Now I'd like to get to this. There are several instances in the modern media cycle in which there's a big story.

Everybody's eyes are on Minnesota. Holy cow, look at the fraud going on here.

And that's great, that's all good. But generally speaking, not a lot of follow up because the fervor dies down, the fever pitch of the moment kind of fades away. And when the actual rubber meets the road, not a lot of people are paying attention.

So I, because that's an annoying thing

to me, would like to kind of display what's going on in relation to

[Michael Knowles]

all of the fraud in Minnesota, at

[Charlie Kirk]

least what we know so far, to kind of follow up and make sure

[Michael Knowles]

we kind of keep that energy and that momentum to, you know, stop getting Somalis from stealing tax money from us, the U.S. taxpayer. Now, a lot of this is getting attention currently because a sentence has come down on. Let me pause very quickly and say, purely for your entertainment and a little bit of my own, I am going to attempt to pronounce every person's name here. I know I could just kind of scramble through it, but I'm gonna.

I'm gonna do my best to pronounce

all of the names here to the

best of my ability.

And to those of you who may.

May think that I'm mocking some names, as a guy with a ridiculous name himself, one I'm allowed to and to

know that I'm trying my best.

A lot of this is getting online buzz because the sentence came down on

[Charlie Kirk]

Abdul Abubakar Ali, who helped steal millions

[Michael Knowles]

of dollars from the Feeding Our Future initiative.

[Matt Walsh]

And I use that with air quotes, because the initiative was effectively donating tax dollars to a bunch of Somali criminals.

[Charlie Kirk]

He helped steal millions of dollars, and

[Michael Knowles]

the sentence came down not too long

[Charlie Kirk]

ago in which he will only serve one year.

[Michael Knowles]

So that's creating all of this online

[Charlie Kirk]

buzz, which is then prompting many people,

[Michael Knowles]

who I agree with on many things,

[Charlie Kirk]

to deport all of them.

[Michael Knowles]

Lots of calls for deportation saying, why are we putting up for this? Why are they still in our country? Why can't we just deport them?

[Charlie Kirk]

So the question is, okay, what is

[Michael Knowles]

happening with all of this fraud stuff?

[Charlie Kirk]

What should we do going forward? And then the big question, which I

[Michael Knowles]

actually probably have a differing opinion on,

[Charlie Kirk]

which I will explain, is, should we deport them? Actually, no. Please allow me to explain why I don't think any of these convicted Somali

[Michael Knowles]

criminals should be deported and removed from the United States of America.

[Charlie Kirk]

Now, just starting broadly, the Feeding our

[Michael Knowles]

futures thing is a big $300 million theft of the US taxpayer at the

[Matt Walsh]

hands of a bunch of criminals under the blind watch of Governor Tim Walls in Minnesota.

[Charlie Kirk]

$300 million gone. Now, for the sake of time, we don't have the ability to get into all of the different entities that were

[Michael Knowles]

sticking their hands in the pot.

[Charlie Kirk]

We really want to just focus for

[Michael Knowles]

the sake of the discussion here on the biggest one, the big ringleader. That was Empire Cuisine.

[Charlie Kirk]

The Empire Cuisine ring stole about $47 million.

[Michael Knowles]

And heading up the Empire Cuisine Ring.

[Matt Walsh]

Oh, my goodness, here we go.

[Charlie Kirk]

Abda Zizi Ab. Ab Dia Ziz Ziz Sharif Farah, or foreigner number one.

[Michael Knowles]

He was the ringleader of the Empire Cuisine ring that stole about $47 million from the Feeding Our Futures.

[Charlie Kirk]

He was sentenced to 28 years in

[Matt Walsh]

prison, three years of supervised relief.

[Michael Knowles]

The group, as we've mentioned, stole somewhere

[Matt Walsh]

between 42 and 47 million dollars.

[Michael Knowles]

Farah, foreigner number one, personally took about 8 million dollars. Restitution ordered was a part of this whole joint coconspirator thing of $47 million. Call it $50 million.

[Charlie Kirk]

Muktar Sharif, as a little bit easier, also known as foreigner number two, was

[Michael Knowles]

convicted in that same Empire Cuisine ring of money laundering. Was convicted at trial, he was sentenced to 17 and a half years in prison. He stole about $1.3 million. Personally laundering millions of dollars for the country.

[Matt Walsh]

And his restitution is a part of this big $47 million. Sorry, not 50.

$47 million restitution ordered to be paid.

[Charlie Kirk]

Then there is Muhammad Jamaica, is male, also pretty good.

[Michael Knowles]

Foreigner number three, also known as also laundering. Sentenced to 12 years in prison, pocketed $2.2 million. Also pled guilty to passport fraud.

[Charlie Kirk]

And then our last, we'll call him foreigner number four. AB Abdim Majid Abdijid Muhammad Nur, who

[Michael Knowles]

created a bunch of fake invoices, fake

[Matt Walsh]

meal counts, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release,

[Michael Knowles]

personally stole about $900,000.

[Matt Walsh]

Restitution is a part of this big

[Michael Knowles]

47 million joint restitution.

[Charlie Kirk]

Interestingly enough, he also pled guilty to like a separate juror bribery scheme where

[Matt Walsh]

he tried to pay a juror $120,000 in cash.

[Michael Knowles]

The sentencing there is still pending, so

[Matt Walsh]

we don't entirely know how that's gonna pan out, what he's gonna be sentenced to.

[Charlie Kirk]

Now here's the thing. The prison sentence is okay.

[Michael Knowles]

Don't really have a ton of issue with that.

[Charlie Kirk]

Obviously the guy at the beginning, the

[Michael Knowles]

Abdul Abaqara Ali guy, sentenced to a year, that seems very, very light.

[Matt Walsh]

I'm not cool with that.

[Charlie Kirk]

But the first guy, 28 years in prison, cool. All right, fine. But the problem is that's not exactly what we should be looking at. What we should be looking at is the restitution. In other words, the money that these criminals are forced to pay back to the taxpayer of whom they stole from the restitution is what we should all

be checking into and looking.

Okay, well, what is feasible for them

[Michael Knowles]

to pay back and what effectively have

[Charlie Kirk]

even the guilty gotten away with?

[Michael Knowles]

Now, the cash obviously was seized.

[Matt Walsh]

Of course, if there's any cash in Any bank accounts that's seized by the government and goes towards the restitution paid.

[Charlie Kirk]

But then you got to look at assets.

[Matt Walsh]

A bunch of them lived very luxurious lifestyles. They drove very expensive cars, had a bunch of nice clothes and jewelry and

[Michael Knowles]

a bunch of freaking depreciating assets.

[Charlie Kirk]

So even if you seize those, you

[Michael Knowles]

know, the Porsche that you bought in 2020 isn't, you know, half of what it is what it was worth at the time.

[Matt Walsh]

So not, not making out great there

[Charlie Kirk]

hopefully, like maybe the real estate that they had purchased at least held its value, maybe it appreciated a little bit. But the bottom line is all of the assets that can be seized were

seized by the government going towards that

[Michael Knowles]

47 million doll constitution that the Empire Cuisine joint co conspirators all had to pay.

[Charlie Kirk]

But what I am fascinated with is the money that they can't recover.

[Michael Knowles]

They can't recover.

[Charlie Kirk]

Why, why, why? Why is there money that they can't recover? Well, according to all of the court

[Michael Knowles]

proceedings, according to all the documents they

[Charlie Kirk]

have, there's a bunch of money being

[Michael Knowles]

sent out of the country.

[Charlie Kirk]

Foreigner number one, also known as Abd Sharif Fair, who was again the ringleader

[Michael Knowles]

of this certain subset of the conspirators

[Charlie Kirk]

around Feeding Our Future, sent six separate

[Michael Knowles]

wire transfers totaling more than a million

[Charlie Kirk]

dollars to banks in China.

[Michael Knowles]

He also sent nearly $3 million transferred

[Charlie Kirk]

to a broader group to that accounts

[Michael Knowles]

for a bunch of accounts in Kenya. Frere was the primary driver of all of that.

He diverted over $700,000 to a Kenyan real estate partnership, purchased high rise apartment

[Michael Knowles]

buildings in Nairobi, Kenya, plus other Kenya property and real estate launder fraud processed through China, bulk cash being smuggled out

of the country via his brother in

He also allegedly owns allegedly what? See, all this is kind of because they're found guilty.

So I don't say allegedly anymore.

But also it's really kind of murky

to figure out what exactly they do own or do not own in Kenya, slash Somalia, but owns real estate holdings in Kenya and Somalia. Valued at least $200,000.

And the main thing that I'm trying to get at here is that all

[Michael Knowles]

of this is beyond US seizure.

[Charlie Kirk]

In other words, the cars, the houses,

[Michael Knowles]

the cash, the clothing, whatever is attainable by the United States has been taken back.

But all of the money that got sent abroad, we can't touch. In other words, they got away with it. Which brings me to my other point of one.

Well, just to, to further this down,

we don't really have an extradition treaty

with Somalia and we have very, very

[Matt Walsh]

limited cooperation with Kenya and China.

So the money is gone and it's in their family and friends hands.

Which in my opinion reinforces my stance

of not deporting these people.

Look, I get it.

I totally understand why there's conservatives, fiscal hawks saying, get him out of the country.

Okay, yes, I, I would generally agree. The problem is if we do that, then they're free. Let's just say even that foreigner number one who is sentenced to 28 years

in prison does half of that. Because I guarantee you this dude is

[Charlie Kirk]

going to get out early, say, does

[Michael Knowles]

15 years in prison.

[Charlie Kirk]

And then, you know, like all of us, oh yeah, let's deport his butt. Okay, Then he gets deported after 15 years. He gets to now go to Kenya, where he has somewhere around $6 million in real estate and financial holdings in a country where the standard of living is substantially lower. Just, just to put this in some sort of context, $6 million in Kenya is about equivalent to a person in

the United States that's worth somewhere between 20 and 30 million dollars.

In other words, if our stance is specifically to deport all of these people who were convicted, it in a way

incentivizes people to steal money from the

us Send it abroad where it can't

be reclaimed by the United States, and

then just go to that country. Honestly, it could be like a strategy. Hey, if I send a bunch of this money and I'm deported before they

find me criminally responsible, ordering me to

pay restitutions, I just got off scot free. Yeah, I don't get to live in the US anymore. But living like a king in a third world country, ah, I'll take that trade. It effectively incentivizes it. And outside of even calling for the

deportation or not calling for the deportation,

I would go as far as to say, let's not let them leave the

[Michael Knowles]

United States of America.

Look, the restitution will stay indefinitely, right? Some sources say up to 20 years.

Others say it doesn't really go away.

But the bottom line is, until every

[Michael Knowles]

penny of the $47 million is repaid

by this group, they are going to face very, very difficult hardship if they

continue to stay in the United States

of America, which hardship I am pro

[Matt Walsh]

inflicting on them because remember, they're thieves

and criminals and stole a bunch of

[Charlie Kirk]

money and I don't want them to get away with that. If they are required to stay in

the U.S. even after their prison sentence, clearly that $47 million isn't going to get paid off.

Therefore, they're going to face wage garnishments. They're just. They're going to face a bunch of financial hurdles that will not allow them to live the life of luxury that

was only afforded to them by stealing from us.

If we one, deport them or two, even allow them to leave the United States, they're just going to go to

[Michael Knowles]

the country where They've got a $6 million trust fund and live the lavish life there that they were hoping to live here, but they got caught.

In total, the entirety of the $300 million Feeding Our Futures theft, only about

60 to 75 million dollars has been seized. Across the entire Feeding Our Future scheme and the overseas portion, the United States has effectively considered that lost.

So while I am happy to see

some of the prison sentences, I wouldn't mind seeing them be a little bit longer.

But okay, fine. What I really, really don't want is for the people that have stockpiles of

our money sitting in other countries that

we can't take back, being deported to those countries, because then that means they get to live a lifestyle that I

do not want them to live now. Okay, what do we do about that? Right.

What do we do as a country about that?

I mean, you know, there's certain ability that we have from keeping people here versus we don't.

We don't want to be like, you

know, your Communist Cuba or any of

the communist countries throughout history that wanted

to keep their citizens in.

But at the same time, I think I've made my case.

country where they have a ton of money and can live like kings.

But on a countrywide, I guess, more institutional level, well, what can we do about that? Just for the record, since fiscal year

2022, the US has provided over $2.3

billion in humanitarian assistance to Somalia.

Since 2022, between 700 and 900 million

[Matt Walsh]

dollars has been dedicated to humanitarian assistance in Kenya.

My question is, if criminals sent money

to those countries,

can we, at the very least Take that money back. And look, we talked about collective punishment

[Matt Walsh]

yesterday and how that's not a thing.

One, this does not fall into that category.

But two, this isn't really even punishment. We could just effectively say to the Kenyan government, hey, we're deducting this amount

[Michael Knowles]

of money from your humanitarian aid. And again, this is aside from the

point of whether or not we should even be giving humanitarian aid. Separate conversation, which I'm very sympathetic towards,

but let's just assume that we keep

giving them humanitarian aid.

We can just say, hey, we're withholding

[Michael Knowles]

this amount of money from your humanitarian aid, provided that you know well, or

because that there's a bunch of money

that got sent into your country that's

[Matt Walsh]

obviously bolstering your economy.

Obviously, you're taking a tax cut out of that. Obviously, there's many benefits you get from

that money that these criminals sent over to you.

So, hey, we're just gonna withhold it. And that isn't really even punishment. All we could be saying is, you go get it.

Hey, hey, Kenyan government, this money got sent from criminals in our country.

Here's where it is. Or at least here's where they sent it to.

I don't know where it is now.

Why don't you go take it? You want your money in humanitarian assistance? Go snag it. You're feel free. The bottom line to all of this is, yes, we get really, really involved,

excited about these big news stories, and

rightfully so, we should be.

But keeping tabs on what happens afterwards and the fallout sometimes gets pretty difficult. The last thing that I want to see is 10 years from now, every single person in the empire cuisine feeding our future scheme is just out of jail. And look, they left the country. Oh, look, they're driving luxury cars around Nairobi, Kenya. That's the last thing I want to see.

But if, I don't know, history proves to be an accurate guide. That's the sort of thing that will

happen if we don't keep our eyes

on this sort of stuff.

this morning to not very quickly disable

the bad actors, quote, unquote arguments that this brought up just to set this up.

Sorry, I know this is a headline

from the Hill, but last night the defense for Tyler Robinson said, hey, the

[Charlie Kirk]

ATF report couldn't verify that the bullet

[Matt Walsh]

found in the autopsy came from the

[Michael Knowles]

rifle that Tyler Robinson allegedly used to kill Charlie Kirk.

[Charlie Kirk]

The headline in the Daily Mail said

[Michael Knowles]

something entirely misleading, saying that, well, it's definitely not connected, which is not what

[Matt Walsh]

the ATF report said.

[Michael Knowles]

It said because the bullet fragmentation is

[Matt Walsh]

in bad condition

[Charlie Kirk]

and because that sort

[Michael Knowles]

of thing is not uncommon and because

[Charlie Kirk]

ballistics forensics isn't csi, where you have

[Michael Knowles]

a computer compile all the things.

[Charlie Kirk]

And, ooh, look, there's the thumbprint from when they pressed it into the clip. Because that isn't the case here. The ATF effectively said, hey, we can't

[Michael Knowles]

prove one way or another what this

[Charlie Kirk]

is definitively, and rightly so on their part. If they said, hey, we can prove this definitively and further investigation prove you

[Michael Knowles]

actually can't because the fragments of the

[Charlie Kirk]

bullets again, are bad condition, then that would have looked bad and it could have discredited the entirety of the ATF report. So the bottom line here is you

[Michael Knowles]

have a ton of media bad actors who I'm sure you're aware of, even

[Matt Walsh]

though we haven't necessarily talked about them a ton of on this show.

[Michael Knowles]

Mostly because I don't want to give air to the dumpster fire that is

[Matt Walsh]

that section of the commentariat.

But just know that going through this, the.

It doesn't take much to. To dig in just a little bit

before listening to the whack jobs that

are claiming that this is definitive evidence or proof of whatever their newest crazy conspiracy is. On a personal note, the overwhelming amount of evidence against Tyler Robinson seems apparent to me.

Again, this is me speaking personally and

I want the trial to play out with as few hiccups as possible. And the attention seeking crazy people are

[Matt Walsh]

not helping that process. This is a.

[Michael Knowles]

This seems standard bad condition of a

[Matt Walsh]

round happens fairly often.

And if the ATF went the other

[Matt Walsh]

way and said, hey, we can. We can definitively prove this and upon further investigation, other, there was discrepancies there that would have been bad for the case overall. So

yeah, that again, we haven't really

[Matt Walsh]

brought that up a ton here, especially

[Michael Knowles]

because the

[Charlie Kirk]

temperament of the show is

[Matt Walsh]

more, you know, lighthearted take of the news, which is what Charlie wanted when he put this show on.

But this was just. This is the misleading people and elements around this are.

We're so egregious as it could not be at the very least touched on briefly.

So we'll move on from there Things.

Geez. A lot, lot of stuff. This is another. Another nuanced take here that is not take nuanced story that requires, you know,

just a little bit of looking into.

This is from NBC News Supreme Court

rules against Colorado's ban on conversion therapy aimed at LGBTQ youth. Now, all of the live media outlets were just enraged by this. Colorado passed a law that said, hey, you can't under any circumstances attempt to

[Charlie Kirk]

intervene rhetorically in a kid who thinks

[Michael Knowles]

they are this or that or the

[Charlie Kirk]

other thing, which is crazy, right?

[Michael Knowles]

That's clearly a violation of somebody's First Amendment. You, the government can't tell me as an individual what I can and cannot say to another individual, provided that it is not an attempt at some sort of violence, whether it's sexual, physical, whatever.

[Charlie Kirk]

Okay, if I say, hey, you know, you said that pumpkin pie is your

[Michael Knowles]

favorite type of piece of.

[Charlie Kirk]

There is no law that could prevent

[Michael Knowles]

me from saying, actually that's an apple pie.

Whether or not it is or isn't an apple pie, it would be crazy that the government would be able to tell me that.

I can't tell that to another person.

In the same way, if a confused adolescent says, hey, I'm actually, I'm a, I know I'm a boy, but I'm actually a girl. To not be able to say or to be against the law, to go, huh, let's say, let's maybe unpack that. Let's consider that even outside of saying, no, you're not. But let, let's, let's look at what that actually looks like and see if you really hold to that.

Considering the fact that the majority of kids who have gender dysphoria grow out

of it very fast.

The bottom line is clearly this is

against the First Amendment.

All of the lib media outlets was reporting it as aimed at LGBTQ youth. Now, to their credit, NBC did not do this. But the article that I read on cnn, it wasn't until the very last line that they disclosed the count on

eight to one on this.

The U.S. supreme Court struck down Colorado's

ban on conversion therapy.

Therapy.

They actually, I don't think they did technically speaking.

I think they said, hey, this has got to go back to the appellate

court with a much higher standard on

[Michael Knowles]

the free speech component here. And if it doesn't cross there, then

[Matt Walsh]

it's going to go back to the Supreme Court.

But, but nobody on the lib side, at least that I saw was mentioning, oh, this is a decisive and overwhelming

[Matt Walsh]

vote on the Supreme Court.

This isn't like 6 to 3. This isn't 5 to 4. This isn't conservatives versus liberals. This is 8 to 1. The only dissenting liberal was Katanji Brown

Jackson, who is we've talked about here is in fact a moron.

So this seems as definitive as definitive

gets in terms of the Supreme Court.

We won't even get into Katanji's argument.

But that's that lives made this a big deal all day and neglected in

many cases to mention oh yeah, it's eight to one.

So in more heaviness because just this is just the, the weight of today's get to the point is quite heavy. The NBA is against God.

yesterday citing conduct detrimental to the team just hours after he posted a video on social media, including what they call anti gay comments. So the NBA is doing their pride, whatever, where all the teams are celebrating

pride even though every single person in

the NBA and probably 95% of their audience don't identify with that.

[Matt Walsh]

The NBA is a political agenda and they're trying to push it on their viewers whether whether they like it or not.

Very bad bunny ask of the NBA to do. One player, Jaden Ivy, recent Christian convert

[Charlie Kirk]

I believe said, eh, it's unrighteous, unrighteousness. Which by the way, he's correct. Like, and everybody has thought that especially in the church community for like forever up until like a decade ago.

And he, he said this thing and

lo and behold kicked off the team for it. By the way, there were several other

players throughout the history of the NBA

who have been accused of and even

convicted of violent crimes, carrying firearms, domestic abuse.

They're still on their teams. But not the guy who says, hey,

the, the whole pride thing.

Not exactly, not exactly my thing. I don't know why the NBA is

forcing us to do that. Nope, that guy is cut from the NBA. Which again reinforces my conclusion. The NBA is anti God definitively.

There's so many things that you can do to protect the election and they are being done, whether it's litigation or legislation or just mobilization, communication, all that. But in addition to that, we have to be on guard as to what they may try to do to the technology. They may try to creep into the technology and create a false count.
