Y' all are amazing and and I love and appreciate each and every one of you. So on this day, March 11th back in 2011 and it that's what, 15 years ago now it seems like yesterday for me, Ms. Jan Jana Murray was brutally murdered by Britney Norwood at a Lulamon store located in Maryland. A medical examiner determined that Murray was stabbed a total of 331 times y' all before she died. Now listen, all my years of murders and criminal cases and stabbings, I don't think I ever saw somebody or heard someone that was stabbed more than 57 times. This lady was stabbed 331 times before she died. Now when they do the autopsies on that the you have to count and take a picture and measure each stab wound. Well, some of them are double stabs so it's probably was even higher than 331the I mean meaning that the night goes in the same hole more than one time. But Norwood claimed that men attacked the store and acted as if she were injured as well. When she was discovered the next day, Norwood went as far as using size 14 shoes to make footprints throughout the store to support her story. But there's no such thing as a perfect crime. And despite her efforts, Norwood was found guilty of first degree murder after a six day trial. 331 times. That is, you know, way overkill. And that's screams volumes of how personal the attack was. Right? No investigator is going to walk in, see somebody mutilated like that and think that some robbers just came in the store and took the time to stab. 331 times I've done in the past where I hit the table and tell you how many times I'm not doing 331. That is a lot. And she, she'll die in prison for it. As she should say, let's get down to some true crime time for hump day. All right. So this is unfortunate coming back home to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, right up the road or down the road, I guess, south of me. And an 8 year old boy was killed in a shootout in Baton Rouge on Sunday. The this according to local WBRZ are good friends. And the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office said gunfire erupted around 6:20pm along San Juan Drive. People in a vehicle were shooting at others outside who were returning fire. This according to the deputies. I mean wild, wild west shit, right? The no firearms training. I wouldn't guess. The every bullet that is fired has to stop somewhere and you can't get it back. And unfortunately, this little eight year old boy was struck by a bullet and it took him to the hospital where he later died. No arrests or anything have been made yet. It's just stupid. I mean, you know, just wild, wild west, just shoot out. You shoot at us and we're gonna shoot at you and this little eight year old will never have another birthday. Crazy. And we don't often do stories on DUI manslaughter charges, but I'm gonna do one now. In Lakeland, Florida, a man was arrested on DUI manslaughter charge in connection with a deadly crash last week on East Memorial Boulevard. And this according to the Lakeland Police Department. So police say the crash happened on March 2, shortly after 10:30pm when a GMC SUV driven by Deldrick Leonard, who's 49 years old, y', all, he was. And he was traveling eastbound on East Memorial Boulevard While a Ford SUV driven by Jeffrey Allen, who's also 49 years old, was traveling westbound. Now, according to investigators, Allen, who lives in Lakeland, veered off the road in his SUV and hit a guardrail before moving into on common traffic, where he hit Leonard's suv. Both drivers were taken to Lakeland Regional Health for treatment of their injuries. And Leonard, who lives in Winter Haven, which is right there close, later died from his injuries and suffered in the crash. Now, during the investigations, officers reported seeing multiple signs of impairment when speaking with Allen. And the blood alcohol test was done at the Lakeland Regional Health while Alan was receiving treatment. The after reviewing the results of the test, investigators arrested Allen at his home on Saturday night and he now faces a charge of DUI manslaughter. Wow. Well, you know, you would think guardrails there y'.
D
All.
C
When I was coming up they didn't have them. Now they got all these barricades and guard rails and everything else. Well, they're certainly to stop you from being an oncoming traffic, but they can't afford, most places can't afford to have, you know, if you have a hundred miles of, of state highway, they can't afford 100 miles of guardrail. So to put them in a minute intermittently and this guy hits it and then still ends up in the other lane and kills this, this gentleman, which is just sad. I mean let somebody else drive, you know. Now you're facing murder charges. Not, not good. It's time for family matters. Going out to Carlton, Georgia in, you know I, I'm in my late 50s, right. And I've been married sin for a long time, I guess 17, 18 years. I always get it wrong but the, you know, I think I'm a lot more chill now. I know I'm a lot more chill now than I used to be. And sure we have our arguments and stuff like that, but not, you know, I joke about on the show about killing her and, and nobody finding her body and stuff like that. But it's a joke even though it may be a bad one and she doesn't really appreciate them. But some people, it doesn't matter what the age they do it and we're going to Carlton, Georgia. A 70 year old woman has been charged on Wednesday night in the shooting death of her 77 year old husband. Right. Figure it out. 70 years old. So Marion Jackson Compton was arrested at a home in the 7000 block of Highway 72 east after deputies responded to a call around 8:15pm now according to the Madison County Sheriff's Office, deputies found Gregory Waco Compton in the living room with a gunshot wound to the head. And medics responded and guess what? There's no saying he died at the hospital in this one. Gunshot wounded the head. They pronounced him dead on the scene. Investigators said Marion Compton shot the victim with a handgun and the two were married and live together. I don't get that. In addition to felony murder, investigators charged Marion Compton with malice murder, elder abuse and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. And now she was transported to the Madison County Jail where she remains held without bond. So The Madison County Sheriff's office has not yet disclosed a potential motive for the shooting or whether deputies have been called to the residence in the past. And it remains unclear if Marion Jackson Compton, you know, has an attorney or whatever. And she hadn't even made her first court appearance yet. So in the end they don't even say who made the 911 call. But 70 years old, kill your 77 year old husband. And I'm assuming they weren't newlywed. Y. They don't say but what? You know, I, I work tons of domestic violence murders but never anybody in their 70s. You know, what possesses you to shoot your husband in the head? Maybe he didn't like how you fix his coffee or something. I don't know.

See y'.

All the next time you see a cop, thank them. Shake their hand. You know, they're. They are what keeps insanity from, or total anarchy from ruling the world. Because a lot keeps an honest man honest, right? And every day when he's put on the badge and the gun, you never knew if you were coming home. That's always in the back of your mind. You might think about it, but you're not scared of it. And this guy, 15 years on the job in Pennsylvania as a trooper doing what they teach you in the academy. There's no such thing as doing a routine traffic stop because everyone is different. And he does a traffic stop and he gets murdered not expecting it, obviously. Maybe his guard was down. Doesn't matter. This bad guy murders him and I'm a play this clip for you now.

A state trooper shot and killed overnight in Chester County. Governor Shapiro says Corporal Timothy o' Connor stopped a car for a report of a neurotic driver last night in West Colin Township. State police say when o' Connor walked up to the car, the suspect in the car shot him. Troopers say the suspect who is a 32 year old man from Chester county then got out of the car, walked away and died by suicide. Police officers led a procession with Oconnors body from the hospital to the Chester County Government Services Center. They put their lives on the line

look after us, to ensure our well being. That's what Tim was doing tonight. I hope that the good people of Pennsylvania take a moment to appreciate all who put on a uniform. Conor worked for state police for more than 15 years. The governor says he leaves behind a wife and a young daughter. Shapiro ordered flags at half staff today in Oconnor's honor.
C
And there you have it. And rest in peace. And prayers for all that knew and loved him. The only good part of the story is this guy walks away. I mean, why kill the cop, do suicide by cop, don't kill the cop and and then walk off and kill yourself, you know. You know, in law enforcement and just life in general, I've learned that most people don't struggle because they're lazy. They struggle because they haven't been given the right tools. I'm not big on New Year's resolutions, and I don't sit around making promises myself I'm not going to keep. But I do believe in starting the
C
year doing things right.
D
That means sleeping when I can, eating decent, staying active and paying attention when something feels off. And for a lot of people, especially women, feeling tired or foggy at the start of the year gets ridden off as stress or burnout when low iron
C
can actually be part of the problem.
D
Iron deficiency affects one in three adults, and the symptoms don't always jump out at you. It can show up as constant fatigue even when you're sleeping enough, brain fog or trouble concentrating, frequent headaches, irritability or brittle nails and hair breakage. When iron levels are low, your body has to work harder to deliver oxygen and that can impact your energy, focus,
C
mood and physical performance.
D
An iron deficiency can exist long before anything turns into anemia, which means you
C
can feel it well before it shows up on paper.

That's why I recommend Sideroll from Farming Nutra Siderol is a premium iron supplement powered by the patented Sucrosomia technology. And if you married to a cop, you know give give him a kiss and a hug before you leave because you don't know if you're going to see him again. It's time for family matters and we have a special kind of breed of we're going to Illinois and a 21 year of old man in Illinois is going to spend the rest of his life in prison. Four strangling his 21 year old girlfriend to death. And then he kidnapped their one year old daughter or her one year old daughter and guess what? The baby was later found floating in a retention pond. So a jury this week found Emil Fowler guilty on three counts of murder and one count of aggravated kidnapping in the 2021 deaths of Janaya Murphy. Jacqueline Dobbs. This according to the Chicago based ABC ABC affiliate wls. The investigation began when Murphy's family members filed a missing persons report on the night of November 9th of 2021. And they told police they had been unable to contact her after she did not show up for work that day. So what do we got now we have a welfare check, right? And they try, they, they try to call her and then they, you know, try to go find her. The you know, don't see, can't find her anywhere. And then finally to do the welfare they go to the apartment that she shared with her daughter in the 300 block of Inland Drive. And when they get there they were able to access the Murphy's home. That they got into the apartment through an unlocked balcony door and they noted the strong smell of bleach inside the residence. Well, I said. An ensuing check for well being revealed Ms. Murphy had apparently been murdered and Jacqueline, the baby was missing. And according to WLS surveillance footage from the area around Murphy's home, it showed Fowler leaving the apartment at around 2:40am on the day. Her body was later later discovered inside in about an hour later surveillance footage showed Fowler's vehicle parked near a retention pond in Hammond, Indiana. Now the pond, which is about 50 miles southeast of Murphy's apartment is where Jacqueline's body was recovered several days later. That's just sick. After the pond, Fowler briefly stopped at his parents home before he drove all the way to Missouri. And he was arrested in Springfield, Missouri on November 9th of 2021. Police said Fowler Murphy had a troubled quotations relationship and noted that he was not Jacqueline's father. The Cook county medical examiner's office determined that Murphy's manner of death was homicide. The cause of death was asphyxiation, strangulation. A forensic pathologist performed the autopsy on baby Jacqueline and concluded that the toddler died of cardiopulmonary arrest that was possible due to hypothermia. The doctor's report stated that prolonged exposures to temperatures that reach the the low 40s could have caused hypothermia and eventually sudden death. Now Jacqueline's manner death was listed as undetermined but the report stated that the child showed no signs of drowning and had not suffered any significant internal injuries. So basically what they're saying is he got 50 miles away and was like what am I doing with this one year old? Let me just find magically find somewhere to throw her. There's a pond through in and she dies because the water is so cold she didn't even have time to drown. Froze to death. Stick in in. Anyway they found him guilty y'. All. Thank God he's, he's due back in court for sentencing on April 20th. Illinois. Illinois does not have the death penalty. That's a shame. Can you imagine being a. Well, you know what? I think angels had a baby wrapped up and hopefully she didn't know what happened to her mama and hopefully she was, she died as soon as she hit the water so she didn't have to suffer it's time for family matters. Just rolling with family matters today, right? And this time we're going to Hawaii. We very seldom go there on true crime time for so in Hawaii, dudes locked up and maybe he's a trustee. And the lot of local jails now, especially in Louisiana, they have these work release programs, right? When you get out during the daytime, you, you make your salary at the local gas station or whatever fast food place and then you get locked back up at night and I think the sheriff's department gets like half your salary. But at least you're getting to be a productive member of society. You're paying taxes and you getting half your paycheck for when you get released so you have some money. Right. One in Hawaii this had a dude that left his work for low program and guess what he did. He left the program to stab his girlfriend and estranged wife. But now he's back in custody. John Knee Pali, who's 55 years old, y', all was charged with second degree murder and attempted second degree murder after police say he stabbed his 53 year old estranged wife and his 53 year old girlfriend who died following the attack. In a press release after his arrest on Friday, the Honolulu Police Department said that while investigating the two stabbings which took place in two different towns, they determined that the victims both had relationships with the same man. And according to report by the local Fox K H o n the Hawaii Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirmed that Nepali was an inmate at the Oahu Community Correctional center where he was serving a sentence for second degree assault. the time of the alleged stabbing attacks, Nepali was taking part in a work release program, was out on a resocialization furlough pass. Right? Let me know how that pass worked out for you. Honolulu police said they arrested Nepali outside the Capelli, Hawaii home of his estranged wife after they got reports of the stabbing. On Friday at 4:15pm Police said that Nepali had to be subdued before he was taken into custody. Set add that misdemeanor resistant charge now while investigating the incident, police determined that the woman at the Kapali home had been stabbed in the neck by by Nip Holly who was interrupted by an unnamed, unnamed 30 year old man. And then his estranged wife was able to escape and call 91 1. Kudos for her. You've been stabbed in the neck. You're still able to get out and call 91 1. So just over an hour later at 5:30pm Police received a call about an unresponsible woman in a home in Macaulay Hawaii. After police initially report the incident as an unattended death, they found several stab wounds, including defensive wounds on the woman's hands. Investigators determined that the woman's boyfriend was part of a furlough program and was wearing an ankle monitor. And you know what? This really should be a dum dum in the court. See, but nothing funny about this. Police found the girlfriend's vehicle at the home of Nepali's estranged wife. Police said the surveillance camera showed Nepali entering his girlfriend's home in McCully just after 10:30am the same morning and leaving around 2:45pm he then took his girlfriend's vehicle to drive to his estranged wife's house, where he arrived around 4pm HPD Homicide Lt. Dina Thomas said during a press conference Friday that Nepali's estranged wife was still hospitalized after the stab in the neck. But she's improving. The KHON reported that Nepali was serving a 25 year sentence for second degree assault. And the victim in that case was his estranged wife. Couldn't kill her before, didn't kill her this time as of yet, but he did stab her in the neck. I don't know what he did the first time, so. Nepali was charged on Saturday with attempted first degree murder, second degree murder, attempted secondary murder, burglary and escape. And he is in custody and being held without bail, which he should be. Oh, you know what? I have never checked to see if Hawaii has the death penalty. They do not. All right, well, I don't know. Figure it out then. Just, I guess he had it on his mind, right? I'm gonna go to my girlfriend's house, Ma, kill her, take her car, drive to my ex wife's house, the same one I'm in prison for trying to kill before and I'm gonna kill her. But he couldn't even get that straight. So I want to say jokes on him, but it's not funny. It's time for family matters. And sometimes you just can't get off the same thing. We're going to New Jersey and a 46 year old man in New Jersey is headed to prison for nearly 20 years after he strangled his girlfriend to death and stuffed her body in a refrigerator before driving the remains to a state park. Yeah. Christopher Blevins was sentenced to 17 years behind bars Friday after he pled guilty in October to first degree aggravated manslaughter because he murdered 50 year old Laura Hughes. He was originally charged with first degree murder, but prosecutors dropped the charge as part of the plea deal. Now, how does that work? You go from life in prison to getting 17 years. You're 46 years old, so you're 56 and 7. You be 63 and you get out. That's if you don't get parole ahead of time. She must not had any family member to raise hell to this deal. Oh, Hughes leaves behind two children and their father, Cornell Austin spoke about the impact their mother's death has had on them. The youngest daughter, who's 14, calls herself a secondary victim of homicide quotations. Although there is no amount of time that will bring Hughes back. You should never be able to walk among the free. This is what Allison said, according to the courtroom report from NJ.com this death will never be off my children. They will carry this the rest of their lives. Which is true now. Austin lamented that Blevins will likely get out of prison while he's still alive. He said my kids should never have to worry about someday their mother's killer will walk down the same side of the sidewalk. Well, our killer, what does he do besides get the deal of a lifetime? Blevins, he apologized for the pain and suffering. He calls and he's saying, I didn't mean to kill Hughes. I'm pretty sure you did it, homie. I do not know why it happened. I wish I could do things differently in that I just left. Well, the Hughes remains were discovered in the Bellapan state forest on December 22nd of 2024. And that's according to the Provocals arrest affidavit. So authorities said the two had a history of domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse. And in a Facebook post, the state police provided a description of the woman later identified as Hughes. And they're talking about the remains y' all in the state force. In quotations it says the remains are believed to belong to a Caucasian or Hispanic female, approximately 5 foot 1 tall. The individual had two tattoos, a koi fish tattoo on the upper right portion of her back in the shoulder blade area and a rose tattoo on her left ribs extending from her chest to her hip. And additionally, a distinctive yoga mat and necklace were recovered at the scene. And according to a report from breaking A.C. blevins, on August 2, 2024, fled south through Texas and crossed into Mexico.

He ran like a little.
C
But he didn't run far enough and he was arrested after turning himself in the Mexican law enforcement authorities on August 27, 2024. His money ran out. L Following his arrest, Blevins told authorities that he fled because he panicked, ran like a little after being involved in a violent incident in New Jersey. And he claimed that he may have killed another person during a bar fight. I'm pretty sure you know exactly who you killed because you stuffed her in a freezer and left her in the forest. Well, the affidavit says that Blevins brought the refrigerator, which contained Hughes's body, into the force on July 24, 2024. Law enforcement said they obtained photographs from license plate readers of him driving his green Dodge Ram pickup truck to transport a refrigerator shaped object on two separate days before he fled the United States to Mexico. Now that truck, which police said was solely operated by Blevins, crossed into Mexico on August 2nd of 2024. Wow. They you know, and they, they set up a GoFundMe page for his which states she was the mother of two daughters. And it says this unimaginable loss has left the daughters facing a difficult journey filled with grief and a whole lot of uncertainty. We're raising funds to assist the cremation expenses and to plant a tree in her memory, providing a lasting tribute to her love. Any remaining funds will be directed towards supporting a girl's education and school needs, ensuring they have the resources they need during this challenging time. There you have it. I don't know, just kill her, stuff her in a freezer, dump her in the forest, get your ass, run like a little to Mexico. Get arrested in Mexico and say, I might have gotten a bar fight. Well, you definitely killed her. Lord, I can't get away from these today, y'. All. It's time for family matters. I mean, just some days. It's the way the stories roll. Okay. And going to tell you about a Texas man whom authorities believe shot himself. But guess what? He was actually killed by somebody else. Just like Haley's story. That's why we need to bring that GoFundMe home. It's under hashtag JusticeForHailey, like $2,000 away. But a Texas man who authorities originally believe shot himself was killed by someone else. And police said the one who pulled the trigger was his ex wife or estranged wife. So Brianny Moore, who's 31, was arrested on Thursday in connection with the death of her estranged husband, 33 year old Lonnie Moore, who was found dead of a gunshot wound last year. In a Facebook post announcing the rest, the Montgomery County Sheriff's office stated that Lonnie Moore's death was originally believed to be the result of a self inflicted gunshot wound. Just like Haley, y'. All. But now we've proven different and just need a little more money to bring that home. But however, further investigation of the evidence of the scene contradicts that conclusion and her death was ruled a homicide. Y', all, it's the same, same exact thing. They messed up the investigation beginning on Haley Scott Roeder and the evidence room approved it. Now already beyond a reasonable doubt that that it was no way she could shoot herself. But they have some more tests to do. We need to bring that home. They said. Nine months after Lonnie Moore was found dead in his vehicle on the morning of June 15, the sheriff's office said Brianny Moore was responsible for his death. Police said Lonnie's more body was found in a running vehicle on the side of the road in New Cany, Texas around 9am on June 15. The According to documents taken by the local ABC affiliate ktrk. Police said Briani Moore spoke to them after the Grizzly discovery and they learned that the couple shared a five year old daughter and they had been separated for two years. Brian Moore told police at the time she had texted with Lonnie Moore that morning and told him she was finally filing for divorce. But according to a friend of Brownie Moore who spoke to police, Brownie Moore was using a burner phone to lure Lonnie into picking her up that morning. The friend told police that Brioni Moore said she got into the back seat when Lonnie Moore arrived and then she shot him when he reached for something in the back of the vehicle. Police said Brownie Moore's own mother identified her daughter on flock cameras that showed Brownie Moore in her estranged husband's neighborhood the morning he was found dead. And according to court documents, Brioni Moore's mother told police that her daughter seemed consumed by guilt after lining Moore's death and that she had lost weight and she cried often. Well, you should have thought about it before you did it, dumbass. Brianny Moore's mother also told police that her daughter hated her estranged husband and wished harm on him. Well, sometimes wishes are granted. And y'. All. Brianny was charged with murder and booked into the Montgomery County Jail where she is being held without bond. There you go. So you know, I get the geez almost every day somebody send me their family members case and, and a lot of them are like Haley's and like this one Lonnie Morris case where they were like they said it was suicide but I know they didn't commit suicide. And y' all a lot of times when I work suicides the people, the family members just didn't want to believe it. Right. I mean it was obvious suicide but sometimes guess what? It wasn't. And I've worked those. The the one story I told you about with a girl actually she was the first one I ever got involved with. Lopea, Louisiana, Oregon Procurement Agency on and allegedly he walked into the bathroom and he heard the gunshot and came out and she had shot herself in the head and she lived on the ventilator long enough for. And she was organ donor thank God. I think like her heart or something went to a nearer phys a neuroscientist out in California and he's still practicing, practicing today for that. But this dude told us no, no, it was, it was a suicide. I was in the bathroom. Well, we investigated and went through and interviewed everybody and found out exactly what happened. And he's in prison to this day, as he should be. It's time for worldwide crime, y'. All. I gotta end the show on something different, right. And we're going to Glasgow, Scotland. And I really don't know how much a crime this is, but this is really dangerous and people don't think about it. And they said. A residential building in Glasgow, Scotland has reportedly collapsed after an explosion in a vape shop set fire to the whole building early on Monday morning. Now, it's reported that the fire had caused the four story buildings facade to collapse into rubble with several loud bangs issuing from the inferno. Yeah, when we go to house fires and one of the first things, if people were outside, I'd ask them, are there firearms in the house? Because you knew that at some point the bullets were going to start exploding. But the According to the reports, the fire and rescue crews arrived on the scene and began pumping water from the nearby River Clyde to fight the fire. Right. And reports via the BBC indicated that there have been no reports of injuries or deaths. But according to the outlet, 15 trucks and 60 firefighters from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Services were working to put out the flames. It was reported that the fire also suspended service at the nearby Glasgow Central train station which had to be closed. And according to Scott Rail, the closure would extend into Monday. I guess they were worried about the train driving by and blowing up. But the doesn't end there. Guests at the BOCO Grand Central Hotel on Gordon street had to be evacuated around 7pm as the fire spread. When they posted online, the hotel said guests had been relocated to the Radisson Blue Hotel. But images of the blaze spread quickly on social media showing fire rescue teams working hard to control the flames. Several floors inside of the building also appear to give them way due to the fire. Those who witnessed the blaze called it catastrophic. Now the and this is their real name, y'. All. I'm not making this up. The Sexy Cough coffee shop announced that it had sustained damage to the blaze and had to close its doors. They said, we are absolutely devastated to confirm that the shop has sadly been destroyed in the fire. It is heartbreaking for us and our team, especially after the support and loyalty we have received from so many over the years. It doesn't end there. The owner of the Willow Hair Salon also wrote that her business had been affected by the blaze. And labor MSP Paul Sweeney posted on social media that he had Seen the Foresight building which he said dated back to 1851. And he said he actually saw it collapse as the fire raised. Said sadly the building has now partially collapsed. I hope the fire can be contained. The corner of the Forsyth Building as well as the Collodion Chambers and Central Hotel, they seem unaffected. But he said it's a massive blow to Union street with the restore restoration of the Egyptian Halls in Prospect. The first Minister John Sweeney said he was deeply concerned about the scenes and urged people to follow emergency services advice. And y' all that I mean get. It goes on and on and on about all the different firefighters responding and more damage and stuff like that. But guess what? It all started in the. In a ground floor shop. Vape shop. I'll keep you updated on it. The I. I have heard of cases for vapes blowing up on in people's faces and stuff like that. The I mean it's a vape shop. The vape calls the fire. I don't know but the something in the vape shop did and they were stuff popping off. I would guess the explosions have to be the vape cartridges or whatever they're called. And you can go look it up on X. It's got millions of views already. They show all the destruction. This looks like a nuclear bomb went off down there, right? That crazy destroyed the sexy coffee shop and everybody else. So I don't know. The shit happens. All right, you know what? I can't end it. I'm gonna go back to the original theme. I'm gonna end it on this. It's time for family matters. You know, one of the things I respect most about women is their ability to give birth and how much pain and shit they go through on it. But check this out. We're going to Florida. And Florida authorities have arrested a college student after she gave birth on a toilet and left the newborn to die. Right. Maybe she's going home to recover and do whatever. No, she gives birth on the toilet, left the baby to die and then she went out to perform as part of a college theater production. Okay, let me. Let me get this baby out so I can go be in this play. To Anne May the media was arrested on Friday, March 6 on aggravated manslaughter of a child charge. Y'. All. Demingilio is 20 years old and she was detained by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office who said that a call came in Friday morning seeking a welfare check on an adult female. The caller and foreign operators at 20 year old and the Miguel had sent Message to the caller saying that she had secretly been pregnant and unexpectedly gave birth at home. When officers arrived at the Miguel's home, she confirmed to police that she had given birth in the toilet the day before. She told investigators the newborn cried at first but eventually went lifeless. She said at that point she hid the infant in a duffel bag in her closet and then went about her normal daily routine. They said that Dimiglio then proceeded to go to her local college and did a performance at a theater of Anything Goes. And then she returned home. The migilio confessed to police. She then buried the baby in a shallow grave in her backyard. At 10pm on Thursday, March 5, she said that she was not even positive she was pregnant until she started delivering the child. I'm calling bullshit on that, but whatever. She took the cops to where the baby's body was buried. Now investigators believe she knowingly and purposely allowed the newborn to drown in the toilet. Wow. They said the baby, the deceased baby weighed 3 pounds and 6 ounces. And they said the investigation into the death continues. And they're not saying whether the baby was a boy girl. They also said they want to remind people of Florida Safe haven law protects parents who cannot care for a newborn and gives them the option of safely surrendering the child at any fire station, hospital or police station. And she's, you know, naturally she's been charged and. And she is being held without bond. And she's due she had entered even in her to plea yet. I'm pretty sure you're plea is what you're gonna get. Florida has the death penalty. I don't know. I mean, what do you do? 20 years old? I'm pretty sure somebody told you penis inside of vagina ejaculation. Ken calls baby right? You go. I don't know how many months a three pound is developed at, but it was developed enough to cry. You give birth, you haven't had your menstrual cycle in however long. You give birth, you see the baby, it drowns in the toilet whether you did it or to stop it from crying or not. Then you put it in a duffel bag and then you just go to your college and do you do your part in the play and then come home and dig a grave, Put it your baby that I don't talk about anymore. That's enough. That's enough for today. I love and appreciate each and every one of y'. All. Thank you for liking and listening and sharing. Some disturbing today. Other than the vape sword burning down half the city in in Scotland, but I'm Woody Overton, and y' all stay tuned. This week, it's going to be Fire calling you. Tips, please, on all the cases but Madison, y' all, come on, man. Serial killer or serial. Something is happening and whoever it is, and I'm not going to speculate, whoever it is, they're walking amongst us not far from where I'm sitting right now. And that's all I got for today. And I'm Woody Overton, you host True Crime. Time for Wednesday morning Marshall 12. I'll holla at you later. Love you. Peace.
