It is the one year anniversary of one of President Trump's most controversial executive orders, which is only controversial if you're an idiot. Also, Governor Gavin Newsom, among many world leaders, is in Davos, but Governor Newsom may have admitted something about his personal life that I quite frankly, didn't want to know. And also, an elephant is on the loose in India and has now killed almost two dozen people. That is an amazing story, among many other things that we have to talk about here on the show. My name is Joe. Bob. Thanks so much for tuning in. Show starts right now. One year ago today, President Trump took the oath of office to be inaugurated for his second time as the President of the United States of America. And the country started doing substantially better than it was in the prior administration. But on the day he took the oath of office and became President of the United States, he signed an executive order that lives deemed among the most controversial of President Trump's two terms in office. Uh, that executive order is still working its way through the courts, and the Supreme Court last month decided that they were going to hear it. What is that executive order? We'll talk about in just a second, but I gotta remind you to email the show anytime you want. TPTP USA.com let us know your thoughts. Is this the most controversial? I gotta stop saying that. Email us tptp USA.com Leave a comment wherever it is that you happen to be watching. And if your email and comment is disgusting, vile, bigoted and just downright hateful, you actually have a better chance of being read on the show in our Mailbag segment, which is the last segment we do. TPTP USA.com or leave a comment wherever it is that you are watching this. So now it's time to get to the most controversial. I promised I'll stop. But before we get into that, let me, let me talk about this actually. And it's all, well, tied together at a certain point here coming up, especially coincidentally, a pretty good day to do this, considering this is the anniversary of President Trump being inaugurated for the second time. Uh, this is coming from Upward News, but there's actually quite a few media outlets covering this, including Breitbart. But more than a million US Citizens raised in Communist China could vote as early as the year 2028, which is the result of decades of Chinese birth tourism and unchecked loopholes in U.S. immigration law. Investigative journalist Peter Schweitzer reports in the invisible coup that Chinese elites, most always Communist Party elite members, deliberately have used America's birthright citizenship to produce US Citizen children raised back in China under CCP ideology. A little bit of a tangent, but also super related. When I was growing up, we knew of a birther house on a hill nearby where I lived there. It ended up being a massive story. But at the time, in like junior high, we found out that a bunch of Chinese immigrants, Chinese nationals were coming into the United States, having babies here and then going back home. They'd come like six or seven months pregnant, have their baby in the United States, get that valuable, valuable U.S. citizenship, and then they take their baby back home. The problem is, and again, the timing kind of works out because all of those kids, because I would have been, yeah, about 2000, 10ish, a little bit earlier than that. All those kids now are becoming voting age. The problem is all of them live in stink in China, or at least were raised in China. And the numbers are exploding to. About a million of them could vote in next year's midterms. Sorry, by 2028, which, not next year's midterms, the next coming up presidential elections, obviously the midterms of this year. Overall birther tourism, the articles pretty much all explained, exploded under the Obama era. In the Obama era. And this problem will get worse and worse and worse as time goes on. Just looking at the numbers, uh, one example is specifically on the US territory of Saipan, over 70% of the births in recent years were to Chinese tourists, exploiting the visa free loophole and having their kids be born effectively on US soil or US territories soil. Some CCP officials have gone further and even opened up their own birthing facilities. The article points out a guy who I'm not even going to try and pronounce his name, says at least 21 children of his have been born in his $4.1 million California mansion, which effectively functioned as a surrogacy command center. Which would all of this, if this were to come true, which unfortunately, I think we've opened ourselves up, we've exposed ourselves. And by, by we, I mean the United States more broadly, unfortunately, under the leadership of Barack Obama and a bunch of libs prior to that, have opened ourselves up, exposed ourselves to being infiltrated by a bunch of people who hate the west, hate the United States of America, and are going to be able to vote in our elections. If a million Chinese nationals who are effectively American citizens because of birthright tourism get to vote in our elections, that is a massive problem. If only there were someone doing something about it. Here's A clip of President Trump over the summer when he did an interview, I believe this was with Politico, talking about ending birthright citizenship. The executive order that we've been talking about, the most controversial Trump executive order is this one, which doesn't quite end birthright citizenship because that's a constitutional amendment. We'll get into kind of the weeds of what the executive order does, how the libs are pushing back on it. And by that I mean lying about it and whether or not it's a good idea for the United States of America, whether or not it'll actually have any effect. Watch this as President Trump talking about exactly that.
C
Clip 6 the case is very interesting because that case was meant for the babies of slaves. And if you look at the dates on the case, it was exactly having to do with the Civil War. That case was not meant for some rich person coming from another country, dropping, putting a foot in our country, and all of a sudden their whole family becomes, you know, United States citizens. That case is all about slaves, the babies of slaves. And it was a good reason for doing it. And that's all it was about. And people now are understanding it. It's been explained to them. And I think the court understands it, too.
B
Yeah. So the Supreme Court has decided that they're going to take it up. They decided that last December. They're going to take it up about now. Ish. Whether or not the president has the ability through executive order to not change the Constitution, but alter the way that it is enforced, as the administration, the executive order itself said exactly, pretty much exactly what President Trump just said. The Fourth Amendment was never intended to, to be interpreted to an extent. Citizenship universally to everybody within the United States of America. The 14th Amendment was, has always excluded birthright citizenship, person. And this is what's being disputed in the courts as of right now by the libs. Persons who was born in the United States but not subject to the jurisdiction thereof. The whole thing basically goes on to explain, yeah, you can't just cross the border and be here illegally, have a kid go back to where you're from, and all of a sudden that kid has all of the rights of a US Citizen. That would be crazy if that were to happen. Now the question is whether or not can he do that. What is the exact, what is the executive order exactly do? Well, what it does is it instructs people under the administration, people that provide the organization, the departments within the US Government that provide documentation, birth certificates, Social Security numbers, all that sort of stuff to stop providing that to people who fall into the certain categories. Those categories are no no documents will be issued to people when the person's mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person's father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of the person's birth or when the person's mother's presence in the United States was lawful but temporary and the person's father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent residential at the time of said person's birth. Basically eliminates the loophole by not providing documentation to any of the people that fall into those categories, which is absurdly reasonable. I made the whole this is President Trump's most controversial it's not really if you're, if you're not subject to the jurisdiction thereof of the United States of America, the 14th Amendment did not apply to you argument obviously doesn't need to be restated. But basically yeah, it's saying hey, the easiest way to do this when the 14th amendment was ratified was all of these black people in the United States who aren't aren't quote unquote citizens. We're just gonna go ahead and encompass all of them. That's what it was designed for. All of these people coming into the country having babies, going home and then that baby getting the full extent of the rights of US citizens is not at all what the 14th amendment was was meant for. PMS now sorry Ms. Now formerly of MSDNC sorry Ms. NBC, I can never get the lib outlets correct. Said this about the very controversial executive order that is now coming to light again because it's now in the courts. A year ago Donald Trump launched one of his most subversive tax on the Constitution when he signed an executive order purporting to end by birthright citizenship. The last sub point on the executive order basically says hey by the way this doesn't change the actual law, it just changes how we're enforcing this or how we're the administration is issuing federal documents which is within our purview to do so. Again, blatant and utter lie from pms. Now what I thought was fascinating about this is not only are they lying about it, they're making up situations that don't exist in the executive order and saying but what if they this happened Midas touch. I'm going to read verbatim from what they said. They're a big time lefty outlet said this to take into its logical extreme any effort to abolish birthright citizenship, especially if applied retroactively would Place people like Usha Vance, the second lady of the United States and millions of other Americans who are citizens by birth into a category where their citizenship could be questioned. In theory, yes, I guess in theory. In theory, if you applied it retroactively, which the executive order explicitly says it's not doing so so if you make up a clause that isn't there, it's potentially possible that in theory this could happen. Okay. Section 2 subsection B says the. That this section will apply to only persons who are born in the United States after 30 days from the order of this date. In other words. Yeah, we're not doing it retroact. So yeah, libs, you don't get to make up this idea of hey, by the way, if they do this retroactively, which they said they're not going to do, it's in the exact, it's in the wording of the executive order, then in theory all of these other things could happen. Okay, well you just made something up out of whole cloth and are now theorizing based on something that doesn't exist. Thank you for that, Libs. But I think the broader point that this gets to more ultimately and actually, you know, you, you've got to. We've. Thank God there's a, there's a Charlie Kirk in social media post for everything he says this and we'll get to kind of the, the. The crux of this Birthright citizenship was read was written to free slaves, not anchor babies of illegals. Pass it on. He was absolutely right. And we don't need to necessarily go over again the 14th amendment and what it actually did. But what we really need to do is understand that the United States States is a creedal nation. Over the course of human history, countries have developed around race, around ethnicity, around, you know, the, the tradition of the people that were in a geographical place and then those people went to war and they conquered each other and all that. It was. A lot of it was based on race and ethnicity. The United States, even though the libs hate to admit this. Well actually they probably wouldn't admit. This is not designed around race, it's not designed around ethnicity. It's designed around a creed. The United States is often described as a creedal nation, meaning its identity is rooted in a shared set of principles and ideas such as liberty, equality, self governance rather than a common ethnic heritage. The United States is based on the creed of the United States States. It's based on the Constitution. It's not based on your skin color or your family lineage, even though there can be some discussion on how long a family can be in the United States before they become citizens, before they've adopted the American customs in the American society. But obviously these concepts date back all the way to the Founding Fathers. The doc. The documents of the Declaration of Independence articulated universal propositions. All men are created equal and anybody can assert themselves and rise to prominence regardless of their origin. That is what the United States is. And therefore, just being born here doesn't quite make sense. And the way the founders wrote the Constitution and the way that the 14th Amendment was written would lead pretty much anybody to believe that the framing that the libs have taken of. No, no, no, no, no. This is all geographically based on it doesn't quite make any sense. So what this looks like is the Trump administration, through this executive order, trying to figure out what the interpretation of the 14th Amendment looks like. The Supreme Court, like I said, is going to take that up. All of this hinges on the issuance of documents. It doesn't change any law. The executive order that the libs are complaining about, even states. This doesn't actually change the law. It's just it changes how we are doing things in the process of the administration. But here's the thing that I think is probably the most interesting, given that there are so many lib states that don't ask for any sort of documentation to do anything, including vote. Not even entirely sure how much this makes a difference. As much as that, as much as it pains me to say, I'm not even sure how much this makes a difference. Okay, for example, if the million of Chinese nationals who have American citizenship because of anchor babies, because of birthright citizenship, they had their baby here, went back to China, they were raised under the communist regime in China. They have all that ideology, they can vote in American elections because of this loophole, if those people can vote. And also the state's not going to check voter registration or voter ID or ID to qualify you to vote in the United States elections anyways. I'm not sure it matters which is a bigger problem. All of these are problems on problems on problems going back to the root of really all of our problem is, I mean, wow, she's not to get philosophical here, but the denial of truth more broadly by the American left, it'll be interesting to see how this works out. But the idea that there are people that have come to this country illegally, had babies here, and all of a sudden now they and all of their extended family gets to come to the United States and quote, unquote, be Citizen, citizens. Which by the way, the best thing that you've ever done is be born in the United States and have United States citizenship. So that, that's a huge benefit to you and how you live your life. If you just come here legally, you drop a baby here and you know, geez, what if the baby identifies being born in the United States? Bottom line is this all needs to get sorted out. My hope is that the constitutional amendment gets altered in a way to include the idea that, hey, if you're not here legally and you just kind of come and drop a kid in the United States of America, have a kid in the United States of America, you, you are afforded all the rights of a US Citizens. That, that, that, that's not how any of this was designed to work. But as of right now, the Supreme Court's going to take up whether or not the Trump administration can withhold the documentation. That is what we're actually looking at. The most controversial executive order of Trump's administration really isn't all that controversial if you understand the context of and what the United States was meant to be in the first place. Speaking of the United States, Davos is happening right now, the World Economic Forum happening in Davos. President Trump is set to speak tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon, but tomorrow morning Eastern time, like somewhere around 8 or 9am Eastern time. But the Davos communications have already been flowing through and some ridiculousness has come out of there. But that goes without saying. We're talking about the World Economic Forum. Also a rampant elephant and in India has killed like two dozen people, which is crazy. Also the Texas Stock Exchange. Is that where you be making your trades going forward? And some really interesting ironies going on re Iranian revolution. Wow, we got so much to get to coming up after the break. TPT tpsa.com is the email address. See you right after the break. Don't go away. Foreign.
C
Diplomacy with Donald Trump. He's a T. Rex. You mate with him or he devours you. One or the other people need to stand. No, the Europeans could be. If they continue down this path and process, they need to stand tall, stand firm, stand united. Don't want that. Look you this. A year ago we should have been having this conversation and they didn't. Okay. And now you're paying the price. Exactly what anyone objective observer would have anticipated. We'd be where we are today.
B
Okay, so that's Governor Hairspray in Davos talking about basically the Europeans getting steamrolled by the most powerful person on the planet, which is honestly great to See, because everything he's doing is in the interest of the American people, including take the leader of Venezuela eventually going to get Greenland. And Gavin Newsom is just very upset about that. I can't believe you guys hadn't stand up for yourself. It's okay for. For Denmark and the Europeans to be imperialist, but not the United States of America. But that's not even what we're doing technically here. But I think the big thing that I don't want to gloss over is what he said at the beginning. Donald Trump is a T. Rex, and you either mate with him or get devoured. Okay, what is Gavin Newsom saying about his personal life here, considering the fact that he doesn't appear to be consumed by the President of the United States? Wow, Gavin, that's one. Obviously, President Trump would never engage in that sort of debauchery. But two, is that a fantasy of yours, Governor Newsom? I'm just. I'm just curious. I think he's probably trying to put that out there, saying, hey, you know what? Clearly President Trump is not going to consume me. Maybe the alternative can be this other thing that I fantasize about in my bedroom at night while I lie awake. All right, that was. That was probably too untoward. So let's just get to the actual things going on at Davos. The World Economic Forum, like I said, is happening now. President Trump is set to speak there coming up tomorrow. The. We're kind of curious what it is that he's going to talk about. You've got all of the Somali issues that he's kind of promised he's going to talk about some.
C
The.
B
Of the whole affordability thing that he said he's going to talk about. Usually this is a great peek into watching President Trump just demolish all of the globalist libs on their home turf because they can't deny him from coming. He's the leader of the free world, effectively, and he's just going to go in there like a bull in a China shop, metaphorically, in several different ways, and just. Just go nuts on those guys in front of their faces. But it is interesting, the setup to. To this. A bunch of the other world leaders have taken the stage to address what President Trump is trying to do. One of them is the leader of America's hat, Mark Carney, which we're going to give you some statistics after this for no, for no reason, really. Just to. Just to have some fun stats. Um, but this is the Canadian Prime Minister, who's allegedly not gay, talking about What President Trump is doing re Greenland and saying that Greenland and Denmark has his full support as a Canadian. This is cut seven on Arctic sovereignty. We stand firmly with Greenland and Denmark and fully support their unique right to determine Greenland's future. Our commitment to NATO's Article 5 is unwavering. So we're working with our NATO allies, including the Nordic Baltic Gate, to further secure the alliance's northern and western flanks, including through Canada's unprecedented investments. This gives me like parental vibe. Like, like my, if my toddler stood up on the couch and says I am steadfast in my commitment to, to eat a bowl of ice cream and stay up till midnight, they can make those statements and I as the parent will just go, nah, like Canada's like our unwavering commitment now, you know, to give some Canada some historical credit. They, they did a lot re, you know, Normandy and D Day and that, you know, there are, you know, several brave people in Canada. But just statistically speaking, I'm not entirely sure, uh, Mark Carney saying, well, Article 5 means that we will go to war with the United States over Greenland for some reason. Maybe again, maybe we should revisit the whole 51st state thing. Here's some statistics for no apparent reason that we've brought up along on this show before. Currently active duty personnel in the United states military totals 1.3 million, plus another 800,000 in the reserves, including the National Guard and the Federal Reserves. The military reserves as a whole totaling about 2.1 million U.S. soldiers. Canada Active Duty personnel 68,000 reserve personnel, 27,000. So hundred thousand folks, just, it's just statistics for your edification for no particular reason. So we've got about 2 million more people in our military than, than Canada does. But again, they're going to defend Greenland via Article 5, which by the way, we're the only ones that would actually step up even in an Article 5 situation. So there's that overall budget wise, US military has a 32 times higher larger budget than Canada. 877 billion to 27 billion. Just some, just some stats for no apparent reason considering the fact that it possibly could be that Canada is potentially looking at going to war with the United States of America. Nobody wants that. Nobody's saying that should happen. I'm just saying if it did.
C
It'D.
B
Be a little iffy. It'll be a little sticky situation for America's hat and potential 1st, 3rd, 51st state of the United States of America. But he wasn't the only one who was making ridiculous statements at The World Economic forum. Uh, Emmanuel McCrone allegedly also not gay. Jury's still out on that. Um, there's just a lot going on here. Uh, he did talk about Greenland, but really the big Note that Emmanuel McCrone, the president of France, made was this effectively begging for Chinese investment in Europe. This is cut. What is this? Eight. Um, and you'll notice something else that's also kind of interesting. But just listen to this and, you know, we'll discuss briefly. But he says enough for himself that we probably won't have to cut eight. China is welcome, but what we need is more Chinese foreign diet investment in Europe in some key sectors to contribute to our growth, to transfer some technologies and not just to export towards Europe some devices or produces or products which sometimes don't have the same standards or are more. Are much more subsidized as the one being produced in Europe. All right, President Top Gun. Okay, so he's basically begging China to come in, which is ridiculous. Now, you noticed that he was wearing those ridiculous aviators, had a speech at the World Economic Forum. And I was like, why? Why is he doing that? Well, this is a recent picture from the Telegraph. This is graphic two. I'm curious tptbusa.com if you have any thoughts on this. Something's going on with his eye. I don't know if he's got, like, a popped blood vessel or what. It doesn't look great. Admittedly doesn't look great. But is the answer to wear sunglasses like aviator Joe Biden, Top Gun sunglasses on a global stage? Like, I don't think that's better. Like, I think it's kind of.
C
It.
B
It's. It's weirder, definitely. But I love tbt tvsa.com if you had some sort of like, blood vessel pop in your eye and you have to give a big speech. I was going to say, you know, generally people, when people give. Everyday people give speeches, like at a funeral, which actually, sunglasses would be justifiable there, but I don't know. Would you, as the leader of a first world country allegedly soon to become a third world country, considering how many people they've let into the country, would you wear sunglasses? I'm actually very curious in your thoughts on this. Tpt. Com. Um, so there again, bunch of world leaders up there giving a bunch of speeches, talking about how. Pretending that they have some sort of authority on the world stage. But I think what's really interesting is what our Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick said. This clip is rather long, but I think he really Nails it, especially in the context of all the globalists trying to tell the United States of America what they should and shouldn't do. This is Howard Lutnick again. Kind of long, but I think it's entirely speaks for itself.
C
Cut 9 We are in Davos at the World Economic Forum and the Trump administration and myself, we are here to make a very clear point. Globalization has failed the west and the United States of America. It's a failed policy. It is what the WEF has stood for, which is export offshore, far shore. Find the cheapest labor in the world and the world is a better place for it. The fact is it has left America behind. It has left the American workers behind. And what we are here to say is that America first is a different model, one that we encourage other countries to consider, which is that our workers come first. We can have policies that impact our workers. Sovereignty is your borders. You're entitled to have borders. You shouldn't offshore your medicine, you shouldn't offshore your semiconductors. You shouldn't offshore your entire industrial base and have it be hollowed out beneath you. You should not be dependent for that which is fundamental, fundamental to your sovereignty on any other nation. And if you're going to be dependent on someone, it darn well better be your best allies.
B
And of course everything he's saying there is accurate. And also everybody at the World Economic Forum absolutely hates the globalists have this global agenda where everybody's equal. We should all every the, the, the, the, the best thing is the entire globe works together. Well obviously we've seen that that doesn't work. And you have to policy wise prioritize workers in the United States of America. That's what America first means at its core. Prioritizing what is in the best interest of the United States of America. And if everybody operated on the same plane as opposed to like if France cared about what's going on in France, it wouldn't have had the third world country immigrate to Paris. Having one in five people in Paris be some Arab Muslim, that is, they just live there. Now if, if the UK was operating under a UK first policy, they wouldn't have really the same issue that France is having if everybody looked out for themselves. Yes, we can coordinate and help with each other. That doesn't mean that the United States completely is isolationist and we have no foreign involvement whatsoever. That just means all of the for foreign, foreign involvement that we do have is within the context, within the framework of United States Citizens first. What benefits America is the best and highest priority. That's what that means. That's what Howard Ludnick was saying at the World Economic Forum in the face of all of those crazy lives. Scott Besant also was on the stage. He kind of nuked those globalist freaks pretty hard as well. But bottom line is, I'm very excited. President Trump takes the stage, I believe, at 8, don't quote me on this. Sometime in the morning, east coast time tomorrow. And it will be a fun sight to see. You know, it's not a fun sight to see is this elephant in India that has killed like almost 25 people, which is crazy. We'll talk about that after the break. Also, what is the Dallas Stock Exchange, the Texas Stock Exchange? Something could be rivaling what's going on in New York City. The New York Stock Exchange exchange, obviously there new one opening up President Trump saying that this could be detrimental to New York City more broadly as a whole lot of stuff to get to. Don't. After the break. Don't go away. Tpt. Com is the email address. If you'd like to send along something, thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms at the email or in the comment section, wherever it is that you happen to be watching this. And if it's gross, disgusting, viable, vile and horrible in nature, you actually have a better chance of being read on the show. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. It is a city on edge. And as we walked with the chief, we heard it from a man in a passing car. How dare you let this happen here? You should be ashamed. You should be sick pig. What are you want someone like that who just yelled at you and said you let this happen to know? Well, I have been very publicly saying.
C
This has been a risk for several weeks, trying to get anyone in the position of authority to understand that tragedy, tragedy was imminent.
B
So that's 60 Minutes interviewing the police chief there in Minneapolis. And somebody was probably like, hey, if we just ask him about this, that won't be enough. What if we prompt an agitator to yell at him through the car and therefore instigate this conversation around, look, yeah, this is people are angry. Of all the things that didn't happen organically, that didn't happen organically the most. Talk about a staged propaganda piece, by the way. Okay, and you probably know this one, because it was just too perfect to have happen like in real life. And two, you're telling me that a guy that you're doing an interview on the street, somebody drives by in a car, starts yelling profanity at the two people that you're interviewing and the cameraman. Neither cameraman. Because there's two of them. Don't think to like, turn to the car. Like, no, hold on. We're laser focused on these two people. Get out of here with that crap. 60 minutes. Trying to pretend that that's a real thing that organically happened with no prompting from our team whatsoever. Okay, who was the person that yelled, like, is that like it, was it a Purdue? Was it a producer on the show? I guarantee you, if I put producer Glenn up to that, he would say, absolutely not. We here on this show are solely, solely focused on bringing you the most sarcastic and satirical takes. We will not stoop to the level of trying to create controversy. Get out of here. TBT tbsa.com if you happen to disagree. And that actually was an organic and genuine interaction. I don't happen to think so, but I'd love to Hear your thoughts. TPTP USA.com I'd also love to hear your thoughts about the Texas Stock Exchange. This is fascinating. The Texas Stock Exchange is a new fully electronic national securities exchange that's going to be headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We are all aware of the New York Stock Exchange, which happens in New York. One of the purposes of this, and this is really interesting, President Trump has also weighed in on this, saying it could be detrimental to the New York Stock Exchange. But the Texas Stock Exchange is set to compete with the New York Stock Exchange in terms of doing all of the different trading. I don't know enough entirely to know how the electronics work and all that sort of stuff and the tax implications and all of that. But it is really, really interesting considering the New York Stock Exchange is centered in New York City and therefore gives New York City an exorbitant amount of leverage and power and ability to regulate what goes on. Now, obviously there's federal regulators, obviously there's the, the SEC and all of that. And that won't not apply in Texas and others. It will apply in Texas as a whole, more broadly. But considering Texas is a freer state, the chances of prices being lower per transaction, all that sort of stuff. So looks pretty dang good. People can IPO in the Texas Securities Exchange, stock Exchange there and, you know, have a much better, probably much better outcome considering one, that like I said, Texas is a freer state, and two, there's actual competition with the New York Stock Exchange. That's going to be really, really interesting to play out. They've got about $250 million in investment and I don't know. It's going to be really, really, really fascinating to see if there's some competition in the stock exchange market. Now, I said that specifically so that I can get to more of the dessert of this particular segment. I've been teasing since the beginning of the show that there's an elephant on the loose in India that has killed nearly two dozen people. And I don't want to make light about this, but I've been following this story for over a week now. Basically, there is an elephant that is on the loose that has been running through towns. Nearly two dozen people, according to the New York Post, have been killed with 15 people injured by a light large wild bull elephant that has been on a 10 day rampage through several towns in eastern India, basically terrorizing all the locals who reportedly have been climbing into trees and have been sleeping on rooftops to stay out of its reach. The single tusked male struck first on New Year's Day when it killed a 35 year old man in a village in, in a part of India that I just can't even begin to pronounce. In what context is a J, H and a K all together in one world? How am I supposed to pronounce that? I don't know. Four days later, the animal killed five members of the same family. This is all tragic, by the way. It's just, I think I'm building to a broader point basically not to bury the lead that the west is better and we don't have rampant elephant problems. Killed five members of the same family in a nearby town. The next day, killed five people in another nearby town, including a married couple and their two children. Again, tragic obviously, but this is what's crazy about this. The elephant has covered most of its ground by night and allegedly has covered up to 25 mph and has continued to thwart attempts to tranquilize it. According to the Indian foreign forest officials, more than 300 Forest and Wildlife personnel have been deployed in a massive search operation involving tactical teams, tranquilizer teams, drones, in order to capture this elephant. At this point in time, the murderous elephant has not yet been captured. All of this is to say that not every culture and society the same. If you think for a second an elephant can escape from the zoo here in this country, in the United States of America and we wouldn't have the tactical ability to kill that elephant, you're sadly mistaken. The United States of America would take care of this problem very quickly and very easily. The fact that a country has 300 people deployed to capture one elephant who's been on the loose for 10 days at this point? Actually, hold on. It's been. Its first incident was New Year's Day. I don't know. This article from the New York Times says the local authorities say the elephant has yet to be captured and continues to evade teams every single day. And that article was from today? I'm not entirely sure. Maybe, maybe he killed some people on New Year's Day and then took some time off. As it is January 20th and then was captive for a little while. They, they like got the elephant captured and now he's back on the loose. All I'm trying to say is what the hell is going on in India that you can't, with 300 people capture an elephant? I'm not saying that elephants are easily subdued. What I'm saying is that maybe if you're using slingshots and blow dart arrows in a third world country, it's not going to work out very well. What am I trying to say? I think I'm trying to say the United States is better. We have better technology, we have better personnel. And this is just a very ridiculous example to explain that, to display that. A lot more to get to. I want to talk about Iran because we, we touch on Iran pretty much every day since the revolution is going on there. Really interesting perspective on the rich kids of Iran. There's an Instagram account called the Rich Kids of Iran and some of the little disturbing what's coming out out of that Instagram account as well as, let's see, what else is there? Oh, we, we've got, we've got so much stuff in the queue that I'm not sure what time to get, get to it all. TBT tbc.com is the email address. If you like, send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.

B
I'm not gonna take it anymore. On January 20, we are walking out.
C
To free America and walking in to remove the regime.
B
We're walking out of work, walking out of school.
C
We're walking out of anywhere and everywhere because it's past time that we stop cooperating with fascism.
B
Starting at 2pm local time, start a wave of walkouts across the nation.
C
Send a clear message that we demand freedom from this hostile and lawless takeover of our country.
B
What do you think they're going to walk out of? Like, I don't think any of these people have jobs. What do you like, what are you going to walk out of? Are you going to walk out of the EBT wick line. You're going to walk out. Actually, the jobs that they do have are those like government funded NGOs that just, you probably don't have to work at all because they don't actually do anything. See, they just steal all the money and then pay people to say they have employees. But they're all in on the gambit. And so I'm not entirely sure what they're going to walk off of, but they got to do it because they got to protest what's going on in this country because the, because it's so bad. They have to protest, you know, where it's bad that people are protesting and it's actually dangerous. And like I've said, we've, we've made this point several times on this show. What's going on in Iran is much is actual bravery. It's actual protesting where there are serious ramifications for going against the current regime. According to Breitbart, an unnamed Iranian official told Reuters. Wow. Okay, so. An unnamed Iranian official told Reuters, according to Breitbart on Sunday that at least 5,000 people have been killed during the regime's crackdowns on protests last week, but has been going on for several weeks now because obviously we've been paying attention to that for, for a while now. Those numbers are getting bigger and bigger every single day. There's a New York Post piece that's claiming about 12,000, but according to, according to Reuters, according to an Iranian official themselves, at the very least, 5,000 people have been killed in those protests. I wonder, I wonder if all of those people making ridiculous Internet videos that we're going to walk off our jobs and protest fascism would last a single day. I don't think they'd have the, the male body parts, whether or not they are man or woman. I, we can go on a transgender joke here. I'm not going to, I'm not going to take the bait. I wonder if those people would have the guts, for lack of a better term, to go protest somewhere where it actually can endanger your life. But interestingly enough, in the midst of all of this, I was unaware of this, but the New York Post is reporting that the rich kids of Iran continue to flaunt their wealth and incite rage, reportedly partying in nightclubs as blood runs through the streets. Again. This is from the New York Post. The wealth of Iran's young elite first came to global attention more than a decade ago with an Instagram account called Rich Kids of Tehran because there are rich people. There are rich people in Iran. Even though the country is primarily destitute and a third world country, obviously a lot of oil and that money has to go somewhere and it's all consolidated and the people who run the government have a bunch of rich kids. It depicts this Instagram account, seemingly affluent teens flaunting Rolex watches, Porsches, Maseratis, sprawling estates and pricey attire, which came out in 2014, according to the New York Post. We've known about this for a super long time. The Instagram account, interestingly enough, continues to remain active. Basically what it does, it's an aggregate. It collects a bunch of different photos that all of these rich Iranian kids post themselves and says, hey, look at this, they've got about 500,000 followers. And basically, in the face of a terrible regime crackdown, the rich kids of Iran, who by the way are only rich because their parents are connected to the government, which is not the way that you want to run a society, continue to just go live their lives and drink their fancy drinks and wear their fancy clothes and watches and drive their fancy cars and continue to show it off on social media. Now some of these kids have moved out of Iran, I guess just kept the money because they're not going to give the money up. Moved out of Iran and said, well, we denounce the regime and what they're doing in Iran, just, you know, to put that out there. That's what they've said. I, I'm skeptical of all of that. If you really want to denounce what's going on there, stop using the money, your ill gotten gains that you only have because your parents are connected to the actual dictatorial government. Not like the way the libs describe it as going on here. I don't have time to get to any of those clips. There's a maybe, maybe, maybe we'll push those to tomorrow because James Clyburn had a really interesting clip from the View. You may have already seen it, but he basically says the conservatives are trying to bring back slavery. To which I say we can do that. Of course that's not what I say. That'd be awful. It's also ridiculous in and of itself. Michelle Obama has some clips flown out there, but we don't have time to get to it here. Want to get to our mailbag segment? Tptpc.com if you'd like to be included in the mailbag segment. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. Three dimes earn a dollar Three times earn a dollar.
A
There's ten cents is a dime, and then four quarters make a dollar.
B
So.
A
Isn't it. I don't want to say. No, wait, hold on, hold on. Okay, four quarters, 25 cent per quarter, and that's four. Okay, so a dime is. Is 10 each. So that's two dimes gives you a quarter and a half.
B
I'll give you a question.
A
Okay, so one and a half. One and a half.
B
Take your time.
A
One and a half quarter.
B
One and a half quarter.
A
No, not one and a half quarter. Okay, two dimes. Two dimes is 20 cents. Where's my kid?
B
No, no, no calculator. No calculator.
A
Oh, wait. This is the little thing that they do and they put it on the. The little thing. Okay, so, yeah, my name is Oun. It's two dimes gives you. I mean, two. Two dimes give you a dollar.
B
She's allowed to vote. Her vote counts the same as my vote. Oh, my gosh. I. It kept getting worse. I like. Okay, look, if you, you know, I guess if you can't do simple now, you should be able to divide 10 by 100. Holy cow. Maybe. Maybe she spent too much time in Minneapolis at the Leering Center. Maybe that's where she was educated. Holy cow. That's depressing in so many different ways. Now that this is going to get any better, let's get into our mailbag segment where you're encouraged to send emails tbt tbsa.com and if those emails are disgusting, viable, vile, bigoted and hateful, you may actually get featured on the show. Greg's talking about. Actually Greg against Sheldon talking about libs getting away with a bunch of crimes. So sick of all of these libs getting away with all of these crimes. When are they going to help be held accountable for all the BS they're doing? Sheldon basically says the same thing. What are we doing about it? We're talking about all the corruption on this show. He says he appreciates it. Thank you so much. So much. Where's Pam Bondi? Is she ever going to do anything? Trump really needs to get the job done. Enough is enough. Um, he's talking about replacing Bondi. Won't necessarily dive into that. Bottom line is this is a political question. It's whether or not it's politically viable. Interesting enough. And then just being a brash realist about this, I want to see Tim Walls held accountable for all of the rampant fraud that he just let go by. The question, is it politically tenable? And the answer of Taz? I don't actually know, and we won't know. But I will say this. The only person that would do something about it, if anything were ever to be done about it, is the guy who's in the White House right now. So hopefully President Trump kind of takes this up and realizes the American people want people to be held accountable for their actions and moves forward with some prosecutions. Um, let's see, Edward. On the topic of that dude, there was a video of this guy standing outside of his street with a. With a rifle in Minneapolis says, what about that dude with his weapon? Quote unquote, defending his neighborhood, protecting his neighborhoods, protecting his neighbors, which most likely consists of pedophiles, rapists, and possible murderers with outstanding warrants. He's standing there with his weapon. How is that guy not scooped up one? Maybe. Maybe it is an actual bright point for an argument for the Second Amendment that that guy's out there able to do that. Obviously, I don't agree with what he's doing. And again, if you haven't seen that video, it's just this dude standing outside of his neighborhood with a rifle saying, I protect the people in my community. And ICE saying, yeah, we're going after rapists and murder. Like, this is a problem. You're protecting these people. Yeah. The reason why he's not scooped up is he's not actually doing anything wrong. He's. He's. He's an idiot. But, you know, we would probably advocate for the same thing if our side was doing it. And last but not least, Tracy corrected the comment that I'm not, like, I don't have the eidetic memory that just can spit out quotes. I have, like, the vague meaning in the sense of the quotes. But I think yesterday I was trying to quote who she adequately corrected me on as Mark Twain talking about Fang Fang. Better to remain silent, be thought of a fool than open your mouth, mouth and remove all doubt. So there's that. That's gonna do it for us here at turning point tonight. Tptpc.com is the email address. We will see you tomorrow, same time, same place. God bless America.

Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Show: Turning Point Tonight with Jobob
Date: January 20, 2026
Host: Jobob
Theme: Deep-dive into current national and global events through a distinctly conservative lens, highlighting American values, the issue of birthright citizenship, updates from the World Economic Forum in Davos, international incidents, and more.
This episode takes a sweeping look at major political and cultural stories shaping America and the world. The central focus is on the anniversary of President Trump’s executive order targeting birthright citizenship—a move portrayed by the host as both misunderstood and pivotal for the nation’s future. Alongside this, Jobob unpacks hot-button global events (notably the World Economic Forum in Davos), a rampaging elephant story out of India, the creation of a new stock exchange in Texas, and ongoing protests and social dynamics in Iran. The tone is sarcastic, combative, and unapologetically ideological throughout.

The episode is marked by fast-paced, sarcastic, and combative rhetoric, mixing policy talk with mockery of political opponents, especially from the left and globalist circles. Humor and outrage are blended throughout, with segments connected by the theme of defending American sovereignty, critiquing mainstream narratives, and celebrating a nationalist/conservative worldview. The host encourages email interaction (particularly relishing provocative or “gross” messages).
If you haven’t listened, this episode delivers a rapid-fire review of political controversy, policy debates, and cultural events, with a heavy conservative bias and a dose of satire. The main thrust: America is at a crossroads—between preserving its sovereignty or succumbing to globalist, technocratic, and “lib” elite agendas. If you want a summary in one line: It’s fierce, funny, and non-stop anti-woke—centered on keeping America first.
