrong that they really need to be. And besides that, President Trump had the gumption and the guts to basically issue a pardon for something that's a state offense involving federal issues. And I can't beg for a pardon and then not pursue it to the full extent to make sure that we get that pardon effective. So we're definitely going to be going to the Supreme Court. But the most important thing here is that we have a 70 year old lady who did nothing wrong. I mean imagine, I mean, you know, even if she were guilty of what they're saying, which was not providing the name to the Secretary of State, her Highness, that needed to be told the name of who was going to be there during the trusted bill, you know, the reason she didn't give the name was because this guy, she was able to get him to image the machine. She couldn't get anybody from the Colorado to image the machine from that government. So she went elsewhere. She was able to get somebody who was certified by the Department of Homeland Security. But there was one condition which was you can't use his name because the feds just used her to bust. I mean, use that fellow to. Conan Hayes is his name. I mean it's out there now. But Conan Hayes is one of these heroes that busted a cartel for human trafficking. God knows how many children and how many women he saved from hell, you know, but the deal was that he could be used to image her computer but his name couldn't be used because he was in danger because that cartel was gunning for him. And imagine that the judge wouldn't allow her to give her explanation as to why she did what she did to the jury. So of course she was convicted. You know, I mean, you can't, if you can't give your defense, how do you not get convicted? You know, the whole thing was a kangaroo court. This judge, he should be ashamed of himself for what he did. Peter's trial.
Steve Bannon
Peter, hang on one second. I want to bring on Apollo Pappas. Apollo, you've been hosting or co hosting the show while she's been in prison. It's like Colvette still is the co host of the Charlie Kirk Show. You've been carrying the banner, you and a team, your team is amazing. Tell me your thoughts today after your guys long struggle to free Tina Peters. Sir,
Apollo Pappas
I'm visiting with her and you know she's in wonderful spirits and she deserves this at this point. We're grateful to Governor Polis. I know Tina Peters is excited to make a transition back to a life she's been very unused to for quite a while. And she wants to continue, you know, using the platform that she can to advocate for other people who are affected by similar issues. And that's going to number the constitutional issues that are still rightfully going to be adjudicated. Happy that Peter is going to be leading that charge on the legal side, but we're just happy that Tina Peters finally gets to come home and the rest of this very long battle that she has ahead of her is going to be able to be fought without her being surrounded by dangerous people and being tortured psychologically. So again, thank you to Governor Polis and, and from Tina, thank you to everybody who has been carrying the banner on, on your side as well. And, and thank you for putting that up. This is day 589, so it'll be about 600 days when she gets out. You can see that at tinapeers us
Steve Bannon
Apollo, tell Us, it just broke. I mean, literally. We heard it, they sent it to us. We reach out to you guys, you're available, which is amazing. It just hit the wire. In fact, Peter had not even seen the latest, which I guess June 1st is going to be the date they've selected. When did you guys actually. When did you and the team, the core team over there, actually have a feel that Governor Polis was going to commute it, sir?
Apollo Pappas
Well, it was pretty. It was pretty up in the air until. Until just the last few days. We got the notice that it was official actually this morning when we were in the prison with her. So we didn't expect it to get out so quickly. But of course, the office put it out and the news is all on it. So we're actually happy that we can deliver the good news to so many of you who have been supporting Tina and following this as early as we could. We learned of it just this morning.
Steve Bannon
Apollo. Now, today's the 15th. The first is, I don't know, 16, 17 days away. There's been some issues in the prison before about security, etc. How are, you know, how are you guys working with the governor and those Colorado Bureau prisons going to make sure and ensure that nothing happens in the two weeks or 17 days before she gets released?
Apollo Pappas
Well, that's a fantastic question and one that we were hoping to have a little bit more time to actually work out with the team before news got out. When we arrived this morning, we noticed that there were sort officers on premises, which has only been seen quite notably when the pardon was issued and we attempted to. To pick her up a few months ago. So clearly they have news at the facility right now and there are some special teams there. But our. One of our biggest concerns has always been that Tina Peters is unsafe in those facilities. And the last incident is just, you know, the most recent. So we're just hoping that she can make it through the next few weeks and hopefully get. And hopefully get some assistance and some guidance from CDOC on how she can transition out of there without being thrown to the jungle, so to speak. So we're going to be doing everything we can on our side to make sure that she gets somewhere safely and that she can lay low and decompress without being, you know, made into a spectacle. The moment she sets her foot out in the real world for the first time in 600 days.
Steve Bannon
When you were there this morning in prison, the visitation in prison, I take it, assume it's just like federal prison, which is not really that Much visitation. How when you heard about it, did you hear about it from Tina? Did the Bureau of Prisons people tell you how did you actually hear about put us in the room with your team and Tina when you guys actually heard that the sentence was going to be commuted in a couple of weeks?
Apollo Pappas
Well, since we are out here, it was kind of cute. Usually we see Tina and she comes out and we all give her a big hug and take our moment because that's going to be the only time we're going to be able to really be on our feet and put our arms around her. And she came and sat right down, didn't ask for a hug and looked at us and look, we thought she was working out. She was sweating and she said, hey guys, I just was called in. I didn't know what was going on, but we heard that this is real. And again, she was expecting us to have a little bit more time, but it's the most I've seen Tina Peter smile in a very, very long time. So she, she surprised us when we went in there and, you know, then. Then we get to sit at arm's length for the rest of the. The afternoon.
Steve Bannon
Peter Tickton, I just asked Apollo, you and Case, does the state. You do the federal. How are you going to think through the issues now with Colorado Bureau of Prisons to make sure. Because she's been targeted before, Polis has taken. Really done something heroic here against the political pressure he was under. There's obviously a lot of people in this system that are not fans of Tina Peters and understand how symbolic she is to the entire MAGA movement and to the country. What are your thoughts on this, sir?
Peter Tickton
This was my first thought, one of my first thoughts anyway, in terms of what are we going to do? We can't have her exposed to whatever some crazy person now may decide. Okay? This is my last opportunity. I need to be able to get to her. So in regard to this, we'll be talking to the people in the prison and making sure that they're well aware of the fact that this is a danger. Nothing, not much she can do. You know, look, she was in a position of high danger. She's still in a position of high danger. That is not going to change. You know, when you put a person like Tina Peters, who's really it, it's.
Steve Bannon
It could all in likelihood get worse because understand she's going to walk in a couple of weeks and she's hugely. This is. This woman is a. One of the most revered women. Most revered woman in the Maga movement. Right. Except maybe the First Lady. But I'm saying the working folks in the MAGA movement, Tina Peters is a national symbol for all of us. I mean, that's why the 600 days, the 500 days of Tina Peters is one of the biggest shows we had. Just people coming on and, you know, talking about Tina Peters. So it would not be lost to them that this would be a possibility, right?
Peter Tickton
Well, no, no, it's a good possibility. And the problem is that from the beginning they've taken this lady who at worst was convicted of a white collar crime. I mean, what did she really do? There were no victims, so she didn't say who the person was to the Secretary of State. That didn't cost anybody anything. Nobody got Covid because of it. Nobody had a sniffle because of it. Nobody lost a dollar because of it. And yet they put her in with the hardened criminals. You know, the men, they divided up hard, you know, for maximum security, medium security, minimum security. The women, they put them all in the same kind of place, although they divide the prisons up into different units. And they put Tina Peters in the units which would have been maximum security with the monsters. So you're right, these are the people that are there, and their opportunity to strike out to her is less. But I will tell you, there is something that happens to people like Tina Peters because in time, her goodness gets through. When you take a person like Tina Peters, she's always watching everybody else's back. She helped the other prisoners throughout her stay there because she's just a good person. And so, you know, for the most part, I think most of the hardened criminals that are in with her are not going to do the crazy thing. And hopefully they'll be dissuaded. The crazy ones will be dissuaded by those that are more healthy. But it is a risk and there's no way that it can be denied. And obviously the prison is already well aware of the fact that they're dealing with somebody that they have to give expert protection to, because there are people that need to kill people or hurt people that are famous or where they can then become famous because they did something horrendous to somebody else that is famous. I mean, you know, we've seen it over and over through the years. Even somebody that's despicable. Like, like, like Dahmer, you know, he, he was, he was killed by somebody. Why was he killed by somebody? Because they wanted the notoriety of being that kind of person. So, you know, yes, you're absolutely Right. And. And it will be addressed, I can promise you.
Steve Bannon
Tickton, John case, Pat McSweeney, others. The legal team is. Is. Is second to none, and you guys have worked your tails off. Where do people go to find out more, Peter, and where they go to support Tina Peters and the legal effort? Here, sir.
Peter Tickton
Okay, good. Thank you. Yes, for me, you can always find me@legalbrains.com. okay. Legal brains. You know, it's not just my brain. There's other lawyers in the firm, and. And for Tina Peters, it's Tina Peters dot com. I'm. I'm sorry. Dot us T I N A P E T E R S dot us
Steve Bannon
thank you, sir. By the way, is this the kickoff of your campaign to be the Attorney General of the United States? I'm asking for a friend, Peter Tickton.
Peter Tickton
Well, you know, you can't really campaign because there's only one voter who's only got the one vote, and that's Donald Trump. And I know I'm a better man for the job by far. I just. I can only hope there's things that I need to get done, we need to get done, and I just don't think that Todd Blanche is going to get it all. But he is doing some things now, and we got to give him credit, and we got to hope for him to succeed with whatever he does, because whatever he's doing, he's doing for us, you know, so we got to hope that he succeeds, but at the same time, I hope that he stays on as deputy and continues his efforts in that capacity.
Steve Bannon
Your deputy, Peter Tickton. You're a good man, and this is a big day. Thank you for sharing this with the. With the Warren Posse. Really appreciate you, sir.
Peter Tickton
Likewise, sir. Thank you.
Steve Bannon
Apollo Pappas, you and the team have held this together for Tina on some very dark days. This is a very blessed day. But obviously, you guys have a lot of issues to deal with in the coming weeks, and I really like the fact that you thanked Governor Polis. I think everybody. Look, regardless of what you think of Polis, what he's done to Colorado, I just want to ask you in this regard. This is pretty heroic since the Democrats in Colorado have been a firestorm against this since it was even broached. Correct, Apollo?
Apollo Pappas
Yeah, absolutely. And I can actually give you a very clear example. We are grateful to Governor Polis just since this was released today. Matt Crane, the Colorado County Clerks association, which is a brainwashing and propaganda arm of the voting vendors, the machine vendors, he released a statement that says we are furious, disgusted and deeply disappointed by the governor's decision. We've met with him privately to make our position unmistakably clear. Tina deserves the accountability imposed before he intervenes. And so they have released a full press statement essentially condemning the fact that this is a horrible disservice to the people of Colorado and other election officials, and then use this as some kind of, you know, advocation against violence. So Governor Polis was up against a big wall and we're grateful and we're just hoping that Tina can stay out and not deal with more propaganda like this that puts her in danger.
Steve Bannon
Yeah. I'll get to you after the show by coming onto Mark. I guarantee you our cold open tomorrow. We'll have MSNBC in full meltdown about this, that they're releasing one of the worst people in the world. She should stay in for the max if she dies in prison, a big deal. This is going to light. This is not the end of the story. Right. This is just another signpost along the process. But that's why Governor Polis stepped up and he's going to take a lot of heat for this. And Tina, they're going to come after you guys, too. You just read the first. That's the first of many volleys that you're going to get because these people understand Tina Peters as a person and the symbolic value of Tina Peters, what she stands for. She's an iconic patriot in all of American history. And that's why in the 250th, it's so extraordinary that her sentence is going to be commuted and she'll be out June 1st. Apollo, where they go to support Tina, where they go to get your show, where they go to support all your guys work.
Apollo Pappas
Tinapeters us. I appreciate you guys having that up. Links to donate are on her website. Her show the Truth Matters on Rumble at realtita Peters, same place you follow her on X right now, Tuesday, Thursday, but might kick up once Tina's out and we get her settled down. So thank you to everybody who's been supporting. Thank you to Steve, to you and the team and anyone who goes to tinapeater Us. That's the place to be for all of her work and all of her donations.
Steve Bannon
The war room posse loves, of course, all the war room, but you guys have the heavy lift. We got the easy part here, you guys. It's been extraordinary and how you've held it together for as long as you held together Apollo, you and the team is extraordinary. It reflects so well on Tina. Peters and the entire movement. Thank you, brother. Appreciate you.
Apollo Pappas
Thank you, Steve. God bless you.
Steve Bannon
Historic news, Monumental news. And don't think this is over. I'm telling you right now. We'll play tomorrow. They're going to have a meltdown on MSNBC tonight. Mike Lindell, you, brother more than any, Tina Peters is going to be free on her consent as a community. She will get out one June in the year of our Lord 2026, five weeks, six weeks before the 250th commemoration of the Declaration of Independence. Or your thoughts.
Mike Lindell
Oh, praise the Lord. What a blessing. And one of the biggest political prisoners our country's ever seen. For everything we fought for, she stands for everything we fought for. Going back all the way to the 2020 election and the stolen election of 2020. And Tina, if you guys ever checked it out, she stood firm there and never backed down. Even knowing that she was getting sentenced. She said, you know, she could have walked away. She could have said, you know what? I won't talk about the elections again. And they would have. They would have let her go. But no, she's. She's what our nation stands for. Courage. This is what we need right now as we come up on these midterms. Everybody's gotta be courageous and courage is contagious. And we've gotta do everything we can. Nobody can just sit by. This is a. This is a time of spiritual battle, of biblical proportions. We've been in of evil and good. And Steve, just to see that Governor, I know all of Colorado, well, the most corrupt place. I mean, of course I'm here in Minnesota, so we've kind of got neck and neck here. But the politicians in Colorado with Jenna Griswold and the horrific judges out there for that judge, actually, for the governor to have a glimpse of humanity, I think is such a blessing. I believe that, you know, and because he's going to be, you know, they're going to go after him, if they haven't already.
Steve Bannon
They're going after him hard. They're going after him.
Mike Lindell
Praise the Lord. Maybe. Maybe God got through to him, you know, but what a blessing it is for our nation.
Steve Bannon
Incredible. Mike Lindell, people are raving about today. We've got to do more on the factory floor. They were blown away by what they saw. It was just so impressive. And talk to people, talk to people. The way you guys keep this afloat and able to do everything you do, not just running for governor, but also everything you do on voter integrity and the big steal in 2020, you've got to move the merchandise. So tell me about the, Tell me about the when deals collide.
Mike Lindell
Yeah, when the deals collide. You guys, we couldn't have done this. All the stuff we did for the last five years with all the election stuff to secure our election platforms, I couldn't have done it. And then keep fighting. And my pillow to stay going on is the most attacked company ever. So what we're doing, we have these two deals colliding. We have our mega sale that we even brought back. Now it's like our factory sale. You see it? There are four flagship products. Our Giza dream sheets, our towels, our pillows for 1498, and our mattress toppers as low as 99.98. The lowest price of all four of our flagship products in history. Free shipping on your entire order. And we're combining that with our Memorial Day mattress sale, you guys, 50% off, the lowest price ever since we came up with these mattresses. I helped invent these, helped design them. I guess we would use the word. I wanted to use both coil and foam. And we designed the best mattresses ever. Six month money back guarantee, ten year warranty. But the best thing is they give you the best sleep ever. Free shipping right to your front door, the whole order. Do all your shopping right now. While these sales are colliding, use that promo code, war room. MyPillow.com war room. Or just go to MyPillow.com and scroll down till you see Steve. Give them a click and there's going to be your specials. We've got the semi. We found all this clothing, our whole clothing line, all bridge, ambus and everything. We're clearing that out, closing it out. Clearing sale for the war room. Possible all these sales. Promo code WAR ROOM. 800-873-1064 the or 1062-800187-31062 promo code WAR room. Praise the Lord. Tina's gonna be freed in June 1st.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, brother. We'll see you tomorrow. We'll have a complete rollout of this entire thing. Tina Peters will be free from the Colorado Maxone Security prison for women on the first of June in the year of our Lord 2026. Want to thank President Trump, Governor Polis, the entire Tina Peters legal team, Tickton, Case, McSweeney, all of them, plus Apollo and that great team there. Tina Peters is going to be free. See you tomorrow morning.

This episode of Steve Bannon’s "War Room" covers major breaking news and hot-button political issues. The show pivots around three primary stories:
The tone is urgent, combative, and unapologetically partisan, focusing on both critique and celebration of conservative achievements.

“John Cornyn has been in the Senate for 24 years... Can you name one good accomplishment? …No one’s ever delivered an answer.”

Save America Act Political Drama:
“I challenged him right after the runoff... I would consider dropping out. Guess what? Instead of getting that [Save America Act] passed... he went on vacation.”

(11:15–31:23)
China Summit Outcomes:
“There doesn’t appear to be any change in policy. The president’s press spray on the plane suggested... arms sales [to Taiwan], I just don’t know about that.”
— Foreign Policy Analyst (11:15)
Cybersecurity Threats:
Gulf Region Diplomacy & China:
“There should not be a militarization of the Strait of Hormuz and there should be no toll... But the Chinese haven’t committed to restrain Iran in negotiations.”

Trump’s Approach to Taiwan and the Reagan Doctrine:
“He specifically said he did not feel bound by [Reagan’s] agreement because he’s reacting to current events.”

This episode spotlights a pivotal day for movement conservatives—with Tina Peters’ release celebrated as a major symbolic victory, even as the legal and political fight continues. Ken Paxton’s hard-hitting critique of establishment Republicans and updates on the Save America Act reinforce the current populist mood. Internationally, the ambiguity over U.S.-China-Taiwan policy and Iran’s cyber threats highlight ongoing global instability and the challenges facing Trump’s foreign policy upon his return from China. The tone is triumphant yet vigilant, emphasizing that the struggle—for the border, for election integrity, for movement icons like Peters—is far from over.
