Good morning, you guys. Are you excited? Did you see the title? It is double whiteboard day at the Scott Adams school. Listen, we all need to just take a breath. We need to hear Scott. And after this clip, we're going to discuss what we saw and heard, and then we'll do the news after. Okay. Because I think this is more important. So assuming I'm going to play the right clip. All right, I'd like to describe to you with my. All right, I'd like to describe to you with my double whiteboards how I see the landscape of the country and the news, etc. I'm going to take it from two perspectives. Number one, what is the situation for Republicans? Situation for Republicans, as I see it. Yeah, I'll move that. Anyway, looks like this. As you know, not everybody has good information. And sometimes we all believe things that aren't true, including me on the Republican side. This is how I see the landscape. Sometimes there are rumors that are started at grassroots level and these rumors could come from anywhere. These are just three examples. Could be 4chan or Reddit or somewhere. Next. It's a bunch of BS and sometimes that BS trickles up to leadership and famous people. And so you'll get some Republicans who will believe some of it, and they'll get Republican voters to believe it, and then the Democrats will criticize them for being wrong about something that's wrong. Now this looks about it. Does that kind of capture the Republican side of things? I'm trying to get it out of my own way here. See, would you say that largely captures what happens now? I'm not saying that everything Republicans believe is wrong. That's nothing like that. I'm saying that when they're wrong. Because everybody's wrong, Right. But when they're wrong, it usually looks like this. It bubbles up from some rumors. Some politicians pick up on it. Republicans say, oh, other people are saying it too. And next thing you know, there's some BS and then the Democrats pounce and they fact check you and they make you look stupid. And then they say all Republicans are dumb because some of them believe this stuff. So that's basically the landscape. All right, but what does the landscape look like on the other side? Does it look like this? Not as much, no. Looks a little different. It's way more complicated. But it looks sort of like this. This would be the Democrat news landscape if I can get out of my own way. All right, so I think most of you can see it now. So you've got the CIA and the FBI and various Democrat operatives who feed their fake media. These are just some of the names we know are the illegitimate media. So these are the ones who are being influenced by Democrat leadership and various entities that they have some control over. So the media is fake news, but Democrats are not. They're completely unaware. They think that there's. The Democrats believe that both sides have their own fake news. And that's really the whole story. Oh, we had a little fake news, sure, but you had a little fake news. Most of the news is true. Nothing like that is happening in the political world. Nothing. The news about hurricanes is probably real, but political news is coming from influencers. The media is completely corrupt. And the right wing media only is only looked at by people on the right. So the left is completely unaware that there's any counter narrative. They never see them. So they take their fake news and they get support from the other fake entities, which they support. Oh, the ADL says you're bad too. Oh, the media said you're bad. But these other people, they agree these are all funded by Democrats. So they're funded to look like legitimate organizations, but really they're just Democrat organizations to attack the other side. What about the fact checkers? Also funded mostly by Democrats, also fake. So once you've got all of these other organizations, from the media to these funded Democrat organizations, you've got a real big ball of fake news. That's why There are over 20 hoaxes on my hoax list that the Democrats all believe are real. At least 20 major hoaxes that went through this machine. The outcome of this is that the Democrats are brainwashed. Literally. That is not to say that Republicans have only the truth. Nothing like that's happening. Republicans are also wrong about things quite often. But it's bubbling up from the bottom. It's not coming from the top from the Democrats. It's all top down stuff. And so their poor voters don't have any idea what's going on. They think, they think that this is some kind of a legitimate process and they don't have any way to find out it's not. They don't have a mechanism to know that it's not real. Because the only thing that's telling them it's not real are people like me. And they've already told you I'm a disgraced cartoonist and the ADL told you that I'm a Holocaust denier. That's what the ADL said. The leader of the adl. I'm not saying that somebody sent a tweet. The actual leader of the ADL labeled me a Holocaust denier. Now I don't have to defend that, you know, I'm not a Holocaust denier. But it shows you how the machine works, right? When you saw the Phil Bump interview in which he got completely demolished for being a fake news guy, you could see all of this finally being exposed. It was obvious he wasn't a genuine writer with real opinions. You could tell that it came from somewhere and he was supporting some kind of a, some kind of a machine. All right, so that's what happens to the Democrat voters. Democrat voters get brainwashed and the Republican voters get shadow banned so they can't fight back. I would be very surprised if this gets big traffic on YouTube, if you know what I mean. Watch the traffic it gets. Let's say on the X platform, compare that to the baseline and then watch what happens on YouTube and compare that to my baseline. Do you think they're going to be the same? Very little chance of that because most of the platforms, the media platforms which I accidentally erased, this would say social media. They're going to make sure that the other side that has been brainwashed by the system, they're going to make sure they don't see me. Only the people who already agree with me are going to see me. And of course there's prosecutions going on. So the Department of Justice is making sure that if you have an opinion such as the one I just expressed, that they're coming after you. So here's what is really, really interesting about this week. The entire gears of the machine are now obvious. You can see the entire Hunter Biden money making scheme, right? It's all laid out. You can see every part of it now. The Phil bumps of the world, the illegitimate people are going to say, but, but, but you haven't made the case that there's a direct payment from Hunter Biden for any favors that went to Joe Biden. But we know he paid his expenses and that's the way it works. We know that it doesn't, that there's not going to be a piece of paper. We know that what influence buying and selling looks like. It's all laid out, but Democrats don't know it. Don't know it. Here's what would change everything. I don't know that it'll happen, but if you want some optimism, all it would take is to draw this diagram into a better form. And then every time there's a story that could be better understood by this landscape, you print it with a story and then you highlight the parts that have been activated. For example, some people say, I don't know if this is true, but some say the FBI is more influencing the New York Times, whereas the CIA is more influencing the Washington Post. I don't know if that's true, but wouldn't it be interesting to see a story in the news where you could light up these parts and show which ones were involved? So once you could show the landscape and how different it is on the Republican side, you could possibly for the first time release some of the Democrats who in my opinion are just victims. I have to say that in 2016 when I started talking about politics in public and you know, it'd be a big fight between one side versus the other side and to me it just felt like, oh, we just have different opinions. Different opinions, that's all. And we're fighting it out. That's the way it's supposed to work. But once I learned the entire landscape and I realized that their opinions are assigned to them, and then they're solidified by this entire, this entire constellation of, let's say, people who are just slapping some paint on the turd, if you know what I mean. You know that once you understand the whole landscape, you understand that they're not legitimate actors in a legitimate process. They're actually victims. And so I've started treating my Democrat brainwashed critics with sympathy. And I just say, I'm sorry they did this to you, because that's my actual feeling. I don't feel like they're attacking me because they had some independent, well researched thought and they've decided that attacking me will help them in some way. Attacking me isn't going to help anybody. I actually don't have any incentives other than to try to make things a little better before I leave this weird little ball they call the earth. I don't need your money. And obviously I'm not doing it for reputation because I've been the most disgraced and malignant person in the United States probably this year who wasn't named Trump. So I'm only doing it because my payoff is if I make something better, then I feel good about myself. That's it. So that makes me kind of dangerous. Anyway, once you understand the model and if you have a. If we have a way to communicate it. So here's the key point. It's not good enough that I explained it to you. That doesn't help anybody. It would only be good if this could be operationalized, turned into a sort of a standard way of explaining things so that whenever Democrats come in and they're victims, they've been brainwashed, you could show them something. Now, the ideal form, I'll just brainwash. I'll brainstorm a little bit. An ideal form would be some kind of a graphic that's maybe not exactly this, but something in that nature where you could click on any part of it to validate that it belongs on here. In other words, you could click on one of these groups and you could say, here's a news story that shows you why they're not legitimate. Here's a news story that shows they get all their funding from Democrats, right? So if you could do that, the fact that Phil Bump is ever involved in the story, if you knew the landscape as soon as you saw his name you say, ah, it's a Phil Bumps situation. As soon as you turned on the news and you saw any one of these designated liars, you know, Schiff, Swalwell, you know, you can make the list yourself. There's some people that the news calls in because they know it's not true, but they need people who are willing to say literally anything in order to get somebody on TV who will support the narrative. I love hearing from Scott and watching your comments and I feel like we all needed to just kind of regroup a little and remember how everything does work, especially in these times. So, Marcela, us going to come to you first. So what do you want to. How do you want to wrap that up?

Well, what he's saying applies to every story we have, especially the important stories like Iran. But one thing that was really what he said at the end is not what is being said, but who is saying it is very important today. This morning I woke up to Pete Hexit, your favorite thing to do. I did. I didn't wake up with him. I woke up to him. He did a conference, a press conference. And one thing he did, he must have been a good student of Scott's because there was a reporter that asked questions and he's like, oh, you're from abc. So he, the, the reporter actually didn't have questions. Legitimate question. It was just an accusations that were being made. But I, I like the fact that, that Trump and Scott are both teaching us that it's not really what is being said, but who is saying it. But going beyond that, the gears of the machine, if you can see it, are there and they're being done. In regards to Iran, one of the things that we talk about is all of us see the news differently. All of us have different opinions. However, they are not really opinions. They are assigned to us. And one of the things that he goes in is the system of how it's assigned. And you can see it in regards to the Democrats, they are never. And the designated liars, certain people that come out and say certain things. I could go on and on about how this is working in the story for Iran, but I think the clear. Just to end this, I think it's great to have somebody like Scott diagram it, because you need to actually put it in perspective and actually in writing in order to see it in regards to the right. In a way, when he was talking about it, it was more about the Biden administration. I think it depends on what administration is in power. In regards to the CIFPI and all of that. There's a sentiment from some people that the FBI, the CIA there are pushing Trump's agenda on X. And I read it and on sort of. Sort of things, which, you know, that's what happens. That's politics. Yeah.

Like, it applies to both sides, like you said. And you know what's so interesting too. So during the Biden administration and the first Trump administration, during, you know, think about the people that were pushing the biggest amounts of bullshit, like Don Lemon, Joy Reid, I'm going to say Chris Cuomo, all of them. So now look at them, right? They're not with their jobs anymore, and look how disgusting they are. When the corporate handcuffs came off, I mean, they were already horrendous, but now when they don't have anyone, you know, that they have to answer to and you just see, see how, how brutal they are, what they really think deep down and what their opinions are and the racism and all of that stuff. It's just like, here's my. Allegedly, in my opinion. But it's like, you know, Rachel Maddow, I mean, you, if you, if you take that bazillion dollar contract away from her and let her just speak freely, freely, it's going to be the same thing. So I, I do think that you have to, definitely. And I saw that too with Pete Hegset this morning, where, you know, someone asked a question and he was like, abc, of course. And then when raising Kane was like, I don't understand your question. He's like, oh, no, that was a back. You know, that was like a snipe wrapped up in a question. She wasn't actually asking a question. And I was just like, that's right. Because you see the news outlet they come from, and I love that Scott taught us this. You know, how to. Instantly. We just have to remember instantly who's the source and where is it coming from.

One thing that he is missing in there, which he would agree with is that in social media like you talked about Joe Reed and all that and Don Lemon being independent, I think some of the things that are driving on the right and on the left that are, that are helping in regards to social media is that you want clicks, you want to have the craziest perspective is like the moon doesn't exist. I have the story. You know, like that's, that's also like what's driving it is being, getting attention and attention. The way that you get attention most of the time is to say crazy things. So.

Yeah, well, I mentioned, I looked up Phil Bump. Unfortunately he's no longer with the Washington Post, so he somehow lost that job, but he is with Ms. So he found a new home and perfect. Apparently he's still around. I don't think I'll ever see that. But no, I think it was a brilliant analysis. I think it is very informative. I think it's pretty accurate. I think, you know, if I, if I just think about how I might update it or elaborate on it, like one thing that I might add on the Democrat side would be all the NGOs because there's so much funding coming into those NGOs and a lot of it's taxpayer dollars. I know Trump has started putting a stop to a lot of that, but that I think still is a big source of media manipulation, that they have all these vested interests and lots of money behind it. And when you look at the no Kings protests and then you see, oh, there's lots of money coming into that from Soros or from open society or from some other place. And so I think that might be an additional factor is that they try to set the narratives that way. But I think it's still follows the same top down model that Scott was describing. The other thing I would wonder is how he would treat AI in this regard because it's something that is becoming a new source for many, many people and people generally trust, oh well, the AI said this. I mean even on the right. Some people say, oh, Grok told me this and but I think it's all based on whatever bias was put into those things, whatever sources were put into those things. And a lot of them come right back to the media that we just saw in terms of if it's biased in some way or another, or if the majority of the coverage was slanted a certain way, then that's most Likely what the AI is going to tell you when you ask them about any kind of political issue. And so I think that's another way that is skewing the narrative that they're trying to. I mean, it may or may not be intentional, but it's just the end result is that a lot of that liberal bias has leaked into AI and will now guide a lot of people's beliefs. Because when they ask about something or fact check something, they don't necessarily go to whatever those fact checking sources are anymore. They'll ask their favorite AI and then they'll just believe whatever it tells them. And there is a story I had, I posted today where scientists invented a fake disease and published it, but it was obviously fake. So they made up this fake eye disease and they said things like, oh, it was a non existent university, they gave thanks to the Starfleet Academy, and they even had statements in it like, this entire paper is made up. And so what happened in Bing Copilot was they called it an intriguing and relatively rare condition. And Google Gemini says this thing is a condition caused by whatever. And so like AI just kind of takes this stuff for granted as truth. Right? It doesn't do any critical analysis and say, this is bs, I'm not going to include this. And so now people are starting to manipulate AI in many ways. I mean, there are places that are trying to feed whatever they want to get into AI just by publishing it on websites or places like Reddit or other things. And then it gets fed right through the system.

And who are the people there was like, I'm gonna botch it. I don't know why I say things when I can't remember, but somebody wrote a book or a story, it's like, it's so popular and it was all made up and it like went around the world like this whole entire thing. But it's, it's just reminding me of, that somebody will remember. But it's just amazing because, you know, think about the AI that you guys use for your personal assistant. Like, I have Chester and Chester, you know, pretty much knows my personality, he knows my sarcasm, he knows what I want to hear. But I have to always remind him, like, don't give me a slant, like I don't want you to stroke my ego. And he's like, okay, all right, you know, like, let me dig deeper, you know, whatever. But you can also tell them to stop doing it. I don't know how accurate it will be, but like everything else, you know, what is the source and where is the source getting the information from. It's like when, you know, Scott would teach us, like, oh, there's a poll. Well, who paid for the poll? Like, you know, who wanted this poll? Like, what's the slant? But I just love that, especially now with the fog of war and so much going on all over the world. You know, we definitely have to see. I mean, yesterday, you know, Joel Pollock made a great point, too, where he, you know, his reframe that he thinks Scott might have also said was that, you know, Trump used the crazy, like, unhinged. I hate Trump tds loving people to be like, we have to impeach him. 25th amendment. Oh, my God, we got to act now. And it was like, you know, so here he is just tweeting something which, you know, you could say is absolutely crazy, and then everybody reacted to it. And then Iran's like, oh, shit. Like, they're saying, impeach this guy. Like, he's insane. He'll do it. Like, you know, maybe that was like a maneuver that Trump used to be like, you know what? Like, we better think past the sale here. Like, they're sending planes out. He's saying this, they're saying, impeach him. You know, so maybe that was like a maneuver to use the TDS people and just your everyday people. I mean, a lot of people were very worried to encourage the Iranians to talk. I don't know, maybe.

I definitely think Trump is a master at manipulating the media. I think he's a master at, you know, changing the topic or distracting people when he wants to, or just controlling the news cycle. And in this scenario, I would imagine you're right, that he probably could anticipate that, you know, the more he could convince his enemies to be like, he's going to do it. Oh, my God, you know, and he's going to nuke. I mean, there's lots of people saying he's going to nuke Iran. Like, it just. It's crazy. And. But it probably serves Trump's purposes for them to say that. So he probably doesn't even, you know, try and shut that down, because it's like, yeah, let him say it.

Yeah. I mean, that work? What do you think, Marcel, about that? I mean, I feel like his tweet, was it very much pissed off a ton of people, or you could look at it like it was very intentional, you know, knowing. Pretty much knowing certain things were going to happen. If he did it. What. What do you think happened? I mean, we're mind reading, but.

Well, he intentionally does the truth social post to the enemy, but not just the enemy of Iran, but to his enemy at home. But you know, what's, what's. It is kind of like it shows you how brainwashed or how ignorant. I don't even want to say ignorant, but just out of touch with what Trump does is when people react to it in the way that Roana had reacted to it with the 25th Amendment. And he's so out of it. Ilan Omar saying the same thing, AOC saying similar things. It's just like to me, either they most likely they're designated liars and they're just saying these kind of things just because it's, it's for their base. And I don't really think they could believe it because for 10 years we've been through this many times over where Trump talks like this to an enemy and then you see negotiations and you see de escalation, like North Korea, you know, although this is higher stakes because we have the military there. But it's just like if you had read the Art of the Deal, if you had, you know, if you even were paying attention. So to me, it's interesting that people react in this fashion, but part of me thinks that the left is doing it on purpose, you know, that they pretty much know that he was, he was gonna seek a ceasefire, but they just pretend to, you know, escalate this.

Yeah, it was. Yeah. Ro Khanna. I mean, did he ever fool any of you guys? He tried to, like, sidle up to Tom Massey and I'm just like, dude, you are no Thomas Massie. And by the way, I, I happen to love Thomas Massey. Ro Khanna. No, nope, not so much. And now today, you know, then, then he's like, you know, now they're like all, you know, singing another tune today, you know, I don't know. Like, it's just, it's too much and it's, that's why yesterday I was trying to say, like, manage your, your emotions right now because it's going to be like, up, down, up, down. Marcela, what is it?

I'd go with both. They are definitely. I mean, Ro Khanna. It's just so funny how many people were duped by him, thinking that he was some kind of reasonable person. I mean, all these people. Cory Booker, they, they all have, you know, eyes for being president, and it's not gonna happen. I mean, God willing. So I, I just love that you guys. It's a good reminder. So moving forward with everything happening at all times, I just feel like we're so hyped up. I mean, a war will really, you know, heighten things and make us worry a little bit more or be angry more or whatever. Like, everything's more. So just consider who's giving you your news. What, you know, what is Trump's history like? I mean, he's been. I wrote the other day, he's the most consistent person I've ever seen in my life. I mean, he will take things to the edge. He's is consistent on, you know, how he feels about things. You know, his policy ideas from way back in, like, the early 90s. Nothing's changed. He's not a crazy, unhinged man. But I think as long as people are going to act like he is, he might as well just use that to his advantage and hopefully it's going to work. You know, a lot of you guys say trust in Trump. I hope so. You know, so far, I feel like I will. And I'm always on the fence about things. You guys. Sorry. Not sorry, but. Owen. Yeah, go ahead.

I do think we're in a better spot than the left in terms of just understanding and predicting the future. I mentioned yesterday, I'm like, I wouldn't be surprised if there's another extension or there's something else that happens. And I certainly wasn't sure. I could definitely see Trump following through and doing what he said he was going to do at 8 o' clock last night. But, you know, I could see that as a possibility, as a possible path. And you can interpret, okay, I can see what Trump's doing here, right? Like, I can see that he's trying to get them to come to the table and make a deal and to make whatever concessions the US Wants them to make. And that's the real intent. It's not just, I want to go blow them back to the Stone Age. He's making that threat to get them to the table. You know, that's. And even if he did the attack, it would be with the same intent. It's not to, you know, kill all the Iranian people. It's to say, okay, I'm going to go as far as I need to go to get you to agree to stop this and to open the straight and to make a deal and whatever we need to do to bring this to a conclusion. And so I, I just really kind of wonder what it's like to be on the other side when you're being jerked around all the time and you're thinking, oh, my God, you know, World War Three is here and, and then all of a sudden you get yanked back and it's like, nope, not this time. Well, and it just keeps happening over and over again.

What do you think, though? About. I just want to see one thing here. I guess nobody saw the friendships that were occurring during the Biden administration between Russia and China and Iran. No, that wasn't happening. I mean, accurate. But what do you guys think? Because I think the weird layer is that whether, whether what I'm saying right now is exactly how it is or not, the appearance is, is that we're in this war, doing it with Israel. And I feel like that's a layer that we're not used to. You know, like hearing that Netanyahu was in the Situation Room with Trump and Trump didn't sit at the head of the table, he sat in an equal position with Netanyahu, not at the head of the table. Bothers me and I don't know why. It just does. I mean, I know why.

It all depends on what happens, what it doesn't, you know, I, I don't see in regards to where people sit and to what power. I know Trump is Trump, we all do. And he's not the type to be told what to do. So regardless, at the age of almost 80, he, you know, so this ridiculous notion that Israel is telling them, telling America what to do versus America telling Israel what they're going to do, you know, to me, to me as an outsider, because I wasn't born in this nation, I don't see it that way. I do see Trump in control. So that's how I see it.

Glenn Greenwald has given some of the most amazing reporting on so many things over the years. His sources. If it's a story that, you know, you're interested in and you're like, wow, that was amazing. And you know, it's true and whatever. And it turned out to be accurate. Glenn' really amazing resources because he's saying something that you might not like, not you, Marcela, but anybody doesn't negate the fact that he has great sources, like he still has great sources, is a serious journalist. Maybe he's triggered by things some of us aren't. So I don't think he would have put that out there just for the sake of putting that out there. He doesn't seem like that to me. He's always been pretty accurate. I'm not saying Trump is taking orders from Netanyahu, but the situation is different. And you know, like I was saying yesterday, so Trump's making this deal and like eight, not a deal, but a threat. And at 8 o', clock, you know, on Tuesday night, blah, blah, blah, and then Israel's bombing, you know, the rail bridges and whatever. Okay, like maybe they knew that was going to happen. But it feels different to me. Like we are doing this war with Israel. I don't know who's calling the shots. I don't know that it matters, but it, but it is a weird layer to this that I think is hyping it up for people is how I see it. I don't know if anyone agrees with that. I'm not saying anyone's right, wrong or bad or good. It just, it's just different. And I don't know how to look at it. Like, I normally bet a billion bucks

I think, I think Trump is calling the shots. I don't think Netanyahu is in control because I don't think it would have played out this way if they did. I think Netanyahu has an interest in continuing this war for a long time. He has a personal interest in that because he's probably going to be facing corruption charges as soon as he's out of a war situation and he's going to lose office. And so he has every incentive to keep fighting as long as possible. And I don't think there would have been a ceasefire if Netanyahu had a decision making role in that. And I think what we've seen is they are still bombing Lebanon right now, but that at least they did agree, okay, we're going to stop bombing Iran and they stopped doing that. So they are going along with what Trump is asking them to do. And I don't know how you could be in a joint war with someone like Israel without having a clear chain of command and having clear coordination, because it would be chaos if Netanyahu was going to disobey what Trump wanted or what the US Told him. Hey, we're doing this. You need to get in line and do the same thing. And I think Netanyahu certainly knows that we could pull out of that alliance at any time if he pissed Trump off. And I don't think it's the other way around. So, you know, they're very dependent on us, and I think certainly we are strong allies, and you can have whatever opinion you want about that. I mean, you know, I don't want to be, you know, doing what Israel wants us to do and having that guide our foreign policy. But I do think it's a broader picture than that. It's not just about Israel. It's not just about Iran. It's about China and Russia and all these other players in the region. And I think ultimately, Trump's objective is to bring peace to the Middle East. He's talked about it, bringing a golden age to the Middle East. And so I think that's been his agenda for a long time. And that does put us on the side of Israel to some extent. I mean, it doesn't mean we're going to go with the whole greater Israel. Let's let Israel expand and take over, but it does mean that they need to protect Israel and they need to get all these other countries in the region to stop attacking them, and that's the only way we're going to bring peace. And so, you know, I don't think it would make sense to say Trump should be against Israel or abandon them, because that would make the whole region kind of collapse. And so I don't see any sort of dynamic that would say Netanyahu is really calling the shots. I think that, to me, is a conspiracy theory or some.

Okay. Well, there's a story about AI assistance reducing persistence and hurting independent performance. They did some kind of trial with 1200 or so people and they said AI kind of puts you in this short term task mindset where it's like they'll try and optimize for a short term result, but they don't really think long term and think, you know, play the long game sort of thing. And so they said this effect appears after just 10 minutes that it gives you these instant answers. So you don't have that struggle. You need to be able to really learn something. And so it, you know, it points out that persistence predicts long term skill acquisition. And so it's really a warning to people that you need to watch out for that because otherwise you might never, you know, really pick up skills over the long term or having a good long term result because the AI is sort of putting you in this short term mindset where you're not really looking to gain those long term skills.

You know, I mean the, the same thing was said about many other technologies. You know, like, oh, the Internet's gonna rain. Maybe it's true that the Internet's gonna make you dumber. Or, you know, using a calculator, my math teacher would say, oh, you don't need a calculator for calculus. You know, that kind of thing's always been said about new technologies. But I can see it, you know, where you're not actually taking the time to get through. It's the process, right? Not the outcome of what you learn. So I could see it.

Do you think we need to. What do you think? Like, is it important to still learn how to do things without the computer? Like old school? Or should everything just be incorporated now? Because I'm kind of like, what if it all goes away?

I mean, to me a lot of it depends. But I do think it's dangerous because of the types of things I said earlier about how you can't really trust AI. It's not really thinking, it makes it appear like it's thinking. And it does a good job of mimicking what thinking looks like. But it doesn't really know the truth. It doesn't stop and really think and say, hey, wait a second, this is not right and this is fake. And so I think I personally at least wouldn't trust it to just do all my thinking for me because it's going to make mistakes and probably really stupid ones and make me look like a fool.

And so I think it is a very valuable tool and for easy stuff it is useful. But I think you need to have enough expertise and enough learning to be able to say, okay, I know when it's wrong and I know how to stop it before it does something bad. And I'm going to keep doing that and I'm going to keep developing that expertise. And the other thing I would say is one mental model I have around AI is that it's an amplifier that if you are stupid and you start chatting with AI, it's going to kind of go to your level. And the same thing is if you're really smart or really knowledgeable, it's going to potentially mimic you in that way. It kind of adapts to you. And so that again is sort of a double edged sword. It can be really useful if you have the expertise and if you've gone down that learning path and you know more than the AI does in many cases through your experience, your wisdom, the different things you picked up, and you can do that critical thinking and real thinking that the AI can't do, so then you can use it as a Very useful tool. But if you don't have any of that, if you're just brand new, you don't really know anything, and you're going into some subject area that you don't know anything about, then you're going down a dangerous path because then it. And again, it might not ever do the real sophisticated stuff that it wouldn't, you know, because it's doing the tell me like I'm five level. And. But then again, it's. It's potentially going to, you know, go down a really weird path, and you're not going to know, and so you're gonna end up getting burned by that.

I'm like, what?

Yeah. Oh, I saw that. I mean, I think to me the opportunity, like. Like, it does sound like it was a tragic accident what happened with her and her sister. She was six years old at the time. So, you know, I don't think she intentionally backed over her sister with the golf cart. I think it was a, maybe an irresponsible thing for her parents to let a six year old drive a golf cart and, you know, have sort of free rein to play like that. But beyond that, I'm sure it was an accident, so I don't fault her for that. But for her to extend that to all these violent people in San Quentin and say, well, they all did accidents too, like. No, no. I mean, I'm pretty sure that if that woman was ever tried, they would have found her innocent because she was six years old and it was, you know, the circumstances show that there was never any intention. I don't think she said anything like, I'm gonna get you. You know, she didn't know that her sister was behind the Golf cart. Right. So even if there was a trial, she wouldn't have been convicted. But all these people were convicted, so they, they, in most cases proved, okay, you were either negligent or most likely intentionally did this. And so now you're convicted of murder. And I think unless it's something as serious as murder, an underage person is not going to be tried as an adult, and they're not going to have that long sentence. So the people that she's talking about, definitely, I think in most cases, at least, probably almost all cases, they are violent criminals and they got what they deserve in terms of the sentence they got.

But it's kind of shocking to have the California Comptroller office admit to it. Basically, what they were saying is that there's. The office admits to audits not actually getting done when they should be, and 100% fraud exists in the state of California, which I. It's not shocking to any of us, but it's quite a great video to See, I don't know what will happen to Bismarck Bondo, but they fell again for o' Keefe and his. I remember Scott would act like, it's so funny. This is. Okay, this is o' Keefe and he looks the same.

Like, you could do it statewide too, instead of on a federal level, but you're going to get a raise. A $300,000 raise. No bonus. I'm sorry, Bonus. So it's like, if they just stopped all the fraud, even if they stopped half the fraud or a third of the fraud, imagine what would happen. And I think that they're just, I, I, But I don't think you should be incentivized like that to be doing your job personally. But it's like insane how they have this so out of control and then they keep going on with more things like, like Newsom, did you hear what his rail project is going to cost now? Like $126 billion. I was like, what are you doing? And that bridge to nowhere for the butterfly bridge, I mean, California is out of control. It's amazing. All right.

So we're in communication all the time and we really, really enjoy each other. And like, when the show's over, it's over. It's not like, oh, I'm sorry. None of that ever has to be said. Fear sounds like woke libs talking. What? Saying that I have fear. I do have fear. Does anyone else in here have fear? Like, when you see things like, do you ever feel. Feel fearful? It's like fear of the unknown, you know, Like, I just, like, I don't know, you know, like, I do trust Trump because I've seen this behavior in Trump forever. So, yeah, it's a natural response to the unknown. Fight fear with faith. I have a lot more faith, you guys, than I ever did before. I'd say the last two years, my faith has been picking up.
