He my warning people, I do not get the facts of these cases off of the Internet or for some television show. The facts I'm retelling, you were presented to me by the victims of the crimes or the perpetrators who committed the crimes against the victims. My descriptions of the crime scenes, what I saw with my own two eyes. If you're gonna get offended, please turn this podcast off now. Thank you. Hello everybody, and welcome to this episode of Real Life, Real Crime, the podcast. As always, I'm your host, Woody Overton, continuing the hashtag Just for Bradley, Just for AO series today. Lots of movement, lots of stuff going on. Naturally, I can't tell you about 99% of it because it's an investigation that's being worked. But this case has gotten so much publicity, so much attention nationwide, even internationally now. And it's crazy. But the tension means heat and bad actors, whether a male or female, bad players, no matter what job they have, if they're murderers or otherwise, they don't like the heat. And I was saying, if you can't take the heat, get the fuck out the kitchen, right? Because the heat is evidently rolling and I can't tell you all the ways I know, but I know it's just stupid. The not stupid. It's stupid. Good that y' all are doing it. You're talking about it. And you keep calling in the tips on 3. 1, 3 RLRC tip. You keep rolling forward with everything, and here comes my guest caller right now. You keep rolling forward with everything, and the fire is on. The fire is lit, and it's absolutely. Or just smoke them down, and people are running scared. And I bet Vernon Parish has never been so. Or seen so much activity as it's seeing now. Ms. Baggot, y' all just. Morgan Baggott just called in for today's episode, and I'm doing well. How are you?
Morgan Baggott
Well, my famous lines right now is, I'm above ground, I ain't in jail, and I ain't in a sideboard yet.
Woody Overton
Yeah, well, any of those could happen at any moment, right? Let's hope not. But if they do. They do. Then they do, and it'll be what it is. You know, I don't know things that things. Everything happens for a reason. Hopefully none of that happens for real. But the. That being said, rolling forward, naturally, I want the lifers to know that I don't tell you no. Almost no. Right. And. And that's for. I just can't. It would jeopardize where I'm at in an investigation. Not that I don't trust Morgan, because I do. But it would jeopardize investigation, and I don't want. And I'm never going to do anything to jeopardize the investigation of the murders of Bradley Strayster and Austin Ovania. Right. So, Morgan, the. What's been going on over there in Vernon Parish?
Morgan Baggott
Too much to mention. My mind has a terrible time keeping everything straight. So criminal Conversations, first of all, I think that took this another notch up.
Woody Overton
You got to tell them what Criminal Conversations is. For those who don't know, Criminal Conversations.
Morgan Baggott
Is a Facebook page. A friend of mine who helped me relentlessly get Woody on board with us calls me up one day, and she's like, hey, what do you think about creating, you know, a group? I'm like, there's so many out there, you know, But I trust you, so let's give it a shot. And it literally turned out so well in our favor. I don't know why this particular page took off, but there is nothing people aren't saying on their right.
Woody Overton
The. Let me talk about that real quick. A couple things. First of all, it's a private group, isn't it?
Morgan Baggott
Yes, it Is okay.
Woody Overton
The. So y', all, if you want to read it, just go submit your applicant, whatever it's called, submit yourself to the administrators or whatever they're calling. They'll preview or they want to preview. But the. When it, when it first came out, I didn't know I had anything, any idea that it was coming out, first of all. And then I saw it amongst these other things that have been coming out, and I was like, holy. And I actually told Cindy, I said, holy fuck. How are they getting away saying the shit that they're saying on this page? I'm not against it. I mean, it's stirring up the pot, that's for sure. And the more the pot is stirred, the more people are talking or whatever. But I'm telling you, and I mentioned on previous episodes, they are laying down shit there. I'm like, there's no way that, you know, I say like, but there's no way that I'm looking at some of this stuff. And I'm like, ah, they must be paying a database or doing something that, you know, defining this somewhere. Whatever it was a lot of. And it's like all of a sudden every single suspect, every single whatever is getting put on there. And they are. I mean, I'm talking about criminal histories and they're getting blown up, mug shots, cops, David Vance got put on there. They. I'll let you tell about it, but tell about stuff that was on there and what happened and what have not.
Morgan Baggott
Fortunes.
Woody Overton
Yeah, it. We're. We're telling the truth. And, and the. I mean, it is what it is.
Morgan Baggott
It is what it is. So, I mean, we know how many followers we have. Just too. Too many to mention. We'll never know the real number between the two of us. Rally on Austin's there's really, really, really good cops out there following this case. Like good guys, good hearts, good intentions. They. So I, I one day, out of the blue, from somebody I had never heard of before, started receiving some information and we started discussing Bradley's case and he said, you know, his family, his sister and whatnot, followed the case and they, he, they got him on it and he happened to be a cop. And I did receive some very surprising and shocking pieces of information. And, and one of those things, like you already mentioned, was the lead detective, David Vance, everybody knows his name on Bradley's case. He's got some charges from way back when. He's. He's got a history. The very one, late detective, serving and protecting.
Woody Overton
But this is, but this is part of the Information you got from the cop?
Morgan Baggott
Yes, yes.
Woody Overton
Now, wait, wait. Let's. We need to back up and talk about that real quick, because this is important. Now, the. I think everybody probably already knows what we're talking about. And I can't remember his name because I'm bad with names, but he was a deputy sheriff in Allen Parish. This is the guy you were talking to. And the. When you were getting this information, the. The. When y' all were talking, how does it come about that you're getting information? I know, I know because I heard it with my own ears. You know, you saying, don't do anything to get yourself in trouble. Don't do anything illegal, or you tell me how that went, and then we just got to talk about this and get it out of the way.
Morgan Baggott
I mean, I, I. Like I said, I. I didn't. Well, Winston Lambrett is his name. I didn't. I didn't know Winston. But, you know, he just expressed how he hated to see somebody like me hurting and trying to solve this case and not getting anywhere. And he had his own, you know, his. His own experiences within his family that made him want to become a cop. You know, he had been. He knew what it was like to hur. That before. And. And he couldn't stand seeing me. He just really wanted to help. And, And I did tell him, you know, like, I. Please don't do anything to get yourself in trouble. And I did. I was a little concerned and fearful about that. And then one day, out of the.
Woody Overton
Blue, before, hey, before you get to that part, let's. Let's talk about that. So he's helping by giving you information.
Morgan Baggott
He had. He. You know, Bradley's letter has been out there for the world to see, and he was doing exactly what I was doing. You know, I took it upon myself to conduct my very own investigation. And that's kind of what he was doing in his spare time. He read the letter. You know, he. He got all the information initially from what was already out there.
Woody Overton
Right. And. But. And so he's working it himself. And look, yeah, I get calls from people every day, and a lot of people, I don't call back if I don't know. Etc. And I haven't never talked to him. I don't. But the. So he's. He's got names and got whatever from whatever source, and he's working it. Right. What point, you know, did he start to send you information? And, and what did he say about the information? You know, what happened there?
Morgan Baggott
Well, it's Just key names that we've put out there and in receiving, you know, whatever. I don't know anything about the system, like how it all works or whatever, you know, but I guess you just search a name and anything that's on them pops up. And.
Woody Overton
But let me ask you this. Did you ever, you know, did you ever say, I'll pay you to search for these names, or did you say. Did you do you say, search this guy's name and send me some of his stuff? Be. Be specific and clear, Morgan. This important.
Morgan Baggott
Never. Never once. I mean, everything that I received was completely unsolicited. This guy was just doing it out of the goodness of his heart and determination to help me solve Bradley's case. I never once said, hey, here's a. Here's a name to run or, you know, what can I do for you in return?
Woody Overton
Well, right, and you have all your audios and screens or text messages and all that stuff, or, I mean, they. He had it on his phone, right. And. And there's nothing incriminating in there that said you actually asked for this or you're paying for this or you're doing whatever that you just said earlier that you didn't know how it worked. Right?
Morgan Baggott
There's. There's no. None of that. I don't know how it works.
Woody Overton
Well, let me tell you how it works. And it's unfortunate for this. Winston is his name. It's unfortunate. It's unfortunate for Winston, but Winston knew that every cop that's ever been a cop that's ever put on the gun or wore badge, they have to learn. Back in my day, I don't know what they call it now, back in my day, they. They call the NCIC the National Crime Information Computer. And when you run somebody like I'm pulling you over, I run your license plate. The dispatcher gets the information, they type it into the computer, and it pulls up everything on, right. And then. Then. But when that happens, it is forever and permanently recorded in a system. So if I'm working a murder case on you later on, and I said, give me anything or anybody that's ever runner or whatever, it's. They are able to pull it up. It cannot be deleted. And the state police in Louisiana are the ones that are in charge of maintaining those records or overseeing and make sure there's no abuse. You cannot run someone's name for your own personal use. Now, we'll go way back in the day when. When I was a rookie cop, and let's say someone run Britney Spears Name that was, you know, we're talking about 30 years ago, when she was young, before she got in trouble just to pull up her driver's license photo. You sit around bored at night, you can't do that anymore, right? And every cop knows that. It's illegal, all right? It's illegal. It's just a fact. It's against the law. Now I understand Winston won the help and God bless him for that, right? The, the, the. When I was seeing all that being posted on criminal Conversations, I was like, oh my God, that. I didn't, I didn't know. I swear to you, I didn't know it was NCIC or whatever they call it now. That I didn't know that it was. I did not know that it was the databases being. I couldn't comprehend that, okay? I could not comprehend that somebody is actually running every one of these names, every one of these criminal histories and putting it out on social media and doesn't think it's going to cause a shit show. And ultimately it did, and he got arrested for it. But the thing being, the thing, the thing being is I really thought. I really. And I told Cindy, I said, they, I can't. I can't believe they're getting this information, that they must be in some kind of database because now they got a database for everything. But I didn't really wasn't spending much time reading it either. Yeah, I joined the group because they was always getting tagged in it, but I was kind of looking at stuff and I'm like, holy. But I don't have a lot of time to spend looking at everybody else's shit when I got my own shit today. But I told Sin, I said, how in the fuck do you think they're getting this information? Well, unfortunately for Winston, the, the. I don't know. I mean, if he just thought he wasn't, it wasn't gonna come back to bite him in the ass or he just didn't care.

Most people think it's exercise or diet alone, but the truth is, it all starts right there in your gut.
Woody Overton
I've been reading about this lately and.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
It turns out scientists now openly say your gut is the foundation of everything from digestion and weight management to energy focus, even longevity. But here's the problem. As we age, the beneficial bacteria in our gut starts to deplete. That's when we start feeling run down, bloated or just not ourselves. That's why I want to tell you about Bioma. Most gut supplements only give you probiotics.
Woody Overton
Maybe a little prebiotic if you're lucky.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
But Bioma contains all three essential ingredients. Your gut needs prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics. Everything working together to balance your gut microbiome and support real lasting vitality. And these ingredients aren't fluff, they're science backed and third party tested. One of the key strains, Bifidobacterium like this was even found in a clinical study to reduce belly fat percentage in just eight weeks. Pretty amazing stuff, right? Just take two capsules before breakfast, that's it. And you're giving your gut what it.

Because he was trying to help in the investigation and I hate that. I hate that for him. He got arrest arrested the state police one got him if I read it correctly, State plus when got him from the Allen Parish Sheriff's office and they took him to Vernon Parish and booked him and and you know I said they say the investigation is still ongoing that he disseminated to private individual which I don't know who that is but the the Elvale I mean I I would assume and you know what they say when you assume I would assume that it has to be Morgan Bagg because you've already told us that you were getting it but the but you didn't know. I mean you didn't know it was illegal obviously.
Morgan Baggott
Woody I know, I know and you know that I know Right is right, wrong is wrong. The law's law. I get that. But people over here are furious. They are so angry that, you know, with we're six years into rally you're missing with all this evidence and all these suspects, all these bad guys and one good cop, better than better cop and a better hearted person than they ever dreamed of being, does something he wasn't legally supposed to with the best of intentions and they go for him cutthroat right straight away. Yet they can't go after a murder as hard as they went after a good cop.
Woody Overton
Yep, yep. I understand people are mad. I truly, truly get that. And the. I understand that Winston had no ulterior motive other than to try and bring. Get justice for Bradley and justice for a. Right. And. And I get that. But the. The. It's straight up against. I mean Winston knows this obviously straight up against the law. And you got to think about what we're dealing with when one of the things that that was shared on social media was like we were talking about earlier, Detective David Vance, this past criminal history. Well, you can't do that. And there is the. There's a reason that system can't be. People are all saying, oh, it's public record. No, it's not. Parts of it are. But this is a secure law enforcement protected database that accesses stuff that only law enforcement is sworn to access and use it under for lawful reasons. And I get it. I mean I am not against him wanting to help. I mean and I'm not. You know, I get everybody's pissed off. But at some point it's like a total sentence, you know, something's gonna happen on this. Well at some point, you know, especially when his got put on there and his past history and I'm not gonna say it. They, you know, the people that read it, read it. But the. And. And everybody else, I'm like hol. At some point, which they did burning Perry Sheriff's office said enough is enough. And they called the state police and to look into. To pull the records and see who it is that's been running this information. And it was Winston. And you know that they wouldn't got him. Yeah. No two ways around it. So you there?
Morgan Baggott
Yes, sir, I'm here.
Woody Overton
I'm not. I'm not taken away from Winston's good intentions or anything else. But I mean I know I've sat through the training every cop has set through training when I just don't understand man. Let's. I mean he just so ballsy that he's just like, I don't care. I want to get just for Bradley and just spread. So I. I don't know. But the criminal conversations page and that happened, y', all that they, you know, that the people are pissed off the, the murder, the murderers are pissed off that this is all still after six months. It's hotter than it's ever been. The law enforcement is pissed off because it's hotter than it's ever been and they haven't solved it. But I can tell you this, there's shit that's moving that you don't even know about, Morgan. And it's moving at paces. Not just me that's moving that I know through the investigation and I can't talk about. But don't. You know they hate to wake up every morning and they cringe when they look at social media or they listen to a podcast and see what's coming next.
Morgan Baggott
I hope they do. I hope they don't have a single fucking second of peace.
Woody Overton
Yeah. And, and, and I'm talking about murders and, and everybody else. But if you're in any bad actor, right, If. Whether it's could be law enforcement or the murderers or whatever the. Yeah. I hope they don't have a second a piece either. And that's the truth. Anybody that did bad or has done bad in this can go themselves as far as I'm concerned. And I didn't, you know, I got asked to come into this. I chose to take on this fight and I did that. But I didn't make these people do what they did over there. I'm not making it up. Right. I mean, that's on them. You did what you did or you didn't do what you should have done. That's on you. And what the. What's going to happen because of it. That's on you. I didn't make this happen. Morgan Baggott didn't make this happen. Are we keeping up the heat? Yeah. Mega is scorching hot. You can't take the heat. Get out of the kitchen and in. We're going to continue with the heat, and that's just the way that it is until it's done. So I'm sorry, Morgan, I'm running off the mouth today, but go back to criminal conversations.
Morgan Baggott
It's just really working out in our favor. It's. Dave been able to make it extremely uncomfortable for a lot of people. Lots of good discussions going on.
Woody Overton
You mean criminal. Criminal conversations is making it uncomfortable. People don't say they. Because they might think that It's. You're talking about the cops or the murders or whatever.
Morgan Baggott
You're right. The page, you know, the page itself as a whole is. Is exposing so much and doing so well. And I. And I. I couldn't be happier.
Woody Overton
I. I've never seen such balls is what I was thinking before he. Winston got arrested did. But he. And then after he got arrested, they. They pulled down all those criminal histories or. I don't know who took them down. But the. I'm waiting for him to come shut that whole page down. The. I mean, I'm being honest because they. If you. If you're getting burned, you know, put out the fire. Oh, I don't know anyone. It could be. Well, they could be a hook or crook. They could replace reported this away and they could do it this way. I don't know. Because I'm not trying to shut a page down. Right. But I'm just telling you human nature. Y' all keep burning people's asses. What you're doing, then the people are going to push back. You know what I mean? It could be murderers or the powers to be or whatever. At some point, somebody's going to try to figure out how to fuck with the criminal conversations page.
Morgan Baggott
They don't know what to do. They've never had to deal with someone trying to expose them. Them so hard ever before. They can try whatever they want to. We'll make another page and another page and another page.
Woody Overton
Yeah. And. And the. And I get it. And the. The passion in that page in that group is very clear. And I mean like that I've been holding on to. And I still am not going to tell you about Morgan, but some of this. I mean some of the stuff y' all talking about, I'm like, holy shit. But yeah. And things that I already know about and whatever. And I'm like, holy. I can't believe they did that. Right. But it is what it is. I mean, it's all about getting the justice. So the. You want to talk about anything in particular that let's. You know what I. I'm.
Morgan Baggott
I want to talk about. I don't know if you allow me to.
Woody Overton
You know what? I. I'll just let you start because I have one. But I'm just gonna. I'm not gonna fuck with it right now, but unless you bring it up and start it. But the. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Hers Advertiser
You get.
Woody Overton
You go ahead. What is the most number one on. On you? I know you have a huge hit list. But what. What would be one of the ones that you want to talk about that you're afraid I might not?
Morgan Baggott
Well, Woody Overton has never called Morgan Baggett on a Sunday morning. I've never. I can't recall the time I've talked to you on a Sunday. When Woody Overton called me on a Sunday morning. I really about fainted before I even answered the phone because I had no idea what you're going to tell me. And you wanted to know if I had received what you had received. And that's what I want to talk about.
Woody Overton
Yes, we can do that. And may.
Morgan Baggott
Or you.
Woody Overton
You read it. The. You read it. And. And because you. You have a. You've been living this a lot longer. I've had this thing six months and. And necessary. Bradley's been gone for six years and you've been dealing with this by hook or crook and you know, a whole lot longer than me. Even before the six years. Right?
Morgan Baggott
Keep talking because I gotta find it.
Woody Overton
Even before the six years. And we're gonna start on it today because if it's what I. I already know what it is because you're right, I did call you on about it on Sunday morning. But the. Let's just go ahead and say the person's name and start talking about why you're looking for it.
Morgan Baggott
Bradley's mother, Tony, right.
Woody Overton
Now, I had talked to her in the very beginning of this case because I'm thinking it's regular family member, you know, suffering, what have you, whatnot. And then that at some point she ghosted me. She was like, why did you say this about me? Or whatever. And I didn't say. I don't even remember what it was. It was so irrelevant, but I'd say it. And then she ghosts me and I don't give a right. But I didn't know all the stuff that has been brought out and all the recordings I've now listened to and all these texts and things, I'm like, holy. And then y' all have been posting, including criminal conversations you've been posting like. And I haven't listened to them. But the. The audio of you and her talking, right? Or text messages and stuff like that. But the, the. But some of the stuff that I've received really through red flags in the timeline. And I think that's what you're looking for. The. But one of them started on November. I think the date was November 14th. And it was text messages between Bradley's mama, Tony and Bradley's girlfriend, Chelsea, right?
Morgan Baggott
Yes. It was.
Woody Overton
And Chelsea has given me 1000% permission to use to disseminate the information.
Morgan Baggott
I'm having a lot of trouble.
Woody Overton
All right, hold on one second. Let's see if I can find it. All right, y'. All. So this is a message between Tony James Duel and Chelsea, which was Bradley's girlfriend at the time. And it says. It's dated November 14, 2019. Again this at 2:17. I don't know if it's a.m. or p.m. oh, no, I'm sorry. 21:17. So that is 9pm and 17 minutes at night. And again, Chelsea has given me explicit permission to use this stuff, as I'm sure she did you, Morgan. But it says. And I'll. I'll start it. It's Tony's part. Says, what else did he. What else did he say? I'm trying to find a way to go walking in the woods. And Chelsea responds, just that he would call me tomorrow to set up a time for me to come in for an interview on Monday. I've watched a lot of the first 48 and they always call in people for interviews that they think they had something to do with it. Tony responds, I had to move shitting in the rain today. Oh, Lord, you watch too much tv. Tony says, don't deviate from all capital letters, anything, smaller case lowercase letters. You have told them and contact me all capital letters immediately when you leave there and tell me all capital letters, everything. So I could corroborate your story. And Chelsea says, I've told them straight up everything I know. And I may have left out some small details. And that's the end of that screenshot that I have. So I'm going back to the next page. The actually, this is continuation of that page. So Chelsea says, I've told them straight up everything that I know. I just may have left out small details that may incriminate anyone in the illegal activity, like anything with drugs or anything like that. But other than that, I've told them everything I know. I'll definitely call you and let you know how it goes. And Tony says, I know you didn't have anything to do with it, but if you tell them something that's purple, I need to know that so I can tell them the same. I don't know if you understand what I'm saying. Chelsea says, yeah, I understand. Tony says, and minor details will only incriminate yourself and others. So I understand your mission of that. I haven't included anything incriminating either. Didn't even tell them I knew Jason whatsoever. All right, let's. Let's get. Let's go with it, right? Maybe I should just read some more.

Let me just finish this last part of this page. So. And again she says I haven't included anything incriminating either. I don't even tell them. I didn't even tell them I knew Jason whatsoever. But we need to talk. Chelsea says I just didn't want them to dismiss the importance of finding him if they think he was off on drugs because I figured that's exactly how that would go. I don't think he is in any, any less a priority just because of that. Tony says I think they are getting worried. All capital now, right? The. So let's. What are your thoughts on that, Morgan? I know you got a lot, but we. Y', all, we're gonna continue this next week. Actually, Morgan, I think we should just. Sorry, I dropped my phone. I think we should just lay out all that in. You know, it's keeping the heat up and everything else. But now we're talking about your ex mother in law, right?
Morgan Baggott
And there's. I have two more screenshots that you didn't read from.
Woody Overton
I. I know. I don't want. I don't. I. I don't wanna. I don't want to Read from yet. I want to address. Yeah, go ahead. I want to address what we was been said. This is two weeks after Bradley goes. Is reported by her to be missing. She's contacting Chelsea, wanting to know what she's told the cops. That's who she's talking about. Y', all, the appointment was with David Vance.
Morgan Baggott
She's worried about Tony, not Chelsea. Tony is worried about getting a story straight. She wants to make sure she says the same thing that Chelsea says.
Woody Overton
Why? Why?
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
Why would you have to get your story straight?
Morgan Baggott
She told them. What?
Woody Overton
No, no, no, no, no, no, no. You're missing my point. You miss my. Hey, you missing my point. Why would she have to get her story straight? Because she's lying. Because she's lying about something she's telling Chelsea. Just tell me whatever you told them and so I can tell them the same thing. Well, you need to tell your truth, not what Chelsea's truth is. You need to tell them what your truth is. Right, Morgan?
Morgan Baggott
Yes, sir.
Woody Overton
I mean, that's the truth of the matter. The. The. Who. Who gives a. It's your son that's missing. And why are you not wanting to tell your own truth? Why are you worried about what Chelsea's saying? And y'.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
All.
Woody Overton
It's been established. Look, that Bradley was going to sell some pills or some of Tony's pills or. We get that. That's been established and talked about and what have you. We're not saying Bradley was an angel, saying Bradley didn't deserve to be murdered, and certainly that his own mother is. Is obviously. And you. I know you have tons more. Morgan, his own mother is obviously on these messages two weeks after sweating what Chelsea's going to tell the cops. Because I need to get my. She needed to get her story straight. The one thing that never changes is the truth.
Morgan Baggott
Hey, that's right. Never changes.
Woody Overton
All right, what were you going to say in one end with that. That I interrupt. I so rudely interrupted you on. Go ahead.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
No.
Morgan Baggott
Just something from one of the ones that you don't want me to read, and I won't read it, but it's basically, you know, details of what happened to Bradley.
Woody Overton
All right, let's.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
Let's get.
Woody Overton
Just. Let's go ahead and read it. And. And. And then I'm not gonna say else about it. Let's just read it. Y' all already know. I told you that. Why are you trying to get your story straight? And. And Morgan's gonna read the next part of these messages. And this is again, between Chelsea And Tony still Morgan.
Morgan Baggott
Yes. Yes.
Woody Overton
All right, so go ahead and read it myself.
Morgan Baggott
And. And Bradley's father and so many other people has always been highly suspicious of Tony. And I. I read this particular message to Bradley's father the other night. It says, I wouldn't allow anyone. This is Tony. I wouldn't allow anyone to tell me any details, but I did that. He was passed out in your car, in Danielle and Jason's or. I'm sorry, excuse me, DNJ's driveway. And I was so sick when I read these messages.
Woody Overton
Morgan, you're messing. You're messing it up. You got to read the messages because when you start interjecting and feeling as the listeners are still thinking they're listening to the text.
Morgan Baggott
Okay, I will say read.
Woody Overton
Read the message and then. And then read everything and then. Then tell your. Your feelings afterwards. Okay.
Morgan Baggott
I wouldn't allow anyone to tell me any details, but did overhear that he was passed out in your car in D&J's driveway, supposedly Nick Dion, Chris Ron Spooky, and Billy sue, you were all involved. And he's in an old well.
Woody Overton
But anyway, this is all y'. All. This is all. Still Tony, Bradley's mother telling this everything Morgan's reading. She's telling this to Chelsea. Bradley's at that time, a girlfriend. Go ahead, Maury.
Morgan Baggott
Where is there a well in D and J's yard that hardly nobody knows about? And the next message is. Is what you've already read. You know, I. I know you didn't have anything to do with it. Yada, yada. I. So now this is me talking. And my. I. I was shaking. My whole body was shaking. I was pacing. I was sweating. And later that day, I had to go to Bradley's father's house to pick up my son, Bradley's son. And Papa Sam and I and many other people have always felt very strongly that Tony at least knows the reason why Bradley is dead. And I was not okay when I arrived to Papa Sam's house. I wasn't okay at all. I don't know how I even made it out there after reading these messages. And Papa Sam turned red. His whole head turned red, you know? And I can't even begin to describe to you the emotions that was going on in that room.
Woody Overton
Amongst them, because he read the same messages that you just read again. Again.
Morgan Baggott
All of these messages to Bradley's father and y'. All.
Woody Overton
I'm gonna read them again real quick. I'm gonna read them again real quick.
Morgan Baggott
The.
Woody Overton
Again. This is Facebook messages. Between Tony and Chelsea, Tony being Bradley's mama. She says, so I thought I would let you know I know where Bradley is. This is Mama, y'.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
All.
Woody Overton
Oh, and by the way, he was.
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
Passed out in the car.
Woody Overton
Chelsea responds, what's going on?
Cindy's Partner or Household Member
Who's passed out in the car?
Woody Overton
Sorry, I'm just getting back to you. Everything has been crazy. And Tony responds, I don't know everything as far as details, but I'm confident I know where he is. Bradley's mama, y', all, she birthing. Chelsea comes back and says, what are you saying about being passed down the car? Chris, who is in jail. And then she says, chris Glaze. And she says, what are you saying about. And I can't read that last word. I think it starts with a T. And then the next page, Tony's saying, I wouldn't allow anyone to tell me any details, but did overhear that he was passed out in your car in D and J's driveway? And Chelsea has said they were talking about Danielle and Jason, supposedly Nick Dion, Chris Ron Spooky, and Billy sue were all involved. And he's in an old well. This is Bradley's mama. She birred and she carried him for nine months. And then she says, where is there a well in D and J's yard that hardly anybody knows about? Right? And there you have it. This is a woman who gave birth, conceived, all that good. And she's saying unequivocally that she knows what happened to Bradley and. But she wouldn't let them tell him directly about the details. You know what that's called? Plausible deniability. Right.
Morgan Baggott
So I. That's. All of that kills me. Every last bit of that makes me just almost turn inside out. But I told Papa Sam, Bradley's dad, I said, I can't believe I said, this is his mama. I said, I want to know. There's not a single detail I don't want to know. I want to know. Right up to Bradley's last breath, I want to know. How can she say that? That and Papa Sam said the same thing. He said, I want to know, too. I can't believe she said that. I wouldn't let him. I know he's dead, but I wouldn't let him tell me no details.
Woody Overton
Yeah. Oh, yeah.
Morgan Baggott
If I'm not already going to go to jail, everybody better keep me away from that woman. And I mean that with every ounce.
Woody Overton
Don't make any verbal threats. That wasn't. That wasn't a conclusive threat. And that's okay. I understand what you're saying. And, but what's mind blowing is the fact that, you know, a mother knows how, who, what, when, where, why her son was murdered. And she's trying to get a story straight, trying to find out the girlfriend Chelsea's story at the time so she can keep her story straight with Chelsea's so she doesn't have to tell her truth. And her truth is that she knows, according to her own messages. I didn't make this shit up. Chelsea gave him and what have you. This is Tony's own shit. And as far as I don't, you know, I wasn't there when Tony wrote these messages, but it says Tony James Dole. And that was told to you and, and me that Chelsea, that this is from Tony. I mean, because somebody's gonna all can always come back and say, oh, that was bullshit. That wasn't Tony that did that or whatever. I challenge them to come back and say that. And a mother who knows what happened to her should have been her baby and is lying about it, you know, and the. She wouldn't let him to. I, I can't fathom it as a parent. I know you can't fathom as a parent, Morgan. I don't think any lifer out there can fathom it as a parent even, even, even if you're a shitty parent that you would want justice for your kid. Unless. What, what do you think is the reason that someone wouldn't want justice for.
Morgan Baggott
The kid, Morgan, unless you have direct knowledge of what happened to him and why and it involves something that you're.
Woody Overton
Exactly. Direct knowledge or indirect. Or direct involvement and indirect knowledge, right? You covering your own ass and worried about going to prison. And that's, that's if you lifers out there can come up with another good reason beside that, then do it and we're going to end it for this week and we're going to go a whole way more in detail next week, including some recording and different things that are just like. It's gonna set your hair on fire. If a mother knowing this whole time the. Remember the first message we read were two weeks after when she's trying to get, you know, find out what the cops are saying and everything else. In this whole time, in her own words, she's known. That's crazy, right? And Morgan, I know you're pissed off and upset as you should be and this is everything else. I honestly haven't listened to all the postings and what haves and whatnot, but we can, we certainly can talk about them and talk about the most important things and what have you because now Tony is, you know, trying to come back. One of the things I saw or something she did a post about you and what have you and whatnot in what what what, whatever. Let's talk about that next time. Let's leave it that with in Tony's own words or own text. We just read it to you. Mama knows that's crazy as fuck. Morgan, thank you for being on. All right. And lifers continue calling you tips 313RLRCTIP. Keep up the pressure. Who knows what kind of shit's going to go down this week. That's for sure. For sure. And boo, I love and appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you and hashtag just for Bradley. Hashtag just for ao. And I'm Woody Overton. This episode of Real Life Real Crime, hosted by Woody Overton, dives deeply into the ongoing #JusticeForBradley and #JusticeForAO investigation—two murder cases roiling the Vernon Parish community. The episode is marked by updates on the case's status, a candid discussion about how grassroots online communities are fueling the probe, and a blunt, highly charged analysis of leaked private messages implicating Bradley’s own family. Special guest and Bradley's ex-wife, Morgan Baggott, joins Woody for a raw conversation about recent events, the climate in Vernon Parish, and explosive new evidence drawing questions about the involvement of Bradley’s mother, Tony.
The case is hotter than ever, drawing nationwide—and even international—attention due to relentless online activism and media coverage.
Woody cannot share most details due to the ongoing nature of the investigation but affirms momentum is building.
"This case has gotten so much publicity, so much attention nationwide, even internationally now... The fire is on. The fire is lit, and... people are running scared."
—Woody Overton [04:25]
Morgan explains how a private Facebook group, Criminal Conversations, has become a hotbed for whistleblower tips, crowd-sourced suspect histories, and debate.
Law enforcement, suspects, and the public are all actively monitoring (and sometimes panicking over) content on the page.
The group has published criminal histories, mugshots, even exposing police involved in the case.
"When it first came out... I saw it amongst these other things that have been coming out, and I was like, holy [expletive]. How are they getting away saying the [expletive] that they're saying on this page?... But I'm telling you, they are laying down [expletive] there."
—Woody Overton [09:05]
The group’s activities escalated with a law enforcement leak: A police officer, Winston Lambrett, shared confidential database info with Morgan in an effort to help the case, later leading to his arrest.
"He just really wanted to help. And... I did tell him, you know, like, I. Please don't do anything to get yourself in trouble."
—Morgan Baggott [13:03]
Woody gives a primer on how law enforcement databases work (such as NCIC), emphasizing the illegality of running searches for private use.
Winston Lambrett provided Morgan with confidential information out of goodwill, not for profit—which eventually led to his arrest.
"It's illegal. It's just a fact. It's against the law. Now I understand Winston wanted to help and God bless him... I swear to you, I didn't know it was NCIC... being... I could not comprehend that somebody is actually running every one of these names... and putting it out on social media..."
—Woody Overton [16:14]
The community feels angered that a “good cop” gets arrested for helping, while the case itself drags on without resolution.
"...people over here are furious... we’re six years into [Bradley's] missing with all this evidence and all these bad guys and one good cop... does something he wasn't legally supposed to with the best of intentions and they go for him cutthroat... Yet they can't go after a murder as hard as they went after a good cop."
—Morgan Baggott [25:12]
Woody emphasizes how bad actors—murderers or officials complicit in the case's mishandling—are feeling the heat thanks to social media and investigative pressure.
"...the murderers are pissed off that... it's hotter than it's ever been. Law enforcement is pissed off because it's hotter than it's ever been and they haven't solved it. But... there's [stuff] that's moving that you don't even know about, Morgan... and the investigation is moving..."
—Woody Overton [28:27]
Morgan and Woody agree: The more uncomfortable suspects and complicit officials feel, the better.
"I hope they do. I hope they don't have a single [expletive] second of peace."
—Morgan Baggott [29:05]
Central to this episode’s drama is a series of text and Facebook messages between Tony (Bradley's mother) and Chelsea (Bradley's girlfriend).
The messages, several weeks after Bradley's disappearance, show Tony more concerned with aligning her story with Chelsea’s than with finding the truth—raising alarming implications about her knowledge or involvement.
Memorable Quote & Analysis:
"Don't deviate from anything you have told them and contact me immediately when you leave there and tell me everything, so I can corroborate your story."
—Tony (read by Woody Overton) [36:07]
Additional messages suggest Tony knew, or believed she knew, exactly what happened to Bradley and even the involvement of specific people and the supposed location of his body (an old well).
"I wouldn't allow anyone to tell me any details, but did overhear that he was passed out in your car in D&J's driveway, supposedly Nick, Dion, Chris, Ron Spooky, and Billy Sue were all involved. And he's in an old well."
—Tony, via Facebook message to Chelsea (read by Morgan Baggott) [47:53]
Both Woody and Morgan are stunned, calling it “crazy as fuck” and reflecting on how a parent could have such precise (possibly direct) knowledge but not share all with investigators.
"A mother knows how, who, what, when, where, why her son was murdered. And she's trying to get a story straight... so she doesn't have to tell her truth. And her truth is that she knows, according to her own messages."
—Woody Overton [52:57]
Morgan shares the impact these revelations had on herself and Bradley’s father (Papa Sam): anger, disbelief, heartbreak, and a renewed sense of urgency for justice.
Both express inability to fathom Tony’s motives, with Woody speculating the only reason a parent would cover something like this is if they were directly or indirectly involved.
"How can she say that? That and Papa Sam said the same thing. He said, I want to know, too. I can't believe she said that."
—Morgan Baggott [52:41]
Woody on the heat of the case:
"If you can't take the heat, get the fuck out the kitchen, right? Because the heat is evidently rolling..." [04:25]
Morgan’s mantra:
"Well, my famous lines right now is, I'm above ground, I ain't in jail, and I ain't in a sideboard yet." [06:46]
Woody challenges the public record myth:
"People are all saying, oh, it's public record. No, it's not. Parts of it are. But this is a secure law enforcement protected database..." [25:55]
Woody on Tony’s texts:
"Why would she have to get her story straight? Because she's lying." [44:25]
Morgan on the emotional toll:
"I was shaking. My whole body was shaking. I was pacing. I was sweating..." [48:16]
Woody summarizes Tony’s implicating message:
"This is a woman who gave birth, conceived, all that good. And she's saying unequivocally that she knows what happened to Bradley..." [50:01]
Conclusion — Woody’s blunt assessment:
"A mother who knows what happened to her should have been her baby and is lying about it, you know, and the… She wouldn't let him to. I, I can't fathom it as a parent." [52:57]
True-to-life, sometimes raw and unfiltered—a blend of investigative rigor, streetwise candor, and deep emotionality. Woody and Morgan don’t shy from harsh language or from calling out institutional failings, and their (sometimes gallows) humor shines through, even as the subject matter remains intensely personal and tragic.
This episode exposes the grassroots detective work led by a determined ex-wife (Morgan), blows the whistle on problematic law enforcement data sharing, and most shockingly, reveals evidence implicating Bradley’s own mother in the possible cover-up or foreknowledge of his murder. The community is ablaze—online groups push the case into the national spotlight, while Woody and Morgan refuse to back down or sugarcoat their quest for answers. If you want to feel the heat, see the receipts, and understand why true crime isn’t just about the crime but about the relentless pursuit of justice, this episode is essential listening.
