Warning this episode of Real Life Real Crime. The podcast may contain descriptions of acts of violence or that of a sexual nature and should be for people that are 18 years or older. He my warning people. I do not get the facts of these cases off of the Internet or for some television show. The facts I'm retelling you were presented to me by the victims of the crimes or the perpetrators who committed the crimes against the victims. My descriptions of the crime scenes, what I saw with my own two eyes. If you're gonna get offended, please turn this podcast off now. Thank you. Hello everybody and welcome this episode of Real Life Real Crime, the podcast. And as always, I'm your host, Woody Overton. Okay, lots of to say people and there's a reason we're doing hashtag justice for Bradley again. And you know it's gonna have to be a hashtag justice for AO also now Austin the Banyan and we're going to get into that the I want you to first of all everyone to know due to time constraints this episode will not be heavily edited. That means if you hear any lip smacks or arms or I pause or I mess anything up, I have specifically told Cindy she is not to touch this. The I want it out the way it's going to be out. So you'll have to deal with that part of it and it is what it is. But I don't know. I don't know what to say on this. It's very few times in my life that that I'm blown away speechless. And I'm blown away speechless. The I have so much information, y'.
Podcast Producer
All.
Woody Overton
It's hashtag just for Bradley. Continue calling your tips 313RLRC TIP. And a lot of y' all are just messaging me in on Facebook etc but this, this might have to be two parts. I don't know how long it's going to go. It's. It's just blows my mind.
Co-host
All right.
Woody Overton
And so the. I guess I'll start with. All right, so Patreon of convicts, you're going to get this first then. And I'm recording this on Saturday morning. You're going to get a Saturday afternoon probably 12 or 1 o' clock and everybody will get it tonight or being Sunday morning at 12:01am for all lifers. And I'm going to to put up the full autopsy report for Patron of convicts to read. I'm gonna. I mean I'm gonna read it to everybody. It's long, it's a lot of medical jargon and stuff like that. But I want you to know that first of all that I have that. But I want you to also know that I have the photographs of Austin o' Banion's body and before she was made up for the funeral. And it's bad. Now remember this Detective Vance allegedly told Morgan Baggott that there was not a scratch on Austin o'. Banion. The sheriff allegedly told Austin abandoned his family that there was not a scratch on her and then said something like the cartel's not in. The cartel's not involved or something like that. However it was said, wasn't there this what was told to me. Okay. Now this all types of report and these photographs. This is real as it gets that that part I can testify to exactly what I'm seeing and I'm sure there's you know will be. I don't know even how you can have a difference opinion on. On what I have.
Co-host
All right.
Woody Overton
Oh, it's not good people.
Co-host
All right.
Woody Overton
I do not like to throw shade and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt like this pathologist in Beaumont that did Austin's autopsy and I'll explain that. But I don't understand. And I'm blown away but I'M gonna bring it to you. I'm gonna start bringing it to you now and it may have to finish later. I don't know. Again, the. The autopsy and everything that goes with it. Not photographs of the autosom, but the autopsy report itself. Technically, it's a matter of public record. And I got it. And I got so much more y' all and so many different people. Look, and I'm not naming names. The. You know what? There's murderers out there. And I'm not. I can't say I'm not concerned for any in these family members or anybody's personal safety. But I believe in cases like this, when you throw the light into the darkness, these little are gonna run that the last thing they want to do is draw more attention themselves by trying to hurt these people that are giving this information. Not saying it doesn't ever happen, but I'm saying my belief in this case is the best thing you can do is go on the record and say this is. This is what I know. Okay? And then. Then that. I think that protects you more than. Than anything because the. This is not Brian Kohlberg or the guy that murdered the four students in Idaho, all right? This is Vernon Parish, Louisiana. And not trying to be crude, but it's. It's going to involve a bunch of dopers on. On both Bradley's case and now Austin's case. They. And these are not rocket scientists, all right? The. The things that were done were done out of what they felt as necessity. It's the time for whatever reason. And again the. Okay, some late that normally I would drop this on Friday. I have been waiting in for different things and I finally. Finally got the photographs to. That totally go against the autopsy report and totally go against what the sheriff told the family. Totally go against what Vance told Detective Vance told Morgan Baggotti. And if somebody's lying, somebody's full of. How about that? And I have photographic evidence, okay? Now chain of custody. The how do I know this is. Is. Is Austin's body? Because it's been identified to me by. By the person who took the pictures that it was definitely Austin's body and where. Where the pictures were taken and all that. It does not up the chain of custody. Okay? Because this was after the autopsy but before she was made up for the funeral.
Co-host
All right?
Woody Overton
So there's no doubt that the. The tattoos. I have photographs of her tattoos. There's no doubt it's Austin's body, All right? No doubt. So just put that outside of your head. It's also no doubt that the. It doesn't mess up the chain of custody is what we're calling law enforcement. Like, if they were working as an act of homicide investigation, why would somebody have access to her body to take these pictures? And if it was being worked. But obviously it's not. But. And again, this is after the autopsy. The, the, the, you know, a good defense attorney would say, oh, well, you know, this person that took these photographs caused all these injuries. No, they didn't. This. Her body was deceased. And in these photographs, that's, that's a thousand percent guaranteed. But it's also a thousand percent guaranteed if they said she didn't have a scratch on. They're full of. And I haven't kind of gone on a cuff on this again and then telling her not to edit it, to push it out. I know y' all been waiting, but you. I, I had, I have to come as correct as I can. And I was waiting on certain things and I finally got them at like 2 or 3 o' clock this morning. I don't know. I don't know. So I'm just going to begin and I'm gonna talk out of my head and I'm. I know I'm gonna bounce around a lot and everything, but again, you're going to get it unedited. So let's go back and do a little recap.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
So we know that Austin Ofanion allegedly told the detective, David Vance, that she was there when Bradley's body, you know, when basically when he was killed inside the residence and that what they did with the body and they took and dumped it in the river and all that. Well, and supposedly she said to them that she picked him up or vice versa, however it was. But then another person that was in the jail with her, she told a different variation of the story, but the main facts remain the same. She was there when Bradley was murdered. Can't get around it. And took a polygraph. Can't get around that. And under Louisiana law, the polygraphers has to keep the exam for at least one year, and it should. Almost all polygraphs are audio and video recorded now, especially this police investigation. Oh, she goes in. And I know this for a fact, and I have the dates, but I'm not gonna waste time on looking them up. She goes into the jail for a probation violation. All right, now look, if you get put on probation, let's say simple possession of methamphetamines, and the judge is like, okay, I'm gonna let you out and and you plead guilty to this, but you're gonna be on probation for let's, let's just say a year. I'm not saying how long it was in Austin, because I'm not sure. But the, the, you have street guidelines you have to follow. You know, you gotta, you gotta come test drug test with probation officer. You got to report in, you got all this different. You got to stay away from drugs and the bad people and all this stuff for whatever reason. The Austin. And I'm gonna call her ao, y'.
Podcast Producer
All.
Woody Overton
And when you start doing the hashtag like we do, hashtag just for Bradley, do hashtag justice for AO makes it easier. And people not saying y' all are lazy, but it's just how it is when people want to respond with the surest thing that they can.
Podcast Producer
But the.
Woody Overton
You go to jail on a probation violation, you're not getting out. You're not getting out, especially in five days. I am. The best I've ever seen happen is they go back to. They, you get locked up and they're in no rush to give you back to the court. The judge is going to have the red ass with you anyway. And. But when you get, finally get your court dates, you're going to go back in and the judge, nine times out of 10 is going to give you like 30 more 30 days or 60 days or 90 days for violating probation. If they don't make you go back and do the whole sentence again, you get caught doing something. That's the judge's right. If you were sentenced to five years probation, you could be on the, the last day of the four years and 364 days and get caught and the judge goes back and sentence you and they can make you do the whole five years again. But that's a judge's discretion. But I'm my point being is you don't get locked up on a violation and get out in a couple days, right? Unless you got some to help yourself. And of course I wasn't there. But in this case, we know she went to jail on a violation. And I know this much. Two detectives took her out of the jail at night time, brought her to a residence, and she retrieved a cardboard box. I know this from ex law enforcement sources. I know this from family members. I know this from whatever. And, and they kept asking her, well, you know, what is it? What's in the box? Oh, no, it's nothing. I just need to get a shirt. I need to get a shirt. Okay, well, the. What detectives do you know, are going to bring you out at nighttime, drive you to your residence to retrieve what's obviously some evidence. And by the way, what happened to that evidence? Right? And what was it that I have people that told me, you know, what they think it was, but I don't have any way of proving that, so I'm going to leave it out. But the fact is, you get brought out of jail, taken to your residence to retrieve an item.

Did you know your calendar age doesn't always match how old your body truly is? I recently took the Truage test from trudiagnostic and discovered my biological age. And let me tell you, it's completely changed the way I look at my health. Biological age is a powerful indicator of how fast you're aging on the inside, and it directly predicts your risk for serious diseases. Here's why that matters. Research shows that if your biological age is even just five years older than your actual age, your risk of developing diseases like cancer or heart disease can jump by as much as 30 to 50%. That's a big deal. And the amazing part is nearly 90% of biological aging is actually in our control. It all comes down to lifestyle, habits and your environment. When I got my results back, I was honestly shocked. My chronological age is 55, but my biological OMICM age came back at 63, meaning I'm biologically about eight years older.
Woody Overton
Than my actual age.
Sponsor Representative
That was definitely not what I expected, and honestly, it was a big wake.
Woody Overton
Up call for me.
Sponsor Representative
The True Age test didn't just give me one number. It broke down how quickly each of my organ systems are aging, and it was eye opening. I found out that my liver and musculoskeletal system are actually aging slower, which was encouraging. But my heart, brain, lungs and metabolic systems were all aging faster than they should be. I also learned that my pace of aging is 1.1, meaning for every year that passes, I'm aging 1.1 biological years. And that can increase my risk of chronic disease and even shorten my lifespan if I don't make changes. This test really pushed me to make some adjustments. The personalized strategies they shared from top scientists at Harvard and Yale included focusing more on strength and resistance training to support my heart and metabolic health. The best part? The test itself was super easy and convenient. I did it right at home. No doctor visits or big needles. Just a quick painless finger prick and I mailed it back in prepaid package and got a detailed online report in about two to three weeks. Fast and totally hassle free. There's a reason for that. Whatever it may be. I don't know, it wasn't there, right? You go back into jail. And let's assume at this point that you are cooperating, which is what Detective Vance told Morgan Baggot. According to her, that and she is given information on Bradley Str's murder.
Co-host
Right?
Woody Overton
I was there. This is what I saw. This is what happened. Now. Self preservation. We all have it. The do I believe that you know, what she told them may have been a little bit different than what she told the other person she was locked up with. Sure, you're going to minimize your involvement, but I don't have any way of proving. I'm just telling you what my experience would be. So you go, you get taken out. You go get whatever the item is in this box and you go back. Now, while all this is going on, you take a polygraph. Okay? Now, Vernon Parish, as far as I know, Vernon Parish Sheriff's office does not have their own polygraphers. And other agencies would come in all the time and get me to run polygraphs form on cases, murder cases, whatever it may be, rape cases. And if I wasn't busy, you know, the sheriff or the state police would be like, can you do this? I'm like, yeah, I'll do it right? I don't care. It's not not my shit. And so takes a polygraph. Again, I wasn't there. I don't know that she actually took a polygraph.
Sponsor Representative
But this is what they're telling other people. And this is what some people have told me that were actually in law enforcement that are familiar with with the.
Woody Overton
Case and even told me who it.
Sponsor Representative
Was and where they went and everything else.
Woody Overton
So I. I don't have any reason to doubt them. But I'm telling you the story. The you go to take a polygraph you pass the poly. No deception indicated, which would have been to Are you telling me the truth about what happened, even if that question may have been questionable, but are you telling me the truth about that or. And then if I was the examiner, I would ask, you know, did you really see this or are you being completely truthful in your statements to me about you seeing this and what have you pass this polygraph according to them, not me. I didn't make this up. It passes a polygraph. Well, then what happens? Another day. And it should have takes 5 to 12 hours probably to out process somebody. You, you get out of jail. And I'm talking about Austin, y'.
Podcast Producer
All. They.
Woody Overton
You get out of jail and then within a day, day and a half, you're found mostly need. Oh, God, I got so much information.
Podcast Producer
The, the.
Woody Overton
I'm trying to do this without making it obvious who all all this different stuff has come from. This is information come from different sources. And when I put it all together and bring it to the powers that be, they're going to. These people are going to have to be interviewed. No doubt about that. But she's dead. She's dead. Nude dead. But the main thing is they said she had zero injuries or and I quote, not a scratch on her. All right, Not a scratch on her. Now, let's talk about that for a second. The why would you say that? If you see the pictures that I.
Podcast Producer
Have.
Woody Overton
Why would you say that? I, I, I'm not trying to throw shade on the cops, man. I, I don't know. I think there could be various circumstances why they would say that. The I don't know. It could be anything from. They know they up letting her out because the people who murdered Bradley were out there and now they know that she's riding on them. That's a real deal. And the a real possibility. We'll say the other reason. I mean, I don't know. I don't. I remember the one guy we told you about in the last episode said that, that it's the worst he's ever seen. It's, it's certainly not the worst I've ever seen, but it's pretty bad. And it's, you know, nobody deserves to have injuries like, like Austin did or AO had on her body. And the for them to say she didn't have a scratch is ludicrous. Okay, now let's talk some more hypotheticals. And I'm just rolling, y'. All. I hadn't even got to the autopsy and everything for you, but the let's talk some hypotheticals that no doubt about it or at least according to the autopsy report she had you know, a large amount of dope in her. No doubt. No doubt about that. But what person dies of an overdose that runs and you know bangs on the door or does whatever and ends up on the ground and what have you in this. Allegedly there's a boot boot print on her chest. I I didn't. I don't have a photograph of that. But the what person does that if you're so up that you're over over Dyson you don't that every overdose I ever worked the. The person especially if there were other people in the residence at the time, they would all say man that that dude or that girl was snoring so loud because their body shutting down, they're forgetting to breathe and their skip breathing et cetera. And they were just snoring so loud we thought they were sleeping peacefully. Or they overdose and they're foaming at the mouth and it happens right there.
Sponsor Representative
You don't go running down the street.
Woody Overton
You don't go running banging on residences. The you don't it fucking and you.
Sponsor Representative
Don'T do it naked.
Woody Overton
It's not your. Where she was found at the. I mean how does that happen? Died and then now a lot of people told me a lot of people have told me that that Austin was an experienced drug user and there's no way she would overdose. Well there's always a way. So I don't totally agree with that. Sorry y'.
Podcast Producer
All.
Woody Overton
And this is not gonna be edited out. I don't totally agree with that. But the. I mean certainly you could still overdose. You can be the most experienced drug user in the world and still overdose. But if you overdose, you're not going to be in a neighborhood naked. Okay? You're not running down the street naked. You overdose, you die. I mean you overdose, your body shuts down, you're done. Okay The I know somebody's gonna say well maybe she was with such and such and she overdosed and they freaked out and they took her and got rid of her body. And that happens in a lot of cases. No doubt about that. People freak out. They don't want to be involved in the get looked at as a homicide or. Or say we gave her the dope and get the charge which now that's second degree murder in Louisiana. But the here's the deal. If that's the case, why all the injuries and I have the photographs. Why all the injuries to her body? Doesn't Happen. You can't explain it. Now. Then they're going to come back and they're going to try to say, well, she overdosed and she was running and she's naked and so she hit a light pole or she hit a wall. And that's where all these bruises come from. Well, on these pictures that I have all the bruising on the body and the. The damage and the format to the body. The only way you got that by yourself is you climb in an industrial wash machine and go on the spin cycle and all that for hours.
Podcast Producer
The. The.
Woody Overton
If you overdose with your friends and then you overdose, they take you and they dump your body. So they're not involved in the dope side investigation. Still doesn't explain all these injuries.
Co-host
All right?
Woody Overton
It just doesn't.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
You can't do it. Now, I have information on supposedly who Austin was with. I have information from different sources who she was with that they beat her and she got away from and they called her again that neighborhood and beer, whatever. I can't prove any of that. I'm just telling you. I've got so much information. And yes, a lot of the information does contradict each other, but that's why I'm not putting it out there. That's why I'm not saying names and throwing shade. But you know what? I need you to continue to call in your tips because all these things, y' all have to be investigated. How. You know what, for lack of better term, I'm chasing. I started chasing Bradley Stracer, and I'll call him the rabbit.
Co-host
Right?
Woody Overton
I'm chasing that rabbit, and I'm doing it for the right reasons. I'm doing it for his son. I'm doing it for the people that loved him, even though he's high risk victim. I get that.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
But I'm doing it because of what hasn't been done in this case. And I believe in justice.
Co-host
Right.
Woody Overton
Well, as in any investigation, when you start to chase something, you got to stay on it until you can get off, you can disprove it. Or. Or you stay on it in the. In Bradley's case, it's unfortunate. As for Austin and her family, on Bradley's case, Austin gets involved. And in the. I didn't make this up. I'm not making the story up. I didn't do this. The.
Sponsor Representative
But Austin would be rabbit number two. And if I'm chasing Bradley down this.
Woody Overton
Rabbit hole, and it could go. The rabbit hole goes 10 different ways. And that's the truth.
Co-host
Right?
Woody Overton
But then along Comes Austin. Abandon, lack of better term. Investigator wise, I'm gonna say. I'm gonna. I'm in the rabbit hole. This other rabbit now is in the View. Now I'm chasing two rabbits, right? And Austin, everything that I have and have been told, good, bad, indifferent, the opposing views, what have you, Austin abandoned. I wouldn't be. I would have never known her name had she not been there when Bradley Strasner was murdered. Okay? That's a fact. Y'. All, I did not wake up one day and create this story. So Austin being involved, whether a witness or, you know, was there and just didn't say anything until later date when she gets put in jail. And maybe. Maybe she got sober. Maybe she found Jesus. I don't know why she said it, but according to the powers that be, she flipped. And when you flip, you don't say, you know, I was. I was just there, and I don't know who did it. No, that's bullshit. And you don't get taken out of jail in the middle of the night to go get evidence, and you don't get a polygraph for no reason. And then you get released and you're. You're on what we call paper. Whether it's probation or parole, you're on. You're on paper. Meaning that the, you know, judge says if you up X, Y, and Z, you're getting swung, you're going back to jail. And it's. It's to my discretion at that time. Will I let you out? So now I. I'm all up in the Austin case. So we're going to do hashtag just for Bradley, because it's where it starts. And we're going to do hashtag justice for a O from now on.
Co-host
All right?
Woody Overton
Now, I'm obviously 26 minutes in already, and I hadn't started. Huh. Other than telling y' all that I have photographic proof and, you know, as investigator, I want to know, how do I know I'm looking at Austin Abandonion again, identified by our tattoos. Okay? Also, this. This autopsy report. How do I know the pathologist was looking at Austin o'? Banion? Same type thing, the.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
But I don't have. I would love to have them. I would love to have, you know, during autopsies, you take photographs. I would love to know where those motherfuckers are at. Because the. The report and the.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
Them saying she didn't. I don't. Well, you know what? They said she didn't have a scratch on her. And what I'm gonna do, I Want to touch on just a little bit and then this coming Friday because I have more time to put together now. The I'm gonna go into depth on everything, but I want to tell you something.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
I'll start with her. State of Louisiana certificate. Certification of vital record, y'.
Podcast Producer
All.
Woody Overton
It's a search. It's a death copy, right? A certification of death, all right? And I'm going to leave a lot of shit out because that need to. I don't need her information. Doesn't need to be out there. So it's. I say Austin. It's a S T I N. Middle name. L A I N A o'. Banion. All right, and this is under the block. Descendants. Name, last, first, middle suspects. Date of birth, 61 of 82. Date of death, 7:31, 2023. Time of death, 8:36am okay, the place of birth, DeRidder, Louisiana. United States. Sex, female, Social Security number. I'm not giving that age, 41 years. Then they have a block for decedents. Alias names, last, first, middle, blah blah blah. That's blank. Residents of the sedent. And yet at the time it was 748 Blank. Blank Road, Leadville, Louisiana. And gets the zip. And it says country, United States within the city limits. No parish or county. It's our dear for good friends in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. I'm just reading her death certificate. Then it says I certify this corner case based on my examination or investigations. And in my opinion, death occurred at the time, date and place and due to the calls or causes and manner stated. Signature certifier and y' all the Certifiers last name and throw it out there because it's public record. Is this is a Sean P. Granger.
Sponsor Representative
Certifier title the corner.
Woody Overton
I'm assuming the same person certified address and that is 908 S. 10th St. Leeville, Louisiana United States and burial transfer minute I'm not reading that. And of course this death certificate is all of MAR was issued in Orleans Parish. The date of issue is 822023 and it was filed with the Registrar on 116 of 2023. And at the bottom it says I certify that this is a true and correct copy or certificate or document registered. Da da da da. And then it has whatever. Devin George the state register. All right now I know I'm running long and what have I told you? The Let me just go to these photographs. The the Remember Morgan said in the last episode appeared her her skull had a caved in mark. Yeah. Well person I got these photographs from said she definitely had the injury to the skull. And y' all I have photograph but she didn't have a mark on it.
Co-host
Right.
Woody Overton
I have photographed that fact looking at it right now. Okay now this is before she's made up for the funeral. I've got pictures of her in the casket at the funeral. Of course she looks like a deceased person. The when you zoom in on that though. The I mean they did a good job but they with the you z. You zoom in on you look at this picture of her in the casket and you would think she didn't have.
Co-host
A mark on her right.
Woody Overton
Other look at this one. I'm g. Go on that they did whoever did the makeup and did whatever did a great job.
Co-host
Right.
Woody Overton
Well the photographs that of her body that were taken before the makeup was put on and everything else I'm going to describe I'll just describe parts. And you know what I'm gonna do it on the I'm gonna read the full autopsy report. Remember how I told you they go from head to toe. They list everything on the body.
Sponsor Representative
Everything.
Woody Overton
If there's injuries right.
Sponsor Representative
And there are specific parts of her.
Woody Overton
Body they say no injuries. And I'll give you one example. The in the do the rest next week. The one example just clear as day. They document the ears and they say nothing. No injuries to her ears other than regular ear piercings in her ears. Holy Y' all the I'm scrolling down through all these bad photos. Okay. And I'm talking about like trauma, obvious trauma. Head, eyes, arms, legs, nose, around the mouth. The the But I'M just gonna. The forehead. The thing on the forehead, it looks like, I'm not gonna speculate but the, the. It's. It's almost round that where the injury is on that. Almost round but darker. The top like a upside down half moon and with some dots on the bottom.
Co-host
All right.
Woody Overton
And. But her ears. I don't get it. I mean I don't get it. The but no injuries to her ears. I'm zooming in on her ear right now and even if you account for lividity, which I think they said she was face down, so the body, the blood would have been the other way. Even though it can move and transport and all that.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
There's some spots on her ears that is apparent damage and you know, the. I'm not making it up. I'm looking at it. The but that's just one taste on the autopsy.
Podcast Producer
The, the.
Woody Overton
In the autopsy. And I'm paraphrasing because it was two o' clock in this morning when I read it. The But I I was paying. I was waiting waiting on the rest of these photographs to come in and that's the reason this episode's so late. I'm waiting on the photographs to come in specifically. I had the autopsy report already and the I had the photograph of the injury to her head, her forehead and and but I'm waiting on the rest of the stuff to come in, right? And. But I read that part about the ear and it specifically said that you know gets to the part of the ears. They were like start out with the brain weighing the brain. What have you get to the part of the ears and remember Austin saying last week that the guy said their ear damaged and another person messed me ear damage etc and nothing y' all that it said no injuries. No. And this is one part of her body, no injuries, nothing abnormal other than regular ear piercings. I'm looking at something that says totally different now. The, the forehead injury. I'll tell you right now and I'm not going to tell you more about it this week. The forehead injury not listed. Now I am not throwing shade on the pathologist. Let's talk about it for a second. The it could be there. I don't know. I don't know them. The the pathologist gets a body, you go to your doctor and you're sick, right? Let's say you got a cough and you got runny nose and whatever, your stomach hurts, right? You go your doctor and you say hey, I got a cough, stomach hurts. They're gonna do whatever they're gonna test you for strep and in whatever, run blood work. It's a process of elimination, right? And they get down to their conclusion. But the doctor, if you say, I got a cough and my stomach hurts, but your foot is broken and you don't tell the doctor, the doctor is not going to treat your foot. They're not even going to look at it.
Co-host
Right.
Woody Overton
The doctor is only as good as the information that they are given. Now, hashtag justice for Haley. The case I'm doing out of Atlanta.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
The pathologist, the forensic pathologist got Haley's body and it was shotgun blast through the mouth.
Co-host
Right.
Woody Overton
But he didn't get any information on Brooks Query and what happened at the scene and the body being moved and all this other stuff. He only got the information this girl, basically her head's blown off and. And so he listed as suicide. Well, the cops get it back.
Sponsor Representative
For whatever reason, cops weren't there.
Woody Overton
And I think they were still actively working the case and what have you.
Sponsor Representative
But they weren't there at the time.
Woody Overton
To be present for an autopsy, which is a huge no, no. And in, you know, on overdoses, I get it, sometimes you're just too busy and you can't free up a detective to go. But the.
Sponsor Representative
That pathologist who looked at Haley said.
Woody Overton
Okay, typical gunshot wound suicide. Then the. The cops go back and like holy man, we have all this information. And then he had to change it from suicide to undetermined.
Co-host
Right.
Woody Overton
Not homicide, because he didn't. They're only bringing some of the information back to make him. Not enough to make him say homicide. But this case, Beaumont, Texas, where the autopsy was done. There's a lot of questions about that. Let's talk about that real quick.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
From what I understand, those people that were in law enforcement still in law enforcement, not saying names the. At the time, maybe they still do it. I don't know. At the time of AO's autopsy, the Vernon Parish will send their bodies to Beaumont to do the autopsies. That was closest place that had the facilities and the morgue and the tables and everything that they do. Now I know Parish Forensics is in Broussard, Louisiana, and they do like 41 other parishes in the state of Louisiana. I don't know why they wouldn't do burning Parish, but whatever. So that's why she got sent over there. It's not a plan. Or maybe it is. I don't know.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
That that's the official reason she got sent there is that's where Vernon Paris sent their bodies for autopsies. Okay, so this pathologist starts autopsy and it's long and I'll read to you next week. That starts autopsy on. On Austin's body and ultimately says she died from meth and whatever this other. I think it's like a antidepressant and it lists it all in there in the autosom report. But the. They go through. But they said that there's no. There's no damage, no injuries in the autopsy board. No, no, nothing that would have led to her cause of death. Did she have method in her body? I have no doubt about that.
Podcast Producer
The.
Woody Overton
I mean, they got the blood samples and they say where they took the blood from and everything else. No doubt about that. Could have been enough to kill her. Sure. Absolutely. I mean, and it's different for everybody, right? The more you use, the bigger tolerance you're gonna build up to. But there no injuries. And detective Ant said Ala's story died with her. And also story, as you've been told, was allegedly that she was there when Bradley Strasner was murdered. Whichever version she told that you believe she was there, she knew who did it. And to tell you how up people are, and I have tons of them. But the within a day of Austin abandon being found, somebody post on Facebook public comment. It shows you how what kind of rocket sciences you're dealing with. Post bigger and post snitches get ditches talking about Austin and that she talked in jail, said what happened in Bradley's case, implying that she got murdered for what she said. Certainly doesn't not look like that to me. But I want to know, and I'm going to do this. Whether it's news media or in the powers to be or the combination or whatever, somebody's got an answer for saying she didn't have a scratch on her, right? And you could tell me, you know, some of this occurred post mortem. You can say whatever you want to say, but she can get all this postmortem. I can tell you that. And I'm gonna stick on that. Now we're doing hashtag justice for Bradley. Hashtag justice for a O. Okay. Why? Because it works, and I've proven it works for you tick tockers out there who are like, oh, he just wants more followers. Da, da, da, da. No, it pushes it up in algorithms on TikTok and everywhere else. It pushes up hashtag justice for Bradley. Now it's gonna be hashtag justice for ao. It pushes them up in the algorithms, which pushes it out to more People makes their systems push it out to more people. More people hear the story and either they want to get involved because they it's, you know, it's horrible cases or they have some knowledge from back then and the regular Joe's and Jill's got and they want the truth to come out or as family members wherever it may be, it works. People in this episode every week, every week ask Morgan Baggott Every week the tips come rolling. The further we get into this investigation now it's going to be two investigations. Further we get into the investigation and now investigations the more my shit blows up and Morgan Baggott doesn't know a quarter of what I know now I know she knows the whole case and she's been living it and everything else and she you know, has her ideas and all that and I get that. But I'm looking at everything, everything that y' all send me and yes. Does it take me a minute to get back to some of y'? All? Sure it does. Last week was my busiest week of the year. Live show on top all my regular shows and and you know, working as celebrity waiter or bartender at walk ons for Louisiana Oregon Procurement Agency to make money on Friday night and then just you know, people lifers, fans in from all over the country and you know then going to out of town for two days. I mean it's just fucking busy and but I'm following and I'm getting back to you, you can see that. So if I don't get back to you right away, if I don't get back to you in like a week or two, hit me back up because I have so much information that's not just coming in on the tip line. It's coming in through all my different social media and it works. 313 rrlrc tip/ tag justice for Bradley. Hashtag justice for AO and I will go I'm a I want to do it more justice I didn't know what I was going to record today when I sat down and it is what it is. I got led where I got led. But the I need more time because it was 2 o' clock or after this morning when I got the rest of this information and I'm going to break it down and you're going to see and I'm going to, I'm going to put the full autopsy report up for Patreon and convicts. That's our subscribers. Everybody else I'm going read it to you next week. The there a lot of medical terms nobody understands but a doctor or pathologist. But it's obvious facts that they get to certain sections of the bodies. No injuries, no injuries, no injuries. I got Buttergrass to say different and I'm Woody Overson. Podcast Summary: Real Life Real Crime | #JusticeForBradley Episode 7
Title: Real Life Real Crime | #JusticeForBradley Episode 7
Host: Woody Overton
Release Date: July 27, 2025
In Episode 7 of "Real Life Real Crime," hosted by Woody Overton, the focus intensifies on the ongoing investigations surrounding the murders of Bradley Stracer and Austin Abandonion (referred to as AO). Woody delves deep into disturbing inconsistencies in official reports, presenting compelling evidence that challenges the current narratives provided by law enforcement.
Woody begins by revisiting the critical aspects of Bradley Stracer's case, highlighting the significance of community involvement through the hashtag campaigns #JusticeForBradley and #JusticeForAO. He emphasizes the importance of these campaigns in uncovering overlooked details and pushing for renewed investigations.
Woody announces that this episode will mark the continuation of the #JusticeForBradley campaign, now expanded to include AO. Due to the volume of information and new evidence, Woody indicates that the episode may be split into two parts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Notable Quote:
[02:15] "This episode will not be heavily edited... it'll be out as it is. So you'll have to deal with that part of it and it is what it is."
A significant portion of the discussion centers around the autopsy reports of Austin Abandonion. Woody meticulously goes through the death certificate, pointing out alarming discrepancies between the official cause of death and the physical evidence observed.
Autopsy Findings:
The death certificate lists the cause of death as the "toxic effects of methamphetamine and citrulline," categorizing it as an accidental death. However, Woody presents photographic evidence contradicting the report, showing injuries on AO's body that were supposedly undocumented in the official autopsy.
Chain of Custody Issues:
Woody raises concerns about the integrity of the evidence handling, questioning how AO's body was accessible for photographs post-autopsy and before makeup was applied for the funeral.
Notable Quote:
[09:42] Woody: "They said she didn't have a scratch on her. Now, let's talk about that for a second. Why would you say that?"
Woody scrutinizes the statements made by Detective Vance and the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office, highlighting their assertions that AO had no physical injuries. He juxtaposes these claims with his photographic evidence, suggesting deliberate misinformation or oversight.
Notable Quote:
[22:06] Co-host: "Right?"
[22:07] Woody: "I'm telling you the story. You go to take a polygraph you pass the poly. No deception indicated..."
Woody offers his theories on the potential involvement of AO in Bradley's murder, speculating on possible motives and actions taken by the perpetrators to silence her. He suggests that the presence of injuries not accounted for in official reports could indicate foul play rather than an accidental overdose.
Possible Conspiracies:
He discusses the likelihood of AO being targeted due to her knowledge of Bradley's case, proposing that the absence of documented injuries was an attempt to cover up the true nature of her death.
Investigation Challenges:
Woody emphasizes the difficulties in obtaining accurate information from law enforcement and the importance of community vigilance in uncovering the truth.
Notable Quote:
[30:32] Woody: "You can't do it. I have information on supposedly who Austin was with. They beat her and she got away from..."
Throughout the episode, Woody urges listeners to contribute by submitting tips through the dedicated line (313RLRC TIP) and participating in the hashtag campaigns to amplify awareness and pressure authorities to re-examine the cases. He underscores the critical role of community involvement in achieving justice for Bradley and AO.
Notable Quote:
[31:14] Woody: "I'm chasing that rabbit, and I'm doing it for his son. I'm doing it for the people that loved him..."
Woody concludes the episode by reaffirming his commitment to uncovering the truth behind the murders of Bradley Stracer and AO. He acknowledges the complexities and dangers involved in pursuing these investigations but remains steadfast in his pursuit of justice. Woody hints at a follow-up episode dedicated to a detailed examination of AO's autopsy report and the photographic evidence, promising listeners a deeper dive into the inconsistencies surrounding her death.
Notable Quote:
[35:55] Woody: "I got some trauma, obvious trauma. Like the forehead injury not listed. The ears... no injuries to her ears."
Episode 7 of "Real Life Real Crime" serves as a pivotal moment in the ongoing investigation into Bradley Stracer's murder and the subsequent death of Austin Abandonion. Woody Overton leverages his investigative skills and community support to challenge established narratives, presenting a compelling case for further scrutiny and action. Listeners are left with a heightened sense of urgency and a call to participate actively in seeking justice for the victims.
