Just if you've been before, you know, you know how we roll. So let's get out on true crime time for Wednesday, May 6th. And on this day in 1993, eight year old boys, Chris Briars and Stevie Branch and Michael Moore were found naked, beaten and hog tied in a Waterfield ditch. The murder shocked the community. And many believe that the brutal murders were part of a cult ritual due to violent nature. The of, of how badly these boys were Torn up, right? Three teenagers, Damien Eccles, Jason Baldwin and Jesse Muskelly Jr. Were charged with the crime. Despite evidence pointing to other suspects, Ms. Kelly Jr. And Baldwin were both sentenced to life in prison. But Echoes was sentenced to death. You know this is more commonly known as the West Memphis three, right? And I watched all the documentaries on it over the years and I could, you know what, I need to do a show on this because they are. I totally, totally do not believe these guys did it. And this is, it's a scores case and I, I know who, I think I know who did it. And since then y', all the, there's been all kinds of breaking stuff and then getting out of prison and stuff like that. Very, very interesting case from as as from an investigative standpoint and a hell of a thing if you haven't watched it. I think it's on hbo. There's a couple seasons or a couple different documentaries on it and hell of a case and like I said, I'll probably cover it. So let's get down to some true crime time for today. All right. We're going to Chicago Chi town. I wish they'd get their straight so I could go back because I love Chicago. And there was a man who was free on pre trial release in a separate criminal case and he opened fire on police officers at a hospital in Chicago. Now this shooting incident occurred on April 25 and it killed one Chicago police officer and injured another. Let me see if I could play it for you, y'. All.

Chicago police officers killing one inside a hospital on Saturday. The suspect was arrested for allegedly robbing a store and was brought to the hospital for observation. But prosecutors say that's when he pulled a gun from underneath his blanket and opened fire, killing Officer John Bartholomew and critically injuring another. Police say he then jumped out the window still nude in his hospital gown and hid under a nearby porch porch until he was re arrested. At the time of the shooting he was reportedly out of jail on pre trial release for a previous armed robbery case. The suspect now faces more than 20 felonies and is due back in court this morning.
Woody Overton
So 26 year old Alfonso Talley and like I said, he was charged on April 27 for killing 38 year old Chicago Police Department officer John Bartholomew at the Swedish Hospital on April 25th around 11am and of course there was another officer injured. The I mean this dude is a longtime, he's probably going to get 40 or 50 years for the charges that he's out on pre trial for now and Illinois does not have the death penalty but he gets caught doing another stealing from another store and I don't know why they didn't search him but they bring him to the hospital and he had a gun underneath his blanket and he pulled it out and shot him to death. And you know then he,
Sponsor Announcer 3
he ran
Woody Overton
like a little and hidden naked underneath a. Yeah, a porch. Right. He had it on this little hospital gown and when they found, when the cops found him there, he's still holding the handgun. And this the prosecutor said the shell casing from the gun match the evidence recovered at the hospital. Anyway, the, he's got a ton of charges and everything. But you know what, Illinois does not have the Death penalty. So he's not going to get it. The these this guy, he also had a prior gun related conviction from 2020 and four aggravated robbery convictions from 2017. Now why the are you out of jail nine years later killing, killing police officers when you have four aggravated robbery convictions. The I mean come on man. And it like I told you he was out on jail on pre trial release for another armed robbery. So I don't, I don't know the John Karen's Karen Zara who's an officer with Chicago Fraternal or police said during news conference that the shooting should be a wake up call for Illinois politicians. He said I'm going to ask you something. Are you going to keep being there and call out these judges and politicians the safety act and all the poor decisions made in this building in Springfield that have led to this moment or you go on to fade off into the sunset once it's bond here and is in trial over so and he said without media pressure nothing changes. It just doesn't. They literally hide in a corner and continue their never ending efforts to let criminals out on the street in any way shape or form so they can excuse bad behavior. It needs to stop. That's and you know what sir, I agree with you. I don't know in what world can you have that many aggravated robberies and be not be in prison. I always told you courtrooms are the greatest show on earth except for actually working in uniform patrol and that's because shit always goes down the you know just can't imagine I've called guys masturbating in the courtroom attorneys with drugs on them and stuff like that. Well like we told you about Shabusiness attacking her attorney and stuff like that. Well let me tell you about this one.

A convicted murderer is facing new charges after prosecutors say he punched his attorney at a sentencing hearing. Jacarius Lewis was sentenced to 50 years in prison yesterday for the murder of Quincy Johnson back in April 2024. Court documents show that Lewis punched his lawyer in the face just after that sentence was read. The attorney was hospitalized with injuries and now Lewis is facing a new felony for that attack.
Woody Overton
Now guess you didn't like your attorney the and you got mad. Well this dude. Yeah this man, he pled guilty to murder and then he punches his attorney in the face because he received that 50 year sentence. As cordless court documents. Jacaris Lewis who's 27 is accused of causing bodily injury to an individual who is at least 65 years of age. The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon, the same day he was sentenced to confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division. And the Bell motion reads that Lewis punched his attorney in the face after the sentence was read. Now, the court records say that Lewis waived a jury trial and pled guilty to the April 2024 murder of Quincy Jermaine Johnson. And Lewis was accused via one of two suspects who shot Johnson while he was standing on a balcony in northeast Houston. According to the court documents, Lewis pled guilty to the murder on January 21, but didn't get his sentence until this Tuesday. On a record dated December 26, 2025, Lewis asked the court to dismiss Patruzzi, his court appointed attorney, from the case, and to appoint a different counsel. Well, they, they didn't, it didn't happen. And he, this guy, his lawyer is over 65 years old and he punches him in the face. You know what? I'm going to prison for 50 years. I'm a knock your fucking teeth out, right? Because I'm an idiot. I committed murder. I pled guilty. I got 50 years. But you know what? I'm, I'm a punch my lawyer idiot. All right, we talk about these social media things like that Ding Dong ditch stuff and all that. Well, the sooner or later it was going to happen. I mean, you come to my house and you bang on the door, open the door and all that, you're gonna, you're gonna get shot. And they got a man who's accused of shooting and killing an 11 year old during a game of Ding Dong Ditch is now facing the capital murder charge. And it's according to the Harris County DA's office. And Harris county is where our girl Leah Marie's from. Our investigative producer is Houston y'. All. And On Wednesday, the DA's office said a grand jury handed down that indictment for good. Gonzalo Leon Jr. Now, the shooting happened in August of 2025. And court records state that the 11 year old Julian Gooseman, his cousin and some other friends were at a relative's house on Racine street attending a birthday party. The boys got bored and decided to play the Ding Dong ditch game around the neighborhood. Guzman and his cousin were ringing doorbells of homes in the area and running away. And a witness said Guzman had run to Leon's home, rang the doorbells doorbell several times and began to run away. Leon then walks out of his house onto a public street, pointed a gun and fired. And well, we know the rest of it, right? Initially, Leon was charged with injury to a child and aggravated assault. But they investigated further and that's when he was charged with the, the murder capital murder. It's crazy. But you know what, there's, there's a difference, right? Some of these videos I've seen like they're wearing Halloween masks and coming up and kicking on the door. Open your door and they run back out on the street and they come back and kick it again. What you're putting people and fear of their life, right? They're screaming into the ring cameras I'm gonna kill you. You do it at my house around and find out that. But I hate that 11 year old lost his life and that dude, you know he shouldn't walk down the street and shot him like that. He could have called 91 1. But if you're kicking in my door and I'm not gonna have time to call 91 1, oh we're going to the Bronx. Bronx. And this is a up story. And they have a 34 year old creep that's where they're calling raped a 12 year old girl in the Bronx over the weekend and was arrested shortly after the child's dad walked in on the middle of the rape. This according to law enforcement. Jose Ramos, who appeared to have met the preteen on an app, allegedly sexually assaulted the girl inside an apartment building on West 174th street in Montgomery Avenue in the Morse Heights around 10:30pm on Sunday. Now the girl's father walks in and sees her being raped.

NYPD officers respond to the 911 call and arrested Ramos at the scene. And Ramos, who lives a few blocks away, was arrested and charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He has no previous arrest. The girl was taken to a local hospital where she's listening to Stable Condition and Ramus's ass is sitting underneath the jail in New York City or in the Bronx. Crazy. Now there's the difference, right? The guy walks outside in the street and shoots down the street at 11 year old running away. This girl's daddy could have blew this dude's nuts off and I don't think there's a jury in the world that would have convicted him of it. But it happens. Let me tell you something. I did a series, a long series on Scott Peterson and that case scorched on both sides with the defense and the prosecution screwing several things up, right? Go back and listen to it. I did. I read all the courtroom testimony and the witnesses and all the this motherfucker is still in the news because they scorched his case, right? Had they done their job correctly the first time, you would have never heard anything else about this. But it's still in the news. And the California judge this week declined to review new evidence submitted by Scott Peterson's defense team in an attempt to overturn his 2004 conviction for killing his family. Now Peterson, who's 53 now, has been in prison for over two decades since a jury determined that he murdered his wife, Lacey Peterson, and their unborn son, Connor, on Christmas Eve in 2002. Attorneys with the Los Angeles Innocent Project, y', all, they would have never touched this case that had not been so famous. But they filed a habeas corpus petition on his behalf in August of 2025, claiming that investigators discovered compelling new scientific evidence that could prove his innocence. The San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Elizabeth Hill denied the Innocence Project request to present the allegedly exculpatory evidence on she denied on Monday, April 27, the attorney said we disagree with and are disappointed by the court's ruling on every level. According to the deputy director. Hannah Brown said in their statement the ruling demonstrates a profound misunderstanding and misapplication of the law applied to habeas corpus petitions. And she continued in the court's ruling strong exculpatory evidence was disregarded as inadmissible, which is not the correct legal standard. And the nonprofit said it plans to file the petition in the higher court following the San Mateo county judge's decision. Scott's attorneys claim they have uncovered compelling new scientific evidence showing that the jury and Mr. Peterson's case relied on unreliable scientific evidence to convict him. They also apparently Convinced conducted over 50 interviews with witnesses who supposedly have information shedding light on what happened. Lacy was eight months pregnant when she vanished from the home in Modesta, California on December 24, 2002. Scott claimed he was on a solo fishing trip in San Francisco at the time and found his wife missing upon their return. And four months later Lacey's body turned up in San Francisco Bay, which is coincidentally where Scott was fishing. And I'm not going to tell you the rest of it because I did like a 52 part series on it. Go listen to it. It's the the yeah it just pisses me off. This is still in the knees and he still got free lawyers fighting for him and trying to do this and now they're saying the judge errored. Whatever. Oh we're gonna but we're going to appeal it. Well what the else you just going to do to keep your name in the news? All right. It's time for effed up Professionals never think about I mean I I do think about but if I was going to be a criminal what I would do and like my buddy that was FBI agent told me if there was one crime he could do one commit one time and get away with it. No he can get with it. It would be a bank robbery. Right. But you always think about I always think about these armored cars right. I mean you know they going to they call them some serious and they got armed guards and all that but basically it's like bank on wheels and we are going to I'm going to tell you about a dude that got a half a million bucks in a Fort Worth armored truck cash heist. So a morning in December 2024 a Brinks armored truck driver was beginning her route refilling ATMs and at 9:54am the driver, who was by herself arrived at branch of the Educational Employees Credit Union at Loop 820 and Clifford street in Fort Worth. And the Brinks driver pulled in front of the credit union and got out wearing face coverings and armed with handguns. Isaiah Warren and Cameron Henderson approached. Warren would later admit this in a document in the US District Court. Now Warren was also a former Brinks employee and he had a 40 caliber handgun. Henderson was armed with a 9 millimeter handgun with an extended magazine. The driver was forced at gunpoint back into the Brinks truck. Warren would later admit that he took two cash bags containing about $662,000 from the back of the truck. He removed the driver's 9 millimeter handgun from his holster and left the truck with her. I mean, that's a lot of money. Henderson followed and. But he inadvertently drops his gun. Warren was confronted by an armed security guard who worked for the credit union. Warren used the Brinks driver as a shield and pointed his gun at the guard. Looks like some out of the movies, right? Warren and Henderson walked or ran with the bags of money and got into a Mercedes Benz that had been stolen earlier that morning from a residence in Highland Park. And then they ran like a little. Well, investigation is going to happen. And three days later, Warren and a woman were pulled over on a traffic stop after they ran a red light in Gainesville. A federal arrest warrant had been issued for Warren and he was 10 15. He was taken in custody. The Fort Worth robbery was the second Brinks armored truck heist that Warren committed within about a month. And on November 30, 2024, Warren approached the driver returned to a Brinks truck at a check cashing and money transfer business in urban Texas. Warren pressed a handgun underneath the drop driver's body armor and removed the driver's gun from a holster. Warren took a tote bag from the driver and that one had $34,700 in it. Senior U.S. district Judge David Godby on Monday sentenced Warren. He's 25 years old to 14 years and three months in prison. And he's ordered to pay $696,700 in recitation. Pretty sure that's never going to happen. And under agreement with the U.S. attorney's office, Warren had pled guilty to interfering with commerce by robbery and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. Henderson was also indicted in the Fort Worth robbery, but his case is still pending. So the lycy Brian in the world of criminals and he's not some Dumbass Robin and a truck full of Kit Kats candy bars, you know. And y', all, here we go. It's time for family matters. Rolling out to Colorado and a man has been sentenced to life in prison after a jury found him guilty of murder. Now this man fatally shot another man outside a home following what prosecutors described as a family disagreement following a week long trial. Isaiah Loder, who's 34 from Colorado, has been charged with murder. The victim has been identified as Vincent Ramirez, who was shot in 2025 and is according to the the cop shawl,

y', all, the district judge, his last name is Vigil immediately ordered Loader to serve a legally mandated sentence of life in a state correctional facility with the possibility of parole. And according to the press release from the DA's office, officers with the Greeley Police Department responded to a home in the 3,800block of 7th Street Road at 2:45am on July 30, 2025 after they got a 911 call about a shooting. The residence where the incident took place is located 55 miles north of Denver and upon arriving, first responders found a man who later was identified as Ramirez lying in the front yard suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers rendered aid scene before emergency medical personnel arrived and transport the victim to North Colorado Medical center for treatment, but it failed and they were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Now although Loder and Ramirez were not related, prosecutor said the shooting stem from a family disagreement that escalated into violence. Prosecutors said evidence provided at the trial showed the confrontation began as a verbal and physical altercation before Loader left, armed himself and returned and shot Ramirez. Investigators determined the shooting occurred outside the residence where Ramirez was found in the yard after he was shot.

It was, however, not clear immediately clear what prompted the dispute. The Deputy D8, Timothy McCormick, said this is a horrible, senseless crime and this could have been prevented. But instead the defendant decided to take matters into his own hands. It chose to go and get a gun after a verbal physical altercation between him and the victim. You know, that's called he got his ass whipped and his feelings hurt and he left and goes and gets a gun and comes back. There's nothing that shows premeditation like you leaving the scene of having your ass whipped and going and getting the gun and coming back and killing the dude. And he's lucky. Nope. Colorado didn't have it, obviously. I'm thinking, I guess Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma City bomber, was executed, and I think he was in Colorado, but that was at a federal facility. No death penalty for this guy, but mandatory life with the possibility of parole. Yeah, victims, I didn't get that chance. It's time for family matters. All right, y', all, I'm bringing you to Natchez, Mississippi, home of the Route 61, some of the best oysters you can get when the season's right. And investigators respond to the Natchez, Mississippi residents of Laina Brown Bradley on April 4th for welfare check when they came upon what they're calling a horrific scene. This according to the Natchez Democrat and local WLBT and wjtv12. Natchez isn't, is an Adams County, Mississippi, and one of the coolest cities, probably the coolest city in, in the state of Mississippi. And there's their share. Travis Patton said the respondent officers walked in on Bradley's youngest son, Zachary Lavelle Jackson Jr. And guess what he was doing, y'? All? He was flushing some of his mama's remains down the toilet. Patton said one of her other sons had requested the welfare check because they hadn't heard from her. And according to Patton, officers at the residence found Jackson in a downstairs bathroom where they could hear splashing. They go, well, cops are going to go down there and check that out. And they did. And when they entered, they saw a black substance in the toilet that didn't look like any type of excrement coming out of. Now, this prompted the disturbed officers and Bradley's other family members who had arrived at the scene to look all through the residence and the wooded area, surround the residents. And that's when deputies heard someone scream, it's a head. It's a head. Investigators called a plumber to remove the toilet and they found Bradley's flesh. And the sheriff said that her son allegedly chopped his mama up in the pieces and put some of the remains in a suitcase and some in the toilet. Now, Jackson has since been charged with several offenses, including first and second degree murder. On Tuesday, April 28, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing During a court appearance. And it's according to the Natchez Democrat. Now, Bradley, the mama, our victim, was a retired teacher who enjoyed writing poetry. Her daughter wrote on Facebook that she was planning to publish her poetry collection. Quotations. The nature of her death requires tact and grace. And this according to a post which included one of Bradley's poems. Her dedication, warmth, and commitment to student success were evident in all that she did. Her kindness, spirit, and unwavering belief in the power of education will leave a lasting legacy. Of course, y', all, they gotta follow it up with this. It wasn't immediately clear if police determine a motive. Well, you don't have to have motive. You just have to have the son flushing her remains down the toilet. Okay. In addition to the first and second degree murder, Jackson has been charged with mayhem and tampering with physical evidence. Well, I could promise you Parchment Penitentiary in Mississippi has the death penalty. And if you cut up your mama and you're trying to hide her, which proves that you're sane. I mean, if you just cut her up and you were playing with her when the cops show there and you're drooling on yourself, that's one thing. That you are actively flushing her down the toilet. That the. Anyway, they said, this is by far the most heinous crime that I have ever witnessed in my life. And that's what the Sheriff Patton told the local WJ TV 12. This is a type of case that follows you home. I can guarantee you, sheriff, you are correct. And that won't be the last you hear of that case. Well, yesterday I did a story about all different kinds of professionals, including strippers. And now it's time for effed up professionals. We're gonna roll down the Florida and south Florida at that. And a Florida woman is facing multiple felony charges after police say she returned to a north Miami beach strip club she had just been fired from. Yeah, okay, that's probably illegal. You're fired. Get out. But that's not all she did, y'. All. When she got there, she struck the manager with a metal pole. Now, I don't know if this is her stage name or her real name, but it says Princess alaya Bell, who's 23, was arrested on Monday, April 27, following what authorities described as a chaotic incident that escalated from an internal dispute into a violent confrontation. And according to the arrest report obtained by NBC 6, Bell had been allowed back into the club, Identified or listen to the name of. Of this, the strip club. The name of it is taboo. Anybody that she Was allowed back in to retrieve her belongings after they fired her ass. But instead, police says she began battering staff and causing the disturbance, running throughout the strip club, throwing items and arguing with co workers. Well, every strip club I've ever been to has bouncers and this one did also. Security escorted her out, but the situation didn't end there. And investigators say Bell returned moments later holding a seven foot metal pole which she waved at staff before throwing it and striking the manager in the leg and injuring at least one other employee. Now, y', all, we don't know if this is the backup stripper pole. I mean some clubs have four or five holes. We don't know if she ripped it down. They don't say. But inquire minds would like to know that. But let me tell you why she got fired. Bell had been fired due to ongoing issues at the club, including frequent conflicts with her co workers. Police were called to the scene after reports of a disturbance involving an aggressive former employee. That would be Princess with the stripper pole. The arrest affidavit states that after the incident Bill she ran like a little bitch before the officers arrived. But she was later spotted nearby at a gas station.
