Warning this episode of Real Life Real Crime. The podcast may contain descriptions of acts of violence or that of a sexual nature and should be people that are 18 years or older. He my warning people I do not get the facts of these cases off of the Internet or for some television show. The facts I'm retelling you were presented to me by the victims of the crimes or the perpetrators who committed the crimes against the victims. My descriptions of the crime scenes, what I saw with my own two eyes. If you're gonna get offended, please turn this podcast off now. Thank you. Hello everybody and Swoody Overton, your host of Real Life Real Crime, the podcast and today I hadn't planned on doing this episode the way it's going to be done and hashtag just for Bradley episode four which dropped yesterday on Friday. Naturally I'm recording this a day early so Cindy can edit it. Morgan Maggot told a name that Detective Vance told her that she had never told before even to her Tik Tok followers and she used to tell them on Tik Tok that it was J S and the the name she said was Justin Charbonnet that Detective Vance told her that Austin Abanion told him that Justin Sharpen was there when Bradley Strasner was murdered and the body was disposed of and all that. And supposedly according to Morgan Baggot that Detective Vance also told her that Austin Abanion passed the polygraph on saying what she said. Okay, so this morning as what happens every time we drop an episode, not only did I get a plethora of.
Unknown Host
More tips in the case, I got.
Woody Overton
Contacted by guess who Mr. Justin Charbonnet and I had an in depth conversation with him, and most of it I recorded. And with his permission, I record it. And I'm going to play that for you today. And I want you to listen to what he says about Bradley Strasner and about his innocence in the case and what happened or hadn't happened.
Unknown Host
Now, you'll hear him say in his.
Woody Overton
Own words where he thought he was at the time, and then he calls me back and corrects himself on that.
Unknown Host
But you also going to hear, more.
Woody Overton
Importantly, you're going to hear that he's never been contacted by anyone in law enforcement in this case and never been questioned, never been interviewed. He agreed to take a polygraph with me if that was necessary or if it becomes necessary or with law enforcement officials. And he emphatically denies. I'll let you listen to it and then I'll. I'll say my thoughts afterwards. All right, so I want y' all to listen. This is a recorded phone conversation. Myself and Justin Char, who is the person that Morgan Baggot said the detective Vance told her that Austin o' Banion told him was there when Bradley Strasner was murdered. So y' all listen to it now. It's about 20 minutes, I think.
Tara
All right, everybody. I have on the phone with me Mr. Justin Charbonneau, which is the name that Morgan Baggett told on the podcast episode four, Justin for Bradley this week that she said that Detective David Vance of the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office told her was one of the people that Austin o' Bane said was there when she saw Bradley's body with the arm sticking out from underneath the tarp with the wristband on it, et cetera. And she named Justice Charbonnet, according to what she said, that Detective David Vance is, you know, the one that told her that y' all.
Woody Overton
Real life, real crime.
Tara
Mr. Justice Charbonneau has reached out to me himself when the podcast came out today. We're recording this Friday morning. And the. As in any investigation, any. Well, it should have been done in this investigation also is in any investigation when you get tips or you get leads. And so I keep telling y' all to call it in three. 1, 3 rlrctip the you follow a lead until you can prove it or disprove it. Now, certainly I hadn't. I hadn't had time to prove or disprove anything about Mr. Justice Charbonneau because we just recorded it right two days ago. And I have all yalls tips coming in and everything. And I'm going to be working this for a long Time and proving and disproving things. But Mr. Justice Charbonneau calling in. And first of all, Mr. Charbonneau, I want to thank you for calling in, but you have some information that totally, totally. I mean, there's no more ironclad alibi, no pun intended, than what you have in Bradley Strasser's case. Will you introduce yourself?
Justin Charbonneau
My name is Justin Charbonneau, and I called in today, this morning, pretty much. This is easy for anybody. And I can understand emotions get mixed up and a lot of stuff gets, you know, tossed around, but there's no way, shape, form, or fashion that I could have did anything because I was incarcerated.
Tara
Right. And that. And let's just. And then we'll get to where you are now. Can you tell me about that? But when you got incarcerated and where you were and everything. This is. Y'.
Justin Charbonneau
All.
Tara
This is ironclad public record and goes to exclude what was said on the podcast.
Justin Charbonneau
2020. I was in Lake Charles Detention center, the Cockroachu Correctional Center. I was a trustee there, intake trustee there for a year. When the hurricane hit, hit time or whatever, there. Then they moved us to Tangibah Parish. Well, I did the remainder of my sentence. And anyway, from there on, or whatnot, I was released. And then, I have to say, I'm not quite sure, but all this had done. Taking place. And then I met my friend Jason, who's also been pretty much cleared of all this. I. You know, the police hasn't even reached out to him anymore after they done did all they did. But I've never even been reached out to. I've never been questioned, I've never been asked nothing. So that. That. That should tell you a lot right there in itself.
Tara
Yeah. Hey, Justin. Justin, I think you were missing on, like, October 30th of 2019.
Justin Charbonneau
Yes, I was. Oh, he was.
Tara
Yeah. Yeah. Well, then.
Justin Charbonneau
Then, then still, I believe I might even been if I had to check my rap sheet. I got locked up. I was locked up a year. So from. No, that's still right then because from. I was locked up a year, so I got out that November. Okay, so that's still in the same time frame.
Tara
Right.
Justin Charbonneau
Okay, so. All right, let's do. On the same time frame there. I remember doing that year exactly. And I got out November 2020.
Tara
Okay, all right, so you were gone.
Justin Charbonneau
So I was still. Yes, sir, I was locked up. I was gone by then, or whatever happened. I don't know. This had done transpired, I guess. And actually, sir, I'll Be honest with you. I didn't find out about it until somebody told me that maybe my friend had something to do about it. And I asked him about it, and he said no. Yeah, they came to my house, they searched my land. They did all that. And they pretty much cleared me of it. I passed the polygraph test. He did all that. So, I mean, I just took it for what it was worth there.
Tara
Right.
Justin Charbonneau
And that's my friend still this day. I'm not saying he's not, you know, I mean. But whether or not what happened with Bradley is. Is that, yes, I was incarcerated. And that's all. I mean, that's. You can stay with it, man.
Tara
You know, I understand. And then Ted's PO Is right up the road for me right now. Right. And you. So you're in, Amy. Right? In the jail. And Amy, the. So you got out in November 2020. And. Yes. And the. You. You didn't even hear about it until after the fact. And nobody. And nobody from Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office or. Or state police or anybody's ever tried.
Justin Charbonneau
To contact you contacted me.
Tara
And I would guess it's pretty easy, because the reason would be it's easy to pull your rap sheet and see where you are as a detective. That's one of the first things I would do if. If someone's accusing someone, I mean, you're going to check and see, okay, run all their information, see where they were, if they. And a lot of cases I had, people were actually locked up, that. That was their alibi.
Woody Overton
And that's. That's why I said there's no more.
Tara
Ironclad clad alibi that being locked up. Right. And so the. I mean, that's. You know. Did you know Bradley?
Justin Charbonneau
I actually met Bradley in prison one time at VCF Vernon Correctional Facility.
Tara
Okay. All right.
Justin Charbonneau
And. And me and him were friends for, you know, really good acquaintances. Let's just say that I wasn't around him long enough. I believe when I got there, he was being released in two weeks. Yeah, but that's as much as I know of Bradley. He was. He was. Seemed like a good guy. I don't.
Unknown Host
I don't.
Justin Charbonneau
You know, I don't know what would drive anybody to do that to him.
Tara
Yeah.
Justin Charbonneau
But I don't know what he did or anybody else did make that. Cause that.
Tara
Right.
Justin Charbonneau
And in the name of Jesus, I hope that something or somebody finally brings the family to a peace within their heart.
Tara
Yeah.
Justin Charbonneau
It's just a sad case all the way around, you know?
Unknown Host
All the way around.
Justin Charbonneau
The board.
Tara
Yes.
Justin Charbonneau
Nobody wins in this.
Tara
Yeah, you're right.
Justin Charbonneau
It's just a big loss.
Tara
You're absolutely right. And. And there's no such thing as closure, really, for the families. Like all the cases I've done over the years, they. Hey, they're still suffering. And even if the people are, you know, are locked up forever, the. The families still suffer every day and. Yeah, of course. But, you know, the end. Go ahead.
Justin Charbonneau
I can take it firsthand. While I was incarcerated, also, my girlfriend, when she evacuated for the hurricane, she was kidnapped and murdered in Met, Louisiana. And that's a cold case.
Tara
Really? Yes, really.
Justin Charbonneau
Her name is Jenna, Jenna Canel. And that's a cold case. And that's been bothering me, and I talked to her mother and stuff like that, you know.
Tara
Yeah.
Justin Charbonneau
So maybe we could talk about that later also.
Tara
Would that be Jefferson Paris, Sheriff's office or Kenner Police Department? Do you.
Justin Charbonneau
I probably be Jefferson Paris. Maybe. I haven't really looked into. I just know it's what happened in Ma.
Tara
Look, the. The. Yeah, so. Well, then it's got to be jpsa. If you'll just send me the information the way you contacted me earlier today, and then I'm going to talk about that because, I mean, nobody. Nobody really.
Justin Charbonneau
If anything, I would really love to talk to you about that also, sir.
Tara
And I'll do that, and I'll take time and do that. And you know, I always try to help people and. But the. I want to go out again. You know, your girlfriend being murdered and Bradley, obviously, they can say what they want to. You know, from the things I got going on, and it's. Bradley's certainly been murdered. But the. Nobody deserves to be murdered. Okay? Even. Even when you're in the lifestyle and. And you're what we call a high risk victim. You know, the. The devil is a masterful warrior. By taking that, he destroys so many lives. And even the people that get investigated. I had a case where this lady got murdered by these. Long story short, she got murdered by our neighbors. But her neighbors got cleared because they beat the polygraph. And then the suspect they got on was a cop, and he didn't do it. And it came back years later that he did do it, but his life was ruined.

I recently took the True Age test from trudiagnostic and discovered my biological age. And let me tell you, it's completely changed the way I look at my health. Biological age is a powerful indicator of how fast you're aging on the inside, and it directly predicts your risk for serious diseases. Here's why that matters. Research shows that if your biological age is even just five years older than your actual age, your risk of developing diseases like cancer or heart disease can jump by as much as 30 to 50%. That's a big deal. And the amazing part is nearly 90% of biological aging is actually in our control. It all comes down to lifestyle, habits and your environment. When I got my results back, I was honestly shocked. My chronological age is 55, but my biological OMICM age came back at 63, meaning I'm biologically about eight years older.
Tara
Than my actual age.
Unknown Host
That was definitely not what I expected and honestly, it was a big wake.
Woody Overton
Up call for me.
Unknown Host
The triage test didn't just give me one number, it broke down how quickly each of my organ systems are aging and it was eye opening. I found out that my liver and musculoskeletal system are actually aging slower, which was encouraging. But my heart, brain, lungs and metabolic systems were all aging faster than they should be. I also learned that my pace of aging is 1.1, meaning for every year that passes, I am aging 1.1 biological years, and that can increase my risk of chronic disease and even shorten my lifespan if I don't make changes. This test really pushed me to make some adjustments. The personalized strategies they shared from top scientists at Harvard and Yale included focusing more on strength and resistance training to support my heart and metabolic health. The best part? The test itself was super easy and convenient. I did it right at home. No doctor visits or big needles. Just a quick painless finger prick and I mailed it back in a prepaid package and got a detailed online report.
Tara
In about two to three weeks.

Right, But I mean, investigations have to happen. And that's. This is you and I talking, and you. You going on this recording and putting it on the podcast is. Is a classic example of how investigations are done. But it doesn't mean it doesn't suck for you and, and. Or for anyone. You know, but the. That unfortunately, your name was brought up in this case. You know, for whatever reason. The. And, you know, if, if the detect told her that. And, and which I don't. You know, it doesn't matter. My. My opinion doesn't matter. But, you know, if your name. I don't think she picked your name out of dead air is what I'm saying. And, and, but, and, and so I.
Justin Charbonneau
Yeah, it's just, you know, it's just real funny because, you know, I'll even say this much That I. I never even. My phone's just cute. My phone just. I'm trying to make sure it doesn't die on us. Austin o'. Banion. I think I might have seen a glance at her once. That's it. I mean, you know, I don't even. I've never even had a conversation with her.
Tara
Right.
Justin Charbonneau
And then I, like, I think that's what that all got started. And no, you can even look at the messages that I sent to you from the relative or person or whatever. And that was saying, they don't know why my name's being thrown around in this. And I think it all stemmed from that. But, you know, I'm not sure. I. I just want to be here and just let everybody know that this is. This is not a. Yeah, definitely.
Tara
And, you know what I'm going to do, and it's not to offend you, but I would think that you would want me to do this. That the. You know, I certainly will verify that you were incarcerated. Tangible parish at the time. Okay. Or like Charles or wherever. I mean, that's. That's. That's not a big deal. And the, you know, like you said, it's a tragic situation. But let me. Let me try to end this on an inspirational note, if you don't mind, and I can edit this out if you don't want, but what's going on with you now? Because this is important to me.
Justin Charbonneau
I am a licensed minister, efficient. I talk. I go to, like, rehabs and whatnot and talk to addicts, try to, you know, really get them. Let them know that I understand the level and that Jesus is Lord, and that if they've ever been rejected in any type of way, that, you know, God still loves them. No matter what anybody says. Nothing can separate you from the love of God. And addiction is sin, but everybody has sin. And we all fall short of the glory of God. And that, you know, I. I just want. That's my motivation to them, is that to let know that everybody falls short, that, you know, we're no different from the next person, and God looks at us no different from the next person, and we are all loved equal. So, you know, that's what my current situation is. I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm and stuff like that, and I got my life right, you know, and I haven't looked back since. I have a YouTube channel, Empowered by Faith, where I do little YouTube shorts and inspirationals about Jesus Christ. And that's pretty much me right now, man. That's all I can do. I can't work or anything because of my. My, you know, situation.
Tara
Yeah. What you Next. The. It's pretty, Pretty strange how the big man works because we turned in turn, you know, if you're incarcerated and you had no involvement, just like you said, and you turn that into. Now you're going to have millions of people listening and got to hear your story that you turn your life around. What's the Name of your YouTube channel? Empowered by Faith? Say I got.
Justin Charbonneau
It's just. I got shorts. It's YouTube shorts. And it's just, you know, little shorts, you know, messages. I got about 7, 000 some subscribers on it. But it ain't about the numbers.
Tara
Yeah, I understand it, but what I'm saying is we have. I have. I call my fans lifers, and they're from all over. They're. They're from all. As a play on words, right, but they're from all. All. They're from all over the world. And, And I've won every. I've been blessed to win every. Every podcast award there is and everything else and, you know, been on TV and everything else. What I'm saying is this, you know, hopefully somebody out there, you know, the lifers go check you out and, and follow you and all that. The. And. And I appreciate you taking the time. Now. The. Can I ask you just a couple more questions? I'm just. I'm just rolling. I script it. Do. Do you. The. What do you. I. I know it's speculation that, but I mean, do you. And you were in the lifestyle for a while by. The lifestyle being an addiction and stuff like that, and, and the. And running the streets and all that. Do you think it's reasonable or logical to believe that Bradley Stryster is alive?
Justin Charbonneau
Well, I'm going to tell you something, man, and this is what I've heard, of course, like I told you before, I've heard so many stories, right? I've even heard, man, up to the fact that it was a big insurance scheme.
Tara
Yeah, I've heard that. I'm not going to say everything that I heard and I'm chasing down, but yeah, I've certainly. That's. That's out there, right?
Justin Charbonneau
Yeah, that's out there. It's a big insurance scam. Also to the fact that there was counterfeit money involved.
Tara
That's certainly out there also.
Justin Charbonneau
Yeah, I've heard that. And I've heard a lot, man. I've heard a lot about that. I mean, you know, and that's why it's just so upsetting. I got thrown in the mix of that. I'm just like, you know, wow, you know, but I've heard so many different stories, you know, about that. And you see, you know, Leesville is a fishbowl town, right? And I'm not saying that in a negative way or no, but it's just a gossip town, you know, And. And then, you know, it's like the telephone game. Whenever you was younger, you whisper on one person. By the time it gets around to the next person, you have all these different stories of what's happened. And I don't believe any of them until you can show me.
Tara
Right.
Justin Charbonneau
You know what I mean? Because I'm not saying that that happened. I'm not saying that there is an insurance. I'm not saying that his mom and them is doing this and that. I just.
Tara
Same, same exact thing that I say. Okay, and by the. But let me say my question again. Did you think there's any reasonable chance that somebody is living in the streets, has an addiction, who's, you know, the vehicle gets found or whatever, and it's almost six years. No sighting scene, financial transactions, anything in the world. You think there's any reason to believe that Bradley Stracer is alive?
Justin Charbonneau
Man, you know, in this day and age, that's hard to do. You know what I mean?
Tara
Yeah, I just. Yeah, that's hard to do.
Justin Charbonneau
That's really hard to do. To stay that inconspicuous, you know, that, that out of the line.
Tara
Yeah, well, it's not like he. He had $10 million and go be sitting on the coast of Belize drinking an umbrella. He was, he was in addiction, make no bones about that. He was in the. In the lifestyle. He was in the criminal activity. No doubt about it. But nobody deserves to be murdered no more than your girlfriend deserve to be murdered.
Justin Charbonneau
I don't think he was a bad guy.
Tara
Right.
Unknown Host
You know, from what the.
Justin Charbonneau
You know, nobody deserves it, you know, and this is what a lot of people get the misconception of, you know, a person that was in prison, a person that was locked up like that, you know, they watch too many TV shows.
Tara
I agree.
Justin Charbonneau
Good people in there, man.
Tara
All right. People totally, totally agree. And I was a correctional officer before I was a cop and before I was a detective and homicide and everything else and, you know, got to know the people. And you're right as they're in there, a lot of them are in there because they simply made a bad decision. And you'd have to agree about 90% of them are in there because something that's tied to drugs and addicts.
Justin Charbonneau
Drugs, man, it's. It's 90. Probably about 95 of it.
Tara
Yeah, yeah. Whether it's, you know, whether they come in robberies or, you know, murders go bad or whatever it may be. Yes. Or. Yeah, I agree.
Woody Overton
And then.
Tara
All right, so look.
Justin Charbonneau
No, it takes. It's not racist. It's not anything. Addiction or anything. And it will go at its full force.
Tara
Yeah. Hey. Does not discriminate.
Woody Overton
Drugs do not discriminate.
Tara
They will eat you up. And can I ask some. That to put it more of a human face on you? What was your drug of choice? Wow. Yeah.
Justin Charbonneau
And then I actually OD'd. And when I OD'd, I said, this is enough. I don't want this.
Tara
Yeah, when you od, that happened after.
Justin Charbonneau
I found out and, you know, what, you know, was murdered and everything like that, and. And it's just a lot of. I just. I feel, man.
Tara
Yeah, I understand. And hey, when you od, somebody found you or they Narcan you or what.
Justin Charbonneau
Happened, it was right there with me. The person who did it had a Narcan on them.
Tara
Yeah. Wow.
Justin Charbonneau
So I have a elderly woman that I do have to pick up.
Tara
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's.
Unknown Host
That's fine.
Tara
Look, the. I. I appreciate your time, and what I'm going to do is it'll come out tonight at midnight. Okay. And. And then I'll do a TikTok, a short TikTok or whatever, and we'll put on social media special drop tonight. And can I. I guess I could say your name right. You give me permission to use it, and I think it's very interesting, and I thank you for your time, and I hope. I hope you get a million new followers and so Jesus can bless you.
Justin Charbonneau
But, hey, man, there's nothing to hide here.
Tara
You being a minister, I got what I call God bumps right now, and. And I believe in prayer and the power of it, everything. Would you please pray? Pray that. That God shows me the way to find out who. That. Who murdered Bradley.
Justin Charbonneau
Okay, let's just do it like this, man. I thank God in advance for showing you the way. I'm not going to ask him. I'm going to thank him.
Tara
That's awesome, bro. All right, I. I appreciate you. And look, you got my number. If you need something, you can give me a call. If I don't. If I don't answer, leave me a voicemail and I'll call you back. All right? Thank you.
Justin Charbonneau
Appreciate you.
Tara
Thank you for your time. All right?
Justin Charbonneau
Yes, sir.
Tara
Bye Bye. All right, y'.
Woody Overton
All, I was just getting ready to go into the studio to record and share Justin Charbonneau's story and about what happened. And Mr. Charbonnet, Justin just called me back and he has some more information and just. Justin, what.
Tara
What do you have to say?
Unknown Host
Yes, I just checked my rapture sheet and I was not locked up during that time. It was January of 2020 when I got locked up. And let me recheck this right back. I just wanted everybody.
Woody Overton
Well, you can believe that somebody was going to come back and say if it wasn't correct.
Tara
Right.
Woody Overton
So that it's important that you do.
Unknown Host
I want to make sure. Sure everything. So it was sulfur. It was January and then I was 1-28-20. And then I was moved to Cap Shoe Correctional of. So that's just pretty much right there. January 28th of 20 is when I got incarcerated.
Tara
Okay. Do you.
Unknown Host
I just want to go ahead and be sure all that. I went ahead, yeah. But I was living. As you can see though, I was living in a whole nother during this time also.
Woody Overton
Tell me about, about that. Where you recall you living or whatever.
Unknown Host
I was living in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Tara
And that.
Woody Overton
That's a couple hours from Romeo.
Tara
Yeah, I know.
Unknown Host
Yes, sir.
Tara
Right?
Unknown Host
Yes, sir. That's in Cappucci Parish. And I had been living out there with my girlfriend. The one while I was locked up went missing.

So I just wanted to make that point clear. I don't want anybody to think that I'm steering them the wrong way or nothing like that, man.
Tara
Right.
Unknown Host
But.
Woody Overton
Yeah, let me ask you this. Did you have anything to do with the murder of Bradley Striester? Okay, so if anyone said that, no matter where it came from, if it came from Detective Vance or, you know, to Morgan Baggott or to whomever, whoever.
Unknown Host
Brought your name into this case, you.
Woody Overton
Emphatically deny having anything to do with it.
Unknown Host
Yes, sir. And then I believe if the police thought that I did, they would have contacted.
Woody Overton
Yeah, well, that's not always.
Tara
They. You know, police don't always do. They don't always do the best work.
Unknown Host
They would have come and.
Tara
Yeah, okay. All right.
Unknown Host
I. I really, truly believe that with all my heart, because they wasn't letting up on that. So. I mean, as you can see, his mama hasn't stopped her or whatnot. And I believe the sheriff would have come and talked to me personally, honestly.
Tara
Okay.
Woody Overton
Well, good deal.
Tara
The.
Woody Overton
And I appreciate you calling back and. And setting that straight, then, because that would certainly would have caused a storm down the road.
Unknown Host
I just want to be honest. And you think.
Woody Overton
And you didn't know Austin abandoned you said you just saw her, like, once.
Unknown Host
I knew of her name, but I may have called. I. No, sir. I never had a direct conversation.
Woody Overton
Let me ask you this. I've been a polygraphist for over 20 years.
Tara
If. And not saying that we ever would.
Woody Overton
But I'm just saying if. If our, let's say, Louisiana State Police approached you and said, hey, would you take a polygraph that you didn't have.
Tara
Anything to do with? All right, that's fine.
Unknown Host
That's why I'm sitting there talking to you right now.
Tara
All right. I was just trying to think of another way that that could emphasize to.
Woody Overton
The people out there that, you know, you're being honest.
Tara
Okay.
Unknown Host
Right. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I completely. And I would jump on that 100. All right, well, make me feel better if they did, but, you know.
Tara
Right. Well, I appreciate you.
Woody Overton
And. And I'm. I'm gonna go on and out to the studio now, and I'm gonna get this out tonight. And. And again, you just call me back if you have any questions or whatever. Okay?
Unknown Host
All right, buddy.
Woody Overton
All right. Thank you.
Tara
All right, y'.
Woody Overton
All. So you heard it. Okay. He said that Justin said that he.
Unknown Host
Was locked up at the time.
Woody Overton
And, you know, he only met Bradley once at. When they were locked up and in prison together, and not jail and one of the state prisons. And he said Bradley was a cool dude, and, you know, that that was it. He didn't have any other dealings with him. And. And he emphatically denies any involvement. And then he called me back and. And because I told him that it happened in 2019, he called me back and he said he checked his rap sheet and he was actually didn't get locked up until January of 2020, which would have been a couple months after Bradley went missing. But he says he was living in Lake Charles at the time and he had nothing to do with it. Never met Austin o' Banion and never been questioned by anyone in this case.
Tara
Okay. Me as the detective, the. If.
Woody Overton
If Detective Vance said this to Morgan Baggett in the. I'm certainly going to follow up that on Charbonnet.
Tara
Right.
Woody Overton
I'm going to find out. I'm going to talk to him. Yeah, that's what you do. If somebody says they are an eyewitness and that Charbonneau was there, why wouldn't you talk to him? Yeah, and again, I wasn't there when. When Detective Vance told Morgan Baggett this, but Morgan Baggott is telling me that 1000%. This is what was said to her by Detective Vance for the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office, and that Justin Charbonneau was there. According to Austin o', Banion, who's as you heard on the last episode was found dead the.
Tara
The day after she got out of jail.
Woody Overton
So there you have it. I appreciate him calling it in. And, y', all, I got a bunch.
Unknown Host
More tips this morning.
Woody Overton
As it happens, every time we drop one of these episodes, the bunch more tips came in. Some confirming some things that other previous tips, some going against them, and I'm going to take each one of them one bite of the apple at a time. Okay? But we're going to tell the story first. And according to Morgan Baggett, who's been the one that's carrying the torch all these years for Bradley, especially now that, you know, the sheriff's office went, or Detective Vance went from saying that it was basically working as a homicide to now that there's no foul play involved. And we're going to release that on the next episode.
Tara
The.
Woody Overton
The news article that he did say stating that he didn't think there's any foul play. Okay, whatever. And now look, that this. This Woody Overton repeating things or listening and letting people say their thoughts. All right, I don't have any direct knowledge one way or another, but you know what? I'm gonna. I'm gonna find out. So the. Please continue to call in your tips. And you know, I love and appreciate each and every one of you. The hashtag justice for Bradley. This Bradley didn't get murdered yesterday. This case is not going to be solved tomorrow. It's got to be worked. And if. If it was your level one, you'd want to work correctly also, right? So that's what we're going to do. All right, now, y', all, I promised you, and I didn't actually know. Cindy did a post on social media. It said, oh, tune in tomorrow to tomorrow's episode. Woody Oton is going to do something he's never done before. And I'm like, reading it. I had to call her in the room. I'm like, what did I do? And she said, the tickets.
Tara
And I was like, oh, yeah.
Unknown Host
So, yeah, y', all, we have. We are giving away the 10 tickets.

Tara
All right. All right, y'. All. All right, y'.
Woody Overton

All my stories really are horrible, I guess for the people that are involved in it anyway. But the it's going to be long enough that when I'm on stage, halfway through, we're going to take a break, an intermission so that people can get up and get more drinks and go to the bathroom and everything else and come back and finish it. So. All right.
Unknown Host
All right. Love and appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for liking listening and sharing and.
Woody Overton
