Illinois passed a crazy new law that's going to make immigration enforcement way more difficult and way more dangerous. But there is something Congress can do to completely make that entirely obsolete. Also, New York City is looking at a law that will communistatize, I don't know if that's a word, all of the housing in New York City, which is a massive problem. Also speaking of massive problems, Canada has a rise in assisted suicide and that will be expanding later on in years to come. That is a massive problem that we don't want here in the United States of America. A lot to get to here at Turning Point Tonight. My name is Joe Bob. Thanks so much for tuning in. Together we are charting the course of America's cultural comeback. This is Turning Point Tonight. Remember, you can email the show anytime you want. This is how we can make that happen. Turning point tonight on YouTube, Rumble, Facebook x all of the social media accounts you can find is the hack is Joe Bob is effectively not effectively, clearly and obviously a very weird name, but it is advantageous when it comes to finding things. Just type in job o B pretty much any of your social media platforms. You'll be able to find all of the social media content from Turning Point Tonight anywhere you get your social media content. We gotta talk first about what is going on in Illinois. The entirely gerrymandered state of Illinois where a bunch of the Texas representatives fled to to protest gerrymandering in their own state signed a new bill into law. The overweight Governor J.B. pritzker signed Bill HB 1312, which is a sweeping bill effectively aimed at shielding illegal immigrants from ICE enforcement. Great, Cool. We, we want states to be able to enable their illegals to evade federal law. Like, okay, great. That's fantastic. The new bill, according to jb, creates new safeguards at courthouses, hospitals, daycares and university campuses and limits civil immigration enforcement, which is ridiculous. What it allows people to do, I mean, there's a laundry list of things that allows. It allows people to sue officers if they believe their constitutional rights were violated. And that means suing federal agents in the state's court, which, I mean, at the baseline, obviously that's a terrible thing to have people be able to do. But realistically, what this will do is just cost taxpayers more money because people will sue the federal government. And despite the fact that I guarantee you most of them will be wrong, it's still going to cost the taxpayers in legal fees to try and defend federal agents for doing their jobs. It also prohibits civil arrests in and around courthouses for those attending certain state proceedings, which we'll talk about in a little bit. But I mean, on its face, that's just going to make things more dangerous. Instead of ICE being able to arrest people in a confined location, just walking up to them in the hall saying, hey, you're here. Criminally, you can't be here, we're going to deport you. They now have to let them exit the courthouse and effectively have the potential for a chase ensue, which presents a danger to everyone. So great. Causing more danger. That's what that's going to do. Um, it strengthens this article, says, the privacy rules around hospitals and governing facilities to engage with law enforcement. In other words, the hospital says, ah, we don't know if this criminal, illegal rapist, murderers in our hospital. So you're just gonna have to find that out once they leave. Which again, would lead to pursuits which is dangerous for everyone involved, including the illegal immigrant, by the way, it, it endangers them too. So if you actually care about people, you wouldn't want this sort of thing to happen. Uh, it also restricts law enforcement, federal law enforcement, from going on to university campuses and care centers. Uh, and those places can't share people's immigration status, effectively creating, quote, unquote, more sanctuary laws. It's, again, more dangerous. But we'll talk about that in just a little bit because there's some really interesting caveats and a way that Congress can actually fix all of this. But again, we'll get that in a second. I just want to throw some numbers out here. Chicago specifically, these Cities undocumented. In other words, illegal. I like using the term illegals. Population stands at approximately 190,000 people in the country illegally, just in the city of Chicago, which represents about 7% of of shot Chicago's total population. This is driven by a 12% increase over the last year 2023-2024. So good. Oh, include more illegals in the city of Chicago and especially broadly the the state of Illinois. And we're going to make sure that ICE can't do their jobs and enforce federal law, which by the way, libs helped write that federal immigration law. And again, I think Congress should actually pass something new which will kind of make all of this obsolete. We'll get to that in a second. Chicago's total, and this is where I hate this, they say the total immigrant population is 597,000, which is the 600,000 people, which means a third of those people are illegal. But the libs never like to differentiate legal versus illegal immigration. Non citizens alone make up like 320,000 people in, in the city of Chicago, which is crazy. Now, non citizens can mean illegal and green card, but we don't need to necessarily get into all of the different discrepancies there statewide. And this is where the whole state bill comes into Play. Somewhere between 550,000 and 580,000 illegal immigrants in the entire state of Illinois, which represents somewhere around 4%, almost some estimates up to 5% of the state's entire population are in the country illegally. Yet Governor J.B. pritzker thinks, well, this, this is fine. A bunch of people being in the country illegally is totally fine. And that's not going to present any massive problems, which of course is a crazy way to think about things. There's several other statistics that, well, are meaningful but not entirely important to this because what I want to do explicitly is explain the difference between civil arrests and criminal arrests. When libs talk constantly, whoa. Being in the country is not necessarily a crime. And this might be a little bit of a review, but it's necessary to point out consistently is that if you overstay a visa, it's effectively a civil case and not a criminal case. If you enter the country illegally, yeah, that is a criminal case. And there are no safeguards around that, especially at the state level. If you return from the country to the country after being deported, that also is a criminal case. But the whole idea of civil cases versus criminal cases is the thing that all of this hinges on. And the thing which Congress is can pass a bill to stop If Congress actually wanted to make sure that ice, even in these sanctuary states like Illinois, New York, Chicago, Washington, all of these places that protect criminal illegals from being deported by ice, if the federal government wanted to stop that, they could. It is possible for Congress to pass a bill saying that anybody who comes into the country and overstays a visa is now a criminal. They could do it in a bunch of different levels, too. And for some reason, they haven't. We should all be pressing Congress to. At the very least, we can even take baby steps here. At the very least, say, at a federal legal level, if you overstayed your visa and a final deportation notice has been issued, if you pass that grace period where your final deportation notice is issued but you don't leave the country, that all of a sudden becomes crime. That is all of a sudden a criminal. Now, all of that, if that were to happen, would negate all of these ridiculous rules put in place by the state of Illinois, signed into law by Governor J.B. pritzker. The. Because the only thing that the state can do, to quote, unquote, protect illegals is say, oh, hold on, these people are. Are civil cases. And because they're civil cases, federal law enforcement can't go into courthouses, they can't go into hospitals, they can't go into daycare, they can't go into universities, they can't go into all of these places. Because, look, this is only civil. If Congress were to pass a bill, and I can almost, not almost, I can guarantee you that President Trump will sign that bill into law that says, hey, if you've been issued a final deportation notice and you stay past the grace period, because, yeah, we'll, we'll. We'll give you two months, three months even. I'm fine with three months, but you gotta leave the country. If people stay past that final deportation notice grace period, it all of a sudden becomes criminal. Which Congress can pass a law to do that completely negates all, not all, but the majority of these sanctuary policies, because all of a sudden, ice federal immigration authorities no longer have to abide by the whole, this is just a civil case, it's just all civil here. Nope, it's criminal. And the question is, well, is that fair to say that somebody who's in the country illegally, who's been issued a deportation notice and passes their grace period is a. Is a criminal? Yes, I think that is clear, obvious, and I don't even think that's a contentious point. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. TPTP USA.com Is it fair to say and this again is a baby step. There can be several steps going down this road, but a baby step would be for Congress to pass a bill that says if you overstay your, your illegal deport deportation final notice that all of a sudden is a crime. If Congress can pass that bill, they all of a sudden, then all of a sudden federal immigration authorities will have a much better standing in these sanctuary cities. Not only that, they will protect themselves from having to go chase people down in the streets because these states and these state officials in these woke crazy deep blue sanctuary policy states and municipalities no longer can issue the quote unquote protections. By the way, I think I've used air quotes like 1500 times in this one segment alone. So I'm sorry for that. I'm sorry there's so many air quotes, but that's the terminology that's being used and you know it's obviously not true. But is that a fair thing to do personally? And anybody who wants the laws of the country, I don't know, to be enforced would probably say yes. But let us know what your thoughts are. Tptpusa.com should we push Congress to pass a bill that makes overstaying any final deportation notice illegal and a crime? Because if we do, it will empower ICE and other immigration in other immigration enforcement agencies to do their job in not only a better but safer way to federal immigration authorities and even the criminal illegals. By the way, somebody leaving a courthouse who sees ICE and then gets in their car and then gets ICE on a high speed chase that endangers the lives of ordinary everyday Americans. Yeah, avoiding that would be a good thing. I, I don't think I'm taking crazy pills and I don't think that's too much of a stretch to ask Congress to simply make people who stay past their deportation notice a crime. It should, it should be obvious. It's crazy that we haven't already done that. Now there have been efforts in the past to put this into law, but you know, for whatever reason a bunch of people in Congress say no, no, that's, that's, that's too much. We need to pressure Congress to make it a crime to stay beyond the deportation final notice that was given to criminal illegals by the federal government. That doesn't seem to now all that crazy. TPTP USA.com if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, emails about whether or not you think that that's, that's crazy. You can Also send us an email on how many pizzas you think JB Pritzker can eat in one sitting. I put the over under at about three and it's like Costco style pizzas. I think he probably producer Glenn is throwing up a five. He, that's, that's, that's a lot. But also if anybody can do it, it's the guy who filmed a video a while back. God. Now I'm referencing things that you may not have seen. Governor J.B. pritzker did a video a while back where he was at two different restaurants getting two full meals and he was talking about, look at, I love both of these restaurants and all of us and like, yeah, dude, we know we could tell.
I wasn't intending to go off on making fun of J.B. pritzker's weight, but here we are yet again. But I think again the more important thing is making sure that federal law enforcement can in fact enforce the law that we've all collectively agreed upon and get people who are in this country illegally taking away housing and jobs from Americans out of the country. Joe Bob (Controversial Segment)
I love this Elon Omar, whatever the hell her name is with a little Ching, little Turban I love her. She comes in, does nothing but bitch. She's always complaining.
She comes from a country where, I mean, it's considered about the worst country in the world, right? They have no military, they have no nothing. They have no parliament. They don't know what the hell the word parliament means. They have nothing. They have no police. They police themselves. They kill each other all the time. I love it. She comes to our country and she's always complaining about the Constitution allows me to do this. We ought to get her the hell out. She married her brother in order to get in.
Joe Bob
I love it. President Trump doing one of his big campaign style rallies out there, making his case to the American people and deciding to go on a little bit of a tangent. So which by the way, you know, one could make the argument that the President may in fact be watching this show and likes the, the rhetorical attacks we've been placing against Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. And Yeah, I agree, Mr. President. Maybe we should get her the hell out of here. One correction, he said she married her brother in order to get into the country. That I think actually is not true. She married her brother to get him in the country. So it's totally different. Mr. President, sorry, sorry to issue a short correction, but I'm pretty sure it was the other way around. But nevertheless, marrying your brother, not a good thing. Objectively speaking. That is what, well, that is what you, what happens when you let people from a third world country don't share the culture and the values of this country into the country and even worse when they're in Congress. Speaking of communist hellholes, he did mention something about Somalia, that it's one of the worst countries in the world. And that's just objectively true by a bunch of different metrics. That really isn't something to be argued about. And unfortunately there are municipalities in this country that are slowly becoming more and more like Somalia. We're not talking about Minneapolis for once. We're actually going to go to the other communist hellhole that is New York City. New York City is potentially looking at a bill and the numbers look pretty oh, good for it passing, bad for the fact that it will pass considering so many people are in support of this, but they are trying to. And the whole affordable housing in New York City could be coming to a head here if this thing gets through. New York City is advancing the Community Opportunity for Purchase act which is sponsored by one of the Brooklyn councilwoman. The bill was introduced in May of 2024 actually, but really gained momentum when Zohran Mondani. I'm still working on my pronunciation. I think I need more throat.
At least that's the pronunciation that AOC uses. Um, it's gaining. This bill has gained momentum since he won the mayoral race back in November. Um, it is scheduled for a briefing. I actually was scheduled for a briefing today. So we'll get more data on how this is actually progressing in the New York City Council. But it applies to residential buildings with at least three units before selling any of those buildings. And I recognize we're kind of getting into the policy weeds here, but again, this sort of stuff is what makes great places into communist hellholes. It applies to buildings with at least three units. Before selling those buildings on the open market, owners must notify the New York City Department of Housing Prevention and Development.
And list those qualified buildings to nonprofits first. In other words, hey, you can't just put your building up to the open market. You have to put them into a. I guess like a housing sale purgatory, in a way, in which nonprofits get 60 days to express interest and then another 120 days to make a competitive offer. In other words, if you'd like to put your house up on the market or your building with three units, in this particular case in New York City, you might have to wait four months to be able to sell the stinking thing. Because for some reason, the government decided to insert itself into a free market pro process.
For what? I don't even quite understand what the value of that would be. I guess the New York City Council is saying, well, it will make it so that nonprofits can own buildings. And then what? That nonprofit is gonna just donate it to home people? Or maybe the thing is that, well, this nonprofit can give those houses to. Or those living those units to people who. People who need them, and therefore then can build the government. And then it could be this circular thing because, well, that's the way that communists like to do business. People forget in so many cases that. Well, let me. Let me back up and say this. Even Charlie talked about this. Often. There can be parameters on housing, especially when you have big, massive corporations buying up individual houses. And there can be legislation in order to stop that, but that's not what's happening here. People tend to forget the overwhelming majority of, you know, smaller, ish buildings. We're not talking about massive sky rises, but like a quadplex. You know, kind of like the one that Attorney General of New York purchased using some fraudulent paperwork allegedly to buy a quad. Plus that would be included in this where you then have to submit? Well, no, we got bids from nonprofits and we waited for four months in which the market could change drastically, who knows? Because for some reason the government wants to insert itself into the free market, therefore hurting the smaller property owners, the smaller landlords that for some reason can't sell their property. Because, you know, for whatever reason now the bill does say that the property owners who are trying to sell the property can reject some of the bids from the nonprofits. But at the same time, if they go around this, they could face a civil suit up to $30,000. So if you want to sell your building, you can't because you have to wait four months in case any nonprofits want to buy it, because the nonprofits have this.
Evil, sinister negotiation with the city that's going to pay them because it's this whole thing. And if you don't participate, you risk being fined 30 grand. In what way, shape or form does that benefit the working people of the city of New York? I have no idea. I can't think of any. The only thing it does is it just inserts the freaking government for no freaking reason. And by the way, what constitutes as a nonprofit if I, I mean, not, not to, you know, try and immediately get around this, but maybe that's what we should do on these types of programs is trying to figure out how to get around all of these dumb lib rules say this goes into effect. Why wouldn't somebody who's then trying to buy a property, you know, for the, for all of, for an investment, for all of the reasons that people buy property, say, ah, you know, I'm, I'm a nonprofit now. I'm filing my 501C3 paperwork, and therefore you can just buy them. All it's going to do is create brokers who effectively then make somebody a nonprofit and then have that quote, unquote nonprofit submit a bit. Just useless. It's useless on so many different levels. But to go figure, New York City is going to take a crack at making this happen. There are 32 council members who have signed on. Of the 51 city council members in New York City signed on as sponsors, needs 26 votes to pass and close to 34 to give a mayoral veto override. It does expire at the end of the year. So that's where they're revisiting this thing now. But I just, I don't know. This is one of those things. Let us know tptp USA.com if you're of the mindset of look, who was it? I think it was George Will on Bill Mars show said he hopes Ma' Am Danny wins because America needs a kick in the pants every 20 years and some socialist crazy person needs to govern to show the rest of the country how bad it is. Uh, we've had guests and discussions on this show where we go, well why can't that laboratory of democracy be Venezuela or another country where none of this needs to happen on American soil. But at the same time, maybe the United States needs a kick in the pants and a reminder every couple decades that this whole idea of inserting government where it doesn't need to be is a bad idea and it ends up working negatively for the American people. Wow, that's great. If you're just listening to the pie, it's Elon Musk, obviously, and is asking, who do you look up to most? Well, the Creator. And he says, well, you know, God is the creator and all of this, everything around you came from somewhere. It didn't just poof, happen. Which, by the way, is the craziest atheist argument, I guess. I don't. I understand in theory and in concept the idea of like the Big bang, it's like, okay, but where did that come from? Like, it just doesn't make sense even for the most logical people. It never made sense to me. I don't understand it. And it is interesting to see more and more people who probably. How do I phrase this without sounding demeaning? People like Elon, who, you know, are so smart, they think everything is figureoutable and then ultimately you get to a place where like, well, there's got to be some element of divine intervention that, you know, the, the fine tuning of life and the specimens that have created humanity. It just, it can't just poof out of nothing. The odds are too greatly stacked against it. It's. It seems impossible. I posted a video from Charlie's memorial where Elon was sitting three or four rows behind where my wife and I were sitting. And there's a bunch of speakers. Obviously there was worship music at the beginning, but then not everybody was there. And then the actual program started and then there was a couple worship songs in the middle of the program. And Elon was standing up. I don't know what that means, and I don't want to extrapolate too much from that, but there still were several people sitting down. Elon was not one of them. He was standing up. And.
If I were to be optimistic, if I'm glass half full, I think we're going to get him. I think Elon's going to come over at some point in time. I hope that's sooner than later. But stuff like this keeps coming out with him and I think, I think that's a good thing. Regardless of what you think about Elon, I know there's some contentious thoughts about one Mr. Elon Musk, especially among our crowd now, but ultimately I think, I think a guy like him believing in God is a good thing. Speaking of people who don't believe in God, those godless people up in Canada, how's that for a transition? This is, this is. There's a. There's a lot going on here. And I think the United States and the people in the United States and the populace who will ultimately decide whether or not this is okay in the United States needs to be aware of the horrific amount of assisted suicides that are happening in Canada, who does share a lot of values with the United States. I hope this is never one of them. Canada set a new record, killing 16,500 people by euthanasia. Uh, and that is leading to a bunch of disabled citizens in Canada feeling very, very threatened. Canada's made program a medical assistance in dying.
Set a 10 year mark. As it said, it's 10 year mark for legal assisted suicides carried out by physicians and endorsed effectively by the government, which is crazy. In 2024, 16,500 people were put to death, which relative to Canada's population is about 1 in 20, which is about 5%. So 5% of people in Canada were put to death on their own accord, effectively committed suicide with the government's help, which is just that, that's. That blows my mind that that's not only legal, but in so many ways in Canada. It's kind of like.
I don't want to say celebrated. I won't go there, but accepted is not even a high enough term for that. It's in 2023 to 2024, that number increased 7%. But the biggest increase in this. Concerning. But you also, too, there's this weird kind of mental dynamic here where it really, really increased, which was from 2019 to 2020. And I don't know if you remember anything about 2020. The Fauci fever was plaguing the globe. The assisted suicides in Canada increased by almost 40%, 36.8% jump from 2019 to 2020. It has gone up and up and up every single year. About 23,000 people who requested assisted suicide in Canada, nearly a fifth of those had conditions like diabetes. So there are people who have, I don't want to say a minor problem because I don't want to diminish people who have diabetes. That's a difficult thing to deal with. And, you know, again, I don't want to, you know, make that, make light of that. But at the same time, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and just generic chronic pain. Of the 23,000 people that requested them. Sorry, 23,000 people who requested medical assisted suicide had those conditions which.
You can overcome. That. That, that's not something that, like, you think you should end your life over that. That's. That's. That's crazy. Now, to be fair, the Canadian government denied those requests. They've been saying, well, that's, that's not. That's not enough to justify wanting to end your life. Which, again, in theory, is good. But what does that say about the culture in Canada where a bunch of people who have problems that are, you know, not. Not good, but effectively manageable are saying, I'd like to end my life. That is a symptom and a sign of something much bigger and actually much more problematic than the simple acceptance of medically assisted suicide. In the country of Canada.
Nearly 23% of the overall people seeking government assisted suicide, they say euthanasia. I. I don't know. Euthanasia to me sounds more like what you do to your pets when they're suffering. I did. Literally, it's suicide. Reported that it was because of isolation and loneliness. Medical practitioners reported about 50% of the people who requested assisted suicide was because they didn't want to be a burden to family or friends, which, you know, that's, again, not a reason to want to take your own life. The problem here is Canadian's health minister struck an upbeat tone. This is according to, I believe, the Christian Broadcasting Network, saying that she was pleased to share the report that claimed the program protects those who are vulnerable while supporting free choice and personal autonomy.
I don't think personal autonomy is a good reason to allow people to end their life. But again, that's just me speaking as a person who values human life. We can kind of get into the broader context of what this all means ultimately, but just a little bit more here. Eligibility for this program is expected to expand in 2027 to people with underlying conditions in mental health. Bottom line is they are expecting to make this program bigger. Now there are a lot of different avenues that we can go down here. There's a lot of different tangents that we can go on. There's a lot of different things that can be said about the culture that accepts this, that allows this, and then celebrates this effectively, saying, look, this is, this is an advantage for people. But what it really says is it underlines one of the key problems with Western society as a whole. Right now. Again, you can talk to, talk about, well, you know, Canada being a single payer government health care system says, ah, yeah, well this is going to be a little bit too expensive for the government to fix this problem. Have you considered killing yourself? Which again is horrible and I don't even necessarily want to joke about it, but the main underlying theme is the devaluation of human life on the front end. We see this a lot with the prevalence of abortions and that happens here in the United States of America. But that expands to a broader, more encompassing idea that human life just isn't valuable. Your own life just isn't valuable. And where does that put us as a society and as a culture? If we're not thinking that human life is valuable, if we're not thinking in terms of long term.
Ways to benefit people both emotionally, you know, physically, all of the different ways that humans can be benefited from a healthy and prosperous life. Where, where are we going to go from there? Directionally speaking, where does Western civilization go when human life isn't valued to the extent that, well, maybe trying to commit suicide is frowned upon very, at the very least. Or, or maybe not legalized. Could be. Maybe that's the, maybe that's the bar and that that bar is relatively low, but maybe that's at least where we should be. Setting the bar is horrifying what is going on in Canada with this program. And unfortunately they are trying to expand the program to encompass people who are honestly vulnerable in and of itself. And that is not a direction that we want to be going in. I think we should keep continuing talking about this because again, I know this is happening in Canada, but there are a lot of people who are trying to make this sort of thing happen here. And the devaluation of human life is not a good thing for anybody in the broader context of our culture that we, we love a lot and we want to continue going forward. Tptpsa.com what do you think of Canada's maid program, medical assistance in dying?
I don't know. What are your thoughts? TBT tbsa.com Also go subscribe to our Turning Point Tonight YouTube channel. Just type in J O B O B. Be able to find us pretty much anywhere. Coming up, the government says, yeah, Secretary of war, you can kick the trans folks out of the military. That as well as the mailbag segment. If you want to be included in the mailbag, send as an email. Tptpusa.com and again, if your email is vile, disgusting, hateful and bigoted, you actually have a better chance of being read on the show. Tptpusa.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
But I think this notion of, I think it's, this notion of toxicity and masculinity needs to be separated. And I think it's been conflated. And I think we, we, we, we're going to have to work on that a little bit. And I think there's, look, there is a crisis. I think some of us scare them. I think I scare them a little bit.

No, I'm serious.

Yeah, there we go, Tim. That's what it is. Governor Walls, we are scared of your masculinity. That's great. Yes. I think the amount of people who are concerned that Tim Walls is just too masculine, it's about zero, I think about zero percent of people. He again, allegedly is not gay. But I'm still, jury's still out on that. At least the jury in my own head. I'm not entirely, I'm not entirely sure if that makes sense. It is interesting. And I don't, I don't want to give him too much credit. Governor Gavin Newsom is actually correct on that in terms of the lib messaging on this. He's like, hey, look, this whole like everything Masculine is toxic. Is a bad idea. And while I can acknowledge the teacher, he's making a correct point there. I also. I hope they continue pushing that sort of thing because that means they will lose more, and if they lose more, that means we win more. So. So that's good. But I think bottom line here is. Yeah. Tiny tampon. Tim. No, no. Nobody's afraid of your overpowering masculinity speak. Speaking of masculinity and where we want it, well, that's in the Department of War. If you want masculine people anywhere, it's gonna be them. And what you don't want, though, is fake masculinity or identified as. I identify as masculine. Again with the air quotes. So many air quotes today. I'm so. I. I apologize. But at the same time, I feel like they're all necessary. An appellant court allows the Pentagon to continue to ban transgenders from the military. That's basically. That's the headline there. A federal appeals court on Tuesday allowed the Pentagon to. Temporarily. Because there's still more courts that have to get worked through here. Enforce its ban on transgenders in the military. The U.S. court of Appeals, D.C. circuit issued a one to two ruling. So three judges, two to one. Sorry, two to one rules. You know what I mean? The majority ruled. Yeah. That you can do this. Staying the district's court's preliminary injunction. This is.
Mostly a topic for the broader conversation of the Trump administration and the courts, the Trump administrations and their relationships with the courts. The libs would love to keep calling anything President Trump does fascist, and he's a dictator. Okay. Find me a dictator. Find me a fascist ruler anywhere in the world, anywhere in global history that is beholden to the courts and works their. Works their. Their policies through the judicial system. It doesn't happen. President Trump and his administration continue to go through the courts and. And sometimes there are outcomes that we don't necessarily like, and guess what? They abide by them. That's the whole thing. So when things come out like this, I think we should acknowledge them, I think we should celebrate them, because in all, the administration is doing exactly one, what the American people want them to do. But two, within the system that the United States has set up, President Trump is so far and away not a dictator because he continues, and the administration, the. All of the departments that are housed under the executive branch go through the court system. And, you know, we like to celebrate some wins.
In the past decade. We don't need to get into specifics of it. That's the headline. This court specifically says, hey, for the time being, until this works its way all the way and there's a definitive hey, this court's decision is it. And the Supreme Court either takes it up or it doesn't. Until then, yes, you're allowed to boot transgender people out of the military because it's not advantageous. As Pete Haggs has said consistently, the goal of the military is to be the most lethal fighting force on the planet. It is not a jobs program. It is not an inclusion program. It's simply to protect the, the American people and the homeland. That's the whole thing. And if you're going to prioritize whatever it is that you feel like, great, that's not, this is not the right place for place for that. Go ahead, do that somewhere else. And it doesn't have any room here. And the court system up until this point has said, yeah, that's fine. Now, again, we'll keep people posted on this as this continues to work its way through the courts. But the broader context here is that the Trump administration yet again is going through the proper channels, unlike any other quote, unquote dictator has ever done in the history of humanity. The 67 trend that went viral in 2020.
May finally be coming to an end. Well, at least an In n Out burger employees say the west coast burger chain has retired the number 67 from its ticket system following disruptions from teens and children swarming the restaurant to film employees announcing the order number.
Joe Bob
No comment. I don't understand that. Okay, let us know in the email address. Tptpusa.com do you get six, seven? I don't, I, I recognize this ages me. I don't understand it. I don't understand the cool hip trends that the kids are doing nowadays. The whole six, seven thing, I, I don't get it. It's not, I just don't understand it. Let us know in the comment section or sorry, in the email, tptbsa.com or in the comment section, depending on where it is that you're watching this. Does it make sense to you? Thank goodness in and out is banning 6, 7 because I don't want to have to witness that. Speaking of the email, got a lot of great emails on the topics of schools yesterday. We talked about how school attendance is dropping in areas where illegal immigrants no longer are because they've either self deported or want to stop using, I don't know, taxpayer funded government schools. Don says this. I don't see a problem. I agree with you none. Goodbye. You will not be missed. I don't have a problem. She says, I don't have problem with immigrants being here the right way. But if they're illegal and they're stealing from the American taxpayer. Nah, adios. Stop all over. Not we. We should not stop this for them. Leaving it is spitting on our flag and chanting death to America. We should not be funding that. I wholeheartedly agree. Now another email on this same topic. George, this might be the best email I think we've ever gotten and that is saying something on the same topic of school attendance. And this is where this really hits home for me and I probably hits home from you, but George asked this question. School attendance being down to illegal aliens fleeing is costing school districts federal funding. The question remaining now is this. How is this going to affect my property taxes?
Yeah, dude, yeah. How is it going to affect our property taxes if illegals are no longer going to the schools and they are no longer living in the country? Therefore attendance is down. Therefore funding needs to go down. Where is my rebate? I ask everybody. When Senator Ron Johnson was on the show, when Senator Ted Cruz was on the show, I, I consistently ask them, how do I get a tax rebate for whatever it is that we're talking about in this particular instance? George, you are absolutely 100% unequivocally correct. If the funding goes down because the attendance is down, am I getting a refund on my property taxes and even more so, are we going to cut the rate of the property taxes?
Yes.
On the topic of the FBI kneeling, Steph says.
This. Steph, this is. I appreciate this note, but it's also just too funny. Uh, we didn't. I may or may not have mentioned that some of the FBI agents that were. That were kneeling during a George Floyd protest. We talked about it yesterday. Go watch the segment if you need to. I may or may not have mentioned they were a bunch of overweight women to that point. Steph said, well, they could argue that they had to kneel because they were out of shape. I just. Good point, good point. Sarah A said this on the topic of the FBI kneeling. Again, if you're not familiar. Go watch the segment from yesterday. I want to know who dreamed up that excuse that they were de escalating. That person actually deserves consideration for on the basis of creativity. She also leaves the note this email has been examined by our quality control department and is certified to be bigoted, rude and downright nasty. That's exactly why we read it. Sarah, appreciate you. I appreciate you sticking to the guidelines of what a TPTPUSA email should include. Last one we'll get to is this Matt on the topic of the coffee filter pillowcases? I don't know if it read as sarcastically in his head as it did in mine, but he said this is Matt again. I'm just commenting on the pillowcases coffee filter. It's disgusting. I'm right, Matt. You are right. It was disgusting and it was terrible. Just like any email that you should send to tptpusa.com that's gonna do it for us today. We appreciate you sticking around, tuning in. We'll see you tomorrow, same time, same place. I'm also announcing an exploratory committee to run for President of the United States. That is kind of a joke that you may or may not understand. I'll explain it more tomorrow. God bless America.
