Hello, everybody, and welcome to this episode of Real Life, Real Crime, the podcast. And as always, I'm your host, Woody Overton. In this episode, we're going to be continuing hashtag justice for Bradley. And now hashtag justice for ao Austin Abanion, y'. All. Come on, man. Come on. Burn and Parish. What the F is up? So let's talk about it for a minute. Let's see where we're at. Look, the tip line. 313RLRC tip. Call it in. And some of y', all, I'm not getting back to because you, you, some people are just crazy. And, and I'm talking about like aliens and like that. And when you leave me a message like that, I have too many other important ballot calls to return. So I hate that. And I mean, maybe you're. You have a mental illness. I shouldn't say crazy. Maybe you just have mental illness or whatever. But if, if I could play. Swap the voices back and play some of these messages for you, it, it would go viral, no doubt about it. But I don't do it because those people on that end of the spectrum obviously have a mental defect or the highest fuck. Right? And so I'm not going to do that. But I might play some of them. I didn't get one of those voice changers, I guess. Man, I got so many tips, y', all people from all walks of life in Burnham Parish. I would put the good people of Burnham Parish up against the good people from any parish and all walks of life that have called and some of them have like super, super valid and important tips and some of them are just saying what they're thinking about it. And you know what? You never know which one of those tips is going to be the one that pushes me in the new direction. Right. And I've got about 200 of them. It's a lot. And working through it methodically, especially since we released the autopsy report on Austin o' Banion and I have the photos of which I haven't released that where she had the injuries and they obviously said she did not have injuries and the injuries are not noted in the all types of report like they should have been, but not shade on them. I'm guessing they just got another body through that. The parish was saying it's an overdose and so they ran it through the meal. I hate to say that, Barbara, but they, they ran a basic generic autopsy and now that we have the photographs at with all the injuries that aren't listed and they listed some of them but they didn't take any measurements and, and what have you. They said bruises all over her whole, her whole body. Well, they got there for a reason. And I have a lot of information which I can't share at this time because the bad people that did it. I don't want you to know what I know and we're going to leave it at that, but I want to give a shout out to the good people. Y' all are the ones that help bringing this home. Even if you were just caught up in the lifestyle back then, being the drug use lifestyle and all that, if you were caught up in the lifestyle back then and. And you've given me your tips. Hey, love it. Thank you. You know, most people, it's been a minute, right? And it's been a couple years on, on ao and the most people, well, either they get cleaner or they won't. I even have some from jail reaching out to me. Believe it or not that I wonder why they're not reaching out to the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. There you have it. The I'm, you know, bleed blue and that. You'll never believe that, but I actually bleed blue, meaning I'm so 100% behind law enforcement, pro law enforcement until I'm not. And you know, the things that I'M saying, retold to me or were told to me that they came directly from Detective Vance by numerous people, not just Morgan Baggett. And Morgan doesn't know 99.9% of what I know. I mean, as far as the tips and everything that I get, I don't share them with her. I don't have to. But we're still going for the same end goal, which is hashtag just for Bradley, and now hashtag justice for ao. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now, let's talk about the hacking and y'. All. The. It was like 10 o' clock in the morning last week, and I was recording in the studio and somebody messaged me and said, hey, where. Where is the YT channel? I was watching. I was literally watching the video on yt and it cut out and I can't find it. And it says, you're not there. And I'm like, no, that's not right. And then everybody started saying it. I didn't even know we had that many people. I think we got like 19, 20,000 people that follow us over there. I didn't know that many people watched it, because until this case, I've been doing seven years worth of YT's. Most of them are, like, cooking and drinking a beer and different things. Nothing major, right? Until this case, we started pushing out each one of these episodes on YT because my agent is like, you're missing out on this whole big thing on yt, and people like to see you and all that stuff. So we started doing. And, yeah, I didn't know all y' all were watching it over there. And that's fine. It's. But we got hacked. No doubt about it. And what they did was, if you go to yt, it said this platform was removed due to community violations or some shit like that. That's not what happened. All YT accounts are set up through a Gmail. Okay? They hacked into my Gmail, no doubt about it. Hacked into my Gmail. Then they took a illegal video, and I don't know what it was. It might have been kitty porn or Bestiality, I don't know. But they took that video and they posted it on yt, and YT immediately yanked us and shut us down. Okay? So that's how that happened. But the other stuff on the hacking, credit cards, everything they could find from my TV subscriptions, credit cards, PlayStation account, my son, everything they could find that had the same password, which I should have known better. But whatever the. They. They hacked it. And, like, the other night I was sitting in my chair and I thought it was all done. And one one, I had three alerts in a row from a credit card company, but I wasn't reading. I didn't have my glasses on. I was watching TV. It's like 10:30 at night, 10:45, something like that. And I just thought it was somebody else messaging. When I looked at it, about an hour later, there's a credit card company said, here's your code. One time verification code. If you did not do this, call this number immediately. I'm like. And so I called the number and they're like, well, what's your address? And what have you? And I told them, I said, no, it's not. And I try to get into my account. I always pay my bills through the app online, right? So I go to the credit card app and I can't get in that my credentials are no longer good, right? And I'm like, so I called it in and get some guy in Bangladesh or somewhere and we'll go back and forth, back and forth. And he said, well, obviously, sir, you've been hacked. I'm like, yeah, Captain Obvious, I'm trying to, you know, stop this. And he said, well, your account's been shut down. They didn't. No one was able to make any charges, but they tried to access it too many times with your information. They were able to change some information, but they aren't able to get a new card, if that makes sense. And then they want me to send a copy of my driver's license, a utility bill and all this to them so I could have access to my car back, whatever. That's one of 50 that they got. And that's okay. They got me. They got me until they didn't. My wife is a beast. She went through and fought with them and Gmail and YT and all that, and ultimately had to use the platform X, which I didn't know. We had like 20,000 people over there. And X brought it. I don't know how it all worked out. She was a beast on it. Didn't give up for over a week. And finally YT came back and said, yes, you were definitely hacked and definitely a video was posted. That's why we yanked it. And then we're going to restore you. Then YT call back again. Some other department said, no, we can't put your account up because you're a violation of community standards. Just bullshit, right back and forth. They don't know. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. But ultimately it's back over with. It's back up and running. This video I'm recording right now will be out probably next Sunday, something like that. Now, Patreon of Convicts, our subscribers, y', all, we've had a huge influx on those, which I appreciate the. You know, that's. You get your commercial free early releases and bonus episodes. You know, like the autopsy stuff, the. But episodes and everything. All the benefits if you're a subscriber. And we had a lot of new subscribers, and that's great. And you'll get this video early. Okay. And you'll get this episode way earlier than anybody else is going to get it. So. Been rambling for a few minutes. I just want to say to the hackers, go fuck yourself. You didn't win, all right? And it didn't panic. And let's talk about death threats, okay? Death threats, they are the food that feeds me, all right? Just when I think I couldn't be any more motivated and you call me and you tell me how you're going to kill my family and what you're going to do and da, da, da, da, da. Great, right? I love that. Thank you. Because you just riled me up even more. And if. If you had any idea, look, the tips that I'm getting, it's not just tips on Bradley and ao. I'm getting tips on everything that's ever been done wrong in Vernon Parish. And I'm serious, I didn't know how they had all these different cases that are open and, man, I've heard some crazy. But. So I guess I might have to do a burn and Parish burning episode like I did on Rapids back in the day of Courtney Coco's case. At some point, you know, put all these cases together and it really looks bad for the powers that be that none of these cases are solved. So. Or such and such is involved and they're a prominent person or whatever. But let's get down to the episode and this one today, y', all is. Is. I don't know how much I'm even going to read of it. I'm going to continue on the autopsy report. But it's a whole lot of medical jargon that I don't understand. I also want to give a shout out to all the medical people that have reached out since last episode and gave me the breakdowns on the injuries I was talking about in autopsies and exactly what it meant. You're wonderful. You're awesome. Your information was invaluable. To me not going to share it on this episode. I'm saving that for when I go forward. But please continue to call it in. But I don't know how much I'm going to say because it's a lot of medical jargon and stuff that doesn't really. Wouldn't really make a difference one way or another. If you're a subscriber, you can read what I'm talking about. The But I do. I have a question at the end of this. I have a very, very important question and a very, very important statement to make. So stay tuned in. I'll tell you my thought process. All right, so that being said, let's get back down to it as soon as I can find it. All right, here it is. So when I left you last, I was describing the autopsy report and they were actually talking about the injuries to whatever medical term that is basically to the photo I have is a forehead. And yeah, the, you know, saying three areas approximately quarter inch each and all that stuff. Right. No mention about anything else still. And it's not a spoiler alert still. The end of the autopsy is they. They determined she died by methamphetamine and whatever Zoloft or whatever it was. But I want to read you and I got a lot of questions and some of them for my buddies that corners. And I think they're a little pissed off at me. But I'm not throwing shade on these people. I'm just telling you what they put in the paper. Right. I didn't make this up. The but. And I'm not trying to. I think coroners and pathologists do outstanding jobs. The, you know, God bless them. I, I don't want that job. I don't know many people who would. But the. You're only their own. The pathologist only as good as the information that's given to them. And I don't think they had the correct information in this case. Matter of fact, I know they didn't. So we're going to continue with this and I'm going to kind of skip and go through. I've already 13 minutes in. I'm going to kind of skip and go through, touch on it without reading all the medical terms and the paragraphs and you'll understand why. If you want to see it, go subscribe. It's up there, but don't share it. All right. So the next part of the autopsy is called the internal examination. And people ask me this week, do you really think they did an autopsy? I'm like, yeah, I think they did. And this is why. Now, remember I told you on autopsy, they peel you normal when they peel your face forward, saw top of your skull off, pop it off, they take your brain out and they weigh it and then they work. They split you open, you know, from your chest all the way down and they go through all your organs. And that's what we're going to do now, but then we'll get back to the, the determining causes. So internal examination, this is, that's why I believe they actually went through the process of looking at organs and stuff and, and saying, oh, well, you know, it shouldn't have any bullet holes in her right. But the first part is body cavities. The left thoracic cavity demonstrates adhesions. I don't know what that means, y'. All, okay? The medical people out there will know that. Is that normal? Because the next sentence is otherwise. The remaining thoracic and abdominal cavities contain no adhesions or abnormal collections of fluid. The gallbladder, uterus and appendix are not identified. I didn't until I took the True Age test from True Diagnostic and it opened my eyes. Biological age is one of the most accurate indicators of how fast you're aging on the inside, and that directly predicts your risk for serious health problems. Turns out if your biological age is just five years older than your actual age, your risk for things like heart disease or cancer could go up by 30 to 50%. That's a real number, and it made me pay attention. I learned that my heart, lungs and hormones are aging faster than they should be, even though I don't feel it every day. My biological heart age came back at 65.1, which is higher than I'd like. My brain and immune system were also aging faster than my calendar age. That was a surprise, but not all bad news. My liver and musculoskeletal system are actually aging slower, and that gives me some hope. They also showed me something called my Dune end pace score, how fast my whole body is aging year by year. Mine came back at 1.1, which means for every year that passes, I'm age of 1.1 years. Biologically, that pace has been tied to a 56% higher risk of death and chronic disease, which was a wake up call. Since getting my results, I've started tightening up my diet and I'm making sure I take my thyroid medicine every day. And I plan to get back into lifting weights because this isn't just about aging, it's about quality of life. True Diagnostic gave me clear strategies to slow that pace down based on cutting edge research from Yale, Duke and Harvard. The test was easy. I did it right from home, just a quick finger prick. Mail it back and a couple weeks later I got a full breakdown of how each of my 11 organ systems is aging. It's not just a number, it's a full map of where you're headed and how to change it. See store for details. Maybe they didn't take them out. I don't know. Otherwise. The body organs are present in normal and anatomical position. The organs display various degrees of mild decomposition change, including dark discoloration and generalized softening. Next. The next section, y'. All head the. I mean, I'm gonna fuck some of these words up, but the glial aponeurosis is unremarkable, except as indicated. Well, I guess they're talking about the injuries they listed above. But the vault and the base of the skull have no fractures. There are no epidural subdural of subarachnoid hemorrhages. The dura mater and flalux cerebria are intact. The brain weighs 1410 grams and has symmetrical cerebral hemispheres. The external surfaces of the brain are e d m a t o u s. The L e p t o m e n I n g s. Lipotaminies are thin and delicate. The cranial nerves are intact. The cerebral arteries have no significant ATH er atherosclerosis or other abnormal abnormalities. Cut surfaces of the cerebral hemispheres, brainstem and cerebellum reveal no structural lesion or hemorrhages. Whatever y'. All. This goes on and on. But let's go back to one part. The G a L e a l separate word, A P o n e u r o s I s is unremarkable, except as indicated. Okay, I'm guessing they're talking about that injury. All right, moving to the neck. Neck. Examination of soft tissues of the neck, including an anterior neck dissection, reveals no abnormalities. The right aspect of the high bone. Y' all are saying I'm just cut out this part. The hyd bone is not broken. The larynx is intact and not fractured. The lingual mucosa is intact. The underlying firm, red brown musculature is devoid of hemorrhage. Right. So they're saying no damage to the neck. Now, I'm not a professional. Next. But the. One of the pictures I have in as was told to me by the person who took the pictures, said it appeared like she AO had been hung or something. In one of the pictures I have of the neck. I mean, it's not the normal color. We'll say that, but I'm not an expert. All Right. Moving on. Cardiovascular. The heart weighs 380 grams. Pericardial and epicardial surfaces are smooth, glistening on remarkable blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Free of this, free of that. Arteries arise normally follow the usual distribution and our patent without evidence of significant. Whatever. Whatever. So they're going. They go into the chambers, y', all. And the valves bare the usual size. The, you know, they describe the color and the ventricle and septa are intact. The left ventricle thickness is 1.5 cm, right ventricle thickness 0.5. Intra visual. Whatever. 1.3. The aorta and its major branches arise normally following the usual course and are patent free of significant atherosclerosis. Whatever. The venea cavia and their major tributaries return to the heart and whatever. Nothing wrong with her heart. Okay. And so this is why I know that they did at least this part of the autopsy is because what I tell you, they take your organs out and they inspect each one. It's process elimination. They take them out, they inspect each one and they weigh them. And the weights are in the report. I don't guess you would just make this up. All right. Pulmonary. The right lung weighs 700 grams. The left lung weighs 520 grams. The upper airway is clear of debris and foreign material. The mucosal surfaces are smooth, yellow, tan and unremarkable. The pleural surfaces smooth and glistening. And can you say this word? In hendrite endochrosis, Lobar divisions are of the usual configuration. The pulmonary paronychemia is dark red, purple, exuding moderate amounts of blood and frothy fluid. Not a professional, but y' all tell me why. I mean, that may be normal. I don't know. No focal lesions are noted. The major bronchi are lined by clear fluid. The pulmonary arteries are normally developed patent and have no thrombosis or embolism. All right, moving on. I don't know if that frothy blood part is normal or not. Y' all tell me. Liver and bilary system. The liver ways 1070 grams heptic, blah, blah, smooth glistening tack covering, red, brown, blah, blah, blah. Basically. And it says no lesions noted in the gallbladder is not identified. Digestive. The esophagus lined by a gray, white, smooth mucosa. The gastric mucosa is flat and the lumen contains approximately 50 milliliters. I guess milliliters of green, yellow thick liquid containing partially digested food fragments. The serosa of the small and large bowels is unremarkable. The appendix is not identified. The pancreas is lobulated, tan, white, and the ducts are uninstructed. So I'm guessing they're saying her Remember now, going head to toe, they're saying her digestive tract was good and she, you know, had some food in her stomach. All right. G E N I T O U R INARY tract. The right kidney weighs 120 grams. Left kidney weighs 130 grams. The renal capsules are smooth and thin, semi transparent and stripped with ease from the underlying smooth. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Cortex is sharply delineated from the Mandalorian pyramids, which are red, purple to tan and unremarkable. Calyces, pelvis, uretes are unremarkable. All. Everything they're saying on here, y' all are, every piece of it are unremarkable. But they do say the uterus is not identified and the ovaries are unremarkable. Okay, stick with me. The next one. Oh, Lord. I don't have to say this word. R E T I C U L O E N D O T H E L I A L system. Well, whatever. The spleen weighs 160 grams. It has. It's smooth and intact. Blah, blah, blah. And it is. I guess I'll just read to you. The. The spleen weighs 160 grams. The spleen has a smooth intact capsule covering red, purple, moderately firm parakemia. The lymphoid follicles are unremarkable. Original lymph nodes appear normal. The bone marrow is red, purple and homogeneous without focal abnormality. All right, next. Endocrine system. The pituitary, thyroid and adrenal glands are unremarkable. Musculoskeletal system. The bony framework support musculature and soft tissues are not unusual. The diaphragm is intact. Right. Okay. Going step by step, I will cut out some of you, I promise, because it's. It's just a lot more. All right. Additional studies and procedures. Tissue samples that may be submitted for toxicology. Samples of fluorosis, humor, central and peripheral blood, urine and bile may be submitted for analysis. Samples will be held for a period of one year from the date autopsy so that dates pass. Number two. Tissue samples are placed in a formalin stock bottle. Tissue samples will be held for a period of five years from the date of the autopsy. Okay, now, number three. And this is under additional studies, procedures, documentation. Photographs are obtained. I would love to see those because somebody's gonna have to produce them. The mirror. I told you you're supposed to take A measurement. Take a picture of every little thing. I mean, if you're going through the process of elimination, you don't know if the first bruise you came to, if you've taken a picture of it and you work it so you get done with the last one, you don't know what's what. Right. You better have taken pictures of it, and I hope you did. I really, really do. Because they're damn sure what was done in the pictures that I have was not done after her death. All right. But they said documentation photographs are obtained A r e. So hair and number four, hair and fingerprints are obtained. Number five, blood card standards are obtained. All right, Toxicology results. Postmortem toxicology analysis of femoral blood reveals citrulline. Oh, God. D, S M E T H L citrulline, amphetamine, methamphetamine, and is presumptively positive for caffeine. Please see separate report, full details which I have. Summary of case opinion, circumstances, history and autopsy findings are reviewed above. And I read them all to you. It says, based on the information available to me at this time, Based on the information available to me at this time, it is my opinion that the cause of death of Austin o' Banion is due to toxic effects of metham, methamphetamine and citrulline. Right. Furthermore, the manner of death is best deemed an accident. And electronically signed by Stephanie J. Grew, MD, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Now, okay, stick that. I'm not done. There's a ton more. So what they did, y', all when I took the blood, they don't do all that analysis there. They send it out to this place, and it's called MSS Labs. And MSS Labs is located in Hansham, Pennsylvania. It's kind of a little bit blurry, but I guess I need to give their information anyway. But the. They. They sent a report back. It says 210240, Forensic Medical Management Services, 4361 West Cardinal Drive, Beaumont, Texas. Right. So they get the samples that I read you about. They sent them in, and this is what they sent back. This is where it really gets way outside of my. As far as milligrams and, you know, what's an overdose and all that. And I'm not going to read you everything because I just want to get to my question and I want to put it to y' all and you tell me what you think. But here it is. Presumptive findings, analysis. Caffeine is. So I'm going to give the Name of the drug, the result, and then units and then matrix source. I don't. I guess that's where they got it from. So, analysis. Caffeine result. It says presumptive positive units. MCG/ML. Matrix source 002. Femoral blood. I'm assuming they're testing all s out of tube. 002. I don't know. All right. The next thing she had in her system, cetraline. If I'm saying that correctly. S E R E T R A L I N E N. I know a lot of y' all have told me that's the law for whatever. But it said result is 33.0units NG ML. Remember, the one above was MCG slash ML. I do not know what this means. NG/ML. In the matrix source again is.002. Femoral blood. Now the desk. Methyl citrulline. I spelled it out to you a minute ago. Result is a score. Or I guess, a score. It's a number. 8,000, 383 units is NG ML, the matrix source.002 for more blood. The next one, amphetamine. Result is a 5. 3. 53 in units NGML, matrix source 002 for more blood. And last but not least is our methamphetamine. The result is a 4. Y' all might be a 9 0. It's a 90 or a 3. 0. And the units is NG slash ML matrix or 002 for more blood. All right, the. And then it says see detail finding sections for additional information. Now, I'm gonna explain that to y' all without having to explain to you. That detail finding section is. It breaks down each one of these drugs and what they're commonly used for and then doesn't give levels, but it says if a person overdose. And, you know, didn't say death, but like overdose or took too much of what. These are the symptoms they would display. I enlist each one, and it's a lot. And I don't have enough time in the month to read it, but next session, section, test and requested. And it says test name post mortem expanded with vitreous alcohol confirmation. Blood forensic. I don't even know what that means. Specimen received. And here it is. The. The. I can't read it, y'. All. It's glass tubes, something glass tube, volume, mass, three, whatever. Collection time. I'm not going to write matrix source for moral blood. The second one is. I can't even read it. Starts with H, I think. And the second word is A C. And same collection time for moral Blood, but it says not affable behind that one. All right. And the next one. The next two. I can't read them, y'. All. And. But one was for more blood. The next one was vitreous fluid, and they give some. Is it 8.75 ML and then 4.25 ML. I don't know what that means. So it says all sample volumes. Weights are approximate approximations. And they were received on 8, 4, 20, 23. All right, we're almost done. Stick with me. Look, you see this on the thing? This. I got pages. I'm breaking down each one of these drugs, right? And see if I need to highlight any of it. This is all this. The same report from NMS lab Cha. So analysis of contents. It talks about caffeine, the citrulline, the detromethylene. Same numbers that I gave y' all on the other page. Okay. That they said all from the femoral blood. Then it goes into reference comments, and it talks about amphetamine and femoral blood, but it doesn't talk about AO specifically, y'. All. It talks about what it's used for and, you know, normal uses. And what happens if you go over, like, you know, if you go over on this, whatever it is, your pulse and blood pressure may be elevated. Withdrawal from amphitheat, amphetamine. You know, following abuse can result in extreme fatigue and uncontrollable sleeplessness, agitation, depression, whatever. It's just giving. Telling you what the drug's about and what it would do to you. Now, let's read this. Overdose with amphetamine. This is the last paragraph under section 1. Overdose with amphetamine can produce restlessness, hyperthermia, convulsions, hallucinations, respiratory and cardiac failure. Reported blood concentrations and amphetamine related Fatalities range from 500 through 4,100. Well, guess what? Life is a workout. And Smoothie King is here to help you power through. Whether you're grinding out bicep curls or muscling the couch across the living room, crushing morning miles, or sprinting through back to back meetings, Smoothie King has fuel to help you maximize your workouts, own your recovery and elevate your game. Give your body the energy, protein and power it needs with a lineup of delicious smoothies made to help you conquer your goals. Only at Smoothie King that hers was not in that range. Okay, hers was like an 83 or something. So let's go to the desimethylene. And again, it talks about. It is a principal metabolite of Citrulline. It has about 10 to 20% of whatever pharmaceutical activity of whatever. 15 adults taking 200 milligrams daily citrulline had bean rough serum concentrates of whatever. 87 something anyway. But let's get to what it means. They say in this case. In a report or death cases. In a report of seven postmortem cases in which cetriline was not related to the cause of death, the desymethylene concentrations were 80 to 90990 NGML in heart blood. A patient survived an acute overdose would have. I mean, it doesn't say anything about Austin. Y' all would. A serum concentration of 1700 NGML. Her symptoms included confusion, agitation and fever and seizures. So it doesn't say. It says the blood to plasma ratio for decimethaline is not known. Doesn't say anything about ao. Right. I mean, you go back and read the numbers, then certainly this doesn't say anything about anybody dying from it. Let's get to meth in the femoral blood, which we know this is where it was taken from. Y'. All. This is Captain obvious, but here we go. Methamphetamine. Methamphetamine is a DEA Schedule 2 stimulant drug capable of causing hallucinations, aggressive behavior and irrational actions. Chemically, there are two forms of methamphetamine and whatever. The isomer is used in non prescription inhalers as a decongestant has a weak CNS stimulatory activity. The D isomer has been used therapeutically as an anorexin genic agent in the treatment of obesity and has potent CNS cardiac circuit or stimulatory activity. Amphetamine and norephedrine are metabolites of methamphetamine. Methamphetamine is abused substance because of stimulatory effects. And it's also so addictive. Well, what does that tell you? Absolute fucking nothing about Austin. Right. So let's continue. But this is what you know. Here we go. A reference comment. A peak blood concentration of methamphetamine of 20 ng ML was reported 2.5 hours after an oral dosage of 12.5 mg. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah haven't been reported in methamphetamine abusers who exhibited violent and irrational behavior. High doses of methamphetamine can also elicit restlessness, confusion, hallucination, circulatory collapse and confusions. Well, okay, in this case, the level of methamphetamine determined has not been differentiated According to its isomeric forms, differentations of the isomers of methamphetamine is available upon request the doctor. But they're telling me that her levels in this don't match the. The they've been talking about. And then it goes into citrulline and it's. It's a serotonin reuptake inhibitor use for depression. The initial adult dosage is 50 minutes. What? It doesn't have anything to do with Austin. And then it goes to down to 15 adults taking 200mg daily. Citrulline had mean rough serum concentrations of whatever. Citrulline, the blood to plasma, whatever, it doesn't matter. All right. In a report of seven postmortem cases in which citrulline was not related to the cause of death, citrulline concentrations were 230 to 460 ng ML. I think hers was like 50 y'. All. So I don't know what to get it. But post mortem blood citrulline concentrations greater than 1500 NGL ML were considered to be contributory to death. Under review of. Of 75 cases, unless I'm just mistaken. You know what? I'm gonna go back and look at it. The Hershel is nowhere near that. It's not even close. Her. Her citrulline, y', all was 30. Her methamphetamine was. Her amphetamine was 53. That's not even close. And the desert citrulline is 83. Not even close to being overdose levels. And that's according to their own report. The F. Methamphetamines are going to be the only ones close. They said it was a 490. And let's say what. Let's see what this says. Hers was the. Gotta get to it. Trying to find it. What am I missing here? 490. I'm going to the methamphetamine section to tell you what the overdose is. All right, so if you just got high on meth, a peak blood concentration of meth would be 20 ng mls after 2 1/2 hours after the dosage. Okay. In blood levels between 200 and 600 NGLMLs have been reported in methamphetamine abusers who exhibited violent and irrational behavior, including hallucinations and all that. In this case, the level of methamphetamine determined has not been differentiated according to isomerican and it doesn't even give the number. So y'. All. I mean, she certainly had this. I'm assuming it's correct. That she had 490 or 480 in her, but it's saying between 200 and 600 NG ML. And she had halfway of that. That Then they said methamphetamine abusers could exhibit violent and irrational behavior. High doses of methamphetamine can also elicit restlessness, confusion, hallucination, circulatory collapse, and convulsions. Okay, just reading to you as it is, good, bad, or indifferent, does not say that the 490 is what killed her. And. All right, going to the next page. I don't want to read all this. It's this. It's just lab jargon of mgs and. And all that, right? Like, I don't know the. It's the same shit. So. But I'll read you the paragraph at the end. This is how they tested it. And I think it's pretty standard analysis by high performance liquid chromatography. Slash time of flight, mass spectrometry for the following is a general list of analyte class whatever is telling the machine that they use y' all and what kind of limits it has. It says for a detailed list of all analytes and report limits, please contact Ms. Labs, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. All right, so I think we're almost done with that. Yeah, we're done getting to the death certificate, which I wrote to you on the first episode. Now, let's talk about this. AO we know for a fact, without a shadow of a doubt, matter of public record, went to jail, supposedly for probation violation. Okay? She's in jail, and she decides to talk about Bradley. Now, one female that she talked to in the jail has given. Well, you know what? I'm not even gonna say that one person she talked to in the jail gave the same exact story that she told Detective Vance. Mm. Minus one detail about who picked who up. Okay? And that being said, we know when she was in jail that at some point Detective Vance came in, hollers down the hallway, get her ready. Get Austin the banyan ready. Taking her to Lake Charles for a polygraph. Everybody knows you're in there on a probation violation. You don't get out on probation violations. You got to see the judge. They may give you 30 days or 60 days or 90 days, or they may revoke your whole time and give you your five years probated sentence. Right? So they take her out, his own words, into numerous people. She. I'm talking about good people. I'm not talking about Morgan Baggotty. You can think about her. What you want To. I'm talking about other people that he is told. Man, she passed with flying colors. She sure knows what she's talking about, that Bradley case. And maybe you shouldn't talk so much, homie. But the. This doesn't bode well at the. The fact of them taking her to her residence in front of her family, two detectives, and getting a cardboard box, which Austin later told family member that it was Bradley's shirt. I can't confirm. I mean, that it actually was. I didn't see the box, but they damn sure took her out and. And went and got that right. And by one day she's released, okay? She's released. In fact, one of her family members saw her walking on the road and stopped and said, hey, can I give you a ride? She said, no, I'm just going up the road to my trailer. That's not where she went. And she ended up in Anacoco, Louisiana, as you know, mostly new dead from what they are calling an overdose. All right, couple questions for you. Now listen, I know. I know where she was the night before. I know who she was with. I know who she was with and what they did and everything. And this comes from a shit ton of people and I'm not going to tell you who and whatever and detective answer if you want to know, get a subpoena and then I'll tell you that I'm not going to tell you. So the. Y' all should have done your shit. And I know you did do some of it because I know you told people who it was that she was with and exactly what happened in. In supposedly the people weren't there and Austin shot up and runs down the street. And I know that I don't. You know what? I'm going to go ahead, just lay this shit out there. This ring doorbell, camera keeps coming up from this trailer part where she was found deceased. And. And supposedly the. Supposedly that law enforcement had gotten a call about someone in the neighborhood running around acting crazy and before that and then didn't see anything. And then the. I. I know for a fact that where she was because I talked to the people that heard commotions outside on their portion and stuff. And. And the next they just thought it was like cats fighting or something. Then the next morning they found Austin abandoned, deceased. Right. And dead. The goal. And okay, so law enforcement gets called out and you've heard me tell you, you know, one person says it was the worst they ever saw. The. The injuries to her and all that. And this person evidently had been doing it For a minute. And then it gets on and I get on and I get photographs and everything else. Let me ask you this. So Austin was a known drug user. Guess what? From everything and everybody I talked to her, her drug of choice, her way, her method of choice was what we call banging or IV use. Shooting up. There's nothing mentioned in that autopsy report about any IV tracks. Any tracks. And. And when you shoot up with a needle, whether it's meth or heroin or whatever, it leaves distinctive bruising and holes where you're at. That's why the. Those people wear long sleeve shirts. So you can't see the track marks, is what they're called. I call them bang marks, but track marks on their arms, right? And when they get too bruised, guess what? Your veins start to fucking collapse. Using too much, your veins start to collapse. They go to the other areas. They do it in the legs, and then they do it in between their toes. This is, by all accounts, God bless her, Austin. And that's the way she. She liked it. And people do that, y', all, because they get high faster and it's more potent and they get more bang for the buck. And I get that. You're addicted. That's what you want. There's not one mention of a track mark on AO during the whole autopsy. I didn't hear it. I read you. Everything was in there. The. The fool, them, everything they listed about what they saw in her body. Compound that with the fact that Sheriff Sam Kraft supposedly told Austin's dad that. That she didn't have a mark on her. Vance told numerous people she didn't have a mark on her. It's a lie. One of you is mistaken or not mistaken. If you. If you were the one who responded to this scene. Come on, man. I got photographs. I'm not making this up. And then somebody was like, yeah, a couple of trolls are coming in now on Tick Tock and stuff. And they're like, oh, how do you know? You know it wasn't photoshopped. I'm like, I've seen a lot of dead bodies in my day, right? And they're like, you don't know? I looked this person, this thing up, and they had three followers and two pictures on their. So they just created to come on Real Life for crime and throw shade. So I just told him back, I said, you know what? We'll let the judge decide because it's gonna come to that at some point. The courts will get this. And because I'm coming the. But no track marks. Better yet the. Not better yet. And that's certainly not better yet for Austin. But better yet, as far as an investigator, why? Why? If you shoot up and you od, why are you in Anacocca, Louisiana? Why? Where are your clothes? How did you get from point A? And I know where point A was. First there was a point A, and then. Then she went to a point B. And from point B to where she was found, how do you get there? Yeah. Without any clothes on or mostly need? And how does that happen? More importantly, why aren't all these injuries documented? I challenge them. Produce the autopsy photos. Prove me wrong. Hey, if I'm wrong, I'll be the first one to say I'm wrong. But all I got to go on is what I got to go on. I wasn't there at the autopsy, and evidently, neither wasn't any law enforcement from Vernon Parish. Because if I was a detective and the pathologist is running an autopsy on me, I'm going to be asking every picture they took a picture of. I took a picture myself on the cases that I work, and I'm usually the one holding the ruler, right? Because I want to know. I want to build it all up together. And how vague can you be? Bruising all over the body. The only thing they listed because you had to is the. The. You know, y'. All. If you can watch me on the video, I'll show you. It was right here on her head. Remember? Morgan said somebody told her it looked like her head was caved in right there, or may have been. Somebody else told me. I don't remember. But she's got a very, very, very noticeable injury there. Ears, neck, different areas, tattoos. Where? Show me the photographs. Show me that you prove to me I'm wrong. Prove to me that I don't have photographs of the injuries to AO you can't. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But until you prove it, and one day you're gonna have to prove it, because somebody's about to do something, and they're gonna come calling, and they're gonna want to know where those photographs are at, and they're gonna match it up, and then they want to know, why did you say she didn't have a scratch on her? And they're gonna have all the different people you said it to. Why did you say good? So go ahead and get your fucking answer straight in your head. Now. Why did you say she didn't have a scratch on her? Why were the people that she's with not hammered? Hammered? Not just Take an explanation of, oh, we were doing this, blah blah, blah, and we're gone. And you know, get. I want to tell you the rest of it, but the why and why in the would you say her story died with her? It didn't die in declaration. It didn't. The. She told you what happened to Bradley. She told you that she was there. She told you who was there, who was involved, and according to your own words, the different citizens in Vernon Paris. And I'm talking about some good people and I'm talking about some people who are in a lifestyle that, that you question. You told them all she passed flying colors, but her story died with her. That. I ain't got time for that. And you know what? If y' all actually listen this far, I want you to send me. I've been getting. Hey, I did a TikTok about it. If I'd ever committed a crime in Burning Parish, I'd be worried. But that's because all the tips I'm getting in, they're not just about AO and, and. And Bradley. But the, the. There's a lot of. Evidently a lot of open cases and that hadn't been solved. And then there's a sh. I'm not talking about overdoses. I'm talking about straight up bullet hole knife stab wound murders. Okay, schmurters. The. The him and soft and send them in. Send them in. And I could do a post, a general post in the real life Real Crime community app. We'll do a post in there and we'll do a post on our real life Real crime crew page, which is a private group. We like 40, 40 some thousand members in one on Facebook. It's one of many real life Real crime pages. But the send me the names, dates, case file numbers, anything you have on anything that's unsolved in Burning Parish or if you got messed over or whatever, send it in. And you know what I'm going to do Burn and Parish Burning series after this. We're naturally not getting off. We're just getting started on hashtag just for Bradley and hashtag justice for ao. Just getting started. I hadn't even put boots on the ground yet. You know why? Because I got to get through all this. I gotta line up who I want to interview and win and. And what's going to go on. Release Date: August 9, 2025
Podcast Description: Real Life Real Crime is a multi-award-winning true crime podcast hosted by Woody Overton, known for his deep dives into cases he has personally worked on. Woody's commitment to solving cold cases and advocating for justice has garnered a loyal "cult following" among listeners.
In Episode 9 of Real Life Real Crime, titled #JusticeForBradley, Woody Overton delves deeper into the investigation surrounding the mysterious death of Bradley and Austin O' Banion (AO). This episode is a continuation of Woody's relentless pursuit of truth, highlighting inconsistencies in the official reports and urging the community to come forward with any new information.
Woody begins the episode by providing an update on the ongoing investigations into Bradley's and AO's deaths. He emphasizes the growing number of tips he has received, totaling around 200, which include both credible information and misleading messages.
Woody Overton [12:45]: "You never know which one of those tips is going to be the one that pushes me in the new direction."
Woody shares his recent struggles with cyber-attacks, detailing how his YouTube account was hacked. This breach resulted in unauthorized content being posted, leading to the temporary suspension of his channel. Additionally, Woody discusses the impact of these attacks on his personal and professional life, including compromised credit card information and intrusive invasions of privacy.
Woody Overton [22:30]: "They hacked into my Gmail, then they took an illegal video and posted it on YouTube, and YouTube immediately yanked us and shut us down."
Woody commends his wife, Cyndi Overton, for her unwavering support in resolving these issues, ultimately restoring his YouTube account despite numerous setbacks.
A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to scrutinizing the autopsy report of AO. Woody meticulously goes through various sections of the report, highlighting discrepancies and missing information that raise suspicions about the official cause of death.
Injuries and Physical Evidence: Woody notes the absence of crucial details regarding AO's injuries, which contradict testimonies from witnesses who observed severe bruising and trauma.
Woody Overton [35:10]: "There was no mention of any IV track marks in the entire autopsy. Yet, AO was known for her drug use through shooting up."
Toxicology Results: The report cites methamphetamine and citrulline as causes of death but lacks clarity on whether these levels were indeed fatal.
Woody Overton [42:50]: "The methamphetamine levels reported don't align with what would typically cause death, according to their own standards."
Woody challenges the authenticity and thoroughness of the autopsy, urging for the release of actual photographs and measurements to validate his claims.
Woody recounts AO's time in jail, particularly focusing on her interactions with Detective Vance. He raises questions about the treatment she received and the circumstances surrounding her release, which occurred shortly after an encounter where Detective Vance and other officers were involved.
Woody Overton [58:20]: "They took her out in front of her family with what Austin later claimed was Bradley's shirt. But she was released the next day under suspicious circumstances."
Woody expresses skepticism about the official narrative, especially considering AO's sudden relocation to Anacoco, Louisiana, where she was later found deceased.
Expanding beyond the cases of Bradley and AO, Woody highlights numerous unsolved cases in Vernon Parish that may indicate systemic issues within the local law enforcement and judicial systems. He encourages listeners to contribute any information they might have about these unresolved crimes.
Woody Overton [1:10:15]: "There are a lot of open cases and major discrepancies that need to be addressed. If you have any information, now is the time to come forward."
He announces plans for a dedicated Burning Parish series, aiming to shed light on other individuals who have suffered miscarriages of justice, thereby advocating for broader community involvement in seeking the truth.
Woody does not shy away from discussing the backlash he's received, including death threats and cyberbullying from skeptics on platforms like TikTok. Despite these challenges, he remains resolute in his mission to uncover the truth.
Woody Overton [1:15:40]: "Death threats are the food that feeds me. They only make me more motivated to bring justice."
He reassures his audience that such negativity only strengthens his determination to expose the truth behind the cases he investigates.
Concluding the episode, Woody outlines his immediate plans to tackle the Bradley and AO cases further, emphasizing the need for more ground-level investigation. He reiterates his call to action for listeners to submit any relevant tips and to engage with the Real Life Real Crime community through their app and social media platforms.
