results of the blood analysis, the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office exhumed the child's body and conducted an autopsy. The medical examiner ruled the manner of the victim's death was homicide and determined the cause of death to be acute ethanol toxicity. It said the presence of ethanol in a non ambulatory child is consistent with intentional administration by another the level ethanol found in her pre emboldened body would be level lethal and non chronic users and be lethal in a child this age. This according to the medical examiner. What they wrote in the report. They said the presence of ethanol in the subscapular hematoma may represent prior administration. So this was an ongoing deal y'. All. I guess you I mean the baby's nonverbal, can't move. I don't know why the hell you got to knock her out. The medical examiner also noted injuries indicative of physical abuse. They said the abrasions, contusions and healing fractures in this non ambulatory child are also concerning for non accidental trauma. So in interviews with Detectives Smith and Faulkner admitted to being the only adults in the home during the Time period. The alcohol was introduced into the child's system and were the only ones who operated her feeding tubes. Brah, Wisconsin, I love you to death. It's my jam. It's my people. But they don't have the death penalty. And you know, there's their Faulkner sentencing here in the schedule for May 1st. Figure it out. That's two in a row. And the did that just make any sane parent cringe? All right, we're going out to Ohio. And this is a horrible case, but thank God it ended after 25 years and there's justice. That's why you never give up, people. Hashtag, just for Bradley. Hashtag just for AO, just for Ms. Barbara Blunt and Haley, never give up. Sooner or later, the worm will finally turn and go your way. Right? So a man is facing rape charges for an allegation that dates back 25 years. And this is in Butler County, Ohio. Donald Spicer, who's 40. So go back 25 years. I mean, well, he's fucking 15 years old. Was indicted by a Butler grand jury. He is accused of having sexual conduct with one girl sometime between 1999 and 2001. He's accused of sexually assaulting a second girl during the same time period. And both were under the age of 13. And of course, he would also been a teenager at the time. And he is held on a $200,000 bond. But they finally, after all these years, caught up with this. And, man, he's only 40, so I'm guessing 15 years old. And he was raping babies. Thank goodness the law enforcement, for whatever reason, because it doesn't say got their man. 25 years later, here's to them. Never give up, never surrender. It's time for effed up professionals. Oh, boy, y' all gonna love this. You know, my daughter played softball for years and years and years. And actually one of my younger good buddies who hunts with me, Chaz, shout out to you. Chaz Sevick. He's a softball coach in high school. But he didn't like this asshole. I'm about to tell you. And we're going back to Ohio for the second time today in Clinton county, which I live in Clinton, East Feliciana, but Clinton County, Ohio. A former junior varsity assistant softball coach for the Wilmington High School, pled guilty to, you can guess it, secretly recording teens with a hidden camera. And Cordell is his name. He pled guilty last week to 13 counts which involved multiple victims. According to court papers, Cordell hit a Bluetooth speaker camera and a Charger block camera. Among Others. Now. None of the hidden cameras were found on the school property at the time of his arrest. The Wilmington City School District issued a statement. They said Mr. Gordon Cordell was the softball assistant coach for our JV volleyball team for the 2122 and 2223 seasons. Mr. Cordell was also under contract as our sports photographer. I bet he was for those two years. And all FBI and BCI background checks were on file and did not reveal any past issues. Concern. Upon his arrest, the district cut all ties from Scordell as a coach and athletic. Athletic photographer. And he is set to be sentenced on May 8th. Okay, y', all, let's talk about this for a second. Hidden cameras. They said they weren't on school property. I probably beg to differ. The. That stops lawsuits, I would guess, but they're gonna have. They have the evidence. And he pled guilty to recording nude minors with the hidden cameras. I don't know. I mean, you get some new. The nude girls. Teenage girls to your house and you're 40 years old at OR. He's 48. And when he got arrested and charged with 22 counts. Voyeurism of a minor eagle, Illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance, and interception of an oral communication. So I. Evidently, he had audio on his cameras and he's videotaping nude young teenagers. Yeah, they're going to love you in prison, buddy. And, you know, background checks. Fuck. What the fuck? Why you even got to say that? I guess you won't say that to stop a lawsuit. Well, yeah, we did background checks and they didn't show anything. Well, if they would have showed something, his ass would have been in prison, right? All right. You got cheaters of all kind. It takes all kinds to make the world go around. And in my polygraph career, believe it or not, the. I used to polygraph or give tests to people that would win these big sports tournaments. And I'm talking about fishing tournaments where first place was $10,000 multiple. It could be saltwater fishing or bass tournaments, even hog tournaments, where the people would go out, these teams go out, and they had these hog dogs. And one dog would track the hog and the other dog would pin them down. And they would actually have to rope these hogs and bring them in alive and they weigh them in live in, like, the stadium. I'll never forget this because I did it for two years in a row. And the team with the most live hogs. And wait, one. And it's still. It was a significant amount of money. They Paid, you know, like 10 grand to the winning team and. But you wouldn't believe that. Yes, I have busted people who were cheating and how you asked me a person cheat on something like that? Well, like on the hogs, they were worried that they had trapped them. They only had like 24 hours to trap them and, and weigh them in on Sunday. And the. They would. The fear was then I actually caught somebody doing it one time. The fear was that or team that they're catching the hogs outside the prescribed window and keeping them in a trap and then weighing them in on that day. Right. Cheaters, you know, anytime there's money involved, there's cheating. So we're going to go to Wood County, Texas. And a Texas man was arrested and charged after authorities say he tampered with a fish and manipulated its weight during a fishing tournament on Lake Fork. Now, y', all these fishing tournaments, it could be $1,000 or $10,000. I've done one that was up to $100,000 for Swordfish Offshore in Louisiana. But they said it happened on Sunday when Texas game wardens in Wood county were contacted by the organizers of the Lake Fork lure company. And then they were holding a tournament, right? A bass tournament. So the, so they call the game wardens to investigate a bass which is turned in at the weigh in because the bass raised concerns of possible tampering. Now, the fish was flagged. Why they didn't need a polygraph because these guys have gotten smart enough. Polygraphs cost a lot of money. And the. You weigh in your. They call them a bag of fish. I mean, most bass tournaments, you get up to like five fish, your five heaviest fish, and you weigh them in, they have to be alive, et cetera, and they release them. But the, they started using a metal detector and waving over the fish. Why? Because other assholes have cheated and put lead weights in the fish to make their way heavier. And this is what happened here. So they call the game wardens and because the metal detective one alerted the tournament staff to a potential presence of a foreign object, the wardens got there and they conducted a necropsy on the bass, meaning they cut it open. And they discovered three weights in his stomach that showed no signs of erosion. So this isn't, you know, weights that the fish ate at an earlier date or over the years and got away with and accidentally swallowed. Wardens also, you know, then they conduct their own investigation and they go to the English boat and they find the same weights, the same style and the size that are inside the bass's. Belly in the, in the fisherman's boat. So Curtis Lee Daniels of Willow park was arrested and charged with violating the fishing tournament law. Now, because the tournament's total prize value exceeded 10 grand, the charge is a third degree felony. And Mr. Daniels got booked into the Wood county jail after posting a $20,000 bond. Now, wouldn't you like to be known as a fucking piece of shit who cheats in a bass tournament? I'm pretty sure I'd rather get caught cheating on anything else. You're out there with a group of your peers and having fun, hey, it's for money. So, I mean, maybe this dude need the money. I don't know. But you had specific intent. Oh, they're dumb asses. You know, I'm gonna win 15 grand, first place, maybe a new boat, whatever it's gonna be. I'm gonna just stuff all, you know, another pound of weights inside this 4lb fish body to make it a 5 pounder. But his ass got caught. Good job to the law enforcement and the tournament officials and sorry to whatever polygraphers in that area doesn't get to do those tournaments anymore. There you have it. It's time for family matters. You know, anytime someone you love goes in a coma, the. It's a stressful time, right? And a lot of times when people get severely injured, they will medically induce a coma so that person body can heal the best way that they can, right? They let them rest so they're not thrashing around and screaming in pain. We're going out to Florida. And Daniel Waterman was severely injured in a car crash on super bowl Sunday in 2025. And he's originally from the Syracuse, New York area. And he had been riding in the passenger seat while his pregnant girlfriend, Leah Mumby, who was 24 years old, drove along Interstate 95 in Flagler County, Florida. And yeah, you see where this is going to go. The couple began arguing during the drive. Intentions escalated. Just moments before the crash, the vehicle went off the road, leaving Waterman with critical injuries. Now, he was in a coma, but he briefly woke up and he gave the juice to investigators. And when what he said, it changed everything. But Waterman, who died on October 8th of 2025 from the complications related to his injuries, he told authorities that Mumby deliberately caused the crash. And according to the court documents which cited by People magazine and the New York Post, he said Mumby's anger bowled over just moments before the accident, saying, I don't care what happens. You'll get what you deserve. Well, then she crashed the car. Both Mummy and the couple's baby survived, even though she was also injured in the crash.
