Boy, that was a close one. Thanks, guys. I appreciate you indulging me. I did not intend to start without an open. I was running way behind. I had a, an important meeting this morning. It ran a little long. And when I got home, I realized I left my computer. So I had to go back to the scene of the meeting. I had to find the computer. I had to bring it home. The whole time thinking, did the Deep State get a hold of it? Are they going to know? Are they gonna know what? I don't care. I assume they're watching everything. Anything. Welcome in, Deep State. Welcome in. Welcome in. Members of the jury, welcome in as well. The, the jury is Judge Graph. The jury is what we call our audience here. We are by no means trying to influence the jury, but, guys, welcome in. We're gonna have a big show tonight. We have a lot of fun lined up tonight. We're gonna break news on, well, kind of break news on one front and we are going to break news on another front. Think we're going to introduce something tonight a lot of you did not know, or at least did not know we had extra evidence on. And we will get to that here in just a little bit. We also have an update on the condition of Senator Turtle. The turtle, the guy who kind of looks like a turtle. From Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell. We've got an update. Mitch lives, sort of that. I see no evidence of life. I see a picture of a stiff. I don't see, I don't see any evidence of life. But we'll, we'll, we'll talk about that and more if we have time. If we have time. At the end of the show, we'll go over sort of the evidence list as well and let you know sort of what the state indicated they were going to introduce and then never did indicate what got shown to the public, what didn't and what conclusions we can draw from that based on how strong the case is. I will say this, let me say this in conclusion before I get to the opening, before I talk about the. What we're going to talk about today, the new video from the server in Panguitch or Penguich, Utah, that basically destroys the Tyler Robinson timeline altogether. I think the evidence, if true, exonerates Tyler from at least a portion of the things he's alleged to have done after the fact. And we'll talk about that. We'll tell you why that is. And before we get to the 4K video that, oh, it was so plain as day, you should have seen it. You should have been there. It was like watching it in real life. It was like hovering over the shoulder of Tyler Robinson while he pulled the trigger. Is that true? Well, no, it's not. You know it's not true. You instinctively know it's not true. They know it's not true. But they're lying to your face. And we'll tell you how we know that. We'll introduce you to some people who were there and they'll tell you it's not true. You don't have to believe me. Believe the people who are in the courtroom. We'll talk to them. Oh, what did I say I was going to talk about before I got into this? Oh, gosh. Oh. Anyway, it's been one of those days. Been one of those days. Oh. Oh. My kind of overall conclusion, let me say this. I think that there are two people who are in grave danger right now. Unbelievably grave danger. And by grave, I mean at danger of. Of being taken out physically from this earth. The first may be obvious. It's Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson's in grave danger. Tyler Robinson was not supposed to survive to turn himself in. I'm now convinced of that. Tyler Robinson was framed. I am now 100% convinced of that. Particularly in light of something we'll talk about tonight. But Tyler Robinson cannot go to trial. He cannot because they cannot prove he did it. Not only that, if he goes to trial, it's going to just blow the whole thing apart. The story falls apart. The con, the prosecution. We have been told for months now behind the scenes, that the prosecution has been indicating to people close to them that this is not at all a good case, that they're not at all comfortable with this case. They don't like it. They wish they didn't have to try it. And we see in their performance this week why that was at no amount of TPUSA spin, no amount of Deep State spin, no amount of Mainstream Con Inc Spin can change what we all saw with our own eyes. The Tyler Robinson narrative is destroyed. It's over. As far as I'm concerned, it's over now. They could still come up with some evidence, but they had a great opportunity to and failed the other person who's in grave danger. So before I move off Tyler Robinson, I really fear for the young man's life. I fear, particularly after the judge reaches the decision that we all know he's going to reach, is that there is probable cause to determine that Tyler Robinson took Charlie Kirk's life and sent it to trial. There's just too much pressure not to. You can't have the vice president, I mean, the president of the United States, son and namesake Don Jr. Tweeting out how strong the evidence was and then go, yeah, but I'm not going to send it to trial. It just doesn't work that way. We're in America. That. That's not. That's not the way it works. You have the vice president now saying he thinks he did it. The president has said he thinks he did it. You can't have the judge saying, I just don't think they presented a case that. That looks like he could have done it. I don't think it's more likely than not that he did it. So I'm not going to let a jury hear it. Yeah, that's just that. But once the judge makes that determination, Tyler's life is in grave danger. Tyler's life is in grave danger because every second that young man continues to breathe is a second they might have to prove that he did it. And they can't, in my opinion. They cannot. I think one of the things we'll cover tonight will put a nail in that, as far as I'm concerned. The other person who's in grave dangers, Erica Kirk, I believe that. Not because of anything I've said, not because of anything Candace Owens has said, not because of anything Zach Costello or Coach Colin or any of the other podcasters have said, not because of anything Diligent Denizen has said on X. Not because of anything Ian Carol has said. I don't think that's why Erica Kirk is in grave danger. I think she's in grave danger because of things she has said and because of the way she's behaved and acted. And I think it's been a total disaster the entire duration since Charlie's passed. I think it's beyond clear that she's not up for the job now. I don't think anyone should be harmed. I don't think a hair on her head should be harmed. In fact, I would beg and urge people to ignore her. Leave. You know, just look the other way. She is doing all the. I mean, I saw some clips from a speech she gave today and I thought, what, is she trying to look bad? Like, is he intentionally looking bad? Daisy and I talked about it. Should we play these clips? And I thought, no, at this point, it's piling on. Like, if we play those clips today, I am not going to be able to watch them without pausing them every few seconds and laughing. It was that Bad. I mean, to begin with, she was dressed in like pajamas, silk pajamas. I have no idea who lets her out of the house like that. But I'm. I'm not. I'm done. I think I'm done covering her because it's just piling on at this point. You guys know what her eyes look like? We all can, you know, envision what that looks like. We know that she says random things and stops for applause lines. And you go, what the hell does that mean? Why did you just say that? I'd rather America look like the inside of this room than the inside of the courtroom. You don't like the paneling? What are you talking about? You know who was inside the courtroom? Your mother in law, your father in law, all your best friends, Stacy Sheridan, your sister. Couple people that look like family, that I don't even know who they are. I mean, who are you? What do you mean inside of the. You talking about Tyler? You don't like the way he looks? I. I mean, I. It was a nonsensical line and she delivered it as if it was witty and it was going to land and everyone was going to cheer and everybody stopped and was like, oh, oh, she's not talking. She wants us to clap. And they looked around the room awkwardly. They panned around and everyone's like, are we supposed to be clapping? Like, was that supposed to be deep? So to cover her is really at this point, not to. I mean, unless something else comes up. To cover her at this point is really not to do any additional news gathering. All it is doing is like, Quinn toppling down and whatever the word for 10 toppling down is, and 20 toppling down and 50 toppling down on the fact that she's not cut out for this job. Some people are not cut out for it. I am not cut out to play center for the Lakers. Shaquille O' Neal was. He's 7 foot 3, weighs 320 pounds. Your humble host is 6 foot 180. I would get clobbered in the NBA. I don't care how badly I want to play in the NBA. I'm 46 years old. I got bad lungs, a bad shoulder, sometimes a bad neck. But even if I had a perfect skeleton in perfect musculature, I'm 6 foot 180. I can't play in the NBA. It's just not going to happen. Like, I'm not going to be a center. I'm not going to be a center. And some people are not cut out to be on the stage, rallying audiences on behalf of tpc. And I think she's. She's right at the top of that list. Frankly, I think she might be near the bottom of the list. But that's okay. We know that. We've established that. We've. We've made that more than clear. And at this point, it's. It's just piling on. And I'm not sure the purpose of piling on anymore. If something changes, I'll let you know. If something changes in my mind, I'll let you know. It's not that you guys can't make your own independent determination. Spud Webb did not play center, you guys. I'm talking about center. The big guys. The guys who are like 7 foot to 7 5. Spud Webb was a guard. He didn't go down with those tall trees very often if he could avoid it. So I want to talk about. I want to talk about a couple of things before we jump into the meat today because something happened last night. Lindsey Graham died. It would be so easy for me to get here tonight and make a bunch of cheap jokes. Jokes at his expense. But I don't want to do that because I don't try to speak ill of the dead if I can avoid it. Sometimes you can't avoid it. But. But if I can avoid it, I try not to speak ill of the dead. I had this conversation with a friend today and her husband, and we were talking about, you know, how do you pray for the repose of the soul of a dead person? How do you pray for his family when you despised him, when you thought he was a demon, A demonstrate a demonstrably evil individual. And the reality is, we came to the conclusion sometimes your faith just requires you to. Sometimes your faith just requires you to pray for people you don't like. And this is one of those situations in life. I did not like Lindsey Graham. I cannot think of a time where Lindsey Graham held my political philosophy or when. Where Lindsey Graham held my moral philosophy. My moral philosophy on life is America before anything else. I mean, that's my political philosophy. My religious philosophy is I'm a Christian. I understand. Not everybody is. There's Hindus and there's Buddhists and there's Muslims and there's contemplative people, and there's probably small religions I've never heard of. I hope they practice their faith as well as they can. I hope they figure out what it is they're supposed to believe. And I hope they adhere the best they can. I don't feel like Lindsey Graham ever had that in his life. I think he gave lip service to it, but I don't feel like he had it. Instead, he kind of felt like a bloodthirsty warmonger. And I don't find that in any particular religion. He obviously was a flaming homosexual in the closet. You know, there are not a lot of religions where that's, like, front and center. So it's. It's not that I despised him as a human being. I try to. I try to adhere to the philosophy of. Of Jesus, that you should love everyone, even your enemies. So as a human, sure, I. I want the best for him. I want eternal salvation. I want him to be received into glory and all that stuff. But the example he set here as a human, I think was abominable. It was horrible. But he's not the only problem up there. Until about 30 minutes ago, it was pretty. Pretty obvious Mitch McConnell was dead. Now he's. Update. He sent out an update. He's. He put up a tweet or somebody put up a tweet on his behalf. I'll show it to you here, and then I will give you my thoughts on people like this being in office at this stage of their life, because I think this is ludicrous. But here is the new picture. That's his wife there, and that's him. Elaine Chow. I almost called her Connie Chung. That's a terrible thing to do. I shouldn't have even said that. I almost did it. But, you know, I'm honest with you people. Elaine Chow, who. Who, by the way, is her own political nightmare for. For America. But he released a photo, and they're trying to say he's alive and that he suffered minor injuries from a fall and then got pneumonia and was treated with antibiotics. Guys, he's been gone four weeks. He's been gone four weeks. It was becoming pretty obvious to me that he was dead. And if, you know, apparently he's not actually dead, but it's beyond dispute he's incapacitated. He's wholly unable to represent Kentucky in the United States Senate. He was admitted to the hospital on June 14th. That was 28 days ago. That's exactly four weeks ago today. And this. This notion of a fall is a little strange because first responders report reported to his house for an unconscious person in a possible cardiac arrest. But that's four weeks of Kentucky being without half of their representation in our country's deliberative body, the United States Senate. And today was the first time we got an actual update about his condition. An actual update. We've had political insiders assuring us he's sharp as attack. You know, they told us Joe Biden was sharp as attack before they, before he finally showed up to a debate. And you realized he was just warmed over. It was a warmed over corpse. But Republicans came into this term with 53 out of the hundred Senates in the Senate seats. And for the last four weeks, they've been down to 52. And as of last night when Lindsey Graham died, now they're down to 51. And he died at 71 years old. Mitch McConnell's 84. Mitch McConnell was sworn into the Senate in January of 1985, ladies and gentlemen. What were you doing in January of 1985? I'm sure a lot of you weren't alive. There's probably more than a few of you in this audience who were not alive in 1985. January of 1985, I was five, five years old. I'm 46 years old now. I've lived an entire life. I've gone from kindergarten through high school to college to law school. I practiced law at three different firms, opened my own firm, worked at a bank, worked at a, a health tech company, worked at a, an IT contractor, as in house counsel. I've, I've been on a radio show for, for six or seven years. I've now hosting a, I've done, I've had a wife, eight kids, a grandkid. I've lived a lot of life since 1985. That was before I started kindergarten. That's a long time to be in the United States Senate. In comparison, Lindsey Graham has served a paltry term, only 23 years. And it would be easy to sit back and blame them and say, oh, they're so greedy. Oh, they're so power hungry. They won't give up power, they just cling on to it. There's, there's some blame to lay there. There is, but you also have to understand how the Senate is structured, because this happens a lot, particularly in the United States, and it happens some in the House, where people just won't give up power. And they die in office when they're like 91, but in the Senate. I mean, the Senate is a, basically a retirement home. It's a geriatric ward. It's, it's a bunch of zombies being pushed around in wheelchairs, you know, given God knows what, dozens, maybe hundreds of drugs every month in order to just stay upright and alert, just to be able to extend their finger and push a button. And when they can't push a button, they elbow the guy next to him and he pushes the button. I mean, it's like, it's unbelievable what these people go through to stay in office. And yes, you could argue Mitch McConnell is afraid to give up power. Lindsey Graham is afraid to give up power in Lindsey Graham's case. In Mitch McConnell's case, maybe there's more of that. But in Alabama, there's a guy named Richard Shelby. He served in the Senate since 1986. He just retired a few years ago. His old chief of staff, I think, or someone who used to work for him named Katie Britt is now the senator there. And I think she got in office like 45, and. And if she follows his steps, she'll retire when she's 85. She'll be there for like 40 years. And again, it's easy to blame that person and say, hey, that's not the way government was structured, but the way the Senate is set up now, your state is at a significant disadvantage when you elect a geriatric person for the first term. Like Tennessee is getting ready to have a. A Senate election to replace Marsha Blackburn, should she win the governor's election. It would really behoove Tennessee to hire someone in their 20s or like 29, 30 years old, whatever, the youngest age you can legally serve in the United States Senate and then stay there for 55 or 60 years. Because the way the Senate works is absolutely everything is run by seniority, down to where you are seated for the State of the Union address. Where your guests are seated, where your office is is determined by seniority. Where you serve on which committees is designated by seniority. When you're the chairman is designated by seniority. It's not a meritocracy, it's a geritocracy. The older you are, the more power you have. The longer you've been there, the more power you have. And so it's possible. And again, I'm not sure this is entirely true, but it's possible. Some of these people just love their state. Like if Mitch McConnell gave up his seat 41 years into office, he gives up all that seniority, all those trappings of office, and then Kentucky starts over from the bottom, and now they're scrapping for every federal dollar they can get, as opposed to just having Mitch McConnell go back up to bring truck to Frankfurt, put it in Louisville, dump it out, back the gold up and just spread it around the state. Put a little in Bowling Green, drop some off in Owensboro, don't worry about the Appalachian people. They're fine. They've been. They haven't had anything for like 200 years. They don't notice. But everybody else, we need money. Just spread it around. It's easy when you have the, when you have the, the seniority. That's how it works. While Richard Shelby was in his twilight years, Alabama got everything. They got Space Force, they got a new NASA headquarter upgrade, they got the FBI, they got a deep water port. All this was only because Richard Shelby had been there like 200 years. He served with Abraham Lincoln. Seemed like had Richard Shelby not been there, they would have gotten any of that stuff. None of it. They would have gotten none of that stuff. And so it's the problem. We have to disincentivize staying there forever to the individual and to the state and to the body. We have to tell people, hey, after 12 years, your seniority is out. You are no more senior than anyone else at that point. It's either going to be a lottery pick or whatever to determine who goes where. If you don't want to have it, be a meritocracy. If you don't want to say, hey, this senator is pretty sharp. He knows a lot about the Army. Maybe we should put him as the Chairman of Armed Services. If you don't want to do it that way, then make it a lottery pick. Who wants to serve on Armed Services? Okay, everybody go into the thing. You all got 12 years service.
B
Great.
A
Bill Smith from Wyoming, you're the chairman of the Armed Services Committee. Who wants to be on banking? Okay, Roger Smitherman, you are the chairman of banking. Okay, who wants to. That's how it should be done. Otherwise you're incentivized to stay there forever and die in office, basically. And hold on while you're in the hospital for four weeks, basically a vegetable to remain in the Senate. And that's where Lindsey Graham was going before he had what has now been diagnosed as an aorta or been rumored to be an aortic bisection, not bisexual bisection. We're not talking about Lindsey Graham's personal life. We're talking about his medical thing that, that killed him. Two different things there. Two different things there. And so this isn't a traditional opening. It's just me ranting a little bit about the fact that the United States Senate is set up this way. You have too much of an incentive to just hang around forever. And if, if, if, or dissection, whatever. If, if, if, if someone can push you around even if you don't have any clue where you are. As long as you're still breathing, you have seniority, and your state benefits from that. And that's a. That's a situation that we should. We should get away from. All right. I do want to. I do want to cover some news because there's breaking news tonight. There's literally breaking news. There's a guy on X named Diligent Denizen. Diligent Denizen. I'm going to show you his post here. Diligent Denizen spent the week on the ground in Utah. There was a rumor that Tyler Robinson had gone to Panguitch, Utah, about three hours from Orem. About a little under three hours, maybe 255 from Orem, and that he was spotted there after 9 o'. Clock. Well, if you do a little math, if he's spotted there at 9 o' clock and it's three hours away, that's midnight. We'll look at the text messages and say, if he was in Orem, could he have sent these text messages? So just bear with me. We'll get there. But now we're finding out it was closer to 10pm that he was there, which would make it nearly impossible for him to be back to orem until about 12:30 or later. And again, we'll look at the text messages, the alleged text messages between Tyler Robinson and Lance Twigs, and ask you, is it even possible? Is it even possible? Diligent Denizen was on the ground and interviewed the staff at Cowboys Smokehouse. These were the people who served Tyler Robinson, who took his credit card payment, who checked him out at the end of the night. Two of the witnesses, 100% positively ID Tyler. Yes, that was his voice. Yes. That's his face. Yes, that's what he was wearing. It's unquestionable. There's no doubt. Here's the credit card that he gave us, you know, or he gave us a credit card. He paid, he checked out, or maybe it was a debit card. And they. They contacted the FBI with that information, but they were wholly unsatisfied with the FBI's response. It was really just kind of a. Oh, you heard he was a Panguitch. Okay, we'll follow up if we need anything. And then they kind of got off the phone, and so they reached out to Candace. Candace broke this news months ago. They reached out to Candace and said, hey, this guy was here. And the FBI doesn't seem very encouraged to look into it. Now, neither the prosecution nor the defense has contacted the restaurant. They've not contacted the owner. They've not contacted the wait staff. They've not contacted the individuals who spotted Tyler. And that gives me deep, deep concerns for Tyler Robinson's defense. I did not know this. I did not know this. I evaluated last week's hearing believing the defense was giving him their best defense possible. This is what is known as an alibi witness. No, I couldn't have been in Orem sending those text messages. I was in Panguitch. And had I been in Panguitch, as my alibi suggests, I was in Panguitch, this. There's no way I could have been sitting in Orem looking for a gun. There's no reason the defense team has not gone in person to Panguitch, Utah, and interviewed these people and collected all evidence they can possibly get. None. There's no reason. There's no reason. Frankly, the prosecution hasn't. They're under a duty to find justice. Not to convict Tyler Robinson in the face of all contradictory evidence, but to find evidence of who did the crime. And if there's evidence that Tyler Robinson was not where his text messages said he was, they're under a duty to figure that out. And they haven't contacted these people either. But this whole thing makes it impossible for Tyler to be waiting for the police to leave, looking and texting Lance and saying, hey, I'm sitting out here watching a cop. And, well, again, we'll go through this, but there's no way he could have been there if he did not leave before 10 o'. Clock. He didn't leave Penguins before 10 o'. Clock. Then he was not there in Orem before midnight. And he said he was going to update Lance Twigs by midnight because he had been attempting to get the rifle and was unsuccessful because a cop was lingering. So one of two things is true, because I'm going to rule out time traveler here. Diligent has given three options. I'm going to rule this out. Then I'm going to play the video. Either the texts are fabricated, which I now wholly believe, or someone was pretending to be Tyler. Meaning the prosecution is saying someone at the scene was acting like they were Tyler but were not at all Tyler, or he's a time travel. I'm ruling out time traveler, but let me play this video here because it's. It's pretty stunning. For anonymity purposes, the guy has taken off his name badge and. And removed his face. Now, let me say this about Cowboy Steakhouse real quick. No one in the world should blame Cowboy Steakhouse for any of this. They had nothing to do with it. They've done everything right. The owner, the servers, everyone there has done absolutely everything perfectly. Now, I mentioned there was a hole in the roof where the camera had been before and suggested that they take the camera down afterwards. I now know they didn't, that the camera was missing before Tyler showed up. But this is a nice establishment. It's a steakhouse in a small town in southern Utah. They do their best. It's not their fault that Tyler Robinson stopped there. It's not their fault that the FBI did a half bit effort to collect evidence. It's not their fault that the state has not contacted them and then their attempts to prosecute this case accurately. It's not their fault that the defense has not contacted. All they're doing is showing up every day and trying to serve quality meals to, to good people. That's it. That's all they're trying to do. And to that extent, if anyone thinks all these people, they're in on it, they are not in on it. They are 100% not in on it. But I will play this real quickly. I'm here interviewing one of the employees that met Tyler Robinson on the night of September 10th around 9. 00pm here at Cowboys Smokehouse in Panguitch, Utah. So how long have you worked at Cowboys? I've been here about a year and a half now. A year and a half now. And were you here? Yes, I, I was working here. I remembered him coming in, sitting at the bar. He ordered to steak, a couple beers. Did you sit at the end of the bar? Close to the end, second seat in. I wasn't the waiter who was taking his order and everything, but I did have a couple interactions with him just trying to help out. After, after I'd notified my boss, we reached out to the authorities. He contacted the FBI. They got our contact information, but we never heard anything from them. You never heard back from the FBI after he reported it? Never heard anything. And that's what, that's kind of what prompted me to send it in. It just didn't sit right with and, and how certain are you that it was Tyler Robinson that you saw? 100%. 100%. When I will add that's more certain than Lance Twigs, was that the guy in the stairwell was Tyler Robinson. If you remember from Lance Twigs's testimony, his 1102 testimony, Lance Twigs was asked, is this Tyler Robinson? He's like, I can't be 100 sure. I mean, it kind of looks like him. They Got this. He's wearing jeans. Tyler wore jeans. He's wearing shoes. Tyler wore shoes. He's wearing a hat. Tyler wore a hat. He didn't. I've never seen him in that hat in particular, but he liked hats. He's a big hat guy, big into hats. Sunglasses. Oh, man, he loves sunglasses. So, yeah, I mean, it kind of looks like him based on the clothing. That's not a very confident answer that. That was Tyler Robinson in the stairwell. Whereas this guy is like, oh, yeah, 100. No question. No question. I had heard his voice, something. He was just a weird guy. And I wasn't really paying no offense to Tyler, you know, with the weird guy comment. But, yeah, we'll let him continue paying attention to my phone that day. I'd seen that Charlie. Charlie had been shot, and I didn't really want to give any of my energy to it until I was done with work. And the next morning I went to my other job and my co worker was kind of talking to me about it. He pulled up a picture. He said I looked like. I was a little. Like, I was a little shocked by it because I. I recognized the face. And then later that night, or that day rather, they released a video of him ex. Getting his college acceptance letter. And when I heard his voice, it was no doubt that that was him.
B
And.
A
And do you know what time he left? It was close to closing, so it was around. What time did you guys close?
B
10.
A
At 10 o'. Clock. I was the one who helped him check out, and you were the one that helped him check out. So you're the one that. You took the card from him? Yep. Okay. And that's just like I told. I took the card. I figured that would be good information for the feds to look into it.
B
And.
A
And they never checked into it?
B
Not once?
A
I. I don't know if they checked into that. I know they. They got that information from my boss. So they got the information. But you don't know. You never heard back again?
B
Never heard it. Anything from him.
A
The defense.
B
Did the.
A
The prosecution ever reach out to you guys to come testify or anything like that? Reached out to us at all? Has the defense hasn't reached out to you? Nope. No one's reached out to you whatsoever, even though you saw him that night?
B
Yeah.
A
No one's reached out regarding anything to do with Tyler Robinson? No one's reached out. This guy is 100% positively IDing him based on his face and voice and mannerisms, and no one's reached out. No one's bothered. No one's bothered by this. I'm bothered by it. If this was my client, I would be bothered by it. If it's my client, I would be camped out inside a smokehouse or Cowboy Smokehouse and I would be begging, can someone please, in between customers, can. I need to come back at a downtime, do I? After work. When can you talk to me? When can I get a statement from you? If you look, if you look at how far it is from Panguitch to. I'll do that real quick. From Panguitch to Orem. Let's do Orem, Utah. Actually, let's do, let's do the campus, Utah Valley University. And we'll do directions from Cowboys Steakhouse or Cowboys Smokehouse in Panguitch. This is what you get. The very fastest that it says you can get there is 2 hours 46 minutes. This route is 2 hours 56 minutes. There's even another route that's 3 hours 15 minutes. Assuming he takes the fastest route, he leaves close to 10 o'. Clock. Let's, let's give it, let's give the state the benefit of the doubt. That's 9:50. We'll say. Let's say he leaves at 9:50. 9:50 plus three hours would be 12:50 minus 14 minutes would be 12:36. 12:36. That's the earliest he can show up. The earliest he can show up. I want to show you his text messages again. I want you to tell me whether or not. Hold on. You said there's a higher quality. Let me look at this one. Oh, not that one. Does it have a watermark? Oh, this Getty image watermark. That's fine. Let me show you the timestamps here. So this is the first text that. That's at 11 o'.
B
Clock.
A
Then we have this Wednesday, 4:33pm text. Now this just proves Lance is a liar, right? Because he said, he said that he hadn't heard from Tyler all day until 11 o'. Clock. Where? Right there. We have Tyler checking in at 4:33. But at 11 o', clock, drop what you're doing. Look under my keyboard. That's supposedly an auto text. And then Tyler responds to it. If, if we're right, if this guy from Cowboy Smokehouse is right and he left it, let's just say 9:50. He's only an hour and 10 minutes away at this point from Cowboy Smokehouse. Assuming he's heading back to Orem. Now I think we have to take that into question now. Not only because this timeline doesn't work, but because Ms. Noble, who turned over the nest doorbell footage, said that when she watched the nest doorbell footage, she saw a bald man driving with three passengers. A bald man with three passengers. That's not Tyler Robinson, by the way, who has hair. And it wouldn't be Tyler Robinson working alone because he was not supposed to be with three other people. But if the federal timeline is correct, if the state's timeline is correct, this whole conversation, much of this conversation is taking place while Tyler is driving back in a hurry to Orem, Utah. Blank. I tried to delete that. I'm still okay, my love. Am stuck in Orem for a little longer yet. Well, he's not stuck in Orem. He's not in Orem. He's somewhere in Utah. Between Panguitch and Orem. Closer to Panguitch than Orem. Shouldn't be long until I can come home. I got to grab my rifle. Still, I'll be honest. I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age. I'm sorry to involve you. You weren't the one who did it. I am. I'm sorry. I thought they caught the person. No, they grabbed some crazy dude, interrogated someone with similar clothing. I'd planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. It is quiet. This conversation is supposed to be taking place shortly after 11 o' clock, while he is closer to Panguitch than Orem. If the Cowboys Smokehouse people are right. Now, are you understanding why the FBI didn't follow up with Cowboys? Allegedly. Now, are you understanding why the prosecution didn't follow up with Cowboy Smokehouse? But the question is, why has the defense not followed up with Cowboy Smokehouse? It's quiet. It is quiet. Not it was quiet. Not I expect it to be quiet when I get back. Almost quiet enough to get out. But there's one vehicle lingering. How do you know there's a vehicle lingering? If you're in between Panguitch and Orem, you can't know that it's quiet. You can't know it's almost quiet enough to get out. And you can't know there's a vehicle lingering. It's impossible to know those things if you were at Cowboys Steakhouse until 9:50 or 10:00 now. But Baron, are you sure this isn't after 12:00'? Clock? Is this not after 12:30 when he's already back? We'll find out. We'll find out why? Why to do it? Yeah, I Had enough as hatred. If I'm able to grab my rifle unseen, I've left no evidence going to attempt to retrieve it again. Hopefully they will have moved on. Hopefully they have moved on. I haven't seen anything in news about them finding it. We'll update you by midnight, my friends. This text allegedly, supposedly was supposed to have been sent before midnight. You cannot get from Panguich at 9:50 or 10:00 clock at night to Orem, Utah in two hours. It is not possible unless you're doing like 140 the whole way. You can't. And not only that, I'll update you by midnight indicates this is actually a pretty good ways before midnight. Probably closer to 11 than midnight. You wouldn't say to someone at 11:59, I'll update you by midnight. Oh, now I gotta update you? I mean, that's too fast. He wasn't supposed to be in Panguitch. He wasn't supposed to be in Panguitch. Why did he go to Panguitch? I have no idea why he went to Panguitch. Maybe he had a hankering for steaks. This makes me believe he never went back to Orem at all. That he went to Panguitch and either stayed down there or went on. You know, there's a video of him supposedly at Cedar City, which is the next city over, from Panguitch, at 7:15 in the morning. But this cannot be true. Unless everyone at Cowboy Steakhouse is a liar. Every single person there would have to be a liar. The owner, the server, the other person who's involved that knows the two owners and servers, who's talked to people, they'd all have to be a liar. Every one of them would have to lie. And if you're the defense and you're really trying to get your client the best result possible, you would be establishing this alibi. You would be raising an alibi defense. And this is how you establish an alibi. You go talk to the server who checked him out, who's an eyewitness. You, you list them as an, as a witness, you bring them in, you sit him down in the courtroom, you ask him questions, and then you turn them over for cross examination. That's it. That's how you establish an alibi. That's the way it's done. What you don't do is sit around for 10 months, a year, year and a half, two years. And then when all the evidence is stale, when everyone's memories are fuzzy, when they can't really testify exactly what they saw because it's been so long. Because memories fade with time, then try to track everyone down. Do you still have that credit card receipt? Oh, man. You got rid of it after a year and a half. Oh, that sucks. Oh, that guy doesn't work here anymore. Do you remember where he went? Oh, man, he moved to California. That sucks. You don't know where he is. You don't even. Oh, gosh. You didn't get a forwarding address, did you? No. Oh, man. No, no, no, no. Friends. If that defense is really working in his favor, these people have been tied down already. In sworn statements and affidavits and depositions. These people's testimony is preserved. The fact that they haven't been contacted gives me grave concerns about the quality of his defense. And if the judge finds probable cause to send it to a jury and this evidence was out there this whole time, that's a real problem. That's a real problem because he could not have sent this text. It is quiet. Almost quiet enough to get out. But there's one vehicle lingering. I'll update you by midnight. That series of texts, that two or three texts in a row there is an impossibility. If he was in Panguitch, Utah, at 11:50, it's just not possible. It is impossible. How long you been planning this? A bit over a week. Yada, yada. I'm sorry for roping you in. Now I'm going to go through and confess to absolutely every detail. Now that you know that he probably didn't write this text, now that you know he didn't write this text, it calls into question the whole series of texts. And if you know he didn't write the whole series of texts, it calls into question the testimony of Lance Twiggs. The 1102 testimony where he talks about finding the stuff in the house where he talks about, oh, I. He asked to borrow my Dremel tool. Oh, he was engraving bullets. It calls into question all of it. If he will lie about these texts, then. Then you have to totally discount everything he says, because these texts are what people are citing when they say there's overwhelming evidence these are the texts they're pointing to. I've been planning it a bit over a week. Back here, he says, oh, it was me. You're joking, right? You weren't the one who did it. I am. I'm sorry. Well, if he didn't write this one, it's quiet. Almost enough to get out. But there's one vehicle lingering then. Do you think he wrote, I did it? I'm Sorry. Do you think he wrote the drop what you're doing, look under my keyboard. And if he didn't write drop what you're doing, look under my keyboard. Do you think he wrote the letter that was found under the keyboard? Guys, every piece of evidence is tied to Lance Twigs. Lance Twigs's DNA is on the screwdriver. Lance Twigs's DNA is on the gun. Lance Twigs's DNA is on the. On the. Not a rug. What? A towel. Lance Twigs's house is where they found the targets. Lance Twigs's house is where they found the Dremel tool. Lance Twigs's house is where they found the test round. Lance Twigs's house is where they found the casings of bullets. Lance Twigs's house is where they found the boxes of Remington shells. Every single piece of evidence is tied to Lance Twigs. Every single piece of evidence is tied to Lance Twigs. And if Lance Twigs is testifying that Tyler told him he was in Orem and there was a vehicle lingering and it was quiet and he would update him before midnight and Lance Twit. And it's impossible for Tyler to have been there because he would be still an hour away from Orem when that was written. At least an hour away from Orem, Then all of this is called into question. Every single text message has to be disregarded. If he didn't write one, he didn't write any. I can assure you, that's the way it works. And if he didn't write the text messages, he probably didn't write the letter. And if he didn't write the text messages and he didn't write the letter, guess what, folks? Someone's trying to set him up. And if someone's trying to set him up, they would need the screwdriver, they would need the gun, they would need the towel, they would need the test rounds, they would need the targets, they would need the Dremel tool, they would need to etch the bullets. Well, wouldn't you want to look at the person whose DNA was on all the rest of the evidence to determine? Keep in mind, the only thing tying Tyler Robbins into the roof, the only thing tying Tyler Robbins to the roof is the screwdriver that also had Lance Twiggs's DNA. That was from their common home that they shared. That's the only thing tying Tyler Robinson to the roof. There was a sweat drop up there. They couldn't figure out who it came from. DNA was inconclusive. It didn't tie to Tyler Robinson. Well, whose sweat was it? There were fingerprints up there. Remember we were promised the fingerprints. Oh, man. People had 15 foot poles and they were taking pictures of the fingerprints that they dusted for. They had all kinds of pictures on X YouTube videos, people with their cameras on a pole, and they were getting in close. And, oh, you can see the swirls and the marks on the fingerprints. These are plain as day. This is going to bury Tyler Robbins. Inconclusive. Couldn't get a match. Palm print. Not his. The only thing tying Tyler Robinson to that roof is the screwdriver. Now, you could say, well, the picture of Tyler Robinson in the building, in the stairwell, I mean, is it him? Lance Twig couldn't say with 100 certainty it was him. It kind of looks like him. So that doesn't even really tie him not be on a reasonable doubt to that situation. So all of a sudden you have to uncork everything. All of this evidence has to be taken into consideration. Now, you have to look more carefully at Mrs. Noble, because if somebody is setting him up on these text messages. Now, does it make sense that Ms. Noble says it wasn't Tyler Robinson in the car? It was a bald man driving with three passengers. She's the one who saw the. The video camera. She's the one who alerted the police. She had the. The car that they allegedly found, and they never wanted you to know that Ms. Noble said she saw a bald man driving and that there were three passengers. She. They didn't. The state did not want you to know that. They didn't bring it out on direct. The defense brought it out on cross, but the state didn't bring it out on direct. So they were hiding it from you. They were lying to you. Lie by omission is still a lie. They were lying to you, So you got to throw it all out. This mountain of evidence all of a sudden becomes nothing. Oh, there's a guy that looks like Tyler Robinson walking around on campus. Okay, fine. But why was someone setting him up with text messages? Could that have been the same person or group of people setting him up to look like he's all over campus by having people walking around in maroon T shirts who are about 22 years old and kind of skinny? This is not a situation where you look and say, oh, well, we can toss out that one piece of evidence and we still have all the rest of this evidence. That's not this. That's not this case. You cannot throw out these text messages and say, well, they might have been tampered with, but look at all the other evidence. No, all the Evidence ties to these text messages. Every single piece of evidence ties to these text messages. Every single piece of evidence in this case ties to this series of text messages. Where was Lance Twigs, by the way? What's his alibi? He was asleep until one convenient and then he just kind of kicked around all day. He didn't work that day, just sort of hung out. Heard from, heard from Tyler around 11. What'd you do between the time normal people wake up, like between 5 and 7am and, and, and 11pm where were you? Why can't we know? Why can't we be told where you were? And don't tell me, we'll check his phone. I mean, you're allowed to leave your phone at the house. You're not required to take your phone everywhere. Not yet. It's not yet a law. Might be one day, but it's not yet. If the text messages are fraudulent in every single piece of evidence right now, in light of the smokehouse testimony, every single piece of evidence also falls. If all this evidence falls, there is no mountain of evidence. We're going to look in a few minutes at the video, this alleged 4K video. We're going to look at it and we're going to say, can you tie Tyler Robinson to that roof using that video? If the answer to that question is no, why are we here? Why are we here? Why? Why is Tyler Robinson sitting in jail? And don't tell me he confessed. To whom did he confess? Oh, he told his parents. Oh, he did. Why didn't we hear from them? Why didn't they put his parents on the stand? Matt Robinson, Amber Robinson, Tyler's parents. Neither one of them testified. They weren't called by the prosecution. I can assure you. If he had confessed to them, you would have heard from them. That would have nailed it. It would have sent it to the jury. Like you wouldn't even have needed the text messages. You wouldn't have needed the fingerprints, the DNA. You wouldn't have needed the screwdriver, the towel. You wouldn't have needed any of the video footage, the grainy video footage from all over campus. You wouldn't have needed Miss Noble's nest doorbell footage. You need none of that. All you need is Amber Robinson saying, oh, gosh, yeah, he told me he did it. Told me he shot Charlie Kirk in the neck with a 30 out six. Killed him. That's why he wanted to turn himself in. He. They didn't call her to say that because he didn't say that. And they know that now. They know if they didn't know it then, they know it now. I've been telling them for months that he didn't say it. But you don't have to believe your humble host. You're free to believe whatever, you know, fed slop you want. But when the hearing closes and you look around and go, well, why didn't. Why didn't they call the parents? Why didn't they call the dad, Matt Robinson? I mean, oh, he wouldn't testify against his own son. He supposedly told the sheriff that. That's the. Been the story. He supposedly told the sheriff. Why didn't we hear from the sheriff? Why did Nate Brooksby not get up there and say, yeah, the parents told me, absolutely, 100%. They told me that Tyler told them he did it. That's why we accepted him in. We didn't hear from the sheriff. We didn't hear from Amber Robinson, his mom. We didn't hear from Matt Robinson, the dad. We didn't hear from Nate Brooksby, the sheriff. Who did he confess to, Lance? The guy he was texting saying he was in Orem looking at a police car while he was an hour and a half down the road between Panguitch at best. That's who he confessed to. That's the basis of your confession. The guy who had access to every single piece of evidence in this case. That's who you're gonna. That's your. And the guy who got immunity to testify. That's the guy. That's the one. Mike Mitchell, the boy Scout leader, the former pastor, the former deputy sheriff who'd retired as a deputy sheriff after, I think, 25 years of, by all accounts, honorable service. There's no hint that he. He resigned under scandal. Mike Mitchell was in the car that drove Tyler Robinson to the Washington County Sheriff's office. Would have been able to tell you what time. What time he turned himself in. Mike Mitchell would have been able to tell you what he was told in the car by Amber Robinson, by Matt Robinson. Mike Mitchell would have been able to tell you what was discussed with the sheriff, all of this. When it came time to put in Mike Mitchell's testimony, it was under seal. You weren't allowed to see it. It wasn't published for the public. It wasn't published for the courtroom. Wasn't published for anybody. Why didn't we hear from. If this was. If this was so obvious that he did it, why didn't we hear from Mike Mitchell? You weren't allowed to hear from Mike Mitchell. They hid that from you. You won't hear from Mike Mitchell until trial, if there is one, assuming Tyler can stay alive. If he does not, you will never hear what Mike Mitchell has to say. There was also a bishop involved, a bishop of the. The. The parish there that the family goes to. The bishop allegedly was contacted along the way. Why didn't we hear from the bishop? Why didn't put the bishop on the man of the cloth. Current man of the cloth, not former pastor, but like actual current bishop of the. Of the. I can remember what they call parish ward, whatever they call it there. But he allegedly had some inside information. He was not called either. Instead, they put in these text messages, these text messages that are impossible to be accurate. And when they put in the text messages, they knew they were impossible to be accurate because the FBI had been contacted and told that definitively. 100% chance Tyler Robinson was in Panguitch at 10 o', clock, which means he couldn't have been in Orem before midnight. Guys, you've been lied to. You've been lied to and you've been lied to. More than that. More than just that. I'm going to play a quick video. I'm going to give you the. I'm going to let them do the explanation real quickly of the difference and then I'm going to play the video and then I'm going to bring in two people who saw the video in court. I'm gonna hold them for just a couple of minutes. They're very busy. They got things to do tonight. I see them sitting there in the, in the green room, but I will bring them in in just a minute. But I want you. I want to set this up to, to minimize the confusion. Here is Detective David Hull and an attorney describing the video we're going to watch and how it differs from what we've already seen. Yes. And the difference between 12.1, what's been marked as states exhibit 12.1 and 12.4 are, are, if I understand you correctly, are these enhancements that we've been talking about? Yes. So there's two exhibits, 12.1 and 12.4, both show the same thing. Both are a snippet of video about one minute long showing from the time Tyler Robinson, or whoever it was that was supposedly on the roof, climbing over the railing, walking out towards the edge of the roof and then. And then running off the roof. That is the, the video, that video. Now, what is the difference between 12.1 and 12.4? Because we saw one of those two publicly. We all got to benefit. I'll show it to you in just a second. What's the benefit? What's the difference between that and the other? Just modest enhancements. We zoomed in a little bit. We added some red circles so that you could kind of follow along at home. And specifically, what. What. Be specific. Be specific about the enhancements. And let's go one at a time.
B
Okay.
A
I think there's a reference to either red circles or red highlights.
B
Correct?
A
That's how Mr. Olson described it. Red highlights, yes.
B
Do you know.
A
Do you know what he's.
B
What is.
A
What's. What is he referencing by the red highlights or what do you believe he's referencing? I believe he's referring to red ovals or circles that were placed over the image to identify specific individuals of note. In other words, it's so blurry and indistinguishable, we had to put a circle on the screen in order for you to see what we want you to look at that. Let me just interpret that, and you'll agree with me in just a second when you see the video. And these red circles are the permanent red circles. They temporary? I.
B
Different.
A
I would assume they are temporary. I'm not very technological, but I believe they would be overlaid over the image. And. This is a bad question. What I mean by that is do they appear and disappear quickly or do they linger or last for a period of time? They're there for a notable period, but I believe they come off the video.
B
All right. Other than.
A
Well, and you said that the. The circles. What do the circles. Do they identify an area or a person of. Of interest within the video. And. And other than do that, do the circles or the highlights, do they do anything with regards to. To the. The video itself, as far as accuracy? Not to my knowledge, no.
B
Okay.
A
In other words, it's the same video. The video we want to show, Judge, is the exact same video. It just has some circles. The. I think the next enhancement that has been mentioned that we've talked about. Is there some blurring?
B
Yes.
A
Do you know what that. Tell us what that is. What blurring do you see in state what's been marked as State's Exhibit 12.1 that you now don't see in 12.4? If I recall, there were some individuals in the parking garage footage and their faces were blurred.
B
Excuse me.
A
Is any. Anything other than faces being blurred? Not that I recall, no. And how often do you see the blurring throughout the video? I believe it's just in the. In the original sequence in the parking garage. The. The Other than the blurring does. Well, does the blurring. Other than.
B
Obviously.
A
All right, he goes on the. The point is what, what the lawyer for the state is trying to do is establish. Judge, these are the same videos. They're no different. That we just added a few circles so that you'd know what you're looking at. We blurred out some people who were not relevant, you know, but other than that, it's just raw video footage. Judge, we might have zoomed in about 10% just to sort of make the, the action a little bigger. But there's no enhancement of clarity. There's no different camera that you haven't already seen. So it raises the question, what have we already seen? What have we already seen? Well, here is what we saw because this was played in open. This was played in open court. This is the video that everyone is telling you is 4K and I'm going to bring in two witnesses and like two minutes that's going to tell you the same thing that I'm telling you now. But you might as well believe them. They were actually there. But this is the video. This is what we've been told all since Friday is just shocking new definitive evidence puts the nail in the coffin. This is the video you're looking at. It actually kind of rolls over the railing onto the roof of the LOY building. All right, just to orient you, up on the top left, this building. This is the LOSI building. I'll back it up just a hair. This guy is going to appear. Let me take his voice down for just a second. So this is the LOSI center security footage. I'll show you when they change the frame here just ever so slightly, there's a guy, see this CS roof up here at the top, this bottom white line, it says camera four here off to the right. Over here, right below the R in roof, there's a rail and you can see what they're talking. I mean, you might be able to see. You can see what they're talking about. It's a little figure crawling over that rail. Crawling over the rail there. I'll let him pick back up with voice now. And, and what time is this as just afternoon about 12:15. On what day? On December, sorry, December. September 10, 2025. What, what just happened or what did we just see happen? The individual actually kind of rolled right now you see here on the left hand side of the building up here, I don't know if you can see my mouse. Right above my mouse here, there's a little black dot on this roof. See that black. It's kind of like a vertical black dot, maybe like 2 pixels high or whatever over here. That little black dot right directly above. Keep your eye on that, because that is what everyone's telling you is the definitive proof that this is Tyler Robinson. And it is unquestionable over the railing onto the roof of the LOSI building. All right, And again, in the top left corner, the individual is now seen running across the rooftop of the LOSI building to what would be the southwest corner of the building, crouching down and then crawling to the corner of the building. And. And this is at what time? Around 12:23, I think. The time stamp on the video is 12:22. On the 10th. On September 10th? Yes. 20:25.
B
So we're clear.
A
This is the roof of the LOSI building? Correct. Can you still see that individual? Yes, you can. Lane prone. We're still here. There's just. They're watch. I believe this to be Mr. Robinson. I'm sorry, you believe this to be Mr. Robinson? I do, yes. And how long is he out there on the edge of the building? Just until the. The reported shot was fired at 1223 and 28. Individual then stands up and then moves across the building to the north. Is that what we're seeing happening right now? It is, yes. They move behind the. The atrium area on the rooftop to the north. That was it. Did you see it? Did you guys see it? Plain as day in 4K. Bulletproof evidence. Oh, we've lost one. Ladies, how are you?
B
Hi, Baron, what's up? Can you hear us okay? Can. Can you hear us okay or no?
A
Let me say this while you guys are working on the mic issue, so whenever you start talking, I'll know you've resolved it, okay? You cannot. You cannot tell me that any amount of zooming is going to fix that. And if they can get their mic to work. We didn't have a chance to mic check before we went because they. They are very busy ladies, and they. They were off doing other things. Oh, you guys can hear them? I just can't hear them. Oh, there we go. Now. I can hear you. Go ahead.
B
Can you guys. Can you guys hear us?
A
Okay, I can now. Yeah, they. They obviously could, but. Okay, so tell me. Oh, it's a high cue outfit. Tell me real quickly. Tell me real quickly. The video we just watched. You just saw the video. How fundamentally different, how much zooming, how much cropping, how different was the video you saw in court from what we just watched?
B
So I would say we're not 100% positive. If it's that same exact camera, it might be another camera that's like, maybe 20ft away. Maybe. I don't know. Maybe from my perspective. I think it's the same camera. And it's slightly. Slightly zooms in.
A
The guy testified it was the same camera. That's what I just played.
B
Okay.
A
No distinction other than circles and a little zoom. So how much did they zoom in?
B
Barely at all. I would guess 20 to 30%.
A
Okay.
B
Like, you cannot make out who it is. It's just a little black figure. We've talked to other people that were the other 14 people in line and just to get their perspectives as well. And one of them jokingly said, like, it could have been a cow on the roof. That's how far away it was. Like, you literally cannot definitively say that it's Tyler Robinson. You cannot make out who it is at all.
A
Yeah, so do you. I don't. I'm not asking you to jump in the heads of other people. I mean, I think that would be unfair to try to say, why is Jack Posobic and Brandon Tatum. And why are all these people saying this? I don't want you to try to guess. But does when you hear them say that, does it sound like what you saw? Because they're saying it was crystal clear, 4K. You could see him pull the trigger. You could see him shoot the shot. You could see him lying. Does it sound accurate to you?
B
Absolutely not. No. I. I think. I think they got emotional because they're friends with Erica, and Erica was indeed sitting there bawling. But. And so we're the Kirk's parent. The Kirk parents. So maybe they were emotional. Like, oh, you see a video which infers that he's taking the shot in that moment because the timestamps are showing. So I think they took that and, you know, started typing it out and thought, oh, I'm gonna run with this, because this is gonna be good. I have no clue. I mean, in my opinion, it's a blatant lie. Like Benny Johnson saying it was HD 4k quality. Zoomed in. Tyler Robinson, clear as day, pulling the trigger. Like, that is the biggest lie I've ever heard. It is so not clear of who it is. It's so far away. It is not zoomed in at all. And also, Benny Johnson saying everyone in the courtroom gasped. That is also blatant lie. No one gasped. Like, that literally did not happen. We have confirmed with three other people there that nobody gasped. And we're Two more. So that's five total. Nobody gasped. The other people that we spoke with were sitting on the opposite end of the courtroom. We're sitting on the. Closer to Erica than we were. Yeah, nobody gasped. We have audio recordings. We're actually going to post, like, snippets of these audio recordings speaking with the other people who were present. And, you know, there's going to be plenty of people saying those people weren't actually there. That is just the stupidest thing I've ever heard either. Like, Billy and I were in the courtroom. People are trying to say that we were in the courtroom. We absolutely were. I mean, you can. They want to ask the TP USA people. They know that we were in the courtroom, too. We talked to Jack Bosobic afterwards. Like, everyone knows we were inside.
A
So let me. Let me give you a series of questions. Just try to answer it in a word or two here, because I want to get through a. A litany here for you. Were you both present on Friday?
B
Yes. Yes.
A
Did you watch the video?
B
Yes.
A
Did the video have sound?
B
No. No.
A
How many days that week, last week, how many days were each of you in the courtroom? Billy first. Billy Webb on the left first.
B
Two.
A
Two days. Randy Sicilyani on the right. How many days total?
B
Three.
A
Three days.
B
I was there Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I was there Wednesday, Friday. But I was outside of the courtroom all day on Thursday. We didn't know that they were only going to allow 14 people in. So Monday, went there, didn't get in Tuesday, decided just to watch it from my Airbnb because we were going to go live with other podcasters and we didn't want to camp overnight, me and Teresa. So Teresa, her podcast is Teresa Better Life. Me and her got a Airbnb together just so we didn't have to drive an hour and a half each way in the morning and then back afterwards. And we just decided to stay at our Airbnb on Tuesday and then make it a point to camp overnight to make sure we got a spot like the rest of the days.
A
And just to be clear, when this particular portion of the video was playing, you were watching the screen?
B
Absolutely. Okay,
A
ladies, tell people where they can find you. Billy, go first.
B
So I am just my name on most social media platforms. I'm on X. I'm on Instagram, Tick tock at Billy Webb with three Bs, because Billy Webb with two Bs is all always taken. And then I'm now noticing on YouTube,
A
Brandy, how can people find you?
B
Brandy Ciclioni. On X Instagram, Tick tock and on YouTube.
A
Ladies, I appreciate it so much. You. You have done so much on the ground reporting, and I've talked to you both behind the scenes, not on camera, over the last several months, in between hearings, stories you're working on, bouncing ideas off of each other. You guys came to Nashville and I got to see you while you were in town.
B
Yeah. It was so fun to meet you in person. Baron, would you mind if Brandy mentions one other thing of somebody that she spoke with on Erica's side who was invited from. Invited by Erica?
A
Yeah, go ahead.
B
Oh, yeah. So I'm not going to say who this person is just for their own privacy, but I did talk to someone that I didn't know was invited by Erica, but Billy confirmed that they got a wristband through Erica's people. And I messaged this person on Instagram just because I wanted to just verify, like, hey, did we see the same thing? Because I don't understand why they're blatantly lying about what was shown. So this person called me, I talked to them on the phone, and they said, Benny Johnson is, you know, exaggerating and embellishing what was shown. You could absolutely not see Tyler Robinson's face. You cannot see anyone pulling a trigger. You could not even make up that it was a gun, really. You know, you could see, like, it was just so far away that the. The way that they're describing it is just. There's no other words than just saying it's. It's a blatant lie. And so I just wanted to say, like, we talked to someone that was even on Erica's side that agreed with what we saw. And, like, what we're saying.
A
It's. It's shocking to me. It's not surprising. It's not surprising, but it's shocking. And. And I draw the distinction there. I'm not surprised at all that, that these people would do this because it seems like they have a vested interest in a particular outcome, whereas we just want. Or I don't speak for you. I just want the truth. Like, I just want to know. Yeah, yeah. If it was Tyler Robinson, put him away. But exactly. Every story I look into, it seems less and less likely that it's him. I don't know if you heard the penguin stuff today. If not, when you jump off, hit rewind and go listen to it, but I don't even think he was there that night, like, you know, before midnight. And so it. This is. This is, in my opinion, consistent. So it doesn't surprise me, but it still shocks me that somebody would stand up in front of a camera and just lie. And I believe, based on your testimony, that's what they're doing.
B
Yeah, I really think it was like a God thing that Billy and I made it in the courtroom, because if we wouldn't have, the only testimonies that we would have are from the TPUSA people. And the fact that we barely got any sleep and we camped out and we made it inside, it's just like, it's such a God thing, I think, because you. No one would have any other testimony than what they said. And, you know, we were there, and they're just blatantly lying, and it's crazy. Baron, if you want us to go over each clip that we saw, we. We've conferred with the other people who we have the phone numbers of, and I'll let you know. Most of the clips that were shown in that courtroom you've already seen. Most people have already seen. And we've gone over with everyone else. Like, can we go through the order of the clips that were shown?
A
I don't want to, because this is the only one that really matters to me. Telling me that you saw somebody in a parking garage. Whether or not it's Tyler, it's irrelevant to whether he climbed on a roof and shot someone. You know, this is the shot. You have to put Tyler Robinson on the roof with a gun, shooting a person. And if you can't do that, then you're gonna have trouble convicting him. And this is what they lied about. This is the video they lied about. This is the dramatic video where they crawl up to. You can see him crawl to the edge. I watched this thing. I zoomed it up to where like 5% of the video took up my whole screen. You can't see a thing. It's just a smudge, you know, and, you know, I don't know if he was up there. I mean, it's clear there's something up there, but is it Tyler Robinson? There's clear there's something up there. Does he have a gun? It's clear there's something up there. Is he just, you know, providing oversight? It's clear there's something going on. Was he put up there as a distraction to draw people's eyes away, to make people think he was shot from the Losey Center? You know, that's kind of where I'm starting to believe. And the more I look into it. Text messages, obviously, in my opinion, being manufactured.
B
Yeah, I have A question for you. Do you think that maybe the letter that was shown was shown on purpose so that they couldn't show any of the other exhibits, so they couldn't publish this video? So it was just like, trust me, bro, this is what happened, and the public can't see it.
A
I've heard that speculation. I've heard that speculation. I saw one more comment go by that I want to ask you about. Did you see a muzzle flash?
B
No. No. Could not even see the blob of a figure move due to any recoil. I was looking for that. No.
A
Thank you, ladies. I appreciate you taking your time out of your night. I know you're busy and had plans tonight, but I appreciate you taking 15 or 20 minutes with me here.
B
Yeah, of course. Yeah, anytime.
A
Thanks for having us on. Thank you. We'll talk soon.
B
Yep. Okay. Bye, guys.
A
I don't know how to be any more clear than that. I don't know how to be any more clear than that. The people telling you this stuff is just blatant mountain of evidence. It is not true. It is not true. You're just. It's just not true. Brandy and Billy are fantastic. They've done great job for a very long time on this case. Both excellent, talented podcasters. If you can go find them on YouTube, give them a subscription, give them a follow on X, they'd be grateful, and I would as well, because it helps them. It helps them, both of them. They started out podcasting together, realized they'd rather do it solo. That's fine. I agree with it. I like doing podcasting solo. I would have trouble having a co host with me day in and day out, so I don't blame them at all for. For wanting to choose solo careers. They got a little taste of what it's like to do podcasting with a partner and decided to do a solo. Great. Good for them. Good for them. But go, yeah, go. Give them a follow, give them a subscription. It'll. It's just good to support people who are doing good on the ground, actual reporting, and that's what we brought you tonight. Tonight I brought you diligent denizen. Diligent denizen went on the ground to Panguitch, Utah. This is a guy who. Out of his own pocket. You can't make a living on X. Out of his own pocket. Paid to go to Utah. Paid to stay in Utah for, like, two weeks. I think he was there. Talked to witnesses on the ground, went into cowboy steakhouse, made an arrangement so that he would be there when the owner's there and the guy who's serving was there. Talk to them. I think he'll be doing some additional reporting on that in the days to follow. His reporting is pretty solid, and I, I, I think you would have trouble arguing with it. But if you want to argue with it, fine. Go. Let's hear your best shot. Give it to me tonight because you're gonna look stupid tomorrow. Yeah, Honestly fed slobbers if you dispute his reporting. Go ahead. Give me your best shot. Go ahead and get, get on X. Get on the record. Why don't you believe him? Because you're gonna look really stupid in the days that come. I promise you that. I promise you that. You guys should just accept what he said is true. But if you don't, you're going to look stupid. You're going to look really bad. But I support people like that doing independent reporting. We were bringing you independent reporting. This isn't just a rehash of what happened in the courtroom. And then we went and found two people who were in the courtroom. Brandon Tatum walks out. Jack Posobic walks out. Benny Johnson walks out. Oh, it was crystal clear. It was 4K. You could see him shoot him. No, you could not. We have already seen the video. We just played it. The same video you watched. The only difference is it didn't have a red circle on it telling you where to look. Now, Daisy and I have located a copy for those of you who are having trouble following along at home. We have located a copy that has an arrow. Now, it's not a red circle, but it has an arrow and it is zoomed in a little bit. I'll play you this so you can get an idea of what it might have looked like in the courtroom with a closer zoom and something to help you guide along at home. Because I don't want to be accused of being dishonest. This is a zoomed in. Now, keep in mind they didn't enhance anything. They just zoomed in and they. And we got an arrow here. They had a circle, but I'm going to let it play. It's a 12, 20, 22. 20, 12, 22, 16. So the alleged shot takes place in a minute, 12 seconds. But I'm going to let it play. You'll. And again, in the top left corner, the individual is the arrow will help you follow along. Now seen running across the rooftop of the LOSI building to what would be the southwest corner of the building, crouching down and then crawling to the corner of the building.
B
And.
A
And this Is at What time? Around 12:23, I think. The time stamp on the video is 12:22. On the 10th. On September 10th? Yes.
B
20:24.
A
We're clear. This is the roof of the Losi building.
B
Correct.
A
Can you still see that individual? Yes, you can. Laying prone. I want to pause it and point out one thing. Look at the lower right. See how it is X the skiff down here on the right. Look just above that. You see this vertical smudge? That's also a person. Much closer as it plays. Give this guy a glance. You'll see him walking. This is the quality of footage they saw. See that? Now look how much farther this other blob is. That's what they're telling you. Is 4K. Crystal clear. No question. Bulletproof evidence. Tyler's guilty. Send him to the chair. You believe this to be Mr. Robinson? I'm sorry? You believe this to be Mr. Robinson? I do, yes. And how long is he out there on the edge of the building? Just until the. The reported shot was fired at 12, 23 and 28. Individual then stands up and then moves across the building to the north. Is that what we're seeing happening right now? It is, yes. They move behind the the atrium area on the rooftop to the northeast corner where the white triangle is. That's the quality they saw, Guys. If any of you heard someone walk out of that courtroom and tell you that they saw definitive proof they saw a gun being fired, they lied to your face. They lied to you. I don't purport to know why they lied, but I can assure you they lied. Lie is an intentional act. A lie requires intent to deceive. There's not a single human being on earth who could watch that blob and conclude anything that they said. Therefore, they intentionally deceived you. It was an intentionally deceptive statement. Question is why. I don't purport to know why. I can assume it's because they're so desperate for Tyler Robinson to be held accountable. They know you didn't have the benefit of being able to watch it, and they didn't know people like Brandy and Billy were going to come out and say, hey, wait a minute, I was in there. That's not what happened. But they were trying to set a narrative that Tyler Robinson's guilt is definitive. That's not definitive. That's not definitive. There's nothing definitive about that. No one can look at that and say, yep, I saw exactly what happened. I saw a guy pull a trigger. No, you didn't. I saw a Guy shoot a gun. No, you didn't. I saw a guy kill Charlie Kirk. No, you didn't. No, you didn't. You have no idea what that guy was doing up there. You don't even know it was a guy. You don't know if it was a guy, a girl, how tall he is, what he's wearing. You know nothing about that individual. Nothing. And anyone who tells you otherwise is being intentionally deceptive. So I don't know the why. I know the what. I know they lied. It's the result that terrifies me. Because the result of the lie puts Tyler Robinson in grave jeopardy. Because what I think a natural consequence of having people walk out of a courtroom to try to convince absolutely everybody in the world that Tyler Robinson is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It's definitive, bulletproof evidence, is that if Something happens to Mr. Robinson and there is no trial, this murder will no longer be investigated. Because you were supposed to be convinced it was him. Text messages, video evidence you didn't see that was so definitive. You were supposed to be convinced it was him. And you weren't supposed to care what happened to him. He was facing the death penalty anyway. So what if he took his own life or was taken out by a fellow inmate? You wouldn't care. That's where it was headed anyway, right? With that definitive picture. 4K evidence that you couldn't see. That's the consequence of their reckless lies. It puts Tyler Robinson's life in jeopardy. It gives anyone trying to cover up this crime incentive to have him removed from Earth. That's terrifying to me. It's not the way the criminal justice system should work. Instead, when a purported alibi is known, it should be investigated by the law enforcement agencies, by the FBI who the tip was reported to. They should have investigated it by the Utah State Bureau of Investigation, who's assisting in the investigation. It should have been investigated by the Utah County Sheriff's Office, by the Washington County Sheriff's Office, or who, whatever county Penguin. It should have been investigated by the prosecution team. They should have sent an investigator down there to interview these people, gather any evidence, receipts, anything else they might have had in their possession. Maybe they can extract DNA or fingerprints from those receipts. We don't know. We don't know because they didn't go down there, but certainly by the defense team. It is an absolute detestable failure of the defense to know your client has a potential alibi witness. And you don't go interview them to know your client has a potential alibi defense. And you don't seek to establish it. You don't seek to preserve the evidence of that alibi. It borders on legal malpractice. And I mean that seriously. You can't tell me they're too busy to establish an alibi. There's no better defense to murder than alibi. I wasn't even there. I was in Panguitch. Well, the next best thing to an alibi for the actual murder is an alibi to your actions after the murder. Because if your actions after the murder that are being attributed to you can't be caused by you can't have come from you, then you might not have committed the murder. Because if someone's going to frame your cover up, they probably framed you for the murder. Why else would they frame your cover up? What interest do they have in that? Who would have known Tyler Robinson even existed at 11 o' clock at night to start this frame job? Unless you knew you were framing him. Those text messages, if you did, if you missed them at the beginning of the show, go back and watch those text messages purport to be from Tyler and have him placed in a location in Orem, Utah. Watching a police officer well before midnight when he could not have been there at that time, it is physically impossible. Again, he would have had to drive 120, 140 miles an hour all the way there. And we have no evidence of that. Is that how you would drive if you had just murdered a man? Would you drive to make sure no matter what, you got pulled over? If I'm the defense, I'm. I'm subpoenaing every traffic camera along the way, every Flock camera. I'm talking to every police officer who was supposed to be tasked with patrolling those roadways. Did you see this guy? Did you see anyone driving like a bat out of Hill? I don't think he did it. I haven't thought he did it in a long time, maybe a short period of time. I thought probably he did it, but that was nine and a half months ago or more. I don't think he did it. I sure don't think he sent those text messages. And I'm confident that that video footage doesn't show he did it. Is that defeat probable cause? Well, we don't know because none of that evidence was presented because no one did their job. And that's a miscarriage of justice. The state should have done their job. The defense should have done their job. This is Brady evidence, by the way. This is Brady evidence that should have been investigated and turned over to the Defense, they were aware of it and they did not investigate it. I did a whole open on Brady, if you remember that. This evidence should have been retrieved by the prosecution, by the FBI, by the Utah State Bureau of Investigation, by the sheriff, by somebody in government employee. This video, this alibi witness should have been interviewed. The alibi evidence should have been retrieved and it should have been marked and turned over to the defense in a reasonable time. And it wasn't. And it wasn't. And so I asked you a question, I've asked you a lot here lately. Is this the kind of country you want to live in? Is this the kind of criminal justice system you want representing you? Because when the state of Utah tries to put someone to death, everyone in Utah is trying to put someone to death. They represent them. When the FBI is tasked or contacted about a tip and they don't investigate it, they fail to investigate it on your behalf to the extent you're American, because they represent all of us. I'm dissatisfied with the representation I got from the FBI. I'm dissatisfied with the prosecution from the state of Utah. And right now, after this, after today, after diligent denizens reporting, I'm dissatisfied with the defense team. Very dissatisfied with the defense team. In the coming days, I think we're going to learn about other evidence they didn't follow up on, other evidence that might prove or tend to show that Tyler Robinson did not and could not have done this. And the more evidence we see come out that is a failure of the system that failed Tyler Robinson and frankly failed Charlie Kirk, failed to answer the question who killed Charlie Kirk and how? We don't really worry so much about the why in the criminal justice system. We worry about the why here because we're commentating haters. The more evidence that comes out that they didn't do their job, the more it looks like Tyler Robinson's being framed. You can call me anything you want, but this is reality. There's not a single lawyer in the world that I'm aware of who's ever worked a criminal case, even one time, who will agree that that tip about Panguitch should have gone uninvestigated. You won't find one. Every single lawyer you talk to will go. Alibi witness. Yes. Why was that not investigated? 100% of them. In fact, the only ones I'm aware of on earth right now who disagree with that statement are the ones representing Tyler Robinson. And I don't know why, but it sucks. Absolutely sucks. And sad. Sad. I always forget to say this when I open. If you could like the video, it would help us the likes. YouTube uses that in their algorithm to determine how they're going to ship videos out. We got a listener named Patsy, who's divine, designed a ton of stuff. She's great. So I'll roll through some of your comments. Appreciate you guys joining me here tonight. Hurry up, chief. Activate the cone of silence. My shoes. Ringing. It's the principal calling. What should I tell her? Oh, the principal's calling you tell her I said hey. Tell her I hope she enjoyed her vacation in Spain. And we look forward to the principal coming back tomorrow. She'll be back on before I'm back on tomorrow night. I'm eager to see what she has to report regarding the second suspect in custody, 910 after George Zen. How did Tyler. How did Tyler text Twigs? They interrogated someone in similar clothing. One suspect, second photo, I. E. Clothing was unpublished, but suspect two, be facing backward in prosecution holding cell footage. I doubt it, because that person would have had to be taken in custody in Washington county, and that wouldn't make sense, but that's a good thought. Blah, blah, blah. That wasn't me saying blah, blah, blah to you. That was your username. A bald guy. Three others in TR's car. Whose DNA did they find in it? That's a good question. Whose fingerprints, Whose DNA did they find any gunshot residue? Can we visit earlier shows with new info, please? Yeah, the Clips channel is actually doing that. We got a great editor over there who's putting in a ton of time and. And he does great work and he's going back through old episodes and finding interesting topics in light of the new evidence. So you can go check it out. But I will do a good job of going back and finding some of the earlier stuff. I want to do a kind of Google Trends recap, but the problem is there's so much breaking news constantly that I never have a chance to do it. But I want to go back and do a recap because a lot of you found the program through the Google Trends shows we did early on. That was basically unheard of before we started doing it here. And it's changed the way investigations are done. You start, you see people using it all the time. Now anytime something new happens, they immediately go to Google Trends and see, was it searched in D.C. was it searched by our greatest ally? Was it searched in Russia? Was it searched in China? And you're finding interesting results. So, yeah, it's good advice. Good advice. After seeing that there's little no evidence Tyler was the shooter watching, all the slopers agree. Starting to think they faked it. Oh, starting starting to think. My guess is the defense wanted a close trial to lay out the real evidence while proving their client is innocent and leading to the real who, how and why. I no longer believe that. Not if they're not going to investigate alibis. Someone please make a video of Tyler Robinson's car that cuts to Andrew Clavin driving, Ben Shapiro, Jeremy Boring and BB Doing the night at the Roxbury dance inside the song what is Love? Of course. Well, we wouldn't be able to play it if you put the song in there. I believe you found the guy with a gun and badge. From UVU police officer testimony timestamp 4347 YouTube. We're not going to Mars episode Charlie Kirk operation 322.4, dated December 4th, 2nd, 2025. Thank you, I appreciate that, but until we get a description, it could have been anybody there. So this might be a crazy question, but if Tyler confessed, why would there be a trial to see if he's guilty or not? Wouldn't the confession be enough for proof of guilt? Do you have a confession that I'm not aware of, Sir? Ma'. Am Rooting. Do you have a confession? Because I haven't seen one. Same evidence seen by all. Yet we draw polar opposite conclusions. I'm convinced CERN split us into separate timelines. That's not true. I mean, it might be true, but some people are just fed slobbers. They like Alpo. Welcome back, B. Happy Sunday, everyone. Iq Indeed. Indeed. But Baron. So, night of crime, Tyler spills beans and texts the day after. He doesn't go into any details, according to the furry lover. Let me. Let me add on to this. I'm glad you brought up the furry lover. Did that guy look like a tranny to you? Did he. He talk like this? He had the deepest voice for any trans person of all time. My name is Lance Twigs. The media wants you to believe I'm transsexual. I am not. I am a man. I saw no evidence of transdom. Christ is king. Indeed. All the way from Quebec. Thanks, Baron, for always bringing the truth. Prayers and blessings to your family. Thank you. I appreciate that. Charlie was said he was afraid of those in close proximity to him that were compromised. Not the left at 10x in March 2025 like Ryan Breed, blah, blah, blah, blah. Thanks, Baron. Thank you. Thank you. I don't mean to go past your timestamps, but I can't watch everything everybody recommends. I don't have enough time in the day. Hola, senor Baron. Whatever happened to Candace's source that felt intimidated by the local Utah politician after he showed up to the kid's house? That's a good question. I don't know. That was a good. That was a good question. I don't know what happened to him. So, Lance, your bf's implicated in a crime, but you don't look into it? You text, but don't grill him later. You personally never heard him talk about CK specifically or LGBT issues. All seems reasonable. Yeah, and he can't recognize him in a stairwell either. Not 100%. But they wear shoes. They both have shoes on. They like shoes. Sending our humble host and appreciation super chat. The haters now angry he can make a living with an honest God fearing podcast. Glad to be part of this. Christ is king indeed. Yeah, I saw somebody put up some numbers. A they weren't accurate, but B, I appreciate them confirming I took a pay cut to do this. I don't know what they thought I made before full time, but I was a 20th year lawyer working pretty hard at a pretty good company and I was pretty high up in it. I don't know what they thought I was supposed to be making a minimum wage or whatever, but it's like they're outraged that you can make a living because you're honest and you share good information. Humble host. Did you find your big bonus box? I did, I did, yeah I did. Thank you. I did. I appreciate it and, and have reviewed it thoroughly. So thank you sir. Thank you sir. I was not clear what you're talking about, but after your comment the other day I went and looked and it clarified it quite a bit. So thank you. I just want to say hi to Blakey. Andrew. Paramount, those things Lisa knows, Jack Doo Doo and all the slobbery slobbers. Yeah, they're looking pretty stupid to me in my opinion. I honestly forget those people exist. I, I'm like head down working. Parking garage is supposedly for students or valid passes. Wouldn't the defense be able to identify the time and exact vehicle that went and parked? You would think so. You would think the state could do it as well. That would have been pretty convincing if he'd have checked in with his phone or his credit card. Thank gosh it's Sunday. Christ is king indeed. Much love from Canuck land, you syrup drinkers, moose jockeys. I love you people up there. 51st state and all. Baron, why was there no spark or smoke when the R mic went off? Well, a couple things on that one is I raised the rode microphone explosion as a possibility. Like I did several other items. I don't know for certain what happened. I think there's a lot of merit to it, which is why we talked about it. But the second thing is
B
the, the,
A
the, the Smoke and Spark is more movie than reality or it's poorly executed tests that don't understand the technology that was being used. You're. You're talking with some of these explosives of flash that's like under 2000ths of a second. You're not going to pick that up on a camera. I mean a camera is capturing like 1/60 of a second every now and then. I mean it's just, you're not gonna, you're not gonna pick that up. I missed the real Baron podcast song. Well, tough. How do we know that Tyler isn't part of this? Deeper. And agreed to be the fall guy in exchange for something. This is all said and done. He gets to live his life somewhere else. How do we know he isn't a fed asset? We don't. But if he's in on it, he's. He's. You know. We're still trying to figure out who did it. And he wasn't him. In my opinion. It wasn't him. Oh, no. No. Doo doo. Baron. Famous last words. What happened? Did I say something wrong? My b. Can you share your tips? Email again. Thank you and God bless you. Yes. But I use. You guys use tips very generously. As a phrase. I use it very tightly. RealBaronPodcast gmail.com. realBaronPodcast Gmail.com bear on. 3 days till spinal fusion. 7 days till 3 years sober. Thank you for the prayers. Now I'm counting the hours till Candace is on air and you follow. Christ is king indeed. I hope after two weeks off she gets an early start tomorrow. I might even tell her as much. Hey, you've had two weeks to prep a show. 4:00pm God's time. Madam Principal. Thank you for all you do, Brandon. Appreciate you your thoughts about Lindsey Graham's passing and McConnell's health issues. You're excellent journalists. Love you. Crisis king indeed. Thank you. I appreciate that. Very kind of you. Oh, you were asking for my thoughts. I gave my thoughts. I'm sorry, I thought you were saying. But then I realized the timing. You couldn't have possibly heard what I said before you sent that. You're not Tyler Robinson after all. Not trying to cast aspersions here, but after listening to Officer Tater's analysis of the court proceedings. Has anyone verified he's going into the right courtroom? It's a good question. Lance said he saw a link but didn't look into it yet. In the tech convo, Tyler asked him to look online to see if the gun had been found. So he did look up info online. Another hole in his testimony. Me, perhaps. I love that he got a text from his. Allegedly got a text from his boyfriend. It's like, hey, I just committed a part of a major crime. Okay. Drive safely. Anything you'd like to confess in particular? May I ask you specific questions that would be helpful in putting you in prison? As if. I'm an investigator to cover Baron for the cursed jar from the start. Oh, did I say something bad? Oh, that's what you Guys are talking about. I didn't mean to. It's okay.
B
Everyone thought it was funny right when you clicked it.
A
I feel bad. I shouldn't have done that. It wasn't anything. I try to keep it so clean here. I apologize, guys. I know this is a family friendly outfit and if I said something ugly, I am really sorry. It will not. Well, I can't say it'll never happen again, but I don't think it'll happen again. Ek in the casket is the modern version of Roman Polanski having a photographer take a photo of him by the door that had pig written in blood. Weird. Yeah, that's interesting. I hadn't thought about that. Roman Polanski's a weird bird. Mikey. South Carolina Senate looking good for you. Mikey who? Mikey McCoy. No, why would he? He not even from South Carolina. Poolside ribs for dinner. Twas great. That is all, man. Sounds like you live a life there, Mr. Khan. Live a nice life. Yes, I did. Yes, I did. Do you think Tyler and Lance or whoever could have been intentionally faking a limp so that they appear to be the same person on camera could explain the switching of limping legs? They just forgot. Of course. Of course. Even if they don't switch the legs, even if you tell me the camera was mirrored, there was a period where you walked down the stairs and bent both legs and then remembered like, oh yeah, I'm supposed to be limping. Baron. I feel like Joyce Byers from Stranger Things. Never seen it been 10 months and I never miss a show and I have no one to talk about anything. Everyone around me are sheeple. Let's send them a link. Stop believing Lance's transfer you to watch. Yeah, same, same. I don't believe it either. Everything's fake and gay. This is such a mess. Fake and gay indeed. In the case of a lot of TPSA employees, very gay. On RBP episode 81, you gave a full TR timeline that you hope people would revisit. And honestly, it's chilling considering that many of those TR sightings were of body doubles. Yeah, I think they were. I think some of them. Maybe all of them. I believe I found the guy with the gun in the badge. You. You already told me that. Yeah, thank you. Can you. Well, I'll try to find that. I'll try to find that. There were a lot of guys with guns and badges, though we don't know which one. He gave no description. There are a lot of plain clothes people with guns and badges. So just showing me one is not. Is not helpful. Unless you tell. Unless you tell me he's on a roof. In which case, tell me he's on a roof and I'll go look. Feel sorry for CK's parents. At this point, I'm starting to feel like they are complicit. They watch the video and have to know the blatant lies being told. I hadn't thought of that angle. That's an interesting angle. Dang. Someone stepped forward in Ali top files live claiming they were abused as a youngster by Turek. Until they file something, I don't believe it. I just don't. I'm sorry, I don't say I don't believe it. I don't think it's actionable. Like, you can't judge Turk one way or the other based on that right now just because someone said it. I mean, someone could step forward tomorrow and claim you did the same thing. You probably didn't. That's not to say there are no abuse victims. Don't. Don't get me wrong. It's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying when there's an allegation made against a public figure, it needs to be examined before anybody runs with it. People in uk, Australia, New Zealand often use English spell checkers. If Tyler wrote the text to lt Wooden caliber, correct to caliber. Isn't the lead investigator from New Zealand? Christ is king. Indeed. We actually don't know where the lead investigators from. I wish we did. Hey, Baronson. I don't know if it would have autocorrected. Hey, Baron. Sending love from Texas to my favorite podcaster. I watch all the time. This is my first live super chat. Christ is king. God bless you and your family. Thank you, Sharon.
B
I was gonna say the caliber thing. I tested it. You were on air. You probably didn't even see it. The other day I tested the sentence, and when I spell caliber like that, it didn't autocorrect. But when I typed it in, just the word by itself, it did autocorrect to the American spelling. So I thought that was peculiar. I thought it was worth noting if you. If you type a sentence with it spelled the across the pond way, it does not autocorrect. But by itself. If you just type caliber with re, it'll autocorrect to how we spell it.
A
That's interesting. That's interesting. Yeah. I don't know for sure how it was working on his phone that night. I mean, I don't know how we can possibly. But I found it interesting because I Don't know any Americans to spell it that way, man. Thanks for all you do. Sadly, today I realized my new pacemaker moon goddess literally can't make my heart skip a beat. TK loves you all. Thank you. Thank you. Sorry to hear about your moon goddess affliction. If cops have the suspect on video going from parking garage to out the campus, then also shows the same suspect meet with a member of tpusa, why didn't they ask the TPSA person if it was him? We don't know that they didn't. But I don't know why we didn't get that video footage. Like, what were they meeting about? Does it look like it was like hey, hey. Or does it look like it was like, here's 20 bucks, here's 50 bucks, here's your suitcase of cash. Crisis King. Thank you, Baron. The case is so heavy on the soul. I appreciate your work and your voice for truth. I appreciate your comment. Thank you, Steph. Evening, Baron. Crisis King. That is all. Evening, Ms. Moray. I probably butchered that. You are outstanding. Well, no, so are you. Crew shade, if that's how you pronounce it. Appreciate your format and elect an intriguing delivery. Can we do a citizen's arrest on Dan Flood? No. No, we can't. He definitely participated in the murder of our future resident. Well, we can't say that for sure. We can speculate. Mountain of evidence. More like a grassy knoll of evidence. Keep going, Max. I think you're giving him too much credit. There's no grassy knoll even. It's like a. Like a four day old pimple of evidence. Crisis King indeed. Though I agree with you there. Hey, Baron, I agree with you about the balances on the cars. TRS is short in the parking garage. One plus TR says fog lights and the other one doesn't Hope. Had a great weekend. Crisis King indeed. Thank you. Yeah, I've spent a long time looking on the at the car. Somehow my super chat last week was skipped. I gave an explanation that I was gonna have to skip some. There were just too many to go over for a couple of those days. And it would have been like a seven, eight hour show and I don't have it in me. Utah County Jail Sheriff Mike Smith. We're on reality series 60 Days in season nine. Was Utah chosen the only season filmed out west? I don't know. Dress is as good as mine. I didn't know that was true. I'm assuming it was. CK was always referring to CK as my husband versus calling him by Name reminds me of when abusers, murderers, distance themselves from their victims by calling them that girl boy instead of by name. I didn't know that was a thing. I know it was a thing. Driving back to Kentucky from New Hampshire. Thanks for making this brutal drive a high IQ one crisis king indeed. Indiana Jaggers. Got them moved like Jaggers. When you were first starting out, did you have the opportunity to work as a prosecutor, public defender? I did not. If so, what made you decide not to go that route? I don't know. Just didn't. Started in civil litigation. Just did. Are there any areas of law you wish you'd explored? No, I've had a great career. I've done a little of everything. I've done civil trials, criminal trials. I've worked at the state, federal level, military courts. I did corporate work for a long time. Like not in courtrooms, but helping non profits, political campaigns, just individuals with issues. Not a lot of estate stuff here and there, a few things. Not really my forte. I can do the easy stuff, but no, I don't think so. You know, did in house work for two different companies for 5ish years and then I don't think there's anything I wish I'd explored. But thank you. Thank you. Good question. Tip for the hard workers behind the scenes. Thank you. Appreciate that. But Baron and did a daisy doing hard work. I get sad knowing that Tyler's life has been. That's how you pronounce it. In Alabama, I had a roommate that told me the milk was rer. I didn't know what the hell was being said. I was like, what does rent mean? It's rent. It's gone bad. You mean ruined? Yeah. Re, I said. How do you spell it? R, U, R, N, T. I've never spelled it down, never written down. I just know it's R. Agreed. They can't let Tyler Robinson get a not guilty verdict and give interviews how he met with Lance and tpusa. Hope he makes it to trial and freed. I. I hope he does too. Has anyone talked about phone pings to verify TR's location on 910? Wouldn't that help clear up the timeline? That's how the Idaho perp got caught. I'm not sure I would use that case as an example. Yeah, people have talked about it, but I've seen no evidence of it. Why have tpusa paid monsters lie about video so outrageously, Especially after Graft's displeasure over Erica and her loose lips. Love you. B from Fort Worth, Texas. Because they need to convince the public, he's guilty and they did not do a good job last week. How does the prosecution not know that the Dodge Challenger is not Tyler's? What's our opinion? That it doesn't look like the same car. At first blush, admittedly, we don't have all the evidence in front of us. Maybe they have a license plate camera. Maybe they have higher. I don't know. I don't know why you wouldn't give us the best evidence you got. But you know EK is in grave danger because when you lie with the dogs, you get the fleas. Allegedly. Allegedly. Sadly agree with you on his safety. I don't think there's a safe way out for TR if he's ever asked why did you go to campus that day? The question his answer will raise can't be asked. Hope you stay podcasting when CK case is over. Whatever that looks like. Thanks for your integrity and for your clean content. No swears. F bombs. Apparently I screwed up when the show first started today. I'll clip that out. I don't want that saved for posture. Oh, maybe I'll bleep it. Maybe I'll put a bleep over it. I apologize. I do. Yeah, I tend to be here a long time. Got my high Q and go back shirts. Love them. Great members episode with Cassia. She and Nissi have been my favorite guests so far. Thank you for all you and your team do. Number one, Bremerton, Washington. Thank you. Appreciate that. Can't wait for my curious mind merch to get here. Also can't wait for Candace to be back tomorrow. Christ is king indeed. Also prayers requested for our fertility appointment tomorrow. Thanks. All prayers coming your way. Randy Ryan. Randy, huh? I'm sure you. That's a name. Good luck to you. We'll pray for you. But Baron. Good evening first super chat. My husband and I are your number one fans from freedom New York. Please say hi to my amazing husband Rob, who's watching with me. God bless. Christ is king always. Hi Rob. Welcome to the program. One of two. Oh, we got a two parter people. TR said to LT on 910 that he was the one who unalived CK. No, he did not say that. You will not find that in the text. He was asked you weren't the one who did it, were you? And he said I am. I'm sorry that doesn't it is car doing a lot of work there to to make it beyond a reasonable doubt. I pulled the trigger that killed Charlie Kirk. Could have been I was the one who set it up? I was the one who did. Drove the getaway car. I mean, there's a lot of it there. And you got to believe that's him saying that when what we covered today indicates he might not have been. Lance says, was that you? But I thought they caught the guy. Referring to George Zen. Well, there were multiple people arrested that day, so we don't know which one he was referring to when he says, I thought they caught the guy. Yes. Lance Twigs testifies he didn't see any media regarding CK unaliving till 9 11. Lance testimony contradicts the text messages because George Zinn was taking the custody on 910. Again, we don't know what he meant by that, but yeah, I think it tends to go to the fact that he's dishonest at the very least. Or it wasn't him. What him? I think he was saying.
B
She was saying that he. In the texts, he was saying that he wasn't following anything going on that day.
A
Okay.
B
Okay.
A
I'm just saying, you. The texts are doing a lot of work, for sure. And we can't guarantee that they were texting that. We don't know what Lance was actually texting. We don't know that Lance texted any of that. He might have texted all of it. I don't know. I no longer believe the text at all. After the Penguins testimony, do you think Mitch McConnell's dead? No, not after today. I've heard they may announce his death after 8 3. When it's too late for midterms. That was the rumor until they posted a picture of him setting up. That changed things. Trump said more about LG passing than when CK passed. That hurts. Hoodwinked. P.S. louisiana is short for Louisiana. Oh, Louisiana is short for Louisiana. Oh, okay. Gotcha. Roger that. Are they cleaning up and getting rid of dead weight? And our greatest ally. And a lot of people that know too much, I think. Oh, you mean Lindsey Graham and Charlie Kirk. I don't know. My biggest self pointed fan from San Coulee, Montana. Now living in Utah. Not sure where to put the comma before and after Montana. That's easy. Separate your states with commas. Just like your years separate concerning Lindsey Graham. When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices. When the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy. Oh, I don't. I don't want to root for the dead guy. I don't want to root against the dead guy. I mean, I. I understand this. Taking displeasure and even announcing your displeasure with his policies while he was here. But I don't want to be like them. I don't want to cheer when people die. Thanks for all you do. Can you explain why the attorneys didn't end with oral arguments? Also, will the published evidence be available to view online? The videos from the media are so distorted, so why they didn't end with oral arguments is the hearing is not over. They will have oral arguments, I believe, and that'll probably be, I think he said September 20th, September 1st or 21st, something like that. So I think they will have a summation and I think they'll have a written submission as well. Will published evidence be available online? I don't know. I don't know. I. I don't think so, but I don't know. Oops, apologies, your honor. I didn't like him either, but also didn't want to speak ill of the past either. Don't try to say this part for all the balconies here. Oh well, we're big in the Balkans. Christ is king. Indeed. He's big in the Balkans. He's huge. Can you take a moment to hike you outfit to say a prayer for Charlie Kirk's parents and his children? They are innocent in all of this. They are indeed. They're indeed. I think all we can do is pray. Lindsey Graham's in those final seconds of his life, called up to Christ and said, please forgive me. The grace of final repentance. Yeah, I believe that. You know, the. For us Catholics anyway, the church has never declared anyone has gone to hell. They admit people have gone to hell, but they've never said a specific person has gone to hell. Like you can't say, like Osama bin Laden, Adolf Hitler, like, you know, the big boogeyman of the 20th century. You can't say they went to hell. But I think it's, you know, we want everyone to make it. Have you been doing any digging into our British friend? Yeah, I have, I have. We will get there when it's ready to produce when the wicked Paris. I don't, I don't want to jubilate. Let's not jubilate, people. During Lance's recording in the hearing, the question of references, when he went. Matt, thank you. Regarding Tyler. Is that Tyler's middle name or so his. No, it's not his middle name. His middle name is James. His dad is named Matt. I don't think he was talking about that. I think he said met twice. You remember when you met, met Tyler? I think he's just like, you know, like an oral stutter or Whatever. But I have to go back and listen to it. Admittedly haven't listened to it but once or twice. Weekend at Bernie's. Roger. Good movie. Getting home a week away from my daughter's dance competition. My brain is going to explode trying to catch up on everything that's happened. Holy mackerel. Well, there are a lot of good content creators that did some good summaries, including your humble host. Hey Baron, do you recall the episode you were talking like a southern judge and hitting your gavel? I want to watch it again for the laugh. It was hilarious. On the Clips channel. Baron Coleman clips. You can go find it. You have to get past the new stuff so if it doesn't have a thumbnail. You're getting close. You're getting close. Love you. Crisis King indeed. Yeah, Baron Coleman clips. Search that in YouTube, you'll find it and subscribe while you're there. Love being part of this jury number one Lake Charles, Louisiana fan. Can't wait for Candace tomorrow. Battle Bun Monday. Keep up the good work. I want to take a guess on her nail color. You guys always guess my hoodie color. She's been gone two weeks. What are we going to go with? We're going bright red, hot pink, Maybe a blue or a green? No, no, no, I'm not going with any of those. I'm going with maroon. Tyler Robinson shirt. Maroon. That's what I'm going with, Candace. If you're listening, Principal Maroon, blink twice if it's maroon. Hey Baron. Me and my wife. My wife and I just found out we're with child. Congratulations. Enoch Clayton Eneco. Clayton. My father passed when I was 8. I'm sorry to hear that. So I fear I don't have a good blueprint for this. I'd love any relevant advice for a first time father. Christ is king indeed. Love on that baby. Love on that baby. Never waken sleeping baby and love on that baby. That's your advice? That's all you get. FBI, atf not giving docs to defense makes more sense if they plan to eliminate TR before trial begins. Pray for doctor safety. Yek danger rather than other tp. Jsa. I don't know what that means. Players thoughts.

Because

she's just been a disaster and that it really worries me. I don't want anything to happen to her. I thought I like demand nothing happen to her. I just have such a bad feeling and that whole like Candace is gonna put her in danger. Candace is gonna put her in danger. Candace is putting her in danger with her rhetoric. I Think that is a setup? They're trying to set up a scenario where if she unalives herself or is taken out by some psycho, that it's Candace's fault. I don't think you do that. I don't think you put on that full court press saying that unless you've got plans. And it scares me. And I hope it's not true. I hope it's not true. I mean, I want her to live to be a hundred. So pray for her. Honestly. I mean, it's good advice. Oh, goodness. Oh, goodness, I hit a wrong button. Oh, goodness. I'm hitting the wrong button again. Oh, goodness. I hit the wrong button again. Okay. Notice I said oh, goodness and not whatever it was I accidentally said when the show opened. Bubba, bear on, my love. Thou had to return it to your vehicle to retrieve your computer. Surmise there were no squad cars as thou hatched return unscathed. Yeah, I had to go back to the scene of the crime at a meeting today, and I had to go back to the scene of the meeting to get my computer, and it was there unscathed. I might dust it for fingerprints and swab it for DNA to see if any scoundrels touched it while I was gone. People are so confused by the difference between clues and evidence. They showed a lot of clues warranting investigation to see if clear evidence could be found to support or debunk them, but no, actual evidence. Didn't do their jobs. I'm not sure I agree with that definition, but I agree that people use evidence loosely. I'll agree with you there. Iran has released a Lego video taking claim for lg. Okay, we're all on your side. You and the team are real truth of real truth seekers. We're just fantastic throughout this time, praying for you all and justice for Charlie. Christ is king indeed. Thank you. That was very kind. Sweet. Be sweet, B. That's the first time I've ever in my life been called sweet. Bee hubby. Sober 30 days today. Amazing interior designer. That's amazing. Amazing. Mrs. C. Had a chance to crack my book open. Not without my son. She has. It's on her nightstand. Glad you received it. Great interview with Buckley. Do you think Officer Tatum is paid or nut job? Well, those aren't mutually exclusive. I think it's both. Connection between Terrell defense lawyer Michael Burt, tpsa, Duncan Aviation, Elbit systems and government contracts. Stop giving me time stamps. I mean, honestly, I can't. I cannot sit here and watch a bunch of other shows while I'm doing stuff. But I believe you on all that. We've covered all that. Candace has covered all that. Thank you and Daisy for all the hard work. Nice to see common sense still exists. Christ is king. Indeed it exists. Here we existeth. Look at the McConnell pick. The newspaper specifically. MLB jerseys are Nike, not Adidas. Really? Hold please. Nike is the official provider of jerseys. What? What am I? MLB jerseys. Adidas. Do they make MLB jerseys? Nope. So if they're Nike, not Adidas, that would mean it's current because Adidas is no longer the supplier of jerseys. That's a shame. As a lifelong South Carolinian, I've never met anyone that liked or voted for Lindsay. How he kept winning shows voting is broken. Well, that said, I wish the best for his friends and family. Rest in peace. I tend to agree with that. Voting is broken. I don't trust it anymore. And what can you do? I don't see them letting TR make the September 1st hearing. I think that's why folks like Jack Posobic and others like him are trying to sell the public on the idea that TR is guilty as hell. A bunch of jamokes. I don't know what a jamoke is. Did you make me just say something ugly? I hope not. But yeah, I, I, I fear for his safety during preliminary hearing, does prosecution present all their evidence or hold back something they don't produce at all? Same question regarding defense. They don't produce it all either. Wondering about phone ping, GSR test on tr etc. I'm going to add an etc there. Yeah, they don't have to produce everything, but they should produce a pretty compelling case and they did not. I never get on X, but I did for the prelim. Between you, Candice and I, Ian, I laughed all week. TP is over, imo. When do you think EK will be forced to resign? I hope she's given that choice wearing my Crisis King indeed. Sure grateful for your critical thinking and knowledge. Charlie's courage and faith was monumental for me in my music and spiritual life. Praise Jesus and God bless your Middle Tennessee neighbor. Howdy neighbor. Hope you can hear me. Howdy. I'll pull back up to see what your name was. If I actually did know you. Not Mitch McConnell coming back from the dead wearing the same button up that you wore Friday for members show. He must be a fan of this high Q jury. Is that what he was wearing? I don't know where my run went. Oh, there it is. New Ms. McConnell pick. That is nothing like what I wore for the member show. A totally different shirt, different Color, different brand. Got a pocket. Mine might have a pocket. I don't know if it did or not. Like subscribe consider being a member. The merch is awesome. Just ordered two more shirts yesterday. I have multiple colors of some of the shirts. Thanks Nurse Casey, Daisy and Mr. B. Thank you, Heather May. You're very kind. Very kind and a good. You give good advice. Right? At this point I just want to walk in the courthouse and start yelling everyone what to do. Like BH claims to have done at the hospital. Yeah, that been fun. Let me know how that turns out. Notice they can't arrest you at the hospital. Well, I mean they can, but they got to call someone in there at the courthouse. They just arrest you. May God continue to bless you and your family, Brand. We're lucky to have you on the air. Learn to. To learn from you. Keep up the great work. Crisis king indeed. Thank you. Very kind. Massy joked he had a 20 minute call with MM to end wars. Yeah, I don't know how much phone calling Mitch McConnell's doing these days. Valhalla has been a friend of the cause. Do you think Candace realizes he's more friend than foe? Just different opinion on Mitch. I think she. I think. I think she thinks he is the same as Paramount Tactical. I will abstain from answering that because I have actually had conversations about that topic and I don't want to. I don't answer. But I will. I'll. I'll say enough to say this. I don't think there's bad blood. I know there's not. I know there's not. Has anyone mentioned the TR texts are uncapitalized and lack apostrophes? Doesn't that heavily imply they were typed on a computer, not on a phone? No. Have you seen my kids text Lance? Is autistic evidence clear? Erica? Also, the point is easy to mk ultra autistic individuals and control manipulate such individuals. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. Baron, thanks for interpreting the fet slop, by the way. Did we get our package? I don't know what your package contained. I get a lot of packages. Probably, probably. But I don't know which one it was. I don't know which one. Lindsay. Thank you. Who can all. Who all can the defense depose and how much will we learn from it? I don't know. I'm assuming they have depositions, pre trial depositions in Utah. I don't actually. Don't know. But they could take a recorded statement. They could. I mean they can talk to anybody they wants the defense. Fighting for your life. Gloves are off, B. What a week. 1. I've been here since way before clip that. Now you just yell daisy. Daisy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I used to yell clip that because I had a little app that would insert a clip in the transcript for me and I could just search and find it. I abandoned that. It was too big of a pain in the butt to use two. I promised my kids I'd send their comment. They think you look like Forest Galante and he's under 40. Well, he better be hot. He better be a smoke show. Let me see here. Not a bad feller. I think he's got a. I think he has a rounder face than I do. Yeah, I'll allow it. I'll allow it. That's the first person under the age of 60 someone's told me I look like those. So tell your kids. Thanks. I smell. I still think the mystery guy with the gun who walked the cop was actually on his way to take care of the patsy. I think he was just there to plant evidence. Man, it's easy to me if you look at the stage Charlie was on. He was set the very back edge. I thought that was odd when I saw the picks. Easy recovery. Explosives recovery made easy. Yeah, I don't know. It makes sense. Credit, debit records, easy to prove. Location. I think if you could produce the receipt. You know, most receipts have some identifying information. Even if they don't print your name out, they got some identifying information. And you can then tie that back to Tyler Robinson. Throw something to myself. You can tie that back to Tyler Robinson. Oh, there's a burst of air. Felt like I hit myself with something. Air's thick today, boys. I. I think that would be pretty compelling that he was there. I think it would be pretty compelling. That's why I encourage anyone out there who's watching is a fed slapper. Go ahead and attack that video. Would you? Get on the record. Hats off to the folks at Cowboy Smokehouse. Agreed. Yeah, they've done. They've done good work here. Tyler closed out his tab with a credit card of 10, according to server. And shouldn't there be a digital timestamp of when the card was swiped? Do they have the receipt with his signature? So I've looked into this extensively because I wanted that same question. Depends on how you paid. If he paid with a credit card, there may or may not be a receipt with a. With a signature, depending on how their POS works. If you pay with a debit card particularly if it's contactless payment. There may not be a credit card like that he signs but there would have been a paper copy generated somewhere. Hopefully the FBI has it on an Escobar picked up where you left off on Google trends connected the dots on meeting at Fort September 8th and 9th she killed it. Brian Harpole and Justin Davis were on that trends list among other high ranking government officials. I watched the first few minutes of that video and I. I didn't. Somebody called me and I got sidetracked and I had to leave to go somewhere and I never got back to it. I need to get back to it. Anna does good work. I know every hat my roommate owns and I'm not gay. Well we'll be the judge of that because that's. That's pretty observant. You looking a little too closely sir? Divert thy eyes. Thine eyes. Thy eyes. How about foia flock camera records for tracking Tyler? Can you foia drop flock camera records? I don't know. Wouldn't TR have told his defense team is whereabouts that day? Ideally why in the world wouldn't they follow up on that? I don't know. Super sus and don't love that for TR tend to agree I had to stop ruminating on how Lance Twiggs didn't see any coverage on the 10th but then texted Tyler Robinson details about his search late night text thread on the 10th just to watch this show. Yeah they that seems to be what happened Lance Twigs looks like TR and sunnies minus hair extensions. You think he's got stanchions? I don't think he wears stanchions, does he? What pic did the waiter see? He was able to confirm his TR all the pix TR that released can't identify as. I don't know. I don't know. You'd have to ask him. I wasn't there. That's a good question. It's a very legitimate question. He should answer it. You should answer it. Hollered when the defense told the judge on Friday a.m. he was being told he should hang the TR letter on their office while they're listening your honor. Yes, they're listening. I hope they're learning. I hope they get took a little shame tonight that they hadn't gone to cowboy smokehouse. I hope they got a reservations tomorrow when they open. Hi Baron. Okay still Audi drank two beers. Wasn't he Mormon also just weird. I thought about that. I thought about that and here's my thought on the couple of beers thing. He was sitting at the bar, not a table. This guy wasn't his server. He just checked on him a couple times, and then he checked him out. I guess you'd like, you know, pay at the end of the night or whatever. It's possible he didn't see precisely what he was drinking. Or it's possible Tyler had a couple tall boys. I don't know if. So, Tyler, sober up. You got trial to attend. Hi, Baron. Shouting out, happy birthday to my aunt Kathy. I have an aunt Kathy. Still the best. She's the best. We love your show. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the truth. Christ is king. Indeed. And shout out to my aunt Kathy as well if she's watching. Also drinking two beers and driving five hours. Three hours. Three hours, but, yeah, I mean, not ideal. Not ideal. I don't know if he was drinking. Let's. You know, let's just only accept what we know. Texting and rushing back after a couple. Well, you guys keyed in on the beers. I see. I also understand why they can't see exactly where everyone was by tracking their phones. I don't know. I'm not. I don't work for the nsa. I don't know what they can do. He said the next morning. That would be the 11th. His other job. He saw a photo and recognized him. That would be the FBI stairwell pics. And later that day, they saw a video of Tyler talking. The 11th. Yeah, I think the next day after that was when Tyler was caught talking 12th. Have to go back and look when the earliest that that video was released wasn't 00:36 hours. The time Tyler saw the cop in the corner campus, ended up going straight. Or the noble video. So 00:36 was the time that he allegedly saw the cop. I questioned that cop because then he rolls up to the Nobles. I think at like, 12:38, he would not have had time to switch drivers out, get a bald guy in there, and add three passengers. So one of two things is true. The Nobles could be mistaken. I'm willing to allow that. You know, follow the evidence where it goes. The Nobles could be mistaken. I don't know how you mistake that, though. That's a pretty big mistake. Or the cop was mistaken, But I don't know how you mistake that. That there were three people in the car, four people in the car instead of one person in the car. You're allowed.
B
You're.

You're not allowing for one option, and it is that there were two challengers, and one of them had a bald man with three passengers and one of them had Tyler Robinson or the Coppa's line or Ms. Noble's line. I mean, those are like all the available options. I can't think of another. Are we sure it wouldn't be in texting Lance Twigs? No, we're not at all. It would be absolutely insane if Neff was the one in the Noble's statement. I feel surely he isn't dumb enough to do that. But can you imagine? I've thought about it. Why do some of the text bubbles have less space between them than others? I'm not an iPhone techie. I don't know. Let me look at some of my text and see. I honestly haven't even thought about that. Do any of mine have fewer? Let me do one where I talk a lot. I don't text much, apparently. Figure with my wife there'd be some. But. Sorry, honey, I just realized I don't text very much. They're more hard than me. Sorry, honey, I. I'll be better. I don't know the answer. What can be done to protect tr? I'm also worried, so this is a good question. I think at this point, the best case scenario for Tyler Robinson is someone comes out and provides definitive proof whether that was him at Panguid Smokehouse or not. The only way I know you could do that is to provide his credit card information or his debit card information and show that he bought something or at least, you know, if the FBI has the receipt or whatever, look at it and, you know, whatever identifying information is there. Can we tie it to him? Like, does it give the whole number? Does it give the last four, the first four? I'm not sure how it works. I mean, I know they don't usually put the whole number on there, but let's say you got the number and it was the first four numbers. The last four numbers. Are those his? Can we match them up? Anybody have his credit card or debit card and can we look at it if they match

The Fed slappers have a real problem on their hands. If these texts are showing up on his phone, he's freaking out and knows he's going to be taken out. Crisis king indeed. Yeah, he'd want to turn himself in to be safe, right? I think there were three Tyler's that day. At a minimum, it's all a dog and pony show. And some of the dogs and some of the ponies. It's axiomatic. First super. It's my birthday today. Happy birthday. I promised myself I'd spend less time Online. Then Baron hit go live. Oh, best party ever. Love you, my B love from sunny Gold Coast, Australia. I hope it's a reasonable hour there. I'm not sure what time it is, but happy birthday to you. Best birthday ever as far as I'm concerned. Thank you to you and your team. Love your laugh. God bless America. We the people have had enough. God bless America twice. I'll allow it. Why give it immunity? Why give you some unity? If Lance Twiggs was cooperating voluntarily, if wasn't cooperating, he could have been guilty. So why for immunity? He's providing info. Why offer? Oh, so I'll answer the question I think you're trying to ask. If he's appearing voluntarily, why are we giving him immunity? Because he has a lawyer and his lawyer doesn't want him to admit to crimes like covering up evidence. I've been giving them the best most amount of doubt I can give them. Egyptian plane picked him up from steakhouse. No, no, no. Landing strip behind the smokehouse. Nor was there an Egyptian plane in Penguich. What a busy Sunday. I've been down all week after a tooth infection and three extractions. The critters and garden miss me terribly. I've also been catching streams late, but am here now. Soup for dinner? I hate to hear that. Janice. I hope you get to feeling better. Did Charlie meet EK or AK first? AK Isn't it interesting? Both Charlie and Tyler were extremely smart. I feel like they were smart but dumb in the same ways. They both got manipulated. I mean, thank you so much Baron, for all you're doing. I've been with you since Google Trends. Could you please shout out faith and what up? Faith? And Jesus loves you. And Jesus loves you, Faith and couldn't TK have texted from the road in light about his whereabouts when he sent the text? Yeah, but why? I mean, what's the motive for lying there? I'm an hour and a half out of Orem. I should tell him I'm at the scene of the crime. I mean, that doesn't make sense to me. I mean, could he. Yeah, but why? Why would you lie about that? Say, hey, I got to go back and get my gun. I'm about an hour away from Orem. I'll let you know when I get there. That make any sense then? Lt testify woke up at 9:10 do tr pacing around the house. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly. I think that was 9 11. But maybe I'm wrong. I don't know. Why can't they get his bank statement? Credit card copy from the bank. Well, they'd have to ask, and it doesn't sound like they have. But Barron, wouldn't Tyler have told his attorneys he was there at the restaurant? Maybe they are saving it for trial. Yeah, but you'd still want to nail down the witnesses and collect the evidence. Like you'd want to interview somebody that. I mean, it's. My biggest question is why don't Tyler's parents seek out better lawyers? Many would do it pro bono, and he could easily crowdfund for attorneys fees too. Your thoughts? I don't know. I don't know. I think there's a reason the defense has not talked to the people of the restaurant. We just don't know for sure what that reason is. Well, there's no doubt a reason, but yeah, I mean, that's my whole point. I don't know what it is. I can't think of a good reason. Mitch is Weekend at Bernie's. Given all the people involved related interest in this case, how's it possible that the squad won't tamper with all the parties involved? Rhetorical. Well, I'll leave it there since it's rhetorical. A lot of road to from Panguitch. There has to be cameras around, see if his car plate picked up the area or along that route. Regardless, once again, leads shut down or ignored like Kent223, etc. I think there might be some other leads that were ignored that maybe that may be exposed this week. Megyn Kelly's complete angry flip thoughts. I didn't see it. Christ is king. Indeed. I know that. I saw that. Has the defense been alerted by podcasters to the alibi from the smokehouse? I. Not by your humble host. I don't know about anyone else. Number one fan from Hardy, Arkansas. How do we get the alibi information of the judge that come through the parties? Great work. Thank you. Do they ever fingerprint LT for exclusion? I'm sure, I'm sure. But Baron, you're worried about two people. I'm worried about the. I'm worried for the young lad from the Cowboys smokehouse. He needs to get that to a lawyer now. Oh, I wouldn't worry about him. I mean worry about everybody. In the same sense. I guess the damage is done. Like hide in the open. As far as I'm concerned. Tyler's grandma wanted Tyler to move furniture for her. Find out what town she lived in. Was it close to the steakhouse? It was. It was. Why did they choose to set up TR instead of. LT would have Been just as easy. Love you. Crisis King. Indeed. Why? Especially if you need Lance to do it. Maybe Tyler wouldn't do it to Lance, but Lance did it to Tyler. I don't know. Cell phone triangulation results. Where he was, Allegedly. I don't know. I don't know. I'm not a cell phone triangulation expert. He apparently interacted with a police officer when returning to retrieve the rifle. Be interested to know what time that was. 12:36am we have it on camera. Allegedly. If that's him, aren't parts of 1 I 15 tollways for express lanes? I think Orem south through Spanish Fork has express tolls. Do you have his license plate number? I do, but I don't have any access to the toll records. His grandmother lived near that steakhouse. Report at that time. God bless you for all your researching. Righteous King. Indeed. Closed parent. You opened a parent, but you didn't close it. I'll allow it. There's never been a mountain of evidence. That's correct. That's correct. There should be no debate. We've been occupied and we should start acting like it. Resistances mandatory. Okay, let me know how that goes. I'm not telling you not to. I'm just curious. I need an update. Where's the hospital camera footage? I think the FBI took it. Lance's cell phone should have been confiscated. Analysis of all LT and TR chats for writing style. I agree. I think they did an extraction of his phone. I'm pretty sure. Maybe I'm wrong. Would the steakhouse info be more useful at PC closing? Since hearing is favorable. State, can defense request second autopsy? You can't. You can't introduce new evidence in closing. So, no, it would not be helpful for closing. Can defense request second autopsy? Do you have a body? You know where he is? Christ is king indeed. I don't know that anyone knows where he is. Thank you and Daisy, for your hard work. Following your investigations along with many others and seeing more people waking up has given a little hope for the future of my children. Number one, Lithium. Lithuanian fan in Norway. I bet you're the only Lithuanian fan in Norway. I don't know how many of y' all are up there, but Baron, you're amazing. If Lance Twiggs lied, can he be tried for treason? Even if he has an immunity deal for being involved? Treason? No, treason. Go, Max. Christ is king indeed. No, not treason. My B tried to tag you, but this is easier. Don't tag me in social media. I mean, you can, but I will never see It. I'm just telling you, like, don't do that and assume I've. I've seen it because I don't look at them. In lt's interview, he mentions literally every item of clothing except the most disturbing item. His shirt. They are on that shirt. Lt would have said he does have a shirt like that. We've seen him in a shirt like when he got his scholarship offer. Oh, you're talking about the black shirt. Oh, yeah, yeah. I don't know. Good call. Good call. Episodes in which Candace discusses Tyler at Cowboys restaurant. Yeah, I. I mean, I know she did one of two. Mr. Coleman, don't. I don't comment often or always agree with you, but I must give you credit for what you've done to surpass others. You've not only created a mating community for your own followers. I'll try to find your second one if it's quick. Well, we'll find it when you. When you. When we get to it. I don't know where it is. Tyler surely would have been told. Would have told his lawyers where he stopped so they could get the eyewitness to be his alibi. It doesn't really make sense why they wouldn't have contacted. Thanks for your insight as always. Crisis kingdom. That was my whole point. Doesn't make any sense. If the text messages are fed slop, the case must be dropped. Bless you and thank you for all you do. My B. Christ is king. Indeed, indeed, indeed. I agree with all that and the rhyme. Doesn't it make more sense that TR Would not take his phone with him and maybe someone else had it and texting on his behalf? TR is not that dumb, but we don't know that. I don't know. Wow. After hearing this breakdown, I can picture TR being the pickup guy, not knowing he was being used as a useful idiot. I agree with that a lot. Doubling down on previous statement regarding Tyler's attorney. She's not up to the task of this particular trial in energy, attention to detail, knowledge of evidence. She's meek, not aggressive. She's not a fighter. I'm concerned about the steakhouse. Why didn't the defense object to the prosecution calling the individual on the roof? Tyler Robinson during the trial? Wasn't a trial. It was a pre trial hearing, a preliminary hearing. I don't know. Can we not email Tyler Robinson's lawyer with a combined compiled PDF document with all the evidence discrepancies, possible alibis? I don't recommend contacting the attorneys, so please don't. I just don't recommend it. I'm assuming they get a lot of unsolicited emails and so it'll just get lost even if you do Mr. Dumb Welder here. My boomer parents never listen to me about any of the things that I just want them to wake up but it seems like an impossible task. God bless you Baron. I'll pray or focus for you. Thank you. Could use some focus. Apparently DNA did not match Tyler on the glass grass Glass roof and grass area jumped off and 100% should have. I would have thought it would. In light of this, I'm sad. When Waterstone takes Salem private next month, all communication with CK, especially regarding leaving Salem between what I think is July 2025 to September will be gone unless a Congress critter sends an evidence hold or a victim's attorney. Why would a Congress person have an ability to do that? Or the or Erica's attorney? Well, I don't. I'm not following that. I'm sad as well, but I'm not following that. Can we start a campaign of open letter to Judge Tony Graff and have everyone sign it and reopen the investigation, include all the findings. This cannot continue like a doo doo show. There's no procedural a hook for a public interest reopening of the preliminary hearing. I'm sorry, that just doesn't exist. You're more than. I mean I don't recommend it. Don't contact these people. Let it play out. We'll do commentary, we'll. But I don't. I don't think we should be contacting them. Brandon Crew, you all are amazing. Keep up the good work. I received my RBP shirt. Intellectually honest and absolutely love it. Bella Canvas makes the best teas. Nurse Casey for the win. Quickly fixed my size mistake. Oh thank you. She does great work. Without her there would be no merch because I do not have time to deal with it. You think he ate food everywhere to be seen on camera on purpose because he knew he was being set up. This was his way to leave evidence of innocence. No, I don't think so. A week after the CK incident it was our courageous humble host who brought the Google Trends receipts. You single handedly changed journalism. Continue to do yeoman's work daily. God bless you. Be well. Those are kind words. Bacon shaken. Thank you. Two of two. Oh, here's the second one I was looking for earlier but also built camaraderie within this genre of creators podcasters to provide support. Build up one another. Build one another up and work together. I always say the most attractive thing about someone is Jesus. May God continue to bless you and yours. Christ is king indeed. Mama Essa. Thank you. Thank you. Overall, this is sad. Tyler's not gonna make it. Love you my B. Christ is king indeed. I hope they keep him alive. Genuinely, I hope they keep him Alive. Thoughts on EM shock theory? Don't know what that means. Twit. Good explanation. 480V circuit through mic. Big bang when RH touches mic. Shirt rising up, ring tank flying off. Exit wound dark burn marks.

That was my theory. I think I did that show first like six months ago. But yeah, I mean I think there's merit to it and it should be explored. Besides lance not recognizing him 100 but he claims TR never mentioned Charlie's name. Regardless of the fact that he had so much hatred towards him. It's a problem. Tyler pleads out or God forbid something happens to him. With broken cameras, of course. How much evidence will be available through foia? I don't know. Crisis king indeed. I don't know. Have no idea what the FOIA rules are in Utah jails. One question that should stop anyone cold. Where's the digital evidence? Cell tower pings device movement location data should verify or blow apart claims made in this case. Keep in mind this thing right here is not me. This is just a device that could be handled by anyone. Lead investigator with Aussie sounding accent and likely spelling habits admits to being non technological. Why would they assign a non techie detective when the mountains of evidence consists mostly of tech derived items? Well, maybe he's a good manager. Maybe he's a crook. I don't know. That could be either. Anything in between. What time did Lance go to his parents on the 10th? I don't know that he did. I don't know that he did. Did he say he did? I don't think he did. I don't recall hearing he did. I remember a time when this chat was pulling 20000 likes for 20000 in the chat. Where y' all at? Get those likes in. No pink mist. You must acquit. Red pill the nation. Make Orwell fiction. Again. No pink. Miss, we're talking pink mist now. P.S. this detective guy, I think we found Waldo. Only he's wearing a suit. I have the key to the city for Owensboro. Need it? No, I'm good. I'm all right. I'm all right. Owensboro is a fine town though. Glad you got the key. Empress Aaron. Hope you're a good empress. Hey baby. Biggest fan from Prescott Valley Arizona seems to be iPhone messages. So what are the chances LT is messaging himself using TR's iPad from home. Price is king, indeed. I've asked that question on many occasions. Many shows have. I speculated that on camera, 4% of chance I can't answer. But I've. I've raised that issue like four of the last six shows. On camera four. The roof of the Losey Center. The time goes from 12:15, 12:17. I watched it a few times. We'll have to go back and look. I didn't catch that. Hello to all the Fed slopers melting down right now. Honorable mention to the very special Agent Postoffer is a pathetic attempt. Claiming he saw video of TR clearly taking the shot at Charlie. Yeah, him and others. Benny Johnson and Brandon Tatum need to be in there as well. Is it common for star witness to need immunity from prosecution before testifying? Insanely common. Insanely common. Who isn't the person who requires immunity charge as well? Well, you got to have somebody testify. You can't lock everybody up by saying, I'll arrest anyone who committed a crime in this. Somebody's got to get immunity. That's why I encourage somebody. The first one to the courthouse gets immunity. You better get there. Open up the live stream. Baron. Oh, doodoodoo. Whoa. Baron. Don't be ugly. Definitely didn't. Definitely didn't. Tell your priest you would chill. I did tell my priest I would chill. That could be anyone's number saved under Tyler and took his phone. Also that could be Blake's phone saved as Tyler. The. The officer testified. He checked the number and it matched Tyler. That's his testimony. To be absolutely honest with everyone here, I believe wholeheartedly that we're watching evil and it's taken app our time and it's getting our attention. So please be aware that this is what is occurring. Christ is king indeed. Yeah, it's evil. Came in late. Start over. I'll be 30 this year. I was born in 96. I live in Kentucky. That's absolutely ridiculous. And Lindsey Graham died. He just got reelected in South Carolina. Who takes a seat? He did not get reelected. He did not get reelected. He won a primary. The election is in November. I'm assuming they'll either have a. I don't know what the rules are in South Carolina. It'll either be an appointment by the governor or it'll be a. Or it'll be a special election. I don't know. I don't know what the rule is. That's a state. Thing is, Jack Poso the Catholic version of Ali Beth Snuffy. No Catholic I know goes around trying to tell everyone how extra Catholic they are and then proceeds to deceive the public. Why? To hide behind religion. Absolve his actions. I admit it's unbecoming. Maybe defense have other evidence to debunk text. Maybe, maybe. Maybe they were testing a Boston Dynamics assassin robot. Or Spider Man. Tyler Robinson in 4K. LOL Brandy and Billy saying it could have been a cow. Yeah, I mean, but how do you know it wasn't? Why would TR text? They interrogated someone similar clothes on 910. What clothes he talking about? He would have no idea what kind of clothes? I don't know. I don't know. Hey Baron, I heart your high IQ content. Dumb question. With TR being a patsy, why does he speak out? Why doesn't he speak out? Also, will he take the stand when this goes to trial? Is he facing the death penalty? Seems like he should call out the perps. I think he doesn't speak out because he probably had committed another crime and doesn't want to be implicated in it. Someone had access to TR's Apple ID sending messages. That's. I've speculated at length about that. Why did defense not call his parents or Mike Mitchell? Well, he might have confessed some other crime to them and they. He. They might not want to be on the record implicating him in a different crime that could carry the life sentence. So Benny Johnson called it Red circle enhancements on X. Then getting interviewed while telling blatant lies with straight face. Thank you Billy and Brandy. After seeing the LT video, I think lt's life is in danger. He doesn't make it to trial. There's no way that LT can be cross examined. The case with Crumble. If something happens to Lance Twigs, it doesn't go to trial. I mean there's no case without that guy. I don't think said Mummy Yvonne. A big air hug from Alana. Okay, Baron, check that video again of Tyler taking the firing spot. There's another person slightly northeast on the rooftop, moving. I think that's a car on the highway way off in the distance because it's beyond the roof line. I've looked at it. That's my opinion. You're free to disagree. Just look at all the flocking cowboys smokehouse parking lot videos. On the drive back, you'll be on camera multiple times. I can't look at that stuff. You guys act like I can just pull this stuff up. Easy peasy. I agree. It would be easy Peasy. If I had access to every camera system in the world. Poso said one of his many media hits that you could not see the shooter's face after the steakhouse. I think Candace said he went to Grandma's house. I don't know that that's what she said. I think she speculated maybe he could have someone had. Yeah, we talked about that at length. Could LT be tried since he got immunity? Yes, but not for anything. Not. They couldn't use his statement against him that he gave. They believe that it was Tyler in the videos not because of the visual clarity, but because Tyler was shown and admitted as such during his confession. He was shown on the roof. That was Tyler. Where was Tyler shown on the roof? That's what I don't understand that. That's not. That's just inaccurate. Tyler was never shown on the roof. Someone who lance twigs could not 100 identify as Tyler was shown in the building. You know, but it's. It's you. You got to put him on the roof. It's not a crime to walk around in the building. There's no crime. I mean maybe trespassing, I guess, if he wasn't supposed to be in the building, but there's no crime being in a stairwell. That's not a crime. Crime is shooting someone from the rooftop. And that is not shown admitted such during his confession. No, he never admitted to shooting anyone during his confession. That's just a lie. Or it's not a lie. You're probably not intending to misrepresent the evidence, but it's a misrepresentation of the evidence. He never admitted to shooting anyone. And you putting a lot of weight in those text messages that it's him. I. I think we've proven tonight it could not have been him. Brandy and Billy might have single handedly saved Tyler's life. They don't have an excuse for him to Clinton himself. Very reasonable doubt. Nothing but fed slop. I agree. I mean that's where I am on it. It's a high amount of reasonable doubt. Very reasonable doubt. Hi B. That should. That he should that lock camera show the officer mystery man on the roof finding the screwdriver potentially, but I guess it would be in the same low D quality. Can't use for ID but should show two people. Also LT said he knew Matt twice, not Tyler slip up. I don't know. I don't know. I have to go back and watch it. I didn't it sound like he said have you met. When did you. I don't Know I don't I have to go back and watch it. I don't recall hearing Matt I recall hearing met if Lance burned the note then he lied in his interview as meaning he must be revoked. If he did not burn the note then what does he need immunity for? It's a good question. I don't know Baron. I must I'm sure you must have seen I'm sure you've seen the pictures of his cars similar but front end exhaust different and they never mentioned license plate match God bless Christ is king indeed. So I've never made a definitive I don't think statement that they're different. They certainly look different to me the two cars but I don't know that I could definitively 100 state with legal certainty that there were different cars cars they look different to me but I did find it interesting with a camera directly on his license plate and knowing that he had to use some sort of technology to get into the facility that they chose to identify the car by a description of a Dodge Challenger. Why can't you just go look at the camera of him coming in or his what Phone scan to get in Photos of the screenshot text have been altered not just the text and screen but hand holding the phone in the background Wall and floor of the hand are blurred messy I have to look at that. I'm not sure we the people are indebted to patriots Brandon Billy subscribe doesn't seem enough we'll keep those brave patriots and prayers forever. Thank you that's very kind. Very kind. There's a route from or into Panguitch without being picked up by a flock camera okay noted noted I take your word for it because I don't know that and you talk in the defense call Mike Mitchell the stand at a preliminary hearing it is the only the prosecution gets saved testify was no he was on the witness list they could have called him but again be careful with who you call to the stand. You better make sure they can't incriminate your client in some other crime candle so Candace battle bun tomorrow can't wait. Great show Mr. B. I don't know but wait and find out. The whatever that was she wore a couple days for a couple weeks ago. Man she was on fire when she wore those. That was almost more than battle bun territory. Whatever that was she was hitting on all cylinders. Blatant lies make me think TR will never make it to trial. We'll never prove lying. Yeah that's I worry again. You're stating my worry. Hurry. Appears to be a fed. He doesn't appear to be very furry either. Can't possibly ID Tyler. Not even a furry so far. TR's Guild about is about making a terrible choice when it comes to roommate lover. The man be. I agree with the last part. No, not you're the man. The one before that. So he ate Chick fil a shot TK a Dairy Queen 638, drove the Cowboys, ate a steak at 9. Ate a lot for such a small guy. Yeah, he's a very hungry feller. God bless you and your honesty and integrity. Baron, how do you explain Megyn Kelly pushing this garbage? Evidence and disgrace in the judge? I didn't see that part. I don't watch everything everybody does. Baron, did they say he was on his phone at the restaurant? I have to go back and listen. I don't remember. I think he did, but I don't remember. If lt. If LT in on it, why not ID TR and say TR hated ck? I don't know. Hey, Baron, what have we learned? Maybe didn't know he's supposed to. What have we learned in the last 10 months? As the corruption goes all the way to the top, is it possible for TR to get out of this a lot? Yeah, it's possible. Sure. It seems like there are times it's getting less likely. It's both infuriating and terrifying that they don't even try to hide the corruption anymore. Can we sue the federal government for corruption? Lack of representation, anything? Something's got to give. No, you can't sue them for that. I'm with Candida. You should take an antifungal for that. These people are in a satanic religion. No normal person would sacrifice a man to death except for their religion. Well, that's intent. I mean, they're murderers that are atheist. How can someone get this info to the defense team and get the truth out? I don't know. They. I'm assuming they have it. Not like it's hidden. I mean, they published it online. Keep waiting to hear the sloppers say, this is why we need a ballroom. Yeah, yeah, that's a good one. That made me laugh. How do you think defense knows there's a way to mitigate this going to trial? So they handled who what they presented and argued. This hearing is such a way to protect their future defense strategy. Yeah, that was my argument last week after the Penguin story broke. I'm starting to question that. Notice how when describing Tyler Robinson run Into that blurry video. He said they instead of he or Tyler. They know that blob wasn't him. It might just be sloppy use of pronouns. Why is the camera following on the roof and not the people on the ground? Because it's manual zoom. It's a very far back camera. And they just manually zoomed it after the fact. My theory, it was a false flag. Butler White House correspondence type event. But it went wrong and that's the COVID up. Now would that make sense of how folks acted? Yes, if that's accurate, that would make perfect sense. But I don't know. Love you B. Love you more. Sh. Do you think the judge will react to TPSA reactions to the video? He clearly knows exactly what they saw and then heard what they said to the media. Can he take this into account? But I don't know how. I mean, what you going to not find probable cause based on what TPSA people did out of the courtroom? I don't know. You know what he could do if he wanted to put the smackdown in his finding? He could. He could cite with specificity what was in that video. He could say while it was impossible to see this and that and while the video was no different in quality than what was shown in the courtroom, like he could do that. Nevertheless, I find, you know, he could. My BS said his call came in at breakfast meeting. That's a precise rendition of what he said. Mr. Baron, in my opinion, Tyler's a smart kid and realized he was being set up. So he went to Penguich for his alibi. I don't know. I pray Lindsey Graham got away with God before he passed attorneys a long time agreed. Sean Ryan interview with Brian Harpole opening up wound. Why was he. What was he sticking in there? Fragments. His body language. That I've suspected. That time the principal shares some photos we've been waiting on. Great work by all. The truth will prevail. Christ is king indeed. Maybe that they lied because there's already a plan to take T.R. out that way. The masses have heard that he's absolutely guilty. You took the words off of my finger. GMTA Christ is king indeed. Much love to all. Yeah, that's kind of my thought. You've nailed it. You've nailed it. What are your thoughts about how when Tyler realized he's being framed? How when Tyler realized he's being framed? Any other possibility other than seeing text message on his phone that he didn't send? Thank you my b. No, I think that would be it. Because again, I'm not aware they were looking for him but he seemed pretty confident he knew they were and if he was, if there were texts showing up on his phone that he didn't send, I think he would have been like oh, oh, I need to get in touch with my parents, a bishop, a retired sheriff's deputy. I need to be safe. How do I get safe? Maybe go to Penguich for a little while. I don't know. Aser Baron, this is prime time news. This was the best news I've seen in 20 years. Keep up the great work. I'll certainly follow Billy and Brandy bringing back real journalism. Thank you Lovey. Appreciate that. To explain failed bombshell evidence you prevented about the discord timestamp and Tyler Robinson custody the failed bombshell evidence I don't think that's failed. I'm pretty confident that's still accurate. Notice they didn't present any evidence what time he turned himself in. They had a guy saying he heard at 9 o' clock that he had turned himself in. That is not evidence he turned himself into nine o' clock. He they could have put somebody up to say that. They could have put a timestamp on the video of him in the waiting room. There's lots of ways they could have proven what time he was in and they didn't. So there's nothing failed about it. What's the next one? 99 murder convictions have no video that's correct but they also have eyewitness testimony they have other things tying people to the crime and I don't know that that's accurate 99 have no video I don't know if that's accurate at all I know you're trying to be cute but that's that's a really failed comment on both counts what can we do? The episode is heartbreaking Agreed and I don't know can defense attorney sets the record straight on that lie can the judge call for contempt or punish deliberately taming the jury pool Love Ub I don't know I don't think so I don't know what can be done sound think it'd be nothing but if TR didn't do it my convo Charlie any combo Charlie had in the months leading up is important to review at least one Salem shareholder was there and states the video evidence is 4K and debate definitive I don't know what the connection is to Salem you guys are keep this the second or third comment that's mentioned it and I have no idea what you're talking baron it is 4K. 4,000 miles away now. That's good. That's good. Banquet Utah was near where Tyler's grandma live. Pretty sure it was on Canada's show that I remember hearing that. That's correct. Grateful. Oh, I'm grateful for you, Kia Covelli. Thank you. Very kind of you. Lance Toys. Hey, my love. Something's happening in CK event in Orem. Let's go watch. And leave our phones at home so no one thinks we had anything to do with it. Here's a phone you can use. I'm not buying that. Since TR was wearing a maroon shirt initially, what are your thoughts on all the others in maroon shirts and backpacks being planted as dupes for the same script that didn't go. I think I've covered that. I'm. I'm a believer that the maroon shirt thing is weird. And I even talked about Owen Benjamin's Thomas Crown Affair theory, so I'm in. I think Candace had that same point months ago. Benny Johnson's reporting Iran may be involved in it. Involved in Lindsey Graham's Unlimited. Oh, I'm sure they. I'm sure he is. They came in and did an aortic dissection. What do you suspect the prosecution's strategy will be? To obfuscate the mountain of reasonable doubt in the hearing? I am told they're not confident in this case, so I don't know. No, I. Until he's. Until he agrees, there's nothing to raise money for. You don't have anybody to direct it to, so it'd be like fraud to start raising money. Doesn't a phone make the first word on the text after a period capitalized? Some do. You can turn that setting off. My kids have, and it annoys me to no end. Some of Tyler and Lance texts aren't capitalized when the phone would automatically do it, but again, that's assuming that they don't have that setting on. I don't know. Not tech savvy. Just seemed odd where a comp is different. Yeah, the entire LGBTQ theory has fallen apart too. Lance is not Luna. No obvious. No combos about politics or Charlie. Both were construction. This together is not the picture they painted. Oh, imagine that. Imagine that we were lied to. Are you telling what. Stop. What? Next you're gonna tell me that 4K footage was blurry. What about the wolves in finance showing that? The writing on the note looks like Lance's was pretty compelling to me, especially his S's. It was not as compelling to me, if I'm being honest. I'm that was not convincing to me. Prayer list. TR&FRAM. Charlie Cricket FAM defense team. Our jury and the jury to be selected. All those seeking truth. Jeff's fam friends are being fam. RB team, their fams and even fed slappers. Christ is king indeed. Thank you. Always appreciate the prayers. If they have all this evidence, why give furry immunity? Why not charge them both? LT for destroying evidence? Why does he get a break? I don't know what evidence he destroyed. Did he delete text? I don't know. He claims he didn't burn the note, but again, I. I think you're going to have trouble trying this case without. L think it's all together different case if he's not in the courtroom. Can someone start a legal defense? Yeah. I mean, no, you can't. That's the problem. You. He would have to agree to hire new lawyers and then you would have to go out and crowdfund them. At that point, if, if he, if they agreed to accept your third party payment. Not all lawyers will. TPA has made a mountain out of a molehill. Molehill might even be generous. See the video guy? Woodbury Building that day. Supposedly this is a building at uvu. I. Let me say I saw no videos of a person. A guy on the Woodbury Building. I saw videos of something on the Woodbury Building that looked to be anomalous. It didn't look to be a pipe or. And it appeared maybe to be moving, but I don't know what it was no more. I mean, we got to be. We have to be precise. We're going to hold them to precision. We have to be precise. If you have a video of somebody walking around like a clear video of a person, let me know. Just watching Twig slump back in his chair while swallowing, wallowing, chewing gum in his mouth. Nonchalant. Could 90 Tyler. This thing's too high. Heaven. Don't believe what he said. He's too confident lying. Okay. Has the defense team been compromised? I don't know. Is there a way for the public to put pressure on the defense? Look into this. I mean, I think if we can prove he was in Panguitch at 10 o', clock. It's going to be a real problem for the defense if they don't do something. Is the defense acting his best interest? I, you know, I thought so Friday. I don't know now. Public's level of confirmation bias is shocking. Well, people don't have a lot of time. Mitch McConnell only fell because his heart stopped. That's what it Sounded like cold dead heart. Maybe the person on the roof is there to play screwdriver maybe or created a diversion or create a narrative that he was shot from the roof. I mean there's a lot of reasons a person could be on the roof. Not only a joke that the LOSI video can be considered definitive evidence but also scary that it's allowed if the judge disallow evidence like this. On the other hand, maybe in the trial it would convince the jury of reasonable doubt. So the judge in his ruling will tell us whether he believes the evidence or not. I mean I think he'll go line by line and tell us what he thinks about it. I don't know. We'll find out. I think the defense has strategy might be holding the cars back till trial starts. They're just watching playing field see what state has up their sleeves. What if they have what they need and don't want to disclose the public. I mean I agree with that that they very well could have a great. A great. Maybe another alibi witness. Maybe we don't know what they have but I still think you have a pretty good alibi that those text messages weren't written by him and you should follow up on it even if you have something else great that might fall through. There's a lot of eyes on it Tucker. Yeah, that'd be great. Hear about the man that glued himself to his autobiography. I don't believe him but that's his story and he's sticking to it. Truly high IQ community. Go Max for Charlie. Christ is king. Indeed. Indeed. Thank you. Very kind of you. She rocks. Bearing your thoughts on Tyler Rhodes lawyer. How's she doing? I've given a lot of them. Thank you shortcoin. Lord bless I'm not being short. I just don't want to repeat myself. I'm sure you sent that before you. You saw my comments. Lord bless you and keep your family. Crowdsource journalism the only way to get out the truth never stop. How does server know they were looking for TR to say it was important to take his info on the credit card on the night of the 10th. Timing confusing to take seriously. I don't I'd have to go back and listen to it. I don't think he said that it was on the 10th that he found it was important. I think it was the next day he thought it was important when he realized what he had but I have to go back and listen. Maybe just wondering if Twigs may had maybe had a short undercut under his long hair. I'm not a barber. I don't even know what that means. Just noting some parallels. JFK was hit at 12:30 and 11:22. Kirk was attacked at 12:23. That's not a parallel. Those are seven. Those are two different times. Two totally different times. Wouldn't it be impossibly easy to get a banker credit case statement to show if what time Tyler bought his steak dinner? Yes. We don't even need that. We just need to know the number of his card. See if it matches the receipt. Look at American Comeback Tour logo foreshadowing. We've talked about that at length. Yeah. Why didn't defense call the parents to testify? I've covered that tonight. Isn't LT on the building? Question. Is LT on the building? I doubt it. At Amber Twigs. The Amber Twigs. I don't know what her name is. There's a gym coach, ktklt to take that drop. Yeah, I don't know if that was him on there or not, but thank you for the blessing. Need to rewatch. I don't give a dumb deep dives on the Twigs. Yes, we do. That is great advice. I don't give a Dom did like 16 hours on the Twigs family. Anyone right now who has questions about the Twigs needs to go watch those. Those were great. Incredible work by Diligent Billy, Brandy and you. 100 Brady violation. Very scary defense. Did nothing text fall apart? I'm convinced this is mlk. JFK all over. Paradigm shifting makes me very sad. I fear for tr. Jill, you're a good lawyer. That's all I can say. I agree with you. I agree with you. Really disturbs me that Don Jr. And J.D. vance have inserted themselves into big lie as well. We are truly an occupied country. Christ is king. Keep up the fight for truth, Baron. Oh, thank you. I too am disturbed for Candace. To our grandma lives in Penguish. Correct. Covered that Lance looks like a frog up on the stand. I've never seen anyone chew gum like that like he did. And his eye did some weird doo doo too. Justice for Charlie. I mean, he's. He's a bit of a weirdo. We knew that going into the case, though. Great work from all the podcasters. Glad to see how you work together. Keep up the good work from number one fan in Hawaii. Because that city of Hawaii, you guys have too many vowels in Hawaii. You need some consonants. Yeah. I will say one of the cool things about this case has been the number of people who've come together. Public podcasters, people we'd never heard of. That come together. Just trying to present information. Trying to figure out who killed Charlie Kirkhound. Why? It's been fun. That part's been fun. Lance Trans with a voice as deep as David Bowie. Lancet Stardust. Is that a thing? I thought if you took the hormones, you didn't get the low voice. Glad to hear your 180 on defense team since you super chat last week asking your point of view because I felt too many little telltale signs they were not being thorough. Keep up the great work. I don't know about 180, but I'm certainly concerned, I'll say that. Did you see the video? Dan flood impersonating U.S. marshal Candace Fort Huachuca witnesses home. Okay, this is again precision, guys. We have to be precise. We cannot say that there's a video of dan flood impersonating U.S. marshal. You don't know that. There's a guy who appears to have a lot of similar similar characteristics to Dan Flood and we don't know who he is. So let's just be precise. Let's not do what they did. They're claiming these people are Tyler Robinson and they're not proving it. And we don't necessarily believe it because it doesn't look like him. They're saying it's Tyler Robinson on the roof, but it looks like nothing. We can't turn around and then say, well, we don't believe all that. Did you see Dan Flood there? You can't do that, guys. Can't do that. Shocked when you mentioned two people in danger? 1 Tyler 2 Eric Kirk, completely disagree for once. Luna. Lance Twiggs is never going to make it to trial. It sounds like you agree with me. Oh, oh, Lance. Well, if he doesn't make a trial the case over, how you gonna get any of this stuff in without him? Whose job is it to report defense attorneys not doing their job? Why wouldn't his parents hire a different team? I don't know. You have to ask them because you got to pay a team and they cost millions of dollars. Rooftop screen by trained dogs to detect gunshot residue would be done, if not already knowing its result would be negative. Go Max. That's a good question. Did they take dogs up on the roof? That's a great point, Jimmy. I never even thought about that. Take them up there in a little little dog leashes and let them put their little dog noses, sniff around. It's a good one stuck up for you against some alleged jerk trying to publish money you make. And legend Griff. Many of us did you deserve every penny. That wasn't right either. I went back and looked. It's not even close, but it's, it's. I don't pay attention to it. Don't, don't worry, you know, don't worry about these people. Did you notice Tatum compared the mic shaped charge to a 223. Isn't that caliber found on the other roof where we knew there was another bullet. Christ our King, Our lady of Perpetual Help, pray for us. I saw him holding a bullet up, but that's not a shit. You know, a shape charge is not a bullet with a. It inserted into a mic. That's not. That's not what it is. Can be catching up this week. Sorry. If you comment on this, what do you make of EK crying in court? I don't know if I commented on or not. I think it's. I'm not gonna comment on it. She can cry. She cannot cry. Whatever. Love your show. Really starting to think everything's fake and gay. At one point diameter of the revered round is correct at 300 bullets get squeezed down through the barrel. I've not heard that. I mean I saw one other commenter one day last week. I don't remember what day it was make that point. I went and looked it up. I didn't see that it would make really that big of a difference. I mean one of the ways they identify them is how big they are when they come out. Then he said Erica Kirk asked us to do this. I think he meant be there, but I don't know. But judge sanction anyone for what's to be said about the video that it was a concern of the defense about it though being shared by Erica exception made by judge lies put in the media. Possible jurors question Christ is king. I don't think he could sanction it. I don't think anybody that said that was sanctionable. They were just members of the public. Wish TR would just hire Alan Jackson from la. Alan Jackson's team is insane. I'm still in awe at how they fought Karen Reed case. His team is very thorough. Yeah, I mean you got to pay them. They're not cheap. Your content is so amazing. I tell all my clients to follow you. Thank you. Christ is king indeed. Well, thank you Salon Le Fay Canton but Baron haven't been able to catch the live. I wanted to let you know that I'm in Tennessee for vacay and told my husband it's God's time as soon as we arrive. Go Max. Welcome to God's time, you'll find is the best time. There any way to remove the immunity given to twigs? If he lied or he violated it somehow? Yeah. It'd be possible that Tyler and Lance have actually switched positions. Tyler was the one out roaming around. Lance was the one at uvu. Is it possible, Is it likely now that we have all official times of TR during the day? Maybe go back to that satellite picture and look again. I have. I have. Hello, sir. Baron. I remember neighbors said they saw out of state plates at TR residents. Is that worth looking into? Sure it is. Can you make super chats bigger again? It was so much easier to read. Love you. Christ is king. Indeed I will. I'm not going to change that now, but I'll. I'll try to remember that next time. Or that limping figure you thought was also unrecognizable human in the video go. It seemed to be rushing with a limp. Maybe just video Skip. I don't know what you're talking about. In theory, wouldn't Tyler be safer in jail and going to trial and found not guilty than be acquitted in the preliminary? I don't know. I don't know. I think he's in tremendous danger. If I remember correctly, Charlie Kirk made a deal about Governor Cox not pushing back on the trans issue so that Lance trans things seems to be tied into that somehow. Yeah. Think about this. This would have been a perfect setup if Tyler had died before he turned himself in. If he'd been killed in a shootout or committed suicide, whatever. It would have been a perfect ending. None of us would be here talking about this. We would not be a preliminary hearing. There would be not be examining evidence. Case would just be over. Case would just be over. We wouldn't need to hire a bunch of influencers to fly up there and lie about what they saw on tv. A lot of shady people coming out of New Zealand. Sorry, Kiwis 100. Australian accent, not New Zealand. Okay, our shady people are now Australian. Any clear thinking person will truly see the truth. The only fix, as I as stated, is making Tyler a dispensary. I'm deeply disillusioned by our government. So fake. So gay. So blanked up. Christ is king. Indeed. Indeed. Baron. T.R. was nervous eating, didn't know do with himself. He went off script. Chick Fil, a Dairy Queen cowboy steakhouse. Washed his car. No time to text. But Lance, he was sleeping. That's the story. You just nailed it. Text messages are fake. Some bubbles have no tails. The message where he says blank. I was Going to delete that is layered over another message. If you zoom in. They also tried blurring background. I'll have to look into all that. Is the bald guy in the car the other threes Others play. I don't know. I'm just going by what Ms. Noble said. There was a bald guy. Blake commented he knows on space but doesn't want to name the person. Crisis King indeed. Blake did not say he knows who the bald guy in the car is. Blake said he knows who the alleged Tyler Robinson met with on tpo's a campus. Actually, at first he said he didn't know, and then he said, but I wouldn't tell you if I did because I know that person did nothing wrong. Which kind of indicates he did know. Christ is king indeed. I know that Candace theory on maroon shirts makes more sense. They need a bunch of blurry images of males around his age to be walking around campus same as him. That's correct. Anyone talked about EK brother seems to have similarities to TR thank you for all you do. Crisis King indeed. I don't know that I've ever seen him. I don't know I've ever seen a picture of the young man. Number one friend from Berea, Kentucky. Thanks for always speaking the truth. Love you, B.E. and Daisy. I never miss a show. Christ is king indeed. Well, thank you. All the way from Berea, Kentucky, with the fence not asking necessary questions about Penguich. What options does TR have? I know you mentioned it costing millions, but I'm also confident in our community. Thoughts? Okay. I am gonna ex. Extract myself from any conversation about Tyler's. Tyler replacing his defense team with a new team. So if you. If you have those questions, address it to Tyler's family to. I. I am going to be done with that question because I cannot answer enough. And I'll give my final answer until. Unless and until Tyler decides he wants a new defense team. It's a moot question. It's a totally moot question. I know for a fact Tyler, at least early on, was aware that there was a pro bono. Pro bono lawyer willing to work for him. That was declined. And I know nothing else about it. So I appreciate your concern. I appreciate that you think I might have some ability to weigh in on that. I don't. I don't. I absolutely do not. Lance have an immunity. What would happen? They switch blame to him instead? He doesn't have immunity. He has transactional immunity for the things written in that statement. So that couldn't happen. Could he be tribed on equivalent Counselor, would he walk?
B
No.
A
He could be tried on equivalent counts if they had some evidence he did it in Lance Twig's video testimony. Didn't he say he saw him in the bed on the 11th? Isn't there a gas receipt at 7ish? How was he in bed? Maybe he came in and laid down afterwards. I don't know. We weren't given a time. Anyone consider that Lt took TR phone that day and messages are actually being sent by opposite person. Yeah. I mean possible, sure. Can they ask Twigs? Are you an asset of any kind? They can ask him anything they want, but I don't know that that would be helpful because most assets are not going to be like, oh, you caught me. You got me. I'm cooked. Bearing on with you 100 on this. The sound of these shooting came through the mic and one from way off. Since in came through the speakers, people got the direction off it came through the mic. That's an option. That's an option. I don't know. TK14 always makes my heart skip a beat. Regardless. I don't know what that means. Oh, you're talking about the commenter. Edge is Mia. No, it's not. Where's Edge? I'm worried. And shout out to diligent for superb work. I love my community, my b. If you're talking about me of the Twitter person. Unless Mia's taking on a false Persona. I've communicated with Edge off air and I think I know who she is. I know her real name. I don't think that's her. Her name's not Mia. Is that too identifying to? She's got one of the other names, not MIA. After LG's sudden death, UT's Mike execute Tyler Robinson in public, Lee is a top consenter for contender for LG's leader role in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Probably a coincidence. I didn't know that. I didn't know that. Trial. My cousin Vinnie. You're in Ala freaking Bama. You come from New York. You killed a good old boy. There's no way this is not going to trial. Yeah, yeah. I'm so late. I'm late. So apologies if this was discussed, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mitch M. Had a Lucas machine used on him. And he's been recovering from broken ribs, which is why he's there for so long. I don't know. I don't know what a Lucas machine is. Why would Mike Lee, attorney senator, make several posts declaring Tyler guilty, demanding a quick trial, taining the jury pool another so called conservative constitutionalist bites the dust. You had a lot of faith in Mike Lee. I did not. This is very consistent with the Mike Lee I thought I knew Tyler was going to penguin stay at his grandmother's house. Penguich. Penguich. And he did not see his grandmother that night. Hypo TR has a plausible story that can be verified. That he was not there. Or he was there but participated in no wrongdoing. Do you put him on the stand if this goes to trial? I realize he will be muck ducked before trial. Likely be. It depends on the charges. If he's innocent of the charges, I absolutely put him on the stand. Also depends on the state's case. I don't think you can make that call right now. What about their search warrant through his phone. Obviously found nothing. If they're just clawing away with photos of a phone conversation, I will host. 1. Cash went to New Zealand as one of his first trips. We went right before the. The Tyler Robin. I mean the Charlie Kirk event. 2. Notice how Stacy Sheridan and Ek wear the same style of clothing. Okay. They dress like women. Well, weird women, but women. 3. Did you know those people dress similar? It's actually a thing called 20i. I'm not willing to entertain that. I don't know. I don't know. I'm not going to guess at that about them. Wouldn't FBI alleged cell phone ping tracking come up as evidence submitted by prosecution? If not, what about cameras tracking his car throughout Utah? Yeah, I. Guys, I don't know. On the cell phone pinging, I'll say the same thing. The technology exists. I don't know if they've done it. I can't do anything about it. Like I. I don't know if they did it. We didn't see it in the tri. In the hearing. So I don't. I don't know. Why are they permitted to enhance anything? I know we discussed that already but it's bull butter. Don't touch the evidence. Well, that's what the judge's point was. If you want to enhance it for me just to look at, fine. But we have to submit an original and only the original can go to the public. That was kind of his thought. Ben Shapiro's Did Candace kill Charlie podcast was a major crash out. Most likely the most views he has had in a long time crisis. King and de. I didn't see it. I don't watch Ben Shapiro. What I was trying to say in previous two super chats was that Fed slop texts contradict L yeah, I, I People have said that I have to go back and watch it to find the nuances. Even Barnes are talking about smack about you and Candace right now. FYI. I don't care. I do not. I do not do my show to please other podcasters. I don't really do it to please the audience. Like I'm, I'm glad you guys enjoy it. I invite you to play along at home. I do the show to get the information that's in my head out in front of people who care to watch. That's all. I don't care about these other people. I really don't. That's the difference between them and me. Like they do all their content on other podcasters. Candace Baron yeah, these people are evil. I don't do that. Like sometimes I'll swipe back a little bit. Like I've done that with Gary a few times. But even that's boring. I don't want to do that anymore. It slows me down. It takes me. I just need to keep doing this. Is there a way to create messages in the App Lab store? I don't know. That's a. It gets way above my pay grade. Best lap narrative contradicts itself yeah, all this is hour one, but the life me can't remember why TR actually turned himself in. I recall something like his parents recognized him but he was identified. Was he identified outside that? That's the Fed slop narrative. We've not heard from the parents. Need EP Episode list Number of bait stamps Number correcting Miranda can't find a description. I've gone back to 4 6. Great job last week with the evidence. I don't know what it was. If I can find that for you. I think the first one was May 11th but I know I've quintupled down so I've covered it five different times. But I think the first time I covered it was May 11th and that wasn't the most complete because we the reason I kept doing follow up shows is we learn more and more. So you'll need to keep watching a few episodes after that and some of the titles have it in there. Will Lance be called to the stand? Oh, they almost assuredly. I don't know how you try the case without him as the TPSA camera woman under a corner of the tent from 910 been ID or cleared by Candace or yourself? Thank you for all your analysis, Crisis King. Indeed. She has been ID'd. I've not cleared anybody. I know it's not my role But I've. I've never done a show on her, if that's what you're asking. But I know her name. What do you think is the reason that the FBI was present at LG's home last night if it was only supposed to be cardiac arrest? I didn't know they were. Dan Flood gave the signal when the guy was put on the roof. That's the timeline that seems to make sense to me. I mean, it's putting a lot of weight in the word signal, but it looked to me like he did, but who knows? Did you see Mitch Snow ring camp post? Spoiler alert, Dan Flood. I saw the ring cam post. I saw that it's a guy who has similar characteristics. I in no way can identify that guy as Dan Flood. I'm less confident than Tyler Robinson was. If you put a gun to my head right now, I would say it's not him. But either way, we can't say it's him until we know it's him. What's scary, they can do it to any one of us. Yeah, and it's Owens battle bun and baby bump in black with maroon nails. I think it would be funny if she had maroon nails. I'll be honest. Like, I would laugh, too. I would chuckle to myself. I honestly would. With all the maroon shirt stuff, with all the testimony about maroon shirt this, maroon shirt that. If she came up with maroon nails and just didn't say anything about. Just quietly did her show. Hilarious. I don't know. We'll see. We'll see. I'm eager. I'm eager to get her Back on air. McConnell pick. His AI fake, multiple sources jersey. Is Adidas in pick. Oh, okay, so now you're talking. The other guy said it was Nike. The other guy said it was Nike. Let me see here. Mitch McConnell. Oh, sure enough is. Oh, and it looks like. Is that true? Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Oh, it is. It is Adidas in the pick. No,

But is that a Major League baseball team? I don't recognize that Major League Baseball uniform. So maybe that's a minor league team or something. Or college. I don't know. I mean, if he's in oh, he's in D.C. it's not the Orioles. Or is it the Orioles? It might be the Orioles. Doesn't look like the Orioles. No. We'll have to follow up on that. Again, we have to first establish it's a Major League baseball player. The hive mind will get to the bottom of it. Good. Good tip. Thank you. Been watching since beginning and appreciate you just wanted to ask for prayer. I just learned we are expecting baby number three and I'm so worried due to circumstances. Thank you and God bless you. Christ is king indeed. Let me say this. If your circumstances are health related, disregard everything I'm about to say. If you. If you. If you have been advised that it's dangerous or you're high risk, then disregard what I'm about to say. But if your circumstances are financial or whatever, don't put that anxiety away. Put the anxiety away. Love on that baby. Love on that baby. I just want to point them. Point at them like Sophia C. I point my dogs like that. I don't know what that means. I don't know who Sophia C. Is. No matter how much truth you find in this case, no matter if you find out what really happened, how's anything going to be done? Of all the agencies, the police, dpa, and probably even the president are all in on it. I go back to, we don't know who killed jfk. But that doesn't mean people don't look into it. It doesn't mean all the time was wasted in it. But it's not like you can point to someone and say, I know this guy did it. I proved it. Hey, Baron, do you know if anyone's tried to contact any of his lawyers to give them this information? I don't know. Or do you think they watch you in Candace? I don't know. I don't. I do not want people contacting anyone involved. Let them do their case. I don't want to be sending people to contact witnesses or. Or lawyers or judges or parties. Just. Let's just investigate. And if they find it, they find it. If they don't, they don't. I imagine they're at least aware of what's going on in podcast world, but maybe not. Hey, Baron. Got my six shirts on Friday. Six shirts. Wow. That I ordered from you. Thank you. Also on the book of Faces, you need to check out Germany. Amaya. His name is Grayson Video. Okay, thank you. Sick shirts. Wow. How crazy would it be? A Ben Shapiro? It was one of the Santa Barbara Flights on 910. Can't shake the thought. For some reason, Christ is king. Indeed. But the Santa Barbara fights went to Provo. Is there any evidence Ben Shapiro went to Provo? I don't. I don't. I've not heard that. It had a book. Half saint, half scar T shirt. Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, we have that. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. For following up. You didn't have to pay me to follow up. You could have sent an email or something. Sorry I'm late. Just want to say hello. Crisis king amazing show as usual. My favorite podcast. What do you think happened to Lindsey Graham? The word is he had an aortic dissection. I had an old law partner whose mother died of one of those in his arms. He was 17 years old. Was devastating changed his life. We were law partners a while back like 12 to 14 years ago but even then he still affected him. It's a very sudden passing like it's. It happens quick. So that's what they're saying I something more than that. I don't know. I've seen no evidence of that. Many of the maroon shirt guys come forth no, there are a lot of people involved for someone not to spill. Agreed agree but no I've not heard from anybody by roan I give my believe my humble host. Can you tell me how a jacket fragment gets in with a bullet fragment? This is a three ring circus Crisis King. We love you Baron. Please stay safe. Hope you like this as much as I did. Merch please Nurse Casey, they're asking for merch. I. I am not a bullet expert and I've not heard any ballistics expert talk about the impossibility of a jacket fragment in with bullet fragments. So it's never struck me as something that it needed to be looked into. If you're telling me otherwise maybe I will. No thank you. Loved watching my humble host on the time of your life episode. Oh gosh, that was fat out of shape alcoholic Baron. I'm much healthier these days. He had chubby cheeks. Hello. I carried a little Christmas on my cheeks all year round back then. Thoughts on Stu Peters report of Dan Floyd again I gave you my thoughts. I don't think it's him. Maybe. Maybe Crisis King indeed. Though I do think that Roof Video 12:23:24 the second person walking the foreground is sped up but the timestamp on the left is not. It's because I think it was a car on the highway. That's my thought. I don't think there's a second person on the roof. And the I'm the country bumpkin college roommate that was ready to die on the hill. That rert is the present perfect tense of ruin. Hadn't realized it wasn't. Ah, if it is. I don't know. I. I mean I've only heard really country people say that Tyler Hart is it not? I mean is it Is rent a real word? It is not a real word. It's the colloquial contraction of ruined. Oh, the milk is. I've never used that word in real life. Bennett Johnson and people obfuscating the truth, misrepresenting facts and lying about the prelim or essential accessories to murder after the fact. No, that's not technically correct at all. They're just liars. They're liar, liar, house on fire or pants on fire. Can you say hi meme for my mom? She loves your work. Hi, mame. Interesting name to go by, but I will allow it. I'll allow it. Meme. Howdy. Also on wolves and finance, look at the different Maloofs Marines. Maroon sleeve links on Tyler. They are down to his elbows. Some big short and others. I agree with that. If it. If they're all Tyler, he's wearing not only maroon shirts, but different maroon shirts. I do agree with that. That was a good catch by him. I didn't cover that, but I was an excellent catch by him. Regardless of Tyler's involvement or uninvolved. I'm devastated watching this young man roll to his death. I am disappointed in those involved in legal teams and the justice system. Yeah. If you think he's innocent, it's murder. Like, it's an attempted. They're attempting to murder him. If you think he's innocent. If they think he's innocent. Hey, we know black shirt guy in the stairwell was planning the idea of bringing a gun, but is it possible he was told to limp because he couldn't replicate Tyler's walk? Well, interesting you mentioned that because two of the maroon shirt guys have clearly different walk ones. Is a. One's a clear heel striker, heel dominant. And the other one's more flat foot, toe dominant. So that you. I mean, why Hidden stairwell. Limping kid is Robbie Hill T.R. look alike. You're the best, Baron. Let's be precise. Kid in stairwell, limping kid. Could it be Robbie Hild, question mark? I think it's Robbie Hild. Conditional. We cannot fall into their trap. They're telling us the guy on the roof is Tyler Robinson. We're saying you can't know that. You can't know it's Robbie Hild. Now, I agree he looks a lot like Tyler Robinson, but you can't know it's him. Is it possible the defense team doesn't watch YouTube or any social media? Of course it is. Of course. The Roof video. Second person walking in the foreground at 12, 23, 24 sped up the top left time stamp. Is not I. Oh, you talking about the foreground. Not. Not back on the highway. The foreground. Maybe he was running. I don't know. I'll take a look at that now. That's a good tip. I. I misspoke before I thought I misread your comment. I thought you were talking about the second shooter theory and I don't think that is. I think that's a car on the highway way in the distance. Brand, I have a theory and evidence to support YTR might have been on campus that day. Remaining work requires a daisy. But to send it to your thoughts. Did you see video of Tyler losing a shoe? I did not see any videos of people losing a shoe. You are free to email your theory and we'll see what we do with it. But yeah, I'm not telling you not to, but you're free to email at Real Baron podcast gmail.com. well, if we have time to get to it, we will. But keep in mind, very small team, very small operation, three man operation here and we cannot read and respond to every email, but we try to get to someone. Look at McConnell pick newspaper shows me MLB player with Adidas, not Nike sus again, is that an MLB player? I hate to be so precise and like, but you know, we take a lot of accusations here that we just throw facts around. We don't. I'm very precise. I don't state facts unless I know them to be facts or unless I have strong evidence that it's a fact. I don't. I've never seen that logo on an MLB hat. Now if you've seen it, maybe it's an alternate jersey or whatever and you say no, that's a Baltimore Orioles alternate jersey. They Wore that in 2023. Okay, tell me like, but we can't just say that until we have evidence that it's that. And I used to be an Andrew Wilson fan. Andrew Wilson. Okay. I understand your thoughts on debating him. Since pre trial is over, I think your candidates should take his offer. They offered Candace 180,000 to debate on whatever PC. If, if you have to pay someone to debate you, you're irrelevant. Like if Tucker said debate me, what topic, big boy? I'll debate you on anything you got as long as I disagree with you. You know, Tucker wants to debate me on this or that, I'm there. Tucker's not irrelevant. Do you think Tucker Carlson would pay someone $180,000 to appear on his show? Hell no. I bet people would pay 180,000 to appear on his show so that just. All you're telling me is someone is irrelevant and wants attention. That's all. That means if debit card used, can't they subpoena TR's bank statement? Yes. Yeah, they can. Data purchase, not time. They could. They could. They could also just look at his bank statement and see if the debit card matched the no card on. I'm assuming they have the receipt. Starting to think they faked his death completely. That's a tough trap to fall into. There's a lot of evidence against it. But man, when you. I've seen people fall into it and they can't get out. Once they fall in, that must be like a sucking US force at the bottom of that hole and you just can't get it. Like you're like, I can't get out and kick it out. I've seen people fall into it. Maybe the fence didn't go to steakhouse because Tyler said it wasn't him. So we look aloud because maybe steakhouse looked like with some other storyline. Well then I would want to prove there's someone out there faking being me. Yeah, even better, frankly. Oh yes. Here's evidence. They were faking being me. Here's one at a steakhouse in Penguin Cell. Bright supposedly did the extraction on LT phone. He has AZ has a huge contract with them and says the leading state is in state is Utah legal tech Verbiage Super Sus they I already. I already suspected them. Signal did a whole research dive on them and found they were trash. In my opinion. In Signal's opinion. Thank you Baron, for the all the reminder for prayer. Spent a good deal of time in my bible today, so prayers are requested or even those I don't agree with or required for even those that don't. Yeah, you pray for everyone. Especially your enemies, Baron. Hadn't seen that stylized in a while. Can the lawyers reintroduce the restaurant alibi later? Sure, at trial. But you'd have to nail down the testimony, baby. Keeping TR on the slammer keeps him safer. Segway Adelante al Mahimo. I always want to pronounce it Almoximo so that you put the X in there. Because we say go Max in English. Almoximo. But I know. Listen, You can introduce the alibi later, but the longer the public thinks he's guilty, the more likely he is to die. So I would want to clear him in the mind of the public. Pdq. Boycott Fiji water. I don't do boycott game Lance. Life is also at jeopardy. Now they may silence him as well. Again, I think you'd have trouble trying the case without him. After T.R. in custody, local videos were shown. Those were what the waiter saw. School video, etc. I saw them locally at the time, not the Fed video. Okay, so it would be the 12th that he saw that, not the 11th. That's why you got to get to these people early. The memories fade. They get off a day, you know, whatever. Is it a coincidence that Tyler spelled caliber same way Aussie police investigators might? Yep, I mentioned that a couple days ago and again tonight. Yeah, certainly. Defense has access to his credit card statement bank. You. You state that as a fact. You don't know that. I mean, they could. And if they request it and he gives them permission. Lance Twiggs was entered as an elimination sample for DNA. Isn't that scientifically circular? You find the roommate's DNA because you were told to expect it, and then attribute everything else to Tyler. That's not how DNA works. They don't just say, oh, there's all this other DNA. Let's say it's Tyler's. I mean, they look at the DNA. I mean, granted, it's a little more subjective than I think most people probably assume. There's a lot of, like, well, this link, that link. This kind of looks like it's in the same location, but it's. It's not. Just like, hey, there's a hundred pieces of DNA here. We. We know these five belong to land, so these 95 must belong Tyler. That's not the way it works. Transaction history can be pulled, correct? Correct. Maybe T.R. had his cowboy receipt texted to his phone. Defense has it. So no need to interview alibi witness. I would still want to interview the witness. Sorry. Still want the witness. How do you know he didn't order to go order from Orem? How do. I mean, I don't interview the witness. If there's someone willing to say your guy was somewhere else, interview the witness. There's no reason not to. Even if the steakhouse receipt is missing, his credit card bank statement should still be able to confirm he was at the steakhouse, but not the time. Unless. Unless they have, like, transactional times. Maybe they can get that from the bank. I don't know. Brandy of the best. So grateful to be part of an honest group of intelligent people who just want to be fair and just. You're a great example for the world to see and huge. Thank you, Daisy. Top tier. Thank you. Thank you, Denise. Is that a new profile picture? I don't think that's the same one you usually use. Maybe. Maybe I'm confusing you with someone else. Oh, sorry, skipped one.

Dear King B. I started getting worried about you after hearing your comments on space with diligent denizen. I just wept. How hard can one pray for T.R. this could be my son. A bad choice. Puts one on trial for life. Thank you for analysis and time. I will admit it's an emotional thing to think about an innocent guy potentially being on trial for his life. That you know, and the more evidence I see, the more I think he didn't do it. I caveat that with saying if they can prove he did it to my satisfaction or to a reasonable degree of certainty, then he should be punished accordingly. Fence could provide credit.

Yeah.

Name of the restaurant, timestamp, no receipt needed. That would handle the receipt. But again, I want. And if I have an eyewitness that can put him there, I want him there. Because they could say, oh, someone else used his credit card. Someone else ordered to go and they used it. I put my guy in the restaurant. Not in Orem looking for guns. Put my guy in the restaurant. Use the. Use the receipt or the bank record to corroborate that my guy was in the restaurant. But I need my guy here. I don't need somebody else using his credit card in panguish. Thank you for all your investigative reporting on this. Whatever happened to the original message that said he wanted to go out in a blaze of glory? They didn't play that. They didn't put that up. I mean, we have it only through other court records. Have you heard of text spoofing? I have. Love you more. Christ is king indeed. Fiji water tastes great. I don't do the boycott. Gut. I've already told you guys, I don't do the boycott. I'm sure it's the worst company in the world. Horrible people. I'm going to drink the water. You know, I can't help it. I don't. I don't boycott. If so, you would use nothing. Every consumer product you use has lousy people working there. Everyone. Every single one. Lousy people own it. Lousy people spend their. They spend their money with lousy people. They live with lousy people. They commune with lousy people. Their kids are lousy people. I. I don't. I've never played the boycott game. Lance's mom, Amy Farnsworth Twigs, is Terell's first cousin. Their dads, Dan and Phil, are brothers, allegedly. Dana, Phil have a sister. Mary's now Mary Burt, mother to defense Attorney alleged. I thought we looked at this one time. Amy Farnsworth's dad, Dan Bill. I thought we looked at this and I thought we determined that wasn't right. I'll take a picture of it and run it. That's different than the Farnsworth connection. I'll take a picture of it. We'll run that down. Too bad somebody wasn't live at the steakhouse and not even knowing catching Tyler in the video. How often do you see people go live from a steakhouse? What if LT set up the text to auto send at specific times and just responded to them? Love your show, Baron. I've learned so much. Christ is king indeed. That's a good question. I hadn't thought about that. I don't hate bt, but I hate liars. They'll be judged. Oh, then you hate every time I hear you refer to a bald man, I hear Elaine telling George you're bald and throwing his toupee out Jerry's window. P.S. i missed some of the messages. Sorry. If it's been said, it's never been said. Never been said. Keep going, Max. Thank you for all the laughs and info. Hope you feel peace and know you're helping others 47 and getting baptized on Friday after three years of seeking Christ. Jesus loves you too. That is a wonderful news. Kerr bear stare 21. That is absolutely wonderful. For new wonderful news. Congratulations and good luck on your new journey. You're going to be under spiritual attack from day one. Just know that. Shai King. Baron, thank you for the advice you gave me some time ago. It meant a lot. I pray for continued protection for you and your fam. Thank you, Shai. That means a lot to me that you remember that Baron. They need to get all his meal receipts. He ate a lot for one guy. Defense should get his statements. Agreed. I mean I agree. I meant can alt be tried for perjury? Words are hard. He could be charged with giving false statement. I don't know what the perjury rules are out there. If you have his license plate, can you just type it in online? I'll tell you if it went through you just pull up any camera. I. I mean type it into Google. What are we. What are we typing it into? Like I assume I know nothing. Don't start with turn computer on. I mean get me past that. But I don't believe Americans say as TR did he was hoping the cop would blank off as any wants him to leave. That sounds very British to me. Christ is king. Go Max. Yeah, I mean it sounds A little British, but also 22 year olds are weirdos. No offense. If TR went to steakhouse, did he need to gas up his car? Is there gas station footage? Highway traffic cameras? Lt's shady as. Great work, Baron. Yeah, I would think so. I mean, driving from St. George to Orem to Panguitch to Orem. He supposedly got all the way and gassed up in Cedar City. I would assume there's another gas station stop in there. That'd be great. Great info. Where was it? How many people were in the car? Weren't even bald men. Mlb? Yep. Adidas logo. But we don't know that that's an MLB shirt. We got to find out who that player is. What team is he on? Where T.R. went the Night of 910 Candace Episode 285 Believe you Lance Twigs was my stage name at Chippendales. You Lance Twigs? That's what you do. Lance is a verb. Twigs is a noun. You Lance Twigs. My husband doesn't follow the case, but thinks TR was paid off and says otherwise he'd be boohooing to the world that he didn't do it. And you shed some light on TRS need to keep quiet now. Thank you, B. I have, many times. I mean, there's lots of reasons he would keep quiet, including they think they have a bulletproof defense and they're just trying to get to trial. So they get a jury sworn in with the charges they have now because he knows he can prove he didn't do it. So that's one way. But that doesn't mean you don't investigate every lead. You never know at trial what's going to be admitted and not admitted and what. What witnesses are going to be unavailable and what documents aren't going to be admitted. So I would follow down every lead. Thank you for what you do and sacrifices your family is making. Why do you think the slop is getting sloppier and so in our faces? Do they want another J6 or six? Something worse? No, they want to kill Tyler. I encourage everyone to check out the behavioral arts analysis. Thank you. If we not allow people to celebrate the demise of ck, then we cannot celebrate the passing of someone we do not like. I agree with that. We don't celebrate their passing. One thing to say, hey, he passed and here's some lousy things he did while he was alive. But it's another thing to celebrate it. Picture this. Lt gets a burner phone, inputs it in his phone context as Tyler. Nope, They've checked the number. They check the number. They testify. They check the number. Gbc like you and Candace. Could the defense hold back data evidence to prove innocence. Studios finally complete Evolution video this week. God bless you and your family. Still number one fan in North Dallas. Ivan, that wasn't a complete studio. You had one of the dankest studios I've ever seen that wasn't complete. You did.

number one fan in Springtown. Thank you. With death penalty still an option, why wouldn't TR testify and say it wasn't him? Might have been only chance to speak. You would never. You're not going to testify at the preliminary hearing. Particularly if you committed another crime. Like if you're. If your argument at trial depends on what you've been charged with and whether or not you're going home, you are not going to testify at a preliminary hearing because you're gonna have to answer any question they ask you. You can't start asserting your fifth in the middle. I mean, you can, but you're cooked if you do that. Actually, you probably can't judge. Probably gonna make you wave it and just answer everything. Other than eating a steak. What was TR Doing at the restaurant? No way. He was sitting there not looking at his phone. Unless he didn't have his person. Anyone there confirmed that? I don't. I don't recall anyone saying he played on his phone, but I don't. Honestly don't remember. I have to go back and look, but I. You know, some people might just want to eat steak. Want to say hi and thank you for all you do. Hi and thank you for all you do. Baron Nate pointed out TR with a bruised shoulder and gunshot residue. Why did that info not get brought up for preliminary? I wasn't trying the case. Google and Chat GPT don't recognize player in McConnell. Pick Adidas D. Could be minor league, but no teams end with IES in the D.C. area. That's. I mean, but until you know, you can't say it's an MLB player. And if it's a minor league player, maybe he's holding a Kentucky. Maybe someone brought him a thing from the. From the Louisville area. Who's wearing a Louisville shirt? I don't know, man. I don't know. But see. But see now that we are exploring other options now we're not stuck on. Oh, my gosh, it's a lie. He's a major league player. Doesn't want to do this. Gotta examine both sides. We do not want to be them. We do not want to be them. We want to be accurate. Thank you for all the Haikyuu tribe. I'm concerned the fixes in. No matter how much fed slop there is, T.R. will be convicted. It's certainly a thought I've had. I'm gonna have to roll through these. We're 3:42 in and I still got a few more to go. RBP two months ago. If you send me something, episode number, timestamp, be helpful. Don't have to watch our show present. Stop sending me time stamp. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Sorry. That's if I'm asking for something. I guess it's the. Maybe it's the top. Like if I ask you for something and then you say, oh, I don't know, man, I apologize. Accept my apology. Jeez, if I'm being a hypocrite, I'm sorry. I do apologize. I. I do get a little short with people telling me to watch stuff because, like, I prep for these shows. I watch a lot of stuff. I know what I need to do in order to get ready for tomorrow. And so I do get a little shorter with people are like, you should watch this. You should watch this. You should watch this. You should read this. You should listen to this. Like, how many hours do you think I got in a day? I got to sleep. I have a family. I got to do a show. I got to prep. I got. I can't. I can't spend 18 hours a day watching other podcasts. I can't do that. They should be able to pull bank records. Correct. Your wife and I are like, sometimes I'm shouting. A screen steakhouse employee mentioned watching TR scholarship video. Voice of mannerism matched apparently. Yeah, correct. Played that TR forward to renewal of Google trends be. Oh, I. I too am looking forward to that. I haven't gone over those shows in a long time. You guys are going to see some old school pre camera lights sound Baron. Hey, Brandon, you're so right about all this. My only question is why wouldn't Tyler Robinson tells defense about him being at the steakhouse? We don't know that he didn't. Did you listen to Tucker's episode about the J6 pipe bombs? Most patsy false confessions are autistic. Tucker's guest said the real fed who placed the bombs had weird gate limp go Max. I listened to probably half of that episode, not all of it important. We pray for TR to live power prayer. Agreed. We should pray for everyone to live. My days are never complete without hearing Baron. Saturdays are weird. And Tuesdays or Fridays, depending on which day we do the member show beers what about boyfriend? He was confused. I don't know what that means. I don't know what that means. Christ is king indeed. I'm not confused about that. Would T.R. share his alibi? What really happened with his attorneys? The defense shouldn't just be going at this blind. No, I don't know what he's talked to his lawyers about. Did you hear Snef say AK flew out of Phoenix? I did. And then I heard him correct it. Hi, from Alaska. Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Have a good God week, everyone. Christ is king indeed. Thank you. Please don't be angry. I've been trying to send you pics. My info on Mandalay Bay took me down a rabbit hole. I didn't expect. I'll send the phone case pic with bullet hole. This is crazy. Thank you. I'm not yelling at you. I've never yelled at anyone on this show. I've yelled at people, but not on this show. Please don't be angry. I've been trying to send you pics of my info on. Oh, you just said that. Yeah, I'm sorry. Your next one's on me. I think you commented twice. According to Brandon Tatum, it was Tyler 100 since Tatum was on roof as well trying to convert Tyler to zionism while he disassembled rifle as alleged. Yeah, I don't think that's true. about Tyler turning in Lance. I don't know what you mean. Moon. If they killed Tyler, what happened the case? Just wondering. It will be closed. Same thing that happened to the Kennedy case. Rejected a text himself. I don't know. You might think. Do you think anyone might try to introduce a Jack Ruby to stop this obvious failing operation? That's what we've been talking about all night. Yeah, I have quite a few episodes catch up on including this one. Is the Dairy Queen photo footage now. Chick Fil A or did. No, no, no. I think he stopped at both. That's the story. Aggie's got it. I don't know. Blake and Andrew under a gag order. I don't know that they are because they don't work for TPSA directly. What are the chances with lackadaisical way defenses handling this case? It's all a skit. Both sides working together. See, I could be, but I don't. I mean you're gonna send your guy to your, I don't know, possible Tyler and cahoots. FBI deals. My trial would explain and explain that says far fetched. But maybe 9, 10. The sun will be in the same position. 9, 10. Could we get a volunteer ut take fix validate time of day? Well, there's tech, there's. There's. There are programs to do that. We've used a couple of them here on different. On different shows. We're very close watching. Nashville's got it. Nationals gonna get a new lawyer. If his parents see this, he can get one if he pays for it. Baseball player got it. And is bringing receipts tomorrow. I don't know. We'll see. Hi B. High IQ Server clearly said he's seen. Yes, we played that video. Maybe Tyler told his team it wasn't him paying, which could be. I mean that's an excellent point. And maybe he said I don't know why they're saying it's me down there. Wasn't me. I'd still want to know why people think it's him. You know, let's go find out who was there. Could have been one of these Tyler lookalikes. Can you foia you can I. I don't know how to FOIA a private camera. Why hasn't the defense team been fine? I'm not being short. I don't know if you can or not. We have asked and Utah. It's called a grammar request. We've done grammar requests for different things and we keep getting told no on a lot of it. So camera footage. Why is the defense team been fired by now? They're allowing this to happen. We can all see it. They can't be this incompetent. Have to be in on it. I don't know. That's. That's. It's an opinion and it's up to Tyler. All they have to do is prove his alibi. His cell phone pings towers. Why not using it? I can see where he was using again. Maybe they've done it. Host: Baron Coleman
Special Guests: Billy Webb, Brandy Ciclioni (eyewitnesses/podcasters)
Key Topics: Tyler Robinson case, timeline exoneration, judicial process, disinformation in media
Baron Coleman delivers a comprehensive and impassioned breakdown of critical new evidence in the Tyler Robinson case, focusing on how emerging alibi details and eyewitness interviews make the prosecution’s timeline—and Robinson’s alleged involvement—effectively impossible. He also addresses misleading narratives in mainstream and alternative media and raises grave concerns over the failures by both the prosecution and defense to properly investigate and apply key evidence, especially the Panguitch, Utah restaurant alibi.
Baron Coleman:
"Tyler Robinson was not supposed to survive to turn himself in. I am now 100% convinced of that. Particularly in light of something we'll talk about tonight." (07:15)
On Video Evidence:
"You might as well believe them. They were actually there. … You literally cannot definitively say that it's Tyler Robinson. You cannot make out who it is at all." (Billie Webb, 63:44)
On the Case Narrative:
“If the text messages are fraudulent, then every single piece of evidence … also falls. If all this evidence falls, there is no mountain of evidence.” (46:50)
On the System’s Failure:
"It is an absolute detestable failure of the defense to know your client has a potential alibi witness, and you don't go interview them." (79:41)
On the Video Hype:
"Anyone who tells you otherwise is being intentionally deceptive. ... They lied to you. Lie is an intentional act. A lie requires intent to deceive. ... It was an intentionally deceptive statement. Question is why." (77:41)
"This is what is known as an alibi witness. … There's no reason the defense team has not gone in person to Panguitch... None."
"Anyone who tells you otherwise is being intentionally deceptive. ... They lied to you." (77:41)

This episode of Real Baron Podcast lays out new, credible evidence that undermines the entire state’s case against Tyler Robinson—not just creating reasonable doubt, but nullifying the timeline and case structure altogether. It exposes the shocking disregard by both prosecution and defense for exculpatory evidence and powerfully criticizes the media’s role in manufacturing a false consensus of guilt. Coleman, with help from firsthand witnesses, urges listeners to remain vigilant, examine evidence, and resist narrative manipulation, as the stakes for justice—and for the safety of those caught up in the system—could not be higher.
