This is an iHeart podcast, Guaranteed Human. There's something that everybody seems to be missing in the Minneapolis verse ICE scenario. Also, speaking of Minneapolis and Minnesota more broadly, something is happening with Governor Tim Walls. We'll find out what that is coming up in just a little bit. And Trump issues a housing initiative that actually would be great and should benefit everybody. Except for the libs hate it because they hate everything that he does. But my name is Joe Bob. The show starts right now, Like I mentioned. I think there's a small component of this that I think some people are talking about online. But I honest to God haven't seen any real commentators talking about this one very minute. But also very important thing in one of the videos regarding the shooting that took place in Minneapolis where it, it appears someone tried to run over an ICE agent. And I'm keeping all of this as alleged right now. We're not jumping to any conclusions very quickly, even though I think we could probably come to some conclusions. Um, because what I want to first start off with saying is that this is an objective tragedy. Uh, regardless of the politics around this, regardless about all of the different fighting going back and forth, who did what, who's at fault, somebody died. That's bad. The John Donne poem comes to mind that no man is an island unto himself, for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for the. And I, I can't help but feel bad about a situation in which Amer, an American, lost their life, regardless of the politics behind it, regardless of all of that sort of stuff. Now, that being said, the question, of course, that everybody's wondering, well, is, is it justified? And I think really briefly here, and again, I'm, I'm not a lawyer, but probably set up what that actually means. I've seen a lot of people on the media, a lot of people on cnn, pms, now, all of your Alphabet networks, talking about, well, how great of a person this young woman was. She was nice, she was cordial, she was kind, she was just a loving person. None of that matters. As harsh as that may sound, none of that actually matters. They talk about, well, the. Her son is left without a mother. That again, is tragic and is terrible. And it has nothing to do with whether or not this was a justified self defense by the ICE agent. None of that actually makes any sort of a difference. And yet, you know, libs continue to talk about it as if it does, trying to bend the narrative in a certain direction. What we have to be asking ourselves here is why did this happen? And even before we get into, why did she block traffic? Why did she do this? Why did she do that? Why did the officer respond in the way that he did? Honestly, from a legal standpoint, again, I'm not a lawyer here, but from my understanding, doesn't even matter what her intention was. What is actually going to come down on whether or not this was justified is the officer's perception of the situation. And, and whether or not that perception itself was justified. How did he, in his, in his head, picture what was going on and make a split second decision? And was that split second decision not even correct, but was it justified to make that decision? Can you see whether or not he would make that decision in that split second time? Now, we've all seen the video already, but I'm going to show it just because it's worth showing. I muted the audio on this, so I'll probably just narrow it over the top. This is cut 6. This is the video that kind of sparked the whole online debate. Watch this cut six and I'll, you know, describe it. If you're just listening to the podcast, you see this lady who's perpendicular to traffic, by the way, clearly trying to block traffic in the middle of the street. ICE obviously gets out like they always do. She backs up, zooms her car forward, is shot, and then the car goes and crashes. Okay, so we all seen this video. This is not new to anybody. Everybody who's paying attention. If you're watching this, chances are you've seen this video a hundred times and you've probably jumped to your own conclusions, which is totally acceptable. Again, I want to kind of parse this down to what I think is the most important minute factor here. But before we do that, this is how the world responded. I just picked out the Jacob Fry clip. He's the mayor of Minneapolis. But this is pretty indicative of how all of the libs immediately reacted. Just jumping to their side immediately. This is the worst thing that has ever happened. Again, it is terrible, and I wish it didn't happen. And let's look at it and try to be at least somewhat objective about it. I know libs have a very difficult time being objective about anything, but. Well, this case in point right here, this is, I believe, cut seven. This is the mayor of Minneapolis issuing, well, taking his chance to grandstand cut seven. But I do have a message for our community, for our city, and I have a message for ICE to ice. Get the out of Minneapolis. We do not want you here. Your stated reason for being in this city is to create some Kind of safety. And you are doing exactly, exactly the opposite. Jacob Fry and Governor Tim Walls and pretty much every lib went on to then imply that this is clearly 100% an unjustified murder of an American citizen. Again, while tragic and sad, is that really the case? Also, not to make this a little bit lighter hearted, but what if that is actually a good idea? What if ICE actually did leave the Minnesota area? I mean, I, obviously there would be other conditions that need to be met there. We would have to then barricade, put a blockade around the entirety of Minnesota because I, you know, if there's illegal criminals there, I don't want them coming into where I live. So that, that would have to take place. But maybe, yeah, maybe the entire federal government should withdraw all of their support from the state of Minnesota. Different conversation for a different time. But I'm not entirely sure if the mayor exactly knew what he was, what he was really saying there because a lot of other conditions would have to take place for that to happen. Now, immediately after that, not, not super immediately, but about an hour after that yesterday, another angle came out. This is that angle right here. I believe this is cut 8. Again, I muted it to kind of spare you all the, the theatrics of all the audio going on. But this is, you can see clearly the officer is hit with the front of the vehicle and then fires his firearm into the vehicle. And obviously people came to conclusions based off of that. Now, here's the thing that I think is the most compelling piece to me in regards to finding out whether or not the officer's perception of the situation is justified. I happen to think it is. I'm not going to bury the lead here, but this is why I think that obviously somebody comes in, parks perfect perpendicular along the street, obviously they're trying to block ICE vehicles from getting to wherever it is. Obviously they're obstructing an investigation or travel from a night. Obviously all of these things are happening. The question of whether or not is it justifiable to defend himself is pretty indicative of, I believe, this particular clip. This is a tire. These are zoomed in from the first shot, the tires on the ice. Now, we're probably going to play this a couple times, but I want you to watch the tires spinning, no pun intended here. But ICE is involved in this because the streets of Minnesota are icy. The tires start spinning in this lady's car before she turns. And the officer doesn't even know that. But I want you to watch this clip very closely. We'll probably play it a couple times. This is cut nine. Very zoomed in, very slowed down, so you can see the angle of the tires when they start to spin. Check this out. Backs up, puts the car in drive, and then the tires start spinning immediately there. Now, if the. Let's go ahead and just keep playing that on a loop, if we can. If the tires caught traction with the road at the angle that they were pointed at, that ice agent would have been hit, possibly killed. That's just the reality of the angle of the wheels. It is only because it's frozen terrain in Minneapolis that this ice agent wasn't just run over by the car because the angle of the tires are such that we'll zoom out here, too. Actually, pull up graphic one here. Because this is the exact frame where the tires start to spin forward. As you can see, the ice officer that took the shot was immediately in front of the car. If it were not icy, and I. Please excuse the pun. I'm not trying to make light of this situation, but this is just it. Ice was saved by ice. Effectively. If the ground was not icy, she would have plowed directly into him, regardless of whether or not she was trying to turn. Because that. That. That's kind of irrelevant, because if. Even if she did try to turn, that's not the trajectory of the car according to the angle of the tire when the wheel started to spin. If there wasn't ice on the ground, literal ice, not if there was not ice literally frozen on the street, the tires would have caught traction. She would have plowed into that guy, regardless of if she was trying to turn the wheels later. So then that comes back to the question, the legal justification. What did the officer perceive? And is that perception justifies. Okay, now think of the position of the officer. Well, he's standing in front of a weapon effectively, and she gases it. He can't see the angle of the tires. All he knows is that he's right in front of a car and the engines rev up, the RPMs rev up. He hears the engines. He can't see the tires. What else is he supposed to do? Honest to God, I don't. What else is he supposed to do other than neutralize the threat? I don't know. Now, there are people on the Internet saying, well, he could have jumped out of the way. Okay, same traction issue. What if he slips? What if he can't get out of the way in time? What. What if, what if, what if, what if? All that we're seeking to find here from a legal standpoint, Again, not a lawyer, not an attorney. I don't, I'm not pretending to, to be the definitive de facto opinion here. However, if the question, legally speaking is, is the perception that that officer had justified, kind of seems like it was. That's not minimizing the tragedy of the situation. That's not trying to say that it's a good thing because this is bad. Nobody wants to see this sort of thing happen, regardless of your political leanings. And it would appear by the icy tires spinning around and the trajectory of the car and the engine revving up and the guy standing right in front of kind of seems like the perception of danger that that officer may have felt. Felt would be justified. Now, of course, the lives didn't react to this well at all. They took to the Internet and started saying some crazy things, as they often do. And, and, you know, I mean, this is probably indicative of the culture that, you know, bigger mainstream libs have created. Jimmy Kimmel. We don't have the clip here, but Jimmy Kimmel held up a T shirt that said Trump is trying to kill you. So, you know, you wonder. Well, it's, it's hard to wonder where these perceptions come from when it comes to people posting on the Internet. But these are just a few of them that we found. And this is one. This is two, two clips of many of how libs reacted to this. And I think I have a broader, bigger point here to make. But play this cut 10. See how some people react. ICE is willing to take you out, but are you willing to take them out? Y' all seen what happened in Minneapolis with that woman protesting ice? She got took out today. But are you going to take out an ICE officer? That's the question we should be asking ourselves. Not, oh, we got to get rid of ice. Yes, we do get rid of ice, but we need to take them out as well. What the America and Americans. How stupid are we to keep allowing this to happen? I say it's time for everybody to start getting guns and start coming out of their houses and start shooting these ICE agents in the head when they start trying to take over people. Okay, so obviously those are disgusting, horrific and terrible. But I'm interested in what is causing that. And here's what I think I've come down to, and I had a long conversation with a friend of mine about this yesterday as to what is actually happening more broadly. 30,000 foot view that are causing people to think that that sort of thing is okay. And the best analogy I think that we could come up with Is that everybody thinks this is like a game. Everybody seems to be. Not everybody, but so many people seem to be so chronically online that they have a difficult time differentiating real life between a video game. They think, hey, in the video game, I can do whatever I want. I can go do this, I can say this online, I can do this and this and this and this, and none of that is going to actually have any sort of effect. And then all of a sudden, you. You drive your car in front of an ICE vehicle, they get out of their car, trying to move you out of the way. Boom, boom, boom. Things happen. And, oh, no, real life just hit. We unfortunately live in a world where people are so chronically online, they think of themselves as a player in the video game. And then when something happens that is real life, that is a consequence of actions in the head of somebody who perceives themselves to be in a video game, but actually is existing in the real world, they go, whoa, whoa, whoa. Who. You can't do that. You. You. You messed up my game. That's effectively what it is. They have this idea that nothing bad will ever happen. Even if you put yourself in a terrible situation again, I want to reiterate, very tragic situation. Nobody wants to see that happen. And if you fail to remember that real life is real life, physical violence is actually physical violence, guess what? There are going to be consequences to that. That's the way. It's the perspective that we have of this chronically online culture that thinks, yeah, I can go smash windows and berate cops and throw things, because that's what I do in the video game. And so that should be fine here. I can rev up my engine and make an officer think I'm going right for him. And maybe she wasn't going. We don't know. And it doesn't really matter. What matters here is that people, for whatever reason, think that nothing that they do in the physical real world has any actionable consequences. And unfortunately, it does. Now, when you see this video, when you see. When you see all the fallout going on online, there's this. I don't know, there's this inescapable going to each other's sides. I hate ice, therefore, this is 100% murder. Or I love ice, therefore, you know, she was clearly trying to murder an ICE agent. Neither of those things are really relevant. It's whether or not the officer perceived that there was a physical threat to his livelihood, to his life. And that's what we're really asking. But everybody keeps going directly and immediately to their side. And one of the problems of the information war is unfortunately, even though that's kind of like unhelpful, it is helpful to look at it hopefully as objectively as possible and kind of look at the nuances of the tires spinning on the ice that's needed. And it's not helpful to just completely ignore that and go off in your little camps. But at the same time, the technology media world has somewhat made that necessary. I think both sides realize that the other side is going to go immediately to their camp, start saying all the things, and you have to combat it. I don't know what other option there is. So then you ask, okay, well, what's the solution? And sorry to get preachy here, but God, that, that is the solution to all of this. This, this government was made for a moral and just and religious people. And without that, it won't work. You need to be able to govern yourself, and you can govern yourself best by staking your moral virtue in a higher power, obviously Christianity, but we don't need to get in that argument discussion right now. But you need to stake your moral virtue in a higher power and govern yourself as an individual. And then the freedoms that we have work. And if you don't do that, if you are your own God, you decide, hey, I'm gonna go block traffic. And because this is a video game and because nothing is real, nothing will happen to me. Godlessness, again, I hate to sound preachy, but godlessness is what causes a lot of this stuff. The in the unbelief, in maintaining personal order as directed by a higher power is what causes this. And that's the problem. Ultimately, it is a tragic situation. From the video, I can, and I'm trying to be very objective about this, it appears to me that the officer felt a clear and evident threat to his life and reacted accordingly. That's just, that's just how I see it. And that's probably how a lot of you folks see it. But at the end of the day, when all of this is said and done, we need to detach from this Internet online culture that none of our discourse makes any difference. It doesn't matter that we call Trump a Nazi. Oh, look, you know, he got shot. Look, Charlie Kirk was killed. That's real life. Things are actually happening and you don't get to escape that. And the only way out of it is through a society that turns back to God. It's a long winded rant. There's actually more to talk about this, and I do have to take a break here. So we'll get back to it after the break. But a lot more to get to. There's, there's some, some, some really fascinating Internet propaganda that we want to, to bring on the show and dispel. So we'll get to that right after the break. Tptposa.com is the email. Leave a comment wherever it is that you're watching. And remember, if that comment is evil, vile, disgusting, and bigoted, chances are you're going to be right on the show. Our mailbag segment is in the fifth segment of the show. TPTP USA.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
B
My husband needs to be tall, rich.
A
Hot, and obsessed with me.
B
I just want to marry a guy.
A
Who'S good looking, has a job and loves me. I just want to date a guy with a job and a car. Just a guy with a pulse. Stop deporting illegal immigrants. We are all America's children. Oh, I finally found something that loves me, too. Oh, man, that is, that is, if you're just listening to the podcast, that is the trajectory of lib women. It was started off in her 20s. And then I want a guy who's perfect in every way, shape or form. And then like, by 30, she's like, I just want a guy with a job and a car. And then 35, I just want a guy with a pulse. And then 40, she's into, into, into her protesting era. That, dang it, man. That in the context of today, that's, that's sad. That's, that's probably, you know, more in line with what happened. But that is, that's, that's what evil propaganda gets you if you're a lib woman looking for love. Speaking of evil propaganda, just to kind of, to kind of close this whole section out because again, really, the discussion now is whether or not, well, who's going to win the Internet argument, which is crazy. That's, that's crazy. That's a crazy way to do things, right? You, you'd like to get some sort of objective truth, but if, if people are just libs are willing to just lie about the objective truth. I, it's, it's so freaking difficult to even try to have, you know, the conversations that are necessary to have. What's, I forget who says this. Somebody in the comment section or in the email, let me know. It's, you know, don't play chess with a pigeon because the pigeon will knock over all the pieces and take a Dump on the board and claim they've done something. That's kind of what it's like dealing with some of these online libs. More specifically, I wanted to get to this picture. There was a lot of other videos that came out yesterday regarding ICE and Minneapolis as a whole. And I wanted to bring up this. This is graphic two. This is a tweet or an ex post. From power to the people at Proud Socialists. Another horrifying image out of Minneapolis. Look at the terror on this man's face as a federal agent points a gun at his face, threatens his life. Enough is enough. Our government committing war crimes abroad and murdering and terrorizing citizens at home. We need a revolution. And after. You can see, see, there is a picture of a. A guy who's just minding his own business. He's just, he's just standing on the sidewalk and all of a sudden the mean fascist ICE person comes up, puts a gun in his face and oh my gosh, he's terrified. Fortunately, there's video of this interaction and I'd like to play you that video now. I believe this is cut 11. And what you'll notice in this video is right before this picture was snapped, the guy tries to grab the pepper spray gun from the agents and the agent reacts. How an agent would react if you tried to take his weapon. Cut 11. Look at that. Oh, shoot, he's trying to grab it. Yeah, maybe you should get pepper balled in the face. Maybe that's exactly what happened. Play that one again. I know, I know. We gotta. We will put it on loop. And I know we're running short on time here, but I want people to see that again. Oh, oh, look, he tries to grab it and the, the guy goes, oh, no, absolutely not. You're not going to grab my projectile because it's not a gun. What? I don't know what it might. Pepper ball thing. And then go, go back to, go back to graphic two because I think, I think people need to see that again now in the context. How ridiculous is this? After you see the video, both ends of it, a photographer just so happened to get the right frame to where the propagandists can say, wow, look at how terrible and awful this is, and remove it entirely from the context. I don't know what you do with this situation. I honest to God, I don't. That, that said, we gotta move on. We're really, really running behind here. And there's so much to get to and, and so much interesting stuff to get to too. But not leaving Minnesota. Speaking of Minnesota, and speaking of Governor Tim Walls and the AG Keith Ellison. We talked about the AG yesterday, finding car manufacturers because for some reason it's Kia and Hyundai's fault that their cars are getting stolen. Which is crazy to me, but we talked about it yesterday. If you missed the podcast, go get it wherever you listen to podcasts or on the Real America's Voice. But Tim Walls has been referred to the doj. A House Oversight Committee hearing took place yesterday examining allegations of massive fraud. Three Minnesota state representatives testified. Here is a little bit of that testimony just so you can kind of get a gist of it. And sorry for the graphics all over the screen. This is the best video I could find. So what is this? Cut 12, I believe the testifying of Minnesota state representatives to Congress, which resulted into Walls and the AG getting referred to the DOJ for their complete and total negligence on. Or sinister evil. Nobody's quite sure yet. Watch this cut 12. Representative Robbins, do you have any examples of how the Waltz administration blocked investigators from moving forward with high priority fraud investigations?
B
Yes, we do, Mr. Chairman. I have met with whistleblowers and gotten documents from them about how after the original CCAP whistleblower report came out in March And April of 2019, subsequent to that, there was a. There was an Office of Inspector General within DHS that had investigative authority to do surveillance warrants and seize electronics, and they were shut down. They were told they could no longer do criminal investigations. They were told they could no longer meet with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension agents that were assigned to them without supervisor's approval. And instead when they found one of the other members talked about how they changed the language, they went from calling it fraud to calling it over billing, and they created an over billing committee to.
A
All.
B
All the investigative agents now couldn't do criminal investigations and they had to flag issue over billing. And then a committee would decide if any of that overbilling would be recouped.
A
Committee by. Appointed by Waltz?
B
No, appointed within dhs.
A
Oh, appointed by the own bureaucracy.
B
Yes. So. So they shut down criminal investigations. They created a committee committee to call it over billing and decide if overbilling investigations would even try to.
A
This is evident. You mean at some point you got to give them some. That. That is creative, right? No, no, it's not. It's not fraud. We just accidentally overbilled and stole billions of dollars. I mean, at a certain level, there, there's, there's some, you know, you got to give them some, like, kudos to being able to restructure the language to say no, no, no, it's not fraud. They're not stealing a bill. They just over build on accident. I wonder if that'll work on my taxes. I wonder if I can under bill the IRS for my taxes and therefore just not have to pay any income tax. The fraud is centered around the fraud that they're investigating now at the federal level, centered around the feeding our future, which we've all heard about before the three year period from 2019 to 2022 children's meals intended to feed kids in the community. $250 million was allocated by the federal government to Minnesota. And ain't no children fed. They just kind of, hey, you know what? Actually if, here's, maybe this is, this is also indicative of their language change. Hey, you know it's not, it's not fraud. It's over billing. Hey, we're feeding the kids. And by feeding the kids I mean getting a coach handbag. I'm feeding the children. And by that I mean driving a Bentley. Maybe, maybe we're lost in translation here. Maybe that's what they think that those words mean. And maybe that's the case. Uh, there are now cover up allegations, whistleblowers reports emerged in 2019 alerting the authorities and by authorities. Tim Walls, who was the governor at the time, is the governor of the state about fraud. Governor Tim Walls administrations allegedly halted all of the investigations into these whistleblower reports and then change the terminology from fraud to over billing. And then on a public side they effectively said hey, if you think the Somalis are stealing from the state that would be racist because they're darker than you. So that's the only, the only thing that criticism of somebody with more melanin than you can be called is racism. Allegedly. According to Tim Walls and the federal government AG Keith Ellison is also wrapped up in this fraud case and only mentioned him because we talked about him yesterday extorting car manufacturers to try and get money out of them. Uh, there has been congressional action. Representative Anna Paulina Luna, friend of the show, we've talked to her a couple times, referred both Governor Walls and AG Ellison to the DOJ for potential criminal charges. Chairman James Comer of the committee warned that subpoenas would be issued in February to follow up the hearing. All of this is happening as ICE is in Minnesota and so it just, it makes sense to keep an eye on it. Which actually leads me to this post, this Internet post which I thought was, this is not at all what he intended But I actually 100% agree with new York City Mayor Mamdani. I believe this is graphic three here. Mamdani reminds us, don't stop talking about Minneapolis. Don't stop talking about ice. Don't stop talking about accountability. Correct. This is probably the only time in this show that we've ever agreed with Maamdani. And also, I'm not going to pretend that he's talking about what we're talking about, but just the verbiage itself. Yeah. 100. Let's not stop talking about Minneapolis and the crazy rampant crime going on there. Let's not stop talking about ICE doing their job to get rid of the 20 million illegals that came in under Joe Biden. And let's not stop talking about accountability for Tim Walls, who let the fraud just go under his nose, said, no, you're not allowed to investigate it. And also, let's hold all of the other deep blue governors accountable for wasting money, taxpayer money, among many other things that they're probably doing. I agree, ma'. Am. Danny, let's do that. Oh, man. Um, let's see. Shoot. We're way over time here. Uh, coming up, I want to talk about Trump's massive housing win. We're not. We're gonna veer away from Minnesota for just a little bit and talk about what President Trump is doing, a thing that Charlie was very, very adamant about, a huge win, hopefully, for people trying to buy homes in this country, because homeownership means you're bought into the system and we want people to own homes. And. And President Trump is doing his best to make that happen. Also, we'll briefly touch about what's going on in Iran and our mailbag segment. TPTP USA.com is the email. If you'd like to be included in the mailbag segment or throw a comment up and we'll see if we can get to it during our stream. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. I had a New Yorker the other day come up to me and ask me if there was any way I could help more get World cup tickets, because he was saying that the cost that he saw for a game was $600. Right. This is increasingly out of reach. We have made what used to be a working class game into a luxury experience. And there are too many for whom it doesn't matter where the World cup is being played in the world. They know where they're going to watch it. It's tv. And we want to ensure that there are more experiences available to each and every New Yorker, dude, what the hell are you talking about? You're the mayor of a city that, by the way, isn't hosting any World cup games. The state. It's in New Jersey. What jurisdiction does he think he has? Hey, we're gonna make World cup tickets, which is a privilege, by the way, that you attain through resources that you acquire through capitalism. We're. We're gonna make those cheaper in a different city in a different state. Like, dude, I just. I don't know. I. I kind of think that's kind of his default answer. Like, hey, if anything is too expensive, hey, the pizza place that we like to go to, the large pizza that we need because we have a family of four to feed everybody, is too expensive. You know, ma', am, Danny would say, yeah, the pizza parlor in Southern California that Joe Bob goes to is not as equitable as it needs to be. And we're going to do our best to wield the power, as I have as New York City mayor, to bring down pizza costs in Southern California. That's as ridiculous. That's. That's effectively what he's saying. Dang. Speaking of affordability, because that, that is like the big word and I, I hate that it is, but it's just objectively true. Libs are, Libs are so good and it's. It's better to know your enemy and know what they're good at. Libs are so good at the language game. They are so good at making sure something gets into the media space. And they're talk. We are talking about affordability partly because it is something that is important. I don't like the fact that they're. We're using their words, so. But we do need to do something about people not being able to afford homes, be able to purchase homes. Uh, unfortunately, President Trump seems to be doing so. I'm going to bring up this Trump's truth social post. I believe this is graphic for that he posted yesterday. Uh, for a very long time, buying and only owning a home was considered a pinnacle of America, the American dream. It was the reward for working hard and doing the right thing. But now, just because of the record high inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress, the American dream is increasingly out of reach for far too many people, especially young Americans. Fact check. True. I talk about this a lot with friends of mine. I'm. Let me see if. There we go. We'll read that in just a quick second. But I talked about this with a lot with a bunch of friends of mine, is they are doing all the right things. Now, granted, we live in a deep blue godforsaken hellhole that is California, where everything is mismanaged and there's way too much red tape to actually be able to do anything productive. Um, but they're doing everything right and it's really difficult to afford a home. And part of that reason is because a bunch of people that are selling their homes, that are downsizing and moving on in life are selling them to BlackRock. That's just, that's just the reality. And it is, I'll say this, it is difficult to blame them because they're offering the highest price. So what do you do? You try to restrict institutions from buying up single family homes to open that market up to people who actually can benefit from it. Um, and for that reason and much more, President Trump says that I am immediately taking steps to ban large institution investors from buying more single family homes. And it will be calling, I'll be calling on Congress to codify it. People live in homes, not corporations. I will discuss this topic. This is where I think this is great. I will discuss this topic, including further housing and affordability proposals at my speech in two weeks in Davos. He's gonna go to, he's gonna go to the World Economic Forum and just lay the wood to those folks. I think that, I think that's gonna be must watch tv. I think Trump is gonna come in loaded for bears. Like, oh yeah pound San Davos. We're, we're, we're, we're, we're laying. We're, we're coming in hot for all you globalist crazy people. Just to give you some context here, home prices have doubled since 2015. So in the last 10 years, incomes only grew 15, 56%. So home crosses. Home prices increased 100%. Incomes only grew 56%. Mortgage payments doubled from 18% of the total income to 31%, which is a 75% increase. Total, total ownership costs. Now consume. And you're talking about property taxes, which are theft insurance, which is probably necessary, and other maintenance things. Now consume about 47%, almost half of the median income, which is obviously way above the 30% that you've kind of always had to set aside for your actual housing. Geez, we're running long on time. I sorry to keep saying that, but we are running on time. Bottom line is things are unaffordable. And a lot of that has to do with big corporations buying up local family housing and not letting people buy them. There is a o I not to dig Too much into this, but there is a, a new development of like 30 homes and that's, that's going up somewhat close to where I live. And I saw the sign the other day that says homes for rent. Three to four bedroom homes for rent. Absolutely freaking not. If that's Black Rock. I think our city should figure out how to, to get that local problem, but kind of same sort of context when it comes to institutions buying homes. Okay, I want to talk about Iran very briefly coming back after the break, as well as get to your emails in the mailbag segment, tbt tbsa.com if you have any thoughts, comments, concerns about what's going on in Minnesota, whether Tim Walsh should be prosecuted and held accountable, as Ma' am Danny would say, for all of, you know, his crimes, alleged crimes. Also, what do you think about the housing situation here in the United States of America? Let us know tptp USA.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away. They're free.
B
It feels so much more ethical now, you know?
A
My gosh. Okay, what I think is going on here is I think two lib ladies are making fun of a problem that is solved because they created the problem. I think, I think that's what's happening. If you, if you, if you're just listening just on the podcast, it said, like, what's it, what it's like to be in a CVS where not everything is caged up like it is in New York City or Los Angeles or San Francisco? Uh, yeah, guess what? If you, if you continue voting for just zero crime policy, we should never prosecute crime ever. At any point, uh, you're going to get all of the items in your CVS in a box and then they're like making fun of, they're free now. This is so much better. Correct? It is better, but also the reason that you think it's like, so, I don't know, groundbreaking is probably because of the way that you voted. Yeah, we shouldn't prosecute anybody for stealing anything. That'll totally work. Silly. Making fun of a problem that you started is crazy. I don't actually know. Maybe these people are staunch conservatives. But I, I, I'd be willing to bet, I'd be willing to bet a hefty amount of money that they're not. Um, speaking of people who actually do have something on the line here, we've talked briefly about what's going on in Iran and kind of want to continue doing that. Well, not continuing. I mean, it really is, it's this kind of continuing thing going on in Iran and just. Just bringing to light some of the actual risks that people take around the world in order to topple actual dictators. We've talked a lot about on the show where libs, I mean, irresponsible with language, called Trump a dictator, a Nazi and a fascist. Which is crazy, because if he were any of those things, you wouldn't be able to call him that. That's kind of the point. But they think that people go out and protest here in the United States and think that they're like, risking something and that our free speech element. And on top of these deep blue cities that don't prosecute anything, what risk is there? Actually, the answer is none, really. Where there is risk is in places like Iran. On December 28, shopkeepers in Tehran took to the streets to protest the sharp and drastic fall of their currency against the US Dollar. Over the past year, their currency has sunk to a record low, while inflation has soared 40%. 40%. Remember when our inflation was like 8? And that was terrible. And it was. I'm not trying to minimize how terrible it was here in the United States, but that was 8%. This is five times higher than that. So, yeah, you will be taking to the streets even if there is a risk of death, because you actually have a dictator. Um, they're now going on, I believe, their 11th day of protests in the streets. The protest has spread to 111 cities, cities and towns all across all 31 provinces of Iran. Again, we've seen protests before, but this feels like it's something else. Fingers crossed that it actually is. Now that's, again, not without. Not without saying there is risk involved to protesting in a dictatorship. During all of these protests that are going on now, at least 34 protesters and four security personnel have been killed, 2200 people have been arrested, and still the crowds are out there chanting not death to America, Death to the dictator. They're talking about the Ayatollah. Com. Khamenei Kahmani, I think is how you pronounce it. What's interesting is the response to that. The governor has. The government in Iran has begun paying out 71 citizens a new monthly allowance. Hold on your seats here. What. What do you think? The government is giving the new monthly allowance $7. Now, I get, I get. I understand, I understand their. Their currency is a little bit different. I understand it's been devalued against the United States dollar. I get all that, but what the hell are you going to do? With $7 a month. Right. Like what, what, how much of a difference is that actually going to make in your day to day life? Hey, you know what? People are protesting in the streets. You know what we should do? Let's give everybody seven bucks. What? What, like daily? No, a month. Good luck with that. Just to give some historical context to these, protests are the most widespread since 2022. And during the 2022 protests, more than 550 people were killed and 20,000 were detained by security forces there. So I think what I'm saying here is one, I, I, okay, I, I also think that Iran being toppled, not to say that I want any American involvement, that's not even one of them. We're not even touching that right now. But just from a global standpoint, it would be good that one of the funders, the financier of Muslim extremist terrorism around the world, gets taken out of power. That's a good thing for the world. Not saying I think we need US Troops on the ground. I'm just saying that I am hopeful that the Iranian people start modernizing, get rid of their Islamic dictatorship, which would also then topple a lot of the Islamic extremist forces around the world. These guys sponsor Hezbollah, they sponsor Hamas, they sponsor the Houthis. Getting rid of that system of power would be a good thing for the rest of the world. I'm not saying US Troops need to get involved. Not saying we want boots on the ground. That's not what I'm saying. Saying I am hopeful that Iran actually turns a corner here and would also like to offer the perspective of there's actual risk there. Those people are actually brave because unlike the college sociology majors that march through the street and saying, we are under a dictatorship, nothing's gonna happen to them. We're most actually sorry. They're gonna get mocked. We're gonna laugh at them, which is totally justified there. We are gonna laugh at them, but that's about it. There's no actual physical danger that they're in. People in Iran that are protesting right now against their dictator are actually brave. They're actually courageous. And I hope they succeed. I hope we don't have to get involved. I don't want that to happen at all. But I do hope they topple the Islamic regime that is propping up all of these other proxy Islamic extremists around the world. So there's that. Our Mailbag segment is coming up next. If you want to be included in mailbag. Tptposa.com love seeing your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. We're not a lib show. We welcome all kinds of speech. Tptbusa.com or drop a comment wherever it is that you're watching. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
B
I'm new to this country, so I don't speak English. But where is the nearest McDonald's?
A
You go to the end of the road, you turn left, is a big road there and you go right over translating this sentence.
B
Get back to your country, you stupid immigrants.
A
Ah, so it's obviously a prank, but it's also hilarious and also kind of based. And also if you think about it for like just a second, they would translate it back into the language that he was speaking. Right? That's they wouldn't translate it back to English. That it's clearly a prank but it's also hilarious and it's also maybe, maybe that's what they should have said. I'm just kidding. But also not before we get lost in the ambivalence of that. Let's get some of your, some of your emails. I thought these were all fascinating on the topic of car manufacturers. We talked about car manufacturers yesterday. They got, they got hit with the lawsuit and then a settlement of four and a half million dollars out to 35 different states led by the now DOJ referred AG of Minnesota, Keith Ellison. Donna brought up a great point. What? First of all, who gets the settlement money? Is it the harmed customers? That is a great point. No, I don't think that is the case. I think the four and a half million dollars just went into the state coffers because they love to extort private business owners, private enterprise to get there, to get theirs to. I Good, good point, Donna. Yeah, none of that money is actually going into the pockets of the people that were harmed, the harmed consumers. So there's that. She has, she talks about some of the different models which. Great email, Donna. Also on that topic, Bev in San Diego says this. I don't think it has as much to do with the theft as Democrats say it does. If they wanted to call it that allowing power. Let me just, let me just characterize what you said because it's pretty long and kind of wordy. So basically what you're saying is hey, know what they're actually doing? This is actually a pretty good point. Maybe they just want this car feature to be installed in all of the cars so that they can control them. Thing to ponder about. I'm not entirely sure that's the case. I Think they're more out to, like, get a political win and cash a check. But there could be a higher, A higher, more sinister motive here that. That could be saying, hey, we want as much electronics in the car as possible. That way we can control it if we have to, which not would. Which wouldn't be, you know, crazy out of the ordinary. Jeffrey, on the topic of fraud in California, says it brings up a pretty good point. He says the city that he lives in has a dedicated grant writing department. Okay, well, what's a grant writing department? Okay, well, people get government money by writing grants, and then they get those grants from the government and then do whatever it is that they want with them. Nobody actually follows up. Nobody actually pays any attention. Nobody looks at whether or not the grant was used effectively for the purpose that the grant writer intended it to. People encourage you to take grant writing classes. He says specifically at Cal State Long Beach. It's probably the area where he lives. The state has a grant writing class. You can get a degree in that. Basically what I think this is, is you can get a degree from a university institution on how to get, get, take, steal money from the government, which is crazy. Great point, Jeffrey. Sam, on the topic of California says you're never going to fix California without breaking up the super majority. You're never going to break up the super majority until you break up the cta, the California Teachers association, which I think second biggest player in national politics. Well, state politics, but in the nation. They don't buy toilet paper in Sacramento without the CTA approval. That's why I ran to Texas. Dang it, Sam. I wish we'd have had you here in California to fight the good fight with us. The show is based in California and we are not leaving. We're standing our ground. We're. We're in. We're in for the long haul. And also congrats. Wish you well. Don't. Don't California. They're Texas. I can't imagine. You will from this email, but good luck there. Uh, lastly, on the topic of South Africa, John says this South African crime has seen a great reduction. Will see a great reduction in murders in 2026 due to attrition. That's. That's kind of a morbid joke there, John. Basically, there's so much murder in South Africa, they've run out of people to murder. So good lose. The murder rate will go down. Uh, funny and also terrifying and terrible at the same time. That's gonna do it for us here today. Hey, appreciate you sticking around tuning in. Thanks so much for joining us. Whether you're on the live stream or whether you're watching Unreal America's Voice, we will be back Same time tomorrow. TPTBSA.com is the email address. Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Host: Jobob
Date: January 9, 2026
Episode Theme: In-depth analysis and commentary on a recent Minneapolis police shooting involving ICE, public and political reactions around Minnesota's leadership, institutional fraud allegations, Trump's proposed housing reforms, and the broader culture wars impacting American society.
This episode centers on breaking down the controversy around a police shooting in Minneapolis involving an ICE agent, analyzes the online and political response, discusses a massive fraud case implicating Minnesota’s governor, covers Trump’s latest housing initiative, and touches briefly on recent protests in Iran. Throughout, Jobob pushes for objective analysis, laments polarized discourse, and critiques mainstream progressive and “chronically online” culture.
[00:00 – 19:45]
“No man is an island unto himself, for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.” (A, 01:15)
“If the tires caught traction with the road at the angle they were pointed at, that ICE agent would have been hit, possibly killed.” (A, 12:21)
“To ICE: get the f— out of Minneapolis. We do not want you here... And you are doing exactly, exactly the opposite [of keeping us safe].” – Mayor Jacob Frey (Quote relayed by Host, 07:34)
“I say it’s time for everybody to…start shooting these ICE agents in the head when they start trying to take over people.” (A, 16:44)
“Everybody seems to be so chronically online that they have a difficult time differentiating real life between a video game.” (A, 17:40)
[19:46 – 25:00]
On Manipulated Images and Narratives
Jobob examines another viral photo of an ICE agent allegedly threatening an innocent bystander. He provides “the rest of the video,” which shows the man reaching for an agent’s pepper-spray gun, impugning activist social media accounts for taking “propaganda” shots out of context:
“A photographer just so happened to get the right frame...and remove it entirely from the context. I don’t know what you do with this situation. Honest to God, I don’t.” (A, 23:15)
On 'Lib Women Looking for Love' Meme:
The show plays a satirical TikTok segment depicting “the trajectory of lib women” progressively lowering their dating standards, ending with political activism.
“That is what evil propaganda gets you if you’re a lib woman looking for love.” (A, 19:53)
[25:00 – 31:15]
“By feeding the kids, I mean getting a Coach handbag. I’m feeding the children...by driving a Bentley.” (A, 26:35)

[37:50 – 44:54]
“People in Iran that are protesting…are actually brave. They’re actually courageous. And I hope they succeed.” (A, 44:25)
[44:55 – End]
“None of that actually makes any sort of difference. And yet, libs continue to talk about it as if it does, trying to bend the narrative in a certain direction.” (A, 03:30)
“Godlessness…is what causes a lot of this stuff. The unbelief in maintaining personal order as directed by a higher power is what causes this. And that’s the problem.” (A, 18:50)
“Don’t play chess with a pigeon… The pigeon will knock over all the pieces and take a dump on the board and claim they’ve done something. That’s kind of what it’s like dealing with some of these online libs.” (A, 20:40)
“Three to four bedroom homes for rent. Absolutely freaking not.” (A, 36:29)
“Here…there’s no actual physical danger that they’re in. People in Iran that are protesting…are actually brave.” (A, 44:40)
