Cindy Overton
Hello, everybody, and welcome to this episode of True Crime. Time for Monday, May 5th, 2025. And I'm Woody Overton.
Woody Overton
Yay.
Cindy Overton
Give me your name, sweetie.
Crime. Cindy Overton.
And Cindy doesn't know what I'm about to say. Happy anniversary. Happy anniversary. I just. In 27 years now, and rolling strong. All right, I want to take a minute, y'all. And Cindy doesn't know about this either. The. This is the longest I've gone without being behind the microphone since we started Real Life, Real crime. My father, Woodrow Lee O. Overton Senior, who I'm named after, who our son's named after, of course, I'm a junior. We've been battling the illness for a couple of years now, two years now at least. And the, you know, were pretty private and personal about it and then. But I've been going up a lot. Well over the last two years specifically, and spending more and more time with them. And yeah, he's my best friend. He was my best friend. We did so many things together and. And even he had dementia, and he had the worst form of dementia with the paranoia and all that kind of stuff. And then as it progressed, it's just horrible. But it. I mean, even this. And it progressed so rapidly at the very end, we didn't know. Right. And so just even like four months ago, I would go get him and he'd come spend the night with me at the country place and stuff like that. And we always went, did Everything together. But it just got to the point where he couldn't do that. Now the week of Easter, the week of Good Friday had taken off the whole week even though we were pre recorded for that week so I could be with my dad in because you know he was homebound 24 hour care but it wasn't bedridden yet and I had loaded up my fishing poles and because we all he and I as long as standing tradition was we always went fishing on Good Friday and but I was there Tuesday and I'm like he's. Every time I walk in face would light up and oh man, so good to see you. And he's at the point where he couldn't use the telephone and all that anymore. And then I was like I said dad, I'm gonna be here every day this week. Now we're up there every week anyway but not, not so many days in a row. And the next day I walked in and oh, I'm so glad to see my daddy. I'm gonna be here every day this week and the next day, you know that but on Good Friday went over and bought a box of worms and getting ready to go fishing and sugar finally turned to total and just, just to sum it up the, the we actually thought he was going to pass that night. That's how bad it got instantly. And then of course hospice had. He'd been on hospice for a month and they came in and by Easter Sunday he was in a hospital bed in his room. The one thing I promised him years ago is that he could die on his own property as long there was a possible way that we could do it. And by the Saturday before Easter Sunday he spoke his last words that to me and I was just laying beside him and tell him how much I loved him and how I was going to take care of mama and he didn't have to worry and. And everything else and, and then he never spoke again. And on Easter Sunday they gave him his last rights around 5:30 in the afternoon. And he ultimately lived until around 1:00 on Tuesday. Never left aside you know. And you know some of some of my brothers and sisters. Well some of my sisters came in anyway but the my mama y'all, they were married 58 years but they had a long career before that. And when they were 11 years old they had their first dance at their first date at a boy Scout dance in my hometown where I grew up and and actually was in the. The home of Cindy's great grandparents where I I don't Know the relationship fathers. Yeah, his step family. Right. But so they knew each other their entire lives and, and, and my daddy's with Jesus now and you know, for all those weeks I didn't, I didn't do anything behind the microphone and I didn't do anything on social media except for a post it. I mean I didn't even look at my social media any Normally I spent 8 to 12 hours a day just on that and I posted that when they gave him the last rights. And then of course after he passed, you know, my mom and I and my sister from Dallas when she was in, we took care of. Yeah, it's a lot of stuff. A lot of stuff. Funeral home stuff and the Catholic Church, God bless them, they sure make it hard to bury somebody. And then, you know, meetings with the church and all these different things. And of course my mama, you know, imagine this is tough. And, and, and so we buried him on the following Monday. So almost a week later because we have, I got nieces and nephews and people came in from all across the country. And even though it was a private ceremony, the. Because that's how my dad wanted it, we were so blessed. You know, people showed up and I'm, I'm just going to give a shout out to Sheriff Jason Ard and his chief deputy Brian Paul, who I went to the academy with and been partners with. And you heard me tell many of stories about both of them on real life, real crime, original and share Sheriff Jeff Travis from East Feliciana Parish. Actually, Sheriff Travis messaged in the morning the funeral. He said, hey man, I know it's a private deal, but Sheriff Ard is coming in and with his chief deputy and they just want to pay their respects. And then a lot, a lot of other people and then I gave the eulogy. Just tough times. But I want you to know that I would not have gotten through it without all your prayers and well wishes and everything. And there's no way I can thank everybody. But God bless each and every one of you. And my daddy would have been so proud to see all the comments and the prayers and the well wishes and he's with me now and forever. And you know what he wants Woody Overton to do? Work. I don't really consider this work because we're blessed to be able to do it, but he wants, he was very, very, very proud of what I do in. I don't know what else to say. I'm gonna leave it alone, but I love y'all. I want you to know we're back new and improved and we're going to work harder than we ever have. And we have so many things coming up, not just the live show at Southeastern on July 19. And there are still some tickets available, so go click on the links and get them. We've got, you know, new human trafficking series starting. We've got Holy smokes. The. You know, I didn't even get to comment on hashtag justice for Haley. They have a meeting with the district attorney on May 9, which is huge. Huge. It never would have happened with the alpha job and the news coverage and everything that's come out behind it. And these are all things that normally I would have blown up on social media. Y'all been been a little busy. And I did not leave my mama until. Till this morning. And it's just her and I it since the funeral and that's been six days in. But mama knows I that I got to go to work. So it's gonna, you know, I, you know, Cindy lost her dad. We lost pop up many, many years ago. And she would always say, you go spend every moment with him that you can. You're never gon at the the time and the driving and da da. So a lot of our episodes you got early, you know, because we recorded on the weekends just so I could spend time with my dad. And I thank you all for that. But I'm promise you this. Real life real crime originals will be back. I'm about to finish the Scott Peterson thing. Real life real crime originals will be back. Old cop school stories and they are going to be fire and course true crime time for and the human trafficking series. And we got this really special stuff coming up on that. Plus hashtag justice for Haley. And the next next cases we're going to take, we're going to do we're going to use this platform. We're going to help families get justice for their people. So with that, I'm gonna get off the horse. But I just. You'll never know what y'all meant to me and what you do mean to me. And if you get sick and tired of hearing me saying it, well, I apologize, but so let's roll with it. Sin is so great to be back in the studio again. I missed this microphone and I missed you. Y'all send. You know, stayed here and took care of everything. And I want to thank all the lifers who sent in stories and Mr. P.T. allen. You're a beast, sir, and you're awesome for stepping up and everybody did it. And there's a lot than that. But if I. If you. If you could all put your head inside of my heart and see what. What kind of love I got for you, then you know what I'm talking about. But without further ado, let's bring it back home. Mama. Let's give him some true crime time for our anniversary, May the fifth. What you got?
I have. You know, I haven't had to do these types of things since you've been gone. I kind of got away with not doing these. Well, welcome back crime.
But welcome back. I'll tell you what, the statement about my dad is. Can be considered crime, too, because he was a assistant prosecutor way back in the 70s, and he put people in Angola just like I put people in Angola. But go ahead.
I'm gonna take you to Spain.
Spain immediately. Oh, it's time for worldwide crime.
All right, so we are in Spain, and we have some. Something that I've never heard of before, but it's called Covid syndrome.
I never.
And it's a couple in Spain suffered from it, and it basically. After Covid or during COVID you know, certain people I remember, like, especially, like, with your mama and your daddy, like, we were so cautious for their sake. I mean, we would wear gloves at the store. We would wipe.
One of the pictures that was put in the foyer at my dad's funeral. Wait. Because my mom and I picked them all out. Was y'all. He was so afraid of COVID and the COVID ain't what got him. And that was a long time before the dementia. But he had. He had. No, no, they did catch it once. But. But the. One of the lifers was able to get him, like, the number seven shot in the state of Louisiana, my mom, way before we got it. But look, one of the pictures, y'all. Yeah, he had on. He had on swim goggles or, like, the big safety goggles, full mask and. And a cowboy hat. Yeah. And, I mean, he wouldn't talk to touch anybody.
No. And we would go. When we would grocery shop for them, we would wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes, put it in the cart, rewipe it as I put it in the bags, and then take it to their house.
Take it to the house. Yeah, we had. We couldn't even. Even get within 50 yards of them. They wouldn't even touch the. And I'm sure he rewiped it down when he got inside.
We would put things in the ice chest, and then they would let certain things sit on the porch for a Couple days.
But they would jokes on you on that one, dad.
Well, this, unfortunately this family took extreme isolation measures, but my parents did the same thing.
They didn't leave the house.
This is very, very, very.
Okay, all right.
So the parents, there's. So it's a family. And authorities were alerted on April 14th of this year that neighbors reported that children, certain children, had not been attending school. And so the police went and investigated the situation and found that there was this family's children living in squalid conditions and the house was filled with trash and there was old medications and animal waste. So the children, this is this year, were found wearing multiple face masks. Now I remember kind of doing that in the peak of it. I did wear like two, especially like they were sleeping in caged beds and had been subjected to strict routines limiting their access to necessities. The parents are 53 year old Christian Steffan and 48 year old Melissa Ann Steffen. And they were arrested and charged with domestic violence, habitual psychological abuse and child abandonment. And they're currently on pretrial detention without bail. So that's just meaning they're just jailed without bail. Right, like pre trial detention. Okay, I'm just making sure that because this is in Spain, it could mean something else.

And like I said at the very beginning, investigators believe that the COVID the couple suffered from COVID syndrome and leading them to enforce extreme isolation measures for their children. The children had not attended school or any social interactions since the December of 2021. And upon their rescue, which is a good term for this, the children exhibited amazement at simple experiences like touching grass, seeing a snail.
That's crazy.
And of course, it indicated a prolonged confinement and lack of exposure to the outside world. So now they have. The children have been taken to the National Human Rights center for medical evaluation and are under the care of the Ministry of Welfare.
And you know, the. I wonder how long, and I guess it's different for everybody, how long takes to undo the psychological, psychological damage that was done to those babies. Right.
I can't imagine.
Well, I'm gonna do you another one. It's time for worldwide crime. Yeah. When I tell you I've been on lockdown for the last three weeks, basically I've really been on lockdown. I did not turn on the tv, I didn't read any news, I didn't do anything. So most of y'all probably heard about what happened in India. Do you know Cindy?
Yeah.
Okay. All right, well I want to talk about it because. And I started reading up on this. Another one of these horrible, tragic terrorist attacks. And. But they had this dude who's a tourist and you like zipline or you like bungee jump, but he got on, on a zip line.
You know, I always wanted to go ziplining. Yeah.
Do you know about this story, him on the zip line?
No, I saw what I was thinking.
So he gets on the zip line and. Yeah, it's a long ass thing. I guess. You, they want you to get your best 30 seconds of your life, whatever. But he's filming himself and he's ziplining over this crowd. And this video went viral. And well, while he's filming it, the film camera also called the deadly mass shooting in Kashmir which was occurring underneath him while he's ziplining. So Rishabh Behat, he filmed himself zipline over the Polygrams Basaran Meadow as four men stormed the area and gunned down 26 tourists. And this happened on April 22, it said, which is just crazy. So the camera shows that bat is smiling while he's filming himself as he takes off and ziplining across the meadow. But he realizes and the camera actually catches it that you know, why he's zipping over the meadow. Several people on the ground underneath him are seen running away as gunshots go off. He said firing started when I was ziplining. And after about 20 seconds I realized it was a terrorist attack and people on the ground are being Killed. And I saw five to six people getting shot. And he said once you reach the other side. He quickly escaped the area with his family. Said I unlatched my belt and jumped down and took my wife and son and started running away. And we saw people hiding a spot which is likely. It's like a pit so you cannot spot something easily there. So we hid there too. But the authorities describe the mass shooting as a terror attack launched by militants who oppose India's control over Kashmir. And the four men were confirmed by authorities to be the militants fighting. Fighting the Indian rule. That's a big. I'm afraid they're about to go to war y'all. Because I watched the news last night for the first time. Holy. And both these countries have nuclear weapons. But that says that shooting went on for around 10 minutes. And before it had a pause in the shooting and then it started again. He said the firing started again and four to five people were shot. 15 to 16 tourists were shot in front of us. And he said he thinks the shot victims were targeted as two families were asked their religion and then they shot him. He said the army response is seen around 20 minutes later. Well, I can pretty much guarantee what the army did after the attack. The authorities launched a nationwide manhunt for the shooters. And the militants in the Indian controlled Kashmir have been fighting against New Delhi's rule since 1989. Don't you think motherfucker would get tired of fighting? That's 30 something years a year after I graduated. I was in army when that started. But India's Prime Minister Naramindi Modi said I strongly condemn the terror attack in Pelagram, Jammu and Kashmir. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. And I pray that the injured recover at the earliest. All possible assistance is being provided to those affected. So I mean you know, you think evil doesn't exist and, and. But you know you gotta ask somebody before you shoot. At the time this was written that there's confirmed 26 people dead and walking up to families. Imagine you holding your little kid in this park area and are you Christian or you. Whatever. And whatever they say, if, if evidently if you had the right answer, they passed you on, went to the next family. And I don't know man, that's crazy. Crazy. And the. I don't know. I really really don't. I gotta ask. Yep. Does India have the death penalty?
Woody Overton
Here's what I found.
Cindy Overton
I'm pretty sure they probably do. Capital punishment in India is the highest legal penalty for crimes under the Country's main substantive penal legislation. So they got it. Executions are carried out by hanging as a primary method and hanging by the neck until dead.
Wow.
But I'm pretty sure they shot the out of them before they got that far. Right.
Imagine 10 full minutes worth of firing and then start again.
There was. It starts and stops and. But that's because they're walking around asking who do you belong to? I mean, I don't know. All right, what you got?
I have a horrible teacher.
Oh Lord. Hold on. It's time for effed up professionals.
So we're going to Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania.
And a teacher is now facing or is charged with 63, three felony counts.
I guess screwing somebody or raping somebody.
So Michelle Mercogliano, she's 35 years old and she's a special ed teacher at Conestoga High School. And she, like I said, was arrested with 63 felony felony counts which included institutional sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. She's also accused of providing marijuana to a 16 year old male student over the course of their relationship.
Let's get high for our Rafa.
And so all of the allegations came to light in late April of this year. And it was after the boy's family discovered the drug paraphernalia in his room.
Okay.
And so investigators say the packaging was labeled with the woman's with the teacher's name. And the discovery really like she literally had her name on the package.
Be a fucking dumb criminal.
And which obviously just the discovery prompted a deeper look into their teens phone. And that's where the detective look.
I'm pretty sure if she wrote her name on bags of weed. They. They got some nudie pics.
Yeah. They found some explicit messages and photos exchanged between the teacher and the student. And according to the court documents, the boy told him, because he's a boy told investigators that the two began communicating on Snapchat in February. And he says they met up multiple times and often at his parents home.
Yep. That now what teenage boy hasn't had sexual relations in his parents home when they are home. But they just hadn't had it with their teacher. Teacher.
It's a whole different. Oh my gosh. So the district attorney, Christopher Deborina Sarob, he said he did not. He did not mince words when announcing the charges. Quoting. Teachers are trusted to act with integrity and to care for our children, not to exploit them. The law is clear. This behavior is criminal, predatory and completely unacceptable. So she was a relatively.
Rape is bad.
A relatively new Teacher at the school. She had only been there since 2024, and she's been placed on administrative leave.
That's.
She should have just immediately been fired. The district. The school district says there's currently no evidence of misconduct involving any other students. Well, one is too many, right?
Yeah. Right.
And she's awaiting preliminary court appearance and has not yet entered a plea. And I pray that she pleads guilty. But.
Yeah, but do they only that or kill herself, but.
Right.
I mean, the stupid, stupid, stupid bad professional, you know?
Yep. Bad professionals.
All right. Well, you know, funerals are pretty morbid. And I say morbid. Yeah. I don't know. But the I'm gonna take you with. Yeah. Kind of used to be a running joke when I was younger, man, the two easiest places to pick up chicks were at weddings and funerals. Right? You would think. Yeah, I guess I was pretty promiscuous, however you want to say it. But I didn't do funerals. And generally I wouldn't do a wedding unless I was in it. Right.
Right.
I don't think I've ever been that. I know I told you the story.
But.
Very first wedding I ever went to, my parents didn't. When. When I was a boy is one of the only times, you know, I'm never late for anything. And I was late to the church or my parents were late, I guess, and I was a young boy in a walk in that whole church. I can see it in my mind's eye right now, just slap ass, fool. Sami Woodside's marriage and the. I remember the whole church being full and the stuff had already started and I was like, looking for a place to seat to sit down. And below and behold, the front row was almost empty. I was right down the front row and sat down beside Ms. Millie Powell and. And did the whole thing. And I didn't realize the front row was reserved for family. But hey, had a great seat. But anyway, the, you know, commonplace later on, it being groomsmen and all that, or ushers or whatever, the after party is usually, you know, I guess girls are thinking about getting married and. And what have you guys all sentimental. Yeah. Yeah. And then in the funeral part, I definitely didn't do that. I never went to a funeral in my life that I didn't have to carry someone or. Or partake in it until. Leon Winstead. I love you, buddy. And I gave his eulogy. I've been to two funerals in my life that I didn't partake in. And both of them, the two Mr. Bobbies and I got to see his wife at daddy's funeral and, and Mark, they came. And that's because they were like dads to me. And, and they raised me. But I'm gonna tell you about what other people be doing at funerals, okay? Grown ass women and the, they evidently go to funerals to get a little bang bang too, right? I guess if you see somebody dead, you want to hold on for the zest for life and, and get you a pick a pickup.
I can't imagine a funeral making a girl.
Well, I think funerals must make people feel a little bit alive and, or want to hold on and get some. But, and that's, you know, each to his own. That's not a problem. That's not a crime. Unless you go to funeral to pick up kids. Yes, yes. This is the tree. So this fine young lady, Ayla Gonzalez Salinas, she went to a funeral and she picked up a little boy. And this is in Florida, y'all. Now she's facing seven felony charges after she pursued a sexual relationship with a boy she met at the old funeral. And Salinas, who's 20 years old, met the child in November of 2024 before she and the boy started messaging one another on one of those social media apps. So this is in Palm Beach, Florida. So according to the rest affidavit, Salinas and the child met up to engage in sexual activities on multiple occasions. I'm assuming it's a boy. I might have been a girl. On multiple occasions throughout the month of December. And while the miners age as they always do, they, they redacted it from the documents. The name and age of the kid was redacted. She was arrested and charged with seven felony counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. Specifically lewd or lascivious battery of a victim age 12 to 16. And this is in her jail records. Now more cops learned about the inappropriate relationship between her and the kid. Rape. And, and, but they learned about. In January they had agreed they should get their story straight. Oh yeah, right. And text messages.
That's really smart.
Yeah, right. Let's get a story straight because I, I heard the cosplay becoming, knocking on the door. You just tell them, you say this, I'll say that. Yeah. So let's, let me tell you at least part of what they said. Part of their story involved the child saying he. So it wasn't. He was the one who initiated the sexual relationship with 20 year old woman.
That makes it okay.
Not legal.
Still not legal.
You still bang bang With a kid. You raped him still.
Yeah.
And anyway she, they, they arrested her ass as they should have and locked her down in the jail. But you know what? She posted bond on April 30, which is just a couple days ago. But can you imagine you justify that? Hey, I mean how do you knew it, you know the dead person and somehow that's in there and, but you get turned on and then. And that's what scope out a kid. I mean get the out of here.
There was a lot of feelings. I felt a lot of feelings at funerals and, and yeah, I don't, I'm not gonna say the word but that is not one of the feelings that I have.
Not gonna lie about that. I don't know. But look, I'm gonna do. I don't do. I'm gonna cut you off the I'm.

A story that I don't normally do because I don't know all about the stars and the celebrities and housewives of India. Yeah. I'm trying to. Trying to avoid that education like I avoided education when I was in school. But because it's this the hottest store in the world and no, I'm not a piggybacker like everybody else, that it was trying to just make money off of it. But this is really. I mean, it's a true crime show. And if this is all true, it's some serious crime.
People want to know your opinion on this too.
Yeah, well, you know, I'm pretty sure if. If this is going down, there's gonna be a lot of people that goes down. And y'all, I have not listened to any podcasts about it. I don't have. Yeah. I just know P. Diddy shown that it comes down. Remember back in the day then when he was fly or whatever you want to call it. And I'm looking at literally every thing in here they have on him from. I'm talking about different stories from different sites. I'm just going to give you example of some of the names and I'll tell you what's happening. But the like one of them is Diddy is very eager to testify at his sex abuse trial. But that would expose him, experts say. Yeah, you think? And because I wish that would take the stand, I might watch that.
I'm surprised he's not dead yet, but. Okay.
Yeah. But then here's another one. Diddy turns down final chance to plead guilty before sex trafficking trial. And we're about to take up sex trafficking, y'all. That's another reason I'm doing this. And are you ready for this one? Did he can skip jail attire in court. And here's the list of what he is allowed to wear during a sex trafficking trial. These just won't get off of it. And but everybody knows you don't go to a jury trial in a fucking prison jumpsuit. You can wear your street clothes. Whatever. Whatever you want to. Yeah, but that. So what they're doing, y'all, and it's called SEO, search engine organization, whatever the it's called. When you're in this kind of business, anytime you do something that's like a famous story and you do it in the hashtags underneath, it bumps you up some more people. Listen, I don't give a about Diddy. If he's innocent, so be. It doesn't sound like he's innocent. But his trial's getting ready to Start. And we're not doing it for that. But I, I do want to give you a few things. There's another one. Everything you want to know about Diddy sex trafficking trial from freak offs to a key witness. So let's just peruse this for a second. Normally I would reach, you know, ahead of time and I didn't on this one. So let's just roll with it. So trial kicks off today.
Wow.
On our anniversary. And no, Cindy and I were never at a freak off with Diddy.
We had our free falls. Just you and me.
So this is a long awaited trial of Sean Diddy. Cones is set to kick off with juris selection on May 5 as the mogul prepares to face charges that could land him in prison for the rest of his life. All right. He was arrested last September in New York and the feds indicted him on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. And of course he played that guilty. The trial is expected to last several weeks. And now look, if Scott Peterson's trial lasted six months and he was a nobody. Yeah, but ahead of time, I can't imagine how long did these trials gonna last because evidently they're gonna bring in all these famous people and oh, it's a lot but so all you hanger ons out there, you get a lot of downloads from them but you won't hear what are you over to talk about again until he's found guilty or not guilty. But yeah, so they, you know the trial suspect to last several weeks if not months could potentially feature some high profile witnesses. Now Cones, blah blah, he's success in the music industry and a power broker and blah blah blah, whatever the everybody knows about him by this time, I guess. But here's what you need to know about his high profile charge or trial. In September's Combs was indicted on charge of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation engage of prostitution. And I'm gonna speed read for y'all. He was arrested at a Manhattan hotel where he had been staying in anticipation of the Mitchell indictment. And the diamond says that comes uses business and power to conduct freak offs which prosecutors describe as highly orchestrated sex performances. Now you know if you're famous and you got millions and millions of dollars and you want to have freak offs and just make sure it's legal.
Yeah right.
But human traffic, the prosecutor said it wasn't legal. And they claimed Cones forced or coerced women into participating in the extended sexual acts and would leverage his power and influence to do so. And the most serious charge comes faces racketeering which y'all that came out strictly because the mafia kept getting away with they could never time all together so that the federal statute RICO is what they made and now they use it for drug organizations and evidently free cause but and it carries potential life sentence. But the prosecutors need to prove that he ran the criminal enterprise. That's where RICO comes in. They said Combs relied on employees resources and influence of the multifaceted business empire that he let in control which created a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in attempted to gauge in among other sex other crimes. Sex trafficking, forced labor. What the fuck is that they force a motherfucker around naked with a or day or d'oeuvre tray. So you know about this I know.
A lot of yeah. I don't know.
I'm not trying to learn about it but I want to give you all this. It's going to be the biggest trial for a while. Evidently. So the indictment also describes the incident which comes assaulted an ex singer Cassandra Cassie Venture. I don't know who that is.
It's been very vocal.
Okay. Though she's not named an indictment it described incident matches with the hotel surveillance footage blah blah whatever. And she was clad in white towel and she struck kick drag and threw an object or he did adventure whatever. She's suing him. Since then comes it's been sued by dozens of others accused him of sexual misconduct. He of course denies the incidents. I'm gonna give you a rundown on free cost real quick. Okay. The indictment against Combs centers around alleged freak offs. Whoever the heard of that term.
Why are you gonna call it that?
I guess I don't know. Get it off me. Freak out or get off a freak Get. Get off by a freak. I don't know. So that's a term that has become synonymous with allegations. Right. Probably be one of the most popular terms this year with all these hanger on but according to prosecutors freak offs are elaborate and produced sex performances that Comb orchestrated. Combs is accused of forcing a course of women to participate in the free calls with male sex workers who were flown in from around the country. Now they raided his home in Miami and Los Angeles. Dude's got several homes. Right. And investigators found freak off supplies including drugs and over. Yeah, I know what you're 1000 bottles of baby oil. What the. And lubricants. I mean okay, I'm not gonna. I'll leave that one alone. The. The freak offs would sometimes last days what the and prosecute said and would have heavy drug use. Obviously if you could be up for days. You need drugs. Combs took and kept videos of the sex acts. Oh, somebody's gonna be in trouble. Sometimes without the knowledge of the woman involved. Now, following the exhausting ordeals, prosecutors alleged that Combs and a woman would receive IV treatments to recover.
Yeah, well, we did that in Los Angeles.
Yeah, but that's because we were drinking our ass off. I took like three of them. Yeah, but it wasn't because we had a thousand bottles of baby oil and dope.
Nope.
And prosecutors accused member of Cones business, including high ranking individuals to be involved and organizing free calls by arranging travel, booking hotel rooms and stocking nimble supplies, while also delivering cash to pay sex workers. And schedule scheduled delivery of Ivy fluids. And of course, Combs defense team says all consensual.
Yep.
So the. I'm not gonna go in the rest of it. He's been denied bail and numerous attempts, and he's been locked up in jail. And then who will appear at his trial? I don't give a. The y'all gonna hear about it from God and everybody and. But you're not gonna hear about from me.
All right, well, there might be some things that come up in trial that you're gonna see that you're gonna have to like.
Well, we got. They got more articles about his defense teams and blah, blah, blah. P. Diddy. Combs. I got a little. This wouldn't even be a public service announcement. This will be a law enforcement announcement. And a tip for you, sir.
You used this tip too many times.
Yeah, but I didn't get to use this tip. The. The tip is when the feds come knocking. You shouldn't have been rocking in the freak offs because they got your ass. The feds will not come unless they are correct. And that means they've been watching your ass for a long time. They already got witnesses lined up. They can't come arrest you without probable calls, and they can't get a search warrant or warrants without probable calls. And P. Diddy, you know what? I'm not a fortune teller. I'm pretty sure this motherfucker's about to do life.
P. Diddy be did.
He gonna die in prison. Then somebody gonna be doing a freak off. But it won't be baby oil. It'll be. It'll be those little packets of jelly and washing dirty drawers.
Well, he deserves it if he's guilty.
Everybody's innocent of proven guilty sin. You know that. This is America.
You just.
I said, I said, how many federal cases do you.
This is A legitimate question. How many federal cases do you know of that they went to trial and that person was found innocent?
I'm really trying to think of one.
Okay.
I don't know. I mean, I know that's not true. That's not true. I went as a defense consultant.
Oh, is that when you got your.
Okay on a couple in federal court and say. I'm sure there are some. And probably those got beat on maybe technicalities or witnesses disappeared and stuff like that?
Well, sometimes, yeah. Well, yeah, on the smaller level, if they're coming for P. Diddy, I don't think they're going to.
They. The. It's not like always, the more famous, the more high profile the person. It's not like they, you know, do shitty jobs on other cases. But you better believe they know he's gonna have the best lawyers in the world. He's got all the money in the world. And you better believe when they came a knocking they had, he was going rocking straight to jail.
Yeah.
With office word for the day. Now, look, I feel bad if, you know, there are any victims or human trafficking, and I'm not, certainly not making light of that. But if he did this and, you know, we'll wait and see. Trial starts today. He did this. Then he's.
Yeah.
All right. So that being said, it is so great to be back behind the microphone. I love and appreciate each and every one of y'all. Y'all rock stars. Hashtag justice for Haley. Hey, you know what? Doesn't hurt to keep calling and emailing because it's already worked in the. But on May 9, I think the DA actually gets back in town today, and they're going to brief her up on the case and everything. And thank goodness they. They have the meeting. They already said that they were signing the top investigator. And we had so much y'all. We got everything at this point except for an indictment.
Yeah.
And then unless there's just something mind blowing that happens on the 9th, I can't imagine them not telling them that they're going to, you know, do whatever if now being a new district attorney, it's not her fault. But Ms. Barbara did post that that old DA is going to be in there, too. So the we shall see. But y'all keep it up. All right. Ms. Barbara Blunt. Holy smokes, y'all. I was. Her murder bursary was May 2nd. Right. So just three days ago. Please continue to call in your tips. Other podcasts are.
