Criminals, inmates in the California prison system are getting tablets paid for by the taxpayer. But before you say anything, they are using it for educational purposes to oh shoot, wait another Watching porn, huh? Chinese spies are apparently everywhere. Brand new case out of New York. Big Fanny Willis is back in the news threatening to sue the governor of Georgia over some new rules that seem to make a lot of sense. And speaking of rules, the Senate is moving forward with adjusting some rules that literally all of us would agree with and have been asking for the last six several government shutdowns. Thanks so much for tuning in. My name is Joe Bob. Missed you the last couple days. The show starts right now. So the headline is that California taxpayers are paying for tablets for each and every inmate inside California prisons and they're using it for lurid activities, to put it nicely. But actually that should be the impetus into a bigger conversation of what is the prison system supposed to be for. We will discuss the various angles and the various thoughts perpetrated by the Governor of the state of California and a bunch of his lefty crazy people and normal folks who have a better understanding of what what sort of punishment should be inflicted on convicted criminals. But before we get to that, I Gotta remind you, tptpa.com is the email address if you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms of the show. Those are all welcome comments. TPTP USA.com you can also follow us on social media. And by that I mean you should already be doing so. Just type in Jo B O B Joe Bob. Very weird name, but actually makes it quite a bit easier to find us on social media. And you can leave a comment wherever it is that you happen to be watching on any of the platforms. Rumble, YouTube, Facebook, X Instagram, all of them. And if we scan through and see your comments, those can also be included in our mailbag. So leave a comment on social media or email us tptp USA.com either way, make sure it's gross, disgusting, vile, nasty and downright just mean. And we'll actually have a better chance of reading it on the show because that's exactly the sort of thing we like here. All right, so California, big headline out of City Journal. Apparently California inmates all get tablets. For whatever reason, in 2018, there was a program instituted that gave every single inmate a tablet. Now, I'm a taxpayer here in California. I have yet to receive my free iPad, but I don't know, maybe I should go commit some crimes so that the taxpayer will just give me one for free. That program started in 2018. By 2023, every single inmate had their own tablet. Now there's a new program set to update all of those tablets. California Governor Gavin Newsom approved $189 million contract to provide new digital tablets to every single inmate in the state prison system. Chris Rufo reporting in the City Journal. Of what exactly those tablets are being used for, the state says, well, they can be used for educational content, to learn new technology, or even communicate with their family members, which. Pause right there. I thought the whole point of prison was to segregate criminals who are convicted of crimes from the general population. Not entirely sure why. They're just able to, oh, I'm gonna FaceTime the kids today, or you know, my other gang members and give orders from the prison. I, I'm not entirely sure why that's the case, but those are all of the things that California state said that inmates will do with their new taxpayer funded tablets. It turns out they're watching porn. Who could, who would have guessed that that is what they are doing? Actually, it gets even worse. Chris Rufo reporting in City Journal that there is a former high ranking California corrections official that said not only are they doing that because they have the Internet and their ability to reach outward, there are some inmates that are using their tablets to groom minors. Again, just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. But actually, this should be, like I said, the impetus of a bigger discussion. What is prison for? What are correction facilities for incarceration for exactly? The question is always toggling between, okay, well is it a punishment used as deterrence for people trying to stay out of prisons? People who are on the streets in general, do they want to go, I better not commit that crime because going to jail actually totally sucks? Or is it used to separate the population from the people? In other words, protect the general public from people who've been convicted of actual crimes. Now, obviously of course, there's a push and pull with both, but unfortunately there's a third option that California legislators and the governor seem to be much more privy towards. They want to make sure that prisons aren't a punishment or being segregated. It's kind of an obligation because politically we can't just let them out back out on the streets, even though they try to as often as they can. Actually, what prisons should be for is reforming people. The question is whether or not that's possible. Earlier this year, California opened a learning facility, or if you're Somalian by any chance, a leering facility in one of the state's most notorious prisons, San Quentin. Here is a glimpse at how the libs are framing that 200 something million dollars expenditure in their media cut 15.
News Clip Narrator
It looks like a college campus, but this is the new learning center on the grounds of what used to be called San Quentin State Prison, now known as a rehabilitation center for some of California's most notorious, notorious inmates. On Thursday, Governor Newsom was on hand to unveil the 239 million dollar facility that comes with the media center and podcast studios, classrooms, library, cafe and reentry center, all to help inmates reassimilate into society.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
So San Quentin has housed the most notorious California criminals Also, by the way, this is a total tangent, but it's super interesting. Sits on prime real estate, if you know anything about real estate markets, especially in California. The Bay Area is like unbelievably and ungodly expensive, especially around the northern part of the bay. Holy cow. Beautiful scenery despite, you know, the poopiness of the streets. And San Quentin sits in what would otherwise be literally billions of dollars worth in real estate. And instead of, you know, tear the prison down and just move it up the road five miles, no, they decided to throw $239 million at creating rehabilitation areas, a learning center, podcast studios. In other words, if I committed a heinous crime and was convicted of that crime by a court of my peers and sentenced to San Quentin, there actually wouldn't be any breaks in the show. We'd be able to do the show strictly from the podcast studios that exist for for criminals to produce their own podcasts. Now, of course, this brings us to the bigger question, what is incarceration for? I'm going to play you a couple more clips of San Francisco's DA and then another clip of Governor Gavin Newsom in suggesting what they think it is. Now, I obviously have some thoughts. I think you probably do as well. TPTP USA.com if you disagree with what you're about to hear, but this is what we're up against here in California, but again against libs and progressives at large around the country. This is the San Francisco DA as a part of that same news story a couple months ago.
News Clip Narrator
Cut 16 saying accountability and humanity are not mutually exclusive, but you can do
San Francisco DA Brooke Jenkins
both things at the same time. And, and we're proving that.
iHeart Radio Announcer
When you think of who would be here celebrating, most people would not think that a district attorney would be one of the people.
News Clip Narrator
But San Francisco DA Brooke Jenkins says she supports providing the resources so inmates can work on themselves and assimilate when they're released.
iHeart Radio Announcer
This is about public safety. So many of the residents here will and should get the opportunity to come back to us outside. And what we want more than anything is for them to come back whole.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
Yeah. So we're going to play the clip from Governor Newsom too, because it ties in very well together. The one thing I want to point out though, here is the residents. Ah, yes, the residents of the Max Facility Incarceration Center. They're just residents. They're not, you know, convicted criminals. Hey, this resident over here in this apartment, AKA cell block, murdered nine different women, killed, chopped up all of their body parts and spread them around i5. But this other resident over here is convict. The terminology that these people use is unbelievable. Anyways, let me play this clip from Governor Newsome and then we'll briefly discuss all of the problems with it.
San Francisco DA Brooke Jenkins
Cut 17 about community safety. It was about, yes, being smart on crime. You can say smart as well as tough on crime. It was not about the old binaries. It was just about pragmatism. It was about dealing with the fundamental fact that 95% of people in this system are going to go back into your neighborhood. And what kind of neighbors do you want them to be? Tens of thousands of people every single year are being released from the system. Up 30 plus thousand every single year. Are they coming back broken? Are they coming back better? Are they coming back more enlivened, more capable? Are they coming back into prison over and over this cycle and over and over and over and over again? We needed to break that cycle.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
Okay, so that is the standpoint that libs in California, really progressives around the country are coming from. Hey, look, we want to be able to rehabilitate folks. Okay, great. I at least understand that argument. The question is whether or not it's a good argument and whether or not it's possible. Governor Newsom mentioned that these people will be Coming back into your neighborhoods. I mean, hopefully not. Hopefully I live in a nicer neighborhood than that. But let's just say, hypothetically that's true. He says, how do you want them to be coming back? Do you want them to be coming back broken? Actually, as a citizen of the general society, yes. Yes, I do. I would like the incarceration system, the prison system, the jail system, whatever they were sentenced to, to break them. That's kind of the point. If you look at anybody who's successfully been able to turn their life around, almost every single case wasn't. Yeah, you know, people were egging me on with my drug problem, with my crime problem, whatever it is. And then one day I just woke up and decided, nah, I want to go the other direction. That is almost never the case. In almost every single instance of somebody who successfully has turned their life around, there is somewhere in that story the I hit rock bottom. It was the ultimate low, the worst possible place I could be. And I decided there was no other trajectory than upward. And that was the catalyst that changed my life. And is that being given to people in our incarceration system at the moment? The way that libs see it now, what deterrence is there for someone to go back into the prison system if, hey, look, I can either make a ton of money here knocking over this jewelry store, but what is the actual risk? I, I go to a place that has a podcast studio where I can just sit on a computer all day and kind of do whatever I want, fart around. What actual incentive is there for somebody to change their life if you take away the opportunity for them to hit rock bottom? And I recognize that doesn't sound like the most charitable view, but it actually is the one that works if the goal is to find the thing that works. If you look at who, who actually turns their life around, it's the people that really, really, really don't want to go back to that place. In other words, if the incarceration system, if the prison system isn't this fluffy, nice. Now, I'm not saying you should treat people beyond extrajudicial punishment. That's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that if prison is way, way, way comfortable where you can, you can sit around, you can play your Xbox or your Game Boy, you can look at pornography on state funded tablets given to you by the taxpayer, and then, ah, you served your time. Wow, nine years just flew by. What is the outlook of that person when they go back to the streets? Is it, well, the risk is kind of a lot. I really, really don't want to go back to prison and therefore I'm going to go ahead and alter the way that I view life and the decisions that I make. Or is it? Printing isn't all that bad. Look, I got this iPad, I've got the world of AI at my fingertips. I can watch any kind of porn that I want from this laptop, this tablet paid for by the taxpayers. And yeah, there's really a. Not a huge risk factor. Yeah, let's go ahead and knock over the jewelry store. And now ideally we don't get caught. We sell all the jewelry for a ton of money. But, you know, worst case scenario. Oh shoot, I gotta start another podcast. What relapsing looks like in crime to me. It seems abundantly apparent that the prison system and the incarceration system should not be solely focused at making the prison experience the most fun, summer campy, high school, tech lab classroom environment that is possible. Instead, it should be tough because what these people did warrants allowing them to hit the rock bottom that actually could be the turning point, pun intended, in their life. But I'm open to thoughts, suggestions, comments, concerns, criticisms. TPTP USA.com just to wrap up the story on the iPads, the tablets being given to prisoners, California, as they've maintained, are not allowing people to go on these lurid websites. But inmates, according to Chris Rufo and City Journal, have been like, when asked if they're able to get around those firewalls, they go, yeah, it is not, it's not hard at all. Towards the bottom of the article, Chris Rufo says this, and this is a quote, what is California doing to stop this abuse? Last month, so in other words, April of 2026, state officials attempted to tighten restrictions on prison tablets by formally banning obscene text messages, sexually explicit images and sexual behavior on video calls. In other words, the program was instituted in 2018. Every single prisoner had a taxpayer funded tablet by 2023, and Governor Newsom had already signed off on giving them new ones. But it wasn't until April 2026 that the state actually said, hey, by the way, you're not allowed to do any of this stuff. And that's assuming that all of that is going to be enforced. I think probably not. But he goes on, this is the last thing we'll read. But death row inmates we interviewed said the prisoners could easily bypass the restrictions. So the question remains, is this the best way of handling convicted criminals in our society? Will it help better their lives, let alone the lives of the general public whose interests the government should be out to protect? Or is this just going to lead to a cush cush lifestyle in which case there's no disincentive to go out and just re offend? Tptbusa.com with your thoughts. Would love to hear them. We got a lot to get to Another Chinese spy Big Fanny back in the news. Going haywire over something that actually is worth discussing in the state of Georgia as well as clip clean out coming up on the show. Tptpc.com is the email address. Would love to hear from you. We will be right back after the break. Don't go away.

Yeah, I would love to be. I wonder if there's a way that we could cut these up so that we can, like, interact with it in real time and be the actual person guessing and then view. We actually probably can do that. Probably be a little bit of work. But I do, I, I, I sit here and watch all of these just like. Yeah, yeah. Can you tell now, just for the record, you can't really tell, generally speaking. I mean, sometimes you can, but always be open for a surprise. Who was it? Was it Paul that emailed us earlier this week that said, after watching my show one time, he said, wow, I was surprised that you were straight and married with kids. Now, I don't know if that I should take that as a compliment, but it is funny and hilarious and kind of, kind of goes to show, can't judge a book by its cover, especially when it comes to how people view the world, which I like that. I like that about, about the country. Anyways. All right. Hey, when there's lots of points to get to, we're actually contractually obligated to get to them. It's called get to the point.
iHeart Radio Announcer
Get to the point. Get to the point.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
I'm gonna try my best during this story to not get myself in trouble. Trouble by accidentally breaking out into the accent. A man convicted of running. This is from Politico. Remember, this is just like the week of Chinese spies. And they. This probably is not, probably not coincidence that this is all happening while Trump was in China. Man convicted of running secret Chinese spy outpost in New York City. Not going to attempt to pronounce his name. 64, was convicted on Wednesday in Brooklyn Federal court. Is acting as an illegal foreign agent for China by running a secret Chinese police outpost in Manhattan's Chinese Times Square. This is one of those things that's. Man, there's so much to discuss here that I think we probably just don't have time to. But the secret Chinese prisons that are going on in our country are crazy, right? These are like, it's kind of like what the Europeans are seeing with, like, Sharia law, police, but, like, happening here in the United States. China is paying for people in the United States. Chinese spies, citizens, actors, on behalf of the Chinese foreign government are effectively running Their own internal prisons where they have like jail cells and capture people who are supposed to be doing the bidding of China who aren't to the extent that the Chinese government is happy with and just locking them away in their own prisons. This guy was also convicted of obstructing justice by deleting text messages that contained orders from Beijing to silence, harass and intimidate pro democracy dissonance. Though he was acquitted on a related conspiracy charge. Uh, let's see. He established the outpost in 2022 with the direction of Chinese Ministry of Public Security, operating it out of an office shared with the American Association Chengli association, under the banner of it doesn't matter. Kind of just a bunch of words floating around, that's all. All you need to know is that this was being done on American soil to people in America. Now, legally or not, I'm not entirely sure, but obviously this is illegal. Whether or not they're in the country legally, I'm not entirely sure. But this guy looks like he was here legally, I think it looks like, and was running a prison inside the United States of America on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party. Whoa. How much is that happening? How much is. How much are we aware of it happening? I again, hopefully all these people are brought to justice who are doing this sort of stuff. Speaking of those being brought to justice, you won't be see injustice if Big Fanny Willis is the is in charge of whether or not justice will be served. Big Fanny made headlines when she decided to indict a former president on pun intended, trumped up charges in Georgia regarding the 2020 election. She's the one that gets us the mug shot that I think raised President Trump. I don't know, a bagajillion dollars probably somewhere around there. Uh, well, she's back in the news as she is threatening to sue over Georgia's new law that would remove party labels in Atlanta area elections. Governor Brian Kemp sued a bill requiring nonpartisan elections for most local officials in the five most populated atlant populous Atlanta area counties, including Fulton, de Cob, Clayton, Cobb and Gwinnett. Now, okay, so what does that mean? What is actually quite interesting, Local elections are almost always nonpartisan because they shouldn't be. Right. You shouldn't attach. You shouldn't need to attach a party to folks. Now, I say that knowing full well that that helps conservatives in a lot of cases in the city that I live. I know that I think, think four out of the five are. Are conservatives. They, they're. They're like staunch conservatives, which Makes me happy and excited. Uh, but they probably wouldn't get elected if they had a big R by their name. So in other words, nonpartisan races, yes, generally benefit conservatives, but at the same time, it just makes sense because local politics should be local. Right? They shouldn't have any national implications who the president is or who your city council person voted for. I guess it matters in a way, if that matters to you. But at the same time, you should be looking at how they're running your local municipality. Is it good, is it bad? That's what should matter. For whatever reason, Atlanta area counties have started putting or were putting partisan labels on their elections, which obviously has a huge slant that probably favored a bunch of libs. All Georgia is trying to do is say, hey, local elections should be based on local things. It shouldn't be based on the national mood or whatever. Just go ahead and put the person's name up there. And people like that person shouldn't matter what party there is. If they seem to be running effectively, it should be, yeah, it seems to be fine. Georgia. Georgia says, hey, go ahead and remove those from the local stuff. Not talking about, like, Congress, not talking about, you know, anything massive. But that's the norm. The norm is nonpartisan races in these local municipalities. And Big Fanny, among many other people, are very, very, very, very upset about this. She calls it, quote, a blatant attempt by conservatives to give their candidates an edge in lib counties by hiding their party affiliation from voters. Uh, you mean it gives reasonable people a shot because it's a local election and they should be judged on their local opinions, not the opinions that national politics would inject themselves into. Yeah, okay. Cry harder, Big Fanny don't seem to care. Uh, speaking of people crying harder and actually an interesting, interesting couple folks who are on the side of this that you probably wouldn't think. You'd probably be surprised about this from the Hill. The Senate unanimously advances resolution suspending senators pays during shutdown on Wednesday. Earlier this week, the Senate unanimously voted to advance a resolution sponsored by Senator John Kennedy, the wildly old senator from Louisiana, to suspend senators pay during a government shutdown. I think I asked Ted Cruz about this. Hey, why, why? Why are you guys getting paid still? Or at least I think I asked for a prorated tax exemption during a government shutdown. I made a big stink about that last year. It was, what, a 46 day, 42 day government shutdown, and I still had to pay for all 42 of those days. I feel like I should have gotten a 8i and you should have gotten an 8% or whatever percentage of the days of the year that was

reprieve reimbursement even, because I, I did not get the full government that I paid for. Um, but anyways, everybody agrees on this, including like Senator Schumer was like, yeah, this makes a lot of sense. Um, I think both sides see that the, the whole government shutdown thing is stupid and it doesn't make any sense. So they're trying to do away with senators continuing to get paid during the shutdown. I am pro this, but also let us know tptp USA.com for some reason that you're not pro this. In other words, wrong. I'm just kidding. TBT tbsa.com is the email. Speaking of ridiculous and stupid, the fact that this is even a headline kind of proves ridiculousness and stupidness. Immigration authorities detain a former Kansas mayor and former Kansas mayor, meaning that he resigned after he was arrested for the. This like he was a current Kansas City mayor. So it's misleading here. This not guy, this guy's like, isn't like, ooh, you know, he's out of the public limelight. No, he was, he resigned. In other words, he's a former mayor as of like yesterday. Uh, but immigration authorities detained former freaking AP Coldwater Kansas Mayor Joe Caballeros on Wednesday after he admitted during a citizenship application process that he had voted in elections despite being a legal permanent resident and not a US citizen. 55 year old was brought from the US from Mexico to the US from Mexico at age 4. Resigned as mayor in, in December. Okay, so maybe he resigned a little bit earlier after facing charges of voting illegally. Okay, so, so he knew that this was coming and then he resigned. It's not like he was like, oh, this, this guy served as mayor, you know, five years ago. No, no, no. He resigned because of this. Associated Press. Um, let's see. He pleaded guilty in April to misdemeanors in a deal with the Kansas City Attorney General. But now ICE is getting involved and he could be deported. Nah, shucks. You hate to see, you hate to see people that upend our election process feel the repercussions of upending our election process. Speaking of upending, what we think about anything this, golly, this is going to be a big, big, big problem if this continues. This from CBS News. AI apparently fabricating citations in biomedical studies research finds. Remember that case, I believe it was out of Pennsylvania where like a doctor's help app was putting out actual real credentials. Like, I am a licensed doctor. And it was just a chat bot. And so now the state of Pennsylvania at large is effectively suing that company. But this seems to be just as bad. Artificial intelligence, according to cbs, is fabricating references to medical research that does not exist, according to a recent audit of millions of biomedical papers. Researchers found the fourth 4,000 citations to non existent or bogus studies were used as part of an ongoing problem that has grown 12 fold over the last three years and spans nearly 3,000 academic papers. Okay, so AI is just making stuff up, which is kind of a problem. Hey, let's cut it off there. There's probably more to say on this, but tptpc.com is the email address. If you'd like to send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, criticisms. Because I want to leave time to get to as many of the clips as we possib can in this week's clip Clean out coming up right after the break. Don't go away.

Right now. It's all we do can and we got to band together and we got to fight together. And we've got to demonstrate that we're not going back. We're not going back. There will be no second coming of Jim Crow. There will be no second coming of reconstruction. There will be no second coming of taking away the rights that we fought for, for that we died for. But that only happens when we are informed, prepared, mobilized, and we vote.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
All right, a lot to be said here, but I guess main thing is, hey, old folks, go ahead and write your speech down. You can't wing it. You're past the prime of being able to wing it. Like, I'm gonna give a speech here and what is, what's the Jim Crow? We're going back to Jim Crow. I mean, no, we're not. We're not going back to Jim Crow because we need integrity. I mean, obviously, the ridiculous comparisons to the Supreme Court saying, hey, you can't be racist to. Oh, no, that means, that means Jim Crow is back. That's obviously ridiculous. But I think broader than that there. Go ahead. A lib rep. Troy Carter, go ahead and write your speech down. There you go. All right. Hey, each and every week when we have clips to get to, we got to clean out the clip. Clean out. So it's, it's time for the clip cleanup.
iHeart Radio Announcer
Cleaning out the clips. We didn't use this Week, it's the clip clean out.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
All right, first one up. I was upset with myself and with the show as, remember, I think, what was it yesterday, Tuesday, Wednesday, whatever day was, I talked about the fact that I'm changing the course and direction of the internal workings of this show and I will be berating the staff. So not only am I disappointed in myself, but I'm furious that we need with everybody who works here that we did not get to this particular clip over the course of this week. This is, uh, I, I, I don't want to joke because I don't want to, you know, Pastor aoc, that's, that's, there's the joke. Obviously. It's a, you know what I'm saying? Here's AOC going quote, unquote, preaching. Breitbart News says absolute Pablo at Raphael Sended, Raphael Wardog's church down there in Georgia. This cut six.

Okay, lots of things going on here. Kind of picked up the black Southern accent at church. And also not wrong. Right? Like, okay, wait, that's what we think. Why are you saying what we think? Right, like, yes, there is no government entity that can take away the inalienable rights bestowed onto us by our creator, which include life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, among other things. We, we hold these truths to be self evident. Correct, but also coming from aoc. Uh, uh, okay. Aren't you guys the ones who are trying to dictate from a governor a perch of more and more and more government, more and more power and more control. I, yeah, Odd. Okay, thanks, aoc. Also, work on the accent. It isn't quite black pastry enough, but I believe in you. All right. Speaking of Senator Warnock, this from. All right, just, just play the clip and we'll discuss if we even need to cut 7.
Political Commentator
People everyday, people know that the system is stacked against them. They know it in their bones. And they, they don't always have the words, you know, that we want to use.
San Francisco DA Brooke Jenkins
They know it.
Public.com Legal Disclaimer
Do they feel like they can change it?
Political Commentator
They feel it. Yeah, I think, I think that's that, you know, some, you know, that's the thing. Do people feel empowered to change it? And I do think that there are a lot of people who feel powerless, which is why they signed up for Donald Trump, you asked me that question earlier. Let me ask you answer it more directly. I think that there are people, and I do think it's overstated Donald Trump didn't have this whole huge slew of black men voting for them. I think part of that was a game they played during the election in 24. I think they were trying to create a permission structure, a bandwagon so people would. Would jump on it.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
But.
Political Commentator
But they were not. There were no overwhelming. It was one is too many. But there were no overwhelming numbers of black men voting for Donald Trump.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
Wow. One is too many. That seems very tolerant and accepting of people who may have different beliefs than you do based on their race for whatever reason. Again, it's just that that Thomas Sowell quote, I guess I should memorize the Thomas Sowell quote of racism is effectively dead, except for kept alive by the race hustlers like Senator Warnock there. Yeah, one is to one black person voting for President Trump is too many. And then to go on and say, yeah, you know, is they were just gaslighting everybody, telling people that black men are moving towards Trump. Yeah, okay, sure. The New York Times Ipsos poll or the ABC Ipsos poll, the New York Times polling that all came out that said, holy cow, President Trump is doing actually surprisingly well against black men. They were in bed with Donald Trump in order to gaslight other black men to see the light. I guess jump on over to the conservative side of the aisle, because that is the side of sanity. That's what was happening. Senator Warnock, good luck with that thought. You know, we're back to the. If, if your enemy is punching themselves in the face, do you stop them, rhetorically speaking? Obviously. All right, let's see. I'm not, I haven't seen this one, but this is from that quack that got expelled from the Tennessee legislature and then was pushed back in and then led an insurrection. That's what I saw the other day when Tennessee redistricted because the Supreme Court said, hey, you don't need to district based on race. One of the guys who led the insurrection hears him talking about whatever he's talking about, about cut 8.
Political Activist
What we saw yesterday in the state of Tennessee was a political lynching. It is very much an era of retribution that we are entering into in the United States of America across the south, where 12 to 20 United States House seats that are black majority are at risk of being taken away. And nearly 200 seats for state House members and state Senate members are likely to be taken away by the rise of white supremacy and its attempt to solidify its power on behalf of the biggest white supremacist in the United States of America, which is the president of the United States. In this particular moment, we all have to stand up, speak up, and fight back from whatever positions we have in every part of this country at the state house, in the governor's mansions. We need to be advocating and fighting and resisting, because what just happened in Tennessee was the largest and the most swift disenfranchisement of black people that we have seen in at least a century.
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
Okay, so just let me translate that into, like, normal people terms. The supreme court said, hey, the voting rights act didn't give libs a sword to redistrict based on race. In other words, you can't be racist when it comes to districting. And so a bunch of states go, oh, yeah, wait, the libs have been very racist when it comes to districting. They're like, collecting all of these black people in various pockets and pushing them all together. Electorally speaking, the district looks crazy. It's like this weird kind of maisie snake thing. I don't know. It's like the maze from the goblet of fire in Harry Potter. That's what the district looks like. But, yeah, we're gonna go ahead and not do that because that doesn't represent this actual group of people kind of in this local geographic area. And we're doing that because of white supremacy. Okay, thank you, Justin. Appreciate the thoughts and concerns. Let's get to one more. Let's play. Let's play cut 10. Producer Glenn, because I wanted to get to that one. Cut, cut 10.

there's the. Let's leave it on here. That's. That's a fun one. She says that. Yeah. It doesn't matter if drug encampments infested with needles and hobos, not hobo meth heads, effectively, which I realize I'm conflating the two drugs. You don't do methods through a needle. That's usually heroin, but you get what I'm saying. Drug addicts. It doesn't matter if their tent is 10ft away from the school. And in woke Los Angeles. Booed out of the room. She didn't actually leave. She continued whatever this event was, but it doesn't matter. Drug enclavements are cleared out at all. It's just it. They're still going to do drugs. Okay, so how about a situation where we don't allow that to happen, or at least make it easier? Just a thought from a guy who lives here. All right. Hey TBT. TBSA.com is the email address. Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
I, I have complex thoughts on this that I probably don't have time to get into into entirely. Uh, but this is one of those like yeah, hey, you know, some rules are okay, like you're not being able to drink and literally drink while driving. That's probably fine. The seat belt thing is probably insurance company thing. Uh, that's probably an argument for or against, you know, if you don't like driving with a seatbelt, I guess that's fine. You should probably be required to put your kids in a seat belt nonetheless. But that's probably a, an argument against single payer health care because again the second, the second single payer health care becomes a thing, I will be on the throne dictating what people can and can't do based on their risk elements as I, the taxpayer will be paying for them. You can't, you have to wear a seatbelt. You can't ride motorcycles anymore. Big Mac, somebody slapping those out of people's hands.
Martha Stewart
Yes,
Joe Bob (Main Podcast Host)
there are, there are some good rules, right? Being, being in a free society doesn't mean you get to do whatever you want. Especially when you have the possibility of killing an entire family drunk on the road because you're drinking a beer while driving your truck and and should also need to speak English be able to drive a semi truck. Another thing. All right, hey, too much time Spent here. Let's. You know, the thoughts we have this week aren't. They don't warrant this zinger coming up, but since we have it, we're gonna play it. It's wiser by the week. That's a little highfalutin for this. Hey, so the one thing that I want to bring up, talk about for a minute or two, not more than that. Cause it doesn't necessarily need to be. Golly, can we get through 2026 before we jump to 2028? Yes, there will be another presidential election. Yes, conservatives will nominate somebody. Yes, there we have a deep bench. That is a good problem to have. But the idea of bickering between Vance and Rubio, who's going to be next? Are they fighting amongst each other? Should they be fighting amongst each other? Playing into that is playing in to what the libs want. The libs want the admin to be divided over political aspirations. Every time JD gets to a microphone, it happened yesterday. He's asked, well, what do you think about the 2028 election? What do you think about Rubio running? And he goes, look, the last thing I want to talk about is that I want to talk about the governance that we were elected to do, why we're here in the first place. And then the next porter will ask, hey, what do you think about Ruby, dude? Yes, it's going to be competitive. Yeah, it's going to be. You know, hopefully it's not. Not pretty, but that's the likely reality of it. But right now, there's no need to get into that. And all of the conservatives online that are weighing in, talking about JD and Rubio in 2028, can we just get through the freaking midterms first before we start tearing ourselves apart? Conservatives, for all of their great attributes, one of the biggest ones is like, taking the bait from the libs. When the libs ask a question that is intentionally to cause division amongst ourselves, you don't need to take the bait just because. Oh, it's a lot of clicks there. I don't know how wise that makes us or me or the right collectively as a. As a less and less cohesive union unit. But I don't know. Just chill. Just chill on that. It doesn't seem to be that crazy. Out of question. All right. Hey, mailbag is coming up after the break. Needless to say he eventually got caught and got more time. Yeah, but the fact that they're able to do that is crazy. Um, let's see other comments coming in. We don't necessarily need to play this because I think the the audience understands. This is a short video that we posted from Steve Hilton run for governor in California and it says this exposing the $425 billion one of the billions of dollars of frauds and it says why? Why didn't new scum. I don't think that's how you spell it. Anna make it illegal to investigate fraud. That's a good question. He should have done that. That would have helped him out quite a bit. Gene says this the only thing necessary for triumph to evil is good people to do nothing. Gene I actually believe that is an Edmund Burke saying. I also could be wrong if I AM Correct me. Tptbusa.com James says this on the topic of California fraud. The gentleman is speaking truth. Wtf? Where is the money? Sparky says shocking. A critical, fast-paced breakdown of current American headlines through the lens of skeptical conservative commentary: California’s prison reform and tech-in-prison scandal, Chinese espionage on U.S. soil, election law changes in Georgia, the fallout over senators’ pay during government shutdowns, voting integrity, AI’s intrusion into research, and culture war clips. Host Joe Bob blends sharp humor, incredulity, and pointed political challenges, prompting the audience to consider whose interests public policies serve.
