Libs may agree with Maha, which is a first. A city is suing a bunch of food manufacturers. Also, a federal judge sues President Trump in the administration over discrimination. It's kind of hilarious how he responded and a big win for kids kids in America. But of course, libs are mad about that because they're mad about everything. Also, some headlines to get to. So much to get to here on Turning Point tonight. My name is Joe Bub. Thanks so much for tuning in. Together we are charting the course of America's cultural comeback. This is Turning Point tonight. Now, as always, we gotta remind you folks, the good folks that watch this show. Tptpsa.com is the email address if you'd like to send us along your thoughts, comments, concerns. We are doing a mailbag section of this show in the last segment of the show. So if you'd like to get your email mentioned or at least have the chance, make sure the email is vile and disgusting and awful and that actually gives you a better chance of being read on this show in the mailbag section in the last segment. TBT tvsa.com if that is of interest to you. Also go subscribe to our Turning Point Tonight YouTube channel as well as all of the other social media platforms where you get an extra segment of the show and each and every day we call it one last point. And sometimes we air those here in this show, but not always. So the only place that you can see them is on social media. Go to our Turning Point Tonight YouTube channel as well as Rumble, Facebook, Instagram, X, all of the social media accounts. You get to see that extra segment. And subscribe to the podcast, by the way too, where we're ramping that up, getting the podcast going. So if you don't already and you want to throw in the show while you're mowing the lawn, cleaning the pool, doing household chores, that is where you go to listen to all of that. To get into the first thing that I think is the most interesting thing and it ties in so well to a big freaking issue that I've had for a very long time. Not in a good way, by the way, but it gives kind of a sentiment to what we believe in, the, you know, conservative right, the people that acknowledge reality while not actually getting there all the way. The city of San Francisco is suing some food manufacturers because they say food is what is the biggest problem with the health and wellness of their citizens there in San Francisco. Now, there are some ties to the Maha movement here, and I think those should be well noted, and we'll get to that in just a second. But there's a huge freaking difference as to how the Maha approach is taking to food, health and wellness and the libs approach to health and wellness here. San Francisco is filing the first ever.

Are you okay? Are you okay?
Joe Bob
Hello?
Friend/Instructor
Hey, what's up?
Joe Bob
How. Why?
Friend/Instructor
Just paddle. You gotta paddle backwards. Paddle backwards?
Joe Bob
Yeah.
Friend/Instructor
No, go the other way. Go the other way. No, paddle the other way. Paddle the other way. Go that way. There you go. Keep on going. Paddle backwards. There you go. Nice. There you go. There you go. Okay.
Joe Bob
Okay.
Friend/Instructor
Now you go the other way. Okay, now paddle forwards and turn your paddle around.
Joe Bob
Yeah, flip the paddle.
Friend/Instructor
There you go.
Joe Bob
That.
Friend/Instructor
That's expert.
Joe Bob
Working. That seems like a bit of an overreaction. Screaming bloody murderer. Is it? I can't swim. Just. Just paddle backwards. Not to get too heady about this, but, well, these people's votes count the same as yours. That's that. Not to put a damper on your day, but if this is the United States of America and if they are citizens from the accent doesn't necessarily sound like that's a given. It's not a guarantee necessarily, but let's just say that these people are here legally and even citizens of the United States, their vote counts the same as yours, and they can't figure out how to paddle backwards when they've accidentally paddled into a large ship. So great. Glad. Glad that's. That's the case. Speaking of immigration, that might have been too big of a jump. Speaking of immigration, though, President Trump is hit with a lawsuit. Well, the Trump administration was hit with of a lot lawsuit. Tanya Nemer. No, hi. Immigration judge filed a lawsuit claiming that she was terminated because of her gender, her Lebanese citizenship, and past Democratic nominations for local offices. She was a Democratic candidate who ran in an election, and because of all those reasons, because she's a woman, she has citizenship to another country, which that's actually going to be a big conversation going forward. We're not necessarily going to talk about it a ton right here, right now, but we will in the future because Bernie Moreno is bringing up a good point. Hey, should you have. Should you be able to have dual citizenship? The answer is clearly no. And we don't. Again, we don't have time to get into that entirely now. But, yeah, because her gender, her Lebanese citizenship, and her past as a lib candidate for local office, that's why she is suing the administration filed a lawsuit saying, hey, I, I need my job back. I need to be reinstated. She was appointed this judge in 2023 under the Biden administration is now seeking reinstatement. She claims her termination on February 5 violated her constitutional right to engage in political activity. Now, I don't think there's really any evidence to suggest that that is specifically the sole reason why she was fired. It could just be that she was a bad judge. Who knows? Uh, and how does the Trump administration respond to this? How does the Trump administration respond to the allegations that they fired an immigration judge solely because they didn't like her? Like, fired eight more. I don't know if this is just a coincidental timing, but it is very funny to me. On the same day that a former federal judge filed a lawsuit against, hey, you shouldn't have fired me because you know you don't like me. I'm doing a bad job. Whatever it is, the Trump administration, okay, also we're firing eight more of these people, these judges. I just think that's hilarious. It's like, well, we can come up with a bunch of different metaphors as to what that is, but that I think this is probably somewhat of a timing Coincidence. But it is funny nonetheless, that on the same day he's hit with a lawsuit, hey, you can't fire me. The administration goes, oh, okay, we don't really care about that. By the way, we're firing eight more. Fired. A bunch of eight judges in the Manhattan area. Immigration judges. Now, you may be wondering, well, should we be firing immigration judges? The Department of Government deficiencies effort was to cut spending by eliminating about 200 immigration judges. Sorry, about two immigration judges have either resigned or been let go. Of those 200 above, 100 of them were actually fired rather than resigning. Now, you may be thinking, hey, there's a huge backlog of illegals in the country and want to get them through the process so we can boot them out of the country. And you might be thinking that, yes, I agree with that. The problem is. And I mean, this is just kind of obvious. Well, if the judges that are super, super lenient are saying, yeah, go ahead, stay. Go ahead, yes, stay, Stay. Stay here. Stay here. Don't. Don't worry about it. Just. Just stay here. Yeah, we would like those people fired. We would like those people to not have the power to grant amnesty to anybody they choose specifically because they think Orange man bad. We can't deport people. Now, interestingly enough, um, Syracuse University reports that the federal immigration system currently has a backlog of 3.4 million cases, which is a lot, but I also don't think enough, necessarily. If 20 million people came in the country illegally, why is there only 3.4 million cases in the backlog? The article that I pulled this from, I believe it was the Associated Press. Maybe it wasn't Big Lib Outlet. Probably because they say, uh, despite the massive backlogs, judges continue to be terminated, which, again, good, uh, if they are appointed by Joe Biden and Trump has the legal right to be able to fire them. Go. Go ahead and do that, because I'd rather have the backlog than a bunch of activist judges just pushing a bunch of illegals through and saying, hey, you can live amongst us now. That's good. Uh, clearly that is not, um, interestingly enough, it. I'm sure a lot of you know this, but the big beautiful bill created 800 new federal immigration judiciary jobs, but currently only 11 permanent judges have been installed. So that obviously is a problem. I've been wondering, why hasn't Congress just instituted temporary judges to kind of fill the gaps to get the backlog through? Because, I mean, there's a lot of layers to this, but when the Biden administration creates this massive problem. The problem does have to get fixed, right? And the problem can't get fixed by snapping your fingers. You do have to go through the legal process. And President Trump is trying to do that with the big Beautiful bill adding 800 new federal judges. But obviously that's kind of hard to fill, especially if the judges have to go through confirmation and all that sort of stuff. Remember, the Department of War also announced plans in September to send 600 military lawyers to serve as temporary immigration judges. But the problem with that, again, libs holding things up. Only about 25 military lawyers have been able to complete the required training in order to begin hearing cases thus far. What I say is this. I will volunteer as judge. I don't know what the criteria is, but there's no way that it's that difficult to do. Obviously, you know, you got to have some intricacies in the actual law, but when it comes to asylum cases, I feel like it's pretty easy. Hey, I filed for asylum. I didn't like it in Mexico. Okay. We just saw a video yesterday of a girl living her best life. She self deported into Mexico and seems to be doing great, which. Good for her. Denied that. That's, that's what I'm getting at. I. I will serve as judge. Will you serve as a judge? Tbt.tbc.com. again, I don't entirely know that all of us have the criteria to wield that sort of authority, but also, again, doesn't really feel like that difficult of a process. Oh, you came into the country illegally. Oh, you overstayed a visa. Nope. Bye. Adios. See ya. Oh, you benefited from the Biden administration rolling back the remain in Mexico policy. Okay, bye. See you. Audios don't need to hear much more. Can't be super difficult because what we need in this country is a bunch of judges who won't let people like this come in. This unfortunately seems like a story that we see almost weekly. Maybe not quite weekly, but way too often. A truck driver was charged with killing newlyweds in a horrid crash. Turns out he's also an illegal. And guess where he got his driver's license from Governor Newsom's California. This comes as a shock to absolutely no one. A truck driver in Oregon was arrested after jackknifing his semi truck and colliding with the vehicle on November 24. The crash killed killed newlyweds William Carter and his wife Jennifer, which is a terrible and horrible and awful story. And unfortunately, it seems like we are seeing this consistently. Having illegals in the country somehow obtaining commercial truck driver's licenses and killing Americans. Why this? There isn't like national outrage over this? I have no idea. The driver is 32 year old Indian national, first name unpronounceable Kumar, who was in the US illegally. Wow, where have I heard that before? And again I've said this before, it's hard to make light of this. But also like humor is the way that you kind of expose like sarcastic satirical commentary is how you expose this sort of stuff. And it's very difficult to do because these are tragic situations. I don't want to sit here and joke about a tragic scenario. And at the same time, well, who could have seen this coming besides freaking literally everyone. Kumar was released into the country by the Biden administration and California issued him a commercial driver's license in 2023. Remember that safe and responsible Driver's act, whatever the build was called, that specifically said hey, illegals can get driver's licenses in California, which is a problem in and of itself. But it also stipulated specifically, no, we can't give them CDLs. That that's a part of the law passed by the deep blue state of California said illegals can get driver's licenses, which I disagree with. But that's just what the California insane asylum that pretends to be a legislature passed. But even they said specifically no, you, you can't have a cdl. That's insane. You can't do that. And yet here we are, yet another illegal getting a commercial driver's license in the state of California. He was also given a work authorization in 2023 under the Biden administration. Okay, anybody start seeing a pattern going on here with illegal immigrants killing people and truck drivers? In August, an illegal immigrant was arrested in Florida. Wreck that killed three people. I'm sure we're all familiar with that. We were. Remember that in the same month an illegal immigrant, also from India allegedly caused a multiple car pile up in California that left a five year old with life altering injuries. In October, another illegal was arrested over a drunken car crash in California that killed three people. That was actually the one relatively close to where we're doing this show from. Which doesn't make it any worse it in the grand scheme of things but to me it's like holy cow, I've driven on that freeway. My wife and kids drive on that freeway. The fact that tapping this close is concerning to say the least. Let's see. Oh, DHS Kumar is just described as just the latest illegal to be nabbed for a fatal wreck after being cut loose by the Biden administration. So with that, again, I don't know if I have the qualifications, I don't know if I have the schooling, I don't know if I have the legal ability, so to speak. But also I think being able to deport all of these people is not that difficult of a decision to make and maybe, just maybe might make the American people themselves a little bit safer. So while we hope that the president can figure out a way to get more immigration judges who are, who look at the country the way that we look at the country, until that happens, until the libs let the president do his job, which is, you know, by the way, if Congress wants to change laws, change the laws. At this point, libs don't have enough people in Congress to actually change any of the laws. So the law is what the law is. So if libs keeps slow rolling it and not allowing the president to do his job, which is protect and defend the American people, I guess we're just going to keep seeing these again. I hate to make light of it, but also it's difficult to not have seen this coming. Coming up next, we're going to talk about a big time gift who you may, you may have heard of this already, going to benefit kids a ton. And the libs are mad about it because of course the libs are mad about it. It has something to do with Trump, therefore it has to be bad. Tptpc.com is the email address. Are any of these illegals driving, not necessarily even CDLs but cars in general, killing people where you are? Are there a bunch of stories that we should add to the list here to kind of keep a running tab of how many illegals driving cars are killing Americans? If you have any of those, let us know. TBTPUSA.com also go subscribe to our YouTube channel. We will be right back after the break. Don't go away.

Gay Man with Girlfriends
As a gay man with a lot of girlfriends, the two most common complaints I hear from my single friends is one, that apps have ruined dating because guys never go up to girls anymore to ask them out, which they think is cool if guys have the confidence to go up to them. And the number two thing that they complain about is that it's creepy when guys go up to them because they're just trying to have a fun night with their girlfriends out at the bar. So do with that information what you will and good luck.
Joe Bob
In the dating world, that is, that is concerning, to say the least. I, I hate that. That's also probably true that I, I feel like anecdotally, I've felt that I've, I've been with my wife and married for way too long to even have a remote idea of what's going on in the dating pool. But my wife and I often talk about, we met in college and we kind of wonder where do people meet nowadays? Like, I honest to God don't know. I don't know. And that's a bad thing. I, I'm a big proponent of people getting married, having kids, starting a family, contributing to society. That, that's all a good thing. And I don't know how you do it nowadays. That is a huge problem that I am concerned about or the future. But I guess it is what it is. That is the modern dating world and modern dating culture. Speaking of the future, the Trump accounts. Trump accounts. Good idea. And interestingly enough, do one of the things, or at least attempt to do part of the things that libs have been talking about they want to do for the longest time. But considering that it's a Trump account, nah, it's bad. Orange man bad. We can't have Trump doing good things that we approve of because that would be bad. Because Orange man bad. I have no other reason. I am a lip. But Michael Dell, you may have heard about this already. Today is making a historic gift and what's being called one of the largest private community private commitments to US children. Billionaires Michael and Susan Dell pledged $6.25 billion on Tuesday to helping kids in the United States of America. Objectively a good thing. Thank you to the Dell family also, by the way. It is, it's it. I Love the fact that even the lib outlets have said they are doing this as a family. The two of them, they got married. Michael and Susan Dell, I believe in 87 or 89, billionaire, still married, has a bunch, has a bunch of kids, which is freaking fantastic. I like seeing people at the upper ends of society, billionaires, have one wife, be married to her and have kids, and do the whole American dream thing. I think that's fantastic. And it's also accurate to point out that that is, they are a cohesive unit. It's not Michael Dell, it's Michael and Susan Dell. They are one. That's how it should work. But just to put that in perspective, few single charitable commitments in the past 25 years have exceeded $1 billion. And this is more than six times that, $6.25 billion. These are investments accounts. Okay? So these are going into Trump accounts, which are investment accounts created as a part of President Trump's tax and spending legislation that became law in July. They are four children born between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2028. The treasury will deposit $1,000 into these accounts, which, again, is fantastic. Any American child under 18 with a Social Security number qualifies. And families can add to these accounts, which must be invested in the stock market and the index fund. One of the big things that libs say is that the means of production, you have to seize the means of production. Okay, well, was it like 62% of the American people are invested in the stock market? With this, it's going to increase the percentage of Americans that are invested in the stock market. If you're invested in the stock market, you therefore own stakes in the companies that operate in the United States. And if you own a stake in that company, you in part own the means of productions. Libs make this big argument. Oh, we have to. Most people don't. No, no, most people actually do own the means of production by way of the stock market. And with Trump accounts necessitating that money be invested in the stock market, when America wins, the children of America win. But of course, libs are mad about that because it's a Trump account. And Orange man bad. Trump bad. So this must be bad. Also, the Dells will add up to 20 or $250 to accounts of 25 million children who are 10 years and younger. It'll chart target children in zip codes where the median household income is $150,000 or less. Or anybody who won't get that thousand dollar seed money from the Treasury Department. The accounts won't launch until July 4, 2026, deliberately chosen to mark the 250th anniversary of independence. You want to talk about the wealth gap or the inequality gap, this is something that will help solve that sort of thing. Again, American children being invested in the performance of the United States of America is objectively a good thing. And yet the ap, which is where I pulled this article from, still can't help themselves but say, well, these accounts won't immediately reduce child pot childhood poverty. Okay, so then it sucks those. Then he shouldn't do it. Go ahead, Michael dell, keep your $6.2 billion. Don't deposit $250 into 25 million kids account just for, don't even, don't even try because as the AP said, well, it won't immediately reduce child poverty. All right? You can never win with these people. They also mentioned that it was a it's in the same spending package the Trump accounts were created that also include cuts to Medicaid, food stamps and childcare, which are all objectively good things because you don't want people to be dependent on this. You're more than what Trump is trying to do here is fascinating when it comes to the liberal mindset, what people want to consistently talk about, well, we need to give people a leg up. Okay, well this is, this is that. This is the American people, the kids of the United States of America getting the benefit of being invested in the stock market. And again, they hate it because it's this stupid lib mindset where you just got to hate everything that Trump does. There's a bunch of headlines that I want to get to that I think are interesting. We'll get to that next segment as well as our mailbag tptpsa.com if you'd like to send us along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms, it's okay to be wrong in the TPT inbox. Diet Culture Critic
Why is there diet culture on the parking meters? Why do we have on the parking meters? Sometimes I diet. Don't feed me on the following holidays. Why are we promoting fat phobia and diet culture even on the parking meters in la? I just, it gets to a point. It really does get to a point. This, this is an issue and this needs to be fixed. West Hollywood. This is actually disgusting.
Joe Bob
Yes, that's the problem. That's what they're trying to do on the parking meters in Los Angeles. They're trying to promote diet culture. Now, at the very least, it's a clear sign. If you've ever tried to park a car in Los Angeles, there are seven different signs that you have to read. Several of them are in conflict with one another and you have no idea whether you can park there or for how long or if your car is going to get ticketed or towed. I, I can go on a rant about parking tickets in freaking la. But no, young lady, I think I don't want to assume her gender. It's not promoting diet culture. She's giving a clear sign. And by the way, what's wrong with diet culture? You know what, actually, I think this lady and her size are fit phobic. She is. She is scared of being fit and in shape and healthy. That actually is the worst. That is the most egregious transgression here. Being fit phobic. Bunch of headlines I want to run through before we got to take a break and get to our mailbag segment. Tptpc.com if you want to be included in the mailbag and the more disgusting, horrible, vile, bigoted your email, the light more likelihood you actually have a chance of getting read. TPTP USA.com couple of headlines. Cory Booker over the weekend got married. Which is to me it says Cory Booker is apparently not gay. I jury's still out on that. I think. He's 56, his wife is 38. He had a. Well, who's the actress that he had a romance with? Rosario Dawson, I believe. Had a, had a romance with her. Romance I used in air quotes probably. But supposedly Cory Booker is not gay. He has been married. Another headline, President Trump documents signed by the Joe Biden's auto pen are hereby terminated. Good. That happened a couple of days ago, but felt like we probably should get it on here. That one's interesting. Any document, this is President Trump speaking. Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the auto pen, which is approximately 92% of them. I don't know if that's like legit. I don't know if the 92% number is accurate. If they went through digging and found this is auto pen, this is actual Sleepy Joe. Maybe. Maybe the actual Sleepy Joe hand signatures are shakier. Maybe, I don't know. But he says 92% of them are hereby terminated and have no further force or effect. The auto pen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States. Trump stated. That's going to be an interesting one to see. Now, I don't know, to contextualize it a little bit, all of the executive orders that Joe Biden instituted when he came into office, he can also, Trump can also just undo those. I think he's just making a big point of like hey lives, remember when you elected a brain dead dude who didn't know what he was signing and just signed a bunch of stuff that was put in front of him. That's a problem if you don't do that again. So there's that protesters were arrested. Uh, this mostly I just thought this interesting headline here, I believe this is from abc. Over the weekend there's a bunch of protests and by that I mean riots, people fighting cops in Chinatown in New York City. But the headlines as protesters arrested in NYE NYC over possible ICE related activity in Chinatown. Was it? Or were they throwing fences at the ICE officers blocking traffic? In a statement, federal agents said they observed multiple people brought blocking the street and told multiple times to disperse and they did not comply. Oh, it sounds like you broke the law. That's why you're getting arrested, not because you were protesting. So there's that. I don't have time to get to the Jaden Pinkett Smith thing and The Will Smith thing, that's also fairly interesting. But maybe we'll talk about that a little bit more tomorrow. Email, mailbag, tpt. Com. Coming up right after the break. Don't go away.

I think that's the same guy. Is that the same guy that was talking about the transgender lesbian black balloons at Thanksgiving Day parade? I think it is. That guy's great. No further commentary necessary here. That's just all that speaks exactly for itself. Let's get some emails. Tptpo. Say. Com is the email address. If you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. It's okay to be wrong. On the topic of the tree lighting, Cheryl says she lives in Joliet, Illinois. Pine trees are green, grow year round just like God's love. They light up the bright the brightness reflects God's true love in us. We put the star and angel on top of to show that is to shouldn't put this in there. I'm just. I'm editorializing a little bit or I'm filling in the gaps to show the king in the major is Jesus. Correct. Goes on a little bit more. Sandra, thank you for the email. Appreciate that. Also on the topic of Christmas trees is Jim says this Joe Bob. Joe Bob. I live in Georgetown, California. We go to the Christmas tree lighting every year in our little town. And most of us know it is the season for the reason that is Jesus. God bless you and Merry Christmas. Appreciate that, Jim. So it's good to know even in California, in the deep blue state of California, behind enemy lines here, there are cities that say it is a Christmas tree because it is. TBT. TBSA.com is the email address. If you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns. We do have time to get to one video. Little, Little bit of fun. This has nothing to do with anything. Transgender Comedian
Jesus said, love thy neighbor, not stone trans people to death. Christians don't stone trans people. That's Muslims. Love your neighbor means share the gospel with them, not support their sins.
Joe Bob
Accurate. True. I love. So that's part of Internet culture, being able to like, come up with a fun way of kind of mimicking and mocking what it is that the libs are saying. I like that. Yeah. No, the. The people that are stoning trans people are the Muslims as Charlie. Charlie. One of Charlie's jokes that I think the first joke I think I ever heard him tell was if you're trans in the Middle east, you'll get a flying lesson off the nearest roof, which is accurate and funny and not trying to besmirch Charlie at all. Nobody laughed. And I think that's because people weren't expecting a joke like that to come out of him. And so it was just fun to watch. And I think also that's part of the reason why he brought me along on things. Kind of loosen up the audience and get him ready for the jokes that he would tell because he was very funny. But sometimes people weren't expecting that, so sometimes it went over their head. So shout out. Shout out to that hilarious joke from, man, one of the best guys I knew. That'll do it for us here at turning point tonight. Tptpsa.com is the email address if you'd like to send it along again. Remember, the more bigoted and awful and disgraceful the email, the likelier chance you have getting it on this show. We'll see you tomorrow, same time, same place. God bless America.
