Welcome to this episode of Real Life, Real Crime, the podcast. As always, I'm your host, Woody Overton. Today we are going to be continuing with what Happened to Madison on the next episode, if you will, in the series, you know, every day, six days a week. I asked for your tips 313-RLRCTIP on Madison's case and it's so very important and we'll get to that in a minute. But I have Madison's mama, Ms. Lynn Rollins, on the phone with me in the studio. Say hi, Lynn.

Hey, everyone.

All right, so today I woke up early this morning and the I had a message from you that said that Thomas Morris had been. You heard. You tell me what you heard.

[Lynn Rollins]

So I received a message sometime during the night and it was the first thing that I read this morning was that Thomas Morris had been arrested and that the property out in St. Francisville was being searched. And you know, that was the only thing that I was told because I haven't been contacted by anyone giving me any other information. So I automatically sent you the message and asking if you knew anything.

[Woody Overton]

Right. And so how to still do this judiciously as we can. The I checked into it and in fact, he was arrested yesterday in Wesley Shannon Parish outside of y'.

That's outside of St. Francisville, where the Morris Road is. And he was arrested for second degree kidnapping and false imprisonment. I will read you the statute real quick, Lynn. Let me read it. All right. Under Louisiana Revised Statute 14, Semicolon 44.1, Second Degree Kidnapping is a violent felony that carries a mandatory prison sentence of 5 to 40 years at hard labor with at least 2 years served without the possibility of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. To be charged with secondary kidnapping under Louisiana law, the state must prove the offender forcibly seized, enticed or imprisoned a person while meeting at least one of the following aggravating statutory thresholds. The aggravating factors y' all are could be any one of these Weapon involvement, which is the offender is armed with a dangerous weapon or leads the victim to reason believe they have one. Physical or sexual abuse. The victim suffers physical injury or sexually abused during the encounter. Extended captivity. The victim is confined or kidnapped for 72 hours or longer. Hostage situations. The victim is utilized as a shield or a hostage or facilitating other crimes. The kidnapping is used to help commit another felony. A to get away or facilitate an escape from the detention facility. So the. We know for him to be arrested for secondary kidnapping, he not only had to, they're alleging they did the kidnapping and that it has one or more of these aggravating circumstances. He was also arrested for false imprisonment. And the. He has no bond that at the time that we're recording this now, it's my understanding that he went to Montana. That. Because we've been putting them on blast and we're going to get to that in a minute and. But I knew when he left the state wasn't able to share stuff. There's certain things I just can't share. I knew when he left the state, but I also said unequivocally if he's guilty for Madison and these other missing girls, that he's not going to stop hunting. If he's. That if he's that person that's committed crimes like that and he's not going to stop hunting. So you go to Montana, which is just about as far away as you can get physically from where we're at when. And guess what? You came home with a young female. And the Westfalution Parish Sheriff's office evidently received the tip that he was holding a female there on Morris Road in West Luciana Parish, and they went out and that's what ultimately led to his arrest. So, you know, kind. Kind of a big deal. I mean, it actually is a huge deal from the standpoint of, first of all, if he is guilty for Madison or anybody else's disappearance, the main thing is if he is, then he's behind bars. He can't hurt anyone else. And first of all, I'm thankful that this. This young lady is not dead. Right. And it's not another missing person's case.

Right.

[Woody Overton]

That. And so the. The. I think Carolyn Chala broke the story first. She actually talked to the sheriff and I'll read that to y' all in a minute. Sheriff Spillman, now, let me tell you about Lush Flu Sample Sheriff's office. Good Guys, and I know them and I know they've been on this case. I know they've been working it. I'm going to give a shout out to them for following through. And I know they're still working it as they should be because it is what it is. And, and I mean, this is, this is the point in criminal cases, y', all, where after arrests are made. Because if, again, I'm saying hypothetically, if he's killed these females, there are people out there that are sitting on information. I know this for a fact because I get tips every day in a passing one to the powers that be. But the. I get tips every day of people that are scared. Well, guess what? He's on no bond now. Now, I'm sure at his first court appearance he's going to get a bond, but it's going to be a significant bond. And, but as long as he's behind bars, the, the, these all females can rest a little bit easier. So, Lynn, tell me, let's, let's go back. And I know a bunch more people are going to be listening to it. First of all, News Nation, I was on the phone with their producer and I'm going to record with them on Madison's case on Friday, and it comes out the following Friday. This case, since we started it on the podcast, it's got so many more shares and likes and people calling in and stuff like that. And it's very, very important. And now I expect the floodgates are going to open because again, the people who have been holding on the stuff because they're afraid, they don't have to be afraid anymore. So, Lynn, let's go back to. Tell me about Madison and her being with Thomas Morris. I know it's a little bit redundant, but it's very, very important because there's a whole lot of people are going to be listening for the first time because all the social media that's blowing up right now. But tell me what happened.

In October of 2023, Madison had moved into the home with Thomas Morris that

was in Zachary, Louisiana.

[Lynn Rollins]

In Zachary, Louisiana, In November of 2023, my daughter disappeared, vanished from the face of the earth. When I reported my daughter missing, Thomas Morris was called on the phone by Zachary Police Department and he gave a statement. This statement was given to Zachary Police Department. It was also, you know, he told me the same thing and he told two private investigators pretty much the same story, that my daughter left his home on November 29 and took everything with her. Three months later, Thomas Morris came into The Zachary Police department and changed.

But why.

Why.

[Woody Overton]

Why did he. Why was it three months later and why did he come actually have a physical interview with them?

[Lynn Rollins]

I stayed on Zachary about information that I was being sent by individuals. And I was just persistent because I knew something happened to my daughter. When I first reported my daughter missing, it was a struggle to even get attention that my daughter was missing because I was told that, you know, my daughter left on her own, that she wasn't missing. And I just had to prove that my daughter was actually missing, that something actually had happened to my child.

Right.

And when they did the phone interview again, what's so important, y'? All. The one thing that never changes is the truth. The phone interview, he. With Zachary pd He absolutely said she left with an unknown male. I don't know who it was, but she took all of her stuff.

[Lynn Rollins]

Right, right.

[Woody Overton]

And. And so the, you know, I don't know one way or the other about that, but. But you stay persistent and then he goes in, gives, you know, has to sit face to face with law enforcement for however long that interview was. But during that, what's so important, he changes the story to oh, no, actually, she left all of her stuff. Now what. What female do you know that leaves her clothing or cell phone, all these different things?

I don't know of any. And I know for a fact that my daughter would have never left her cell phone there or any other electronic devices that had her account information. She's just. She would not have ever done that.

[Woody Overton]

And why do you need to tell the cops in the beginning that all the stuff is gone? I'm pretty sure that. So the cops don't come over and collect her stuff. Right. But now, oh, no, she left everything.

[Lynn Rollins]

That's. That's true. He also changed the date from November 29 to December, the first that she left and left everything behind.

[Woody Overton]

Right. All right. The. The. And so your mama Baron, you keep pressing the fight, and kudos to you for that. And you never stop believing that he had involvement. The. Again, certainly I don't have any direct knowledge. I wasn't there. But you never got off of that. Right. And there's a whole lot more stuff to it, like your daughter's phone being used afterwards, things like that.

Yes, sir. Her accounts being used, someone using her time card, her information changing on her accounts. It's just a lot. And everything that we discovered was handed over to Zachary Police department for them to investigate.

[Woody Overton]

And what happens after that? So the. He's changed the story and other things are still continuing to happen. Right, y', all, we're kind of paraphrasing everything and, and you know, News Nation will do the full story and all that, or go look on any of Lynn's social media or anything else. But one of the main things is there was a. I mean, so let me digress for a second. He picked Madison up from a racetrack on Airline Avenue in Baton Rouge. In that area?

Yes, sir. It was a racetrack, Airline highway in Baton Rouge.

And so he entices her into his home by promising her what?

[Lynn Rollins]

That he would take care of her, supply her with whatever it was that she needed, help her get back on her feet. All she had to do was take care of his two minor children that was in the home.

Right. And this, this home again, at the time was located in Zachary, Louisiana. And the. After Madison is gone, the he gets arrested. You, you want to tell me about that?

[e-mail] yes, it was in October of 24 I received messages from neighbors. I'm going to say that Thomas Morris was being arrested and it was he was arrested on strangulation charges of another female that had been living in his home.

Right. So same same MO that the he's promising these young ladies. You come in, I'll take care of whatever it is you want, drug wise or whatever. And and all you got to do is take care of my babies. And if I'm not mistaken, he got her from another racetrack in Baton Rouge. The the the gas stations y'. All. And the and again I did an episode with Morgan Lamberth. Y' all go back and listen to that one. As recent as December. He's in a whole different area now. He's living in Westfalishina by this time which is a long ways from where he was on this night. But with Morgan Lamberth and in how close I believe that she came to possibly being disappeared herself if you will. And this is that he knows and he knows that you've been you were fighting the whole time pressing press and pressing. But you know what? If you're the type of person who commits these crimes, you have that beast inside of you and almost important for you to commit the crime is to be on the hunt to do it. And he was still doing it. The the Let me read you what Karen Chala put out y' all you can find anywhere on social media. I'll read you her article and then maybe another one. But she said St. Francisville Westfalician Feliciana man arrested facing kidnapping charges the Wesley Shannon Parish Sheriff's office arrested a 43 year old man on Sunday in connection to a kidnapping. And according to the West Feliciana Sheriff Brian Spillman, his office received information that a St. Francisville man identified as Thomas Morris was holding a woman against her will. On Sunday evening, deputies responded to the scene and safely removed the victim, who is from out of state. Morris was arrested Sunday night, July 19. Morris was booked into the Wesley Shannon Detention center on charges second degree kidnapping and false imprisonment. Any quotations? We are we're actively investigating this case as a kidnapping. The victim is from out of state and detectives are trying to piece together the information. We have to decide if additional charges may be added and that's court of Sheriff Spillman. The investigation is ongoing and additional Charges are possible as the case develops. Anyone with information related to the case is asked to contact West Luciana Sheriff's office at 225-784-4-3136. Now, according to arrest records in East Baton Rouge Parish, Morris was arrested on October 24th of 2024 on death, domestic abuse, battery, slash strangulation of a woman living with him. A judge granted the victim a protective order against Morris at the time was which was set to expire one year later. The order was dissolved in June of 2025, according to court records. Oh, well, I was told this lady split, right? And I don't blame her. But anyway, continue with the article. It says now it's been over two and a half years since Madison Renee Allen was last seen. Morse arrest does not have to do with Madison, but Sheriff Spillman tells Unfiltered Karen that deputies continue investigating Morse as a person of interest in her disappearance. Y', all, I've told you just a thousand times, you have to stay on them until you can get off of them, until you can disprove it. Well, evidently they can't get off yet. But continuing, mother Lynn Rollins said Allen was last seen on November 29th of 2023 in Zachary, and it is uncharacteristic of her not to contact her family. Rollins has not given up on finding her daughter and speaks about her disappearance at every opportunity. Rollins told UWK as Karen's Hollow show y' all in August of 2025 that Thomas Morris was last was the last person in contact with her daughter before she went missing. Yep. That he's told that to the cops on two separate occasions. He just changed the date and what she took with her. But back to the article. Because Rollins didn't initially have Alan's exact location, she started reaching out to Allen's Facebook friends to see if they knew where she was. One of the people she reached out to happen to be the man that Allen was living with it at the time, which was Morris. And this is what Rollins told uwk. But when she spoke to him on Facebook messenger, he didn't say anything about Allen staying in a home, only that he was looking for her. I'm gonna finish it Land now to get your thoughts on it. Said I found out shortly after that where she was staying through a text message my daughter had sent one of her friends saying that she was stuck there with the address. Rollins explained that address ended up being where her daughter allegedly lived with Morris. Well, y', all, there's no allegedly to it. We know that. But Allen was reported as Last seen on November 29, 2023 by Zachary Police in their last phone conversation that November. Rollins said her daughter didn't give any indication something could be wrong. Said when I spoke to her on the phone November 15, 2023, she was fine. She gave me no indication anything was wrong. She was going back to school and she was going to get a job. After that date, Allen was declared a missing person. And anyone for information on Allen's whereabouts, she could contact the Capitol region Crime stoppers by calling 225-344-STOP or Y', all you can call 313-RRC-TIP or now call the westfolution of Parish Sheriff's Office directly. And the because it's not, it's not unfortunately, it's not just Madison Renee that that's missing, right, Lynn?

And let's talk about briefly. And I was supposed to, I was supposed to get the information from them and I haven't done it yet. On, on the young lady that was in St. Francisville time running through the woods. When you want to tell me what

you know about that Stephanie Habea.

Okay.

In August of last year, I seen where Stephanie's family was searching for her and you know, we started asking questions and we, this is what I was told. I did not see this for myself, but this was told to me by family members and friends of Stephanie that Stephanie had told her friends that she was at St. Francisville, the property in St. Francisville with Thomas Moore. She had given the address to where she was to one of her friends. And one of her friends made the statement that they was on the phone with Stephanie and she was running through the woods saying someone was chasing her. The call dropped and no one has seen or heard from her since period.

And I know that Westfield Champagne Sheriff's office is very aware of, of, of her case and, but you can only do you know what you can do with the information that you have. And again, that's why it's so important we keep pushing this out y'. All Hashtag what happened to Madison on anything anywhere you see Madison's name it bumps it up in algorithms. And since we started, Lynn, I, I, I know it's a combination of everybody that you've reached out to, but I can tell you from my personal side the, the shares and the comments are just, it's a plethora of them and the tips and, and that's the reason every single day I ask you to call on your tips. 313rrc tip. And look, you can remain honest with me. And. And I know the guys West Flu Shan Parish Sheriff's Office that. That made the arrest. The good dudes know what they're doing and they're. They're going. I haven't. I can promise you they're going to work this case like Sheriff Spillman said. But the. The. I mean, you get a call about this young lady being missing, running through the woods, saying someone's chasing. And then nothing. You get crickets, right? That's one of many. And the. The one who he strangled at his house and actually got arrested for. I was told that she split. And again, I don't blame her. The. The. I don't know how to put it, the phrase it. But he.

Y'. All. It's a certain pattern on who he gets to come live with him, who he makes, whatever the promises are to them to get them, lure them in, whether it's, I'll give you drugs or do whatever, like you said, take care of you, and all you got to do is watch my kids. Well, there's a pattern. And there are several young women that are missing. And guess who they all have in connection. They were with Thomas Morris.

Right. I told, you know, Zachary pd, when my daughter first went missing, that my daughter wasn't the first and my daughter wasn't going to be the last. And I have said that several times. And I also told him that I believe that he prayed on a certain type of women that he prayed on women who were down on their look, these women who lived in. In and out of hotels, women who he thought that did not have family to search for them.

Right. And. And let's go back to when you. You first start looking. I think it's very telling, if you will, your message with everybody. And you get this one guy you don't know, it's Thomas Morris, and he never tells you he's Thomas Morris or that she was with him. Tell me about that.

[Lynn Rollins]

Right before I recorded my daughter missing, when I realized something was wrong, I messaged all her. I call them to go to friends because Myers and had certain friends that she stayed in touch with. I messaged them first. No one had seen or heard from her since the end of October. And then I went to her new Facebook that she had and messaged everyone on that Facebook, and Thomas Morris was one of her friends on the Facebook. Now, at this time, I did not know the address to where. Where Madison was staying because Madison had only told me that she was, you know in the Zachary, and that she was living with this guy, helping take care of his two children and that going to go back to school.

[Woody Overton]

She never told you his name at that point?

[Lynn Rollins]

Mentioned his name. She would have only said his first name. And it didn't stick with me.

[Woody Overton]

Right.

[Lynn Rollins]

But so back to what I was doing. I messaged Thomas Morris, you know, I told him who I was, I was looking for, for my daughter. No one has seen or heard from her since November. And then he messaged me back, said that I can't phrase it word to word, but this is pretty much what the messages had said, that he hadn't seen her since around Thanksgiving time himself, and that he didn't know her very well and that he was looking for her. Also, he never once told me my daughter was living in his home. He never once told me that my daughter went missing from his home or he never volunteered any information, just that he didn't know her very well and he'd been looking for her himself.

Yeah, but he knew well enough to have her in his residence taking care of his kids.

[Lynn Rollins]

Right, but he. He didn't tell me that.

Oh, I know. And there's an obvious reason why I think it's still yet to be proven.

And then he also gave that statement to the Zachary Police Department, you know, that she was living in his home and that he was going to help her and she was going to take care of his two children. Well, that came right from him to Zachary Police Department.

[Woody Overton]

Right. At what point did you realize that it's the same Thomas Morris, that. That she wouldn't miss him from his address?

[Lynn Rollins]

When I received the address, when I got the address at a location, we looked it up to see who was there, and we know it was Thomas Morris. And at the same time, the last one of the last pictures my daughter had posted on Facebook was her and a little boy in the background. So one of the. The officers, Ms. Emily was her name at Zachary Police Department took that picture, picture to the two and the officer to the school. And the two. And the officer identified the child as being Thomas Morris's son. So when she was finding that out that morning, that night, I'd already found out the address from one of Madison's friends where she was. You know, we exchanged that information the next morning on the phone.

And. And at what point did you could confront Thomas or, or ask Thomas?

[Lynn Rollins]

I don't believe I ever asked him about her living in his home because at this time, you know, he's already told the police that she left from there in November. And then later on, I would, I would message him. I'm like, what belongings Madison had there? Did she leave anything behind? You know, if, if she did, I would like to gather them. I would like to get her stuff. And he said that she took everything with her when she, she left at this time. So that's when story changed. He never came forward with the information. Your daughter was living in my home and vanished from here until the police contacted him.

And then again, Eli to him the first time said she took everything. And then months later, because you're still fighting, they get him in and he changes the story.

The tell I know you very as you should be very passionate about it and everything. Tell me what kind of blowback you've called from people that support him.

Well, recently you know Karen's article that she posted about Thomas Morris being arrested in St. Francisville? I've had screenshots sent to me by one of Thomas Morris's niece. Her name is Ashley Ard. I haven't seen these for myself on under the article because she has me blocked. But I've seen the screenshots where she has called me a liar. It's, it's, you know, I received that and I also had his brother threaten me on one of the other St. Francisville Action News in St. Francisville. I think it was threat to f around find out.

And he totally said, Lynn Morris, you f around and find out what?

[Lynn Rollins]

Just f around find out that this time he was talking about pressing charges on me. And you know, which I said, you know, take me to court. You and your brother, take me to court.

[Woody Overton]

Right?

I want an attorney. I, I go to court. And he also mentioned about, about my daughter that she made a statement to them that I kicked her out, which was a lie. My daughter was 32 years old. She'd been on her own. And I told him that he just collaborated what we already knew that his brother preyed on these women who thought that they didn't have family to look for. But they picked the wrong one this

time and that they did. Right now you and I talk a lot in the. A lot. Right. And, and, but today when, when it's confirmed he, that he's actually under arrest. But thank God again that this young lady is alive and not missing. He's under arrest, kidnapping, false imprisonment and he's got no bond. He sitting in West Luciana jail and they are actively following all leads. How does that make you feel?

[Lynn Rollins]

I have so many mixed emotions. You know, I'm relieved that he's arrested you know, and I'm thankful that he's arrested and I. I really. I really don't know how to express all the feelings that I have, but I feel hopeful as well. But I hope they can get the information from him what he doing with my daughter so I can bring my daughter home.

Right. And. And y'. All. There's a lot more to it that I know from tips etc that you know, statements have been made and. And things like that I just can't share because I want to do anything to mess up the investigation. But the statements have been made that if people would. You know, I totally believe the statements and. But unfortunately the. The one I'm talking about there's been several. The one I'm talking about now the statement. The guy that made this statement is for lack of words. He's a piece of. And a frequent flyer and he. You know, when they. He is in saying anything, you know, period. And it's. But it's not his first rodeo and it's not Thomas Morris. I'm talking about someone that. That someone told him basically out of the horse's mouth and you can get around. Of course I wasn't there but. But this is the kind of thing that we need to talk about now. Now. Yes. He's behind bars. Great. This young lady is alive. Great. The y'. All. They are and I don't want to even put a quantified and put a number on it. How many people that I've been contacted. The young ladies that I've been contacted about that are actually no longer anywhere to be found. And. But there. There's. They all had one common denominator and that was the last semen Morris. So figure it out. That and the. The. I'm thankful very. I know. I know you are in rightfully so my as mama bear. You are impatient. You don't know the tips that I get. You don't know. I certainly don't know all the tips that law enforcement gets the. And we don't. You don't know everything that's been done. But the. When you get a tip, you can only follow it so far like I said earlier. Till you can prove it or disprove.

you can get off of it. And I want. I know you haven't had a lot of contact with those guys but I also know that it's. It's never totally gone away. And by that I mean Madison and these young other young ladies. But I believe now that you have at from investigator standpoint, they have a leg up, if you will, because he's behind bars. And. And if he has anything to do with the rest of this stuff, the. You better believe the investigator. A true investigator has fire in their gut. And they will want to bring anybody that he's harmed home. If he's harmed anybody, they want to bring him home and they want to. They want to follow through and get it. That being said, you're not going to get everything right now. The public's not going to get everything right now. And they're blowing up social media. And that's the reason we're recording this episode right now. I'm about to release it as soon as Cindy edits it. I already had something recorded for tomorrow. But the. I'm thankful that this dude's in jail. And you know what? Hey, if he's innocent on the rest of it, great. If he's not, let them. Let them be blessed with the knowledge and the evidence and the things that they need to bring Madison and everybody home.

I hope that they. That's what happens. You know, I'm thankful that he's behind bars because he's behind bars. He's not out praying on women.

Right. He's also behind bars for a reason. Right? Yeah. I mean, that's. That's not a small charge or charges.

I hope he stays there. And it's. It's. If, you know, I would like to ask those of you who have information, now's the time to come forward. You know, Thomas Morris is behind bars. He's there on a no. What Bond?

No bond. I'm sure they're going to give him one when he gets his first court appearance, but it's going to be high af.

So let's keep him there. You know, if you have information pertaining to what happened to my daughter, what happened to Stephanie, what happened to any other woman that has gone missing, now's the time to do it. You know, calling you, calling your tips, you know, make it known and help keep Thomas Morris behind bars where he belongs.

Yeah, well, the tips certainly need to be called in. And I'm telling you this, this is the beginning. You know, certainly we don't have Madison or anybody else home, but this is the beginning of people being able to breathe a little easier and come out now and say what they've been holding on to because they may have been afraid of whomever or. Or whatever. And it's just, I've got 30 years of doing this, and this happens every time that someone goes to jail. Other people come out of the woodworks and say, well, you know what? Here's this. And here's this. And because I'm no longer afraid that they can hurt me or my family.

So the. And look, News Nation, let's talk about that real quick. The Again, I'm recording with them, I think it was, she said a lot like a live thing on this Friday. And I'm looking at my map, the United States now from Louisiana to Montana and didn't scope out someone before Montana, I don't believe that. And don't give up because I know my daughter's out there waiting to be found and she knows her mama's going to bring her home.

I haven't had a chance to look at everything because I was at work, but it's just, you know, it touches your heart, strangers reaching out to you, letting you know that something's happening, that Thomas Morris was arrested and, and just keep sharing my daughter's story. You know, keep, keep it out there. And you know, I'm grateful. I'm grateful to each and every one.

Right. And. And the all. The main thing is keep sharing. And again, I'm out. I don't want to put an innocent man in prison for anything, but I want the guilty to ride the f out and I want to bring these young women home no matter what happened to them, bring them home so they can be with their families and if something happened to them, get justice. And I know what you believe and you know, I have to say judiciously, what I can say on the podcast, but the. It is what it is. The history's there. And you know, you and I talked about this actually, like, I hope that I told you at some point there was going to be a Met, that if this going on, there was going to be a mess up on his part. And I was just praying that they weren't going to find the mess up with a dead body in the car. Yeah, right. And so again, to. To the people who are actively working it, love, thank you. Please. Y' all are the only ones who can bring this home. The criminal charges and everything else and the good, bad or indifferent, but, you know, if things got delayed in the beginning or whatever, well, that's called investigation happens.
