Some polling or an article in the Daily Signal I should say. John Solomon is going to be back. We are going to go back to Arlington national cemetery where today 250,000 flags are being put on the graves of the honored dead at Arlington. We're teeing up our wall to wall coverage with specials all over the weekend. Patrick K. O', Donnell, greatest combat historian of his generation will be with me in our traditional Saturday special. Then special coverage from 10am to 2pm just right here in the war room. On Monday we're going to do the entire, you know, parade. We're going to do all the military honors that are given the president going to Arlington, his full address. So we're going to cover it all right here on Real America's Voice, a special war room from 10am to 2pm or to when the ceremony concludes on Monday, really excited about that. So we're going to kick off our coverage. We're going to go back to Arlington National Cemetery momentarily. Senator SAM Brownback, sir, you are swimming against the tides of history right here and taking a moral stand. How do you propose to combat the lords of easy money? Because you know, Schwarzman and Fink, all the tech CEOs, all the venture capital firms, Sequoia Capital being the worst, they're all playing for the other Side, the global corporate CEOs all there, they're all playing for the other side. So how are you saying that, hey, they are murderous against people of faith, particularly Christians. How do you. What is your plan to turn this around and decouple.

My plan is, is that the most effective tool we have against the Chinese Communist Party taking over the world, and they seek to do that. The most effective tool we have is religious freed. They fear religious freedom more than our aircraft carriers or even our nuclear weapons. Because you give religious freedom to the people of China or other authoritarian regimes around the world, they ultimately undermine the regime itself because their allegiance is to a higher power than it is to the government. And this is critical for the Soviet. Was critical for the Soviet Union, is critical for the Chinese Communist Party. And the CCP studied the fall of the Soviet Union and saw religion playing such a key role in its demise with the Jewish refuseniks, evangelicals, and then the Catholics in Poland who hadn't been to mass in decades. But once John Paul shows up and says, be not afraid, Communism was dead in Poland. This is our key, this is our kryptonite against Communism at this point in time is religious freedom. And we've got to use it as a strategic weapon, particularly now, and start pushing it against the ccp.

Senator, when you were in the Senate for many, you got many classified briefings, you had to deal with war and peace all the time, the funding of our military. Just give me a minute and make the case that the Chinese Communist Party is right now pursuing unrestricted warfare against the United States of America.

Well, you can look at the transnational oppression that they're doing in this country, the people that they're attacking here. Bob Fu is a friend of MineChina Aid. They were pressing on him and pushing on him at different angles and places. There was a lady that I feature in the book, Marigold Tur Sun. She was a Uyghur that was in the concentration camps. They killed one of her children. She's going away from the testimony on Capitol Hill and the Chinese hire a hitman to shoot at her. They don't get. They don't kill her, but she gets shot at. Got another lady featured in the book that she, Frances Hui, she was from Hong Kong. She has a million dollar bounty from the CCP on her head now in the United States. That's what they're doing now here in this country.

It's an easy read, but it lays out the strategy of the Chinese Communist Party to defeat, suppress, own, or annihilate people of faith. And they got three genocides going right now against people of faith. The Muslim Uyghurs, the Tibetan Buddhists, and Falun Gong practitioners going on right now. I really hope people will learn about this.

Start praying. Hang on. When you say genocide, that's a loaded term. Just give me a minute on when you say genocide. Three genocides simultaneously. How do you define genocide when you're

trying to wipe out a specific group of people? That's a genocide. I mean, there's a legal definition of it that goes several layers, but basically it's. You're trying to make extinct a group of people. They're trying to make extinct Muslims in the Uyghur region. They're kind of okay with Uyghurs, but you cannot be a Muslim. They're doing that with the Buddhist and Falun Gong, the spiritual practice that's indigenous to China that had 90 million adherents when they let it grow. They are really trying to annihilate people there and doing the forced organ harvesting on them and on others.

Senator, one more time. Your social media. Where do people follow you constantly?

Because they need to on X. Samuel Brownback would be the place to go there. And I hope that they would follow this issue. But my real pitch right now, get this book and start getting aware of what's taking place. What the Chinese Communists are doing now, this stuff isn't just staying in China. They've taken their surveillance technology to 80 different countries. All these acolytes, you cannot buy a Bible. Now in Nicaragua, which is an old Soviet tactic that the Chinese are pushing now, you're seeing in Myanmar and Burma, they're bombing the Christians, and that's backed by the Chinese and by the Russians. This is a global pursuit, a global war they're doing right now.

Talk about these. Why are they so scary? Why is this now the center of the attention in Washington D.C. and throughout the world?

Well yes, the EO scheduled to be signed today 3:30 is really addressing the concern and the fear among primarily I would say the financial class that software or AIs like mythos could lead to amateurs being able to hack into major digital infrastructure or professionals being able to hack at scale. So the EO is I mean Bessant

told they had the Federal Reserve chair and Scott Besant Powell and they're not besties. Okay for those two guys even Having me. And they had. Because it was down during the Semaphore Global Conference, which tied together the World Bank Conference, imf. He had some of the biggest hitters in finance. And they were telling, hey, I think my bank could be evaporated in like two minutes. All savings accounts, everything that is. Could lead to a financial panic.

Yeah. And so, look, there's a long list of dangers that artificial intelligence poses, but this is at least one. So the EO is addressing in what I've read, it is not as strong as I'd like to see. It's addressing it on a voluntary basis. So at least my understanding at the moment is that any AI lab that's producing an advanced model would have to submit their model for review 90 days before deployment. So that.

Not have to submit. It's at their.

At their discretion.

The warning here is quite. Because the War Room is adamant. This has to be. They are not people you should trust. Yeah, I mean, I haven't earned the trust. The American people. It has to be mandatory.

You have. You have a lot of precedent for kind of voluntary standards. Right. You basically are asking a company to sign off on whatever equipment you have, or even to some, maybe in the government. Not. But what this would do basically, is allay fears.

I don't know. I have no earthy idea what you're talking about. So it's not the way the world works.

Yeah, well, not. Maybe not in government, but I'm talking about in reality. Yes. So here's. Here's what I'm saying. I personally agree with you that if it's not mandatory, it doesn't have teeth. If it's voluntary, you've got almost nothing. The only leverage the government would have

is to say, oh, hang on, we're taking. I'm gonna leave the punchline. This is the cliffhangers. That's how you build. Build dramatic tension. Joe Allen is in the house, not in the rafters. Not anymore. Short break.

Joe Allen's rethinking his pitch here. My man. Joe Allen. Going to take a. Going to take a minute. Solomon, you were tied up earlier at meetings that are very important. I had Davis on here for the Viceroy for a few minutes. I don't think that the media or people are getting to this thing of the managing assistant U.S. attorney that got caught with this report. This is a massive story because this is the. Correct me if I'm wrong, it's the first time that we've actually got Someone inside the apparatus that got caught and indicted on doing so. Explain to the audience why this is such a big deal.

[John Solomon]

Yeah. So this is a 20, 30 year career prosecutor. She was the supervisory prosecutor for Fort Pierce, where, by the way, right now that's where the weaponization investigation is ongoing with Joe digenova. And what she was trying to do was steal the sealed report that Jack Smith wrote about the raid at Mar a Lago in the classified documents case. Even though a judge said that report may not be released to the public, it remains sealed. She tried to email it to herself. She disguised it as a cake recipe to see if it could get through the filters of the DOJ system. The DOJ system caught it. And now she is indicted on charges that carry up to 20 years in prison. I want to. It's a very serious charge which he's charged with. We had Jason Quinones on the show last night. He's the Miami US Attorney who brought the Raul Castro indictment yesterday and who caught this woman and then referred her to another federal prosecutor to do the investigation. So he didn't have a conflict of interest. He said, listen, she was just simply trying to steal the document. And we asked him, was there other people involved? And he said, that's under investigation. You have to ask yourself if a woman was helping Jack Smith during the investigation, then Jack Smith wanted to release the report. A judge said no. Then one of his helpers, one of the prosecutors working with him, tried to steal the report and move it to her private email account to get it out of the Justice Department, to get it out from under the seal. Was she working with somebody else? And when I asked that question, Jason Kanonen smiled a little bit. Makes me think there's going to be more investigation going on.

Give us an assessment. Your assessment, because you know much more of the inside baseball than any of us. Your assessment of how Jason's doing in his first six months?

[John Solomon]

Listen, I think he has brought some of the most important cases in the country. Just think of this week alone. He did the Raul Castro indictment, something that Bill Clinton and Janet Reno should have done 30 years ago. Six presidents left the Cuban American community twisting in the wind without any justice, on a clear murderous shoot down of a plane. Jason's team finds out, gets this guy who's a Cuban pilot, was walking on the ground because Joe Biden let him into the country. They arrest him. They learn from him other things they need to know, and they now bring the case that should have been brought 30 years ago. He then re Indicts Maduro's main money launderer because they caught him doing new money laundering. And this is a guy that Joe Biden pardoned. He's not. He gets indicted on new money laundering. We take one of the great money launderers of the world, allegedly and get him out of the circulation system. And then he turns in one of his own prosecutors who's taking a classic deep state act, gets him prosecuted. He puts Joe diGenova in charge of the weaponization task force. And now you got really good lawyers down there. They removed the career people who were dragging their feet. Now you got an all star team of prosecutors. Grand jury activity daily. I think he's off to a good start. You know what he's doing? He's going back to just administering justice, not playing politics. And in Miami, that's going to be

welcome news is the Raul Castro indictment. Does that in your mind set up the potential for a Venezuela type operation here?

[John Solomon]

Sir, could we asked that question and he said all options are on the table. There's another way that I would look at this and if you look at the fact that this was a sealed indictment for a month and watch after the government secured the indictment before they made it public, what was going on behind the scenes. You see John Ratcliffe make a secret trip to Cuba, something we haven't seen in decades, a CIA director in Cuba. Then you see the secretary of state Marco Rubio gives this extraordinary message to the Cuban people. We want a new relationship with Cuba, but you got to flee your Castro pass. I think that this may even be more of a wedge of creating a negotiated settlement with Cuba. Maybe you don't need to send troops in to get Raul Castro. Maybe they turn him over in return for economic aid. There is a $100 million aid package on the table for Cuba which is literally starving right now. They might be able to trade a 94 year old Raul Castro for some money and some food for their people. I think there's some extracurricular diplomacy going on in addition to the administration of justice here.

All of a sudden they saw the convergence of artificial intelligence and cyber that could actually deal death blows to institutions Institutional take and then at Google you had some situation that occurred immediately there was a rallying to hey, how do we handle this? This is how we get to today to this executive order, right? I just want to go back and talk about when you talk about Mythis preview, why not simply was it so powerful but it was unexpected. Not that it wouldn't happen sometime in the future, but all of a sudden it's upon us today and we don't have a regular. I've warned this. I said we don't have an atomic energy commission. This is happening in real time. So I want to go back to that moment of why this afternoon is going to be such a big deal. And as much as we support the president and love the president, shows the support of the president, we do. Where we think he's getting bad guidance and advice. We are adamant that he's getting bad guidance and advice. And I think our track record is pretty good. So that's why they listen to us. But go back and tell us why was the system shocked and what has happened since then?

Well, if you look at Mythos, I mean this is you've got a 10 trillion parameter large language model, just massive. The biggest that I'm aware of.

10 trillion.

[Joe Allen]

What does that meaning that just think of it as connections in a brain synapses. And so pt when it first came out, we're talking about, you know, less than a trillion. As it becomes more and more advanced, you're now at like 5, 6 trillion. Mythos was just this massive project. And so what basically what it means is it's much more capable of probing possible vulnerabilities in any system. And when they tested it against all the operating systems, the browsers, a number of banking systems, the AI, the Mythos AI was able to find and exploit all of these vulnerabilities that human beings couldn't find. That's why they didn't release it. They started Project Glass.

But also over decades of software being done by humans that had all these glitches in it. The artificial and Cyber can instantaneously, in seconds, go through and see where all the problems are and vulnerabilities.

[Joe Allen]

Correct.

And one of the two big problems there you have an amateur would be able to do much more than he ever would have been able to do before, but a professional would be able to do it at a much greater scale, better, more excellence. The AI would simply find things that even a pro hacker wouldn't find. And they tested AIs against hacker ability. So this is what the concern is. It's a legitimate concern. There are tons of other concerns that I think need to be addressed, but as long as we're talking about this one, cybersecurity. It has been known for a year among cybersecurity companies that the number of attacks has increased and they're certain that it's because AIs enable these attacks. So this is happening constantly besides.

[Steve Bannon]

And these attacks are going. And some are state sponsored. So these attacks, just the machines, these attacks are going against institutions or structures. They're going against our energy grid, they're going against our water supply. Correct. This is one of these people are so panicked.

[Joe Allen]

Most of these companies, the people I talk to, they're mainly dealing with corporations. So they're probing to get into databases or something to that effect. But it could be used in any of these instances. So if you take down a hospital, or if you take down some critical element in a hospital, if you take down water, whatever it may be, yeah, you have wrecked your opponent. And we already have the problem. Human beings have been doing this since computers first came online. But the thing is, it accelerates the process of being able to create malicious code and it opens up a number of possibilities that didn't exist before. So this eo, in theory, it is directionally correct. The voluntary aspect, I agree with you. The voluntary aspect ain't going to cut it.

But hang on, I also want to frame this for people. So I understand the huge fights we've been having over AI on the four C's and what Blackburn is working on, this thing with the children and the suicides, all these other aspects of AI are not. That's not what we're talking about. This executive order kind of came out of nowhere. The reason is people understand we have a huge problem. Right? And the question gets down to how do you actually get a heads up on this and how do you plan for.

And that's what we've been arguing. You need some least rudimentary regulatory apparatus like atomic energy or something. Not an fda, but you need Something that is quicker. And the intelligence community and the NSA particularly needs to be involved in this.

Well they will be certainly that fight between whether it would land on commerce or the.

But it's not a commercial. This is not a commercial. People in commerce are great. They got fantastic teams of. That's a different set of problems.

Well and they're going to be partnered. And this eo. This EO is sprawling. I mean the number of agencies is crazy. You've got nsa, you've got dhs, you've got nist, you've got Casey, the Center for AI Standards and Innovation. You've got the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. All of it is involved.

Right, the 3rd Infantry Regiment, the Old Guard, Washington zone. You know, we talk we talk a lot about, you know, elite military units. And a lot of units refer to themselves as being elite. And there's I guess there's different kinds of elite. But these men and women are a very special kind of elite for the Old Guard. It's very tough to get into this unit. And they are the ones who you see at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, they're the ones with the caissons at the military funerals. They're the ones who who are the ones who do all of the ceremonies, everything having to do with Arlington National Cemetery, they do. So what they're going to do today, or they've already started, is planting 250,000 flags. There's more than 400,000 graves, but it'll be 250,000 flags. They started five o' clock this morning. They should be wrapping up by noon. But this is it's an amazing event for these guys because, you know, they're loaded up with flags and they're just going one by one. You see them there, they're saluting. And it's just, it's very emotional for the soldiers who are participating in this. And they're going to release photos of today's this is from past planting events. Sometime this afternoon. They'll release today because they they really want to keep they don't want cameras around. They just want to do it themselves.

And so what's going to happen on Sunday, of course, is going to be the huge concert. And then Monday at 8am there will be taps will be played. There'll be a parade by Capitol Hill, and then the president will be here to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown. And then Sunday night, Freedom250 is hosting a candle night vigil and a time of sort of sharing stories all day Sunday. Also, families and other members of the public will be allowed to bring flowers to the grave and a lot of people will make a special trip to the tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Steve,

hang right there. Neal McCabe, thank you for that update. A lot going on this weekend. We are going to cover it all here on Real America's Voice in the War Room, our special Memorial Day coverage. Joe Allen, Daniel Cochran now joins us for the Institute for the Family. Daniel, you've got, I think you've got polling. Here's what I understand this is like a 9010 issue, right, people about these models, about data centers, about all this. DANIEL cochran, Right now AI is on a negative track with the American people as far as acceptance. And I think part of this is that they don't trust the oligarchs. Sir.

Yes, sir. Well, that's right. We found our poll last week found that overall 82% of Americans support mandatory safety testing for models before they're released and 90% of Trump voters support that. So that's an overwhelming mandate. And we're urging the White House. I published an article just yesterday in the Daily Signal arguing the White House needs to form an AI commission on the family to give communities a voice in how this technology is governed. So far, the tech proligarchs have gotten a lot of their influence in the White House, but we need the same for families and communities to be able to shape this technology in a pro America direction.

[Steve Bannon]

I want to go back and hit rewind for a second because this is very powerful. Talk to me about the poll. How did you do it? 90% of the president's supporters of MAGA and 82% of Americans support mandatory safety guards on this technology. Walk me through. What does that mean?

[Reynolds Kitchens Advertiser]

So the total poll was 1,000 people. Many of those were registered voters. We controlled the sample size so that both Republicans and Democrats were essentially representative of the overall population. And the goal of the poll was to capture what the American people's sentiment on AI was. And we measured across a range of issues. So we asked large kind of broad questions about do you support safety testing? Then we asked a follow up question of the voters who supported safety testing to say, do you want it to cover more than national security? Do you want it to cover specifically risks to kids and families? And overwhelmingly they said yes. Then further, we polled them on specific issues, eight specific risks in addition to national cyber and financial security. We asked them about, for example, the risks of AI to mental health. We asked about the risk to AI to human privacy and decision making, just to highlight a few of the eight issues that we covered. And there wasn't a single issue that polled below 80%. I believe the lowest poll was like 87%. And that's still an overwhelming mandate. So there's a broad consensus among the American people that AI needs to be governed. And number two, that part of the way we govern it is we have to actually put safeguards on these companies, and they need to be required to test their products just like we test cars, just like we test pharmaceuticals. And they need to do that before unleashing it on the American population. When an automobile is released, we require those companies to report on how the automobiles perform on routine safety tests. But we don't do the same thing for AI models that are literally rewiring our brains and our work. That seems like a huge gap. And the American people agree.

[Steve Bannon]

Have you ever seen, you've been doing this for a while. Have you ever seen. I mean, these numbers are blow away numbers. We're living in an age where, you know, 1,000 votes wins a Senate seat in a massive state where this is all about, you know, do you get 50% plus one vote that everything is 51, 49, or that's considered a landslide. Have you ever seen in your life numbers that have this kind of spread to them, sir?

[Reynolds Kitchens Advertiser]

I mean, I've never seen anything that crosses sort of partisan lines because we found that while 90% of Trump voters support mandatory safety testing, 79% of Trump, or, excuse me, 79% of Harris voters also support that. So this is a bipartisan issue. Americans of all political parties, of all political stripes think that AI needs to be governed for the American people. And that's just what we want the President to do. I mean, there's a lot of talk about what the AI executive order coming out I think either today or tomorrow will include. But one of the concerns is that it doesn't go far enough. Number one, that it may not be mandatory, and again, we'll see what the details are. But number two, that it won't cover risks beyond cybersecurity. Again, I think cybersecurity is important, but we need safety testing to address kind of the heartland issues that are important to Americans, like kids, safety, job security, privacy, human autonomy. You know, we're talking about the, you know, I mean, Mark Zuckerberg is literally having AI trained to replace his workers. He's installed software tracking on all of his employees, computers to train their replacements. If the tech Prologar are doing this with their own employees, imagine what's going to happen to the normal middle class. American AI is not just going to replace us. It's going to change the nature of human work that's still in existence. And we need to make sure that as AI is being integrated, it is integrated in a pro human way. But that's not what's happening right now. Right now we're just letting the tech oligarchs do what they want.

[Steve Bannon]

This is why it's a predicate for the singularity and transhumanism. It's not going to just change work in our relationship work. It's going to change the very nature of human life. This is the most fundamental thing that's ever happened to our species since our species kind of came into existence. This is why this fight's so big and given. It could be so transformational. That's why it's about money and power and that's why these oligarchs up until now have had total free rein. This is part, it's not perfect, but this is where you hone them in a little bit. But we got to go to the next level. Cochran's numbers shard right there. Your thoughts, sir?

[Joe Allen]

Yeah, absolutely. I also agree with his assessment that while cybersecurity is a tangible and important thing to focus on, there's a long list. Everything is from child safety, deep fakes, the hallucination rates. All these different things need to be accounted for before these types of technologies are unleashed. So yeah, it's a start. But as his polling shows, the American people definitely want to see something.
