A
Okay. We're starting off in Houston, Texas.
C
Houston H Town Homo. Leah Marie, the investigative editor, right?
A
I will, yes, she is that. And we're going to start off at a store that you claim as my favorite store, which is probably one of my least favorite. It's just a place I have to go to get stuff done.
C
You don't go to Walmart?
A
I do go to Walmart. Every week I go to Walmart.
C
All right, what happened?
A
Where do you think I go?
C
I don't know. You have to drive the pickup line at Walmart.
A
I'm still at Walmart though.
C
Okay.
A
Well, on the Evening of Monday, November 10, around 11pm There was a 70 year old man walking out of the Walmart located on Westview Drive near I10 and Sam Houston Tollway in West Houston. And he was obviously doing an evening run for groceries and it ended up very bad. As he exited the store, Houston police officers say a mass suspect or possibly more than one, approached the victim in the parking lot and forced him at gunpoint towards ATM kiosk. The victim was told to withdraw money from the USAA branded ATM under duress. After the money was handed over, the suspect shot the older man once in the chest. And despite the injury, the 70 year old managed to drive his vehicle a short distance before collapsing near the eastbound Katy Freeway feeder by Addington Drive. And a tow truck driver discovered him unconscious and called 911. The victim was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition and as of right now his condition remains serious and the case is obviously being classed as an armed robbery. No arrests had been made at the time of this and the, the incident has prompted Houston law enforcement to request any surveillance footage or witness video from Walmart parking lot in the surrounding area.
C
And they'll have plenty. And the during killing somebody during the commission of an armed robbery makes it aggravated circumstances and we know that Texas is not afraid to enforce that law. Right?
B
Right.
C
All right. So that being said, a twofer. It's time for family matters, It's time for worldwide crime on Russia. Russia, which we will go to one day just because of the history and, and I don't care what they're doing now. The, the history over the years and the US during the Cold War and everything else, but the, you know, pretty, pretty strong people over there and beautiful country. But this lady, this mother, if you will, she has been detained after about to make you cry after the severed head of her son, who's 6, was cut off with a jigsaw or a hacksaw and the head was found in a Moscow pond. So elena Tuskanova, who's 31 and she was training to be a teacher, was held after the discovery of the boy's torso on the balcony of her flat in the suburb of earlier Sever head was found in a purple backpack hidden inside a plastic bag in Moscow's Galaski pond. The, this mother, if you will, today she confessed to murdering her disabled son, Ms. Love, who was 6, and throwing his dismembered head into the pond. And this according to the Russian Investigative Committee. The woman believed herself to be a witch and she boasted of supernatural powers. She told social media followers how she was a conduit between the worlds and participated in experiments with consciousness. Earlier she had studied to be a teacher at the Shocklav Moscow State University for Humanities. Well, workers around the pond, they were shocked naturally when they found the boy severed head. Of course they called their 911 and the law enforcement showed up and they originally thought the boy was aged between 7 and 10. But then the child was reported missing by his grandmother who claimed he had left with his stepfather. And police were also seeking the stepfather, although it's the mom who's been charged with the murder the reports came in and they said a jigsaw or a hacksaw had been used to behead the boy's corpse. But knives were also seized from the Tuscanova's flat. The committee. Yes, I guess it's like their detective swipe. The committee alleged that during the interrogation the mother had not explained the motive for killing child who could not walk unaided. The mother also had a daughter, 9, who was unharmed. Why does this always happen? They fucking get one kid and leave the other ones out. The boy's father had broke. Maybe he looked too much like the father or something, I don't know. But the boy's father had broken up with Tuscanova in June and left the family home after a 10 year relationship. And he had to hear about the death of a son from a news bulletin. So there you got it. You know what? I bet you a million dollars Russia's got it. Does Russia have the death penalty?
A
Here's what I found.
C
Capital punishment is legal, is a legal penalty in Russia, but it's not used due to moratorium like a lot of our states. No death sentence has been canceled, carried out since 2nd of August in 1996. Wow, isn't that crazy?
A
Yeah, yeah.
C
You think they line them up?
A
China, Japan or.
C
You know, it takes all kinds to make the world go around. And whatever you believe in is what you believe in. But the, you know, evil is real, God is real. Cutting off your disabled son's head with a hacksaw is real. Evil wouldn't matter if you were in the witch stuff, you know, that wick us. They say do. Don't do anything that won't whatever you do, like do good. So come back to your whatever. Yeah, I don't know, I don't care. I'm not into it, but you know, like using Lulibel on to generate a shit show. In Bradley's case, it obviously worked for a couple weeks while we're still working on other things. But the cutting people's heads off, cutting your kids head off, your disabled son's head off six year old, that's just wrong.
A
If you're a witch and you can do all of these on whatever things, why can't she? I don't know. I don't know. I have.
C
There you have it.
A
It's best I don't say anything about me. That's not the least.
C
At least you're laughing and not crying.
A
Lobby crying when I edit. But I'm speculation is what I'm saying. Because you. I know you don't like when that.
C
You can speculate all you want to. Right. It's free country.
A
I know. But you don't like it.
C
You don't know if I might, I.
A
Might cut me off half the time when I started speculating.
C
I might have loved it. This time though. You never know unless you try. It's time for effed up professionals.
A
I'm gonna stay in Texas, but go on down the road to San Antonio or across the road to San Antonio. On the morning of.
C
You know what's in between Houston and San Antonio?
A
Nothing.
C
The Scheiderbog Brewery.
A
Oh, well, yeah. On the morning of Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, around 7:43am A deadly shooting unfolded at Mission Landscape supplies on the 4400 block of Stahl Road near Jung Road on San Antonio's northeast side. In the facility, 21 year old Jose David Hernandez Gallo and an employee of the company opened fire on his colleagues. In the attack, he fatally shot three co workers. 48 year old Selvin Chacon, also known as Danilo, 38 year old Sergio Chacon, brother of Selvin, and 24 year old Karen Bautista. All three were employees of the business. When the chaos erupted, the other employees fled in different directions while shots were still being fired. And soon after, officers located Hernandez nearby with a self inflicted gunshot wound, confirming the incident was a murder suicide. Federal immigration officials later revealed that Hernandez was in the United States illegally. He had entered the country From Honduras on April 16, 2019 as part of a family unit and had not remained in compliance with U.S. immigration monitoring protocols. It seems to be that the reason behind the attack remains undetermined and the San Antonio Police Department confirmed the shooting was not random. But investigators say they still are working to uncover what triggered Hernandez to open fire on his co workers. So that's essentially it. The company and local authorities have urged anyone with surveillance footage or additional information to please come forward.
C
There you have it. The. I don't know. Tis the season, right?
A
Yeah.
C
Kill, kill, kill. And that's not a popular movie. It's real life and true crime time for so but we're gonna roll out to Lakeland, Florida and this is, this has at least has a happy ending for me. A nearly seven and a half year old mystery has been solved. Detectives from the Lakeland Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit have arrested a dude named Rex Honors III who is the victim in the case and actually I'll get to it. Who's the victim's half brother and he murdered him in 2018 and he was 14 year old Rex honors the the fourth so honors III, who was 21 at the time of the murder, has been charged with second degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and resisting an officer without violence. And he's he's currently locked up in Albany, Georgia on unrelated charges. You know when the investigators served him with the arrest warrant, but the Investigation began on July 3, 2018 at 4:22am when the Lakeland Police Department officers responded to 84 W. Crawford St. Now Honest III called 911 to report his younger brother missing. Real Life Real Crime the podcast is.

Claim he he got home and he found a broken table and open sliding glass door, which suggested a burglary. Right. So officers checked the property and they found Honors the Fourth deceased in the backyard hidden within thick vegetation, and he had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Well, Honors Third naturally is the prime suspect at the time. But the investigators lacked probable cause needed for an arrest. And honors the third had also failed to mention to the 911 dispatcher the blood trail that the officers who first got on the scene, they're like, oh, it's an open door and here's a big ass blood trail dragging out into the bushes. Right. So the, the blood trail they found went throughout the home and no valuable items appeared to have been stolen. But the case went cold, and I guess they couldn't have. They didn't have the right person to get the juice. Yeah, I don't understand that. I mean, how in the does that case go cold?
A
Exactly.
C
So it got reopened on May 19th of 2025 by cold case investigator Gary B. Ross, who was assisted by Detective Virgil Cardon. Now, they re interviewed witnesses and leveraged significant advancements in technology. And a forensic examination of devices obtained in 2018 revealed facts that they didn't have before the examination. They looked at over 72,000 digital pieces of evidence which ultimately proved that Honors the Third. Initial claims were false as his phone showed no outgoing calls to the victim, which naturally is one thing. He said, I got home, he couldn't find him. He tried to call. Yeah, he just lied.
A
Right.
C
But a key development came from a witness who's re interviewed in 2025 as they always do. 313RLRC tip on our cases. The witness stated that Honors III and the victim were the only two people inside the home and were physically fighting before the witness left around 3am the witness reported hearing a gunshot shortly after leaving, but did not disclose this information earlier because he was afraid of Honors III.
A
Oh, wow. I would be too.
C
So on October 15, 2025, investigator Gross and Detective. Detective Cardon interviewed Honest III in Albany, Georgia, where he's locked up. And they give him all the said, what you got to say about this dude? And he admitted to having an argument and a physical fight with his brother. Okay, well, you lied, right? Now we got you. Here we go. This is where Woody Overton really get excited without them knowing, right? I'm like, got your ass now, motherfucker. So Honest Third ultimately claimed he shot his brother in self defense. That's tactic. Hey, we know you're lying. You know you relying. Then we Got all this new evidence. So you not going to tell them everything that you have. You give him pieces of you and say I dare you to lie to me now, but then you give them an out. But you know, we already know y' all were fighting if you know if it was self defense. Course he takes that figures and gigs up. He says he shot his brother in self defense after his brother pointed a firearm at him from six feet away. Well, where's that firearm? Well, Honors III admitted to dragging the his brother, y'. All. And they say the victim of his brother's body outside and then cleaning up the crime scene inside the residence using bleach and rags, which he later disposed of along with the two firearms. One of the things I'm going to do is have people take me to the firearms. Right. Even after all these years.
A
Yeah.
C
The investigators quickly determined the details of the incident contradicted a self defense claim. The medical examiner's report indicated the victim was shot at close range. Tattooing y' all tearing of the skin. Which directly disputed Honor the Third's distance claim, which is fine. But this, you got him changing the story live once. He'll lie again. Now, he's not smart enough to know about tattooing and tearing in the skin. Right. But you got it. That's where you will get the G. So you can, you know, investigate further. Just like Bradley's case. You get the juice. But you got to keep investigating because nobody is ever going to come out admit to the evil. Evil, of course. But you can prove it. You take your time or you prove as close as you can. So honest. Third, he did not call for medical attention, but he waited over an hour to call 911 and report his brother missing. That's a problem. Minus the third. And he offered false narratives of a runaway or burglary. But he's just thinking, yeah, cops aren't going to do their jobs. I think people watch too much tv. Well, some cops don't do their jobs, obviously. Exactly. But his actions of moving the body, cleaning the seam and disposing evidence demonstrated a clear effort to hinder the investigation. Brooks Cleary.
A
Same thing exactly.
C
On October 30, 2025, the rest warrant was attained in Investigator Gross commented on the resolution stating working on this cold case was challenging. But her dedication to bringing closure to the family made it worthwhile. While nothing can erase their pain, ensuring the victim's voice is heard and remembered means everything and justice being served. He got away with it. All those years.
A
Yeah.
C
Killing your brother. I'm thinking it says six years.
A
It was 2018 from my.
C
So that's two.
A
Seven.
C
Six. Seven, six. Seven years. About the same time frame is Bradley's.
A
Yeah.
C
Y', all. There's so many people out there. I get them every single day. And I got the next hashtag justice4lined up. And it is a. It's not a humdinger who did it. It's a shitty plague. I hate doing a shitty police work with it. They're so egregious to me when they've these people send in the slaves. Sent in her daughter's case and the whole thing. I can't believe they gave it to her. Yeah, but it's been a long time.
A
Yeah.
C
And we're gonna burn her ass when we get done, so. But we're not doing it until we get done with Bradley and Austin.
A
Unfortunately, when you get unsolved cases, it's usually investigative work that wasn't done properly. I mean, usually. Now, Barbara Blunt is a completely different story because it had environmental circumstances attached to it.
C
In all fairness, though, a lot of times, the. It's not really fair for me to play armchair quarterback, you know, and because I could always. Even when I did defense consulting around the United States, I could always go in and sit down and read these files and pick it apart. Monday morning or Tuesday morning quarterback, whatever they call it, pick it apart saying, oh, they missed this. They missed this. Hindsight's 20 20. Right. And I get that. But sometimes the cops are just assholes.
A
Well, there's been many times throughout your career when you were still a detective, like, you know, with Livingston Parish and other investigators had. Or detectives were working and interrogating and going round and round, and you would step in and within five minutes get.
C
I mean, so it wasn't just Livingston. That was a state.
A
I mean, that. So that's not armchair quarterbacking.
C
That's that. Yeah. That's me assisting them on cases. Yeah. That's just experience. Experience. So the. I understand what you're saying, but that it's. It is easy. It's always easy to come behind and pick out where cops stuff that they missed and stuff. Whether it's experience or they had tunnel vision on something else or whatever it may be, when you come back years later and you got clear slate, you don't have a dog in the fight and you weren't living it. Those guys are living it. And sometimes mistakes are made, and I get that. But sometimes stupid happens.
B
Yeah.
C
I mean, like, it. It almost bordered on the part of criminal. But anyway, Give them another story. It's time for worldwide crime.
A
There was a crime over half a century ago. The person that did the crime felt guilt over it for many years. But you.
C
You always say that for 50 years, right? It's half a century.
A
Yeah.
C
That's a long time.
A
But you always say that people grow up, like, if they're part of.
C
Yeah, but a lot of them never confess. Yeah, 50 years to come to Jesus. Sounds like maybe you're, you know, you're worried about your mortal soul or something.
A
Well, this guy, I think, was, because when you hear about this. So for over. For more than half a century, a secret weighed heavily on the conscience of an elderly German man. And the secret finally arrived at the doorstep of St Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna, Austria. So the cathedral staff were stunned when they received an unexpected package containing a human skull.
C
Nice.
A
At first, the delivery obviously raised alarm, but tucked inside of it was a handwritten note that basically transformed this mystery that was decades long into a confession. So according to the letter, the sender had visited St. Stephen's Cathedral roughly 60 years ago, when he was World War II.
B
Yeah.
A
And he was a young tourist exploring the historic catacombs beneath the church. And during that visit, he made a very disrespectful decision. He took one of the skulls from the bone chambers and brought it home with him to Germany. Now, as he approached the end of his life, the man wrote that guilt had haunted him for decades. And wanting to make things right, he carefully packaged the skull, which he had kept intact for all those years, and mailed it back to the cathedral with a simple message. And that message was. Sorry. Franzner, representative of St Stephen's Cathedral, told the BBC the apology struck a deeply human chord. It was touching that someone would wish to make amends for an act of youthful exuberance. He also noted that even though the man's actions long ago were against the church rules, the fact that he preserved the skull rather than discarding it showed a lingering sense of responsibility.
C
Fuck you. You stole a fucking skull.
A
They're just trying to make it all.
C
Yeah, you put it up on. You put it up on a shelf somewhere. Yep, whatever.
A
And so the last part of this says, while unusual, the act serves as a reminder that guilt can last a lifetime and that it's never too late to seek forgiveness, even if it means returning stolen skulls after 60 years.
C
Yeah. I hope you feel better about yourself. Right.
A
Yep.
C
It's time for effort of professionalism on out to California and.
A
Who.
C
Cerebral palsy is a bad Disease.
A
My brother had it.
C
That's right. And. And it's just horrible. It's. It really is horrible. So then they had a guy in California who is 59 years old, a man, and he had cerebral palsy. Okay. All right. And he had a caregiver, but then he died.
A
The man died. Okay.
C
And the caregiver tried to conceal his death. I know I don't keep. I can stop doing the story if you want me to.
A
I'm fine.
C
So the victim is Richard Mac Clintic. He was reported missing from his apartment in the 2000 block of San Juan Road on October 25 after family members could not get in touch with him. So the cops go out to do our favorite welfare check, but they couldn't find him. So on November 6, police got a search warrant and they searched his apartment and guess what they found? McClintock is dead inside. So detectives arrested Chris Christina Cowins, who is this 41 year old caregiver, on charges of unlawful disposal of human remains, grand theft and attempt to conceal a death after conducting an autopsy. This should have happened in, in Haley's case. After conducting an autopsy, police added charges of homicide and additional for all related offenses. And they cops hadn't publicly said the cause of death, nor have they stated a potential motive. Well, probably the motive is self explanatory and I'm guessing, I'm not going to guess on that arrest. Probably a broken neck. But Brandon Klingenberg, who is McClintock's nephew, told the local NBC affiliate KCRA they would regularly speak with him. But that had changed after his sister's death. They could not get in touch with him and they started to receive messages from his Facebook account that didn't sound like him. Other people doing this all the time. Yeah, yeah. There's certain things I type that, you know, wasn't me, certain words I, I use one letter for and stuff like that. So you go ahead and do it to me and try to send that. Send it. Be like you. I know better than that.
A
We've got our own language.
C
Right. So. But that's when you know our own shorthand. That's when the family contacted police which started the investigating investigation as originally as a missing person's case and course naturally until they found his body. So Klagenberger said Calvin's has been caring for his uncle who has little control over the right side of his body for years. The family members grew wary of her when she wouldn't let them see him, making them think she may have harmed them. Time is precious. And so are our pets. So time with our pets is extra precious. That's why we started Dutch. Dutch provides 24,7 access to licensed vets with unlimited virtual visits and follow ups for up to five pets. You can message a vet at any time and schedule a video visit the same day. Our vets can even prescribe medication for many ailments and shipping is always free. With Dutch, you'll get more time with your pets and year round peace of mind when it comes to their vet care. And in fact, he said, this is what we expected all along. So McClintock loves sports, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers. And although he needed help to get around, he was pretty independent. This was his nephew's saying. He said, this is the will of somebody who's extremely resilient and overcome his conditions in life and didn't let that bring his entire world down. Now the family is, you know, wondering, why would someone want to hurt their loved one? Yeah. And so to know that someone is capable of doing this to disabled person in my uncle's condition is just outrageous. And she's slaves to go to court again on November 24th.
A
And this is in Vegas, you said.
C
Sacramento, California, about a thousand miles away. Yeah.
A
I don't know why I thought she.
C
Said it was a casino. He wants to go to the casino. Maybe. So.
A
So California. Obviously we're not.
C
California has it. I don't have to look.
A
Yeah, it's on hiatus, so it doesn't matter.
C
They still got it. They can charter with it.
A
Yeah, that's true. That's true.
C
What you got? Foreign Family Matters.
A

C

Aberdeen. Hold on, hold. Hold your horses. Aberdeen, Mississippi.
A
Here it is on the map.
C
I was just there earlier today. I can't remember from Facebook, Marketplace or. Well, let me see where it's at.
A
It's by Athens, if you know Athens. I mean, I don't know.
C
That's way, way, way north, almost to Tuple A.
A
Okay.
C
Really quiet. Which is the home of the King, Elvis. You knew that, right? This is where I was born at. Yeah. Did you really know that?
A
I did know that because I. I mean, only because I saw the movie. That's where he would go get in the. Right. He would go get in the tents, the revivals. And that's where he learned all of his dance moves and stuff.
C
His dance moves in the do joints and stuff? No, he was a kid and he, he listened to music and he would go to church with his mama and them, but he, he would sneak out and watch what My daddy would call the juke joints that where they had the get togethers on Saturday nights, you know, the parties and played the blues and the. And the. That came to influence his music and his dance style.
A
With that most recent Elvis movie that was made, they show him going to tent revivals. Like sneaking in and doing that. Whether it's true, you would know more accurate information than probably with that movie.
C
The king is the king. I'll be loving me some kings I know you do.

Well, this was a normal evening of going to church at the Smith Chapel Holiness Church in the small Athens community near Aberdeen, Mississippi. But it turned into a horrible tragedy and this occurred on October 29th. But around 5:45pm family members arrived at the church and discovered the brutally beaten body of a 73 year old woman named Ollie Hamilton. Her body was found near a pathway leading to the church kitchen and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators with the Monroe county sheriff's office were called in. The evidence and the witness statements pointed towards someone that they didn't want to believe actually committed the crime and that was Ollie's 17 year old grandson, Jayden Hamilton. Witnesses had placed Jayden at the church during the time of the attack. Early in the investigation, he claimed he had gone to help after finding his grandmother injured. But as Sheriff Kevin Crook later explained, the longer the investigation went, the more evidence started pointing in a certain direction. Detectives brought Jayden in for questioning and before long he confessed to killing his grandmother. The motive for the attack remains unclear and Sheriff Crook said the teen had no prior criminal history and nothing in his background suggested he was capable of such violence. This is the tragedy of the worst kind, Crook said, because you've got a beloved church member, family member and a community member killed and within 24 hours you find out she was killed by another family member. The sheriff also emphasized the unpredictable nature of violent outbursts. The Athens community, known for its tight knit church families and deep family roots, has been shaken and Sheriff Crook publicly asked the community to keep the Hamilton family and the church in its prayers. Jayden has been charged as an adult with first degree murder and is being held with a $500,000 bond.

There you have it and I'm gonna back that one up with a absolute. Gonna get some tears with this one. It's time for family matters going to Kansas. Kansas doctor Chris Koster and his wife been to all our live shows, good friends. He's a pediatrician there. They got a mama in Kansas and she is going to prison for nearly 20 years.
A
That's it if you said you were going to make me cry.
C
So that's why the good good legitimate question. Wait until I like you a little bit further. So nearly 20 years after she stuffed her adopted 6 year old daughter in a box and left her inside while the daughter suffocated to death, Christina Elizabeth Shower, who's 50 on Monday was sentenced to more than 17 years in prison for the death of Kennedy Shorer. I'm saying S C H R O E R whose body was discovered buried at the family's home in September 2024 in Rose Hill, which is a town of about 4,000 people southeast of Wichita. Shro in August pled no contest second degree murder, child abuse making false information and welfare fraud and she was originally facing first degree murder charge. And you know why she played all those Because I'm looking at my map and Kansas is red as meaning you you never hear about Kansas. I guess the people behave over there a little bit better. But the Anyway, like I told you, she was originally facing that first degree murder charge and she didn't want to die. However they kill him in Kansas. But her husband Joseph is slated to be sentenced on child endangerment charges on December 3rd. So the they had a 44 page probable cause arrest affidavit which detailed the horrific death Kennedy suffered at the hands of her mother. The investigation began in September of 2024 when the rose Hill police officers responded to a home after a suicide attempt by Christina Shower. When cops arrived she told them her life was over and no one was going to look at her the same. She went on to say that one night in November or December of 2020 her kids got into a fight and she was trying to separate them. She went outside and asked one of her kids where was Kennedy? Well the girl was looking at a box that had a crib and blankets on top of it. Christina Shower claims she took the blankets in the cradle off the box and opened it to find Kennedy in the box unconscious without a pulse. She's lying like a absolutely. She said I tried to complete CPR on Kennedy but to no avail and she realized the girl was dead. She then this is all her her her version of the tree. She then proceeds to drive around with the girl's body and eventually decided to bury her in a 23 inch grave in the backyard of her home. She just rode around. She did baby in the car. But it's a lie.
A
It's a whole lot. I mean because if she had nothing to do she would have called 911 immediately, I mean, yeah.
C
She said it was one of the kids who put her in the box. Now she's playing with her kids.
A
Yeah.
C
What a piece of. I know.
A
Right now I'm mad. There's no crying. I'm pissed. Dare you.
C
The Texas wouldn't interview that child, but they couldn't get her to speak, and they left the room. Sometime later, Joseph Shrower came out and asked to go to the bathroom. He told investigators they should review the video from the room as he was able to get the girl to open up. The girl said the incident occurred when her dad was at work. She said her mom would force the kids to enter a storage container box if they moved during the night. And according to the affidavit, she said her mom forced Kennedy into the box. The girl had to listen for her sister to make any movement or noises. Guess what? Little Kennedy unfortunately made a noise. The sister believed her mom heard that and came back to the room asking, is she still making noises? Well, the mom then placed the blankets and cribs on top of the box and left the room. Kid said mom came back into the room. The sister was bawling, and mom asked why she stated she Kennedy thought was dead. Because she wasn't making any noise. According to detective. Notes said she opened the box and Kennedy fell out. The girl was blue. The sister never saw Kennedy again. Now, detectives wrote that Christina shower told her husband and other family members that the state took back custody of the girl because she was unable to live in a foster home because of behavioral issues.
A
And people believe this? A husband believe this?
C
Well, cops went to the home early the next day and began their search. They encountered some hurdles right away. The vegetation was so overgrown that they had to take a bushwhacker or weed eater to clear the way so the cadaver dogs could search the area. Pretty sure that's not necessary, but it's okay. The. Once completed, the dogs alerted investigators to some of the areas of interest. Now, hours into the forensic dig, cops uncovered the remains of the young girl inside a trash bag inside that makeshift grave, which I told you about, which is about 2ft deep, and it took a couple weeks for the DNA come back in. The body was positively identified as little Kennedy. Detectives learned that Kennedy was born Natalie Garcia on July 14, 2014. Her birth parents relinquished her rights to the state, and she was put up for adoption. And the Shores adopted her in 2018 and changed her name. Police believe she was suffocated death in 2020, and her death was ruled a homicide. So yeah, it just goes on and on, y', all about, you know, the. Well, I'll tell you a little bit of how shitty these parents are. Investigators also learned the suspects parents had been receiving some $23,000 in Medicaid payments after they murdered or the mom murdered Kennedy. And they. The parents had three biological children and two adopted kids. And all have been placed in the custody of the state. And I don't want to talk about that anymore. These people out there, I mean, come on, man, you're getting like a thousand dollars a month or 1500amonth or something. But she wasn't the only kid she locked in a box.
A
No.
C
When daddy wasn't home. Bad news.
A
Very bad news.
C
Bad news.
A
I'm sorry. If we fostered a child and you came home one day and I said the state took that child back, you wouldn't be like, oh, okay, that's it. Bye. Like, I mean.
C
That'S why he got. He called a charge.
A
I don't care. He didn't catch hard enough. Charge.
C
Well, he didn't kill her, but you're right. And he ate. I'm sure he ate some cookies or steaks or whatever off of little Kennedy's dead checks. Yeah. So I don't have anything else today. That was a pretty good one. Ended on, I think pretty bad.
A
Good one. Now I got to get to. Now I get to edit and cry all over again.
C
Yeah, well, I don't have anything else. See?
A
No.
