This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Will the libs in Minnesota win and will ICE leave or have a bunch of the libs be clowned themselves? The UK has effectively lost the plot, but we already knew that. However, some really, really interesting details around a bill that will not go through in the United Kingdom and the Clinton's subpoenaed spirit. Subpoena denied. What will happen here with James Comer trying to get the Clintons to testify? RE Epstein. All that more coming up. Thanks so much for tuning in. My name is Joe Bob. The show starts right now. All right, spoiler alert. No, ICE is not going to leave Minneapolis or Minnesota more broadly, just because the state says so. If you're not caught up on this, we're going to go in depth here. The state of Minnesota, the Attorney General, Keith Ellison, has filed a lawsuit saying, you got to leave our state. It's going to go through the courts, but the courts are going to say no and it's going to be funny. But the actual points in the lawsuit are. Are. Are very entertaining to say the least, considering the fact that the majority of the points being made by the lawsuit. He's the plaintiffs in this lawsuit, basically prove our point, which is hilarious, but lives but clowning themselves and is a normal occurrence for us here on the right side of the political aisle. You can email the show anytime you want. TPT@tpusa.com you can also leave a comment anywhere that you're watching this rumble. Facebook X, YouTube, all of the social media platforms. Just type in a comment. And again, if your email or comment is gross, disgusting, bigoted and horrible in all nature, we actually might read it on the show. That's actually. You get more likelihood of being read on the show. TPTP USA.com is the email address. I got to start off with this first. Heath Ellison, like we mentioned, the Attorney General of Minnesota has filed a lawsuit against dhs, against ice, saying you need to leave the state. Uh, he said, today I joined with Mayor Fry, Mayor her, who's the mayor of the Twin Cities, or, sorry, Saint. Saint Paul, which is part of these Twin Cities, to announce a joint lawsuit to end the unlawful unprecedented surge of ICE agents in Minnesota. Here's a clip of him announcing this lawsuit that we will all chuckle at together. And we're here to announce a lawsuit we're filing against the United States Department of Homeland Security to end the unlawful unprecedented surge of the federal law enforcement agents into Minnesota because this has to stop. It just has to stop. We allege that the obvious Targeting of Minnesota for our diversity, for our democracy and our differences of opinion with the federal government is a violation of the Constitution and of federal law. So it's. It's because it's a violation of their democracy because, you know, Minnesota has a democracy, therefore the federal government needs to enforce immigration law. Okay, it actually might be. He may be right on that one point. It's because of our diversity. Yeah, the. The diversity of illegal immigrants mixed with. Legal immigrants mixed with citizens of the United States of America or people that are here legally. Uh, yeah, that actually is a big problem as to why the United States federal government has to be in Minnesota. But I think the main point that he's making here. Uh, well. Okay, back up a little bit. One of the broader points that they're making in this lawsuit is that there is a surge of federal agents, which of course is. Is hilarious because, yeah, there are more federal agents in Minnesota because you guys are a sanctuary state, which is not a real thing. And because of that, a bunch of illegals flooded to your state, which causes a increased need for the federal government to be there and get people out of the state. So, yes, Keith, you are correct in that assumption. But one of the bigger, more hilarious assumptions that they make in their lawsuit is that, well, the problem is chaos is ensuing in Minneapolis and in broader Minnesota as a whole. And that is why ICE needs to go away. Uh, from the press release, this is an exact quote. As a result of the surge, municipalities have been forced to divert local law enforcement resources away from their normal public safety duties. Emergency responder resources have been strange. Schools have been forced into lockdowns and closures, businesses have been forced to close, and the rights of Minnesotans have been violated time and time and time again. That is officially from the press release. Mayor Jacob Fry says as much in his speech. Now, here's. Okay, the. The. The question that we are always asking. Are libs either dumb or evil? I actually don't think Keith Ellison is dumb. I think he's a smart and tactical politician who's working against the interests of not only Minnesotans, but the American people more broadly. I don't think he's dumb. So that unfortunately makes him evil. Just Jacob Fry, on the other hand, I think, is actually an idiot. Watch this clip from Jacob Fry basically outlining what it says in the press release, and then we'll. We'll issue a response in a rebuttal as to why what he's saying is retarded. Cut 7 damage that we are suffering right now in Minneapolis is Not limited to overtime costs. It's schools shutting down, it's businesses closing. It's people being afraid to go out and get groceries and therefore are going hungry. It's their inability to get money so that they're unable to pay rent. There is a snowball effect that is happening right here and it's not just because we're in Minnesota and there's a lot of snow. Yeah, nice little joke. Throw there. It's a snowball effect and not just because we're in Minnesota. We actually have snow here. All right, Dum dum. He points to the fact, well, schools are shutting down and local municipalities are having to put extra resources into stopping the chaos. Okay, who is causing the chaos? I, I could be wrong on this, but has anybody seen videos of ice riding in the streets? Or are they just going about their day to day job and just enforcing the law, which they are mandated to do by the law. That's what they were hired to do. Or, or is the chaos being caused by the Minnesotans there who really think. And by the way, I actually don't think the people that have the more suburban accent there generally are, you know, the types of people that are going to these sorts of things. So people who say Minnesota are probably not the people that are blocking traffic and trying to impede and obstruct federal agents. So I probably shouldn't use that accent anyways. The broader. The people in Minnesota who are out there blocking traffic, throwing Molotov cocktails, hit punching people doing all of the things, they're the ones causing the chaos. And it's super interesting because libs in Minnesota are saying just as much. Peggy Flanagan, who is the lieutenant governor, who is a flipping crazy person, put a tweet out or an X post, whatever you want to call it, basically stating, yeah, we're right, they're the ones causing the chaos. Before I read that tweet, I want to remind you of who Peggy Flanagan is. Uh, this is a clip of her, I believe it was like two years ago. She's talking about trancing the kids and this I, I remember, I remember doing a video on this at the time and I. It's probably closing in on 20 million views just because of how ridiculous it is on its face. Watch. This is the lieutenant governor of Minnesota talking about trans issues before we talk about how she's discussing the, the chaos in Minnesota. Clip 8 this is life affirming and life saving health care. When our children tell us who they are, it is our job as grown ups to listen and to believe them. Hold for applause, hold for applause. Bunch of wackadoo crazy people are applauding what you just said. The other day I mentioned that my two year old daughter told my wife and I that she was a potato. And according to Peggy Flanagan, it is our job to believe her. She, she is a spud and there's nothing we could do about it. You know, she, she, I can't even go. Basically. Yeah, that's the kind of person that we're dealing with. Anyways, Plaggy Flannon, the Lieutenant Governor basically confirms what we're asserting is like, yeah, dude, all of the chaos is coming from you, you freaking dumb dumbs. She says this. The surge in federal agents to Minnesota has net was never about public safety. It was about stoking fear and chaos. Remember, it's about stoking chaos. Today's horrific shooting made abundant and clear. I just want to read it its entirety. She then says this. I encourage Minnesotans to, to stay peaceful and not give the administration the chaos that they were hoping for. In other words, if people protesting stay peaceful, they won't have the chaos that they were hoping for. In other words, the administration sends ICE to Minnesota to enforce federal law, which they are legally obligated to do, and without people causing chaos in the streets, there would be no chaos. You guess the lifts are refuting their own points entirely. The Trump administration sent ICE agents here to cause chaos. By the way, if we stay peaceful, there will be no chaos. They won't get the chaos that they want. Yeah, agreed. Like we, we all agree if you guys would stop blocking traffic, burning down businesses, being violent, there wouldn't be any chaos. I don't know if effectively, if we stay peaceful, there won't be chaos. True. Fact check. True. Thank you, Peggy. Now, other things going on in Minnesota, and I realize we've talked about Minnesota quite a bit here in the last couple days and weeks, but it's just a massive story. Another big story coming out of Minnesota is the office of the Legislative Auditor. And this person in this office, headed up by this woman named Judy Randall, goes around and audits a bunch of the State Departments. Among many of the different audits that this auditing office conducts was the Behavioral Health Administration within the Department of Human Services in the state of Minnesota. In other words, all of those Somali daycares, all of those Somali autism centers, all of those Somali food banks, all kind of housed within, you know, the broader Department of Human Services, but more specifically the Behavioral administration. This auditor found out that these, that the, that the department. Or, sorry, that the. Yeah, the Department of Behavior, the Behavioral administration in Minnesota was sending out millions of dollars and conducting zero follow up. One specific example, there was a $1.6 million grant that had absolutely no documentation whatsoever. So the Office of the Legislative Auditor went and looked into that. Interestingly enough, that $1.6 million grant went to a local, I believe it was a church. That church got the money. Then the person that issued the grant that worked for the Minnesota state government leaves the job of the state government just a couple months later, goes to the. Goes to the group that got the grant and starts consulting for them. The auditor herself says the crazy part is this isn't even illegal. Now you may be thinking, well, okay, we can sort this all out by just providing all of the documentation. That's where it gets even crazier. Now, kudos to the local news in Minneapolis, but this is that. That individual from the Department of, Sorry, the Office of Legislative Auditor saying what they did to make up for the lack of documentation. This is unbelievable. And people need to go to jail. Cut nine. This is Julie. Judy Randall, 27 years with the Office of the Legislative Auditor. A statement like that from Judy Randall means something. After past suspicions, she says her most recent audit proved state workers were fabricating documents to cover up mismanagement of taxpayer money. So these documents should exist. They didn't. We asked for them. All of a sudden they now exist. And in at least one case, it was created wholesale and backdated by two years to give the impression that it had always been there and been done on time. So the departments within the state of Minnesota under the watchful eye of the allegedly not gay Tim Walls, were not only not documenting any of the things going on, not keeping track of any of the money that went out, not keeping records of. Of any of the improvements that were made from said money. When they were asked for those documentations, they just made them up and thought nobody would care. Like what, what did. What, what, what kind of racket are you running there, Timmy? Serious, seriously, in all honesty, like, this is what broke Tim Walls. This is the reason why he's not running for, by the way, a third term as governor, which somewhat dictatorial there, if you don't mind me saying so. But the thing is, you know, at the very least, at the very least, it is good to know that it's. It's not. It doesn't affect us. We don't live in. I don't live in Minnesota. Chances are you probably don't live In Minnesota, wherever it is you're watching this. If you do, I feel sorry for you. Feel sorry for me too. I live in California. Uh, but at least it's just Minnesota Tate State. Taxpayer money, right? Wrong. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Obviously there's millions upon tens of millions of dollars that go to Minnesota from the federal government. But a New York Post report found that the Department of Housing and urban development HUD under Joe Biden likely paid out more than $84 million in ineligible assistance to the state of Minnesota during President Joe Biden's final year in office. So in one year, they fraudulently accidentally sent $84 million to Minnesota, including to more than 500 tenants who were deceased. So not only are they sending ballots to dead people, they're also sending them hundreds of thousands of dollars. HUD has been looking into billions of dollars in taxpayer funded housing aid doled out by the Biden administration. In its most recent review, it found $84.6 million in potentially erroneous payments in made in fiscal year 2024. That included up to $496,000 in improper assistance to 509 dead tenants. Okay, so there's that. Approximately $246,000 was shelled out to 20 people whose Social Security numbers couldn't be verified, meaning they were likely non citizens, which is what, 10 grand a piece? A little more than $10,000 a piece of for people who are probably not citizens and just accidentally got money from the Biden administration. Now here's the problem with the Biden administration. They're obviously going to say, oh, you know, this is a clerical error, it's a mistake. And the problem is, generally speaking, I would be like, no, absolutely not. You were definitely trying to help your cohorts and your lib side of the political aisle. Having said that, considering all of the things that went on in the Biden administration, all of the DEI hires that happened in all of the different departments under that administration, it could just be that they were dumb. Unfortunately, there's no glaring evidence that could show. Well, it's not because they were monumentally stupid. It's because they were cynical and trying to maneuver money around in a certain way. I actually don't know. In the Obama administration, I could totally see them doing this sort of thing. But then being like, well, you know, we found out that they were doing it on purpose and someone got in trouble and all this sort of stuff it. In the Biden administration? Yeah, they could have been doing it on purpose. They could have been doing it intentionally to send much of money to people who are going to continue to vote for them or they could just be freaking idiots. And I actually don't know. That is going to conclude our long winded rant on Minnesota. I we probably will continue talking about Minnesota as things continue to unfold in Minnesota, but we'll be done for today. Today we will be done. Instead, we're going to focus on the uk Coming up after the break. The UK has killed a bill to ban something that is. It's crazy that it isn't already banned. Find out what that is after the break. TPTPUSA.com is the email address if you'd like to send all your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms, or leave a comment wherever it is that you're watching this. Facebook Rumble X YouTube. There's so many different places that this gets sent out to, so leave a comment there. And if your email or comment are disgusting, vile, bigoted, hateful and just downright rude, you actually have a better chance of getting your email read in the fifth segment of the show, our mailbag segment. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. Hi. Hi. I'm looking for a book on the Magna Carta that center's black and brown voices. This feels like a trap. No, I'm looking for a book on one of the most important political events in Western history that centers black and brown folks. Okay, A, I can tell you said folks with an X there. B, none of those books really exist because there weren't a lot of black and brown people in 1200s England. Okay, well, I'm sure you have a whole section dedicated to the history of white penises. There is a shelf, yes. I'll tell you what, I will look in the system and see what I can find for you. Great. Okay, the best I can do is this. It's an autobiography of a 19th century Former Georgia slave named Magnus Carter entitled Going to Heaven won't make up for what you people did to me. Oh God, that sounds great. I actually will take a copy of that. But you're telling me you don't have anything on the Magna Carta that centers black and brown and indigenous voices? Indigenous, yeah, absolutely. Actually, if you go over to that section, there is nothing but books about how the Magna Carta affected indigenous people. Okay, great. Thank you so much. She is not going to be happy when she finds out what color the people indigenous to England are. I'm not sure who did that. I don't know if that was the Babylon Bee, but that's very funny bunch of libs comes out. I want to know about the black and brown voices in 12th century England. Not a lot there. So, sweetheart, that not gonna, not gonna find too much there. But if there is a Netflix adaptation, I would almost guarantee you there will be a disabled black or brown transgender lesbian who stars as the King or as some of the lower oligarchs in the area that were pushing the Magna Carta on the King. Speaking of the uk, though, let me actually, let me first start off by this saying this. The Catholic Church, to their credit, was one of the first obviously major institutions to say, hey, marrying your first cousin is not good. There's a lot of health problems that go along with that. And we're going to go ahead and say, yeah, we're not going to kind of do that. That was around 500 AD. The rules expanded throughout the centuries, but the Catholic Church basically said, hey, you know, you can't, you can't do this because one, the obvious health benefits, but two, there's also two that's. I don't know. I don't know why I put up a one finger. It's definitely two. Two. And libs would like this. At the time, you often had these, like, inter family clans who would marry people off and it'd have to be a cousin because so and so's cousin is married to so and so's brother, who then forms an alliance between these two family clans and you've got all that sort of stuff. But like, effectively, the ban on first cousin marriages not only was good from a health standpoint, from an IQ standpoint, from a development standpoint, but also, like, like I said, libs would love this. Helped to kind of break down the oligarchic rule of, you know, the uk. I mean, Europe, more broadly, uk, France specifically, because there's lots of interplay that goes on there. But bottom line, first cousin marriages, clearly bad, right? Uh, can't, can't do that. Not good in any way, shape or form. And yet apparently it's not banned in the uk. Now, there are some cultures that seem to be inserting themselves into the United Kingdom at great, great frequency. And those cultures, for whatever reason, think cousin marriages are totally fine. So when an MP in the UK Parliament brought up a bill to say, hey, should probably ban these cousin marriages, that bill was blocked by the Prime Minister. Here's a clip of that. Uh, this is MP Richard Holden where he calls for first cousin marriages to be banned. He introduced this bill in 2024, I believe. 2025. It got taken up again and now here he is asking, hey, can we we maybe ban this? Here's the response from Keir Starmer, the Prime Minister. A marriage between first cousins carries significant health issues, many of which aren't even knowable until post birth. When practiced generation after generation, there is a significant multiplier effect. In addition, the real impacts for the openness of our society and women's rights in our country are also significant. After all, there are significant dynamics in having sharing the same set of grandparents. On Friday, this government has a choice to let my bill go through on first to ban first cousin marriage to committee stage. Will the Prime Minister think again before instructing his whips to block this legislation? Prime Minister. Mr. Speaker, we've taken our position on that bill. Thank you. That completes Prime Minister's questions. In other words, no, we are going to continue blocking this legislation. There is going to be no ban on first cousin marriages. Now that happened a little while ago, but it's indicative of where the United Kingdom is going more broadly as a whole. Now, interestingly enough, some of the government's spokespeople, the, the Prime Minister's spokespeople were asked about this. I mean clearly, obviously they would be. When they asked why they said this. Well, expert advice on the risk of first cousin marriages are clear. Okay, but you're not putting a positive or negative spin on that. So I'm assuming you know what that means. But you know, nobody can ever tell if you're blocking this sort of legislation. Uh, they did go on to say the government does not want people entering in such marriages. Uh, said though, however, they had set their priorities out, implying no intention to legislate the ban, preferring education and awareness over prohibition. Uh, so there is that. From a libertarian standpoint, this is I think is a clear cut reason as to why conservatism in this particular instance is a much better form of government. Because yes, you should educate people. Hey, don't have kids with your first cousins. And also make it so that the state won't recognize it legally. That shouldn't be that difficult to comprehend. But speaking of things difficult to comprehend, in the United Kingdom, this story has been making its way around the Internet, which I thought was freaking amazing, not in a good way. But the, the UK obviously has been inundated with a bunch of probably radicals in their university systems, in their schools and their local governments that have taken the country in a direction that it was never intended to go and effectively is toppling over a western culture and a. Well in the uk The United Arab Emirates. The uae, interestingly enough, has released a statement stating they are cutting funds to for any citizen going to a university in the UK because they're concerned that their citizens going to a UK university might unfortunately get them radicalized. The move means that the UAE has removed British universities from lists of higher educations eligible for state scholarships amid growing tension that London's decision not to designate the Brother Brother Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization will have a negative impact on their students. The United, the United Arab Emirates say, hey, we are concerned that if we pay for 20 year old so and so to go to Cambridge that the Muslim Brotherhood might radicalize them. And that is a concern specifically in the United Kingdom. It also means the UAE will not recognize qualifications on academic institutions that are not on this accredited list, rendering degrees from UK universities less valuable than others. Which is crazy here. Starmer, the Prime Minister that said, yeah, we're not going to ban cousin marriages, talked about it. He said, all forms of extremists have no place in our society and we will stamp out wherever it is found. Which might even. That's. That, that's kind of clunky and I don't even like that. Says we offer the best education systems in the world and maintain stringent measurement on the student welfare and on campus safety. And yet you have an Arab country saying, we're kind of skeptical here. We think, we think our students may get radicalized by the Muslim Brotherhood, radical Islamic extremists in the uk. Now, this reminded me of a clip that had been around for a while. This is 2017. This is a UAE foreign minister, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zahidend. I'm not gonna pronounce that correctly. I'm not even gonna try again. But here's a clip that he mentions in which he mentions a massive warning for Western countries being inundated with Muslim radical extremists. This is from 2017. And this is from the country that is no longer sending students to the UK for fear of Islamic radicalization. Watch this. And, and let me say this in English so you can understand what I'm saying. I have translation. No, I know you have translation, but I'm, I just want to make sure you get it right. There will come a day that we will see far more radical extremists and terrorists coming out of Europe because of lack of decision making, trying to be politically correct, or assuming that they know the Middle east and they know Islam and they know the others far better than we do. And I'm sorry, but that's pure ignorance. I don't need to reiterate what he just said, but effectively, hey, we've seen this and it's unfortunately not being paid enough attention to in western country countries, Europe specifically, he's talking about. And you're going to see a lot of radical Islamic extremists coming out of there. This is almost 10 years ago now. He said this because you think that you know them better than we do. And he says, I effectively says, I promise you, you do not. So there's that. I want to get to different fraud case, different, different kind of fraudulent thing. Really great reporting, I believe, from News Nation about a clip that we played, I believe it was last week where a guy was at a city council saying, if you don't let this Somali guy in, we will stop supporting all the libs. Which I said, that sounds great. Stop supporting them. But really interesting follow up to that story coming up. Also, the House GOP is looking to hold the Clintons possibly in contempt of court for dodging a subpoena on the Epstein depositions. So all that more coming up. Tptpsa.com is the email address if you'd like to leave a comment. Wherever it is that you're watching. We'd remember those comments if they, if they are gross, disgusting, vile, bigoted, just downright rude, you have a better chance of being read on the show. And our fifth segment in our mailbag segment. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. What's that thing called where you like escape rooms? Yeah, they should have. We should start a business where you have like situation rooms and like, you can sign up and go in and like, reenact different things, you know, like, hey, what are you doing tonight? All right, we're gonna grab dinner and then we're gonna go reenact the bin Laden raid. Oh, that's. Wait, that's not a bad idea. That sounds fun. Especially when you got AI and you can kind of generate all this sort of stuff, like. Yeah. What escape rooms? You kind of go in there with your friends. You try to figure everything out. Dude, can you imagine going in to a situation room with the boys and taking out bin Laden? Oh, man, that's actually, isn't that. That's the coach of the Boston Celtics. I think I forget his name. I think I remember liking him too, though. That is fantastic. Look, let us know in the email section or in the comment section. Tptbusa.com what would you do in a situation room? I would probably the Bin Laden raid would be cool if I'm trying to get away from, like, politics. Probably like, I don't know, one of being on the floor when. When Kobe takes a final shot, which I know I can probably like, AI that myself, but I don't know, in a situation where that'd be fun, that'd be great. That's a great idea. You know what's not great ideas is it's electing alleged criminals into your city council. But that is exactly what allegedly happened in Lewiston. Is this Maine. Shoot, I forget where this is. Lewiston, Massachusetts, producer Glenn's gonna look that up for me because I forgot for some reason. Um, this video we played last week, it is of a guy at a city council meeting, effectively saying, hey, if you kick this guy off the city council, we are going to stop supporting the libs. Interestingly enough, he's talking about a Somali guy who allegedly has stolen a bunch of money, which News Nation, to their credit, uncovered a lot of it, which is what we're going to bring you here. But just to recap really quick, this is the clip we played, I believe, on January 7th, Maine. Lewiston, Maine, where the guy is. This is just the clip. Watch this cut 12. And then we'll. We'll. We won't spend a ton of time on this. Mohammed. I'm speaking today on behalf of the Somali community in Lewiston. Some of you sitting here today, we voted for you. We elected you to protect our community interest, not creating division or go after one elected member from our community. All right, we don't need to listen to the rest of that. That's Muhammad saying, hey, you guys are going after the city council person because, you know, he allegedly committed a bunch of crimes. We will not have that. You're going after our community. Well, the update on that is the Lewiston, Maine city council member Iman Oseman is stepping down. Why is actually really interesting. Allegedly. Well, one, his two felony gun charges against him. Uh, he also allegedly faked his address. And I'm saying allegedly just to cover my own butt, quote unquote, journalistically, even though I don't necessarily consider myself a journalist. He also allegedly used a fake address to run for the city council seat. Somebody visited the address that he put on his registration forms to run for city council, and it was like a condemned chicken restaurant. So I don't. Maybe he lives there. I don't know. I don't know if he wanted a taste of back home in Somalia. So he thought, hey, this rundown, defunct condemned chicken restaurant really Reminds me of what it's like to be in the third world hellhole that I fled. So maybe he does live there, I don't know. But on the off chance that he doesn't, he used it to run for mayor and that's considered a fake address in addition to the felony gun charges. Now, in October 2023, there was a mass shooting at a bowling alleys alley in Lewiston, Maine. This is the reason why he stepped out. Sorry, that was a jarring transition. We go from making fun of the living standards in Somalia to a mass shooting. This is why I think he probably stepped down. 18 people were killed. 13 more were shot. In October 2023, a fund raised $4.9 million. I think the News Nation says about $6 million. So it might have been multiple different funds, but the organization said 100% of that money would go to victims. But interestingly enough, over a million dollars of that money, who was that was supposed to go to shooting victims? A million dollars went to nonprofits. Nine of those nonprofits were immigrant focused. Seven of them were run by Somalis, including this guy, the councilman. Iman Oseman, a Somali refugee, has the Lewiston Auburn Youth Network and of the fundraiser that was supposed to go to mass shooting victims. His nonprofit for some reason got $65,000 out of this. Allegedly. Just to put that in context, one of the victims who was shot twice, Jennifer Zanka, who had a 90 something thousand dollars medical bill because of that, received $32,000. So some dude who happens to be Somali in America who happened to gotta get elected to the courts be, or sorry to the city council probably specifically and only due to the Somalis in the area also had a nonprofit. That nonprofit also got twice the amount of money for some reason than an actual shooting victim got. So there's that just little, nice little bow on that story. Not a nice little bow in the story. This is actually kind of interesting. We'll kind of keep tabs on this as we go because I know we've, we talked about it. We, there's not a ton of information really here, but the House GOP is holding, seeks to hold the Clintons in contempt for skipping Epstein deposition. Effectively. James Comer, who heads up the committee is saying, hey, we want to bring in the Clintons for testimony. We talked about this I think before the Christmas break. But the Clintons have submitted written forms. They've said hey, we don't want to actually be there in person. Comber for his, to his credit has been saying no, we want you Here in person, um, we have these. This ability to bring you in front of this congressional committee. And the Clintons have basically said no. I believe that deadline was today. The Clinton attorneys submitted a lengthy letter saying, hey, here's all the things that we did proactively. We should not be forced to testify. Uh, the ball appears to be in James Comer's courts. Effectively, we are literally playing a game of political chicken. Ultimately, I think the committee decides what to do. And if for some reason the committee says, hey, we're going to escalate this, it could go to the federal courts. It actually could make its way all the way up to the Supreme Court on whether the Clintons should be deposed. RE Epstein and especially after all those photos got dumped of Clinton, like, in a pool. With who? I don't. I don't know. I feel like that's probably. It's probably reasonable, because what you can do, I guess if you're. If you're hauled in front of Congress, you can say, hey, we believe this is not a legitimate hearing that we're required to attend, and then it's up to the courts to decide. And so if Comer decides that he's going to stick to it, the committee will make a decision, and then the federal courts will make a decision. And if they decide to appeal further than that, the Supreme Court could get involved in making sure that the Clintons actually testify. RE Epstein. I obviously think they should. I think there's probably a lot. I mean, they're very, very lawyerly, obviously. So I don't know actually. I don't actually know how much information can be gathered in something like that, but at the very least, it'll draw more attention to it. So that's, I think, is a. A good thing. Coming up next here on the show, I want to talk about the oral arguments for the transgender sports is in. In the Supreme Court today. Actually, there's this. This is not funny, because we should obviously protect women, especially in women's sports. Well, just protect women in general. So it's not necessarily funny, but the. There's. There's a little bit of irony here when it comes to arguing in front of the Supreme Court. That and more coming up after the break. Tptposa.com is the email address. Also, you can leave a comment wherever it is that you're watching. We'll be right back. Don't go away. I hate that sort of thing. I think that is a. Like, that is a cultural thing. I don't think that, like, so if you're just listening to the podcast. There's a, there's a guy, your family walks in on you catching, catching you, and you're doing your New Year. New me can't really read. It's kind of far away. And the guy's doing sit ups. He's clearly overweight, he's trying to get in shape, and then people are making fun of him. I don't understand that. I've never understood that. I've never understood like, hey, oh, like when you're, when you're going out to dinner with friends and you know, you get a salad instead of a burger and fries and someone goes, oh, Mr. Healthy over here. I, I think it's really a sign of their own insecurity, which is, this could be a three hour podcast of that. But I've never understood that as a cultural thing. Like somebody's trying to better themselves and they're getting made fun of for it. That's stupid. Never understood that. You know what else is stupid? Dudes in women's sports. The oral arguments are being or were started today for the bills in, sorry, the laws in Idaho and West Virginia that says, hey, uh, can't have dudes competing in women's sports. Now, I, I think I'm pretty hopeful on this. Obviously, conservatives have a 6:3 majority here. Um, CNN was reporting that Justice Roberts, Chief Justice Roberts has signaled his skepticism, called for what he called transgender exemptions for sex based laws, which, the delineation between gender and sex, obviously those are the same thing, but libs are trying to separate them into two different things. It appears that John Roberts is going. Yeah, no, Justice Kavanaugh says he can't look past Justice Kavanaugh and Barrett, I believe. Oh, nope, it just says Justice Kavanaugh here said they can't look past. He can't look past the characterized harm that trans inclusive, trans inclusive sports policies and pros impose on actual women and girls sports teams. So I am hopeful that this goes the direction that we all want it to go, which is upholding laws that say, yeah, no, dudes can't just beat up on women in women's sports. Now, the thing that I thought was interesting and a little bit ironic. Who's arguing this? An attorney for the American Civil Liberties Unions. The ACLU is arguing on behalf of the West Virginia case. Joshua A. Block. Kathleen Harnett, who is a partner at Cooley llp, is arguing in the Idaho case. Now, why does that make any difference? Well, ladies and gentlemen, about a year ago, history was made when the first transgender Attorney argued their case in front of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Do you remember CHASE Strangio cut 13 instructions in this one executive order, including this directive to HUD to issue proposed regulations to in essence exclude trans people from various forms of shelter system under the auspices that a trans person is an inherent threat to non transgender women. Obviously that just enhances the risk that transgender people face in society if we are deemed as a threat to others simply by existing. Yeah. Strangio argued against the Tennessee law that banned gender affirming care, medical care such as hormone therapy and puberty blockers to minors. In other words, the sane people of Tennessee said, yeah, no, you, you can't do this when you're underage. I mean, I don't think you should do whatever, but you can't do this. And Chase Strangio, an attorney for the aclu, was the first transgender attorney to argue in front of the Supreme Court and lose. So my question is, hey, you know, we're so PR pro trans here. Why isn't the trans person arguing the trans rules for sports? I, maybe I'm crazy, but that guy, Josh Block is senior counsel for the aclu. Chase Strangio also works for the aclu. I honestly probably feel bad for all the individuals in this case that have to argue in favor of dudes in women's sports, but it's just a little bit ironic if those people work at the same institution and one of them is a trans person. I actually, I'll be completely honest, I didn't do enough homework into it. I don't know if Joshua A. Block, attorney, senior counsel for the aclu, is a trans person. Maybe they them are, I don't know. But it does seem a little bit ironic that the, the first trend, maybe it's because Chase lost. Maybe there's that we don't need to get into the specifics of the Tennessee case, but that's, that's going on today in front of the Supreme Court. I will try and listen to some of the arguments a little bit, you know, later on today and see if we can bring anything interesting. But at the same time, like, how interesting can it be? I mean, it is red meat fodder. It's good. Like people, people get fired up about this topic as rightfully they should. And it kind of seems pretty cut and dry. Like, it kind of seems like if this is under like the whole Title 9 thing, Chief Justice Roberts, according to CNN, is basically saying, no, this is a sex based rule, so you can't change your DNA on the chromosomal level. So this is kind of a moot point. Like, of course you can separate men and women in sports. So I don't know. I hope it goes well. I know there's several people, friends of the show. Riley Gaines is paying attention to this a lot as well as, I mean, pretty much everybody in the conservative universe is paying attention to this. Um, hope the oral arguments go well. Hope the Supreme Court comes to a pragmatic decision on this, and hopefully we can once and for all tell states, yeah, you know, you can ban people from. Ban. Ban men from competing in women's sports. And if for some reason it goes the opposite direction, I might, you know, I might re. Enroll in college as Joe Bellina and just go nuts on some of these women's sports. It, it's been a dream of mine to hoist a trophy from the first podium. Um, and obviously I don't have the athletic prowess to be able to do that in male sports, but if this goes the wrong way and I myself can participate in a community college women's sports field event, I, I'm. I could probably throw the javelin a lot farther than some of those ladies, and maybe that's what it'll take to highlight the absurdity. Mailbag said. It's coming up after the break. Tptbusa.com is the email if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. Leave a comment wherever it is that you're watching. And if those emails or those comments are disgusting by nature, you actually have a better chance of being read. Lots of fun emails to get to in our Mailbag segment. We'll be right back after this. Don't go away. For anyone who is single who wants to be in a relationship is to be kind to yourself and choose to be with someone who is kind. I mean, and there are different phases in your life, and depending on what phase you're in, maybe you're gonna choose that you want to have that kind of Friday night relationship or you want that Sunday morning relationship. Sometimes they go together and sometimes they do. Sometimes you can get both, and sometimes they just. Is oil and water. Yes, yes. Right. And so. And that's okay. You know, you be in those phases where you are having fun. Can you believe that for four years she was a heartbeat away from the presidency? That's amazing to me. Me also, who is asking Kamala Harris for dating advice? Like, of all people, I, you know, lady, I wouldn't. We could probably go in and pick apart all that, but I take up all the mailbag time, so I'm gonna. I'll just leave that there. I apologize for having to force you to listen to Kamala Harris Babylon about dating for some reason, but there's that. Let's get to mailbag here. Let's see. On the topic, there's several. Actually several emails said this, and I thought it was. I don't know, I just thought it was really fun. Mari was one of them that sent this. How do you stop the rioters? Go ahead and tap into the fire hydrants and spray them. Bring out the water. Preferably very, very cold trucks equipped with large nozzles and spray, baby spray. Maybe some of them will ironically turn into ice. I love that joke. Mari. Thank you for sending that. Rich, on the topic of illegals to save money, why don't they work with the Trump administration to offer to pay Dems to. To house illegals awaiting deportation and see how many sign up? That's actually a very solid bipartisan suggestion, Rich. Yeah, I. You go ahead, Use my tax money to offer this. I guarantee you I won't actually have any of my tax money be spent, but sure, yeah, The Trump administration could say, hey, if you're willing to house a criminal illegal waiting deportation, throw a couple bucks their direction, see how many people actually willingly sign up. I would almost guarantee you the answer is none. Um, he says that'll expose their hypocrisy. Correct. Rich, Sheldon says this. I heard you say that Obama and Hillary held the same views of illegals that needed to be reported not all that long ago, based on the videos they claimed. It exactly said that, he said. However, I would contend that those videos are just them lying because they weren't ready to roll out their diabolical plan. They needed stupid Joe Biden to do the dirt and take the fall for them. I'd be inclined to believe that. I. I think politically it was not advantageous to say the things that they actually believe. I would just like to say, though, they're kind of just emblematic of the broader lib side. Just 10 years ago, they didn't think that being able to say the things that they actually believe were acceptable in the political climate, which means the country was there. And I don't think the country has gone that far away from wanting to enforce the borders. That's like. I was like, remember Barack Obama? I don't want to get into this. Well, maybe we'll have a discussion later on about Barack Obama, who campaigned two times on marriage, being a man between a man and a woman. And then not only until after he was safely reelected the second time, said, ah, nevermind. I think Sheldon, to your point, that's probably what happened. But really it is indicative of the broader electorate. More pot. More. More broadly. Let's see. Scott, on the topic of the math that we did yesterday, how many, how many overweight blue haired feminists does it take to stop an suv? Said, great math. I hope you didn't misgender any of your numbers. You're right, I forgot numbers are gendered. On that same topic, Tony from the Portlandia ish area, that is not only math, more importantly, it's physics. You know, we know that. But libs have no ability to comprehend physics or math. And if they did, like you said, they would have integrated that into the decision making process. As the saying goes, do the math. Well, they can't. And that is the problem. Ron, on the topic of libs, for some reason being addicted to standing in front of cars, he said it's instinct for dogs to chase after cars and bark at them. They can't help themselves, but they do it from behind the vehicle. They don't stand in front of it. Which means the protesters that are standing in front of the car screaming at it are dumber than dogs. Yeah, at least the dog has the wherewithal to go, oh, maybe we should chase the car from behind. This episode is a rapid-fire tour of recent culture war stories framed with a mix of snark, satire, and political skepticism. The theme running throughout: progressive policies produce unintended (and often self-contradictory) consequences, whether in immigration, state finances, social policy, or legal interpretations. The host’s tone is combative, irreverent, and constantly pushing the audience to question mainstream narratives—particularly those dominant on the left. Ultimately, the show posits that the “real chaos” comes from those meant to oppose it.
