All right, guys, welcome in. We have a lot to accomplish today. The fed slappers are out in full force and I won't have it. I will not have it. I'm disappointed in people, but that's okay. I am not here to please everyone. I'm not here to try to make friends among Fed slo. We are going to make a case tonight that I believe is absolutely accurate. That when we reported that Tyler Robinson was mirandized at 6:25pm on the night of September 11th, we were in fact correct. I believe that, and I think we're still correct. I think tonight we're going to prove it even better. So, guys, welcome in, welcome in, welcome in, welcome in. We're going to have a lot of fun. But, but one thing, I, I've got to address this because there's. There's something happening. There's something happening with the Fed slopers. As this case continues to fall apart, as the prosecution's case continues to fall apart, as more and more facts come in not in their favor, they're trying to shift the burden to us. I, I responded on X over the weekend to somebody who was saying, I will give you my platform. I looked her video, she gets like 50 views a video, so I'm sure she'll give her platform to anybody for anything. She'd love the content. But, you know, I, I will invite anybody on here. You better. But you got to bring your proof. You got to bring your evidence that Tyler Robinson didn't do it. No, that's not how defense works, honey. That's not it. That's not how defense works. That's how prosecution works. You have to prove your evidence. You have to bring your evidence and prove beyond a reasonable doubt, between all reasonable doubt, beyond all reasonable doubt that somebody did something. That's how we convict people in this country. You don't get a convict them because the defendant can't prove he did. He didn't do it. He doesn't have to prove a thing. He doesn't have to put on a single piece of evidence. He doesn't have to cross examine a single witness. He doesn't have to review a single document. He could just sit there and say, prove it. You, you put on all you want and prove it. For example, if you're gonna prove that I robbed a liquor store in California last night, I don't have to prove a thing. I don't have to say a thing. And in fact, I probably would not, I would exercise my right to remain silent. I hadn't done Anything. I know where I was last night. I was not in California. I would line up my witnesses in case I needed them. But I don't have to. They have to prove that I was in California, that I was robbing a liquor store or. And they have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. They won't be able to. Why? Because I was here. I was here. They're not going to be able to prove that beyond a reasonable. So to say, oh, Baron, we're accusing you of robbing the liquor store. Now prove you didn't do it. That flips the entire system on its head. And we're not going to put it, we're not going to do that. But what we can do is as we spot these inconsistencies, we will point them out. For example, I'm going to say tonight with near absolute certainty, Tyler Robinson was in custody at 6:25pm in Washington county where he was Mirandized. It was not 6:25pm the following night on 912 in Utah County. It was Washington County. And I will, I think I'll be able to prove that to a reasonable degree of certainty tonight. I think you guys will walk away and agree with me when we show this. And so I am. I'm going to get to it. I'm going to get right into it tonight rather than do an opening because I don't want people to get lost on this issue. I want people to hear it. I want to be clear. There are so many people who relentlessly and mercilessly attacked your humble host. When I made this claim just a month ago, a little over a month ago, it was early April. I made this claim a little over a month ago. I confidently said, I'm pretty sure he was mirandized at 6:25pm on September 11. So therefore, he was in custody and he could not have been sending. We'll cover all this tonight. He could not have been sending out the Discord confession, or if he did, he sent it out from the sheriff's office. But it, but that means the sheriff got up and lied. We're going to cover all this. We're going to step through it step by step. And when we get done with it, we will make the case that I believe they have been lying to you, lying to your face. Cash Patel's been lying to you. The governor's been lying to you. The sheriff of Washington County's been lying to you. The sheriff of Utah County's been lying to you. The prosecution's been lying to you. All the fed Slappers have been lying, but they may not be lying. They may just be stupid. And I'm starting to believe there's a lot of truth to that. So let me jump into this. I will say this. I don't know how glitchy it'll be tonight. I, I saw where the. A little trouble logging into the service because they were under some kind of an attack right as we were about to go live. So I have no idea what the quality and all that will be like tonight. But we're going to get through it one way or the other. But here, let me, let me just dive into it. I'm going to state again one more time before I start showing you documents. Tyler Robinson, I believe beyond a reasonable degree of certainty. I believe Tyler Robinson was in custody at 6:25pm why did I even start saying that? Let me pull up the document where we got this. This was a pleading from the defense. Admittedly it was from the defense, but I don't think it's going to matter because now we're using the state's document tonight. This is from the defense. This was a motion they filed. But this is going to be important tonight. We're going to look at this number right here. You see this number right here? It says a video of the encounter at Bates 3996 R2. Do you see that on your screen? I'll zoom in real tight on it if you need me to. A video of the encounter at Bates 3996R2. And then it gives a 33653 thing says indicates the following. And then it gives a time 6:25pm A video of the encounter on this bait stamped document. This Bates document at this timestamp of the video indicates the following. And this is 6:25pm so before we begin, I'm just going to read you your rights, okay? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer before advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to a lawyer have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you can't afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you before any questioning begins. And if you decide to answer questions now, you can stop at any time. If so, are you good to proceed? I'd love to talk to you. Well, what we don't get in this document, we don't get a date. We don't get a date. But we do get a bait stamp document and that bait Stamp document is going to be key tonight as we try to figure out was I right back in April when I said this was on September 11th? And I again, I will submit to you. I am. And I submit to you. The fed slappers know I am and they're in total panic mode right now. Oh, Baron, the time doesn't mean. I got you. I got you. I'm going to cover all of it. I'm going to cover all of it right here. I'd like to speak with my legal counsel. I'm hoping for a fellow named Doug Terry. Told he's pretty good attorney here. I think my folks are trying to get a hold of him. I think his office is closed for the night. Just to refresh your recollection in case you missed that show or in case you forgot in over a month, this I believe took place on September 11, which would have been a Thursday. If his attorney, if his office is closed for the night, that would mean Thursday night the office was closed. Most lawyers offices are closed at 6.26pm on Thursdays. He does not say it was closed for the weekend because if this was on 912 in Utah county as the fed sloppers want us to believe, then this would be closed for the weekend, not for the night. The other problem is this statement right here indicates he's just spoken to his parents in the very recent past. My folks are trying to get a hold of him. I think his office is closed for the night. Now what the fed sloppers want us to believe is that on September 11, on September 11, he was taken into custody very late at night by the Washington County Sheriff's Office where he was not Mirandized, he was not talking to anyone. He was then transported to Utah county and at like 2, 3, 4am he shows up and he gets officially arrested and booked and all that. And then at 6:25pm the next night, Friday night, is when Tyler Robinson uttered this statement. I think my folks are trying to get a hold of him, but I think his office is closed for the night. How if Tyler Robinson had been in custody for almost 24 hours, this statement makes absolutely no sense. So just in a vacuum, just as we're looking at it right here, just this one document. Again, as I stated back in April, early April. This proves my point. He was absolutely talking about this on September 11th on Thursday. Now until I've had the opportunity to speak with one, I'd like to remain silent. Okay, so that is where we got this. This was a document the defense filed. It was a motion to exclude still photographers, TV cameras and microphones. And the defense was using this as an opportunity to say everything my client says they're biased about. Okay, fair enough, fair enough. So now we go to. Is there other evidence? Is there other evidence he was arrested that day? Well, we looked at another piece of evidence and we concluded that yes, he, he was in fact arrested on September 11th. Here is the second piece of evidence we looked at back in April. Again, just to refresh your recollection, the arrest date here on the left hand side of this document. This is the inmate booking sheet and probable cause statement from Utah County Sheriff's Office. The arrest date was 9112025 at 10:00pm the arresting officer was Brian Davis. We now know Brian Davis is an officer with the State Bureau of Investigation. He would have come Orem, Utah or from Salt Lake City or Provo. That's about a three and a half hour drive. Which means in order to get there at 10pm to take Tyler Robinson into custody to arrest him, Brian Davis would have had to start for Washington county three and a half hours earlier, around 6:30pm which surprisingly, shockingly matches up nearly to the minute of when I suggested he was being Mirandized back in Washington County. So it's very consistent. Now do we believe it takes three and a half to four hours to get back to Utah County? Yeah, sure. Because look at the time he comes in is four hours later right here, 912 2025, the date in to Utah County. That's four hours later. So Brian Davis takes him into custody at 10, arrests him, puts him in a squad car or some sort of vessel and drives him to Utah County. And that takes about four hours to get from the southern part of state to the northern part of the state. And that is consistent. So if we know it took him four hours to get this way, how did he get there in under four hours? That says he arrested him at 10pm on September 11th. The fed sloppers have no answer for this. They just ignore it. Believe it or not, I keep raising this issue to them on X and they just go, huh? It says, it says September 12th. He says he was arrested on September 12th. Yeah, but it says the officer arrested him on September 11th at 10pm and this is an officer from Salt Lake City or Orem, a Provo, which is three and a half, four hours away. How did he know to start down there if he didn't even know Tyler Robinson existed at that time? So just hold this all in your head because this is all the evidence we had at the time to conclude, as I believe rightly, that he was arrested on September 11th. And it's important, this is an important fact. We don't want to glaze over this fact. If he was arrested on September 11, if he was Mirandized at 6:25pm on September 11, that means he was Mirandized an hour and a half before he confessed. On Discord, he tells the sheriff, I don't want to answer any questions. I would like to speak to a lawyer before I talk further. And. And then I'm to believe, while he's declining to answer any questions, an hour and a half later he picks up a phone, gets on Discord and says, oh, I did it, guys, I did it. It was me all by myself. I had no help. There was no overseas allies, there was no military involvement. It was just me and I did it for my training friend. That's it, end of case. That's the Fed slop version. So I'm just going through this by way of review. Yes, it's a little quick, but I want to where it happened. I almost wore this hoodie again today. And then I realized I was going to play this clip and I could not wear this hoodie again and play a clip of myself in the same hoodie. But I just want to remind you, for those that missed it, this is from April 7th, episode 93. No, not at all. And that's the part the defense team chose to key in on the content. The what? I'm going to get to the win in a second. But the what? He chose to decline for the time being to say anything until he's had an opportunity to talk to a lawyer. He even named a particular lawyer, a guy named Doug Terry. We'll look at him in a second. He was right. He's a pretty good lawyer. That's who he wanted to talk to. And his parents were trying to get a hold of him. His office was closed for the night. I think that's a key fact. His office was closed for the night. It. I don't want to go back through the whole thing. It's a little self serving, but just trust me to say I nailed it. I knocked it out of the park. I was absolutely correct and I was vindicated when I saw this over the weekend, that it was September 11th. Absolutely was. And if I look a little angry, I am. I am a little angry. Why am I angry? Because I have to deal with pip squeaks. I have to deal with pip squeaks. And when I say Pip squeaks. I mean people like this, people who say stupid things, low IQ things, they're their small audiences and they say it with such gusto. Baron Coleman is lying to you about is when Tyler was arrested, which was on 9 12. Okay, I just showed you the arrest statement, the arrest sheet from Utah county which said he was arrested on September 11th at 10pm by Brian Davis. But I got, I got, I got trolls saying that he was arrested on 9 12. He arrived at the sheriff's office at 9pm on the 11th but wasn't officially in custody until the 12th. That's weird because again I showed you the Utah county arrest statement that says he was arrested by Brian Davis at 10pm on the 11th. And I've said this many times. I said it on my show. I showed the documents on the show. I've said it over and over on X. I've said it publicly. I've said it privately. I've said it to people who call me. I've said it on text message. I've said it on the cell phone. I've stood on my front porch and screamed at little kids running by on scooters. He was arrested on the 10, on the 10th. 11th. Whatever. I've chased squirrels out of the yard yelling at them that. He was arrested on the 11th at 10pm by Brian Davis. I knocked down an elderly handicapped man on a walker to jump on top of him and tell him the arrest record says he was arrested at 10pm by Brian Davis on the 10th. On the 11th. Excuse me, but these fed slopers don't care. They don't let facts get in the way. Because the consequences, ladies and gentlemen, the consequences of Tyler Robinson being arrested on September 11th at 10pm by Brian Davis. The consequences of Tyler Robinson being in custody in Washington county being mirandized at 6:25pm the consequences are not just that re morons like Gary Melton would have egg on their face. That's not the problem. You think a lawyer would know this? Oh I do. I do. He also knows his viewers are too gullible to check after his grifter slob. No, I'm going to go through it step by step and you're going to agree with me tonight. The consequences to their lies are that there is a coordinated multi agency cover up to frame Tyler Robinson. That's the consequence. That's why they're digging in their heels. That's why they refuse to accept reality. And yes, I'm frustrated about it. I'm very frustrated about it. This is too important. Of a fact to gloss over. Then I got to deal with people like Andrea Burkhart, not just Gary Melton or Milton, depending on who's calling him. Then I got to deal with people like Andrea Burkhart who goes on YouTube channels and and files things like this on X. Your confusion is because he was Mirandized at 6:25pm on the 12th in Utah county, not on the 11th before he was surrendered in Washington County. He sent the discord messages before he surrendered, exactly as the message says and exactly as Sheriff Brooksby's timeline allows. Well, the only thing she said correct is that Sheriff Brooksby's timeline is the only thing that supports that the was that he gave his statement or he was mirandized on the 12th and not the 11th. Sheriff Brooksby is the only glue holding this entire story together. He's a disgraced former sheriff who resigned in disgrace in scandal and she's hooking her entire legacy on this case to that clown. Here's the reality she there's not a single positive fact in any pleading that says Tyler Robinson was mirandized at 6:25pm on the 12th. There's not one. I will also say there's not one that says he was mirandized at 6:25pm on the 11th. I'm deducing that using. Logic. Burkhart, Melton, would you guys like a copy of this? I'll mail you one. Give me a P.O. box. I'll be happy to send a copy your way. It's a solid book. This is great for under $10. You cannot make the same mistakes you're making time and time again. And yes, I get frustrated because I have to deal with people like that. They accused me of mischaracterizing the facts while they are in fact mischaracterizing the facts. There is not a single document, there's no collection of documents that says he was mirandized at 6:25pm on the 12th. They're stating it as fact because if they if they concede that fact that it might have been the 11th, their entire case falls apart. Now they have to consider that there's a multi agency effort to frame Tyler Robinson and that's terrifying to them. It's either terrifying or they just don't want to accept it. So let's go through the timeline of the day of the 11th. I think this helps identify a couple of things before I get to how I know how I am so confident and it's not what they were floating around on X today I saw this all day. Oh, Baron, the timeline you're talking about is really a minute and a second on a video. It has nothing to do with it. Save it, save it, save it. I'm gonna wow you today, guys. I'm gonna wow you. You can save all your fed slop. I don't need it. I don't need the fed slop. Just sit back and learn how this works. Just watch in awe. Here is the first information we got from the FBI on September 11th. This is Thursday. Charlie Kirk passed away on September 10th. That was a Wednesday. We are asking for the public's help identifying this person of interest who does look vaguely like someone trying to look like Tyler Robinson in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. Call 1-800- call FBI. That was at 10:58, my time. That's Central Time. That would be 9:58, September 11th, Mountain Time, Utah Time. So we get a couple of pictures. At before 10:00 clock in the morning local time, the FBI puts out a couple of pictures. It's these two again. They look nothing like Tyler Robinson, but that's okay. This guy doesn't look anything like Tyler Robinson. This guy looks like someone else. He's built differently. But we don't get the stair pictures. We don't get the pictures up here at the corner of the stairs where he turns. You can get a better side profile of him. We don't get any video of him. We do get where he's bending both legs in this image and he supposedly has a gun tucked in there somewhere and we can't see it. But that's neither here nor. But that was it. Let's call it 10:00am 10:00am we get this image put up and we don't get anything else from them for a long time, not until 6:17pm What a curious time. What a curious time to put up a second set of photos. Because what else do we know is happening at 6:17pm well, according to your humble host, I believe Tyler Robinson was actively turning himself in about this exact time. I think the FBI was not expecting him to be turning himself in by this time. I think the FBI was expecting him to maybe die in a shootout or they were expecting him to be captured and scurried away. I don't think they were expecting him to have. Having got in touch with his parents and a neighbor and a friend, a family friend, a former pastor at the local Mormon parish there in Utah to escort him into the sheriff's office where he could be safe. I don't Think they were expecting that. But at 6:17pm we get the second set of photos. We haven't heard anything from them in over eight hours. We get a second set of photos. I don't know why they didn't release this set of photos. When they released the other set of photos, they clearly had them at the same time. These people look even different. This is the guy walking up the stairs. That looks nothing like Tyler Robinson. Again, if you zoom in on this piece of face right here, you can see what appears to be a hard right angle as if it's been edited. No face does this, by the way. No face takes that sort of 70 degree obtuse angle with a hard sharp corner in it. That's, that's not how the human face responds. It's not how it looks. You can see here this is not a Hurley logo hat. This is obviously a very different hat than he was wearing in the Dairy Queen photo. Now we've got again some kind of different logo here. I see no gun anywhere. But this is supposedly Tyler Robinson. This is the famous Audi picture. We had Audi gate, remember everybody trying to examine his belly button right here. Then we get this picture of him turning the corner. Look at that right leg bent at almost a 90 degree angle, 70, 80 degree angle. There doesn't appear to be a gun stopping him from walking up the stairs. And then we get this one of him turned going up the stairs that way. That was at 6:17pm and what a curious time to release photos because they were just about to have a press conference. They were just about to have a press conference. In fact, at 8 o' clock they did have a press conference. At 7:51 they did have a press conference. It lasted about 10 minutes while they were having the press conference. At 7:59pm we got this video that is supposedly the video that everybody says they got a clear video of Tyler Robinson running off the roof. This is the clear video they're talking about, ladies and gentlemen. This is it. This is the clear video. The Bigfoot Image from the 70s, you know where he's walking in Washington. That's even clearer than this. This could be the same Bigfoot character. We're not sure. This may or may not even be a human. With all the alien disclosures coming out, I'm not even sure this is a human. This could be a yeti. This could be some sort of feline humanoid the way it got off of the roof. We're not entirely sure what this character is, but we are sure that it. This is 859 Central Time, we are sure that at 8, at 7:59 Mountain Time, 7:59 Utah Time, they released this picture, this video. And again, a curious time considering what I'm going to show you tonight, which is that I'm almost confident he had already been in custody for probably close to two hours by this point. And so now they're just document dumping. They know who, they know they have a guy in custody. They're just document dumping. Then we get one of the least believable press conferences of all time. This is disgraced former sheriff Bixby or Brooksby, whatever his name is. He's confirmed bad guy, having resigned in dishonor and disgrace. And here he is, what I believe being dishonest is my opinion. Allegedly. But here's him I believe, being dishonest about what time the call came in. Obviously we knew Charlie Kirk was assassinated at UVU in the afternoon. About a 33 hour manhunt ensued and I was winding down for the evening and about. Well, at exactly 8:02 on the 11th I received a call from a friend of mine who happens to be a retired detective that worked for me for many years. I didn't put that out there initially. I wanted to protect that individual as much as possible. Unfortunately the court documents, which is standard, he was referenced as a retired Washington county deputy. So I didn't put that out there. It was in the court docs. I was trying to protect even that information and just saying retired law enforcement in general. So I get a call from my friend and his said, hey, how you doing? Good. And it's not, you know, he's been okay, we've seen this. He, he just. Does he look honest to you? I know the volume sucks. I can't help it. This is the, this is the best we have. I tried to find a better copy. That's why I turned the CC on. He goes into ah. Then he called me, he was like, how are you doing? I was like, I'm doing well. How are you doing? Muy bien, Senor Brooksby. Como eston? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Doing well. Yeah, yeah. I mean for whatever reason, recounting blow by blow this 1 minute and 40 second phone call between him and the retired deputy sheriff. He looks like he's being dishonest. He looks like he's being shady. He is a now disgraced former sheriff who resigned in disgrace, dishonor and horror. And I believe he lied. It's my opinion because what I'm going to show tonight is I think that this man took Tyler Robinson into custody more than two hours before he said he got the call at 802. But I'm just recapping it because there are people who are going to get confused on what I reported before and what I'm reporting tonight. Now I'm going to show you a document. I showed it to you last week. I'm going to show you a document that the defense at the state filed. This is their notice of who they are going to call as witnesses. We looked at this before and we saw that there is no dad, there's no mom, there's no grandpa. We talked about all that. They promised us dad and mom and grandpa would be testifying against Tyler Robinson. They, the fed sloppers all ran out there. That was a huge talking point for months. These losers on the other side who refused to accept reality, to refuse to accept that this looks like a staged patsy operation. They're all running around, they're all telling us all these people are going to fire up Tyler. They're going to put the nail in his coffin. They're going to testify against him. Just you guys wait. You candy cultists. Just you guys wait. They're going to sizzle this guy. He deserves to fry for what he did. Erica Kirk already forgave him, but we don't. We want blood. And what we find when they file this is there is no mom testifying on the witness list. There is no dad testifying in the witness list. There is no grandpa testifying on the witness list. And frankly, there's not even Lance Twigs testifying on the witness list. Lance Twigs is going to give give testimony via recorded statement. He can't even be cross examined, which I think is ludicrous, but that's the rule in Utah. He can't even be cross examined. And then we get this series of documents. This is the first one right here. This video at Washington County Sheriff's office. Right here. 9 11, 2025 bait stamp 3996R1 video at Washington County Sheriff's office. Not Utah County Sheriff's office. Not 912, but 911 bait stamp 3996R1. I'll tell you what that R1 means in just a second. We scroll down to the next page. Oh, no, we don't scroll down to the next page. I'm going to hold this up. So this is the video from Washington County Sheriff's office on that date. 9 11. And that's the bait stamp number 3996. R1 well, we had nothing to cross reference this with when we looked at it several months ago or last week. We had nothing to cross reference this with. But I made a curious discovery and going back through the documents looking for. How it is that we got to this situation, banging my head trying to figure out. What date these things could have possibly taken place. And I get to this document that we covered over a month ago. This is the redacted motion to exclude cameras. And this is a video of the encounter at Bates, stamp number 3996R2. And the time here is 6:25pm Notice there's nothing in this document that we looked at a month ago when we were trying to figure out what is this 6:25pm there's nothing in this document that says it took place at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. There's nothing in this document that says it took place on September 11th. The only thing we have is that it took place at 6:25pm and we do have this timestamp of the video. 3:36:53. What we don't know is this 3 hours, 36 minutes and 53 seconds, or is this 3 minutes, 36 seconds and 53 milliseconds? We don't know that, but it's really irrelevant for what we're going to talk about tonight. I'll give an aside on that a little in a little bit. It doesn't change the analysis at all. But this bait stamp right here, 3996R2. And this bait stamp right here, 3996R1. I'm going to show you that when you are bait stamping a document, this is standard legal practice. If a party subsequently reproduces in redacted form a document that had previously been inadvertently produced and was then returned or destroyed in its entirety based on a request under this paragraph, the subsequently produced redacted version of this document shall bear the same bait stamps number as the original produced document along with an R suffix. So what this is saying is in the legal profession, in discovery, when you produce a document, when you produce a document or a video and you alter it in some way, or you take it away, or you take it away, it's removed, it's, it's stricken from the record. Oh, now we're allowed to put it back in for whatever reason, if the document changes in any material respect, you don't change the bait stamp number. So if a, if a document was produced 3996 in the state of Utah versus Tyler Robinson. And then you revise the document somehow. You redact the document somehow. You change the document somehow. When you produce it again, you do 3996. But you let everyone know it's a different version by putting R1 at the end. And when you do it again, you put another suffix at the end, R2. So R2 is the third version of bait stamped document 3996 or bait stamped video 3996. But it's the same video. So I go back to our earliest version of encountering this. This was on the motion to exclude Cameras back on March 30th. This is when we decided this 6:25pm looked to us like it was September 11th Thursday in Washington County. But there was nothing in the four corners of this document that answered that question other than this sentence right here. So we had to really just draw an inference, a big inference. But it turns out we drew it correctly because it wasn't until we got this separate document right here that we were then able to confirm where bait stamp 3996 came from. This was an earlier version of the exact same document that was represented right here. And if this document right here is from Washington County Sheriff's office on 911, then this document right here is from Washington County Sheriff's office on 911. That is a fact. That's the only way to read this that I can think of. I cannot come to another conclusion of how this would be any other way. And in fact, if you read. Well, I can't find it. Oh, here it is. Here it is. So this 3996 R1 right here. See that right there. And then you come back up to this 3996R1 up here. These are both from 9 11. 3996R1 right up here. And this is 3996R1 right here. There's a footnote on this again from 9 11. But there's a footnote on this and it says why they're going to introduce it. This video will be edited to include only the period from 650 to 715 to show defendants clothing. Why is that important? Because this, if you, if you remember the probable cause statement, the probable cause statement, or the. The statement in support of the facts, the affidavit said that his clothing he was wearing when he turned himself in was consistent with clothing that he was seen wearing in Orem, Utah. I don't know. I Think it was the maroon shirt, maybe the, the sneakers he was wearing, the type of pants or shorts he was wearing. I don't remember exactly what it was, but what they're saying is we're going to introduce this to prove he was wearing the same clothing, meaning the video footage isn't exactly clear it's him. So we're going to have to have you make an inference based on the fact that he's wearing the same clothing in both of these videos. He's wearing the clothing in Orem, Utah and he's wearing the clothing in Washington county and they look the same. And because of that, we're going to show you the video. Because the video in Washington county from September 11th is going to be clear that it's him. We took him in, we booked him or we didn't. They didn't book him in Washington county, but we identified him. He's right there. Id Those are his parents. I mean, it's clear. That's Tyler Robinson in Washington county on September 11th in bait stamp 3996R1. Well, 3996R2 is the same video. So if that was Tyler Robinson in Washington county in bait stamp video 3996, and they're using that to show he's wearing the same clothing, then when you go back to the other document that we were analyzing before then that's Tyler Robinson in the same clothing being Mirandized in Washington County. This precludes that. This is Utah County. It precludes that it's the following day in a different location. Why? Because when you, when you produce documents, when you produce documents in discovery, you don't edit them. You don't edit documents together. Every document, every source document gets its own bait number. Batestamps number. So if I produced for you a video of Tyler Robinson driving his car down the road and I got it from a flock camera, that's going to get its own bait stamp number. It's going to be bait stamp, let's call it 1253. And then I have ring doorbell footage of Tyler Robinson driving down the road. That's going to get its own bait stamp number. That's going to be 1254 or 3735 or whatever. They're gonna each, each set of documents, each video gets its own bait stamp number. It just does. You cannot edit everything together and put it in one bait stamp document. That's not how discovery works. It raises too many questions about who's messing with these things. You're supposed to turn these over as you receive them. Here's a document we received from Washington County. We're gonna call it 3996. Here's a document we received from Utah County. We're going to call it some other number. You would not take the booking footage from Washington county, edit in the Miranda footage from Utah county and make it one long video. You would never do that. Any lawyer who suggests you would do that is wrong. I challenge a legal person who's ever been involved in criminal litigation to tell me that that's possible, that they've ever even seen that. I've been involved in a lot of cases. I've never seen that. Every source gets its own bait stamp. Every source, every page gets its own bait stamped. Every video source gets its own bait stamp. And what happens is you produce a video and then you describe the video on that bait stamp document. Here's the video we received from Washington County. We're going to call it 39.96, on it goes. Here's the video we received from Utah County. We're going to call it 39.97, on it goes. You would never merge the documents. You would never blend footage together. It doesn't work that way. It doesn't work that way. And so I think this is pretty bulletproof evidence that these people have been wrong. And I don't mean the podcasters. I'm not talking about Gary, I'm not talking about Burkhart. I'm not talking about these people. I'm talking about the sheriff who claims all this happened after 8 o'. Clock. I'm talking about the governor. I'm talking about Cash Patel. All these people. Here's Cash, for example. I got a video of Cash telling you that they doctored the footage first, but that the parents saw the video at 8:00 and that's what caused them to reach out to him. It's not true. After that 8pm release, at 10pm local time, the suspect was in custody. Why? Because the father informed us, pursuant to an interview of him, that he looked at the video that we released that evening and the enhanced photos and identified the suspect and the enhanced photos. So we doctored the photos and we, we got the. But the Bigfoot video, and that's, that's how we knew. Because this is the 8pm release that they're showing you in the corner right here. The 18. The 8pm release is the grainy footage of him running across the top of the roof looking like Bigfoot. That's Cash Patel telling you that the father did not make the call until after 8pm until after that video was released. And I'm here to tell you I don't believe that's true. And I think we're owed an answer because the consequences of me being correct are devastating. Devastating. Not just to Gary, not just to Andrea, not to Andrew and Blake, not to the, the, the podcasters. It's devastating to us, the people of the United States of America. A beloved political figure, a national treasure, was shot and killed on television. I mean, on video, in broad daylight at noon on a Wednesday. And if evidence has been doctored, if narratives have been created after the fact, that if at 6:25pm he tells everybody, whoo. I'm not talking without a lawyer. No way. Not gonna happen. Sorry. I heard his office is closed for the night, but my parents are trying to get in touch with him. That wouldn't even make sense to say that the next night wouldn't even make sense to say that. How would he know the office is closed for the night on Friday? How did they know? How did he know the parents didn't get in touch with him that day? He hadn't been in touch with his parents in almost 24 hours. So it doesn't even make sense from a logical perspective, just reading what he said in that document. But it makes even less sense when you look at the bait stamps and you put the two documents together. You got bait stamp 3996 over here, clearly describing Washington County Sheriff's Office on 9 11. And you got Batestamp 3996 on this side, clearly describing a 625 encounter with law enforcement where he's being Mirandized. Now, I think you could probably conclude that I'm right. Could I be wrong? I don't think so. I mean, maybe I'm not ever going to say that I'm 100% right on anything. There's an outside possibility that they've, that they violated every rule of discovery I've ever been involved in, that they, they edited multiple surveillance footages together into a single video for some reason. And the judge is going to be like, yeah, that's normal, that's fine. And the defense gonna be like, hahaha, it's funny you did that. But we'll, we'll allow it. But nobody can state with certainty I'm wrong. I can tell you that there's not a single podcaster, there's not a single legal expert who can get on any show tonight, tomorrow any other time and say, you know, that Baron Coleman, he's wrong. And I know he's wrong and here's why, here's how I know he was mirandized on September, September 12, Friday in Utah county and not September 11 in Washington county at 6:45pm not one. There's not one. And remember how I handled it. I think I'm right. I think all evidence points to the fact that I'm right. I leave open the outside chance I'm wrong. Sure. I leave open the outside chance that they did something completely novel in this case and they edited video footage together to create a very long multi source single video and that it's, it's 3996. And even though it's described in their legal pleadings as coming from Washington county, that, that for some reason somehow we're going to say it didn't. Okay. I mean I leave open that possibility. I do. I leave open that possibility. Will the other side leave open the possibility I'm right? Will they say, you know, we don't, we don't necessarily agree with Baron, here's why, but he could be right because that would be an honest way to handle this. Nobody can state with certainty that I'm wrong on this. And the silence from the state officials are pretty devastating on this. It's pretty deafening. It's clear. This is out there. It's clear. I mean, this is now trended on X twice. This claim that he was mirandized at 6:25pm it trended in early April, the first time I made the claim and it was trending tonight when I took, went to the show and I pulled up X to look, it may still be, I don't know. So it's not as if they're not aware people are talking about this. Yeah, it's still up here. It's got more stories on it than any other story on it. Look at that. Baron Coleman claims confirmation of Tyler Robinson's custody at Washington County. So it's not as if they're not aware this is being discussed. Georgia Power down here, Thomas Massey up here. Those are your three trending stories right now on X. And the fact that they won't come out and clarify it tells you I'm probably right. Tells you I'm probably right. And the fact that they won't dignify you, the American public who they claim to serve with clarity on this issue and say, no, no, no, no, no, here's when he was Mirandized, here's where that video Took place here's when he was actually in custody to me tells me a lot because again the consequences of me being right is more than just hey, this favors Tyler or this. The consequences of me being right is that there is a multi agency cover up to frame Tyler Robinson. Why? Because he then supposedly an hour and a half after that Miranda recording. If I'm right, the Miranda reading, he supposedly confessed to his buddies on Discord. And if I'm right, who the hell wrote that Discord message? Was it Tyler? Did Tyler talk to his parents and talk to the sheriff and, and, and, and assert his right? He wanted to be silent and then grabbed someone's phone, logged into Discord and started confessing to anyone who would listen. Really? That's how you, that's how Tyler handled it? This brilliant guy who, who planned and executed a national treasure on his own with no assistance. That's how smart he is. He's going to say he doesn't want to talk but then an hour and a half later he's going to confess to everyone he knows. So the consequences of me being right raises the question of who wrote the Discord message? Who wrote it? The Tyler Robinson write that Discord message. And if Tyler didn't write that Discord message and someone faked it, why? Why did they fake the Discord message? And if they faked the Discord message, did they fake the text messages? Well, we can't know because they're not going to introduce the forensic evidence of this. They're just going to introduce the screenshots. Well, I'm here to tell the judge and the prosecution and the defense, hey, hey, raise this issue, raise this issue in front of the judge because I think that's why they're getting out in front of this. I think Utah's getting out in front of this. I think that's why they included the date, that's why they included the bait stamp number. I think the defense wanted people to know we're aware he was mirandized on 625. Please talk about it. I think that's why they included it in their filing. And I think the estate heard the kerfuffle taking place and said we got to get out ahead of this too. Because what they don't want to happen is everyone in the courtroom to be under the impression that he was mirandized at 6:25pm in Utah County. And then it comes out in open court during the preliminary hearing that no, that was in Washington county on September 11th. That's going to be devastating. If that comes out in court, all these podcasters, all these mainstream media people who are just convinced, you know, they'll talk about the case. I, I played Alibaba Snuffy the other day and, and, and Stuffy, whatever her name is, and she, and she, she had to make a comment about, well, I understand why people ask questions now. I believe he's 100 guilty. Actually, she said it more like this. I believe he's 100% guilty. Okay, why? If you take all these people who believe he's 100% guilty and then in open court it comes out that he was mirandized at 6:25pm and they've been lying to you this whole time, and then he supposedly grabbed a phone and started pumping out discord confessions. An hour and a half later, people are going to have real questions. So I think the state's getting out ahead of this by, by putting this road map out today and say, hey, Batestamp3996, the one you guys were talking about a month ago, that bait stamp was from September 11th that took place in Washington County. And he goes and turns himself in too early. And he hadn't confessed yet. And he didn't die in a shootout. And he's going to claim his right to remain silent because at 6:25 he walks in and they say, well, you want to talk about it? No, I don't want to talk about it. I'd like a lawyer. Oh, shoot. This wasn't the plan. We needed him to die in a shootout or talk about it. He confess and he's not confessing. What can we do? Quick, we'll say he didn't arrive until after 8. Oh, then he turned himself in. The problem is they left all these documentary traces everywhere. I don't think they counted on anybody looking over their shoulders. They didn't count on Steven Crowder getting a leaked copy of the Utah county booking sheet. They just didn't. When they saw the leaked copy of the book, the booking sheet, they didn't even think about the fact that the timeline would. Someone would take care enough about this case to look and say, now hold on a second. Who's B. Davis that arrested him at. On at 10:00pm they probably just saw that 10:00pm like, okay, as long as he was arrested 10:00pm that then the discord message is still good. No, I didn't think anybody was going to go, okay, well, how long, where would Brian Davis have been? Where was he based? How long would it have taken him to drive there? Oh, that's three and a half hour, four hour drive. He'd have had to start down that way by 6 or 6:30. They didn't count on anybody doing that. They sure didn't count on anybody comparing bait stamp numbers of different documents filed a month apart. They didn't count on it. They didn't count on it. And the very first thing she does is says that Farah Fara violations are not going to be criminally enforced unless they're related to espionage. That was a very weird thing to do, but everybody kind of overlooked it. Now we get March 1st. March 1st, a supplier who'd been providing bulletproof vests to Charlie Kirk. Campus Tours reported that TPUSA suddenly canceled their contract for the spring 2025 tour. That came to us from Candace. Again, just a weird footnote at the time. Then we go up to May. May 1, 2025, the Department of Defense contracts with accurate energetic systems for a miniature demolition charge, anti personnel, extra small device. That's May 1st. Three days later, July 11, 12 and 13, the Student Action Summit kicks off in Orlando. Charlie Kirk invites a who's who of the people despised by our greatest ally and Charlie's biggest supporters. Tucker Carlson Megyn Kelly, Dave Smith. Dave Smith absolutely annihilates Josh Hammer and Charlie Kirk lets everyone know. And it is impossible for me to believe as I sit here right now on May 11, 2026, it is impossible for me to believe that in all these precautions, spending all this money with this much on the line, knowing what was coming, knowing that there was going to be a full scale war in Iran and that's what this is all setting up. They knew it was going to be wildly unpopular. Coming on the heels of the last 25 years in Iraq and Afghanistan. They knew it was going to be wildly unpopular. The one thing they could not have is a very popular, very well known dissenting voice who was saying the things Charlie Kirk had been saying for the last two years. He was using the G word meaning rhymes with lenocide. He was saying that's what was happening. He's like, call it whatever you want. He was suggesting that October 7th was a setup, that it was allowed to happen, that potentially there was A stand down order. It's not me talking, it's Charlie. He's dead. But you can, you can play the, I mean I can sit here and play all the clips. We said it on pbd, said it on his own show, said it on Megyn Kelly. You are not going to take the time to, to spend all this money and bring all these people on board and pay off all these influencers and hire, make all these companies and send all these contracts and run all this money out, hundreds of millions, billions of dollars and then leave Charlie Kirk unmolested. In fact, they tried to recruit him. That's the whole point of what they were doing all through 2025. Let me make you rich. Let me give you the money, let me pay you off. We'll cut you in on some real estate deals, we'll cut you in on book deal. What do you want? How much money do you need? This is not foreign territory for Charlie. He had done similar work for other businesses. I'll get into it another day, but I talked to somebody over the weekend who had paid Charlie handsomely for basically promoting their business. This is not unusual for Charlie and I think they were shocked he turned it down because the money was many, multiple times higher than any of these previous deals had been. When you're not going to open Show Faith by Works and Clock Tower x and Genesis 21 consulting and all these different organizations. You're not going to take over CBS News, you're not going to take over Tik Tok, you're not going to try to take over X. You're not going to put all this investment in place and then have Charlie Kirk write you a letter that says, do this yourself. I'm out. Start telling people I think they're going to kill me. Run around saying, no, I don't want your money. I think you guys are committing genocide. I think you guys had a stand down order. I think you guys are responsible for this. Going around all Megyn Kelly saying, golly, they're calling me an anti Semite. All I'm trying to do is be good for America. I'm America for you. Can't have it. I mean, I'll be honest, his messaging was not unlike some of the people they hate the most on this issue over the last year or so. And what they expected was this investment, this significant expenditure was going to be enough to buy up all the social media influencers, buy up the Blaze network people. You get your Ali Beth stuffy and you got your Glenn Beck's. You could buy up the TPUSA people. Now you got the Charlie Kirk Show. Why do you think they were so adamant? The Charlie Kirk show continues now. Andrew thought they were going to end it. Well, Charlie's dead. Let's close up the shop. Erica's like, no, no, no, no, no. We got to keep the show on, guys. They broadcasted today to 181 people. I turned it on. There were 181 people watching live. Basically 1-80th of the audience we have on right now, live. That's what they had today on the Charlie Kirk Show. Used to be the number one podcast in America. So why are they still running it? This money was going to be spent, and Charlie could have negated all of it by continuing to coort with Tucker Carlson, Megan Kelly, Dave Smith, Candace Owens, Marjorie Taylor Greene. He could have platformed all these people. He could have brought them all in and had them all at amfest, had them all at the Student Action Summit. Had them all at the women's event, like the women's event coming up right now. I saw they were advertising for that today. You look at it, it's like a who's who of greatest ally supporters. I mean, that's all it is. Imagine if Charlie had been alive and he's like, I want Candace there. I want Megyn Kelly there. I want Marjorie Taylor Green there. That's who we're having. Those are our three headliners. No, now instead you get Ali Beth Stuckey, Erica Kirk, and the. The Kentucky swimmer girl who. Who lost to a dude. Like, that's her claim to fame. I didn't want to race. And that. Those are their headliners. That's who they're bringing in. I think the timeline answers the why. Why did Charlie Kirk have to die? That's why. Tried to buy him off. He wouldn't accept it. They tried to rationalize with him for a couple years. He wouldn't listen. He was a loose cannon, and he was a thorn in their flesh. And he was going to become a problem with the Iran war, period. They were not going to be able to get around him. You think the Iran war is unpopular now? Holy mackerel. Imagine if he was still alive. Imagine if Charlie Kirk was still alive and. And the Iran war people. All those TPUSA influencers that are right now supporting it. Jack Posobic, Andrew Colvette, Erica Kirk, Blake Ne, Brandon Tatum, Ali Beth Stuffy. Imagine all these people were opposed to the Iran war. I mean, like, nobody's in favor of it right now. All the Democrats are opposed to it. And like 2/3 of the Republicans are opposed to it. The only people are still in favor of it are like Mark Levan, Ben Shapiro and tpusa. That's the dividing line now and the Blaze. But I repeat myself, that's the dividing line. And so they killed him. That's my opinion. I think that's why they killed him. And I think when you look at it in the timeline, it makes perfect sense. And that's why when we look today, that's why they're digging in on document 3996. That's why they're refusing to admit that the arrest date was September 11th at 10pm by Officer Brian Davis, who would have taken three and a half and four hours to get there. They're refusing to admit he was mirandized on 625 at 6:25pm on September 11th in Washington county because it will expose the why. It might expose the who. Then the only thing we'd be left with is the how might expose the who. Because if he was Mirandized at 6:25pm and he had already invoked his right to remain silent, I'm telling you guys, it makes no sense that he then jumps on discord from the sheriff's office while he's waiting on Utah county officials to get there and confesses to everybody on discord. And if you look at his discord confession, he says I'm about to turn myself in. That would be a lie. That would all expose the fact that he's not the one who wrote that. And that raises the question who did? Who did? Who wrote it? He couldn't have written it if he turned himself in at 625 because he wouldn't be about to turn himself in. He would have already turned himself in. So if I'm right, that document 3996 is a Washington county document. And I'm right, I'm right about that. It says it in their pleading bait stamp document 3996. Both version R1 and R2 are Washington county documents. It says it right there. They both took place on 9 11. It says it right there in their pleading. Then you cross reference that with the motion from March 30th. That's same bait stamp document 3996 where it talks about his being mirandized at 625. If I'm right about that, and I believe I am, and I think I'm only leaving a small little bit wiggle room, but I'm Pretty. I'm right. Let's just be honest. Let's just be honest. Then he didn't write the discord message. He was already in custody. And the sheriff lied at his press conference because he was already in custody. And Cash Patel then would have lied at Fox News because he would already been in custody. And they would have been releasing photos and videos of the suspect when he's already in custody. Weird, right? Weird. And the only thing I can make of it is he wasn't supposed to turn himself in yet. He was supposed to be picked up and maybe killed in the process. Then the case is over. No one's looking at Fara filings. No one's looking at contract dates. No one's looking at bait stamp documents. No one's looking at what time was the Miranda warning. No one's looking at the text messages saying, that sounds a little weird to me. No one's asking why he went to the Kwik Quack car wash. No one's asking why he went over to the video store. No one's asking why he's hanging out at the Dairy Queen. No one asked why he goes down to the steakhouse and then back up to Orem. No one's asking any of these questions. He's dead. No one cares. Case is over. No one's looking at that wound. Going to look like a 30 odd six.
