You know, last year was the first

year I can ever think of in my entire life, but especially in 30 years I was out working in storms and I'm talking about hurricanes, tropical depressions, tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. Last year, knock on wood, was the first time I can ever remember Louisiana not getting hit by any name storm whatsoever. Well, guess what, there's a tropical whatever in the Gulf now and I'm supposed to go fishing tomorrow offshore to go red snapper fishing. And I'm kind, I'm praying that the weather lightens up right and it'll get out of the way, but y' all stay dry. And I know the rivers are coming up. I know there's some localized flooding because it's been raining Forever. We had like three days last week with sunshine and it's been raining for weeks. So hopefully you all stay safe and dry. And I don't know what else to tell you about that when we always lived on the river and my saying was sometimes you live on the water, sometimes you live in the water. But I'm pretty sure my choice tomorrow whether or not I get on that big boat and go out there in a hurricane waves or not. But hopefully we get to go. All right, true crime time for Thursday, June 18th. And on this day in 2005, which was probably the worst year ever for hurricanes for Louisiana with Katrina and Rita, Ernestine Marie Daniels Patterson was discovered in a canal similar to Loretta Lynn's body. Oh God. We're going to the Jenny Zayator Jeff's Davison 8. The Loretta Lynn's body. A month prior in Jennings, Louisiana two suspects were charged for the murder of Patterson. But guess what. The charges were later dropped. And over the next several years, six more women were discovered near Jennings. After the eight victim police acknowledged that the deaths could be the work of one person. It the one day and I was going to actually do this story on my lab and I was with the state police. The first murder started in 2005. It was two years later. There were these, these eight murders occurred over a period of years. Right. And I was definitely with state police at the time. By the time they named it as a serial killer and boy y', all that's a fucked up story and it I'm gonna tell you right now. Well I guess technically it'd be a serial killer but it ain't who they were saying it was. And there's a reason there's not a Jennings or I always call it a Jenny's eight. There's not a Jeff Davis. That's the parish Jeff Davis 9, 10 or 11. And that's a fact. The. It's a fact that I know but we'll get in that to another day in. Sorry again about canceling the show but shit happens. All right, let's get down some true crime time for today in 2026. You know one of the things I always love the most was going to get my. We're going to a barbershop. And then the Fab Four shout out to those girls. The. The. They're still kicking it. And I haven't been to them probably since the last live show, I guess I don't know because this year I've been growing my hair out, right. I'm figuring I'm old my entire life I had to have my high and tights, you know, the buzz cuts and everything from the military and all my law enforcement years. This year I've been growing it out and it's, it's longer and long way longer than it's ever been. I used to love to go to the barbershop. Mr. D.H. golsby was my barber when I was younger. And you know, you go in and just get that clean cut and that clean shave. Oh then after I got out of law enforcement and I was able to grow a beard, I love going to get my beard done and I've had it done all over the United States. They put the hot towels and the cold towels. You know, barbershop, I guess this a man's version of, of a beauty shop. You know, they go in, I, I assume they gossip and stuff. Well, in a man's barbershop it's usually got a bunch of animal mounts on the wall and sports magazines and the, you shooting the. And they talking about this sports team. It's just a good experience, right? Until it's not. And nowadays you can't even go to the barber shop. And this time we're going out to Alabama in. A man from Alabama shot and killed in front of his family all during an argument at a barber shop. The shooting occurred on June 13th on Birmingham West Valley Avenue outside La Vida Barbier Spa e estimio. I don't even know what that means. But authorities suspect that the victim and the accused knew each other. Probably so. The 34 year old man from Alabama was identified as Jorge Fonseca and he was gunned down during an argument at the barber shop. According to authorities, the shooting incident occurred on June 13 at about 3:30pm followed by a physical altercation between the suspect and the victim. And during the fight the suspect pulled out his gun and shot Fonseca before

he ran. Like a little

right. I'm gonna get in a fistfight, but I'm gonna pull my gun and shoot you and. And then I'm gonna run right there. There goes your self defense. But a sergeant Lita Wade said while talking to the press that paramedics were dispatched to the scene and then attempted life saving measures. Still, Fonseca was pronounced dead on the sidewalk outside the shop. Now, law enforcement did what they do and they apprehended the suspect about 15 minutes later after he'd ran like a little. No charges against the suspect have been public announced as the investigation is ongoing. They said the preliminary investigation indicates the victim and the suspect knew each other. Several customers, including Fonseca's family were present inside the barber shop when the shooting took place and witnessed altercation that turned fatal. Right. Barbershops pack, including his family. The killing was Birmingham's 23rd homicide of 2026 according to police data. And you know, I like Birmingham. I've worked there, I've spent some time there, etc. The county became a little dangerous like Chicago and everything else. But actually they're saying Birmingham crime rate has declined. And Birmingham recorded 88. As Birmingham and Alabama, y' all recorded 88 homicide cases in 2025, which was the lowest number in 10 years, which is a dramatic decline from 152 homicide cases in 2024. Wow. The 23 homicide cases have been reported in 2026. And for the first time since 2015, the city finished a year with fewer than 100 homicides. Pretty crazy. Shout out to my people that live out there. That and again, I really did like Birmingham. But that's everywhere now. Anywhere you go, barbershop, Walmart, you name it, the White House. And they tried to do it. You name it, they'll kill you. All right. Tell you about another one. This is kind of crazy too. All these are crazy. I guess if you're sane, you don't know about crime. Tell you about. Sometimes I think about killing people, right, Obviously. And. But I don't do it. I would never do it this way. And the Durham woman has been charged with arson following an apartment fire that injured several people, including three firefighters. Several people were injured late Sunday morning in a large fire at the University Ridge apartments in Durham. Durham firefighters said the fire was so bad that one person jumped out a window and others had to be rescued. Makes me remember 9, 11 when they're jumping out of the skyscraper from the hundred floor instead of being burned to death. You know, I don't know, but. Mahogany Ashley Massey, who's 31 of Durham, faces multiple felony counts of first degree arson and assault causing serious bodily harm. Core documents say that Massey is accused of unlawful burning which resulted in a series serious injury to at least one firefighter and others. At this time, there are no details about why or how she is suspected to start the fire. Authorities are holding Massey at the Durham County Detention center without bond. Well, no, they're not holding her harasses under arrest, so they just don't have the charges listed yet. On Monday, prosecutors revealed that investigators found a sitting. Yeah, check this out. This was. You'll never find one of these from me. They found a people to Kill list in Massey's belongings and that she tried to set a fire a week ago. Local WRAL News asked the Durham Fire Department about prosecutors claim about Massey trying to set a fire a week before, but they haven't heard back. Prosecutors said Massey's mother remains hospitalized with severe smoke inhalation. And I had that and I got that one time and I will never run into another burning house because that happened. It's horrible.

after exploding gas hit him while he was trying to rescue his mom from the fire. And Massey is due in court again on July 2nd. Again, they just don't have her charged yet, but that she's being charged. You can't hold somebody without charging, right? The Durham Fire Department said The fire displaced 18 people and none of the University Ridge Apartments 18 units are livable after the fire. It's crazy. They said the building does not have a sprinkler system and North Carolina law does not mandate sprinkler systems or didn't mandate mandated until 2006. Wow. I don't know that it goes on and on and they talk about, you know, different witnesses, et cetera. But yeah, it, it's got to be a mental issue coming into this. You had a kill list and you tried to set a fire a week before and well, you know what? She succeeded and hopefully she won't ever get to do it again.

All right, Facebook marketplace. Now who doesn't love that? I had been on in a couple weeks but the I love to get on Facebook marketplace and look up and yeah you can find some good deals. Everything from food like specialty food or now this vegetable season and even different food like tamales. Right. But the course I like to look at the antiques and in all different kinds of stuff but I got buddies that my brother in law sells shut on Facebook marketplace and I got buddies that, that get deals like you wouldn't believe and in some of deals though might end up like this. And so one dude got on Facebook Marketplace and he decided to purchase some tamales. That me let y' all know right now, I love tamales. That's my favorite Mexican food. Now you know I love tacos, but I love tamales. And we used to make our own deer meat. But one cat decides to get on Facebook Marketplace and order him some tamales. And what happened next will explain why he went to social media. His name is Elliot Norris and he explained in a tick Tock video that he picked up a late night order of tamales at an odd hour. And then he proceeded to eat a number of the tamales before realizing he made a mistake. He said, I am dumb. I ate so many tamales and then it hit me and I was like oh my God. And then it hit, just all clicked. Well, what clicked? The tamales were filled with marijuana, right? Now how the fuck you didn't taste marijuana? Or maybe it was a CBD oil I guess. But anyway, Norris ordered the tamales on Facebook Marketplace from a local vendor and he was hoping to make some food based content based on the order, which he explained in his video. But he noticed they had a late drop off time. The vendor let him know they would drop the tamales off at Norris's door around 1am in the morning. Norris like, all right, it, that's cool said. Looking back on it though, Norris realized he should have questioned the unusual pickup time more. So I didn't think anything of it and I really should have because that is just unusual business hours for tamales, right? Yeah, I would think so.

He saw a dessert tamale which I've never heard of, but that that had graham crackers, chocolates and marshmallows in it and he thought the vendor simply offered non traditional options. Yeah, well he did, but he then explained that while speaking to the vendor, they sent him a number of wind emojis and said the order would be delayed because of the wind. He said, I didn't think anything of it because I live in a town where there's a lot of wind. Well, there you go. This has. If this was a crime, I mean it's a crime because they had weed in it, but this dude would have to be a dumbass. But Norris received this order and when he got to tamales he realized they were somewhat greasy. So wow, these are really greasy tamales. I don't know if I've ever had greasy tamales before. But he then proceeded to eat multiple tamales and he realized Something was off about them. And that's when everything clicked. He said quotations. I'm like midnight and 6am that's when you deliver. You think for public safety that they would have a rule about this, but Facebook doesn't have an explicit rule stating that people cannot sell perishables on the platform. And they said the platform's design and regulations make it unsuitable for selling food items due to sports risk and health regulations. Well, it just goes on and on. Y' all about that. British Parish deputies in jail without bond accused of multiple child sex crimes. Attorney General Liz Merle says a Livingston Parish grand jury indicted Nichols Locasero on five counts of rape of a child under 13, plus several other child sex offenders. He once worked for both the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office and the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office. He was fired by Livingston Parish, rehired by ebrso and then terminated again after the allegations surfaced and before his 2024 arrest.

Y', all, this dude, I do not know him go on record and say that. First of all, this dude is a former East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office deputy and evidently from Livingston deputy also. And he is being held without bond after being indicted on dozens of child sex crime charges. Now, Louisiana Attorney General Liz Morrell announced on Monday, June 15 that Nicholas Luciero was indicted in Livingston Parish on five counts of first degree rape of a child under 13, one count of sexual battery of a child under 13, three counts of indecent behavior with juveniles and three counts of molestation. Juvenile. The they said the grand jury, grand jury only deliberated for around three minutes before they return the true bill on all 12 counts. So this dude effed up professional. Livingston fired him for whatever reason, he went right across the river, got a job in East Baton Rouge. That's unfortunate. It really is. Somebody didn't do their homework in East Baton Rouge. But raping all those babies and you know what? It's good for the goose is good for the gander. Just like Denny Parker's life. They're. I hate to be crude, but I hope they're butt the out of you in prison and I hope they get this dt. All right, y' all know I was in the Louisiana Army National Guard, right? And so one week in a month you had to report to your unit to go do training right place, not play soldier, but train as a soldier in two weeks a year. And you know, then all the, the Afghanistan and all that shit kicked up, then they, then you're subject to get deployed just like a regular soldier, right? You go through the same training, same basic training, same advanced training and you get home and you're a citizen soldier. I mean in drill guarantee it's going to happen once a month and you got to go, well, there's all kinds of people in the National Guard and the good and the bad. And this one dude, he's in the US Army National Guard and he just got back from drill duty. When he got home, he found his ex girlfriend who's the mother of his child in bed with another dude. And then you can guess what happened from here.

The Travian Landry, who's 27 last week pled guilty to second degree murder in the shooting death of a U.S. army sergeant, Andre S. Stewart Jr. At Fort Gordon Army Base in Augusta, Georgia. Now Landry faces up to life behind bars and must serve at least 10 years in prison. So the sugar turned to shit around 7:30am on December 14th of 2024 at an apartment complex on the base. And a probable cause arrest affidavit said Landry had reported for drill duty earlier that morning and he was on a break and he headed toward the woman's home. Right. Maybe gonna get a little nookie on break. But a witness told feds that Landry, who was still in uniform, asked who owned the black truck parked in front of the apartment. And when the front door opened, Landry barged into the home. Once inside, he didn't start stop there. He headed toward the bedroom where he confronted Stuart, who was dating the woman at the time. The woman said they were sleeping when she heard a commotion. Landry struck Stewart four times with the gun and then shot him. Stuart stumbled from the bedroom and fell down the stairs. Paramedics rushed into the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

But prisons are full of dummies. So the cops get him, read him as Miranda rights, you have the right to remain silenced. And Landry admitted to it. He admitted to the shooting. He admitted to shooting. Stewart. The woman at the center of the ordeal, told investigators that Landry was jealous of Stuart. Now Rashika Jones, who's Stuart's sister, said in a GoFundMe account description, her brother was viciously murdered. I would agree anytime you get shot is vicious. He left behind a five year old son who was in the. Was in the apartment at the time of the shooting. Said Andre was a young man starting to build his life. Anyway, the. I don't know. Technically, they could have prosecuted under the Uniform Code of Military justice, because if you're on drill duty for that weekend, you're under military law, you're acting as a soldier. All right. Their media is controlled. You can't say shit about the government. You get executed. But continuing on, according to the Daily nk, the two men had recently graduated from a university in the city of Hayon. When they were arrested earlier this year. The pair allegedly organized a secret group that watched and shared banned foreign media, including South Korean films and television programs. Okay, if everybody in the United States of America was executed for watching on social media that offended other people, yeah, I'm pretty sure, again, we wouldn't have anybody left in the country. So. They were also accused of keeping written notes critical of government policies and comparing North Korea with capitalist countries. Authorities reportedly concluded that their activities amounted to an attempt to undermine the state. Again, if everybody in the United States got executed that had all any kind of thought like that, we wouldn't have anybody left. So the Daily NK reported that the executions took place at a site on the outskirts oh Hai. In late May, student representatives from the university and officials from the Socialist Patriotic Youth League were ordered to attend the execution. Right. So now we're going to do this. We're going to make an example out of them and all you other they even thinking about it, you got to watch what real murder looks like. Witnesses said the charges were read aloud before the two men were executed. You watch a South Korean cartoon, you sentenced to death, Right? Well, according to the report, the bodies were not returned to their families and they were buried in secret.
