I can tell you mama told me last night when I was back at the cab and she said that she talks every day to hold and my nephew Holden and her great grandson and they were talking about part of the family being mafia from Corleone, Sicily. Just like the movie.

And little Dolphin Lee said, oh, his dad said, you see that we're part mafia. And he said, well, I can talk English. And he started talking to them all. They start talking to slingers like y' all. He's like 6 years old.

He's the cutest, cutest thing. And I saw a TikTok last night that reminded me of him because he was. There was a six year old little boy talking about his gang at school and he had to go riz the girls. And so it was funny. But on June 21st of 2015, a man was walking home from seeing his 19 month old daughter. And the man was 30 and his name was Christian Bagley. He was fatally stabbed during this walk. So 10 years later, which now current time, his now 12 year old daughter has written a heartfelt open letter and it's shared publicly by the West Mercia police. And she is begging anyone with information about her dad's stabbing to please come forward.

So dad is dead. The daughter's how 12 now?

She's 12. She was only 19 months old at the time.

So it's a cold case.

[Cindy Overton]

Yeah, yeah. And she's begging for people to come forward with information about, you know, the stabbing.

In the letter she expresses the obvious hole left by her father's death. I mean, but she said, somebody taking my dad away from me when I was little and is something that I can. That can never be replaced. She. She describes the emptiness. And she said, it should not be inside me because somebody should murder.

Some asshole stabbed her dad.

So the. The attack occurred, and the Great Western Way footpath. It's locally known as the lines.

Wonder that's somewhere they work out or something.

I don't know. But. Although Bagley attempted to seek help on. After he was stabbed, he attempted to seek help on nearby Charles Woods Avenue. He succumbed to his two stab woundings there. The knife remained inside of him, and it was lodged in his arm at that time. And it was broken off. The handle was broken off.

There were multiple arrests and thousands of witness statements over the years, but no.

Suspect has been multiple arrests. Well, somebody was charged. They got arrested, but they hadn't prosecuted them yet.

Despite multiple arrests and thousands of witness statements over the year, no suspect has been charged.

I don't know. I pray that poor baby gets. Gets some English justice.

We're going to Minnesota. You know, Minnesota is really beautiful. They're just north of Wisconsin or northwest Wisconsin. I got to go out there for Monday Night Football with Shane, and I just. I like that it's just so green and clean and everything, but I wouldn't like this. They got a mom in Minnesota, and that's why I'm pressing this button. It's time for family matters. And she has pled guilty to suffocating her daughter on July 10th of 2023 after she got mad because the child was crying. But I'm not done yet. Now you're about to really cry when I tell you the rest of it. So officers from the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office. That's unique. Responded to out of the mom's home alley home in Pelican rapids, Minnesota, around 9:40pm that night. And they found a man, Ibrahim Ali, near. Kneeling down near the girl and screaming. And this according to to Valley News Live and. And the Otter Tail police documents. The outlet reported that Abraham told police she killed her and pointed out Ally, the mom who admitted to killing the girl. So the they reported that Ally said she suffocated the girl in an effort to stop her from crying about being hungry. Yeah. Can you imagine? WL comes like it does every day. The only one that we still have at home, y' all comes down to the mom, I'm hungry like you. I'm suffocate you.

And the police documents also show that Ally smiled as first responders performed CPR on the three year old girl who was later pronounced dead. Allie is not done yet. Police documents also report that officers found a knife on the arm of a couch near by. All right, so she went to trial thankfully this week. I was skipping ahead and she pled. She's 29 years old. She pled guilty to second degree murder back in April, but she was sentenced this past week. And how much did she get?

They show Ally is being held in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Check Opie, Minnesota under the homicide charge. And she is suspected to be released in mid December, 2031. She's gonna be out in six years, so. Yeah, they. She's getting day for day. Listen, I hope there is a lifer that I have. I hate that you'd be doing time, but I hope you're in. In the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Shakopee, Minnesota. And you hear that she did this to this baby girl. Now look, they said she suffers from mental illness and has shown little remorse for killing a three year old daughter. Well, that didn't make any excuse that. You know how many people that I worked when I was in correction. I'd say half of them suffered from mental illness.

I was making you kill your daughter. Yeah. I would say you do have some type of mental illness, but I don't know if that's a reason. I mean, I got a mental illness.

So on July 3rd of 2022, Thomas Campbell was ambushed in his Manchester apartment.

According to prosecutors, he was tortured to death by a man named John Bellfield. That was 31 years old. And he had a few co conspirators to help him. Reese, Stephen. Stephen Klebworth. And Thomas's ex wife, Colleen Campbell.

So they ambushed him because they wanted drugs.

They knew, they thought that he had hidden a stash of drugs. So I don't know if they found it or not, but his body was discovered by a neighbor on July 4th. The next morning, July 3rd, he was ambushed July 4th. He's found. Reese and Stephen were arrested and Stephen received a life sentence for the murder with conspiracy to rob. I mean, right? Clawarth was convicted of manslaughter with conspiracy to rob and also given a life sentence. Colleen was convicted of manslaughter, manslaughter and conspiracy to rob and sentenced to 13 years in prison.

But they all wish they were in Minnesota.

Right, but I forgot this part. After the co conspirators were just. Were detained, John Bellfield fled to South America. So then they had to.

He ran like a little bitch. South America.

And they didn't find him until March 2024. And the Greater Manchester police announced that Belfield had been located in South America and he was deported back to England and arrested at the airport. So Belfield is currently on trial in Manchester and he's facing charges of all that I said before.

But so it must have been the torture actually led to murder.

Yeah. Murder of Thomas Campbell, conspiracy to murder, manslaughter, conspiracy to rob and conspiracy. Conspiracy to supply class A drugs. His defense. He admits to discussing robbing Thomas Campbell, but vehemently denies doing it. But why did he. Why did he flee?

The dismembered body of a five day old baby was found in bags at a recycling plant in Loaches. And this according to the local newspaper, Liver Zone. So the Civil Guard was alerted. I'm pretty sure that's their police department. That and the discovery prompted an investigation referred to as Operation Natal, which with recent updates, provide an additional insight into the tragedy, including insight into the child's death and origin. Now, about the reins of pain. Well, first off, you know, they got a baby. Five we go. Baby chopped up in pieces and bags. So they got to do medical testing. And it was conducted at the Institute of Forensic Medicine and determined the baby was a girl, was likely of South American descent and was born alive. And it says she appeared to suffer a violent death and showed signs of asphyxiation. Now, it's believed that the remains came from the Madrid district of Puente de Vale cas with police, you know, doing their search around that area and attempting to identify the mom. Okay. But according to the Daily Mail, police believe that the child's mother played a role in the killing. And they said from the investigations carried out so far, it has been possible to determine that the remains would correspond to A female baby and that she was born alive. There are indications that would point to her death being of a violent nature. Now, they also said the investigations are still open, which is why citizen collaboration is requested for the total clarification of the criminal act. So, y' all. You know, of course, the police are asking for any tips and everything else. And, you know, if you happen to be in that area and see someone that was pregnant, she. I mean, the baby was alive.

Okay. So on the night of June 22nd of this year, around 9pm Some people on days ago. Oh, yeah. Yeah. A couple days ago, some people on Catron Island, K E T R O N, which is only home to 10 to 15 residents, called 911 after discovering a woman with multiple stab wounds on her front lawn.

So only a couple residents and she's one of them. And she's got. She's leaking.

[Woody Overton]

Right. Call 91191. Which emergency? My neighbors are leaking.

[Cindy Overton]

Well, I would hope they. So witnesses. The witnesses began to try to help this woman. They, you know, rendered aid, but she was pronounced dead when deputies arrived and they had to come via ferry. So it wasn't a quick arrival. Right.

[Woody Overton]

Yeah. You got to get there.

[Cindy Overton]

So the witnesses saw the suspect fleeing erratically towards the ferry dock in a vehicle, as when they saw her dead body, they saw the vehicle driving away and then they heard a loud crash. And there was a loud crash reported at the dock where the ferry goes moments after the vehicle fled the scene. And the vehicle was floating in Puget Sound and it was spotted by neighbors there. So Pierce County Dive and Marine Services deployed a remote operated vehicle they call a ROV ROV and recovered the submerged car which was about 30 to 50 deep by that time. Inside, they found the body of the 30 year old man presumed to be the person that stabbed the woman in the lawn. The couple's one year old child was found safe with a neighbor at some point during the investigation. And the child was placed under supervision of the state Department of Child Protective Services at that time. There was two crime scenes at this point. The residence where the stabbing occurred and the neighbor's front lawn where the victim was found. And it remains unclear how the victim ended up in the yard. But I mean, we can all make assumptions why at this point we have the dead man in Puget Sound, we have the woman that was, you know, pronounced dead, the kids next door. And so this is. It remains an active homicide investigation. And authorities are examining the relationship dynamics, the motive and crime scene logistics. But no formal charges have been announced yet.

And it's a really rural area. And this guy is. He's a local politician and his name is Richard Van Buren. But he's also the county's animal control specialist. Yes, yes. And he's just a wonderful human being. So the. He is the chairman of the Chestertown board in Waupun, Wisconsin. And he got his ass arrested.

Oh, you're gonna really say it's good. So he got arrested on Thursday, June 19 by the Dodge County Sheriff's office. All right. Why did he get arrested, you may ask. And I shall tell you, two days before he was arrested. The Dodge County Humane Society shared photos. Photos of a dog that every news channel out there. CBS, 58, Fox, 11, WPR, and all reporting as a victim. Now, you may ask, what happened to the dog? Well, according to the criminal complaint, the incident occurred on Tuesday, June 17, when a woman found a golden retriever, which was possibly dehydrated. And she saw help from the local, the police, police department, and the humane Society. So she calls in. They were like, hey, we got a dude that handles this. It's Van Burm, right? That's what he does is his jam. So she's directed to Van Buren, and he is the animal control officer. And she brings slightly dehydrated, sweet golden retriever to Van Buren. And Van Buren's looking at him, and the dog starts barking. Well, Van Buren, I mean, you think if you're an animal control officer, you would have a certain tolerance that dogs barking. But he didn't.

He got mad because the dog was barking.

And he then put a leash around it like a noose, and he pulled the dog through the window out of this lady's vehicle.

Well, Van Buren had the last laugh in his mind, because he then, remember, he's got the leash around his neck like a noose. He lifts it off the ground. A golden retriever, he's picking at least £100. I'm thinking £80. He's picking it up off the ground, strangling it in front of this woman.

He's strangling it in front of this woman. He said, and I quote, this is what we do on this farm when the dogs bite. The dog began foaming at its mouth, and the woman's like, what the. And got out, and she's trying to stop him from strangling the dog. And Van Buren tells her. He said, this dog will die because he bit me. And she went and reported it. Rightfully so. Right. Authorities come out, and they interview Van Buren, and he says, yeah, you know what? I held the leash for too long.

But before Van Buren was arrested, the Humane Society of Dodge county said in a social media post that they were working with law enforcement officials investigating. They said, our hearts are heavy for this dog, for the kind person that found them, and for everyone in our community who feels the pain of animals we can't always reach in time. Thank you for standing with us. So Van Buren, cuff him and stuff him and book him for mistreating animals in the Dodge County Sheriff's Office jail. He appeared in court on Friday, but. But they didn't say if he entered the play or not. And I can assure you that he did. But this, Mr. Van Buren, that may be what you do to do dogs on your farm that bites you. I've been bitten by my own dogs. Look, there's that sweet puppy. There's him showing it on YouTube. Mr. Van Buren, I'm pretty sure you're unemployed as the animal control officer. And I'm pretty sure you are going to be unemployed from your political position. And I'm pretty sure you need a noose around your neck because you're a fuck stick.

And I'm pretty sure that's not the first time he's done that.

Bruh, what are you thinking? Are you thinking this just saved this dog and brought it to me. And I'm an animal control and brought it to me. They brought it. Hey, take the. Ms. Van Buren, he's going to take care of you. It's all good. Look, we used to get so many animal control complaints and living some Paris at the time didn't have an animal control unit. We had to deal with them. Yeah, right. And I'm talking about. I think it would come in all the time. So I. I know after I left they got it and the. I mean they keep animal control people busy from everything from horses to dogs to cats, whatever the. But as you sin as a dispatcher, you send or the humane side, whoever you send them out there in the Mburan and the dog's in the vehicle, she rolls down the window, Van Buren comes up, dogs barking at you. Hey, that's what dogs do.

Well, he also sense. Probably sense that this is the bad guy. They dog sense these.

I'm translating the bark, saying, hey, Mr. Nice Guy, you gonna take care of me? Give me some water. And Bamburan misunderstood the barks. But either way he got mad because the dog was barking and then reaches in, puts a noose around him, drags him out the car. I'd have bit his ass too.

Yeah, but you think that this lady.

Who just taking her time out of her day to care to try to get care for this dog isn't going to report you. Prisons are full of dummies. I'm sure this won't get anything but a fine. But the. I'm not gonna ask this. Wisconsin says death penalty. I'm just not going to ask. Well, it had a death penalty for that dog. Huh? Does Wisconsin have the death penalty? I'm actually afraid to find out that. Here's what I found. Pretty much not. Last person executing Wisconsin was John McCaffrey. Because one night in June of 1850, his neighbors awoke to the sound of a woman screaming loud enough that they rushed to the source of the sound. They found Bridget McCaffrey, the wife of John, drowned in a barrel on McCaffrey's property. McCaffrey was immediately arrested and his trial began in May of 1851. After 10 days of trial proceedings, the jury delivered the verdict. Guilty of willful murder. And the judge delivered the first and only death sentence under the authority of the newly formed state of Wisconsin. So. Well, on the. On the day of execution, this is how they used to roll back in the day. On the day of the execution, approximately 3,000 spectators traveled from the countryside into the city of Kenosha. And I know I've been there with Shane to watch the hanging. And reports of the counts of the hanging claim that after McCaffrey was hoisted into the air by the neck, he struggled for roughly five minutes, after which doctors were called upon to examine his pulse. Another 15 minutes later, a caf? Cre was finally declared dead. So anyway.
