The Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass is scrambling as it appears that she has doctored a report that makes her extremely suspicious. And whether or not she did her job regarding the Palisade fires last year, we covered this story last Friday. But now there's the smoking gun. It's all smoke and mirrors. According to the California Post with the LA mayor, will anyone be held accountable? Also, Indian scammers stole millions and millions and millions of dollars from the poor people of Maryland and other places around the country, which unfortunately is not new, but something that's worth being talked about. And Congress is grilling Trump officials in a new segment we call Official Business. All that more coming up. This episode of Turning Point tonight. My name is Joe Bob. Thanks so much for tuning in. Together, we're we are charting the course of America's cultural comeback. Show starts right now. Talking about this story. Last week on Friday, I believe the mayor of Los Angeles allegedly covered some things up, but nobody really understood what it was. We just kind of had it on the basis of, hey, reporters dug into her office, some people in her office, at least two people have said no, she definitely doctored this. Well, now the California Post has uncovered the actual draft, the first draft that wasn't released to the public, and the discrepancies between the first draft and the final draft. And they are glaring. It's going to have the LA mayor scrambling for her political position. Before we get to that, tbt@tposa.com is the email if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. We love seeing all of those emails. Cptpsa.com and if you get an email that is just disgusting and horrible in all nature, the chances of us reading it later on the show is rather high. Actually probably fit in with the vibe that we've got going on here, at least according to the lives bigoted in nature. TBT USA.com so this story again, we talked about this last week. It was a big thing in Los Angeles. Now I recognize not everybody lives in Los Angeles, but I do think that this can be one of those laboratory of democracy experiments to see what whether or not a lib who looks like she clearly manipulated government data to avoid responsibility for herself will actually get held accountable. My guess is no. And tptpa.com if you happen to think that she might get held accountable, if you happen to agree or disagree, Tpt. Com of your thoughts. But here are all the things that we now know. First, we know that the fire in the Palisades destroyed 6,16,000 homes, 31 people dead. The original draft of this report apparently was 20 pages longer than the actual report. Sorry, might be bearing the lead. There was a big report that came out, we talked about this Friday that came out October 8, 2025, that basically said, here are all the things that happened during these fires. Some things, quote, unquote, went wrong. But a lot of that language was allegedly changed from the first draft. So the timeline here is that the mayor of Los Angeles gets a draft. It's 92 pages long. And, you know, the draft happens. They go back and forth with all this sort of thing. What happens in that process, nobody's quite an entirely sure. But then the official report comes out in October and it's only 72 pages long. Now, the problem is the California Post has obtained the actual first draft draft. And some of the discrepancies between the draft and the. The official report aren't like, oh, well, you know, we tried to pare it down to make it a little bit more digestible or, oh, you know, we changed this here. But it really doesn't reflect the overall vision of this, the overall outcome. It's just kind of language issues. No, they changed the entirety of the meaning. At least that's what I, and probably you will think. Now, before we get to that, we should point out the fact that the. The mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, is vehemently denying we played this clip Friday, but we'll refresh your memories. Why? Why would she have any reason to change what's in the report? This is cut 6.
LA Mayor Karen Bass
Absolutely no reason or desire that I would want to water down this report. What would be the purpose of covering up a report that I ordered?
Joe Bob
What would be the purpose? Nobody knows what the purpose would be for covering up a report that she herself ordered. That would be crazy. Now, the fires, obviously devastating in the state of California, more specifically in the Southern California area, but the report itself does show, at least the first draft would have shown there were some things that could have been fixed. Obviously, natural disasters are a thing. Obviously you've got earthquakes, you've got tsunamis, you got tornadoes, you got all of these things that exist. And I think the general public understands those things. What we don't tolerate is when people should have done something with all of the signs being there and then they didn't. That's what we don't like. What we don't like more than trying to cover that up. Because it looks like that the report that came out, the original the first draft of that report stipulates a lot of things and a lot of mistakes and a lot of errors that were made under the leadership of LA Mayor Karen Bass. One of the most damaging things this is according to the California Post. One of the most damaging edits of Vault involves the language acknowledging insufficient resources to suppress a wind driven vegetation fire. With departments attempting to fiscally response, be fiscally responsible, not fully augmenting, augmenting the pre deployment of all available resources in preparation for a rare wind event. All of that was said, said in the original draft. Hey, we should have probably prepped for this. But no, no, we're trying to do the whole fiscal thing because you know we're gonna, we have to give billions of dollars to the homeless drug addicts. So we have to take that money out of the fire department and so we don't have the resources anymore. So we didn't do any of the prep work that we should have done that we normally would have done. If there's this high wind coming through because news flash, these people have the weather and can tell when wind is going to be coming through. You know, you got your high pressure areas, your low pressure areas. I don't need to do the meteorology bit, but basically all of these things that we knew we should have done these things and the report says, well we didn't for fiscal reasons. By contrast, that was in the original draft of it. By contrast, the final report claims the lafd, the Los Angeles Fire Department balanced the fiscal responsibilities with proper preparation. In other words, it completely eliminated the fact of hey, we didn't do these things. We didn't fully augment our fire systems, we didn't pre deploy all the available resources. All it says is prepared by following its pre deployment matrix. Why would she have any reason to change that? I guess I'm not entirely sure. According to the draft, the first draft, if the department had adequately, this is a quote. If the department had adequately augmented all available resources as done in years past in preparations for weather events, there would have been a recall of members for all available positions. In other words, if we did what we did every single time this happened, we might have been able to, I don't know, maybe at the very least slow it down. It's, it's hard to say what could have been done and obviously, you know, I'm being charitable here, but it looks like the fire department themselves say hey, we didn't, we didn't really go through the process that we've been doing for years and years. And years here. And remember, it's California too. So the environmental component here should be that you take every possible step to ensuring that this doesn't happen. And yet the original draft said we didn't do that. Well, what did it change to? The revised language softens this language. And instead of the leadership being to blame because, hey, we cut the budget, we, we didn't have the resources, so we didn't do all the things, they blame the firefighters. In the actual final draft, quote, the initial response dispatched to the Palisade incident lacked the appropriate resources for the weather conditions typically associated with red flag conditions. The department would have normally responded with the draft. Draft language also noted that the crews arriving to the scene lacked clarity regarding the communication protocol. In other words, the people on the front line, that was the problem. It wasn't that we cut the budget. It wasn't that we moved the resources to the militant meth heads on the street trying to get them housing at the cost of $1 billion per unit. It wasn't any of that. It was the guys on the front lines. It was their fault. They had a lack of clarity regarding the communications protocol. The final report also says the firefighters said that state stated that they most did not communicate their needs. Where again, blaming the people on the ground, which is crazy. Additional edits include sections, include a section title near the beginning of the report. From challenges to successes. In other words, a whole thing was charged, hey, these were the challenges that were met. No, no, these actually, they're not challenges. They're not, you know, they're actually successes is what they are. They're successes. Repeated references to wind actually, I think this is one of the biggest ones here. Repeated references to wind and wind events appear all throughout the original draft saying, hey, it was windy. We knew it was going to be windy. Obviously, when wind kicks up, there's a huge risk of having widespread fires. That's a thing that everybody knows. So because we knew that usually when there's wind or wind events, we act appropriately. We send out people who are going to do their job and trying to protect the community and the people from the fires. But the final report actually struck out all mentions of wind whatsoever. The first example, the first report said, hey, the, due to the wind, the helicopters weren't allowed to deploy. The firefighting helicopters couldn't deploy in the high winds. And well, they eliminated the winds, which means they eliminated the reasons the helicopters couldn't deploy, which probably I haven't read the full report, but probably because it's 72 pages long. It probably means that, yeah, well this is the firefighters discretion that that's who it was. Again, placing the blame away from the actual people in power and to the people on the ground. The first responders that acted as heroically as they possibly could despite the lack of resources that were taken away by the city and by the fire department probably like I said, to give housing to homeless militant meth heads. They're trying to eliminate the weather factors and effectively trying to eliminate all of the. Hey, we should have known better from the reports. Considering the fact that this report has been out since October, I'm not entirely sure how much we weight this is going to get in the political space. But at the same time I am curious to see if LA residents, Californians more broadly, but LA specifically will do anything about their mayor who looks like she clearly, clearly lied. Just a couple other things going on through here because we don't need to dig into it entirely. Feel like it's appropriate to read what the California Post had. They've uncovered this by the way. They're the ones that got the original draft of this report. They said this. Several facts were removed outright from the report. A line documenting a unit holding a position near a threatened 75 unit condominium complex ultimate until approximately 5:30pm before being redeployed or moved. The references to several injury injuries in the 21st 24 hours that were revised to several minor injuries. Even the department's equipment shortages were recast. The draft states that 40 inches. This is, this is incredible. This, the draft states that 40 engines were mechanically unavailable the morning of the fire and that the only one in that only one was ready reserve engine capable of being staffed. The final report, remember the draft says there were 40 engines that were just like not working. I guess for some reason probably because they reallocated the money to fixing those engines to housing meth head militant homeless people. The final report opens with the assurances that the fleet availability before later acknowledging there were the same shortages. In other words, the report says no, no, they were all available. And then later on says actually they weren't available. I'm reading the next thing that we. Let me replay this first clip. Clip one is the mayor just, I know we just watched it but it's 11 seconds. But all these things being stated now having the original draft, now having the original draft as juxtaposed to the final document. Remember this is what the mayor said because she, she, she goes back even harder. This was from Friday when this report came out that hey, this is probably there now that we have it, I don't know if it's entirely fair to keep playing this, but here's the mayor once again. Cut six.
LA Mayor Karen Bass
Absolutely no reason or desire that I would want to water down this report. What would be the purpose of covering up a report that I ordered?
Joe Bob
Okay, so that is the, that is her saying that she's not doing it. This is last week kind of jumbling up here and I'm hoping this is going to make sense. But today, rather than retract any of that, she's effectively doubled down. A spokesperson said there's absolutely no reason, literally, verbatim, there's absolutely no reason that she would request those details be altered or raised when she herself has been critical of the response to the fire, full stop. She's been saying this for months. In other words, the very statement that you just watched that she gave last week. In light of all of this now coming to light, her team is saying, no, no, this, we're going to use the exact words and the exact messaging in written form through a spokesperson. Another spokesperson, X actually might be the same spokesperson says, this is muck racking journalists at its lowest form. It's dangerous and irresponsible to rely on third hand unsourced information to make unsubstantiated character attacks to advance a narrative that is false. Okay, I think the real problem here is the problem that we've seen consistently, all too often around the country. The yeah, this, this stuff is in the open. Yeah, people in power lied. Yeah, people died. Yeah, there was a huge leadership problem that led to a disaster. Will the voters do anything about it? Is the question. TPTP USA.com if you have any thoughts about this. Unfortunately, me being the cynical political pragmatist, I guess I don't think they will, but that's just me. If you happen to disagree, send your email tbtpusa.com remember, if your email is vile in all natures, just it'll probably fit in the show. We'll probably read in the later segments tbt tpc.com on your thoughts on all of this. Will anybody pay a price legally, let alone politically in Los Angeles? Will Spencer Pratt be the next mayor of LA? All of those predictions at tpt@tpusa.com we're gonna do a new segment of the show. We're gonna do a segment called Official Business. You know, because there's a lot of clips that float around the Internet of government officials or elected officials saying ridiculous nonsense. I'd like to highlight that. So next Segment. We've got a brand new featurette on the show called Official Business. That's right after the break. Don't go away. We'll be right back.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear
We rarely talk about the why people want to know what drives us, especially in a world with social media where everyone's looking for the next old authentic thing. For me, that's my faith. Most of the decisions I make are based on that golden rule that says we love our neighbor as ourself and that parable, the Good Samaritan that says everyone is our neighbor. And so when I've taken actions like vetoing the nastiest piece of anti LGBTQ legislation that ever came through my state, I described it in those terms. I said, my faith teaches me that all children are children of God, and I didn't want people picking on those kids.
Joe Bob
Okay, but what about the doctors that are mutilating the kids you don't want? Those people are fine to pick on the kids. That is Kentucky governor Andy Beshear, who's a lib, by the way, trying to twist and contort his faith in order to justify the ability to mutilate kids. I, I guess there's no other cleaner way to say that. Man, this is going to be a fun segment now. Now I'm mad that the guy's using his religion to justify. I know it says to be nice to everybody and that, you know, of course, means having kids go under the knife and have demented tormented freaks be able to operate on them. That cool that doing. Doing great work for them. Wow. Okay, so time for a new segment to new featurette on the show. This is official business. Like I said, official business. Brand new feature ad on the show. Really appreciate those of you sticking around. There's been a lot of changes to the show, obviously over the last couple months, probably. Well, there's been a lot. So we're, we're, we're still trying to figure it out. We're still kind of get the format down and maybe, maybe we've got an official featurette. If you like it, let us know. TBT tbsa.com but this is official business. And what this is is highlighting all of the official government personnel, elected officials, and what they've said on camera, for the record, in front of people who will watch it. Uh, want to start off with former Lib representative Charles Baron, who is caught on a mic. Uh, this has been floating around. I'm not even entirely sure when this took place, but it's been floating around the Internet. I feel like I have to bring it to you as the opening salvo of official business. These are government and former government officials saying things for real in real life on a microphone with other people watching. This is Cut seven lib representative, former Charles Barron.
Former Lib Representative Charles Barron
I have the distinct honor to be able to come before you and say, I actually lost my white population in my community. I lost them. They left. They left. I didn't ask them why they left. So if you see 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 whites in my neighborhood, they're passing through. But that's on a serious Note. We got 13,000 black elected officials this country. We've had mayors, we've had governors, we have city council members. We need to get radical.
Joe Bob
Okay, so you've got a crazy person talking about getting radical and just. I mean, there's. What needs to be said about this, again and over and over again consistently, is imagine if you've put the shoe on the other foot. Imagine if somebody got up there and said, black people actually left my district. And everybody said, hooray, this is fantastic. And it says, if you see a black person walking by, know that they're just passing through. They don't live here because we are racist. Can you imagine if that was the case? I. I just. Shoe on the other foot here. This is blatant racism. And I dunno, there's no place in it. It's. It's. It's. It's ridiculous on its face. Um, let's see this coming up next. We've got this. This is fun. We're gonna. We're gonna get to. I. I'm just gonna play the clip. Uh, this is more or less unbelievable. This is a sheriff in Charlotte, North Carolina, Gary McFadden, when asked a question that he no doubt should have known.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
Government. Do you operate under.
Joe Bob
Meclebo?
Sheriff Gary McFadden
What branch of government do you operate under? Sheriff?
Joe Bob
Constitution of the United States.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
Correct. That is what establishes the branches of government. I'm asking which branch you fall under.
Joe Bob
Mecklenburg County. I'm a duly sworn Mecklenburg County Sheriff. We answer to the people of Mecklenburg County.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
This was not where I was anticipating getting stuck. Are you aware of how many branches of government there are?
Joe Bob
No. Okay.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
For the sake of debate, I will move on and say there are three branches of government. Legislative, executive, judicial. Of those three, which do you believe you fall under?
Joe Bob
I believe I fall under the last one.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
Would you say it to me?
Joe Bob
Judicial.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
Okay, you are incorrect, sir. You fall under the executive.
Joe Bob
I think my favorite part about that. Okay, again, official business. This is a official business happening Here that. Okay, so the sheriff of a sheriff of Charlotte, North Carolina, Gary McFadden, completely unaware that, one, there are three branches of government, and two, which branch of government that he operates under. The thing that I think is the most funny about this is in these type of questionnaire situations, when you're being brought forth in front of Congress to testify. I think this is the State House there in North Carolina. The people, the Congress people, or the representatives in charge have, like, a line of questioning, and they want you to get. They want to get you to say certain things in a certain order so that their question gives. Has context in it. And. And I think he was saying, what branch of government do you operate under? And he was planning, okay, well, the executive branch. Okay, so what? But the guy didn't get to that. Like he said, I wasn't. I wasn't exactly. I wasn't prepared to get stuck here. This is not where I, like, wanted to be. How many branches of government? I have no idea. Oh, boy. Okay, okay, so in official business, I want to get to some things that are happening today. Um, Todd Lyons, who is in the Trump administration, was getting grilled on Capitol Hill by a bunch of wackadoodle crazy people. And as this is official business and what they say is officially on the record, we might as well play it here. This is Congressman Eric Swalwell, who's running for governor in California, who is, in fact, an idiot, asking a question specifically so that he could cut it up for clips on the Internet and to send a donor so that you can. Not you people, obviously, but a bunch of his little lemming sheep can send him money to run for whatever he's running for next after he loses the governor's race in California. This is cut 10 to protect or will you side with the killers bringing terror to our streets? Mr. Lyons, will you resign from ICE? No, sir, I won't. Why not? Because, sir, that child that you're showing right there, the men and women of ICE took care of him when his father. Father abandoned him and ran law enforcement. Time has expired. He never should have gotten.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear
Time has expired.
Joe Bob
I recognize a gentleman from Mississippi. Guess her. So again, official business. This is actually happening in congressional hearings. Representative Swalwell says, will you resign? And then when Mr. Lyons says no, that's when he cuts the video and then sends it to all of his donors. I pressed the Trump administration on will they resign from killing people. All right? Not true, but okay, fine. Get your donors, get your clicks, get all of your things. In that same hearing, there were several other libs who, in conducting official business, said to me that we're going down a gradation of more ridiculous. This is representative Delia Ramirez, whose parents are here legally from Guatemala or came illegally from Guatemala. Guatemala, at least. I don't know if they're still illegal. I don't. I don't know if you get fast tracked to becoming a legal resident of the United States, whether it be citizen or green card holder, or what if your daughter's in Congress, but allegedly parents came in illegally? She tells the ICE director Todd Lyons. Well, I'll play the clip. This is cut 11.
LA Mayor Karen Bass
Criminals act with that total disregard for the law, and we continue to see it. You would both have us talk about respect for your mission and your agents, but your agencies are unaccountable paramilitary forces, and I have just as much respect for you as I do for the last white men who put on masks to terrorize communities of color. I have no respect for the inheritors of the klan hood and the slave patrol. Those activities were immoral then and criminal, and so are yours.
Joe Bob
Wow. The Klan and the slave patrols. Okay, all right. That's. Yep. Correct. Enforcing the law and people who are in the country illegally, which, by the way, libs agreed to. How many times have we said that on this show? Libs agreed to it. 1996 was the most recent iteration of immigration reform under a lib president with libs on board saying, hey, these are the laws. Here's how we'd like to set up our country as it pertains to immigration. And the only thing the executive branch does is enforce it. That's the only thing that they're allowed to do. I'm not sure if you asked Sheriff Gary McFadden if that's the case, he would be able to tell you that. But just that's. That's the only thing the executive branch, that's the administration, is able to do is enforce the laws that have been enacted by Congress. So you can change the laws or. Or you can just complain about them being enforced, which doesn't give you a whole lot of argumentative wiggle room. And if you compare the people enforcing the law to the kkk, we all just look at you like a blubbering idiot. But lastly, but not leastly, speaking of blubberly. Blubber. Blubber ring idiots. This IS representative Lamonica McIver as she questions Director Lyons in the same hearing. Cut 12. So let me ask you some questions that you may be able to answer. Mr. Lyons, do you consider yourself a religious Man. Yes, ma'. Am. Oh, yes. Okay. Well, how do you think Judgment Day will work for you with so much blood on your hands? I'm not going to entertain that question.
Judge
Oh, okay. Of course not.
Joe Bob
Do you think you're going to hell, Mr. Lyons? I'm not going to end. Of course.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear
How many government Gentlelady will suspend. Gentlelady will suspend.
Joe Bob
Chairman, as I, a gentle lady, will suspend. I mean, she asks him, you know, a fair question, I think, you know, if you're an idiot. She asks him if he's. He, you know, what is in your soul. I can tell. And I just want to make sure that you know that what I know to be true is also apparent to you. That's. She asks some tough questions there. Just for reference, MacGyver faces three counts of assaulting and interfering with federal officers. She was the one that tried to break into that New Jersey detention facility a couple months ago. Just for the record, she could face up to 17 years in prison if convicted. The incident was from 2025, where she and a bunch of other officials. I don't. I was going to use air quotes, but then I realized now they're actually elected officials for some reason. So I just used the officials there visited the facility. Federal agents allege MacGyver shoved them with her forearm. She has pleaded not guilty even though there's video evidence of it claiming the charges are politically motivated. You know, but her again, ramming allegedly some federal agents was not politically motivated. But the charges against her, saying that she did that because she did, that's politically motivated. She says that. Well, it doesn't matter what she says, but she's up for trial at some point this year, I think. A judge November denied a motion to dismiss the charges again because there's video evidence of her assaulting federal agents and the trial data set for some time this year. Year, we hope, anyways. Whether or not that segment works or sticks around, I guess is up to you. TPTP USA.com do you like official Business? Showing what the official government representatives that represent us are saying in real life. Official business. The brand new zinger could be gone today. Who knows? Might. Might not have worked out well at all. Tptpc.com if you love it, hate it. Doesn't matter. Just want to hear your thoughts and opinions. We'll be right back after the break. To get to the point, some of the headlines circulating around the news media world, the political world, including a bunch of Indian scammers scamming Americans out of millions of dollars. TPTP USA.com is the email address. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
Judge
How are you supporting yourself?
Podcast Host
I have a boyfriend that supports me.
Judge
Are you living with him?
Joe Bob
He live with me. I have my own apartment.
Judge
Well, how are you paying for your apartment?
Joe Bob
It's already paid for four years through housing.
Judge
If you're on housing, your boyfriend's not supposed to be living with you. And honestly your boyfriend's not supporting you. You know who's supporting you? Everybody in here who has a job and pays taxes. I'm supporting you. Your attorney supporting you. All the attorneys who are in here supporting you. So your boyfriend is not supporting you.
Joe Bob
Get that woman to run for office. I don't know who that is. That is a judge somewhere. Also I hope that's not AI that got sent to us via TPT tbsa.com I don't think it is. That's that that feels legit but also if, if it is that, get that woman to run for office. Your boyfriend isn't supporting you. I'm supporting you. You're supporting her. Which by the way, why are we doing that? I can't quite understand. Let's get some headlines from around the news media world. We're going to get to the point here. First up, Indian call centers, according to Breitbart, reportedly scanned Maryland residents out of a $48 million after a year long investigation by Maryland officials and federal partners. They uncovered fraudsters operating call centers out of India which, you know, there's the stereotype of using like an Indian accent if you're, you know, pretending to operate a 711 or a call center. You know, stereotypes come from somewhere and this appears to be one of those cases. U.S. law enforcement officials said that they targeted more than 650 victims primarily in Maryland, ultimately scamming them at a $48 million. Scammers use tactics like phone calls, emails, texts, fake computer pop ups to get convince victims that their money was unsafe in the banks and they needed to move their money elsewhere and buy cryptocurrency, do wire transfers, the gift card thing. Bottom line is you need to feed. This is going to be a big problem going forward especially with AI, especially with the ability that you have with tech. You're going to need to be able to keep your money safe. This would be a perfect time for, you know, if we got sponsored by like a silver or gold company, like precious Metal producer Glenn get on that because this is, this will be a perfect time for a pitch. We don't have Those yet. I'm just telling you as a concerned citizen who thinks that this is a, a real problem, this is going to be something that we have to look out for. The probe, by the way, led to raid a raid by Indian authorities on at least three call centers in India in December of 2025, which resulted in arrests, which is great, but again, that doesn't mean that those victims are made whole again. Next headline here, this super bowl ads. This is from cnn. Super bowl ads want you to stop worrying about AI and learn to love it effectively. The super bowl advertisements prominently in case you were watching, featured a bunch of AI companies promoting positive friendly messages about the robot system that will someday your flesh. I don't want to be too hyperbolic here, but what happens when the robots take over? Well, maybe this is actually good advice if I were thinking about this just pragmatically in the long run. I don't like this. I don't like this is where my head goes. But maybe this is a good approach. Learn to love your AI overlords. Not learn to love the AI cinematic experiences or the content created by AI no, but the overlords that will eventually suck your blood. Unless of course you bow to them. So maybe that's what CNN is trying to get across. Cross here with this. Up, up this New York, New York, the state has officially joined the World Health Organization network after Trump pulled the United States from the UN Agency. Fantastic. New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced that the state has joined the World Health Organization's Global Outbreak Alert Response Network or the W H O GOA RN Network following President Trump's withdrawal. So you know how you're sticking it to President Trump. Bunch of libs around the country. By the way, this is the third state to do so. California, Illinois have already joined the organization that we've said they're taking a lot of money and not doing really any good, so maybe we should pull out. So congratulation libs states, uh, you, you've now entered a community that will lie to you, but at the very least they'll charge you a bunch of money in order to do so. So fantastic work there. New York joining California and Illinois to join an organization that all of us have deemed untrustworthy en masse. And I believe this is wrapping up our head. Oh no. There we go. Blue sky finally adds drafts to to its messages. This is a fascinating one for many reasons. Blue sky rolled out the drafts feature. If you're not familiar with Blue Sky, Blue sky is the anti X platform, so it's a bunch of libs who've decided, hey, we can't compete here on X where people are saying things that are true, so we have to be sheltered from that. So we're going to go over to Blue Sky. They haven't been able to do drafts, which basically is just to the point of the system is incredibly flawed, which is kind of funny because all of the socialists are there and the socialist things the government should plan the economy. And hey, if the government does it and if we collectively get together, we can build an app and segregate ourselves. But it also doesn't work. So that's a huge part of the problem. Blue sky has a long standing functionality problem and a lot of bugs. And the fact that they are just now getting to the point where, hey, you can save a draft. You know, you're typing out I hate capitalism. Capitalism is the worst. Then, you know, you can't save it. You have to post it right there or like put it into your notes, which is just horrible. But the fact that they just got that out now is kind of indicative of. Yeah, when libs get together in one place and consolidate and work together, they too can build an app that doesn't really work and has, you know, the first iteration of the technology just now coming to the forefront. Here is the last one. Let's see. Kid rock, who wrote a verse about Jesus, performed it at the all American halftime show, ended up with the number one song in America. Who thought that a song about America that promotes the American values would go to number one. But it is the number one song on iTunes right now. Kid rock covered the modified version of Cody Johnson's till you can't song. I think won a bunch of awards. I think it even won a Grammy. To win a Grammy. Yeah, got. Also got a Grammy. He did write a verse to it that you all hopefully heard at the all American halftime show. And that song has gone up to number one, which is fantastic. There's also some graphics here that we want to bring up on iTunes. Number one. That's it. And then TMZ also did a. The entertainment outlet did a poll on X. Now, granted, a lot of us conservatives are on X, but who did a better halftime show, Bad Bunny or Kid Rock? Kid Rock by a margin of 2 to 3 or by a proportion of 2 to 3. 64% to bad bunnies 6, 36%. Feel like I've got one more thought about the bad bunny thing, but maybe we. I feel like we talked too much about it yesterday. Maybe we'll talk about a little bit later. Anyways, that is to the point. The headlines from around the media scope tptpc.com if you have any thoughts about any of those stories and you'd like to share them with us. TPTP USA.com coming up, just a couple more brief headlines about, well, girls sports, whether or not they exist in California. They do not. And it's become apparent when the. Dude, this is going to shock. You won a bunch of the competition. I know. Hold on to your seats. Buckle in your seat belts. Wild ride here in California. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
Podcast Host
Your major, Mechanical engineering.
Interviewer
Do you think you can answer five questions every mechanical engineering major should know? So I'm gonna ask you five questions. Everyone you get right means it'll get a little harder. Explain one of Newton's laws of motion and what, what does it say?
Podcast Host
Newton's law of motion. Isn't that like kinetic energy?
Interviewer
What is the primary purpose of a heat exchanger?
Podcast Host
Oh, that one I'm not going to know.
Joe Bob
No, a.
Interviewer
Define torque.
Podcast Host
I know some engineers are going to correct me on it. It's cool, but it's, you can describe it as a long stick and that one it'll have like a certain. And if it lights up great green, that means the tire is ready to stay like that. If it lights up red, that means you torqued it too much and you need to loosen the tire a little bit because it'll put strain on the, on the nuts and stuff.
Interviewer
What is the difference between stress and strain?
Podcast Host
I don't know how to describe that.
Joe Bob
I don't know.
Podcast Host
I feel like sometimes in engineering or anything mechanics you can, it's kind of, it feels like common sense a little bit.
LA Mayor Karen Bass
I don't know.
Interviewer
That's just the way in thermodynamics. What does first. What is the first lost state?
Podcast Host
Thermodynamics? Oh, I don't know that one.
Sheriff Gary McFadden
Last one.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear
Last one.
Interviewer
Explain the difference between laminar and turbulent flow.
Podcast Host
No, I'm not gonna know that one.
Joe Bob
And what do you want to get.
Interviewer
Into with mechanical engineering?
Podcast Host
To be in the pit crew for like nascars and stuff like that. Yeah, I always wanted to do that.
Joe Bob
I was okay. I promise you I did not prep for this in advance at all. Producer GLENN can you look up, I think Newton give me a thumbs up or a thumbs down. Newton's first. I'm not an engineering major. I do not know anything. Newton's one of the law is an object in motion remains in motion or a body in motion remains in motion. Object arrest stays at rest. Is that one of them? Producer GLENN if you can give me that. There we go. And let me see, what was the other one? The thermodynamics Law of thermodynamics. Enter. Like, energy is neither created nor destroyed. Right or created. Created or right. Is that. Again, Producer okay, I promise you, I did not, like, look that up. I'm just, like, trying to think, you know, if a college student there can't answer that, I wonder, I wonder if I can, you know, you know how you sometimes, you'll see people on the streets give like a, hey, you know, here's the citizens test. Would you pass? I always am, like, scared to death. So I, like, try to, like, no, all of the things that would be on that test that you're kind of like, I, I know this, but I haven't brushed up on it in years. But I don't know, I'm feeling pretty confident now. Object in motion stays in motion. There we go. Wow. Back to the point. I think Charlie Kirk was right. College is a scam there. So there's that briefly. Want to get some. Some stories here? Transgender high school athletes snatched up first prize in the triple jump at the Winter Championships this Saturday. The Trump administration has federally launched a probe into the state's transgender policies. But A.B. hernandez, a senior at the Harupa Valley High School in Riverside County, California, recorded a jump of 39ft and 10 inches. The second place recorded a jump of 39ft and 3.443 and a fourth inches versus in the California Winter Championships. The results have been posted online. There's no video about it. Probably because everybody involved goes, we don't want to be at the center of this story. This is crazy. Hernandez also took home second place in the long jump. The competition was held at a local high school in California. I don't think this is inappropriate to say it is accurate, but I also, I don't know. The first thing that comes into my mind is, how do you lose as a dude? I like, you know, you won by one. First place. Yeah, that's what we all expected. But also, like, got second place in the long jump. Ah, get it together, man. Like, hit the gym, dude. Get. Let's. Let's bulk up those muscles. You got a massive physiological advantage. Might as well use it. Like, I don't know if that's like, an okay thing to say, but that's just where my head goes. And I don't know. Let us, Let us know of any of your thoughts like that? If it's like, oh yeah, well the transgenders don't always win in women's sports. Why like you got a huge advantage. That must mean you suck at the sport. I again, I, I don't know if that's an inappropriate comment to make. TPT DBSA.com if you have any thoughts speaking of California, because California, we do a lot of California because I think at least I've tried to make it clear. California, you want to know what not to do. California. Federal Federal judge struck down California's mask ban on immigration agents. But this is an article from the LA Times, so they had to include in that headline but it may be revived. I'm just gonna read you the bullet points from this LA Times article. Says federal judge struck down the new California law banning federal immigration agents from wearing masks. Deeming it it disciplinary against federal agents because it is you as the state can't decide what the federal government does. Supremacy clause is a thing. Go read the Constitution. Uh, but California nevertheless tried and said, hey, you can't wear masks because we want our crazy lib morons to go dox all of your families and put your safety at risk. So therefore you can't do that even though you have to. I do think that you have to identify yourself. You have to wear a badge. You have to have some sort of identification showing that you are an ICE agent. But at the same time, yeah, with cameras everywhere and as crazy and violent as the libs have proven to be, why would you want your face out there to be doxxed by again those violent tormented freaks? See the rest. That that is what the story is. Let's get to Mailbag. When? Soon as we can. Because I feel like tptpc.com we often don't leave enough time for Mailbag. But we've got a couple minutes here, so we'll get to that. Coming up after the break. TBT tbsa.com if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. And if that email is vulgar and disgusting, the likelihood of it being read on the show is actually fantastic. Tptpc.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. Someone in America, please tell me how to walk here because there's no sidewalk. Let me show you. See, if I'm walking on a road, I'm gonna get hit by a car. And if I'm walking on the grass, get the hell out of my property. Yeah, get off my property. I don't Think it. I think it is funny. But also I think in areas that don't have sidewalks, more like rural areas, people don't actually care that much. It kind of shows the kindness and grace often afforded to folks from the people that probably agree with us politically. But I do think it's funny. It's funny nonetheless. All right, let's get to some mailbag here. Donna, on the topic of the Olympics, yesterday, I made the comment that I think when we were talking about those wackadoodles from the Olympics that are like, it's really, really hard to represent the United States right now. And I said, even though I think that kid is an idiot, I still want him to win over China or the Germans or France. Name a country. I want the United States to win. I made that point. I asked to. I solicited emails and responses to that. Donna took a nuanced approach, which I appreciate. Donna, but that's not what we do. Here we go. Hard line. One way or the other, you're right or wrong, you know, but brought up a good point. She says, I. I would. I root for someone because they're on Team America. Um, you do more than I would. I wouldn't root for another country, but I also wouldn't root for an athlete. MIP misrepresenting America, either they win or lose. It had nothing to do with my wish one way or the other. All right, get out of here with your sensibilities. Donna, I recognize, I want. I appreciate it, bringing us back down to earth, but that's not how we do things. You're either right or wr Now, I appreciate it. Donna, thank you for the nuanced thought here. And that's. That's also true. You don't have to root for anybody, but. But also, you shouldn't root against the United States at any. At any point, at any juncture. That's at least what I think. Mark, also on that same topic, says Olympics USA all the way, no matter how dorky it is. Not to be confused with Woke Bunny, which I think he's referring to the misbehaved rabbit in the halftime show. Mark also worked at Target, I guess in response to the video that we played of the lib white lady who designed the Target products to say, here's how black people are. They talk a lot and they're sassy black women. That's all. That's all the black people are. He said, you're exactly right. Worked for them for 34 years. Again, to briefly set it up, there was the video that we played yesterday. And I thought, yeah, it's just Minnesota lib woke white woman who are like, this is what black people are. This is what they like. And the videos of black guy going, this is stupid. Uh, Karen, on the topic of paid protesters, I do like this idea. I'm not entirely sure where the budget would come from, but it would make sense. She said paid protesters. Why don't we just pay them more to not protest? I. I understand. I don't know where the money would come from, but that would be a really interesting, like, billionaire battle. Back and forth. Like, George Soros pays a bunch of crazy protesters and then, like, I don't know, Elon Musk comes in and pays them, like, $7 more an hour or whatever it is to take the wokes. Because I guarantee you most of them will be like, well, I could either I could sit out here in the cold for 20 bucks an hour, or I can go home for 25 bucks an hour. I'd rather go home. I think that would work here. That's a good idea. Again, I don't know. Pragmatically speaking, it's possible, but I think it would work. Jeffrey, on the idea of the alternate show, which not was not at all what we were trying to do. We're just offering another piece of content as we often do here on at Turning point said every time the communists left, have a televised event, have a live broadcast to counter that event. Which again, is not at all what we were doing from a legal standpoint, but actually is a good idea. Try to keep it under wraps as long as possible just to screw them over as much as possible. Yeah, the problem, the only. I like the idea. I like the thought. The only problem would be then, well, you have to promote it and keeping it under wraps, kind of difficult to do. So there's that. There's one more email on Islam. Maybe we'll get to that a little bit later on. Maybe a different show. But hey, appreciate you sticking around, tuning in. Tptpsa.com is the email address if you'd like to get chance at mentioning on real America's voice in our email segment. Like I said, really appreciate you sticking around through the kind of the waves of differences on this show. We're nailing it. We're gonna get the format nailed down. Not to, you know, put on to you the internal discussions we have here, but we will get it nailed down. Really appreciate you sticking around, tuning in. We'll see you tomorrow, same time, same place. God bless him. This is an I Heart podcast.
