The final episode ever of the Late show with Stephen Colbert airs tonight. And actually, we should probably take a look at the direction that CBS is going. The super interesting host and the even more interesting way that he's putting the show on the air. Also, non citizens, should they vote? Spoiler alert. No. But one lib who was on the electoral hot seat is saying eh, this may help me out Turns out the fake Somali crime was actually real Somali crime. More fraudsters doing fraud are sentenced for doing fraud and new investigations opening up to the fraud. And speaking of frauds, the libs have released their autopsy as to why they lost. The reasons that they've come to find will shock you. Actually, it might shock you in the fact that, holy cow, did they really not know this? All that more coming up on the show tonight. My name is Joe. Bob. Thanks so much for tuning in. Show starts right now. I actually have quite a bit of optimism for the new direction that CBS is taking. So one from like a, you know, new host seems like an interesting guy to say the least. Two from the direction that that new host is taking. Three, from the business angle of it, which we'll get into in just a second. And then four, the fact that he's a comedian and a billionaire, which is something that I hope to one day be. But before we get to that story, I Gotta remind you, tptpusa.com is the email address. Please send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. All are welcome. TPT@TBSA.com also go follow us on any of the social media platforms. Just type in Jobo. You'll be able to pretty much find us anywhere that you have social media. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X. All of the other ones that I can't think of off the top of my head. I've been saying for she's about over a year now. I got to get the like the track remembered. Got to memorize the track of all the social media and I just never do it. Just type in job you'll be to find us pretty much anywhere. Any email is tptposa.com Today's All Star email comes in the form of a new name suggestion for the mayor of New York City. The Islamic Ugandan communist. Mom's dummy. Okay, that's good. That is allegedly attributed to Michael Savage. I cannot confirm that, but that is what this emailer said. So if you have any suggestions on how to pronounce that guy's name again, Let us know. TPT USA.com As I mentioned, the Late show, which David letterman ran for 33 years and Stephen Colbert has been running for the last 11 years, comes to a close. It's not Stephen Colbert getting kicked off of the airwaves. Technically it is. But it's also the end of the Late Show. For obvious financial reasons, CBS decided to pull pull the plug. And despite all of the overwhelming evidence that yes, this is a financial decision, libs aren't Accepting that as an option, here is what Democracy now, which I guess is a website that also does a new show, said why? Effectively alluding to or implying why Stephen Colbert was pulled from the airwaves or in actuality his contract wasn't renewed this
iHeart Radio Announcer
cut 15 its cancellation came even though Colbert was consistently the top rated late night host. Last July, CBS cited financial reasons for canceling the Late show as CBS parent company Paramount sought the Trump administration's support for an $8 billion merger with Skydance. And after Trump repeatedly called for Colbert to be fired.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Yeah, so they got the okay for that completely separately from canceling the Late Show. One of the reasons that they didn't include in that little piece there that the Late show was canceled was it lost $40 million a year, which is a lot of money. You know, we've talked about this a number of times before, but just to reiterate, $40 million a year in the, in the red is not a good business strategy. And also cbs, you know, cares. I will do it for half. I will lose $20 million a year on a show as long as they pay me half of what they're paying. Bottom line is it is a terrible business decision to keep that sort of show on the air. Now the question is, okay, well what are they going to do to replace it? And there's been a lot of buzz around who's going to replace it and who is going to replace it is interesting. And, and also how he's replacing it is very interesting guy by the name of Byron Allen, who you may have heard of, you may not have, is a comedian and he's been billed as a comedian in the lead up to him replacing Stephen Colbert on the show. They announced this a couple of months ago. What I didn't know is that Byron Allen is the head of Allen Media, which is an organization that he started, which is an allen somewhere between 5 and $8 billion company, I always thought. Okay, so they're, they're bringing in a new comedian. Fine. Same old, same old. Turns out he, yes, is a comedian who came up through comedy into the media and entertainment scope, but also was a very, very, very savvy business person. Now you can roll your eyes at his, you know, alleged political affiliation. I tend to be a little bit more generous with my analysis of people's party registration, especially at that level. Yes, he's a registered lib, but at the same time, somebody who is that good at business, I fail to believe buy into all of the woke nonsense. Here's a clip of Again, this, this is a comedian taking over the late night spot at cbs, talking about some of his business dealings when he bought 11, just under 11% of the stars Network. Here's him explaining that to the Breakfast Club, who's not a conservative bastion at all. But tell me if this guy sounds like a Woke Crazy Lib. Cut 16.
Byron Allen
Steve Mnuchin used to be my banker before he got into politics. He was the treasury secretary. And I saw that he owned 11%, just under 11%, and I called him up and I said, hey, do you want to own this stake in Stars? It's publicly traded. And he said, you know, because I said, are you willing to sell it? He said, not at these prices. And I said, well, I didn't give you a price. I just asked you a question. Are you willing to sell it? He said, let me think about it. He called me back, he said, I'll sell it for 25 million. I said, no problem, let's do it. We'll close tomorrow. So I bought it and it was a key move because it's hard to buy close to 11% of a company without driving up the price because you're buying so many shares. So I was able to get it done quietly and under the radar.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Okay, so in entertainment, all his life registered as a live. I kind of understand that, but clearly a very, very savvy business person. In other words, again, that the chances of this guy buying into like the woke crazy nonsense, uh, you know, do I like his politics? Probably not. But at least it doesn't seem like he's a total crazy person, as most of the late night show hosts are. But being a savvy businessman is actually, I think, the most interesting part of this new takeover of the late night show spot on cbs. Okay, so generally speaking, and as is the case with the late night show and pretty much all of the other late night shows, the network funds the production of a TV content product. And then that TV product is put on the air and the cycle kind of repeats. They decide how we're going to fund production. They produce the show, they air the show, they reap the benefits of all the advertising dollars. And that's just kind of how the business flows and circulates. But there's also a different way that is currently being used by Byron Allen and his media company. Instead of CBS producing the show in house, Byron Allen and his company have effectively leased that time from cbs. In other words, for an undisclosed amount, they've purchased the hour on network television and will provide the programming and therefore obviously reap the benefits of any advertising dollars, any revenue that's going to come in. In other words, Byron Allen and his company was are taking the majority of the risk. CBS to their benefit, they don't have to shell out $50 million a year with the potential of losing that money. They just get to go, hey, we have this hour. We're currently losing $50 million a year. You'll buy it for X, which an undisclosed amount. We don't know how much the Allen Media company is paying for that time slot. But to cbs, sure, that sounds good. That sounds like guaranteed revenue. And here's what's interesting about that. When asked about what the show is going to be like, the guy who has the most to lose, the guy who's taking on all of the risk, Byron Allen, who's also going to host the evening slot, said this cut 17,
Byron Allen (Continued)
a lot of eyes are going to be on your programming to see, well, what are the political leanings? What can they read into it? Because it became a subject of controversy relative to. So you say, in other words, you want to quote mj, you want to sell sneakers to everybody.
Byron Allen
Yes. This is like, we don't need the politics. I don't care who you vote for. I don't care. I'm here to make people laugh. You're going to vote who you're going to vote for. No matter what I say doesn't matter. It's not my business. Not my business. Do what you do. So I'm here to make you laugh.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
First things first. That is the accurate assessment of what late night network TV should be. Remember, it's the public's airwaves and those big network corporations lease it effectively from us. They need a license from the federal government because they err on airwaves that we the people own. So every single approach should be like, I don't care about politics. I'm here to entertain. I'm here to make people laugh. So one, that's just the correct approach to take. But two, remember, he's the guy who's incurring all of the risk. In other words, if he thought getting political was a good idea, he would do it. That Democracy now piece said, well, Stephen Colbert was routinely ranked number one. So clearly that means it's a political decision. Okay? Yeah, but being number one amongst the late night talk show hosts while losing $50 million a year is kind of like, I don't know, winning a race in against a bunch of amputees. No offense to any of the amputees who might be watching, but I don't know how much of it is worth it is to celebrate being number one of a substantially declining industry. All I'm trying to say here is this. He has made the calculated risk, one, to buy the spot from CBS and two, in order to protect his investment, he will not go political at all. Which is what everybody on those networks should be doing. I mean, it's not what we do here because we obviously have a perspective and our business model is different. But at the same time, everybody on those networks that get their licenses from us, the people should take the apolitical approach. And he's putting his money where his mouth is saying, I think this is the best money making opportunity. Him saying that with all of his chips and on the table, all of his money on the line. The only other thing that's interesting about this is depending on how this works, it could open up several new doors. Conservatives have not been shy about complaining about how we've been locked out of many of the mainstream media network tv, I mean, you got like abc, NBC, cbs, any of the late night show there, There are zero conservatives at the forefront of any of those shows. And if this works, if Byron Allen and his company can effectively lease the hour from a network TV company and financially make it sustainable, well, then we can do it too. Now, I know I may sound contradictory and maybe it is just a little bit. I know I just said that the whole approach to late night TV should be completely apolitical, keep politics out of it. Uh, but at the same time, if we want to make inroads as conservatives, maybe if this model is effective, there's an opportunity for conservatives to get together to have the money in order to lease time from NBC and not necessarily beat people over the head with conservative ideals, but it maybe have a little bit more of a conservative bent that is completely lacking anywhere on network tv. If Byron Allen and his company purchasing an hour from CBS works financially, maybe we can get some investors together and do the same exact thing. Maybe Steve Mnuchin might have some money to throw around. Which by the way, if you didn't catch that, uh, Byron Allen's banker was Steve Mnuchin who served in the Trump administration. So the idea that he's like this hardcore lib, yeah, sure, he probably is playing the Hollywood part, but I'd be pretty curious to see how he feels about things behind closed doors. All in all, it is an end of an era. Sure, I guess, uh, I guess that's sad in its own way, but I like Letterman. I don't like his politics. Stephen Colbert is a little less likable, but at the same time, there's something new coming and I am fascinated to see how it works. TPTP USA.com if you have any interesting commentary. Do you think this sort of approach will work? Do you think there's going to be a good financial return for going completely apolitical and, you know, buying now? It's a fascinating business strategy, at least from where I'm sitting. I'm curious to see if you think same TPT tpusa.com is the email address. We'll be right back after the break. Getting to the point, the libs have announced why they lost the 2024 election and their findings will shock you. Unless, of course, you haven't been living under a rock for the last several years, it might not shock you. Tptbusa.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.

This is the race they're gonna run against him. It's gonna culture war race. They're going to use that sort of, sort of blunt. Elaine. He thinks he is carved out around his Christian faith and his interpretation of Christianity. I think it's going to be effective. You know, I guess one of his statements was something like, it's not clear if Jesus or God was a man or a woman or he contains both masculinity and femininity. That's going to be a problem in, in Texas and it's going to be a problem for a lot of Christian voters, whether you're Latino, black or white. They don't agree with that interpretation of the faith and of Christianity. And so I think, you know, he's a vulnerable candidate in Texas.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Oh, there's a lot there to unpack. They're obviously talking about James Talarico, the definitely not gay, definitely guy who has a definitely real girlfriend who's not imaginary or fake running in Texas. Now first things first, I'm one of two minds. Yes, she's absolutely 100% right. And two, I don't know if I want them to notice that I'm totally fine with libs being completely ignorant as to why they lost, which we'll get to in just a quick second as the, the libs have released their findings in their years long investigation as to why Kamala Harris is not the President of the United States. So, okay, so I, she's absolutely right. And there's a part of me that hopes they don't realize it. But then two, she says something at the very end that I think is, is fascinating. And I, I'm not entirely. I got a noodle through how to take that. She says he's a vulnerable candidate. He has a lib running in Texas. It's not like he's like the incumbent in like, you know, Washington or California. And oh, is this a vulnerable seat? No, he's, he's a lib running in a state that hasn't elected a statewide lib in I don't know how long. So I don't know if that's a good thing that they think that, ooh, this is like one of the seats is like a sure thing. Cause that's, that's what that implies. Saying that this candidate is vulnerable implies that you assume that you're gonna win that seat. That's a bad assumption. I don't know if that's good or bad that they assume that they're going to win it. What I'd hope. And, and maybe, maybe this is being super optimistic. What I'd hope is that the libs spend a jillions of dollars on the definitely not gay, definitely guy who has a real girlfriend running in Texas because I think he'll lose. And if they waste like hundreds of million dollars of their war chest on that race, that means that the other races aren't getting anywhere near the attention and good for us. Sorry, that's a little horse racy electoral politics, but I find that stuff interesting. Tptpusa.com if you think me not as interesting. But what is interesting to me at least is this. And again folks, hold on to your seats here because after we play this little get to the point jingle, I am going to rock your world. It's going to be a roller coaster of emotions. Unless of course you have two brain cells to rub together, in which case it's going to be the most obvious thing you've ever heard in your life. It's time to get to the point. Point. Get to the point.
Karen Bass
Get to the point.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
The autopsy of the autopsy headline from CNN. How the DNC's 2024 post mortem turned into a crisis. That's actually interesting. That's actually a bigger article for a more expansive topic here. But effectively DNC chair Ken Martin, who by the way, straight, white, male. Not a good look, libs. Not a good look. You really, really want an immigrant, black, transgender, lesbian to be the head of your party. That's, you know, I'm, I'm questioning if way they, they even believe what they're saying with that Ken Martin. God. Um, anyways, he commissioned an after action review, effectively an autopsy of the loss that Kamala Harris suffered in 2024. It's 196 page document that we haven't had time to go through the entire thing, but we kind of got the nuts and bolts of it. I could have told you in five sentences, right? Like it didn't take 196 pages, months of research into this to try and figure out why Kamala Harris lost the election. Um, she's a terrible candidate running after a terrible president who with terrible policies. That wasn't even. That was one sentence. That was one sentence with three main points to it. And I, I just effectively explained what the problem was. But actually it gets worse. And I think this is why CNN is digging into the autopsy of. The autopsy of this
Political Commentator
one.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
They. They. There's a bunch of just total chaos with inside the libs in their minds, like, well, you should release this report. And. And you know, the top lids are like, I don't know if we want to release this report. And there's a bunch of infighting going on. Finally, they released the report. And the port of report effectively criticizes the Biden administration of handily of issues like immigration while avoiding several divisive topics such as Biden's decision to run again and the impact of the wars in the Middle East. Re. Again, took. Took a crack team of investigators to dig that one up. Hold on. You mean that avoiding the idea that Joe Biden's brain didn't work was a problem for libs? Like I said, hold onto your seats, fasten your seatbelts, ladies and gentlemen. This is gonna floor you. Hand. You mean hand. The handling of the immigration was a problem for the admin. Holy cow. No way. This is what I think is actually super interesting. And again, this is where I. It. It's one of those things where it's wrong, but I'm okay with them being wrong in this circumstance because if they were to realize their problems, they might correct them and we might lose. The autopsy concludes that the Biden admin failed to adequately boost Kamala Harris earlier, particularly on immigration, and notes that Harris underperformed other candidates in key states. Um, so that. That the last part is right. She. She was kind of usher. Remember, the party of democracy held a bunch of different primaries for president over the last several elections that completely eliminated any of the democratic process. They just said, no, no, Hillary Clinton, here is your crown as the nominee. And then they did. Kamala Harris, you go for it. Now, granted, none of the other big libs wanted to run at that point. Biden had stayed in so long that, like Newsom and Shapiro and Pritzker were all like, shoot, no, we're going to lose. We're going to lose 40 states, which they did effectively lose. Uh, we don't want that. So they kind of pushed Kamala to begin with. But again, it's. None of the people got any sort of say, so they're right on that part. But the idea that the admin had failed to adequately boost Kamala Harris, that is. That is as wrong as wrong gets. What you're saying is that if Kamala Harris had more time in the public spotlight, it would have been better for her. Remember, like, our entire political strategy was give this woman a Microphone, say whatever you want. You want to come on any open invitation, any platform conservatives have, please come on the show, because the more you talk, the dumber you look. But their conclusion is now they. They failed to adequately boost her sooner. They should have got her out there sooner. What that, that was. That was her biggest problem. That's like saying, like, oh, hey, I, I, I, I shot a nail gun into my foot. What do you think the problem is here? Well, because you didn't shoot two nail guns into your foot. You should have done that. No, no, I, that's not the best analogy. But you understand what I'm saying, that if that is the conclusion that the libs have come to, I am, I welcome it with open arms because that means they might try it again. You know what? Yeah. As if we're going to learn anything from this autopsy. I'm speaking as a lib to the libs. We should put common layers out there sooner. 2028, Kamala Harris needs to be forefront, center, center stage everywhere at the beginning of 2028, the. The very front end of the 2028 elections, Kamala Harris needs to be front and center. And remember, if, if we do that, we have a chance of winning. At least that's how I hope libs picture things. All right, so let's see. Speaking of libs and their inability to recognize what is hindering their electoral ability, uh, this from Minnesota. Woman at the center of the sprawling at Minnesota fraud case gets nearly 42 years prison sentence. Uh, Amy Bach, who, not Somali, by the way, the former leader of the Minnesota nonprofit Feeding Our Future, was sentenced to 42 years in prison for her central role in the $250 million fraud scheme involving federal pandemic relief funds. There's a lot of Somalis underneath her, but she effectively emboldened all of the Somali fraudsters. And to kind of wrap up the tease that I had at the beginning of that, the leering academy, which is not related to this story specifically, but the leering institute of leering that Nick Shirley made famous in January of this year. And a bunch of the libs say, no, this is a legitimate facility now that the people over there got charged too. So the libs called that fraud scandal. Not a real fraud scandal. It was fake. But turns out what they were saying was fake because an indictment has come down. Now, it'll be really interesting to kind of see the appeals process here as it relates to one Amy Block. Amy Bach, the Feeding our Futures ringleader, effectively. But prosecutors described Feeding Our Future as the cash Pipeline for a bunch of the fraudulent folks and their kickbacks. Amy Bach may make an appearance later on in the show. Actually, let me, let me say this now so I don't forget it. I think we have a clip of Ilhan Omar, Congresswoman D. Minnesota, coming up later. But in an interview before the sentencing, I think this is earlier this week, Amy Bach was like, there's no way that Congressman Omar did not know about this. We stole a quarter of a billion dollars. There's no way she didn't know. How is she? Is she functionally, is she so stupid that she just missed it? Like she said that in this Amy Bach person said that. So anyways, we'll see if she makes comeback later on in the show when we talk about Ilhan Omar. But speaking of folks aligned with Omar Zam, Danny Morhani, the Islamic Ugandan socialist communists in New York City. According to the California Post, which is the New York Post, depending on where you live in the country needs six and a half billion more in savings. With a 5050 shot, AI soon tanks the NYC economy. So one of the biggest issues with AI is that I think it's going to functionally disrupt a lot of the urban centers that are big, big blue areas. And I don't know how that pans out. So for example, like, you know, Silicon Valley, one of the most expensive places to live in the world. New York City, one of the most expensive places to live in the world, highly driven by tech. And the question is whether or not AI is going to eliminate all of that wealth. What happens if it does? And you know, do those people then move elsewhere and take their politics with them? Which is, which would be bad. But, but I think basically AI is going to impact all of those places more than it's going to impact, you know, rural Kansas where people have, you know, more blue collar jobs and don't depend on AI. Actually, I have a friend, one of my good friends is in Texas and he says he gets calls constantly. He runs a, but a pest control company and he says he gets calls five times a day, every single day of AI people trying to like sell him their product. And again, rural community in Texas does this pest control business and he gets calls every day from people wanting to inquire about his pest control business. And he says at least once a day I get somebody who calls and says, oh my gosh, thank God I'm talking to a real person and not some AI bot. Which just makes me think that he's going to be fine. People in rural America they're going to be fine. Zam Danny Hootenanny, who is has a population that's heavily, heavily dependent on technology, AI is going to 50, 50 shot as they're saying. The comptroller is effectively saying 50, 50 shot. This takes us all, all out financially also to the way he squared the budget. I don't want to get into that right now. But they, they basically did some accounting tricks. Remember, Zam Danny needed to balance the budget and he came out the other day and says, we've done it, we've balanced the budget. Now they didn't as a bunch of accounting shenanigans that they pulled. So not really happening there. Speaking of people from different countries as Zam Danny is Trump admin adds 82 immigration judges in renewed focus on the border. I think I've been saying this for the last couple weeks. Look, Trump's approval rating, not great. His poll numbers, not great. But a lot of that has to do with the stuff happening on foreign soil. And I don't need to reiterate. I've said enough times of like, look, sometimes being a leader means doing things that are not popular but need to be done at the same time. Let's not neglect or forget all of the awesome things Trump is doing. Hey, you know, you may not like the what's going on in Iran, you may not have liked the Venezuela thing. You obviously don't like the gas prices. But at the same time, the border crisis is effectively over and in the process of trying to get way more legals out, that whole backlog of asylum seekers that have to go before a federal judge, that's been the, that's been the, the bottleneck when it comes to getting illegals out of the country. Trump admin adds 82 new justices. While this is good news, I think this is there. We need way more. 77 were permanent judges, 5 are temporary. I've been saying go ahead and allow some of the military attorneys, the Jaguar folks, to go ahead and be temporary immigration judges. I think we probably need like a thousand more judges to sort through all of this because the backlog is like five years. And look, five years, like I am, no, I am not an amnesty person in any way, shape or form. And I also understand that if you're in the country for five years, waiting for your thing, that that's going to take, that's going to be taken into account by the judge. And like you've, you've been in the country five years, they're going to kick you. It's Going to be much harder to remove those people. So it needs to be a quick process, as efficient as possible. Get them gone. And to do that we need way more judges. So good win. Yes. 82 judges. Fantastic. Let's do another thousand, bare minimum. All right. Hey, we got through. We got through quite a bit. Little bit. A little bit long winded. But I think a lot of those necessitated some of the long windedness. Coming up after the break, my favorite part of the show, official business where we talk about business that is in fact official. Ilhan Omar making making an appearance. Mayor Karen Bass in la, who's a lib on the hot seat, potentially going to lose her seat in Los Angeles says and what if non citizens vote? Let's look at that as an option. Tptbc.com we'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
Political Commentator
I think he'll do well. He seems to care and he's a very friendly person. You know, he seems to be a very friendly person. So I think he'll do great.
iHeart Radio Announcer
He's an innovator. He calls it like he sees it and he's not afraid to do what is necessary to get things done. With everybody feeling just very frustrated with how Karen has ran the city for the last four years. It's time for a change and the change is Spencer.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
So the first lady, it had understeer like undecided. I don't understand those people who, who is undecided really in anything like, okay, sure, fine. You're, you're like, I don't know, in the midst of a really contentious primary between two people that you really, really like keep. Fine, I, I understand being undecided. Maybe you've figured out in the polling station but like in a race as polar as the Los Angeles mayor's race between Karen Bass who was for whatever reason in Africa when her city was on fire, who spent time allegedly in Cuba learning how to attack the federal government in order to promote socialism. Verse guy who had his house burned down and just wants to make the government do what the government is supposed to do, I. E. Enforce the laws between those two things. Who is undecided? Shocks? I don't know. Who are you undecided people? I don't know who you people are. I genuinely don't. But apparently there's one there. I would love to, I want to. I would love to do an hour long sit down interview of what her life is like. What do you do day to day? What content do you take in? How aware are you of the races going on in the country, how are you undecided in this particular. And, you know, I'll offer some grace. She didn't pick that. Maybe she said, oh, I'm undecided, and they just put it on the thing. But this lady who's been smiling at us kind of creepily for the last couple minutes is not undecided. And that makes more sense to me. All right, hey, when it's official business, speaking of the mayor of la, when they say things in the official capacity, as elected officials, we have to cover, and it's called official business. All right, first up here in official business, like I said, the mayor of Los Angeles, who is not doing great. She's. She's still leading in the polls because, I don't know, people aren't paying as much attention as they probably should be. They're freaking undecided dum dums in Los Angeles. But because she is feeling the pressure, I wonder what we can do to fix that. Oh, I know. Let's have non citizens vote or at least look into that option. Here's Karen Bass. Cut six.
Karen Bass (Continued)
Councilmember, you go. Soto Martinez, who has endorsed you, he wants to explore ways to let non citizens vote in city elections. I know that there are some cities that already do this, but, you know, politics is all about timing. With Donald Trump in the White House, is this the right time for Los Angeles to go down this path?
Karen Bass
Well, I think we need to explore it now. I've not seen exactly what he's calling for. I have a little familiarity of what happens in other cities. And for example, some cities will allow people to vote in, like city council and school board elections because they pay local taxes, but they are not necessarily undocumented. They might be here completely legally, but have not finished the citizenship process. So we'll wait and see.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Okay, lots there. I'll try not to bore you with all the specifics, but yeah, we need to explore that. We need to explore if non citizens who constitutionally can't vote should be able to vote. One of those lawsuits gonna get to the Supreme Court, by the way. Um, but I think one of the. Actually the most interesting part about that clip is, yeah, sure, the non citizen. Wait, that. Roll your eyes at that sort of thing, that's crazy. And she obviously is feeling the pressure, but then to say, remember, she's the mayor of the second largest city in the country. Uh, I'm somewhat aware of what other cities are doing. I, I'm not too familiar with any of that sort of, you've been mayor for four years of the second largest city in the country. And this is like news to you? Like, I haven't really read the council person's proposal. Really? There's like eight of them. Just talk to em. You're. You're. That's like, that's like. That's like the incoming CEO of Apple going. I'm vaguely familiar with these tablet devices that you speak of. What, this is your only job? What. What are you just. Oh, I'm kind of, you know. Public transit. I've heard of that. Jeez, lady. All right. Hey, I want to make sure we get to this producer Glenn. I'm gonna skip to cut nine. This is Ilhan Omar, as I mentioned, being. I don't want to say grilled. She's not really even grilled. Fox News Digital caught up with her in the. The halls of Congress and she had a lot to say here. Cut nine.
Ilhan Omar
Did you ask Minnesota Democrats to block the subpoena for the investigation of Feeding our Future on the state level House. The House Republicans are considering investigating Feeding our Future. Now, your role in it. Would you cooperate with that subpoena and provide documents if they request it here in the House Oversight Committee.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Wow. Really firmed up her point there. You know what I think is interesting about Congress and I think we're gonna see a lot more of this because TMZ is on the Hill now. And that's. It's been fascinating to watch. But what's interesting about Congress is generally speaking, if you do talk to the media, you should always talk to them.
Mood.com Advertiser
Media.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
If you don't talk to the media, you should never talk. Ilhan. Congresswoman Omar does both and that makes it so much worse for her. Right. Like you can spin that question. You can kind of. Well, you know, we've advocated for. Sure. But the thing is, sometimes she's, you know, which means that if you just go completely radio silent, people just insert all the thing. If you're a congressperson, one. Okay. I think every congressperson should talk to the media. I think should be an obligation. You should defend the positions you're taking on behalf of the people that elected you and put you in Congress to begin with. But if you decide to be a person. I don't want. I don't feel like talking really at all. I'll put out statements and I'll engage with my constituents, but I don't need to talk to them. That fine. Okay. Be consistent. It's a really, really, really bad look. If you're walking through the Halls of Congress. Congress. And, and you just, you're, you're running your mouth all day long and then some potentially scandalous reporting comes out. And all of a sudden, I don't think that's a good look. I think a better look is to sit with your staff and figure out, okay, how are we going to answer this question? And I'm not even. I'm clearly not defending Congresswoman Omar, but at the same time, it's bad political optics.

Cool.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Hey, I'm gonna leave some time here for Tribunal Thursday. I know we had a couple other. We'll get to that in our clip Clean out, which is Friday's flagship segment of the show, when we clean out the clips that we didn't get to this week, but want to leave time for the Thursday Tribunal or Justice Thursday. Coming up next after the break, TPT.
Political Analyst
About where all this fraud taking place. It's literally not even a 10 mile radius where most of this fraud took place. It's within like a two mile radius. And this is all around where, where she. Where her congressional district. And so for her to say that she didn't know about this fraud is such a lie. And she's obviously trying to cover her face. I mean, look at her net worth. It just went down by $29 million.
Byron Allen (Continued)
Yeah.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
And we know that she had a relationship with many of the individuals involved in this, had campaign rallies at various restaurants, connected to this and so forth. Yeah, yeah, like the feeding our futures person said on a podcast who, remember, she's gonna be serving, what, 42 years in prison? There's no way she didn't know. Obviously. Discussing Ilhan Omar, in case you missed that for some reason, like either she is an ostrich with her head buried in the sand and dumb as a stump, which in her case it's not a 0%. I put that at like 5, 10%. Or she a hundred percent knew, which could be evidenced by the silence walking through the halls of Congress when she usually. All right, hey, on Thursday we like to execute justice on those who are deserving justice to be executed upon them. Uh, so that is today and it's Justice Thursday

Thursday Tribunal Justice Thursday.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
You know, I actually think that the beginning, when we, when we first started this, the whole thing was Thursday Tribunal, because it's like a little bit of alliteration. They both start with T keys. But then I think the, the sound clip came back and the Justice Thursday. I liked it so much. We just started calling it Justice Thursday. Maybe we should update that little zinger. Anyways, Justice Thursday. If you're unfamiliar with what happens on Justice Thursday, I will be the prosecution and will either choose to indict or not. I also conveniently serve as the exclusive member of the jury. And if the jury chooses to convict, I am the judge who puts down the sentencing on whatever individual is up for the crime, which I may or may not make up. Uh, on today's Justice Thursday, there's a dude with a Nazi tattoo who's running for con or for Senate. Uh, as a lib. Obviously there. That's part. Of course, of course it is getting lots of support. But turns out there's, you know, it's not just the Nazi tattoo. He's had some other colorful parts of his past. And that is what we will be judging him on. On today's justice Thursday. Cut 11.
News Reporter
Graham Platner is a Democratic Senate candidate from the state of Maine. He's facing backlash for another social media post that's gone public. Platner offering comment on this helmet cam video of a US soldier in a gun battle with the Taliban in 2012. And we warn you, some viewers might find this disturbing. Here it is.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Watch somebody lay down some fire. Hey, I'm moving down. I'm back.
News Reporter
Okay, so in the post now, Platner called Private First Class Ted Daniels dumb and said that he did not deserve to live. Daniels later earned a triple heart for his in. Sorry, a purple Heart for his injuries, which were extensive, by the way. Fox News has reached out to the Platinum campaign and we're waiting for comment there. Hugh Hewitt, host, the Hugh Hewitt show, with me now. Hugh, good morning to you and thanks for coming back. This did not prevent Time magazine from putting them on the COVID Party crasher here. I don't know when the next comment goes public.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Yeah, that's, that's, I think, what we wanted to end on. Yeah. Time magazine, he's on the COVID of that. Which, by the way, what. What is Time Magazine? It. It's like a. It's like a website that they printed out on paper for several years and now no longer is in circulation for whatever reason, mostly. Cause nobody reads it. Holy cow. Um, all right. I mean, that said it all. I don't really know if I need to elaborate much more on that. I just need to do my. Do my duty as, you know, all of the justice components there first. Yes. I would like to indict him as a certifiable crazy person. There was a clip, I think, in our, in our official business that we haven't had time to I don't think we actually got to, but I think we will tomorrow. Where he's being interviewed. This guy is being interviewed by the New York Times, and they ask about a bunch of his. This is a new uncovered post from his. They asked about a bunch of the uncovered posts from him in the past, and his response was, why Deleted them.
iHeart Radio Announcer
Oh.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Oh, okay. She's. Dude. Dang it, man. That's all. That's all Hitler needed to do. Just, like, throw away Mein Kampf. No, I deleted that. That's. That's gone. Oh, cool. Cool. Awesome. Thanks for that. Thanks for that, dude. Where was I? Oh, yes. My duty as the. The sole participant in our justice system. Yes. I will choose to indict the lib for. What is he being indicted for? I don't know. Unashamed craziness. Interestingly enough, the prosecutor has indicted him for unshamed craziness. The jury, which also includes me, has unanimously decided guilty verdict, which I don't know. I don't know if any of our juries have come back innocent in the process of doing justice Thursday. I think they've all been guilty. And as a judge who gets to rule on the sentencing, which I also am, I go ahead and sentence him to a lifetime having to live in the tortured mind that he unfortunately has because.
Byron Allen
Wow.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Yeah. It's not good. Not. Not good. This guy. We will continue to pray for him and hope he loses. He's. He's. He's running against Susan Collins, who is among the squishiest of senators. So it's gonna be great. I think the fact that I think, like, the, you know, the Nazi tattoo and the. A lot of his past, I hope will sort this out for Maine voters. So we'll see. Mailbag coming up after the break. Got a lot of fun ones that we'll get to tbt tpc.com if you want the chance to be included. We'll be right back after the break. Don't go away.
Gate Opener Customer
This is another one of my automatic gate openers. This is actually 05 model. I had to order this one in 04. It took about nine months to get it here, and even then, I had to go like 25 miles to pick it up and process in there was slow. It took about two days for me to actually get out the door with the package.
Joe Bob (Main Host/Commentator)
Okay, that's. That's. That's a funny joke, but he should also include the fact that obtaining one of these automatic gate openers requires mandates. Your favorite thing to do in the world. I'm just saying, I know I started not to get too tmi, not too gross on you folks, but you probably should have included that. You know, he's making it sound like, yeah, this is a, this is a difficult hat. Nah. Well, okay, look, I understand, you know, there's some challenges that, you know, from the time that you pick up the gate opener until they're able to open the gate. But also keep in mind, in order to, in order to obtain that gate opener, there's no complaints going into the, the process of obtaining said gate opener. All right, tptvsa.com is the email address. If you want to send emails, send us along. I'm sorry, I'm looking through a couple on my phone here because I, we got some, we got a bunch of comments and so I don't want to neglect the emailers. So let's get to some comments here. Let's see. Okay, this is, this is one, this is from one of our shorts here. The argument being made in this clip, if you didn't see it, which by the way, you should, you should go on social media and watch all of this. This person is complaining that if conservatives get their way, they will lose all of the taxpayer funded surgeries that we will pay for. Which all of the comments said. Hold on, really? That's a bad thing? Are we supposed, is this supposed to sway us in any particular direction? Salma says yeah, but counseling is still covered. Um, I can't read this one from Ed. I don't know why producer Glenn put it on there. This is derogatory and sexual in nature and all hilarious. I can't, I can't in good conscious read on the air. Harry says the nose ring tells it all. Nose ring theory seems to be a big thing. Okay, so let's see. Let's get to one comment here from frequent correspondent Sheldon. I feel like we read Sheldon's emails quite a bit because he's generally on top of things. If Hilton and Pratt win the races for governor and mayor of, mayor of Governor California in la, California will be the place to be praying for both a couple times. And yeah, that would be, that would be fantastic. Now I, I dare I go on a diatribe of my thoughts on the California gubernatorial race. Probably not, but maybe someday. I think I've, I've mentioned a number. Both of the conservatives need to get through the primary in order to have any shot at winning the general. I can expand on that a little bit later, but we don't have time. We're out of time. Tptposa.com is the email address. Send along your thoughts, comments, concerns, even criticisms. We love them. We'll see you tomorrow, same time, same place. God bless America.
