Cindy Overton
I'm Cindy Overton.
Woody Overton
We are back in the mic, mama.
Cindy Overton
Oh, my gosh.
Woody Overton
Holy smokes. Right? The what a whole lot of stuff we can talk about, but obviously this is the first time we're recording y' all since it wasn't before the live. And then we had Sin's birthday for a few days. So y' all got a couple. One release bonus episode and one of the P.T.
Cindy Overton
Allen.
Woody Overton
P.T. allen. Thank you, Mr. P.T. allen. You're. You're awesome. Is that we're able to get away for a minute after our busiest week last week before the live and doing the Shows. And then let's talk about real quick walk ons and Hammond, Jason, the manager. Absolute fire.
Cindy Overton
Yes.
Woody Overton
All his employees that help Absolute fire. And I know we raised a ton of money for Louisiana Oregon Procurement Agency, I guess bartended there on Friday night. And they catered the VIP event at Southeastern on Saturday. And y', all, the show was amazing. The whole weekend was amazing.
Cindy Overton
It really was.
Woody Overton
They had lifers in from all over the country, plus all over Louisiana. And everybody just did what lifers do. Like, one lady came in from Houston by herself and probably my age. And I saw her and she was sitting there, she's like, well, I'm by myself. And we had the whole bar full of lifers. All right. I said, watch this. I brought it over there. And still I was guest bartend, but stepped out and I said, y', all, this is Ms. You know, I can't remember her name right now. This is Ms. Such and Such Life here by herself. And they were like family. Family and the show. Great success and thank you, Southeast Louisiana University. Crystal Hardison and Elaine and Sophia and everybody. They did everything. They did it all the way through to their police department. It was the shuttle bus drivers and everything was absolute fire. First story I ever did that. I had to take an intermission in the middle of it because it was long.
Cindy Overton
Yes.
Woody Overton
But it's been a minute.
Cindy Overton
And Crescent City Bar.
Woody Overton
Oh, like Crescent City Bar, they were amazing, too, and fed plenty of drinks and everybody had a great time. And then we went back to Walk Orange after that. So the. Anyway, we love y'. All. Thank you so much. And look, just the best people in the world.
Cindy Overton
I know.
Woody Overton
I mean, the brought me a bunch of gifts and I got a couple different things on the states that have the death penalty and don't. Right.
Cindy Overton
Which those will be no excuse anymore.
Woody Overton
Right. They will be definitely hanging in the studio. Amazing people, amazing times and just unbelievable. Also yesterday, y', all, we dropped a video promotion, I guess you would call it, by the Livingston Parish Sheriff's office on Ms. Barbara Blunt's case. And if you watch the whole video, I'm in the end of it. But Sheriff Art has a podcast behind the scenes and going back and hitting it hard. It's gonna be three episodes we're going to be releasing. We'd ask that y' all go like and. And share and follow sheriff' stuff. Let them know that, you know, that you're a lifer and it's important. I absolutely. I know what I know in Ms. Barbara's case. And. But knowing and proving it beyond a reasonable doubt are two different things. We're, we're trying and we're working on and been working on all these years. So stick with us on that. But y' all go share that everywhere. Go follow us on Tick Tock. Go follow us on YouTube and y' all the YouTube videos get posted just, you know, a little bit later and everything else because that's business and. And Patreon Convicts, thank you so much for subscribing. You get your commercial free early releases and everything and hashtag just for Bradley. Holy smokes. I've got so much. It literally makes my head hurt in a good way. And it's all got to be put together. But please continue to call in your tips and if I haven't got back with you yet, I will. I don't know when the episode is going to get released this week because we're just getting them back in from out of town. Like I said, I don't know. I don't know if I'm going to record Morgan Bag at this week because I have so much that else that I could talk about but working on it and unfortunately rest in peace to my second dad, Mr. Francis Hunt, and who passed last week and. And we're going to be burying him today. So just a little bit busy, but y' all hang in there. We're back home. We're ready to rock and roll, but bigger and better than ever. Working on the studio, getting everything so you can see it on camera and working on stories and. And all that. And we love y' all and we know we're blessed and. And events like last weekend, you know, looking out there, that crowd, that big theater and everything, it's just blows my mind and I'll never get tired of it. What's wrong?
Cindy Overton
I'll never get tired of watching you do that.
Woody Overton
Okay. You can't start crying at the beginning.
Cindy Overton
I'm very proud of you. I'm very proud of you sitting next to your mom.
Woody Overton
Yeah, that was pretty awesome. My mom was Ariel's house and go I did a tick tock about that. Go check it.
Cindy Overton
And a wife can be proud of her husband.
Woody Overton
Okay. Without crying.
Cindy Overton
So the same day that we had our show or you had your show, Preston's Promise had a walk and I haven't got gotten to to talk to them to see how successful their walk was, but I know it was I received a picture.
Woody Overton
I will tell you about that on another episode but congrats them to hopefully it went well. And let's get down some true crime Time for this Friday. Ladies first.
Cindy Overton
Well, I know Mondays are for updates, but today you're getting an update on a f'd up professional.
Woody Overton
It's time for effed up professionals. All right, go ahead.
Cindy Overton
Okay, so I am sure I've done about three updates on this teacher in New Jersey. She. Her name is Laura Karen. She's the one who had her student's son. And the student's father noticed that the kid looked exactly like his son on Facebook. Do you remember that story?
Woody Overton
Yeah.
Cindy Overton
Okay. So a New Jersey teacher accused of sexually assaulting a student over the course of four years and having his baby began abusing the boy when he was 11. That's not new information for us. A school district superintendent told police he received a tip that the teacher might have had a sexual relationship with the student. And police said that the teacher was identified as. Her last name is Karen. So it's very confusing because it's a first name, too. She was identified in the Facebook post, as I just said, by the student's father in December. And at that time, the son was five years old. So this is, you know, a long time where before someone put two and two together, but thank goodness they did so in an interview with police. According to the affidavit, the father said that the teacher had taught both of his sons in the fifth grade and that over the course of years, his wife and Karen became friends. So that's one of the things that we didn't know how the children came to, like, start staying with Karen a lot. We assumed that it was a relationship formed and that, you know, these parents trusted the teacher and that's how it went. And seems to be the case. Eventually, the father said his kids would stay over at Karen's home once or twice a week, and she would drive them to school. But eventually it evolved into the children staying every night from the years 2016 to 2020. And the victim's mother told police that after striking up a friendship with Karen, the teacher offered to help them look after their children. And police spoke with the victim's sister, who also lived. And she's one of the ones that saw inappropriate behavior. And she said that she spent time at Karen's home and believed that her brother began sleeping in Karen's bed at the age of 11. And the sister also claimed that her brother would shower in a separate bathroom and that he was in the shower with the teacher and Karen would go in and lock the door. He was 11. Further, the sister also shared a text conversation she had with her brother in which he admitted to being the father of Karen's child but did not want anyone to know so the teacher wouldn't get in trouble. Subsequently, the affidavit also stated that police spoke to the. The victim's younger brother, who also lived with them during that time. And he says that he saw Karen and his brother walking out of the bathroom together, wet and wearing towels. The boy's family also told police that Karen would buy him gifts. And Karen's baby was born in 2019 when the victim was 13 years old. Police eventually interviewed the victim who confirmed that he was the father of the child and he thought that he and Karen had sex twice a week when he lived in her home. And the victim also told police he maintained contact with Karen until his father made the Facebook post. In June, Karen was indicted by a grand jury on charges of first degree aggravated sexual assault and second degree sexual assault. And she has now retained an attorney.
Woody Overton
Well, you know, fucking idiot. That sucks for the kid. And now there's a baby in this world. From a baby and her. Yeah, yeah. So. All right, we're going to St. Louis, Missouri, which I've driven you through several times.
Cindy Overton
And we're going one day.
Woody Overton
Yeah, we're going soon. So this is a up story too. There's a dad in St. Louis and he's. He's not been named. Okay. Still at this time. But he reported his daughter's rape, which was said to be done by 39 year old Levar Harmon. And. Well, what do you think happened after that? Well, let me tell you, no idea. The. According to the court records, Harmon allegedly statutory raped the man's daughter, who's under the age of 17, around March of 21st. And he was charged in May with statutory rape and three counts of statutory sodomy. Yep. Yeah. So prosecutors then step out the game and filed a motion to increase Harmon's $150,000 bond, citing new troubling circumstances. You know what they were. You're never gonna believe this. They're going to ever. I mean, maybe this works in someone's world, but it would never work in. So the new. The new motion says that the man, the father, was approached by Harmon's sister LaVonda and an unidentified male to try to get him to drop the charges. Yeah, you can do my daughter and ass three times and rape her every such way. And I'm gonna drop the charge this way. But here's the deal. They offered him $12,000.
Cindy Overton
$12,000 and he did it.
Woody Overton
For him to stop working with the prosecutors. So he goes and reports this to the Ferguson Police Department and Lavona Harmon was charged with tampering with the witness. But then stop there. Yeah, you report him, you try to bribe him. What do you do next?
Cindy Overton
You try to kill him?
Woody Overton
I don't know. You do kill him only. So on July 8, a man arrived at the father's residence and fatally shot him. And at the house at the time was also the rape victim, the father's daughter, as well as another minor. So neighbor Latoya Carey, remember when she found out about the shooting, she said, this is very shocking. You never want to hear things like this happen in your neighborhood, especially when you're not. Anyway, the prosecutors say that a white Kia was seen fleeing the scene. However, later they. The very same day the Kia was discovered burned and near the vehicle, the man was found murdered in St. Louis City. Right. So then they had a multi agency deal. And prosecutors say that the father's murderer was tied to Lavar Harmonies. And furthermore, the file motion accused Harmon of having ties with organized crime is unlikely to follow any conditions that the court may order. That's why they asked for a shit to jump up. So as a result, the. I mean, they're asking for his bond to be raised from 150,000 to 2 million cash. And thankfully the judge is a hero and he granted it. So this dude ain't getting out. I mean, I'll imagine he being organized crime, that he has $2 million cash, so. And so he's still locked up. And his next court date is July 31, which is next week. That crazy people are Evil exists. If you were at the live show, you would know evil exists. It's all real. And that's for truth.
Cindy Overton
It is for true.
True Diagnostic Advertiser
Did you know your calendar age doesn't always match how old your body truly is? I recently took the true age test from True Diagnostic and discovered my biological age. And let me tell you, it's completely changed the way I look at my health. Biological age is a powerful indicator of how fast you're aging on the inside. And it directly predicts your risk for serious diseases. Here's why that matters. Research shows that if your biological age is even just five years older than your actual age, your risk of developing diseases like cancer or heart disease can jump by as much as 30 to 50%. That's a big deal. And the amazing part is nearly 90% of biological aging is actually in our control. It all comes down to lifestyle, habits and your environment. When I got my results back. I was honestly shocked. My chronological age is 55, but my biological OMICM age came back at 63, meaning I'm biologically about eight years older than my actual age. That was definitely not what I expected, and honestly, it was a big wake up call for me. The True Age test didn't just give me one number. It broke down how quickly each of my organ systems are aging, and it was eye opening. I found out that my liver and musculoskeletal system are actually aging slower, which was encouraging. But my heart, brain, lungs and metabolic systems were all aging faster than they should be. I also learned that my pace of aging is 1.1, meaning for every year that passes, I'm aging 1.1 biological years, and that can increase my risk of chronic disease and even shorten my lifespan if I don't make changes. This test really pushed me to make some adjustments. The personalized strategies they shared from top scientists at Harvard and Yale included focusing more on strength and resistance training to support my heart and metabolic health. The best part? The test itself was super easy and convenient. I did it right at home. No doctor visits or big needles. Just a quick painless finger prick and I mailed it back in a prepaid package and got a detailed online report in about two to three weeks. Fast and totally hassle free. If you care about protecting your health and want to find out what your real age is, head over to truediagnostic.com and use my code RLRC to get 20% off your entire order or subscription. So I had a female math teacher or a female teacher. Now I have a male math teacher. His name is John Derek Taylor and he's 55 and he lives in Manville, Texas. And he was taken into custody by the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Office detectives for an Internet Crimes Against Children unit sting operation that they had. So Taylor, a math teacher and boys and girls powerlifting coach at Texas City High School, is accused of engaging in explicit online conversations with a person he believed to be a teenage girl. But according to investigators, Taylor sent sexually explicit messages and photos and arranged to meet the girl in a hotel. The constable responds, and his response to this is it's especially unfortunate that a teacher would be involved in such despicable acts. Authorities say that Taylor was arrested shortly after working with students at the school's field house, and officials confirmed he also worked in other school districts. Of course, he's moved around in the Houston area and in West Texas, specifically Fork Stockton.
Woody Overton
Right.
Cindy Overton
He's charged with online solicitation of a minor, which is a second degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The investigation is ongoing and detectives are asking anyone with information about Taylor's potential contact with minors to call the Harris County Precinct 1 Internet crimes against Children unit because you know there's more. And I bet other people in those districts he just got in shady like situations like oop. Too bad we can't stay. I'm going down the road for real.
Woody Overton
Right?
Cindy Overton
Horrible.
Woody Overton
All right. Give me a great one. And we've done so many of these recently. It's that time of year. It's time for family matters. Life. As you may not know about me, I used to be a Huge movie theater buff.
Cindy Overton
Yes.
Woody Overton
And I think it stems from like when I was a kid, there were seven of us and we didn't. My parents didn't bring us to movies. We went. It was with lady we called my aunt Cindy. She was my real aunt. Like, the first movie I ever saw was like Herbie the Love Bug and then it was Apple and Dumpling Gang and what have you never got to see for Star wars in the movie theater even I heard some. Me and my friends talk about school. I played like. And did whatever. But throughout my life, even as a cop and swims, might have been with state police a lot of days. And snuck out of his office because nobody was looking for him and slipped down to the matinee, got his big bucket of popcorn, his big drink, and of course had phone on in case he needed and he could run out. But I always go to the movies, love going to the movies. But we hadn't met in a long time. And recently last week, another thing to add to how busy we were. It was our son's birthday, so we had to get. We didn't have to. All his brothers and sisters came and their fiance's. And we went to the movie theater, his best friend. And saw the first movie I've seen in movie theater in many, many years. And anyway, that, that being said, we're gonna take you to a movie theater. That shouldn't have happened. I'm going to Florida. So you know when you're in the movie theater and that now they do the ship ahead of time. Turn off your cell phones. Hell, I remember when you didn't have a cell phone. Turn off your cell phone. Be quiet. Don't do no whatever. Whatever. Right. Well, what do you do if you bring your toddler in and they get fussy?
Cindy Overton
You bring them out, Right?
Woody Overton
So. Well, this mom in Florida, baby got fussy and so she took it out just like you said, and she went and locked it in the car. Oh, and went back in the theater. Problem was it was a hot car. Yeah. Y' all know where this is going? Lake City, Florida, Police department got a call about a young girl locked in a vehicle outside a movie theater on July 19th. And when they got there, they found the two year old visibly distressed inside, meaning she was roasting. So officers broke the driver's side window and save the child, who they said was flushed, sweating and crying. Now, temperatures that day in south Florida reached 94 degrees with the heat index reaching 107 degrees. When y' all in the car, it was 30 degrees hotter at least. So 137 the investigators learned the child's 18 year old mom had taken the girl and her siblings to the movies. But she took the two year old out the theater after she disrupted the movie several times. Right. And she brought her daughter to the parking lot and locked her in the vehicle. Then she went back inside to continue watching the movie. What a fucking idiot. So the medics took the baby to the hospital and the mom was arrested and charged with neglect of a child without great bodily harm. That had been a little bit longer would have been great bodily harm. Mom hadn't been identified yet to protect the identity of the baby. So anyway I said South Florida but still South Florida to me. If you're not in the panhandle. Lake City is in north Florida. About a 60 mile drive west from Jacksonville. Let's talk about. Because we've been doing this. Hot car deaths. More than 1,000 children have died in hot cars since 1998. And that's according to National Highway Traffic safety administration. About 37 children a year die from heat stroke either because they were left or became trapped in a car. And during the summer that's about two children every week killed in a car. High car deaths naturally are most common in the summer. But they can happen at any time in the first vehicle. Heat stroke of this year. I'm sorry. Of the year. Typically happens in March.
Cindy Overton
Yeah.
Woody Overton
How fucking long you got to sit in a car in March to get heat stroke? The but they said leaving a window open is not enough. Temperatures inside the car can rise almost 20 degrees Fahrenheit within the first 10 minutes even with a window crack. According to the CDC. If you see a child alone in a vehicle. Official said you should make sure the child is responsive and not. And if not immediately call 911. Fuck that. I'm busting the window.
Cindy Overton
Yeah.
Woody Overton
And then I'll call now. Yeah. That's crazy.
Cindy Overton
I mean now we're going to have to have people patrol in parking lots.
Woody Overton
So yeah. We talked about this on another show. Do be aware. Look around. Especially in the heat of summer. Because you know, fucking assholes like this mom. You just think it's fine to leave the baby in the. In the car while you. You enjoy your fucking popcorn and whatever else you eat nowadays in movie theater. I don't get it.
Cindy Overton
I would like to think as a mom, you know, I've gone. I went places with four kids or sometimes even if the kids had friends with them. You know, it was even more than that. And if one is disruptive, you know, then at, you know, when they're in a short, small, a younger age range, if one is bad, then everyone suffers. But so you bring them all out of. Because you can't. I wouldn't have just left all of my kids in the theater. I would have said, okay, let's, you know, alone. Especially these days. We all go outside, we all figure out what's bothering the two year old, let's get her quiet and we'll go back in.
Woody Overton
Or you just fucking leave.
Cindy Overton
Or you just leave and, and life goes on.
Woody Overton
We certainly. You're not this mom.
Cindy Overton
No, I understand but. So I'm trying to put myself in this woman's shoes. There's no put shoe that you put.
Woody Overton
Try to put yourself inside a serial killer's head. It doesn't make sense. You can't do that.
Cindy Overton
You can't just.
Woody Overton
You got to learn. You can't figure out these dumb asses. You're too smart for that. All right, give us another story.
Cindy Overton
Sick to my stomach. It's disgusting. And I makes me, you know what it makes me want to do is go to the mall and, and patrol every, like get in a little cart and patrol every area and just keep an eye out. Like it makes me want to start a coalition of.
Woody Overton
It's not a mall then it's outside a bar or whatever, whatever and, or.
Cindy Overton
Haircutting place, whatever, or your whatever.
Woody Overton
Next story.
Cindy Overton
Well, we're going to go do a worldwide crime.
Woody Overton
It's time for worldwide crime.
Cindy Overton
We have a woman who has brought down some of the most powerful religious leaders in Thailand. Okay, okay. So for years, Willowan M. Sawat lived quietly in Nanthaburi, which is just south of Bangkok. But behind closed doors she was running a secret operation that eventually unraveled part of Thailand's sacred religious institution. She was known online as Sitka Golf Willowan. And she was 35 years old. She is accused of seducing high ranking Buddhist monks and which are men who have obviously taken a vow of celibacy. And she blackmailed them into silence. But it wasn't just about the shame people like investigators are saying of, you know, obviously, obviously them breaking their vow of celibacy. They also paid her lots of money. So this all came to light after a sudden and unexplained departure of a well known senior monk and his name was Phra Thap Wacharupamak in June of 2025. And it shocked the Thai Buddhist community. He left his monkhood, which rarely happens, especially like someone of his level, it rarely happens. And so no one seemed to know why. And actually it was so disturbing that authorities started researching why he left. Because it just doesn't happen. And so what they found was shocking. So police say Willow Wan, the woman had been luring monks into sexual relationships, secretly recording the encounters and then using those images and videos and messages to extort money from them. And what they paid, of course she'd come back asking for more. And if they didn't pay, she still threatened to release everything. So in a society where monks are revered and celibate celibacy is sacred, even the threat of exposure was enough to force them to comply. When officers finally raided her home in mid July, they discovered more than 80,000 photos and video clips. And most of them were explicit. And many involved very well known figures in Thai clergy. They also uncovered chat logs, transaction records and financial evidence showing the full scale of her operation. So over a three year span, MSIWAT reportedly extorted $385 million.
Woody Overton
What?
Cindy Overton
Well, bought 385 million baht.
Woody Overton
I'm sorry, you need to look that shit up.
Cindy Overton
I don't know how much she got.
Woody Overton
A big red cape hanging between her legs with S on it or something.
Cindy Overton
So which equals. Which is still a staggering number. 11.9 million.
Woody Overton
You could make 385 stored monks. I was you to get with it. Get busy.
Cindy Overton
No, you would not. It's equals to US$11.9 million.
Woody Overton
That's still a lot of money. How the they get that much money?
Cindy Overton
It was funneled through an online.
Woody Overton
How do monks get that much money?
Cindy Overton
I don't know, but they need to become a monk.
Woody Overton
Fuck this y'. All. I'm retiring my podcast. I'm a monk it up.
Cindy Overton
You're celibate, you can't drink.
Woody Overton
I got 11.9 million to pay some hooker that's been coming and blackmailing me.
Cindy Overton
You won't be able to talk either. Your favorite thing to do.
Woody Overton
11.9 million. Put me in a fucking deer stand. I won't talk to anybody.
Cindy Overton
But the. The scandal didn't stop with her arrest. So so far at least nine senior monks have been defrocked, which was obviously stripped of their robes and removed from their temples. And investigations are ongoing. More than a dozen under other temples connected to the case.
Woody Overton
That bitch should have quit while she was ahead. At what point do you stop? You got 11.9 million. I think you need to just fucking quit. You got away with it. Go away. Go quietly into that good night. Take your 11.9 million and come give me 30%. I'll be your agent.
Cindy Overton
The story goes on to explain all that, what the Monks are going through and all that.
Woody Overton
They shouldn't have done it.
Cindy Overton
And she remains in custody and the ripple effects of of her actions are just beginning. What about the Monks that they are.
Woody Overton
Nine of them just got defrocked and they are out 11.9 million. I'm pretty sure they're fucked. All right, here we go. Are you ready? One of the life. So, y', all, if you were at the show this weekend, there's two things I left out because I don't rehearse it, but it's one stuff about the polygraph and I really want to explain about the countermeasures. And the other one is, is about the animals. I'm not going to go into detail because I use a story again, but the animals specifically, we know that they all went to good homes, including one of the lifers were there. Her and her mother have two of them. So there's that tidbit. Now let me give you this. It's time for beast mode. You're not gonna believe this story and it fits right along their hot shit going to Toledo, Ohio and a lady in Toledo, Ohio who attacked some police officers, okay, At a Walmart.
Cindy Overton
Okay.
Woody Overton
And you know why she attacked them? Because they were questioning her about animals found in her hot vehicle. So I know. So according to Sylvania Township Police Department, the cops responded Tuesday to a Walmart on Central Avenue for reports of a dog that was locked inside. Locked inside a vehicle, looking distressed. Now, when they got there, they find the vehicle and it's got a dog inside and the dog is barking and growling at people through the windows. The cop said the vehicle's windows were cracked, but the dog was panting profusely without any water in sight. Wait, just when you think it can get any better, the this back to what life was said. You know what? You can. You can tell us all the fucking murder story you want to all day long, but when you put an animal in it, we get pissed. So they're about to really get fucking mad. So the dogs in the vehicle, right? There were also four kittens and two cats and they were inside animal crates talking about make it even hotter. So. And the cop said two of them weren't. I'm sorry, two of them appeared not to be moving. So they. The they then I guess this is like a local crew or whatever. The cops said a dog warden and the owner of Fur F U R Angels, they called him out to the scene to take the animals into custody. But as this was happening, the cops go inside the Walmart to find the owner of the vehicle. Look at this here. And I'm almost positive it's a female.
Cindy Overton
But we don't know.
Woody Overton
It don't look like a female. Sorry. They got. She's got more hair on her chin and face than I. I do. So they go inside and they're looking for. Okay. And I don't know, they might have pulled fellas. I don't know what they did. But they, they found her and they identified her as Dawn. We are. And so the cops said we are told them she had just run inside to grab a few things and they were not allowed to take her animals being the police and the game ward or dog ward, the woman said the dog was a service animal, but she ignored the officers when they asked her for some documentation to proof. So. Right. And according to the cops, we are then put an officer in what appeared to be a headlock during the questioning.
Cindy Overton
She looks like she could do that.
Woody Overton
Well then let me tell you something. If you're a fucking cop and you let somebody get close enough to you to put you in a headlock, you're not fighting them for arrest at this point. You're question them, they put in your headlock. That's on the cop. Yeah. And I'm sure they're the butt of many jokes to. To this. But anyway, the. Another officer who was outside we are's vehicle came inside to help. This dude is in the headlock. He grabbed her by the forearm, took her down to the ground and placed her in handcuffs. The officer said he had to push Weart's head and neck away as she was attempting to break bite him. Now the Savannah township police investigated and found the kittens and we are's vehicle were about six weeks old and severely underweight and had urine scalding on their paws. So she just leaves them in their piss and burns her shut up. And the cats were taken in to custody by the Toledo Humane Society. And we are was booked into the Lucas county jail on seven council cruelty animals. One count of solid peace officer and one count of resisting arrest. And the judge said her bond at $30,000. And y', all, I'm gonna play this audio if I can. Of course they got body cameras, right? I'm sure I hate that for that cop.
News Reporter

SA Township police just releasing the body cam footage showing what went down. Savania Township officers were greeted by a barking dog in the parking lot of the Central Avenue Walmart.
Woody Overton
Water for the dog, please. Thank you.
News Reporter
That after reports of a dog in distress, officers quickly try to identify the owner of the vehicle.
Cindy Overton
You go on there and have them say they want pa.
News Reporter
But the registered owner of the vehicle was not present and the car was being driven by another driver. And as the investigation continued.
Woody Overton
Look in that water hole in the paint on this crate.
Cindy Overton
I can't even see.
Woody Overton
Look at that water. Dead face on.
News Reporter
In addition to the dog, there were four kittens and two cats, severely underweight, inside animal crates. An officer said two of them appear to be deceased.
Cindy Overton
I'm gonna go inside, maybe just give the car information.
News Reporter
After a second go, officers finally identify the owner of the animals as Dawn Wired of Alpena, Michigan, who claimed her dog is a service animal.
Cindy Overton
You come out there, I take my service dog freezer. Do you have paper? You will be, sir. Do you have warrants? That's you. A federal warrant.
News Reporter
Officers were then allegedly attacked for trying to get her out of the store. She appeared to place one officer in a chokehold.
Cindy Overton
Do it. You do it. Go down. Get down on the ground.
News Reporter
Wired was then taken into custody after a struggle. Savannah Township police says the dog warden and the owner of Fur Angels were called to take the animals. And Wired was booked into the Lucas County Jail on seven counts of cruelty to animals, one count of assault on a peace officer, and one count of resisting arrests. She was in court Wednesday where a judge said her aggregated bond amount at $30,000. She's due back in court next Wednesday.
Woody Overton
Y' all takes all freaking kind, y'. All. It takes all kinds to make the girl world go around. And how about that? They're questioning about her dogs and Cassie, she left to suffocate in the car. And she's like, you're gonna take my animal? I'm gonna get. You gonna get a warrant. A federal warrant. I'm like, okay, whatever. Where'd you go to law school at?
Cindy Overton
Reminded me of David Anthony Burns saying he was coming for. How did he say.
Woody Overton
He said coming for your wallet, Mr. Woody. And you put. What'd he say?
Cindy Overton
I mean, it was.
Woody Overton

And I guess we got to talk to Ms. Crystal and Elaine and them about doing it. But, like, in March, in between. In between Mardi Gras and Easter, maybe. Right. Kind of like when we used to hold the crew bashes. But I really, like, love the venue. Everybody loves Hammond. I mean, and Wall Corns, of course. Supporting us was just phenomenal. And if y' all go. I mean, y' all Walcorns. When they started, I knew where the original place was. The owners had my dad's office lease and stuff like that. And then now they're over the country.
Cindy Overton

Woody Overton

Cindy Overton

Woody Overton
And awesome service. But we had so many lifers there when I was guest parts. And they ran them out of glasses and the manager had to go. Jason had to go get ice trays and different glasses to keep them. Trying to keep them cold. I mean, they drank so much. He said. He said, woody, LSU football games, we have never sold that amount of beer in a couple hours.
Cindy Overton
And playoff games, ever. They've ever, ever, ever for anything.
Woody Overton
Anything. So we life first. I want y' all to know you broke all the records. I don't have the final tip amount yet because a lot of it was cash. A lot of was done on cars and stuff like that. But Walker, I'm just going to put that together for us and we'll get it to y'. All. Louisiana Oregon Procurement Agency, you know, it's her jam. And Ms. Lori Steele came out amazing as always. And that's all I got for today.
Cindy Overton
Well, there was one other record that was broken. Do you know that record? You did dishes. You collected dishes?
Woody Overton
Well, yeah, I collected dishes. We were out of glasses and I went, I don't want to drink a beer out of a hot glass. And it wasn't their fault. We just. We packed that and they were drinking and I was actually working. I wasn't just, you know, standing behind, you know, taking pictures of. I was hustling. I was going around the bar, getting the empty glasses and washing glass. You know what? Hey, it's the least I can do to get back to Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency and all the lifers who came out to support. And we got some more people to sign up to be organ owners. So it was fire. And one day they'll save lives. Hopefully, maybe we'll never know, but it is what it is. And. Got anything else?
Cindy Overton
Nope.
