Last seen 11-29-2023 in the 3300 block of Ash street in Zachary, Louisiana which is by the way Thomas Morris's physical address at the time. Her physical description is is 5 to 115 pounds. Blonde, strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. Distinguishing marks she's got tattoos on her wrist. It has Allen with a bow on top of the A on her back she has angel wings on her thigh she has rosary beads and two baby footprints with the dates 61209 and 430 of 16.

Chinese symbol and a star with a word inside. All right, case, background and current status. Madison was living with a man named Thomas Morris at the time she vanished, her family reports conflicting accounts of her departure. It was initially claimed she left in an unknown vehicle with her belongings, but later reported she left everything behind. All right, I'm gonna interrupt y'. All. It was. This was reported by Thomas Morris.

He said she left, took everything.

That's. That's what he told the cops when he talked to him on the phone. Later on, when they called him in, he changed the story and said she left, but she left everything in the house. What female does that? Right. I move back to this. This post. Law enforcement action. The Zachary Police Department and the Capital Region Crime Stoppers are actively investigating arrest. Thomas Morse was arrested by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office on unrelated charges of domestic abuse, battery, strangulation in late 2024. Billboard campaign. In January 2026, a Billboard and awareness campaign was launched in Zachary to help generate new leads.

y', all that we haven't heard from Madison since that November. And, and I could tell you that she's murdered. I would tell you, but I don't have enough to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. That being said, let's get us some true crime. Time for July 8, 2026.

And on this day in 1971, Darlenia

Johnson was discovered in the same spot as Carol Spinks off of the I295 freeway. Johnson was the second victim of the Freeway Phantom. Well, yes, I asked myself, you know, who is the Freeway Phantom? What's the deal with this? So I look it up and the Freeway Phantom is a pseudonym of an

unidentified serial killer who murdered five girls

and a woman in Washington D.C. between April 1971 and September of 1972. They said that they have a poster on there, it says up to 150,000 reward for the Freeway Phantom murders. Let me read this y'. All this, it's important to me. Even though 71, it's almost old as me. These were real people. Probably the person that did it is dead. I would imagine if they were in their 20s at that time, they'd be close to 80 now. But I'm gonna give you tell you about Carol Denise Spinks first. On the evening of April 25, 1971,

7113 year old Spinks from South east was sent by an older sister to buy groceries at a 711 located a

half a mile away from her home just across the border in the state of Maryland. On her way home from the store, Spinks was abducted and her body was found six days later at 2:46pm behind St. Elizabeth's Hospital on a grassy embankment next to the northbound lanes of I295

about 1500ft south of Sweetland Parkway. The examination revealed she had been both physically and sexually assaulted.

Meaning y', all, she was beating, beaten and raped and strangled.

She was dressed but missing her shoes and had only been killed a few days previously.

Now let's tell you about Darling under Denise Johnson. On July 8, 1971, Johnson, who was also 16 from Congress Heights, was abducted while en route to her summer job at Oxen Hill Recreational Center. One witness reported having seen Johnson in an old black car driven by an African American male. Shortly after her abduction. Eleven days later, her body was located only 15ft from where Spinks had been found. And even though police had been notified

of the location of the corpse nearly a week earlier by anonymous caller who had detailers details only the killer could have known by that time Johnson's body, it was. It was dressed also, y', all, but without his shoes. Was too far decomposed to determine the cause of death.

Or she had been sexually assaulted. But law enforcement was able to find evidence of strangulation. Well, I submit to you that he raped and beat her too. And now she's. Her body's so decomposed they can't, can't,

in the heat July like that, it blows up, right?

Brenda Faye Crockett. On July 27, 1971, 10 year old

Crockett from Northwest failed to return home after having been sent to the store by her mother. Sounds like to me the serial killer is cruising these little store stuff looking for. In the seventies, we walked everywhere. It wasn't like it is now, you know. And wasn't unusual. But they're cruising right?

About two hours later, around 9:20pm The

Crockett's phone rang and was answered by

her seven year old sister who had

[Woody Overton]

waited at home while her family searched the neighborhood. Crockett was on the other line crying quotations.

A white man picked me up and

[Woody Overton]

I'm headed home in a cab. That's for Crockett told her sister and

[Co-host/Guest]

added that she believed she was in

[Woody Overton]

Virginia before abruptly saying bye and hanging up. Short time later, the phone rang again and was this time answered by the stepfather Crockett. It was Crockett again.

She merely repeated what she had said

in the last telephone call and added,

did my mother see me?

[Woody Overton]

And indicating she was alone in a house with a white male.

Her stepfather asked her to have the

man come to the phone.

Heavy footsteps were heard in the background.

Crockett said, I'll see you and hung up. This is a 10 year old baby.

Hey. There were no cell phones, people in 1971. Owl landlines or pay phones. So authorities quickly concluded that Crockett likely called her home at the behest of the killer who fed her inaccurate information

in order to buy the necessary time to perpetrate the crime and to hinder the investigation. At 5:50am the next day, a hitchhiker

discovered Crockett's shoeless body in a conspicuous

[Woody Overton]

location on U. S. Route 50 near the Baltimore Washington Parkway in Prince George County, Maryland. She had been raped and strangled and a scarf was knotted around her neck. This. Hey, the serial killer had had a closet full of shoes somewhere. That was his trophy, right, y'. All. Unfortunately, there's a lot more on here.

Nino Moshia Yates, 12 year old Yates

was walking home around 7pm from a Safeway store in Northeast on October 1, 1971 and she was kidnapped, raped and strangled.

Her body was found within three hours

[Woody Overton]

of her abduction just off the shoulder of Pennsylvania Avenue and Prince George's County, Maryland.

Just like the other cases, guess what? Her shoes were missing and unidentified green

[Woody Overton]

fibers would also be found on her clothing.

A witness apparently saw her getting into

[Woody Overton]

a blue Volkswagen and although it was investigated, that led to nowhere. Obviously the case is so cold. The it was after this murder, the fourth that the Freeway Phantom, that was the name given to this killer. And it was in the daily News article which described the murders. But I'm not done yet.

Brenda Denise Woodard after having dinner with a high school classmate on November 15, 1971.

Woodard, who's 18 from Baltimore, bordered a city bus around 11:30pm to return to her Maryland Avenue home.

But approximately six hours later, a police officer discovered her body, which had been

[Woody Overton]

stabbed multiple times and strangled and was in a grassy area near Prince George County's hospital along an access ramp to Route 202 from the Baltimore Washington Parkway. Unlike the other victims, she was still wearing her shoes and a coat was placed on her chest. One of its pockets contained a note from the killer. And this is what it read. This is. I'm assuming it's tantamount. Yeah, tant amount to my insensitivity to people, especially women. I will admit the others when you catch me if you can. Freeway Phantom now y'. All. That's probably a copycat, but I'm speculation my part. But based on handwriting samples, authorities summarized the note written on paper cut from the victim school notebook had been dictated to and handwritten by by Woodard her.

They also speculated that given the absence

of indication of duress in the writing, apart from evidence of dysgraphia, she may have known her kidnapper. Not quite done yet. Diane, Denise, William. And they're saying this is the Phantom's final victim. And I do not believe the Phantom stopped. He might have moved states or whatever, but back then there was no ncic, no crossword between law enforcement agencies, not like it is now. And no social media, nothing. You had to get your knees from cbs, NBC or abc. So the Phantom's final victim, Diane Denise Williams, was claimed or was murdered almost a year later on September 5th of 1972.

He was a 17 year old bayou High School senior.

Williams cooked dinner for her family and then visited her boyfriend's house. She was last seen boarding a bus at 11:20pm near his house. A few hours later, her strangled body was discovered dumped alongside I295 just south of the district line. And as with the other victims, guess what? Her shoes were missing. But there were no signs of sexual assault, although traces of semen were found. Wow. I mean, you just don't even know, right? The. The. And then there's so much more to this case. But I mean, how they worked it, how it went cold, some suspects, the. I don't know. I mean, it just goes on one

But I know this. I mean, there's a lot of suspects. The sun solved all these victims. Freeway phantom. And think about in 71, 72, you're hidden victim from that are either walking, need a ride, or getting on the bus. I'm thinking from investigator standpoint, getting on a bus because they need a ride and you have an opportunity or you should reasonably have an opportunity to snatch them up at some point and give them the rest of that ride.

Because the bus don't drop people off

of the front door, right? So drop them off of the local bus stop. You got a chance. And they did it and they got away with it. And some people will. That's just. I mean, it's a fact of taking on all these cases. You don't know when we're going to be successful room or not. But if it's not because we're not trying and, and we're not trying to bring awareness and what have you to. To these victims. And every one of them is just horrible victims. I'm like 10 years old, 11 years old times two, I think. I don't, I don't get it. So. All right, let's roll on with some different stories.

and it ended in chaos after a man bit a fellow passenger.

They said the wild incident ended in

the pilot signaling for EMTs and the police to enter the plane once it landed.

Now, according to the Sheffield Press, this

incident happened on Sunday, June 21, with the flight landing around 10am local time. So it's early morning, this dude's biting people. But it gets better. Listen. An air traffic control recording captured a pilot's confusion as the incident played out.

He described how the passenger was escalating

in his anger, in his actions. He said quotations, I don't know, I don't know if he's hallucinating or whatever,

but he just bit a passenger and he's trying to fight everybody. The flight was just reaching Philadelphia when

the passenger started to become unruly.

The pilot ended up needing to ask

for medical personnel as well in loss law enforcement for his words. And he said the pilot said just as a precaution. Well, I'm pretty sure not. It's not a precaution. And when this dude's trying to fight and bite everybody, he's already bit one person. The no details were released about the bidden passenger. The the pilot said, when you're in this line of work, I guess it's not the most uncommon thing to see in the world. And after all, it was Father's Day.

But stand in court sober and explain to the judge while you bit another passenger on a flight and then tried to fight everybody. Not gonna work out in your favor. All right y', all, we're gonna go to Florida in I don't even know what category to put this under. The a 19 year old Florida man was arrested rather than racism on for whatever skin color, religion or whatever, it's just stupid. But a 19 year old Florida man was arrested after the authorities said he sprayed two Jewish pedestrians with liquid from a water gun in northeast Miami Dade county and police were treating it as a hate crime. Amir Aish of Plantation, Florida is expected to face two felony counts of battery with prejudice. And it's. According to Miami Dade Sheriff's Office, the incidents took place back on May 9th in the area of Northeast and 10th Avenue is which is a neighborhood with a large Jewish population.

victims reported that a person in a black vehicle sprayed them with an unknown liquid. I can only hope for them that was water and not piss or something. But I would. You gotta ride around and spray people because you hate them. I would think you at least fill it with piss. The detectives later identified Aish as a suspect after reviewing surveillance footage. An arrest warrant was attained on June 11 and Aish was arrested on June 18 by Broward County Sheriff's deputies with assistance from law enforcement agencies and he was booked into the jail. The Miami Dade Sheriff's office said Aisha

is expected to be charged with two

counts of batter with prejudice, a hate crime related charge on the Florida law and he should fuck him. Yeah, look, evidently this is. I don't know if it's going by or whatever, but there have been more cases like this. They said that this arrest comes months after a similar case in Miami beach back in February. Two South Florida men were arrested after police say they targeted a Jewish man with a water gun in the Mid beach area. In that case, Miami beach police said the victims were standing near 41st street and Collins Avenue with other visibly Jewish people, I guess because they wearing the hats or whatever.

Suspects in that case, Michael Dean Emerson, who's 19, of Coral Springs, and Dominic Angelo Martinez, who's 18, of Tamarack were each charged with battery with prejudice, y'. All. That I don't know. I mean, I guess people are hating on everybody and whatever. This goes on and on and tell about more anti Semitic incidents in the United States in people hating on people just because they're Jewish. And if you do that and you're a follower of mine, go yourself. Don't follow me. It's wrong.

In this next case. I don't know why it didn't get more national attention in or worldwide attention. But this is exactly why we say never give up, never surrender. And you know, well, I guess we'll keep doing hashtag justice fours until. Until I die. The reasons just like this.

30 years, y'.

All. 30 years is how long this one took. So there's a dude, his name was Jesse Bussey, B U S S E Y. And he was a fugitive who managed to evade the US authorities for nearly 30 years after he was accused of rape. And now he's finally being returned to the United States from Spain, and he's 69 now, y'. All. And he was extradited back on June 8th. Is being held at the United States Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, which is the military's only maximum security prison for male service members who've been convicted by court martial. Now, remember, I told you if you're in the military, they have their own set of laws, right? Even if you break the outside laws, you're breaking the military laws first on the Uniform Code of Military justice. And you get tried, and he's going to die there. And I actually interviewed a guy who spent eight years in Leavenworth, and he said, I'd much rather go to Angola State Prison than Leavenworth because they treat you just like you're in the military. Let me tell you about this case. This case is effed up, but we got to give some props for them for bringing it home. So they got a guy named Nick Ricky Giuliano, who's an army veteran and a U.S. marshal. Remember I told you U.S. marshals almost always get their men? And he's been tracking busy since 2019. And he now serves as the acting United States Marshal for the District of New Jersey. And he ends up getting right. And he flew over there, and he said, when a man I saw him, he said, I was taken aback by how much he had aged and how unhealthy he appeared. He said, I suppose 30 years of waiting for that knock on the door had taken a physical as well as a mental toll. Now I'm gonna tell you what he did. The case against Bussey dates back to September 1996. Okay. I was in the army then when he was serving with the 299th Fort Support Battalion, 1st Infantry Division in Germany. And that's where they say he is accused of rape and two counts of indecent assault against multiple women in his unit. Hold on a second. I got to turn my light up on my phone. It went dark.

He was accused of rape and two counts of indecent assault against multiple women in his unit. Now, just as his court martial was scheduled to begin, guess what?

He ran, like, a little

and disappeared. Right?

Well, guess what?

In the military, that don't matter. You want to run the day before your court start your court martial, that's what they call it, starts and you run like a little. Well, we don't care. We have the evidence or the military has the evidence. They put it on and guess what?

Even though he wasn't there, they convicted him of rape and decent assault and now desertion.

And they sentenced his ass.

Even though he wasn't there, they sentenced him to 16 years in prison and reduced his rank to lowest you can

be, which is an E1, and gave him a dishonorable discharge. The U.S. marshal Service noted in a press release that the manhunt for Bussey was one of the most prolonged in the agency's history. Army investigators believed early on that Bussey had never returned to the United States. So they concentrated their efforts on international leads across Europe and Africa. Per reports, the Army's criminal Investigation Division,

reward for information that would lead to his capture.

But they said it really didn't gain

And they conducted hours long interviews with former unit members, family and friends of the victims.

And now through this work, they discovered that Bussy had joined the French Foreign Legion under an alias shortly after he

deserted from the United States military.

Bussey reportedly served in the legion until early 2000. He later told authorities he left because

he did not want to fight pocket wars in Africa. No, you left because you're a rapist.

And he described the brutal nature of

the Legion, claiming they use physical force to beat the French into you. But the final breakthrough came in 2024.

The U.S. marshals received a tip from

[Woody Overton]

the public about a man using the name David Ocg. And that led investigators to Malaga, Spain, to investigate the man who worked as an English teacher at a school. And when they got the tip, one of the best, one of the marshals said, hey, you know what?

And this is the one we're going to drill down on. So they did it. They went and scoped it out, and they positively identified Bussy in September 2020

24, and then took another 14 months.

Now, y' all ask why these cases take so long. That we do. Because they do.

They took another 14 months of international coordination to secure his arrest. A Spanish judge issued an arrest warrant

in November of 2025. Bussey was captured on November 10th of 2025. Hey, he fought like hell to not be extradited back to the United States, but he lost. So I want to say absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt to U.S. marshals and the people that never gave up on getting this rapist back to where he's going to die in Fort Leavenworth. Thank you, thank you, thank you for never giving up and never surrendering, for doing your job right. And this dude, I'm sure he raped other people, but we'll never know. But if he's in mid-60s, look. Oh, I'm sorry. When military time. He's got to do 16 years. So late 60s, 76. He'll be in his 80s, be older than my mom by the time he gets released. All right, y', all. Pickleball.

totally justified in doing that. Now, look, I understand you got to put on a defense, but then, you know, pickleball, supposed to be a friendly game of stuff. And if you bash somebody in the head multiple times, first of all, there's going to be witnesses. And you do that, how in the hell are you going to claim self defense? Well, Michelle Bannister is her name and

she's pled not guilty to aggravated battery

with a deadly weapon and given false identification to law enforcement. According to St. John Citizen. The.

The attack unfolded back on May 31st at around 10:00am at the pickleball courts

in St. Augustine's Treaty Park.

According to the rest affidavit, Bannister and

[Woody Overton]

the alleged victim were mid match when tensions flared over the retrieval of a ball. That's correct. Why are you in prison? What you doing hard time for? Well, I got in a fight over a pickleball.

But once the game wrapped, the victim

[Woody Overton]

approached Bannister's son to discuss his playing style. The conversation that authorities say Bannister cut

short by stepping in and striking the

[Woody Overton]

victim in the head several times with her paddle. Can you imagine? You know, victim approaches your kid. I get that you want to step in as a parent or whatever, but you just step in and whoop her ass with a paddle.

Pickleball paddle.

Said it three times fast.

So guess what?

When she did it, she didn't around.

She left the victim with facial injuries,

including multiple cuts and significant bleeding. And it's all in the arrest warrants.

Deputies further accused Bannister of providing a

false name during the investigation. And, you know, they came up and she realizes, oh, I'm going to jail. I don't want to lose my nursing license for this felonies. And so she gives them fake. I'm pretty sure they're going to find out because you're going to jail.

So she was ultimately identified through law

[Woody Overton]

enforcement databases and a driver's license photo. Now, Bannister told deputies she was acting to protect her son, but investigators determined there was no imminent threat to the child at the time. And if there was, you pull them away and you call 91 1-Miss Bannister, and you don't have to go to jail.

But her attorney, Rosemary Peoples. You know what?

I shouldn't even said her name. I don't never do that. I won't say what law firm. Her attorney is standing firmly behind her client. She said Michelle Bannister is a mom, a nurse, and a model citizen.

She is wrongly accused of a crime. Her actions were needed to stop a

[Woody Overton]

violent attempt to attack her young son.

I expect that a jury of her peers will fully exonerate her heroic efforts

to defend her child. Well, guess what? She went to jail. She got eight thousand dollar bond. She got out. And this case will, if it goes to a jury, I'll be a monkey's uncle. Right? Because this, whatever her defense attorney is, is going to plead her out. It's going to have something to do with the fact of that she gets to keep her nurse nursing license, maybe make it a misdemeanor.
