This is an I heart podcast. Guaranteed human. Yesterday we had a nice, peaceful break from having to talk about the godforsaken hellhole that is Minnesota. Unfortunately, we have to go back to Minnesota today, as Governor Tim Walls has effectively lost his mind. Is it time for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Ask all act? Also, New York housing, the housing czar, where the tenant person, I don't know, that crazy lady that Ma' am Danny has hired, uh, said some other crazy things on podcasts that is now coming to light that we've all now have to see and talk about. And Venezuelan oil. The Libs are freaking out over the fact that the United States is doing exactly what they said they were going to. And if they're doing it the way they said they were going to, it's actually going to benefit the people of Venezuela, which is a good thing for the Libs, I guess too, even though they're very, very mad about it. My name is Joe Bob. Thanks so much for tuning in. The show starts right now. Like I said, our vacation from Minnesota is unfortunately over after Tim Walls unleashed a very peculiar, odd, angry, sinister live stream last night that we will roundly mock together here on this show. If you have any thoughts about anything we talk about or any tips of things we should be talking about, feel free to email us TPTPUSA or leave a comment wherever it is that you are watching. And remember, if your email is aggressive, just incendiary, hateful, bigoted, vitriolic, rude terribleness, you actually have a better chance of getting read on the show. In our fifth segment of the show, the mailbag segment, tptposa.com or leave a comment anywhere that you'd like via social media. Now this I'll be completely honest and transparent with you folks. I'm not entirely sure how to handle this. Yesterday, during our social media only segment, we played a big long clip from Josh Hawley questioning a doctor on whether or not a man can get pregnant. And I did so because it was hilarious. And also there was no possible way to take out any of that and still keep the integrity of the clip intact. That, unfortunately, is the position we find ourselves in with Tim Walls. Now, he did this big long live stream last night that I'm sure you've seen several clips of, but I'm not entirely sure a bunch of people have played it in its entirety. So one not entirely sure if this is exactly the format of a show like this, but at the same time I don't think anybody else has done this. So I'M gonna play a big, long chunk of tampon. Tim in Minnesota talking yesterday about how Minnesotans should fight against the federal government, which again, is crazy. But that's why I think we need to keep this entire thing in context. Now, I am going to play this in a very long clip, but we're also going to jump in several different times, probably too many, and kind of clarify some of the things that he's talking about because unfortunately, I actually think he believes the things that he's saying, which is worse than just being a cynical political animal. I, honest to God think that Tim Walls for himself thinks that some of the things that he is saying are true, which is crazy in and of itself. All right, let's start. This is with SOT6. And again, this is a very long clip. We're going to jump in several times and kind of correct the record actually. Now we'll, we'll play it now and we'll, we'll go into some of the impeachment stuff that is happening around Governor Tim in just a second.

Clip six door to door, ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live. They're pulling over people indiscriminately, including US Citizens, and demanding to see their papers and at grocery stores, at bus stops, even at our schools, they're breaking windows, dragging pregnant women down the street, just plain grabbing Minnesotans and shoving them into unmarked vans. Kidnapping innocent people with no warning and no due process.
A
Okay, first things first. He said that ICE is going around and saying, hey, please point out your neighbors of color. To which I would say, if that happens, any of my neighbors, yeah, feel free to point them in my house's direction. Be happy to give them some encouragement. Maybe my wife can bake them some cookies. Okay, first of all, not happening. Second of all, yeah, I would love to be pointed out to ice, point him in my direction. Again, I think they're in a tough spot and probably can use some, some conversation, some lighthearted, good natured encouragement to do the very important work that they are doing. He also said people are getting swept up indiscriminately except for all the times that that is not happening. So, so what he's trying to convey to the people of Minnesota is that you could just be driving in your car and all of a sudden you get whisked away in a van. No, like that's just not how any of it works. I mean, clearly they have warrants for all of these people and every single time somebody's arrested, we tend to find out oh, they were part of a Venezuelan gang. Kind of like all the three people that attacked the ICE officer yesterday, which required him to shoot to defend his life. But we'll talk about that later on in the show. But Tim Walls is trying to make people think that you could, you could just be minding your own business, a citizen of this country, born here, raised here, and you might get whisked off in a. Blindfolded. In a, in a blacked out van. It's just not true. Like, it's just factually inaccurate. And then he says, you know, without any due process. Okay, and this one, I don't know that he knows. Due process comes after the fact. There is no due process in that. If you have a warrant for your arrest, you will be arrested. And thankfully in this country, the court system is set up where due process will take place. But Tim Wall saying, you know, they're. What? What did he say? Breaking windows in grocery stores without due process. I don't know that you know how due process works, my friend. Okay, going to jump in here a lot again, but we're going to listen to some more of Tampon Tim there in Minnesota trying to scare people into rioting.
B
Let's be very, very clear. This long ago stopped being a matter of immigration enforcement. Instead, it's a campaign of organized brutality against the people of Minnesota by our own federal government.
A
Okay, sorry, I know, I know we just. That's very, very short. But we got to stop here because this is where I think. Tim. Tim. Tampon Tim. Tim Tampon. Tim Walls actually believes this because he's saying this is a. This is an attack of the federal government against the people of Minnesota. Now, while that seems crazy on his face, the problem is, I think he believes by all of the policy that he's been in support of, by the whole sanctuary state thing, he believes that anybody in the state of Minnesota, whether they are a born and raised citizen of this country and a longtime resident of Minnesota, or a criminal illegal that crossed the border during the Biden administration is doing crime in the, in the Minnesota area that needs to be booted out of the country. He thinks all of those people are the same. I genuinely think that he does not see any difference between law abiding citizens of this country and criminal gang member illegals. And if you don't see a difference between those two absurdly different people, you can in your own mind come to the conclusion that, well, the federal government is coming here to attack Minnesotans, but they're not. Because the people that are in the country, criminally and illegally, who are doing crime in the country, who are gang members from American adversaries. Those people are not Minnesotans. But. But if he thinks they are, that is where I think he can draw his own conclusion that the federal government is here to attack just everyday Minnesotans. I honestly got. I just gotta think that that's his actual problem. Okay, I'm gonna try this. We still got a lot to get through, so I'm gonna try and keep the stoppage to a minimum. Again, more of tampon tip.
B
Last week, that campaign claimed the life of Renee Nicole. Good. We've all watched the video, We've all seen what happened. And yet, instead of conducting an impartial investigation so we can hold accountable the officer responsible for Renee's death, the Trump administration is devoting the full power of the federal government to finding an excuse to attack the victim and her family. Just yesterday, six federal prosecutors, including the longtime career prosecutor leading the charge to investigate and eliminate fraud in our state's prison programs, quit their jobs rather than go along with this assault on the United States Constitution.
A
Okay, great point to stop there too. He. So. So Tim Walls, the governor, along with the mayor of Minneapolis, that came out within like 30 minutes of this video hitting the Internet and say it's absolutely murder. Those guys are going to be the ones that do an impartial investigation. Sure there, Timmy. That's. We, We. We a hundred percent think that you guys, the ones who immediately called this a murder from your perch of power, think that you're the ones that can handle an impartial investigation. Get out of here with that. He also mentioned these six prosecutors. And then he also kind of ties himself into this. Cause one of the guys is the lead prosecutor prosecuting the frog fraud in Minneapolis, Minnesota, perpetrated by a bunch of Somali illegals. And that's why he's going to be impeached. Well, probably not because there's a bunch of Dems that'll not support it, but we'll talk about the impeachment in just a quick second. But effectively, he said those. Those guys quit instead of went along with it. No, what. What happened was that the federal government is taking over the investigation because it's a federal agent. Right. Like, it's not that difficult to understand. It's this jurisdiction in the federal government. So therefore, they're going to be the ones that handle it. And the people in Minnesota, the prosecutors that quit, they didn't like the work that they were given. The work that they were given is, hey, this is terrible. We all agree that this is terrible. We kind of. This thing seems kind of buttoned up. How about, let's do this? Let's investigate all the things surrounding this. She was following the ICE officers around the city. Was this part of a more organized group? If so, what is that group being? Who is that group? Who's funding that group? What are their plans and what are their tactics to obstruct justice at a bunch of different levels? What are these things? And those prosecutors said, no, I don't like doing that. Okay, fine, we'll show you the door. Go ahead. Let's continue on.
B
But as bad as it's been, Donald Trump intends for it to get worse. This week, he went online to promise that, quote, the day of retribution and reckoning is coming. That's a direct threat against the people of this state who dared to vote against him three times and who continue to stand up for freedom with courage and empathy and profound grace. All across Minnesota, people are stepping up to help their neighbors who are being unjustly and unlawfully targeted. They're distributing care packages and walking kids to school and raising their voices in peaceful protests, even though doing so has made many of our fellow Minnesotans targets for violent retribution.
A
Okay, first things first. Let's just. Let's just get some definitions here. Retribution, definitionally, is the punishment inflicted on somebody for a wrong or criminal act. And so what he's saying is when Donald Trump says there will be retribution, which is effectively justice, he's saying the entire state of Minnesota is. Is a target. Okay, so again, definitionally, are you admitting that your entire state is a part of this criminal cabal? Because that. Because that's what it sounds like. Then he goes on to kind of make this trope that we've been talking about here for several days. Peggy Flanagan, the Lieutenant Governor, put out a post in a very similar verbiage saying that chaos is exactly what he wants. So we have to stay peaceful in order to not give them the chaos. Which then implies that if you stay peaceful, there will be no chaos, I. E. You're causing the chaos. Like this. These are just very, very easy, logical puzzle pieces to put together. And unfortunately, Tampon Tim has gotten mush for brains. It's the same kind of jello Joe Biden used to eat at around 4:30 in the afternoon, apparently, is what. What fills the Governor of Minnesota's brain there by effectively admitting, yeah, we, we're the ones causing the chaos. So we need to not give them the chaos that they want for why we would want chaos is beyond me. But even if we did want that, which we don't, what you're saying is that if you guys stay peaceful, there will be no chaos, which is, we're like, yeah, agreed, because you guys cause it. All right, let's continue on, man. This has taken way longer than I thought it was. I can't help, but I can't help it. I, I, he just, and there's no need for this, and I don't even need to say it, but just look at his dumb face. All right, that's all I'm going to say about that, folks.
B
I know it's scary, and I know it's absurd that we all have to be defending law and order, justice and humanity, while also caring for our families and trying to do our jobs. So tonight, let me say once again to Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, end this occupation. You've done enough. Let me say four critical things to the people of Minnesota, four things I want you to hear as you watch the news and look out for your neighbors. First, Donald Trump wants this chaos. He wants confusion, and, yes, he wants more violence on our streets.
A
Okay. All right. Who do you think has a more like the motives here? Okay, who do you think benefits more from chaos? One, nobody wants to see chaos. I just want to see ICE do their job. Okay? That's all I want to see. There's 20 million people that came across the border, a lot of them criminals. Let's get those people out of the country. ICE needs to do that job because the prior administration paid no attention to the border. It's just a porous border. Anybody can come in, all that stuff. I just want ICE to do their job. I don't care about chaos. I actually don't want chaos. Nobody wants chaos. President Trump doesn't want chaos. Whose job does it make harder for chaos if there is chaos? Ice. You know how much easier their job is if a bunch of libtards in Minneapolis aren't driving around causing chaos. And okay, so if that's the, if that's the case where Trump actually, it's more difficult to do what we want to do when there's chaos, and it's actually easier for them to do what they want to do when there's chaos. And then he's saying, well, we don't want to deport anybody. Okay? So, so who would want the ca. You want the chaos, you weirdo. He's such a masculine guy, though. It's hard to, it's hard to get past that. Just, I, we're not going to get through this whole thing. I'm going to keep playing it. But I, I, I'm sorry. I just, I can't, I can't help myself here. The level of retardation that that this guy possesses is unparalleled on so many fronts. Ah, we still.
B
Okay, we cannot give him what he wants. We can. We must protest loudly, urgently, but also peacefully. Indeed, as hard as we will fight in the courts and at the ballot box, we cannot and will not let violence prevail. You're angry. I'm angry. Angry is not a strong enough word, but we must remain peaceful. Second, you are not powerless, you are not helpless, and you are certainly not alone. All across Minnesota, people are learning about opportunities not just to resist, but to help people who are in danger. Thousands upon thousands of our fellow Minnesotans are going to be relying on mutual aid in the days and weeks to come, and they need our support.
A
I think, I think that's probably, we probably don't need to get in much for that. He's got, he's got about a minute and a half here, and he goes through his four points, and the four points are really all just. I'm very angry. You should be very angry. We can be very angry together, but that's the gist of it. Um, but the last thing I'll say on this is we, we don't want any sort of stay peaceful, which I would agree with if he actually meant it. The problem is he prefaced all of this with, Donald Trump is trying to kill you. He didn't say that verbatim, but he basically said, if you, if you exist in the state of Minnesota, you're at risk of being whisked away by the secret police who's identifying themselves for some reason. We keep calling them secret police for I don't know. But even though all of those things are happening, go ahead and, Go ahead and stay peaceful. You should be able to defend yourself, because these horrible things could happen. They're breaking windows at grocery stores. They're dragging pregnant women through the street. But, okay, this is not a. Obviously, clearly, I'm not saying you should do anything about that. We should just, you know, let it happen, because we need to remain peaceful. Get out of here. Timmy, I. Honest to God. So the, the litmus test on this show forever has been, are they lying or are they stupid? Unfortunately, or. Fortunately, I believe Tim Walls himself is, in fact stupid because of all of these things. There is so much more to get to. I know we Spent a decent amount of time doing that. Briefly before the commercial break, before we get to Jacob Fry, who again, you just. It blows your mind how people can say things and not think about, oh, shoot, that actually sounds exactly like. Well, huh. We'll get to that in a second. But really briefly, before we take a break, I got to talk about this impeachment thing. There are four articles of impeachment being filed that will be filed on February 17th by a couple. By 10 Republican lawmakers in the Minnesota legislature. All of those have nothing to do with this. All of the attention put on Minnesota right now. I mean, it started with the fraud, which is actually what these impeachment filings will have to do with. But all of the violence that Tim Walls, I believe, is instigating, all of the chaos that I believe he wants and Mayor Fry wants and all of the crazy wackadoos in Minnesota actually want to bolster their own political coffers effectively through fundraising. Um, none of that actually has to do with any of this impeachment stuff. Uh, the draft of the impeachments says Timothy J. Wallace has engaged in corrupt conduct in office by violating his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the laws of the state. All of those stem from the massive fraud that happened under his leadership. Now, all of that being said, I honest to God think from a political actor standpoint that that's why he's putting out ridiculous videos and livestreams like this. I think he realizes there is a decent amount of groundswell even in his own state that goes, holy crap, somebody stole $9 billion and not only did you not do anything about it, you tried to cover it up. I think even though this is an opposition led impeachment, he believes, shoot, they might actually pick off some libs and they might actually vote against me and they could actually remove me from office. Now, if you're thinking as a political operative, what is your first thought? Let's attack Donald Trump. Because everybody knows that all of the TDS folks that have Trump derangement syndrome, that everything Trump does is the worst, most awful thing anybody has ever done in the history of mankind. The second I start saying, well, Donald Trump this and Donald Trump that, they forget about everything else. They put the blinders on, go, yes, Orange man bad. I honest to God think that that is the reason why Tim Walls put out that very lengthy video. We didn't even get through it in its entirety. And because he might believe that there is a possibility that he gets impeached and removed from office, he says, hold on. We gotta redirect the gaze. All of the orange man bad TDS folks in Minnesota, we need to divert their attention to somewhere else and pretend that ice is the one causing chaos. Even though anybody looking at with any sort of objectivity can tell blatantly and plainly there would be no chaos if you guys didn't attack us. So there's that. I really want to get to this Jacob Fry stuff, but I got to take a break. Tptpsa.com is the email. Leave a comment wherever it is that you are watching. We will be right back after the break. Don't go away. What is that? Guys just got out of his car.
B
And just threw all the rubbish inside the river.
A
Wow. So there's that. That's. I believe it's a video from the UK where some dude just got out of his car and threw trash. It's. It's super odd. You know, you import the third world or people who don't share your values or cultural distinctions and, well, they don't follow the culture and the societal rules. That's so weird. I get. Who could, who could have seen that coming? Besides everyone? Which actually dovetails perfectly into this there. Like I said, there's so much to talk about going coming out of Minnesota. I'm glad we got that break yesterday to talk about the trannies at the Supreme Court, which producer Glenn is rolling his eyes because now we have to cut this part out of YouTube. But we didn't get a. We get a short reprieve, but now we have to go back to Minnesota. But anyways, the dovetailing of that, hey, you import the third world who don't share the culture and the ideology pairs perfectly with this ridiculous clip from Jacob Fry among the myriad of ridiculous clips from this monumental dumb ass talking about federal agents. But we're going to do something fun here after we play this clip. But let me play the clip first. I believe this is cut 8. The mayor of Minneapolis. Imagine if that city or that town was suddenly invaded by thousands of federal agents that do not share the values that you hold dear. Imagine if your daily routines were disrupted. The local cafe that you eat at was shut down because they're. They're scared that their own family might get torn apart. Okay, here's. We're going to change one word out of this. Well, technically two words because federal agents is two words. We're going to. We're just going to flip that on its head. Let me read you back that quote. But we're just going to change that word. Federal. That. That phrase. Federal agents to illegal immigrants. Imagine your city was invaded by thousands of illegal immigrants that do not share the values that you hold dear. Imagine if your daily routines were disrupted by the local, but the local cafe that you eat at was shut down. Yeah, Jacob Fry, you freaking imagine that. That's why we're all upset. No, just. Could you. Could you imagine thousands of federal agents coming in and upending your daily life? Well, guess what then you are the one that allowed them to update. Upend your daily life by blocking them in the street, by trying to obstruct justice.
B
You.
A
You allowed all of that sort of stuff. You know, what we didn't want is the same exact thing in terms of illegal immigrants. Imagine if your city or town was invaded by thousands of illegal immigrants. Yeah, dude, that's the problem. That's why we don't like the fact that criminal illegals for some reason are still in this country, which is why we want ICE to do their freaking job. Now, that being said, the irony notwithstanding, like I've mentioned, I think we. We juxtaposed a Jacob Fry and Keith Ellison. I think Keith Ellison, who is the AG of Minnesota, is a smart guy, therefore all the things he says is actually evil. Jacob Fry, unfortunately, I think is. Is. Is. Has a. Has. Has a Somali level iq. Let's just. That's gonna give me trouble. All right, so. On a more serious note, after Tampon Tim released this big long diatribe of nonsense, unfortunately, another serious incident happened. DHS ICE agent was forced to fire his weapon on what turned out to be a Venezuelan gang member. But that wasn't known at the time. As soon as the libs found out that I shot another person in Minneapolis, they all rejoiced with glee, saying, yes, we have another political talking point that we can pound into the ground. And then it came to find out that, well, guy was a criminal Venezuelan illegal. And also he's attacking the ICE member with a shovel. And also a couple other of his gang member criminal illegals joined in on attacking. It's dang it. Turn. Look. Looks like that one's justified as well. DHS said in a statement that law enforcement officers stopped a vehicle from Venezuela who shot a person in a vehicle from Venezuela who was in the US Illegally. The person drove away, crashed their car before taking off on foot. DHS says after officers reached the person, two people arrived from a nearby apartment and all three of them started attacking the officer, according to dhs. So he crashed his car into an apartment building and then his buddies Came out to try to probably kill the federal agent. The man who shot, fearing for his life and safety as he was being ambushed by three individuals, the officer fired a defensive shot to defend his life, which is what one would do if they were put in that situation. The man who was shot suffered non life threatening industry. Industry. Take two. Cut this one out of the actual broadcast. Climb. Just kidding. We can't do that. Suffered injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Got shot in the leg. Um, agents were conducting a traffic stop of Sosa. Celias is the guy's last name when he fled and crashed his car. Socio Silas entered the country illegally in 2022 and was previously arrested for driving without a license and had two counts of giving a false name to peace officers. But because it was in Minnesota and Minnesota has this ridiculous, dumb, insane, stupid sanctuary policy, he was released by authorities without notifying ice. Go figure. And lo and behold, the criminal gang member allegedly runs away from ice, crashes the car, gets some of his buddies, attacks the ICE officer. Now, fortunately, the update to the story is three men have been arrested in that ambush of an ICE agent in Minneapolis on Wednesday. The Libs, by the way, have been completely silent on this. Now, they were, they originally were like, oh my gosh, look at it's happening again. All the chaos that the Trump administration is causing. And then in reality go, oh, shoot, another one that we. Looks like we probably lost on. So mum is the word on the lib side of the aisle, but we've arrested the three men for ambushing. Turns out all of them are illegal, so there's that. Now, on top of all of this, there is also crazy video coming out of the peaceful protesters. Remember, Tim Wall said, remain peaceful as you always do, which is. Would be hilarious if it weren't so terrifying. Uh, here's a, here's a look at those peaceful protesters. I believe this is brought to us by Nick Shorter, who was filming them attacking an ICE vehicle. Now, thank God nobody was in the car, but they broke into the car. There was a safe that housed a bunch of documents. They pulled those documents out. Oh, let's figure out who they're going to try and arrest so we can protect that criminal. Illegal. For some reason, these people just want chaos, which is what it's. It's a Sun Tzu quote, I think, from Art of War. Accuse your enemy of that which you are doing, which is exactly this. They. They say they want chaos. No, we don't. We want the ICE agents to be able to do their job. You guys want the chaos. You're the ones that keep perpetuating. Perpetuating it as evidence by this clip of lunatic thugs breaking into an ICE vehicle. I believe this is cut seven. Hey, listen, I'll tell y' all now, they own a Snapchat, so they gonna be on your last shot. If y' all recording this, they gonna be on your way. They gonna be on your ass. Your ass is a ring. Hey, hey, don't. You know, I. I was kind of confused. I wasn't sure if this was footage of people in the streets or accidental footage from the local zoo. But then some of them started saying things that resembled English. So I kind of. I think it actually was people on the streets. And after further digging into it, it appears that, yes, a bunch of lunatic thugs broke into an ICE vehicle in order to steal documents so that they could warn criminal illegals that ICE might be trying to deport them. Because for some reason, the libs want to protect criminal illegals. This is the hill that they've chosen to die on. And I can't help but, like, think back to when we experienced something that was devastating and tragic. The assassination of our friend Charlie. Did we see any of this sort of stuff? I know this has been continually reiterated, but we lost an unimaginable presence, an unimaginable leader in Charlie. And we organized to get prayer groups going and people went back to church, and there was no violence anywhere. There was just one. A great sense of somberness and a great sense of unity in uniting together to remember an amazing person and stick to the legacy that he was trying to build, did build. And now you've got other people on the other side of the political aisle. The violent left, when it. When. When they want to protect criminal illegals, they resort to violence. Breaking into cars, stealing documents, and then warning each other, hey, this is on Snapchat. Be careful. You might get. You might get arrested by the. The evil people that want to keep law and order. So to the question of the title of today, is it time to institute the Insurrection Act? The Insurrection act, if you don't know of 1807, grants the President United States the authority to deploy US military forces to federalize the National Guard within the United States to suppress insurrections, rebellions and. And domestic violence in certain situations. Depending on when it is that you're watching this. If you're listening to a podcast, this. On the podcast, you know, the next day, I don't know what Trump did or what he will do or has done, depending. Again, when you are watching or listening to this, I'd probably say, no, not yet. Obviously the political left would want that sort of thing. Now. Do I think we need to crack down? Yes. Do I think that at this point in time, ICE needs to continue doing their job? Because you can't back down from a situation like this. Yeah, 100. Absolutely. That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is when they, when they accuse us of wanting chaos, they want the chaos. When they accuse us of all of the different things that we don't actually want, we just want to see the law enforcement enforced. This is one of those things. The motivating factors for them would be something like an insurrection act, which, you know, might be necessary. It honestly might be. And again, I don't have all of the information. The president obviously has much better information and much more refined decision making points. But at this point in time, politically speaking, because this is all, you know, a political engagement, I'd probably say not yet. But that's just me and President Trump. If you happen to be watching this, feel free to overrule me. I don't actually have a lot of power, so there's that. I do think it's time to, you know, ratchet up obviously the, the abilities that ICE has in Minnesota. But as far as, you know, as far as using military forces, I don't know. Hopefully not yet. Hopefully Tim Walls doesn't get his way and his people start fighting people in the streets, in which case it would probably be necessary. Um, but at this point in time, maybe not yet. Not, not saying that it won't ever happen. That's just me. My personal opinion, I think that gives them too much political firepower. So there's that. Um, we will, we're done with Minnesota for today. We will. Absolutely. Now, now I lied. There's one clip later on in the show that we're going to play of idiots in Minnesota just being idiots, but that it's kind of, it's kind of removed from all of this. So we're almost done talking about Minnesota, but we actually do want to get into what's going on in New York City. The Sia Weaver, the radical tenant advocate hired by Mam Danny is new clips resurfacing as they always do and she's. She herself said, I've said some regrettable things. Yeah, I'd say that clip as well as the United States is selling some of that Venezuelan oil that we've seized and the libs are just losing their mind of this. This is just the worst possible thing to happen. We're just stealing oil. Actually, if you look at it in practice, not a lot of the details are known as of yet. But if there are anything in line with Mark, what Marco Rubio has already said, it actually does benefit literally everybody involved. That and more coming up after the break. Thanks so much for tuning in. TBT tbusa.com is the email address. If you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns. Thanks for watching. Even criticisms. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. 2, 10, 12, 15 stepping on them.

I, I haven't look, I have trouble even mentioning, even saying to myself my own head the number of years I no more think of myself as being as old as I am than fly.
A
All right, take, let's take this high level. Okay. Let's not even, let's not even trash Joe Biden. High level. Right. Conservatives are often accused of like not being the creative type. No, we, we so are like conservatives are the creative arm. Yeah. Like libs have quote unquote the arts, but their art is generally bad. And what it's really rooted in is this like covert narcissism of like I want to be, I want to have attention. I want to be famous. Therefore I'm going to get involved in the, in the practice that will have that happen in the art movie industry. But when it really comes down to it, conservatives are the ones that are more creative. Stuff like this stuff like I re shared this thing of like an AI video of chubby Jerry Curl JD Vance playing bass is like who comes up with that? We do because we're the left can't meme that has been a thing for forever now, years now. And this is we're just more creative. Tptpsa.com if you disagree with that. But I genuinely think conservatives are more creative. We just are we just aren't narcissistic enough to want the attention for our creativity. We just do stuff like this and it's fun and we can enjoy in it together. Speaking of people who are not conservative nor creative because I don't think real socialists are creative in any way, shape or form one because they don't generally ever have real jobs. Bernie Sanders never actually had a real job where you have to innovate adaptation and adjust to in order to benefit from the profit model. But also too, they keep trying this thing that has been tried over and over and over and over again and it doesn't work. They just have a lack of creativity to go, oh, wait, well, what if I try it? Like, no, that's stupid. One of those people is good old Mam Dany's Sia Weaver, the radical insane tenant advocate that he has appointed to head up the tenant process in New York City. We don't have a lot of time because we ramble a bunch about Tampon Tim, but I Want to play Sat 10. This is a resurfaced podcast in which she's talking about who needs to suffer in order to make housing more affordable. One she's right about the suffering. If she gets her way, people will suffer and housing won't get more affordable in any way, shape or form. This is cut 10.
C
I think that United States public policy has done a really, really, really good job of pitting cash for homeowners and working class homeowners and middle class homeowners against renters. And we need to figure out how to navigate that as organizers. It's really quite difficult, right, because like, yes, Blackstone is a bigger and worse target than like, you know, Mrs. Smith, who owns 15 buildings, but Mrs. Smith, who owns 15 Buildings still like kind of sucks and has a lot more stability than renters and there's more of them than there are of the Blackstones. And so it's just like this challenging dynamic that white middle class homeowners are a huge problem for a renter justice movement.
A
So this is one of those things that you kind of hear about and this is like maybe a gap that can be bridged. Charlie did this a lot. He talked about the policies that could stop big real estate investment trusts or financial institutions from buying up single family homes, like she said Blackstone or blackrock or any of these vanguard, any of these, these big institutional firms from buying up single family homes. And Charlie was like, yeah, we should put some sort of policy in place. President Trump last week said, yeah, we're going to try this, we're going to try and get it through Congress. Uh, he's gonna talk about it at Davos, which is very, very exciting. But that's the thing that we can agree on as conservatives with the libs. The problem is the libs never know when to freaking stop. She says, yeah, it is about Blackstone, but also it's about some lady who owns 15 apartment units. Okay, well now you're getting into everyday mom and pop shops. Well, it's some person that owns two or three apartment unit or apartment units, two or three houses, two or three condos and that those are the people, they're, they're just as bad as the big financial investment firms that are sucking up single family homes. No, they're not. Those are a different thing. We can agree on the big financial institutions sucking up single family homes and making housing unaffordable for the middle class. We can agree on that. But it has to stop somewhere. My guess is it should stop at the trillion dollar firms and not the local mom and pops who actually care about their properties, who are attentive when their tenants need something. Because if those people go away, you know who's going to build housing? The freaking government. And like we saw in California, when they build housing, it costs a million dollars a unit and homelessness goes up. Could probably say a lot more about that. But we're not going to because I do want to get to the Venezuela thing. Next segment. TPTP USA.com is the email address. If you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, critic, leave a comment wherever it is that you're watching. And if that comment or email is just horrible, bigoted, disgusting, vile and rude, you actually have a better chance of being read on the show. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. It's, it's a building. It's a building with shutters. Calendar. Day of the weekend, january, week, day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Month, january, february, march, april, march, april, june, july, june, july, august, september. Wait a minute, you got december. December. Okay, december, december 31st. New year's eve. Yeah, new year's. Okay, new year's. All right. New year. Very good. New year's. New year's resolution. Anybody be offended? New year's resolution. I right. Chinese new year. You can't do that today. That, that, that reminds me of like the people on the Office who've, who've come out and say, yeah, we, we could not do that show today. You definitely couldn't do that today. But also hilarious in and of itself. Let's go straight to, we're running out of time here. Let's see Venezuela. So this is actually really interesting. Libs are losing their mind over the fact the United States is now selling effectively today Venezuelan oil that has been seized from the illegal tanks or tankers, the sanctioned tankers that have been coming in and out or trying to get through the naval blockade. The US Is saying hey, we're going to sell this, sell this oil. Libs are losing their mind. Oh my gosh, how could we be doing this sort of thing? Under what authority? But in the reality, they've been kind of saying we're going to be doing this for the last couple of weeks. Here, here is Marco Rubio a week and a half ago, no, a week ago on January 7, saying exactly what it is that we're going to do with this oil. And then interestingly enough, I want to give you some of the, some of this. Not a ton is known about it right now. I'm sure those details will come as the days go on. But if Marco Rubio is being serious, and I believe that he is, there actually is benefit to everybody. Watch this clip from Rubio. I believe this is cut 11.
D
We are in the midst right now and in fact about to execute on a deal to take all the oil they have, oil that is stuck in Venezuela. They can't move it because of our quarantine and because it's sanctioned. We are going to take between 30 and 50 million barrels of oil. We're to going, going to sell it in the marketplace at market rates, not at the discounts Venezuela was getting. That money will then be handled in such a way that we will control how it is dispersed in a way that benefits the Venezuelan people, not corruption, not the regime. So we have a lot of leverage to move on the stabilization front.
A
So there is a lot of things that we don't know about this, but here's what we do know. The Venezuelan oil company, well, the Venezuelan communist government, that's the oil company there. Remember we had a bunch of investment go into Venezuela and the communist dictators basically said, no, we're taking all of that. And they did. So they, they, they took it because of that, because of sanctions, because of who they're selling to. They had to sell at a huge discount. Specifics show that their crude oil was sold around $14 to $15 per barrel below the, the Brent market. There's, there's different oil markets and different types of oil and different types of refinery. All that stuff is notwithstanding in this particular moment. Bottom line is some sources cited even $22 per barrel below the going rate of oil. And if the barrel of oil is 60 bucks, that's a third, that's a third lower than what it should be sold for. Now let's just, mathematically speaking, if Venezuela, the people of Venezuela are getting 2/3 of what they could be getting, but then now we have the oil and we are able to sell it to a non sanctioned market. Let's just say we sell it at full price. We now get a third of that money. And I'm not even entirely sure how this is going to be split, but their income probably wouldn't even go down. I don't know if this is the case, I don't know if this is how it's going to be set up. But it's like one of those situations where, hey, they can't get the money for a lot of different reasons that they should be getting. So. So if we come in, say, hey, we're going to facilitate this process, by the way, you're welcome for getting your dictator out of power and we're going to take this oil, we're going to sell it at market rate, which is what Marco Rubio was just talking about. Then literally everybody can benefit. The Venezuelan people, hopefully will some get some sort of that profit share? Obviously not going to the communist dictatorial government, but maybe actually to providing them, I don't know, food and then the markup of the actual rate that it should be sold at. Maybe we get to keep that. Maybe this is a win, win, win for everybody involved. And yet even if it were, the libs would say it's the worst thing in the world. I got to take another break. Tptpsa.com is the email gonna get to some of your email in just a second. Also, any comments that you want to leave on social media. Remember if those emails and comments are disgusting, horrible and awful, they have a better chance of being read here on this show. Let us know what you think about this Venezuelan oil thing. We will continue to follow that as it plays out over the next couple days. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. Give you some examples of how. Listen, one second. Tom St hit me with his car in the parking lot. He ran over me and I'm injured and I don't know what to do to do. He ran over me with this car and I'm injured. Has this ever happened to you? You might be entitled to a large cash sum. Call me the Fixer Warrior. Visit www.thefixerlawyer.com and you won't pay unless you collect period. Ellipses. That sentence is not true. I don't even know what that is. It's. It's just two guys making a hilarious sketch in a Tom Steyer rally, which I can't believe. There anybody there at a Tom Steyer rally who shows up to that those people were all. Probably all paid to be there. All right, in the brief couple minutes we got here, let's get to some mailbag questions. Daniel, on the topic of my mispronunciation of Zohar, Mum Danny says, hey, as long as we're mispronouncing mam Danny's name, might I suggest Zofran because he makes me nauseous. I had to look that up. Zofran is apparently a prescription medication that prevents nausea and vomiting primarily from chemotherapy, radiation, surgery by blocking serotonin effects in the brain. Basically it quells nausea. I didn't know that. My only quibble is that I am looking at different pronunciations of the name as it's spelled. I'm not necessarily changing the way that it's spelled, but even then. Yeah, go ahead, send all of your. Send all of your puntastic Zohran, Mandani name changes. Um, let's see. On the topic of protesters in Minnesota, Babbitt, though they get a little bit feisty here. Uh, says the protesters keep standing in front of ice vehicles to stop them. Maybe it's time we install spike strips across the front of the vehicles. I don't know. I don't know if that I not. I don't know if that's a good idea. I like where your head is at. I just don't know how tenable that is. Not saying it's a bad idea. I'm saying. But I also don't disagree. I really took every single position possible that didn't really did a lot of, you know, definitive decision making on that. But thank you for the email, Lyle. Regarding the trans community. He says if a trans can change his sex all at any time he wants, then he could just not going to use those terms there, Lyle. Go f himself. Probably in a fun well both literally. Literally and metaphorically. And then he could raise his own family. You know, I'm not sure how that that that works, but again, I'm not a biologist, Lyle. Who knows, maybe they've decided they can figure that stuff out. I tend to agree with you. Yeah, that's not possible. But for the sake of humor, maybe they can. Producer Glenn is gritting his teeth saying, dang it, now we got to cut that out of the YouTube too. We're making fun of the trans. Last but not least, Linda says, where do these NGOs come from? On the topic of the 200,000 NGOs that exist in California that get, what is it, half a trillion. Over half a trillion dollars in government money. Where do they come from? If they're non governmental, then why is the government funding them? Who do we have to talk to to get the government to stop funding them? We have to vote. Anybody can start an ngo. That's what's crazy about it. Literally anybody can start it. And then what you do is you write grants to the government and the government gives you money based on those grants. And there are courses, there are full blown university level majors that teach people how to write these grants. Basically there's. What did you major in? I majored in how to steal money from the government. Crazy, Linda. It is crazy. That's going to do it for us here at Turning Point tonight. Really appreciate you sticking around, taking the time. We'll see you tomorrow. Same time, same place. God bless America. This is an I heart podcast. Guaranteed human.
