The libs have a massive Gavin Newsom problem. Our only hope is that they don't figure it out in time to shuffle the deck just a little bit. Anyone who shall not work, neither shall they eat. Quote from the Good Book and now in practice here in the United States of America. France. Are they on the brink of a potential comeback? I kind of doubt it, but we'll still talk about that. Anyway, the Trump would be assassin was sentenced. I'm sure you heard how much, how much time he's going to do and a bunch more to get to here on the show today. My name is Joe Bob. Thanks so much for tuning in. The show starts right now. So much to get to. And I know we talk about Gavin Newsom quite a bit. The governor of California, the nation's poopiest state. By the way, there's some emails are saying, hey, shouldn't say the word poopy. I'm just trying to accurately describe what it's like to be in the state of California. You walk around any major downtown metropolitan area in the nation, nation's bowel movement enthusiast state, and you're likely to have to dodge either poop or needles. I'm sorry, that's just what it is. Feces, if you want to call that. But that's, that's just the reality that exists here in the godforsaken state of California. The libs have a Gavin Newsom problem and some of them realize it, but others of them don't. That's. I'm very excited to get to all of that. But before I got to mention to you, TPTP USA.com is the email address you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. That's welcome here. You can send those along to tptp USA.com via email or leave a comment wherever it is that you happen to be watching this. And if the comment or the email is disgusting, vile and bigoted in all nature, it'll fit right in with what we do here on the show. And we'll likely read it in our Mailbag segment, which is the fifth segment if you'd like to be included or at least considered to be included. TPT@tpusa.com now gotta mention to Sunday there's a halftime show going on that you have to watch. Graphic too, if you've got it. One of the biggest differences, as I've mentioned many times on this show, between the various halftime shows is one of them features a overrated America hating Misbehaved rabbit and the other will be in English. No subtitles will be required for the All American halftime show this Sunday, so make sure you check it out. Real America's Voice, Daily Wire plus, pretty much everywhere, I can't list. All of the places where you can watch it are in the this little flyer that we've got there. It's all on all the turning points websites, all the social media accounts. You can see it pretty much anywhere, really. Just flip the channel one direction or another and you'll be able to find the All American halftime show, like I said, will be in English, no subtitles required. To get to the Actually, the state where the big game is being played, California, the governor of that state is set to be by all accounts the next Democratic nominee for President of the United States. The question is, is he really? I want to open this up with our friend of the show. Congressman Kevin Kiley gave a speech after the governor of California's State of the State address in which he addressed the claim of California being the nation's leader. I couldn't have said it better myself, so I'll just have him say it again. This is Kevin Kiley, Congressman from the pool. Dupiest state in the union. California cut six.
C
Today, the governor of my state, Gavin Newsom, gave his State of the State address in which he declared that California leads the nation. Now, the governor isn't wrong. As the residents of our state know all too well, California does lead the nation. California leads the nation in fraud. California leads the nation unemployment. California leads the nation in homelessness. California leads the nation in poverty. California leads the nation in illiteracy. California leads the nation in gas prices. California leads the nation in electricity prices. California leads the nation in housing prices. California leads the nation in debt and deficits. And just this week we learned that for the sixth straight year, California leads the nation in outbound U Haul rentals.
B
Congressman Kylie hit it right on the head there. The only thing he missed is California also leads the nation in fpm, also known as Feces per Mile, strewed upon the streets because we just let homeless people do that. I guess for some reason. Honestly, this is so bad. This is just where my head goes. If you, if you have a bathroom emergency of really any kind, you can kind of just go wherever in California. Maybe that's one of the advantages. And if you get stopped for indecent exposure, all you have to do is go. Yeah, and act like a meth head violent maniac on the streets of California and the cops will Be like, I, he's a homeless person. What are we gonna do? He's just, he's just a crazy, you know, violent meth head. So I guess it's fine that he poops or pees on the streets. I'm not recommending that. I, I'm just saying it's a possibility. Now, despite leading the nation in all of the bad things, Governor Newsom is being hailed as the next best lib hope. Even recently in Vogue magazine, a very big profile was done on Governor Hairspray. I'm going to read you some, we're going to actually do quite a bit of reading here on this segment and really throughout the show more broadly about Governor Newsom and how they, their fawning coverage of the sleaze bag that is the governor of the state went out. The first sentence in the Vogue article, the Vogue profile piece done on the governor, Governor Newsom literally says, I'm reading quotes verbatim. Let's get out, let's get this out of the way. He's embarrassingly handsome. His hair seasoned with silver, at ease with his own eminence as he delivers his final State of the State address. She's gag much, cringe much. Look for all of the, the, the libs saying, you know, we, you know, hold President Trump up to this unrealistic standard. One, he's doing things that literally nobody else in the country would be willing to do. And two, nobody saying this. He's, he's embarrassingly handsome. I can't help myself. Newsom, ardent, energetic, a glimmer of optimism in his eyes, Kennedy esque. Now this was written by a woman. The article, or the piece was called Gavin Newsom is Setting His Own Rules by Maya Singer. So at least there's that. At least it's not a dude writing these fawning, very odd messages about the governor of California. Add to that again, I'm reading a quote, his stunning wife and four adorable kids and the executive strut of a self made millionaire. Couple things. We're now just fawning over the way that he walks as executive strut. I mean, again, I don't, I don't know how to put. And also the self made millionaire thing. Look, if the libs are going to criticize President Trump about getting a million dollar loan from his dad and then turning that into a billion dollar empire, multibillion dollar empire, which is fantastically impressive. I'm not sure if you're going to get stuck on that point. I'm not sure. Calling Gavin Newsom a self Made millionaire is a accurate assessment. A guy that grew up with one of the richest families in the world, if not at the time the richest family in the world, the Getty family, his dad being the personal attorney, then the personal attorney, Gavin's dad possibly allegedly stealing the Getty family trust. But that's a different conversation for different time. We actually had a really interesting discussion with an assemblyman from California who that is online if you want to dig into that. It's actually really fascinating. But anyways, self made millionaire. I. I'm not sure. Gosh, we're running out of going on too long because of course there's too much to say about this but I'm not going to get to all of these comments but to these quotes from this article. But let just very quickly. Immaculate, fantastic at gab like a wind up doll. If Newsom has been spotted disheveled in public, show me the proof. Seemingly yes, presidential. Somebody also quoting quoted in the article said Gavin's touch. Gavin's too much of an artist. His. He's a sensitive soul. Ugh. Again, I'm sorry if any of you are throwing up into. I should have given you a warning. I should have told you. Hey, grab a bucket. This segment about Gavin Newsom may be vomit inducing, but this is the way that libs feel about Governor Hairspray in California. Now what's interesting, actually quite interesting, is that, well, not all the libs. In a little bit we're gonna get to a piece from the Atlantic, not a right wing news organization, and how they view the current governor of California. But before that, we gotta get to some of the fraud stuff. Now all of this is predicated on this new novel coming out or sorry, his book coming out. Young Men in a Hurry. It's all about. This is what you do when you run for president. You write a book. Somebody else writes a book for you. They are. Agent Gavin Newsom did not actually write this book. Obama did not actually write Dreams of my Father. That's not it. Someone writes a book that you say I wrote and then you know, you put it out and you do a book tour and you get your name ID up and you know, you run for president. That's kind of how all of this works. The problem is Governor Newsom has a record that he has to run on. He's been in California politics from being the mayor of San Francisco in 2004, I believe, all the way to the governor now. He's been at the fourth forefront of California politics for the last 20 years. And what has happened in those 20 years? I know we'll keep this brief because I know this is kind of revisiting some of these topics, but there's a lot of fraud in California. Um, man. Yeah, we can skip over a lot of this. Basically, the Trump administration has said, hey, we're going to investigate into what's going on in California because over the pandemic, $20 billion was stolen from the, the Employment Development Department, in other words, unemployment, massive amounts of fraud was installed, was stolen from there. In 2021, the state admitted it failed in any and all fraud prevention apparatuses that were never set up. And it didn't cross check any claims that were made by literal prisoners or prisoners. In other words, the California taxpayer, and by extension probably the federal taxpayer, paid a bunch of money into people to people in jail claiming that they were unemployed because of COVID Not, you know, not because of my incarceration, because of the crimes I committed. It's because, because of COVID Dang it. On top of that, there's hospice fraud allegations that are going around. Dr. Oz has been talking about about three and a half billion dollars of potential hospice fraud, which is interesting because Governor Newsom also hints at this. And this is where I actually think this becomes a, a more complex problem. That is, it's going to take some rhetorical finessing to be able to describe. And by finessing I don't mean kind of like going over on people, but to be able to describe exactly what is going on here. Because Newsom's clap back to this is that, no, no, we've been, we've been paying attention to this. Actually. Here's him in response to Dr. Oz coming and saying, hey, there's a bunch of hospice care abuse going on. This is Cut seven, Governor Newsom with a response to that fraud, saying, no, no, no, we're on top of it. Cut seven hospice.
D
We've been after that for years and years before Oz was even on the scene. 2021, we did a moratorium on new hospice program. 280 we shuttered. We've been after this for years and years and years. We want an open hand, not a closed fist. We absolutely are here to be a partner to go after waste, fraud and abuse. I started something called odi Office Digital Innovation. I did not, my mistake, do it with a chainsaw. Had I done that, you would know about it.
B
So there is the governor basically defending himself, saying, no, no, no, look it, we issued a moratorium on hospice license licensure in 2021 because we realized there was a ton of fraud. Okay, fair. And I would love to see him actually do that. The problem is because that's five years ago. Why, why are we still able to uncover a bunch of fraud if the governor claims that. Well, no, no, we've been cracking down on fraud, especially in this industry, especially in this subdivision of our healthcare as a state. If you've been cracking down on it, why is it still exist? And we're not talking about, oh, like we instituted this several months ago, which would only preempt the federal government investigations by a couple months. No, no, it's been five years. Look at we've been doing. I am bragging about an operation that I put in place in 2021 that apparently hasn't worked because there's still a bunch of fraud going on. But what I think is fascinating about this in its entirety, and it's in its full scope, is that, yes, we can talk about how bad Governor Newsom is and places like Vogue can write these fawning articles. Look at how, you know, I, I know there's rampant fraud. I know they're giving health care to illegal immigrants. I know they're decriminalizing crime, but golly, is he handsome. I know they can do that. But even libs are recognizing that Governor Newsom has a huge problem. Therefore the libs have a Governor Newsom problem. The Atlantic recently wrote an article between two authors called Newsom's. Gavin Newsom's Record is a Problem. I'm just going to read you a big chunk of this because it actually is astonishing. If, if you didn't know any better, you might be duped into thinking, well, this is a Fox News publication. This, this article came from Newsmax, Breitbart, some conservative right wing rag. But it's not, it's, it's the Atlantic. Again, not known for being hyper conservative over there at the Atlantic. The Atlantic writes and they give some grace because that's what you know, it's the lefty magazine. A key source of Newsom's appeal is the belief that he's electable. It seems it's easy to see why his party's voters have such a favorable view of his political skill. The governor has a combined. Well, okay, I'm not going to go through the whole thing. Basically, they say he's electable because he has ideological flexibility, as if that's a good thing. That's a fancy way of saying he doesn't believe in anything. It's like even they're admitting, you know, he's electable because he has ideological flexibility. You know, one of the reasons why people don't like us conservatives because we have ideological inflexibility. We believe what we believe and we'll stick to those beliefs. But here's where it breaks down for the governor in the very, very left wing Atlantic. But Newsom has a problem. He's been a California politician for decades and has held the state's governorship since 2019. During his tenure, the state has been a laboratory for some of the Democrat Party's most politically fraught policies and instincts, which has left it less affordable and more culturally radical than it used to be. All of this under his tenure. Again, this is libs writing about the Grand Lib Gavin Newsom. His record, I'm going back to the quotes. Not only raises pressing concerns about how effectively he could govern as president, it also provides opponent an endless buffet of vulnerabilities across social and economic issues. Correct that he's. He is a walking campaign ad for conservative values. Hey, the reason why you should support conservatives is. Look at this guy. This. This is exactly in line with what I've been saying about Don Lemon. Give that man a microphone and let him talk. There's nobody on our side that will make the case for conservative ideals better than Don Lemon. By way of trying to say why they're bad. I was going to stop there, but then the article continued to get better. This is the Atlantic, not a conservative news outlet. This is them saying, indeed, many California policies read as if they were reverse engineered from Republican attack ads. The state has spent billions of dollars offering Medicaid to undocumented immigrants and under a court order, millions more on providing transgender surgeries for prisoners, some of them on death row. It's like if we were like trying to write a hit ad, like, they're doing it for us, according to libs. But because of these. But because these policies either command majority support among Democrat voters or matter enormously to progressive interest groups, Newsom could very well make it through the primary, despite a record that would repulse swing voters come November 2028, just about everything people don't like about the Democratic Party has come true in Newsom's California. This is the Atlantic writing this now. I've often said I read a lot of lefty newspapers. I read the New York Times. I read the Washington Post. I read the Atlantic because hopefully so that you don't have to. But every so often we find a gem like this. It is unbelievable that one Governor Newsom is ascended to the place and stature that he's currently at, but two that most libs don't recognize it except some that might. Like I said at the beginning of the show, the libs have a Gavin Newsom problem. I personally believe Gavin Newsom will lose 48 states. I think I've revised that to like 46 because I'm including like Washington state. What was the other one? Maybe Oregon, Oregon, California, Washington state and New York. Everybody else. And you might even say, what about Minnesota? I don't know. I don't know that Gavin Newsom wins Minnesota. Just, I mean, that's a toss up maybe 40, 45 states. Bottom line, I think Gavin Newsom loses 45 states. And the question that we all have or that, you know, politics in its nature will have is will it get any better? I think our biggest problem right now is trying to figure out if libs will figure out that Governor Newsom does not have a chance of winning a general election. Now, you may disagree with me. Tptpusa.com if you have any thoughts. I happen to think he'll lose 45 states. My only concern is that the libs will figure that out before it's too late. I would love to race towards the it's too late, he's on the ticket. It's ga. It's governor, it's Gavin Newsom. And let's throw Kamala Harris in there. Let's throw the identity hire in there too. Newsom Harris versus Vance Rubio. Golly, I, I. Can you imagine a better scenario than that? My only concern is that the libs will figure out that he's not exactly the most electable person on their side. I don't know who it is necessarily, but it's definitely not Gavin Newsom. This Atlantic piece is, yes, very, very interesting, but it's a little bit concerning. Maybe they'll figure it out. Who knows? Tptpc.com if you have any thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. Where do you think the polling would be on a Newsom Harris ticket versus a Vance Rubio ticket? I think it would be pretty, pretty skewed. But I'm actually curious. Some people are very concerned about Gavin Newsom gaining a lot of steam gaming gaining a lot of headway. I don't tend to be one of those people, but, you know, I'm open to be coke. I'm what I, I am Opinion flexible on that. Doesn't change my ideology politically. Opinion flexible on that. Tptpza.com if you have any thoughts, comments, concerns on that coming up. Want to talk about the food program, the food stamps that are, you know, unfortunately, I'm not going to make that joke. Maybe I'll make it next. Again, we're going to talk about food stamps. The new very, very strict. Very, very harsh. Very, very mean if you're a lib, but reasonable if you're conservative. Food stamp restrictions and regulations have hit February 1st. We are now in the worst time in the world. Unless you have a job, unless you're a contributing member of society, then it's fine. Tptpsa.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
E
Foreign.
F
We should not be giving you taxpayer money if you're going to Disneyland.
G
Thanks for the tax payment.
B
You're welcome.
F
I guess I haven't. I have no choice.
G
You're amazing, girl.
F
You live in borderline poverty. Why do you have this Disney card? It's on a 36 interest rate. You get the worst interest rate credit cards that anyone could find.
G
Well, yeah, that's because I was bankrupt.
B
I'm thinking about cutting it out after bankruptcy.
F
You're thinking about me and I don't. After begging the government for money, you're thinking about it.
B
You. Disney's awesome.
F
I didn't say it's not. I've never been to Land. I've been to World and it was great.
B
I went to World this year and it was great. I don't know.
G
I don't really like World.
B
A. Okay, so one, you're taking my money to go to Disney World and then now you say you don't like it. I love how libs is. And this is like, ubiquitous. A bunch of bunk. A bunk. Take two amongst a bunch of libs who really, really, really want to defend themselves stealing my tax dollars. But I like it. Same. Yes, correct. But Disneyland is really nice. My $120,000 Mercedes is really, really fun to drive in. Okay, agreed. That doesn't mean you get to take my money to use it on that sort of stuff. Oh, man. And people wonder why conservatives are so hell bent on making sure people like this aren't stealing our tax money to do fun things that I don't even do because I'm frugal or cheap, whichever you want. But that actually leads us perfectly into new SNAP requirements that went into effect on Sunday, February 1st. Like I mentioned, had to step over bodies in the streets because so many people were just famished. They starved to death because they're the mean, mean, mean conservatives took their food away. How, how, how cruel is that? I mean, not cruel at all because all of the things that have been instituted are unbelievably, thoroughly reasonable. But if you watch or listen to or read articles like this from ABC News, you may actually think people will die of starvation because of this new policy. We'll outline what's in the new policy. But first, like I mentioned, we're going to read quite a bit today because this is unbelievable that people actually wrote these words, seriously, and sent them to an editor. The editor read those words and then decided to publish them on the Internet. This is from ABC News. SNHU Stap requirements go into effect February 1st. With millions at risk of losing the benefits nearly 42 million Americans. I should read the whole thing in my scary voice. Nearly 42 million Americans, including low income families and vulnerable households, rely on federal programs to help pay for groceries and other household essentials. Okay, you haven't said anything. You haven't really made an argument. You just said low income and vulnerable. Two buzzwords libs love to throw out there. The upper age limit for those who need to meet work requirements was raised from 54 to age 64. How disastrous. How scary. By the way, the retirement age social, you can't get Social Security until your early 60s. I'm not sure when you can get that. You can get like a diminished rate at what, 60, 63. Somebody email me tbt tbsa.com I don't feel like looking it up, but basically is, hey, we're going to raise the work requirement from 54. Why was it 54 to begin with? That's not the retirement age here. Yeah, you raise it to what the retirement age is or very, at the very least, what the beginning of Social Security kicking in would be. But that's, that's very, very bad. Very, very sinister. According to ABC news, according to 2025 estimates, in August, the Congressional Budget Office. Back to scary voice. About 1.1 million people will lose SNAP benefits between 25, 25 and 2034. So over the course of 10 years, a million people are going to lose them, including 800,000 able bodied adults through the age of 64 who don't live with dependence. Excuse me, why are 800,000 people who are able bodied willing to work getting food stamps up to 64, as if them going away is a bad thing. I, like all of you are wondering, hold on. Why, why can't you do anything? 300,000 parents or caregivers up to age 64 with children 14 or older will also potentially lose these benefits. Oh, no. Cry me a river now. Let me just finish this off. Exemption defaults been removed for veterans, homeless individuals and young adults who were in the foster care system up until the age of 18. The only one that I can see equivalent with is veterans, especially if they've got a diagnosis from a battle somewhere. I totally understand that. But otherwise homeless people aren't exempt anymore. Young adults who are in the foster care system aren't exempt if they're adults. They asked some dude in this article how detrimental this is going to be. Guy said this. It could be very difficult for these populations because getting a job may be very difficult. Or providing documentation to prove to the governments that they meet the work requirements. Don't want to bury the lead on purpose, but the, the kicker here is that the only thing that you have to do to avoid any of this sort of stuff, remember that they've raised the age 10 years, which I don't understand why it was that low to begin with, and removed the exemption for parents who have kids under 14. 14, you still get an exemption if you, if you have a kid that's 14 years or older. Yeah, you probably have to work, that's fine. But they say, well, it may be very, very difficult to get a job. Okay, you know what the mandates are, the requirements are. And maybe you know this already and I didn't want to like keep this as like a hidden secret, but I just wanted to give that entire context. This is the worst thing in ever. Unless you agree to part time volunteer, that that's how you could avoid all of this. The way that you avoid all of this is volunteer part time somewhere, then you still get government aid. I don't even think that should be the case. I'm not even sure that that should be the case. I think, you know, if you're going to get my money, maybe you should have to volunteer full time. But that's not even the requirement. I am not king. I don't get my way, which, you know, I, I have my problems with. But that's just, that's the reality of it. I'm not the king. I don't have a dictatorial power, which is a mistake, by the way. But if it were my way, you'd have to volunteer full time. But the only thing that you have to do to avoid losing government assistance is volunteer part time. You know how easy that is? Honestly, I think it's a great thing too. Go find your local church, go, I don't know, clean their parking lot. I'm sure they've got a pressure washer. They're probably trying to find somebody who can pressure wash it. They'll happily sign off for 20 hours a week of volunteer work. How in the world. I think what I'm ultimately getting at. Is it possible that all of Producer Glenn just sent me a message. He said that he is willing to volunteer at the local leering center. This is a very serious time. I do not believe in your hijinks and antics in such a critical time for the American people. Volunteering at the leering center honestly would also probably qualify. So good point. The bottom line here is all of the reforms are in totally and entirely reasonable. And to say otherwise makes you an idiot or the laziest person in the world, which maybe I don't know, explains why the ABC News people chose to print this. I'm reading too. I printed out too much stuff to read. So let me get to this very, very quickly. This is good news. Plastic surgeries, plastic surgeons. Actually, you know what? Maybe we'll get to that in the next segment because I do want to play this clip with all of those things in context. I want to play this clip from this person who, oh my gosh, might be losing their, their, my money. Cut eight. This, this is a much better and nicer way to go into commercial because it's funny and we can laugh at this person. Cut eight.
G
I'm a little upset, so because I literally have zero income now. They basically gave me, you know, the most income aid in regards to snap with what, you know, they put on it monthly. It's only $288. I understand it's for myself. But everything is so uncommonly expensive now. The cheapest, like frozen meal is around three, four dollars. Now that's actually, you know, it'll keep you full for a decent amount of time. So I'm all like, this is colossally unfair, unjust, and especially with my master's in public health, the whole God, disability, social aid security net needs a complete overhaul because this is not sustained.
B
The one thing I'd probably agree with this lady on is yes, it does need a complete overhaul to kick folks like you off of it. Wasn't that a better way of ending. That's just fun. It's, it's just delicious to kind of watch those and, you know, feel good about the fact. Not that you're gonna. About the fact that she can herself stop that by volunteering part time. That's what I feel good about. All right, we'll be right back after the break. Tptpsa.com if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. Is there hope for, for France? No, but may, maybe, maybe there's a little bit also. Man, we'll get to our stuff coming after the break. Don't go away.
A
Know that the Trump administration's TPS for more than 350, 50,000 Haitian nationals living here in the United States is an act, as my dear sister Ayanna Pressley would say, of policy violence. That could literally be a death sentence for Haitian nationals.
B
Okay. Sending Haitians to Haiti is policy violence. New lib term just dropped. Policy violence. Good Lord. Is there anything they won't call violence this? I, I, somebody came up to my door and was trying to sell me Girl Scout cookies. This is an act of soliciting violence. Like, okay, yeah, you're right. Sending, sending people from Haiti to Haiti is violence. Point taken. This is a good tie in, you know what language they speak predominantly in Haiti? French. Speaking of France. Is there hope for the most surrendering country in. That was unfair and also accurate. The French. Interesting things coming out of France, which I think, I think it's good to keep an eye on what's going on around the world, specifically in Europe, because a lot of them are Western countries and they are losing their Western ness. Interesting polling coming out. We'll go over the polling very briefly, but then kind of talk about where France is at on a fiscal scale and how it relates to kind of, I guess, the more broad understanding of what it means to be a Western civilization. Interesting polling coming out. 78% of French people say they're proud to be French, which is good. 69% of those people identify as patriotic. Bottom line here, there's a lot, lot of different numbers to get into. Bottom line, a lot of people in France are feeling very patriotic nowadays. Now, what I hope is that that sense of patriotism isn't spurred on by, well, we love welcoming all the third Worlders and instead is, no, no, no. I really appreciate French culture and the way that we've set up the values in this Western country and not all of the people coming into the country and taking it over effectively. Some of that is bolstered and confirmed by the fact that 92% people support French cuisine and the French way of life, which, by the way, if you don't support French cuisine, you're an idiot. The French just have good food. Isn't that the French Laundry is the restaurant that Governor Newsom was caught at with no mask in the middle of COVID when he was closing down all the restaurants Rules for me. But not for. Rules for the. But not for me. The French, objectively, the French have such good food that Governor Newsom was willing to break all of his own rules just to participate in French dining. Um, 87% of people support the language, cinema, the religious traditions going on there. All of that is to say this. There is a new potential candidate for the 2027 presidential election. Not even going to try to pronounce his name. It's very, very French. I'm going to get it entirely wrong. So why didn't try, uh, one of their potential presidential candidates is advocating for a three year moratorium on immigration. So with the context of most people in France actually like France the way that it is and don't like what's going on in Paris being overrun by a bunch of third world Africans, one of the candidates, potential candidates is saying, yeah, three year moratorium on all immigration. He's making the claim that yeah, we're pretty unsustainably addicted to the, the labor that comes from these third world countries. One, because it's not good. Like it's not, like it's not like skilled artisans are coming over from third world countries now. It's just kind of cheap manual labor. That it's not sustainable is the case that this guy's making. Here's where the actual problem lies. Bottom line is there could be a political shift to the right in France. If I'm not going to make jokes about President Sunglasses over there in France, but know that a political shift to the right would be a good thing in France. We're seeing it in several different places. Italy obviously one of them, but hopefully Europe kind of course corrects. Here's the biggest problem that they have to deal with and I think this should be noted specifically because the social services that libs in this country promote have proven to be disastrous in places like France, which is a place that we should learn from. The statutory minimum amount of vacation in France is five weeks. In other words, the government mandates that you give people over a month of working days off. That is coupled with 11 plus holidays also mandated off. So in other words, you get a month and a half just off every single year. Now that sounds great. That's, it's just like the, the lady in the last thing. That sounds awesome. Disneyland is fantastic. Is that financially tenable? Remember a couple years ago in 2023 when they, they raised France was rioting, literally George Floyd style rioting, ice style rioting in France when they raised the minimum age of retirement by two years up from 62 and nine months to about 64. You can retire at 62. And by the way, people live very long time in France because they, I don't know, have no stress because we, the United States provide all of their essential research and military protection. Different conversation for a different time. So you can retire one, you get a month and a half off every year. You can retire at 64 with 75% of your pre retirement net income. Also there's government health care, there's a bunch of family benefits, there's unemployment. All, all of these things the French have. And therefore they are facing economic crisis on top of the cultural crisis by a bunch of third world Africans coming into the country and ruining it. Why are we talking about this? Why is this necessary to see? Because unfortunately France and other like Nordic countries that libs often point to as the socialist countries can get away with this for far longer than we would be able to. Why this is important is because so many people point to France and point to Norway and point to Sweden and point to Finland as all these countries. Look, they give awesome government benefits. Yeah, they also don't spend nearly what they're required to by law via NATO to spend on their military. We protect them. Yeah, they also don't spend any, any money on their R and D for medicine. We do that for them. In other words, all of these ridiculous countries are able to exist at the ridiculous sense that they do exist because of the United States of America. And if we were to go the direction of France offering crazy benefits, we would eliminate the incentive model, we would eliminate the profit motive and, and therefore would have effectively a worse situation than they do there faster here. Why is it important to look at what the rest of the world is doing? 1, because it's, it's good to encourage them. Like mentioned in the beginning of this, the pride factor that people have in their own country is great, especially if it's western countries. A reverse course is also good. If they put a moratorium on immigration in France they that would be good for France, therefore good for the West. And also all of those things being positive, they still have to grapple with the overt leftists that took over their economic systems and we don't want that to happen here. It's very important to look at this stuff consistently and constantly and I don't know, keep tabs, figure out where things are going in other places so that we don't let those things happen here. TBT tbsa.com is the email address if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. I do want to scroll back up here and get to the stuff plastic surgeries thing. Next segment. Before we get to our mailbag segment. TPT tpusa.com if you'd like to be included in that mailbag segment. We will be right back after the break. Don't go away. You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?
A
You think sister, in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.
B
Some people have too much time on their hands and some people are also very talented. Is that okay to say that there's. Yeah, yeah. That is, I guess, yeah. The timbre of which Kamala Harris spoke is very musical theater esque, I think is what I'm getting at. That's very fun. That's very good time. What's not a good time is what a jarring transition that was. What is not a good time here is the libs trying to transition a bunch of kids. I know we talk about this quite a bit, but there actually some good news on this front. The New York Post is reporting, but it's pretty much everywhere. I think it was first, I first saw it in the Washington Post. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons came out against transition surgeries for minors on Tuesday. So yesterday one of the major institutions of the American medical system said, yeah, the irreversible medical procedures for individuals with gender dysphoria air quotes should probably be delayed until the very least. They're 19 years old. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons cited, and I'm quoting here, growing uncertainty about the benefit of medical and surgical interventions for transgender youth and assessments and identified limitations in study quality, consistency and follow up alongside emerging evidence of treatment complications and potential harms. In other words, it can go very wrong very fast. A lot. The frequency is very, very high. Honestly, I think this is good news. I think this is fantastic and I'm glad that this is happening and I think it's a sign that we effectively have won this argument. Now that doesn't mean we stop pushing. That doesn't mean we stop talking about it. But at this point in time, I think this is a major win for the people that can simply just acknowledge if you're dude, you're dude. If you're a woman, you're a woman. Just for reference, the American Society of plastic surgeons represents 11,000 physicians worldwide and they found evidence suggesting substantial proportion of children with prepubescent or pubertable onset, gender dysphoria, experience resolution of significant reduction of distress by the time they reach adulthood. In other words, children are erratic and emotional. Newsflash. Other headline to get to is the violent lefty crazy person Ryan Routh sentenced to life for trying to murder President Trump and assassination. Assassination attempt in 2024. I'm sure all of you know that if you're watching this. I'm assuming that you've heard that already on the various shows that you take in. Last thing I want to talk about here is now, let's just get to the headline. We won't get into the details of it. Uh, ICE nabbed an illegal alien in New Orleans. Uh, why is that significant? Well, this particular illegal alien was a police recruit or the New Orleans Police Department. Uh, had already been issued a gun, cleared all the background checks. Turns out he entered the country illegally, had a very suspect marriage that the judge in charge and ICE deemed as fraudulent, and in 2022, was issued a final deportation notice. Didn't leave. Not only didn't leave, got hired by a law enforcement institution in this United States. And there's that. We'll be right back. Tptpa.com is the email address. If you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. We welcome it all. TPTB USA. We will be right back after the break. Don't go away.
E
Okay, we'll just stop you right there. We'll just stop you right there. We get it. We understand that your, your station has.
B
Just.
E
Severe right wing effort underway. We get that you guys, and your station in particular, would never ask the President of the United States how much the Beast costs.
B
You wouldn't do that.
E
You would never do that. This is ridiculous. Let it go. Next question.
A
Governor Moore as well.
B
His car costs about 78,000 to $80,000.
A
And he drives across the state.
B
Governor Hogan's car costs 70,000. Now, again, that was bought.
E
That's a long time ago. And I also would.
A
Well, you.
B
You looked at.
E
I understand that. I did answer the question. Just because you didn't get the answer that you wanted in your racist slant is one thing. But what I will say.
B
That is the mayor of Baltimore being questioned, hey, why does the car that you travel around in costing the taxpayers $170,000? And then that. The first part. Oh, well, you wouldn't ask how much the beast costs. Yeah, we know what the beast costs. It's public information. So, yeah, we wouldn't ask that. We're wondering why. And we know why the Beast needs to cost that because a bunch of libs are currently constantly trying to kill the President. But then he. Then he does. He does. He does the meme. I don't have an answer to this. This is racist. Yes. 10 for 10. Chalk it up another win. All right, let's get to our mailbag here before we run out of time. Paul says this. Oh, now I get it. You're deliberately mispronouncing Mam Danny's name just to annoy him in case he's watching. Good for you. The more you irritate him, the better. That's what I say. Paul, I have no idea what you're talking about. I believe that I wholeheartedly am pronouncing Mam Danny's name correctly. Especially when we do the pig Latin moron. Zam Danny. I. I have no idea what you're talking about, Paul. I deliberately mispronouncing his name. That's. That's not something I would do. That's not what I stand for. Let's see, Sharon says this. Oh, she was talking about the one battle after another movie. The the Oscar nominated likely favorite to win best picture. She said she watched it 10 thumbs down. The whole thing was just sex and violence. And I responded back to this email, Sharon. I think I said something along the lines, but yeah, it's crazy how bad lefty movies have gotten. If you missed that segment, go reach, rewatch it on the podcast, wherever you get your podcasts, social media accounts. But it is fascinating to see how bad libbed movies have got. Speaking of entertainment, Dave, Dave says this makes a suggestion for the show and I kind of like this suggestion. I'm not sure how logistically possible it is, but he says, hey, when you show Ice Arrest, you should play them with the cops theme song Bad boys. Point taken. Noted. Thank you, Dave. Good suggestion. Not exactly sure that we'll do it, but we'll see. Um, let's see. Shelley says this. What is the over under bets on whether or not the Clintons during their testimony for the Epstein testimony will have selective memory lapses when under oath? Shelley, I think high. I think those odds are quite high. My, my, my thinking is that they will succumb to Biden knees when met with tough questions. Um, there's another comment there. There's another email that this email specifically said. I'd like to retract that. I'm not entirely sure was the nicest comment. So I'll leave your name out and I'll pretend that I came up with this is if they show up, are they going to test to testify? Are they going to swear on the Bible or the Quran or the Anarchist Cookbook. It's a fair comment, fair question should be asked. And I'll leave the emailish name out of that because didn't think it was super appropriate. I happen to think it's funny. So that's what we'll say. That's gonna do it for us here at Turning Point tonight. I really appreciate you sticking around, tuning in. We will see you tomorrow, same time, same place. God bless America.

This episode is a comprehensive blend of partisan critique, current affairs, and cultural commentary with JoeBob’s unique brand of humor. The key focus is the perceived mismatch between Gavin Newsom’s media portrayal and California’s state challenges. In policy debates (SNAP, France, medical news), the show defends conservative principles while lampooning liberal narratives and media stylings. Notable is the host’s reliance on quoting mainstream coverage for ironic purposes, demonstrating both what’s said in the media and how it’s received on the right.
