America's Voice Live starts now.
Steve Gruber
Welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm Steve Gruber. Today is Tuesday the 19th of May, the year of our Lord 2026. Let's get into today's top stories. As always, thank you for joining me here in Real America's Voice. We appreciate it. President Trump issued a warning that the United States may be forced to take military action if Iran continues to refuse to back away from its nuclear ambitions. Will attacks on Iran begin again soon? Maybe. Be sure to stay tuned to find out. Also, Kentucky's Republican primary is today, and the most closely watched race is the one between former Navy SEAL Ed Galrene and the current senator. Excuse me, Congressman Thomas Massie. Trump has endorsed Garin, but will that be enough to stomp out the rhino? We'll find out more. And then later. Israel continues to face challenges from the US Media. Now it seems they're fighting back against fake mainstream outlets by announcing plans to sue the New York Times for defamation. All that and more coming up on the day's show. But first, I want to start off with climate change. Just for fun, just for sport. We want climate change. For 50 years, they've told us the earth is dying. Predicting a coming ice age, then global warming, and then the catch. All that explains everything. It's magical. Climate change all had the same dire outcomes. Death and destruction of mankind. Except none of it ever happened. It was the biggest lie of all time. Now the dishonest house of cards, well, it's collapsing. Researchers have just delivered a bombshell that the climate alarmists never saw coming. The most extreme emissions scenario pushed by the United nations backed Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change. That doomsday RCP 8.5 nightmare they used to scare the world into submission. Well, it no longer reflects reality. Never did. It's been deemed implausible, dead, buried under real world data and on emissions, renewables and actual trends, you know, actual measurements. Now this isn't some fringe report. This is their own framework admitting what we've known for years. Their scariest predictions were built on fantasy, not facts. The extreme worst case scenarios that justified trillions in spending, wrecked industries and crushed working families out of touch with reality. Good riddance. In the words of President Trump, who blasted the Democrats on the Truth Social for using climate activism to scare Americans into accepting their agenda. This is the great climate con job finally cracking wide open. From day one, climate change policies haven't been about the environment. They've been about doom and gloom farces designed for control cash grabs and covering up democratic incompetence. America first means rejecting this grift and embracing real energy dominance. For decades, the alarmists have peddled fear like carnival barkers. Take this crackpot guy McPherson in 2016 predicting that by this year 2026, we'd all be dead. We would all be dead. Yeah, okay, take your medicine.
Jake Steinfeld
Listen, we are heading for mass extinction. There you go.
Steve Gruber
That's it.
Jake Steinfeld
End it there as humans destroy our own habitat. That is the no holes barred message from climate change expert Guy McPherson from the University of Arizona. Last time I spoke to you, 2014 and you sort of, you know, snatched any hope of a future from me and my family, it was doom and gloom. Has anything changed since then in your account of things?
Steve Gruber
Oh yes, the situation is far worse
Jake Steinfeld
than it was then. Okay, okay. How much time does a human race have?
Steve Gruber
I can't imagine there will be a human on the planet in 10 years. I suspect it'll be.
Jake Steinfeld
No, I'm sorry, did you say 10 years? Yes, yes, in my out loud voice even. Yes.
Steve Gruber
You know, we're headed for a temperature within that span that is at or near the highest temperature experienced on earth in the last 2 billion years.
Jake Steinfeld
That's at least, least an order of
Steve Gruber
magnitude faster than occurred during the great dying 252 million years ago.
Jake Steinfeld
But you are suggesting then that the temperature increase will be phenomenal over the next few years.
Steve Gruber
Oh yes, yeah, this is exponential change. And we have difficulty coming to grips with exponential change. Let's be honest, I look pretty good for a dead guy, don't I? And hopefully this guy, the one with a possum on his head, isn't one to gamble because he's a terrible odds maker. But hey, if you're gonna be wrong, be really wrong, just go for it. But when the climate alarmists get it wrong, they tend to change their tune to whatever makes them the most money. Take Bill Gates for example. A couple of years ago he told us we needed to eat fake lab grown meat to save the planet. Now he said it's not that serious. Well, he makes money off from powering data centers which have been a disaster for many small town environments and actual ecosystems in this world. Here's Bill Was how great a problem bovine flatulence is? Nobody knows how to get rid of. Know how to get cows to stop farting?
Jonathan Gilliam
Exactly. Our burping. And so there is artificial meat, but that's at a very early stage. If it was a 50% reduction, then you could ignore, okay, leave the cows alone. But because we're trying to, to avoid the temperature continuing to go up, you do need to go to zero. Not just everything should be solely for climate.
Steve Gruber
Wasn't the goal here to improve human lives? Climate is super important, but
Jonathan Gilliam
has to
Steve Gruber
be considered in terms of overall human welfare. Oh please, like he cares about human welfare. And time after time their predictions flop harder than a California blackout caused by these very same green scam policies. Take Al Gore, please. The high priest of climate hysteria. Back in 2009, speaking at the Copenhagen Summit, Gore hype claims that the Arctic would be completely ice free in the summer within five or six or seven years. That's right. By about 2013 or 2014. He cited researchers saying there was a 75% chance the North Pole would melt away. Well, here we are. It's not 2013, is it? And guess what? Arctic sea ice still there. Summer's come and go and the polar bears are doing just fine. In fact, polar bear numbers are booming. They didn't tell you that either. This wasn't an honest forecast. It was just more fear mongering theater. But he's still out there doing the same thing because he just cannot let it go. Here it is. Night on the TV news is like a book, like a nature hike through the book of Revelation. And last night was, was I turned on the morning news this morning, you know, they're raging Fires in my part of the country, just south of where
Jonathan Gilliam
I live in Georgia.
Steve Gruber
Well, this morning in one of the English newspapers is a whole big article summarizing the recent dire warnings of the scientists who found yet more confirmatory information
Jake Steinfeld
that this is a very real threat
Steve Gruber
within the next 25 years. Good Lord, now it's 25 years. 10 years, 25 years, all gonna die. Can we check his medication? Gore and his crowd misrepresent data to push their agenda, then move the goalposts around when it fails over and over and over again. And this is just one example. How many ice free Arctic by so and so years predictions have we have to hear? How many times have they warned of endless hurricanes, cities underwater like Miami, mass famine and a planet in flames? Every deadline passes and guess what? The sun keeps coming up. They just crank up the panic dial for the next generation or the next grant cycle, or of course, the next election. Trump has seen the grift since the beginning and the mainstream media has been making fun of him since then. This was 2018 over on chicken Noodle News. Listen,
Donald Trump
I've seen it, I've read some of it and it's fine.
Steve Gruber
Did they say economic impact is devastating? Yeah.
Donald Trump
I don't believe it. No, no, I don't believe it.
Steve Gruber
All right, that's President Trump not believing a dire report from 13 federal agencies in his own administration, aided by 300 leading scientists, all of which predict that climate change will cause environmental and economic devastation in America by the end of this century. Yep, he was right. I was right, by the way. But saying the same thing for a long time. Look, climate change is real, just not my fault. It changes all the time. That extreme scenario, by the way, being walked back by researchers was the backbone of the worst of these scares. The one that painted pictures of catastrophe to justify radical policies. Now even their own modelers admit it's just not possible. It's a lie. The fear factory is shutting down, but not before it extracted a heavy price from American families. This isn't just bad predictions. It is a massive grift. Granted, Thunberg comes to mind. Trillions of dollars redirected into green schemes that enrich the connected while hurting everyone else. Like you and me. There were Biden era green slush funds. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin has been exposing the dirty green payoffs. Billions and billions in so called climate grants rushed out the door with little or no oversight at all. We're talking about some programs. $20 billion in programs plagued by frayed fraud, waste and abuse, conflicts of interest and payoffs to former officials and Democrat donors. Families in the heartland paying more for gas, electricity. So coastal elites and their Nonprofit buddies and NGOs could just continue to cash in. Steve Hilton, he's running for governor in California as a Republican and thinks that the issue of fraud alone should be a motivating factor to getting the Democrats out. Here's just one example.
Steve Hilton
They're taking our money. We work so hard and they take our money and then they totally either steal it or it goes to these things that we've been documenting. I mean, one example, just to give one among, you know, thousands, we found there's a scheme that's been operating for the last 10 years, which is, this is from the gas tax money. We have the highest gas tax in the country, of course, and it's been going to. One of the uses is this CL, they call it Climate Mitigation Fund. And it's been $1 billion over the last 10 years that was supposedly spent on installing solar panels on low income apartment buildings. Well, we tracked it down, the actual amount of money spent on that 72,928,000,000. Nearly all of it on Democrat political organizing, voter registration, environmental justice, all this stuff. This is what they do. This is their business model.
Steve Gruber
It is their business model and quite a model it is. This is what happens when you let government pick winners and losers with your money. Unreliable wind and solar get subsidized to the hilt. Reliable American energy gets demonized. The result, higher costs, blackouts and dependency. Not on the climate, on foreign energy and domestic grifters. Thank God we have a leader who saw through it from the beginning and has stuck to it. President Trump stood before the United nations recently and called it exactly what it is, a massive con job. And they all just sat there wide eyed and mouths wide open. Here's what he said.
Donald Trump
Climate change, it's the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world, in my opinion. Climate change, no matter what happens, you're involved in that. No more global warming, no more global cooling. All of these predictions made by the United nations and many others, often for bad reasons, were wrong. They were made by stupid people that have cost their country's fortunes and given those same countries no chance for success. If you don't get away from this green scam, your country is going to fail. And I'm really good at predicting things. You know, they actually said during the campaign they had a hat, the best selling hat. Trump was right about everything. And I don't say that in a braggadocious way. But it's true. I've been right about everything. And I'm telling you that if you don't get away from the green energy scam, your country is going to fail.
Steve Gruber
He refuses to bow to the globalist pressure and nonsense. He puts America first, unleashing American energy, slashing prices and telling the elites they're hoax. Yeah, take that somewhere else. My friends, the American people are waking up because they've seen so many lies. They're like, stop it. Climate changes, it always has, through ice ages and warm periods long before SUVs or coal plants. We don't deny that. What we reject is the con that uses it to control your life, tax your work and enrich the few. The America first vision is clear. Drill it, build it, innovate it. American energy dominance means lower cost, stronger economic realities, real innovation and true environmental stewardship that works for people, not against them. No more virtue signaling at least families freezing or paying double. No more surrendering sovereignty to UN bureaucrats. Patriots, the future isn't dark and stormy, it's bright. We're Americans. It's powered by American ingenuity. Let's reject the con, unleash our potential and make American energy dominant, prosperous and free once again. And while you're at it, go look up the Milankovitch cycles. It's a good read for you. Yes. Is climate change real? Yes, it is. Just not my fault or yours. Enjoy your steak. Coming up after the break, I'll discuss President Trump's warning earlier today that strikes on Iran may continue if they don't let go of their nuclear ambitions. I'll discuss more on that up next.

Iheartradio. Well, President Trump issued a warning that the United States may be forced to take more military action if Iran continues to refuse back away from its nuclear ambitions. This comes after he came within an hour of authorizing a strike before pulling back for diplomatic discussions. At least that's what's being said. The President says negotiations are still possible, but patience is wearing thin as Iran continues to Refuse to play ball. Democrats also refuse to align with common sense. Earlier today, Trump called them out for trying to stop negotiations.
Donald Trump
Seriously, listen, you know, we're negotiating with Iran and then you have the Democrats, I call them the Democrats, putting in a bill that Trump should immediately stop. You know how it is to negotiate with a country where you're beating them badly. They come to the table, they're begging to make a deal. Because they're begging to make a deal. I hope we don't have to do the work, but we may have to give them another big hit. We may have to give them another big hit. I'm not sure yet. You'll know very soon. But how do you feel when you're negotiating? You're winning every point. And they say, but in Washington, they want to stop your you from negotiating. They want to stop you. And it's only political.
Steve Gruber
Now that brings me over to another issue on the table, and that, of course, terrorism in the United States, something the Democrats seem to not really care about. Yesterday we saw two teens open fire at an Islamic center before ending their own lives in a car in the middle of the street. My question is, where are these people getting radicalized? It's just, it's unusual to me. Joining me to discuss former Navy SEAL and FBI officer Jonathan Gilliam. Jonathan, nice to see you.
Jonathan Gilliam
Good to be with you, my friend.
Steve Gruber
Now, we were talking in the break. Look, this is odd. I don't know the word to put on it. This is odd. Here's two teenagers who went to this Islamic center, but radicalized how and where. This really is an outlier. You know, we see churches get attacked, we see synagogues get attacked. I don't recall another Islamic center being attacked, at least not anytime recently. What do you make of this, Steve?
Jonathan Gilliam
When in any of these other attacks did you see on the way there that they shot at a lawn care person?
Steve Gruber
You know what I mean? Yeah.
Jonathan Gilliam
That doesn't make any sense either. Is your target the mosque or is it just in general people? And so when you add to that, I mean, we've had that before where people, you know, they're just shooting up places and maybe they have a specific school in mind, but they don't show up with swastikas and Nazi rhetoric. So I, at this point, I don't know, Steve, what to make of this. I think it's something that needs to be looked into greatly because if these two individuals, if we've had an evolution, for instance, where all of a sudden this Nazi behavior or belief system has Actually risen up to the point where the Democrats have been playing it up to all these years. I mean, that perhaps that's something we look at and where did that come from and how did this start and where is it going? But at this point, Steve, we have not seen this. We really have not seen this. And the way that it's laid out is here, see this, see this rhetoric, these two troubled individuals who are in camouflage. I just don't. I haven't seen anything this fast. All the three terrorist attacks we basically had in two days earlier this last month against synagogues and a university in Virginia, you know, you didn't see hate speech narrative instantly all over the place. You didn't see an instant a result of investigation, within hours of, here's all the rhetoric, here's all the writings. I never trust it when they do that. And it's always seems to be, we're not going to release it if it's something that goes against the left or it's going to be released immediately if it's something that helps the left out.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. When a transgender shooter, you know, shoots up a Catholic school in Nashville, they don't release the manifesto for what, two years? Let's be honest about that. Right. So, yeah, there's something about this. And I want you to put on your FBI hat. I do. And think that way. Something about this doesn't sit right. Something about this, frankly, smells. Jonathan. I don't know what it is, but something about this just doesn't strike right.
Jonathan Gilliam
And Steve, here's the problem with. The big problem with this is that you and I talking about this and saying it doesn't smell right. There's going to be people out there that will say, those two individuals,
Mark Werner
they
Jonathan Gilliam
don't want to say anything bad about these guys. They don't, because it goes against their narrative.
Steve Gruber
Hold on. You're exactly right.
Mark Werner
We'll.
Steve Gruber
We'll get targeted, we'll get spared. We'll get dragged out on social media. I don't care. I'm asking the questions. What really happened here? And so are you, from an FBI perspective in your former career. Something about this just seems. I mean, I'll put it this way, Jonathan. What does your gut tell you? That's. I mean, your gut matters when you're, when you're in law enforcement and doing investigations. Doesn't.
Jonathan Gilliam
Does to an extent. But. But I can actually look at history and I can tell you that the Columbine shooters seem very similar. Where they show up one day and shoot up a school and People were kind of out of place about it. But two individuals coming and doing this together, it usually involves a planning cell or an ideology. And so these two individuals that showed up, were they playing a game or were they really into this ideology? Because this could be a game that they were just playing. And they had a suicide pact. It could be that.
Steve Gruber
And again, we are in the business of the relentless pursuit of truth. I'm not dismissing anything. I don't know what their motivations were. I want an actual investigation to lead me to the facts. That's what I want. And we will report the facts, whatever they turn out to be. If that's their ideology, we'll. We will report it. But if it's not, we'll report that, too. And I don't care what the critics say, Jonathan. I'll sit here every day. I'll take the heat. I want to know what the facts are. And I think you do, too. Last word to you.
Jonathan Gilliam
Well, the important part of this, Steve, is exactly what you're saying, the facts. Because what if this was just a ruse? What if these two individuals just had a suicide pact and now they're going to go in there and they're going to say hate crime, and it wasn't a hate crime. They're going to start looking at anybody who's Caucasian, who said something wrong online. You see where this goes very quickly when you throw the word hate out too quickly before you've done investigation. If this is odd, they should be looking at the totality of the circumstances. And that's the problem. Jump on a narrative, that narrative becomes truth in today's age. And so I think what we need to look at is who these individuals were. Did they ever show any signs of this? What were their actions before that day? Does the mom know anything? Because she clearly knew something was up that day. All these things need to be looked at before you go on TV and start spouting hate. And this is exactly what happened.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. Here. Throw these theories out. There's no basis for it, but we'll just throw them out there, make it the narrative, truth be damned. It's not what we do here. Jonathan, I'm glad you're here to sort this out with me, and we'll have you back again soon. Thank you.
Jonathan Gilliam
You got it, Steve.
Mark Werner
Thank you.
Steve Gruber
All right, after the break, Kentucky's Republican primary going on. President Trump has backed former Navy SEAL Ed Gellerin, going up against Congressman Thomas Massie. We'll discuss that as well as Trump's endorsement of Ken Paxton. Coming down today, a big move in Texas. Straight ahead.

I heart radio. Well, one of today's high profile and most expensive congressional primary races in history. They spent over $32 million on this primary race. It pits Kentucky's Thomas Massie, a 14 year veteran and Republican and one of the President's biggest critics, against Ed Gallerine, who Donald Trump endorsed at a press conference this morning. President Trump had this to say.
Donald Trump
Thomas Massie is a terrible congressman. He's been a terrible congressman from day one. Dealing with him is just are horrible. I don't think he's a Republican. I think he's actually, I think he's actually a Democrat. He's not a libertarian. You know, sometimes they say he's really a Democrat. He votes against us all the time. He voted against the border wall. He voted against men playing in women's sports. He voted against transgender for everybody, the mutilization of your children. He voted against again, open borders. We have the best border we've ever had right now. Nobody's coming in
Steve Gruber
and not too long ago. And another big announcement. The president endorsing the current Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton in the race for the Republican Senate primary in that state over John Cornyn, the veteran senator from Texas. The president stated that Ken is a Chumaga warrior who has always delivered for Texas and will continue to do so in the United States Senate. Now I'm going to say a couple of things here. I think that, I think Massie loses today. We'll see what happens if I'm wrong. I'll tell you tomorrow. But I believe Massie loses a look, the President has a 95% winning record. Pretty strong 95%. Cornyn and Paxton, I don't know. The polls are fairly tight. We'll see how that plays out and we'll see how it all comes together. But I think Massie's political career comes to an end when the polls close today in Kentucky. We'll keep an eye on Kentucky. Four, do you owe taxes or have unfiled tax returns? Filed every year but still keep owing. Retired and got hit with a massive surprise tax surprise. Are you a business owner with a tax bill you just can't afford? Well, it doesn't matter where your tax bill came from. The result is the same. Your balance is not going down. Penalties grow, interest compounds, and many of you continue to owe more every day with no plan in place. Stop what you're doing. Call Tax Network usa. The IRS can garnish wages, levy bank accounts, and even take your home or retirement. Yeah, they can do that. They're almost limitless on their power. With over 15 years in business, TNUSA has seen it all, helping taxpayers nationwide settle over a billion dollars in tax debt. Call 800-905-8000, that's 800-905-8000 or visit tnusa.com rev Easy for me to say. Tnusa.com rev you know, it's just been one of those days. It's all good. Coming up after the break, Israel continues to face challenges from the US Media and now it seems they are fighting back against fake mainstream outlets by announcing plans to sue the New York Times for defamation. Details coming up on america's Voice Live.

All right. The legitimacy of the Jewish state of Israel. Israel has faced increasing challenges from global institutions like the United nations and the International Criminal Court, where Israel is facing diplomatic and legal scrutiny for its response to the attacks on October 7th. But that pressure is also seen here at home, from college campuses to the mainstream media and now Israel. Well, they're fighting back. The Israeli government reportedly preparing legal action against the newspaper giant the old gray lady, the New York Times, after officials accused the paper of publishing what they call false and damaging claims about the Jewish state. We'll see how it plays out. But if you're being defamed, if you're being liable, if you're being smeared, well, the best way to fight back is hit him where it hurts in the pocketbook, that's for sure. Well, far left lawyer Mark Elias, the man behind so many left wing power grabs, is screaming about the Supreme Court's proper decision to strike down race based congressional districts. It's enjoyable. Watch this.
Mark Elias
They can't imagine that there are any black elected officials who are elected on the merits. I mean, we know California's map right now is a partisan gerrymander. We know that because David Newsom passed a partisan gerrymander. We know that because the courts adjudicated a partisan gerrymander. Sam Alito said California was a partisan gerrymander. But we are going to see Republicans, not just in Alabama and Louisiana and Mississippi and South Carolina and Georgia where it's bad enough we're going to see them try to use this to try to delegitimize, to try to say it is illegitimate for any community of black voters to elect their candidate of choice, whether they make up 50% of the district or 70% of the district or 7% of the district, and that every black elected elected official is somehow suspect. And this is what I meant when I said this is the worst opinion of my lifetime. It is not just what Kalay did to section two of the Voting Rights act, but it is what it has unleashed and what we are going to continue to see. And so we all need to fight back in court.
Steve Gruber
Oh, please, Mark, let me check his meds. He has been one of the most problematic people attacking democracy in America for decades. Pushing the blue team to do gerrymandering, using race as a factor, which you can't do, pretty simple stuff. And now I want to go back to this story about Israel, the New York Times, because look, if you're going to, if you're going to trash talk people, if you're going to smear them, if you're going to make up facts, the New York Times is in real trouble. Now. Join me as the president of Summit Ministries and the author of the book Should Christians Support Israel Seeking a biblical worldview in an impossible situation. Dr. Jeff Myers. Jeff, nice to see you here today. Look, mainstream media has lost its credibility because they do things like this on an all too regular basis. You've seen Donald Trump win numerous lawsuits against major media outlets. I don't know how Israel fares here, but it's notable that they're making this step, isn't it?
Jeff Myers
Oh, it's incredible. Well, Steve, you know, from. We talked about the book before, I was in Israel shortly after the October 7 attacks and went to the Gaza, Gaza envelope, and I was asking. The New York Times has reports on this every day. Where's the reporter? Washington Post has stuff every day. Where's their reporter? They did not have anybody in Gaza. Their reporters were in comfortable offices in Tel Aviv, using Hamas operatives as stringers to bring them the stories. So we knew right away that this was a propaganda war. We just found it very hard to believe that the paper of record, the most significant source in the United States of news, presumably all the news that's the fit to print, was actually in on condemning Israel and believing Hamas propaganda. The same thing is continuing today.
Steve Gruber
Yeah, we have to hold the media outlets in this country accountable. They use different standards. You know that. I know that when they report on Donald Trump, it's a different standard than when Joe Biden was shuffling around barely cognizant of where he was most of the time. We need honest reporting. That's all we need. Just. Just tell the truth, talk about what's going on. The people can figure it out, can't they?
Jeff Myers
Of course they can figure it out. And I think people have started to realize this is a propaganda war, and it was. The propaganda war started on the same day that the Hamas attack started in Israel. It is never let up. It has continued. And so people have to learn how to discern the difference between true persuasion, trying to get the truth out there, and propaganda. And it should be surprise that Hamas operatives continue to spread this story that there is somehow rape on the part of the idf. I heard this all the way. Let's see. Guess. Probably a summer and a half ago, a guy. I got a confidential report on this. And no, no, Hamas is the one doing the raping. All of that has been thoroughly documented. This is just a way to try to get the news off of what's really central here, that Hamas is evil. Hezbollah is also evil. Iran is behind the entire thing. This is another way to dodge. Now, listen, Steve, if there is abuse in Israeli prisons, we should not support that any more than we would support abuse in American prisons. But that is not the central issue that people are going after here. This is a sleight of hand.
Steve Gruber
Okay, so I want to go to one other thing here because in my church on Sunday we had this rededication ceremony. It was lovely, by the way. It looked like the fourth of July in my church. It was great. And the same thing happened in the nation's capital. Tens of thousands of people turned out Sunday at the National Mall to rededicate 250A National Jubilee of prayer. What does this mean? Faith family just coming together. It seems to me, Jeff, you and I have talked about this a lot, but there is a movement among young people certainly in this country in general, moving back towards faith. Because whether it's the media lying to them or social media lying to them or just propaganda in general, people are hungry for truth. It seems to me your thought.
Jeff Myers
I'm seeing this at Summit Ministries. We began the first of our summer sessions, these 12 day programs for young adults who are rising leaders. We have had more guys on our waiting list than we have ever had to come to. This program is especially something we see among young men. What we learned from the founders and Steve, this is what you and I have talked about, is you stand tallest when you are on your knees. The American tradition is to have days of fasting and humiliation. That is what George Washington called it. That's what the founders of the United States called it. Benjamin Franklin, who was a deist, didn't even believe that Jesus is the Lord was the one who called for fasting and prayer. He said, if a sparrow cannot fall without his notice, how can a nation rise without his aid? So events like this demonstrate that kind of a hunger that we sometimes miss because the legacy media won't report faith issues as being something to be seriously considered.
Steve Gruber
You know, I don't know what Ben Franklin thought at the end of his life. I think George Whitefield had a tremendous impact on him. Maybe the greatest evangelist of the 18th century. I wonder about that sometimes, Jeff. Things that make me go. I need to read more history books. Anyhow, good to see you. It is a rededication in this country. There is something happening. You can call it what you want. I don't want to label it incorrectly, but something is happening. Always good to see you, my friend.
Jeff Myers
Yeah, it's good to see you, Steve.
Steve Gruber
All right, don't go anywhere. America's Voice Live will continue. But first, a quick sneak peek at Rav's upcoming special this Sunday in honor of Memorial Day celebrating freedom.

You know, a lot of people think that, you know, you wake up tired. That's the way it should be. And there are not a lot of things that people can say. You know, it changed my life. But let me tell you something. About three months ago now, I switched to a ghost bed, an American made bed. And it's more than a bed. It's a sleeping system. I wear this Oura ring every day. My wife bought it for me. She buys me a lot of things to make me healthy. And she said, let's get the ghost bed. Ivy did, and we got it. And let me tell you something. I've had crown after crown after crown. The Oura ring gives you crowns when you have a great night's sleep. Never seen anything like it. And in the break, just moments ago, I was talking with the owner of Ghostbed, Mark Werner, about how it feels, and it feels great. Mark, welcome to the program.
Mark Werner
Oh, Steve, thank you for having Ghostbed.
Steve Gruber
I mean, honestly, there are a few things people say, well, it changed my life. Maybe they mean this changed my life. This bed changed my life and Ivy's life. And that's no overstatement. I'm getting a crown almost every night. Had a streak of seven nights in a row. Because if you sleep well, the ring gives you a crown for having exceptional sleep. Look, the only thing I changed was what I was sleeping on. We've always kept a schedule. We've always been specific. What changed us was your product, Ghostbed. Where did this come from? Because I think it's spectacular.
Mark Werner
Well, I'm glad it's really working for you, as it works for so many people. It came for me from a personal situation where I've had three neck surgeries, from being an athletic guy, and I couldn't find a pillow or a mattress that worked for me. So I did what I learned to do my whole life, is invent something. So I invented first the pillow and then the mattress. And that was the birth of Ghostbed. And it's been great. And it's also a family business. I come from a family business of what is Werner ladder, started 100 years ago by my grandfather. So that's an impressive ordeal over a long period of time. So we're all about quality and affordability and durability and making the customer happy. And so that's how Ghostbed got started. My wife and I started it. We've got our kids in the business and it's been going on for 25
Steve Gruber
years, you know, and the problem is so many people wake up, they're hurting or they don't sleep because the bed's too hot or whatever it may be, or they take a couple of painkillers before they go to bed just so they can sleep. That's not sleep. That's not doing the best you can. That's getting by. That's just surviving. What I'm doing is not surviving. I am thriving, I'm telling you. And it feels great. People can do better, can't they?
Mark Werner
They can. And our product works without the medications and the other kind of helpers. We just make a very high end quality product. And you mentioned cooling. I always slept warm. So one of the things I wanted to do in all of our products, our mattress, pillows, sheets, protectors, etc. Is make it so it's cool. So I invented and have patented several techniques for the cooling. And we use something called phase change material. So we put that in the fabric, we put that in the fabric that goes on the top of the mattress and then we put it in the foam and a layer of it on the foam. And essentially what it does is just pulls heat away from your person and it just takes you down one or two degrees and that's really all you need. You don't need to go down 20 degrees and now you need to put a jacket on to sleep. You just take it down a couple degrees and get your body to the right kind of temperature so you can fall asleep and stay asleep and get that quality sleep. And that's what's probably also helping with your crowns and your Oura ring. Because all the different science we put into the mattress has an effect and it's showing up in the metric results.
Steve Gruber
It really is something else that scares people and you take this fear away. What if you don't like it? Well, you give them 101 days. You're not getting mine back, by the way. I'm keeping mine. But you do get 101 days to check it out. If you don't like it, you can send it back. There's no risk. You make it incredibly easy. Made in America. 101 days to send it back. You're doing just great work. And you do that so people have comfort, right?
Mark Werner
That's exactly right. We want happy customers, comfort. You know, we have over 100,000 reviews. I've read every one of them and it's just amazing. It is from our platform. It's from our partners like Costco and Sam's Club or Amazon. So we have a lot of happy customers throughout the United States and even in Canada and the UK where we're expanded to, we have lots of happy customers and that makes us happy. And we keep trying to get better at our craft all the time and coming out with improved products. We've got a new product coming out next month which will be a real barn burner, something I've got several patents ON that's been 10 years in the making that will take care of the problem with people that snore. A little tease.
Steve Gruber
Well, there you go. And you keep making great products made in America, Mark, thank you because your product changed everything for me. Thank you for being here.
