Foreign. Welcome to this episode of True Crime. Time for Saturday, May 23rd, 2026 and I'm Woody Overton. I don't know if it's gonna be a True Crime four episode or a episode. I mean I'm just talking about whatever the I want to talk about some of these cases and stuff that we're working on and. Or what. Right? But I could tell you this if you're listening it if you're in South Louisiana, you're not on the on the beach or fishing. That's what I normally do on this weekend, but it's going to be a washout all weekend. Right now hopefully you're on the beach somewhere drinking a. I'd say my tab. I don't really like those but drinking an umbrella drink and or Ice cold beer and. And catching some sunshine, beginning of the summer, barbecuing. I'm definitely going to do that. The. But remember, it's Memorial Day, and it's all about the people who died saving our country. Saving our country, defending our country in the. Historically, in the podcast world. Now going on our eighth year or ninth year, whatever the fuck. I always get my dates mixed up. But worse weekends are always your holiday weekends. And you would think that Memorial Day would be one of the least of the other worst weekends, right? Because you got Christmas and New Year's and Thanksgiving and that's. That's pretty much true. But the Memorial Day, for some reason, I don't know, because graduations and kicking off a summer and all that stuff, it's just. It's horrible for podcasting now. It's good as far as people driving and listening and what have you, but I think anytime you take people out of their normal work routine or their normal daily routine, and then. Then the listens slow down for that those couple days, and then they bounce back the next week, right? So probably nobody's listening to this or half the amount of people that normally do. So I don't want to blow a full episode on Madison. I do want to talk about it. The. Her case, y'. All. You know, I've worked a lot of these over the years, not just in law enforcement, but on the private side, on the criminal defense side, on the podcast side and stuff like that. The Madison's case, I'm not. There's a lot of. Every case is different. It's like your kids, right? Every one of them is different, different personalities and everything else. And then like, hashtag just for Bradley, hashtag just for a took on a life of its own. And then in the end, I'm not doing any more full stories on it because the very ones who I came on board to help were saying all this and doing all this stuff and people were sending stuff, blah, blah, blah. And it had nothing to do with Bradley's case. Bradley Stracer murdered. No doubt in my mind about that. Austin Abanion byproduct. Her death, her. Which is a homicide, anyway you look at it, is absolutely a byproduct of Bradley Stracer's case. And now Bradley's mama's dead. Right? But the, the. When you get so focused and that I have to quit with you, and, and because you're so outside the box and, and you don't listen and all you're doing is destroying the investigation. Well, I mean, that's just part of how investigations go. And then you can get the other one. Like Mary Poche's case in West Baton Rouge Parish, when originally I had to be against the cops. In the end they, they, they took it and they ran with it. And the guy, you know, it was supposed to be an accident and he was a former cop and he played out to 60 years, which means he's going to die in prison. Right. So the, the. Each case is different according to Cocos. You know, had to go against them in the beginning with them in the end. I mean in law enforcement powers to be and we get the conviction. Yeah. Just every case is different. Ms. Barbara Blunt, totally with law enforcement on that one and always will be with Sheriff Jason Arden's Parish Sheriff's Office. But the. And, and y', all, it's not that I don't have my theories and, and because I do. I mean I like on Bradley's, on, on Ms. Barbara's and yeah. I mean certainly on Madison's case, but I can't come out there for legal reasons and, and say what I want to say. I don't know, I don't know how to explain it to you, but the, the. On Madison's case, y', all, it's so much bigger, I think. I think for, for two. I mean it has, it has traction and y' all are doing great. Hashtag what happened to Madison. And, and you know, there's more post every day about her and stuff. So it's so, you know, Rome wasn't built in a day. And yes, I'm getting tips. The, the. And talk to Ms. Lynn, Mama Lynn almost every day. And the. If you haven't go back, go back and listen to the episodes where she talks about the other girls that are missing also and the other girls who were in the same situation Madison was in, living with Morse and all that. And the, the. The young lady, Stephanie, who's missing allegedly from, you know, running. The last time anybody heard from her, she's running through the woods on the cell phone saying, come get me. They're chasing me. Never been heard from again. Right at the. They didn't just disappear people. It's not aliens. Right in the. I understand high risk victims and, and the lifestyles and all that, but there's a, there's an issue out there. All right, let's say of a seven women that two of them did just go to Seattle, Washington or whatever, move the off and that didn't happen. But let's say two out of seven Then that means there's five had their lives come to the nefarious end. It's real people, dude. I mean, I'm telling you, you're talking about killing people. Murder. And then I mean I love true crime shit, but I mean when you murder someone, you got to do your damnedest get rid of the body and clean up everything and all that. And, and I don't think we're dealing with a mental giant here. What we're dealing with is, is a situation where someone does what they done and. And they happen to get away with it because nobody was looking at it. Right. But now I promise you can't tell you who I've talked to or who I've met with and what have you because then I told him I wouldn't. But the I could promise you this case is being looked at from. And it's not just, not just Madison. These cases are being looked at from different angles and, and different things are being done. But you know, the in and I, I know Ms. Lynn gets more frustrated than, than anyone in the world, but these, these cases take time, you know? Yeah. I mean you got to build. It's like one brick at a time. One brick at a time. And you gotta lay that mortar and put that brick on there and then you got to see if the mortar holds. Right. Running down lease is what I'm talking about people. And then, then you got. You want to build a really strong house. Like what was it? I'll huff and I'll huff and I'll blow your house down. Well, you won't be the little piggy that has the brick house can't be. You have to be. If you're going to get arrest in these cases and bring these bodies home, you. You have to come correct. And the that takes time. And then guess what's happening. While these bricks that this bricklayers out there trying to build that sturdy hurricane proof house. There's other hurricanes going on and they got they that are fresh. They now you're trying to repair from this one that happened X amount of years ago. And every day there's a new hurricane that comes through and there's only so many people that can respond and work them. I don't know. Figured. The I hate it. Like I know if I was the parent that like Ms. Lynn I would be losing my Jesus. And I get that. But the yeah. I mean Madison's got babies. Not, not babies anymore. The I mean, you know, their mama's never coming home. Ms. Lynn's daughter's Madison's never coming home and it's just a fact. Oh no. Coming home alive. Not gonna walk through the door and say, hey mom, I love you. I'm sorry I've been on the bender for the last couple years and yeah, I'm sorry I didn't call da da da da da and tell you kids, hey babies, I love y'.

I'm sorry. You know, I didn't call or send you birthdays or do Christmases or anything else. Well, you know what? She can't do it because she's dead. Only question is, is she cut into pieces? Is she buried? Is she in water? The and I have a general idea but I mean you can only do so much but these are real people and they're never going to get the national attention the that Nancy Guthrie is getting. And I still probably get a couple a week on on Bradley Streisner. Right. THE I can promise you I'm not just turning a blind eye to it but the there's I it's being sent to who it needs to be sent to if it's not something we already have and everything. THE I'm never going to get off of it just because some people over there are right and the cops can hate me over there. I don't care if they had done their job to begin with, we wouldn't even be talking about Bradley and I would never have to get involved or chosen to take on the case. For those of you who call me a and semi nasty and you a because you got off Bradley's case. Well, guess what? I never got off of it. But you're a for saying that and I'm never going to respond to you and you don't upset me right. So yeah, I know you're listening and and you go yourself they and that I don't get upset about that. It's like somebody leaving a bad review. I do what I do with a pure heart and for pure reasons. I can't say that about everybody. And if I've had enough of you and I cut you then you're done. on this day, May 23rd in 2019, dude name Bobby Joe Long was given the ultimate punishment. Baba Joe Long was executed by the means of lethal injection after pleading guilty to killing eight women in Tampa, Florida back in 1984. Along with eight murders, he was suspected of two more and confessed to to raping 40 other women. Most of the time when you plead guilty that's so you can just do life without this dude pled guilty. Bobby Joe Long and he's so evil. That's the eight that he confessed to. And 40 well he's suspected of numerous more and he right he confessed to raping over 40 women. I'm pretty sure that dude's in hell or maybe he found him some Jesus. I don't know. It's not mine to judge but the that is why we have the death penalty people like Mr. Bobby Joe Long. All right, you know what I think I'm gonna do today is a kind of a Leah Marie. She's she's a damn beast. And y' all Leah Marie will be at this show. So she didn't make the the last one has some personal stuff going on but she's going to be there and and as will all the the the life are small over the country but The I. Dawadi is above repro Re. Approach. That's not the correct word. Approach. Nobody. Everybody has to answer to someone. Mr. Bobby Joe Long, evidently he answered to. He's answering to a higher power or a lower power now. But the. I'm talking about people are always like, oh, well, they're dirty and you know, nothing ever gets done. And, and yeah, certain percentage of professionals are. Are in the end. But they're. If I was going to be a dirty cop, you wouldn't catch me. Right? But some people. And let's just make the. How about this. We'll make this series unless I inject something else. All this. It's time for effed up professionals and we're gonna start out and a U.S. attorney, y'. All, that's some serious prestigious. Right? The. If you become a prosecutor, federal prosecutor, that's like the creme de la creme. You know, the. You're the best of the best. And prosecutors, you know, you think cops should get held to a higher standard and stuff like that. But prosecutors and judges real right. They're just not out on the street every day with the temptations and the different things that situations like cops have to be put in. But we're going to go to or I'm going to tell you about a former U.S. attorney, Jennifer Lowry. So Jennifer Lowry, who is the former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Texas, y', all, that's a huge area there. Well, she's in trouble now, right, no matter who you know, and, and, and what have you, because she fled the scene of a crash in H town in Houston. So police records show Lowry was charged with felony failures to stop and render aid last week because she got into a crash on May 14. In the crash occurred on Memorial Drive near Birdsall Street. According to court documents, the driver of the Nissan Altima told police that he was traveling eastbound on Memorial Drive when bam, his vehicle was struck by a car that was in the median. I guess a cross over the median or you driving down the median too. But the driver told police that he moved his vehicle to a safe location. You know that that's something that trips me out to this day, like in yours. Now, if you get in a crash, I'm like, pull over and, and exchange information. We're not coming. Right? And if your shit's so up that you have to get a tow truck, then. Oh, well, right. But the drivers does that. He pulls his vehicle to Safe location. But Ms. Lowry was like that and she ran like a little. So the driver of The Nissan, right. The one dude that pulls his car over. He's.
Nanit Smart Baby Monitor Promoter
He.

He. He said he had ringing in his ears and yelling. Everybody anybody knows anything about head injuries, nose heads could serious injury. And he told police that the repairs or replacement of his car would cost about $35,000. What kind of ultima? How much damage did he have to his ultima? I mean, Nissan Alta. $35,000 worth of damage and you could still pull it to the side. Anyway, he wanted to pursue charges. Well, according to court documents, a witness approached police at the scene and told them he saw a woman driving a heavily damaged vehicle and saw her park the car a few blocks away. I guess it was a pretty good crash because she couldn't even get away. Right. Let me see that. I got another article. Let's see if I can play it. It's just a video show. Holy. The cars were smashed up good. They actually have video. It's a split screen video. Oh, all right. Well, this dude just got like tag tagged. But anyway, so police went to the address and saw the vehicle with significant front end damage. It was part parking in the driveway of a home. It's. According to court documents, a license plate was registered to our former prosecutor, Ms. Lowry. According to court documents, Lowry's husband came out and identified himself as an attorney and said his wife was involved in a crash. Well, I don't know about. He would say that. And the. You have the right to remain silent. He should have shut the up. Right. And let them prove that she was driving it. But police say he told officers that he would provide all the needed information. But here he comes, the lawyer. He would not allow his wife to provide a statement. Well, let me tell you about Ms. Lowry. The Lauer previously served as the chief federal law enforcement officer for the region number one, y'. All. She was appointed to serve as the U. S. Attorney for the southern district of Texas by district judges in April of 2022 after she held the intern position and acted in the capacity since February 2021. She led the office until her successor was sworn in in December 2022. The. You know what? She got arrested, y'. All. I mean the or they charged her for leaving scene of the crash. Well, here's the problem with that prolonged poor standpoint. You can't prove dick. I watch these videos. Yeah, you see the car doing it. Her dumb ass husband came outside and said, yeah, my wife was involved in crash, but I'm not gonna let her give a statement. Well, you just up because even if she was hammered ass drunk and she made it home, she goes inside, they can say they have witnesses see you drive it driving the car. But as long as the cops didn't catch you driving the car and you're not in the vicinity of the car and you're not sitting behind the wheel with the keys in the car, then the worst thing to do is charge you with. Nothing. The now that your husband said you were there, you were. I mean, all you had to do was say, yep, our vehicle. You know, I mean, it would have been a lie, but it said our vehicle was stolen and there it is. Right? And nobody would ever been able to prove anything. But if they even now, she's gonna at least catch Louisiana. The, the, the statue. Louisiana Revised Statute 14, Semicolon 100. I think that's fleeing the scene of an accident. So there you go. But she'll have to do something, right? Nobody gets away totally for free, and her husband is not a very good attorney. All right, let's see. I'm find some more shitty ones. Oh, here we go. Here we go again. This is stupid. And this y'. All. I don't do politics, but it's time for Effed up. Professionals. Don't do politics on the show for obvious reasons, but this one has politics involved. And it's a about another prosecutor, right? Everybody's got an answer. So I'm going to tell you about the prosecutor who is accused of stealing sealed report about Trump by emailing a file to herself titled Bundt cake recipe. Right. And they said because the veteran federal prosecutor allegedly changed the file names to dessert recipes, she faces a criminal charge with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. All right, well, the Justice Department indicted a Veteran Federal Prosecutor Two prosecutor fed federal prosecutors in a row on Wednesday, May 20 on allegations that she emailed herself records related to President Donald Trump's classified documents criminal case which violated a federal judge's court order. So Carmen Lineberger, who's 62, allegedly changed the names of the documents to chocolate cake recipe PDF and Bundt cake recipe PDF and sent them to her personal emails email accounts in September and December of 2025. The sealed documents included emails and an internal Justice Department memo and Special counsel Jack Smith's final report on the case, which U.S. district Judge Ali and Cannon appointed to who was appointed to the federal bench by Trump during his first term. The this judge Cannon had blocked these reports from being released in a January 21, 2025 court order. Now because Lenberger allegedly changed the file names and disguised them as dessert recipes to conceal them from record searches. The. The. This what the FBI director Cash Patel said she was charged with a. Destruction, alteration or falsification of records and federal investigations which carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Can you imagine that you go into prison. What do you want to do with these, these inner memos anyway around and find out. So they said this afternoon. A former managing assistant U.S. attorney who supported Jack Smith's politicized investigation of President Trump has been charged with stealing the confidential investigation documents. That's according to FBI Director Patel. This FBI will not hesitate to bring to account those who violated the trust of the American public in an investigation that should have never been brought to begin with. Well, Lineberger did not work on Smith's team and the special Counsel appointed in 2022 probed and ultimately charged the then former president with a variety of crimes across two criminal cases. A Florida case related to Trump's alleged mishandling of classified documents including, including by storing them in Amar. Oh his, his hotel, his resort, whatever. Amar Largo, whatever the. They call that place. They said that they were stored in a bathroom there. In a Washington prosecution related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. So Cannon dismissed the classified documents case in July 2024 after and after the president's November 2024 election victory, Smith moved to dismiss the charges Trump faced for his efforts to stay in power despite losing the election in 2020. But in alleged in a January 2025 report about that case that Trump resorted to a series of criminal efforts to retain power and that the evidence was sufficient to obtain and sustain a conviction of trial. And of course naturally Trump's denied all wrongdoing and he's calling for this prosecutor to be jailed. So there you have it. I don't know. I don't know. I don't get it. The, the, you know, the, the country is so divided more than it's ever been in history world and I don't, I don't care what side you're on. I'm just telling you, I mean you, you can't call me a liar about that, right? But this stuff goes back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and you know, I don't know. It's time for effed up professionals now. Let's do some more public officials.

Nanit Smart Baby Monitor Promoter

The RealReal Advertiser
Fox Carolina got a tip about this last night and our investigative team has been working to learn more.
Nanit Smart Baby Monitor Promoter
So let's get right to chief investigative anchor Justin Daugherty to break down what we know at this moment.
News Reporter
Okay, and Rachel, right away we do want to Warn you, some of these details you're about to hear are disturbing. Six people in total are charged and some of them worked as first responders in our community. Greenville county deputies said the crimes happened in the late 90s and early 2000s. Four men are all facing multiple charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor accused of sexually abusing young children. Their names, you see them here on your screen. Matthew Fay, Alan Foltz, Edward Storer and Waylon Rogers. Fay worked at the Greenville City Fire Department. Fultz previously worked for Malden Police. Rogers worked for Greenville Police. Deputies say the crimes happened more than 20 years ago and the suspects conspired together to assault the children. Two of the victims came forward earlier this year. Now, the suspects appeared before a judge this morning. You see all of them lined up. In addition to facing criminal sexual conduct charges, one of the suspects, Matthew Faye, is accused of driving the children to multiple men who then sexually assaulted them. Warrens also alleged Fults would babysit the victims. All of the suspects knew each other, but further details of those relationships aren't available right now. Now, the other two suspects charged in this case are Paula Fultz and Janine Storer. Both women are charged with accessory, conspiracy, unlawful conduct towards a child. Warrants alleged the women would pull the children out of their bedrooms so the men could assault them and would even get the children if they tried to run away. Now, the victims in this case were in court and did speak. However, they asked that we not share their statements to respect their privacy. We are respecting those wishes. The deputies are urging anyone who may have been a victim or knows something about this case to come forward with more information as soon as possible. In the studio, Justin Doherty, Fox Carolina News.

See all no one is above the law. And now you got firefighter, firefighters and police 20 years ago not only raping babies, but driving around so other men could rape them and plus some other too. And I believe in justice. In a perfect world, justice will catch up with every sorry some out there and. And these people got away with it for 20 years and now they gotta face the music, right? But that's 20 years. And you think they just quit and how much money you think you were getting 20 years in 2006? How much money you think you were getting when you to bring a child to be raped by another adult? 300, $400. Br Evil exists. It always has and always will. I mean them. I, I hope they burn their ass forever. So let's just do it. Another one. We're on a roll. It's Time for effed up professionals. This one is about another cop and

a former Malden police officer also facing similar charges tonight. Alan Fultz is now charged with multiple crimes, including eight counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11. Fultz used to work for the Malden Police Department, but we're told he left in 2005. Records show he is also set to appear in court tomorrow.
Woody Overton
Let me tell you about Mr. Foles going to Greenville, South Carolina and then the former Malden police officer has been arrested on charges connected to child sex crimes. The Malden Police Department said Alan Randolph Fultz left that department back in 2005 and he's now facing eight counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old, unlawful conduct toward a child and child at risk and conspiracy. The dude that deserve the breathe. You know, you're a cop, you use your badge and your gun and you're raping babies. Cop, fireman, federal prosecutors. We don't give a right the it is what it is. All right, I'm gonna end it with this one. This is a little bit different than what I've been on all day. I don't know, shout out to Maddie Reed and and everybody else's weddings that I've done and y' all don't do them for the money obviously of doing to go and have a good time with my besties, my best fans and meet a lot of great people and everything. So let me tell you what happened to this efficient and a dude named William Wells, who's 35 years old, was arrested after becoming angry about pricing for beach wedding services. And when he heard the price, he got mad and he attacked the officiant. That's what I would be called, right. I got certified to do weddings. This dude certified do weddings and he gets attacked. So and this is in Florida, y'. All. And a Florida man was arrested after assaulting a wedding officiant over a price quote. On Saturday, May 16, the Volusia Sheriff's office responded to reports of a simple assault around 2:31pm local time at the Tornita Park. According to the police report, a 65 year old officiant was loading equipment into his car after one of his weddings when William Wells, who's 35, approached him to ask about price for beach wedding service. Like hey man, I just saw you did a wedding. You know, know how much are your prices? Well, what the fishing told him, he evidently didn't want to hear because he gave the fishing, gave him the quote and Wells became angry and started acting erratic and causing the verbal dispute over pricing to quickly escalate. I get in a fight about an argument about a lot of things but you're going to tell get it. I mean you just gonna lose your Jesus on this dude because he gave you a quote about a performing a wedding that you didn't like. Well, according to the Daytona Beach News Journal, Wells was quoted 500 for a beach wedding. I always have to get 500. I'm I probably did get 500 worth of beer and free food and love. But Wells was quoted 500 for a beach wedding which enraged his ass. He got mad as in the end he starts yelling at the fishing and calling him names and telling him you're rude and well guess what. What I always tell you everything's being recorded. So the efficient realize this dude is evidently off his rocker. So he starts to record him and once the well Solomon recording he swings at him and his cell phone and then he punched him in the stomach. Can't make this shit up. And at that at that point quotations at that point Wells struck the victim in the stomach causing the victim to temporarily lose his breath. And this is all in the deputy's report. So Wells then he ran like a little. To and he jumps in a blue Kia and runs like a little. The blue Kia was registered to a female from South Daytona and Wells was later located at his residence by the South Daytona police. And he got arrested for felony battery on a person 65 years or older. And he got booked into the Volusia county branch jail. Well our officiant who got smacked around because he had he charged 500 bucks he declined medical treatment and but he did tell deputies he wanted to press charges and this court in the Fox 35 in Orlando. And according to the deputies while Wells admitted to arguing and swatting him at the victim's phone, he denied punching him in the stomach. Well you fucking idiot, you already know he's recording. He's going to have the punch on camera. So following the incident deputies stated that Wells has multiple prior battery convictions including felonies such as fleeing and eluding and narcotics offenses. Can't make that up. Well in this Memorial Day Saturday right in the middle of the weekend too the that we'll end it with a beach story. Let me tell you a little reliable crime Holy these long holiday weekends. Oh my God, people started on Friday. Guaranteed most people start on Thursday because even like I was a state police like fuck, I'm not going to work on Friday. I'll take use one of my days. Right. Then you got off Friday, Saturday, Sunday, you got Monday off already. And I probably take Tuesday too. The problem with that is everybody's going to the beach or you know, to the houses. Whatever it is that you do on the holiday. If you drink in your party you're gonna start Thursday night. Then it rolls over into Friday and Friday night. And if you. You go into the beach or you go into the lake or whatever it's all day Saturday and Saturday night. Then it rolls in the Sunday and it rolls in the Monday. The which is the actual holiday. Right. At some point in there and I'm gonna prove it to you again the by statistics people start to show their ass these long holiday weekends. That and the. The people just act full. Now the one good thing in South Louisiana this weekend it's going to be raining the whole time. I don't know if that's good or bad because it might put. Put them more locked into a inside a house because people still going to celebrate the holiday regardless. Right. Locked into a house. And maybe it'll be more violent that away but I doubt it. The I don't know. So but Monday's episode is going to be I'm gonna re release last year's crime statistics and then Tuesday I'm gonna blow your mind because just watch how many people are gonna kill or how many mass shootings there'll be. Memorial Day weekend the longer the holiday weekend. It's like the Fourth of July. You want that. That to follow on like a Tuesday or Wednesday or something right in the middle of the week. Most people only get one day off. Those long weekends guaranteed you. Oh and if it's hot and if it's a full moon. If you think the full moon doesn't bring that it's a myth that doesn't bring out the crazies. I'm here to tell you full moons bring out the crazies. Let it be full moon and hot. You're doubly if you're in law enforcement. Anyway, I love and appreciate each and every one of y'. All. Thank you for liking and listening and sharing and all that good podcast. The y' all truly am blessed. But do call in your tips. 313rlrc tip hashtag what happened to Madison? All the cases are important but this is going to be outside the box, man. I mean if they. If they don't end up making Netflix and Hulu documentaries about this case when. When it's done, I'll be shocked. So anyway, I'm Woody Overton, you host a true crime. Time for Saturday, May 23rd. Y' all have a fantastic weekend. Happy Memorial Day. Love you. Peace.
