Foreign. There was only one acceptable way to practice medicine during the COVID pandemic. Shut up and just follow the official story. Don't speak out of turn. What happens when a doctor who was once labeled a hero suddenly speaks out against government mandates on vaccine mandates, restrictions of certain protocols that could have made people healthier? Well, that's what the government did came after. This individual suddenly becomes the target of a federal criminal prosecution. Today's guest says he lived that story. Dr. Ron Elfenbein is a board certified emergency physician who helped build one of Maryland's largest COVID Testing and treatment operations, treated more than 200,000 patients, working with state and federal agencies to expand access to monoclonal antibody treatments. Once he became a vocal critic of federal COVID policies, he suddenly found himself indicted on healthcare fraud charges. And a federal district judge later set aside the jury's guilty verdict, saying the government hadn't presented sufficient evidence to sustain a conviction at all. So right now, that case is continuing through the appeals process. So was this lawfare against a doctor who challenged the government policy? Joining us now is Dr. Ron Elfenbein. Thank you so much, Doctor, for being here. Thank you for your bravery. Welcome to the show.
B
Thank you for having me, Clayton. Thank you very much. Longtime fan, so thank you.
A
Well, I appreciate it. I mean, your story is deeply disturbing, but you're not alone. I mean, we've interviewed a number of high profile doctors who've went through similar circumstances. Although not indicted and not having to go through what you had to deal with, you, yours is at a whole different level. Maybe you could just take us back to 2020, the year 2020, the height of COVID You were being praised for saving lives. When did you first realize that the government you were working alongside suddenly had become like your enemy, your adversary?
B
Yeah, it's a great way to put it because that's exactly what happened. So, yeah, I mean, I built a urgent care center that became the largest, to my knowledge, the largest private testing facility in the state of Maryland. And then we became the largest supplier of monoclonal antibodies, which represented, like, the actual cure for Covid. It was unbelievable, and I've never seen anything like it in my entire career in medicine. And in fact, President Trump, when he had Covid In October of 2020, he benefited from. He was one of the first people in the United States to get monoclonal antibodies. And he walked out of the hospital like a few hours later saying, I feel like a new, new person. And when I saw that, I was like, holy moly, I got to look into this and I started to research it because as an emergency room doctor, I don't, I don't do that for a living. I don't enthuse people. So I researched it. I saw that this was an incredible technology and an incredible cure. And I applied to become a facility. And the state, Maryland, granted me the right to do that. And we very quickly became the largest in the state of Maryland, and to my knowledge, the entire Mid Atlantic region of the United States. We had patients coming from all over the country. New York, New Jersey, Vermont, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, coming down to us to get treated because they couldn't get it.
A
Could you just back up a little bit? Because maybe I. Because I'm pretty ignorant about monoclonal antibodies myself. But I remember that day. I remember the. Remember the helicopter leaving from the South Lawn of the White House to fly President Trump to the hospital. And there was widespread speculation that, oh, my God, the President is dying. And then he just comes out like a few hours later and he's fine. It was kind of, was kind of crazy. So maybe you could just explain maybe the date and time on that. But then what exactly are monoclonal antibodies?
B
For the ignorant, like, sorry, I kind of glossed over that stuff. I'm sorry, so what monoclonal antibodies are, it's mono, meaning one, and clonal, meaning it's cloned. Okay? So it's, it's a reproduction of one particular antibody. So the best analogy I can come up with is just imagine a tennis ball, all right? And that's the virus, okay? And tennis balls or koosh balls. Remember those koosh balls you throw up and catch and those little hair sticking off? The virus has thousands of those things sticking off in all different directions. And each one of those is a protein. And your body, if it looks like this, your body comes along and creates an antibody that fits right over the top of it in the lock and key sort of fashion. And it's the exact mirror opposite. And it basically binds it up so that it can't infect your cells. It's actually miraculous. And it's a really elegant system that you're. That nature has developed for us to help combat viruses, bacteria, whatever the case may be, any sort of bad guy that's getting into your body. And your body will produce in response to each one of those things that it recognizes as foreign, an antibody. And they could be hundreds, it could be thousands, it could be millions of different ones. And the drug manufacturers figured out they come and they find the best One that works the best against that particular virus. And they replicate it, and they replicate it and they replicate it. So basically it comes in a little vial, it's a powder, you mix it with some saline and you inject it into somebody's IV over about 30 minutes and you cure them of their disease right then and there. And what's crazy about it is this technology has been around since the 70s. It's not like the MRNA vaccine, which people obviously rightly questioned, which was a new technology. This has been around since the 70s. And we use it for all sorts of things. We treat other infectious diseases, we treat cancers with it, we treat migraine headaches, high cholesterol, all sorts of things. And it's incredible. And it's so easy to give and you cure the person. It's essentially what your body would produce given, let's say two to three week time frame. We do it in 30 minutes. So it's like a supercharged dose of your own immune system that we can give you in 30 minutes. And it cures you of the disease right then and there. So I honestly have never seen anything like it in my career in medicine in terms of efficacy of affecting a cure. It was unbelievable. So we became the largest supplier of this stuff because I was like, oh my God, we have a cure here. Why are we not using this? And I started to question the government narrative because all they were talking about and all you were allowed to talk about was vaccine, universal vaccination. That was their only playbook, the only thing that they would do and the only thing that they would talk about. So I was on national international news talking about COVID I was on Fox, I was on cbs, I was on abc, cnn, you name it. I was on there during the pandemic. And I started to say, well, why are we only going down this way when we have this cure? Yes, the vaccine may have a place certain people should get vaccinated, but we don't need to shut the world down, we don't need to tank the economy and we don't need to ruin kids lives by shutting their schools down when we can just cure the people who get infected. Like why are we doing this? And the government just wouldn't talk about it. They wouldn't do anything. And then they politicized the medication. They said, well, we're going to federalize the distribution. And literally what would happen is. So if I want, as a medical director for my company, if I thought we needed 200 doses for the week, I would log into the on the website to the distributor, and I would ask for 200 doses of whichever medication I thought was the best for that week. And there was, at the height of the pandemic, I think there were six or seven different monoclonal variations. You could pick from different drugs. And I would ask for 200 doses. The next day, I'd get a care package with 200 doses. It was very simple, and it worked. All of a sudden, the Biden administration comes in and says, we are going to control the distribution. And overnight, it created artificial shortages. And it just so happened that the states, the hardest impacted states by those artificial shortages just happened to be red states. Now, I can't tell you that that was done by design, but it certainly happened that those were the states that were hit the hardest. And one in particular was Florida. And this is unconscionable because Florida at the time was having a big outbreak of Omicron, or Delta, excuse me, the delta variant. And they. They basically shut down the program for Florida. They said, we're not going to ship it to Florida anymore. So that was consigning all those people who could benefit from this cure to die or need to be hospitalized. I mean, there's no other way to say it. That's what was happening. How.
A
I mean, and how affected were they? I mean, were they. Were we talking elderly? Were we talking. I'm just curious, like, the range of patients that would walk in that you knew were probably going to die because they couldn't get these monoclonal antibodies.
B
Oh, I mean, everybody. So, I mean, I will tell you my personal experience. We treated over 5000 patients with monoclonal antibodies during the pandemic. And I can count on one hand the number of times that one of my nurse practitioners, the PAs, called me to tell me we're having some sort of problem. Like, the patient is having a reaction. And 99% of those reactions, of the five or whatever it was that we had, were basically what we call vasovagal reactions, which is, anytime anyone sticks a needle in your arm, certain percentage of people will have a reaction to that. Whether you're drawing blood or sticking something in, it doesn't matter. So very safe medicine. And I will tell you, I witnessed with my own two eyes, people barely able to breathe, the color of my shirt coming in. And within 20 minutes of the infusion starting, they were like. The color returned to their face, and they were like, oh, my God, I feel so much better. I mean, this is not hyperbole. This is honest, factual truth. And the Data bears it out. You can Google it, you can do the research papers. You. You can go to PubMed, and you can see, I'm not. I'm not BSing. This is the truth. And I'm not speaking in hyperbolic terms. This is actually what happened. It's completely crazy. So then the administration basically shut the whole program down. And Ron DeSantis, the governor at the time in Florida, had to go out using taxpayer dollars and purchase the medicine directly from the manufacturers. And the government tried to stop him from doing that. They said, you can't do that. That's illegal. And he said, well, I'm doing it anyway. And thank God he did, because he saved a lot of people's lives. So then these geniuses in the administration, they shut the whole program down, and they used very spurious reasoning to do that, which made absolutely no sense. So I went on Fox News and I railed against them, and I said, the Biden administration is going to kill people. And that's. I mean, here's a copy of the interview I had on Fox News. And then a few days later, Newsmax called me and said, you know, that was a pretty provocative statement you just made. Do you want to come on our show? And I said, absolutely. I was on with Sean Spicer, and I said. I doubled down. I said, absolutely. They are killing people. There's no question about it. They're incompetent. They don't know what they're doing. They've never been right about anything during this entire pandemic. They've taken us down the wrong pathway, and people are going to die. And four months later, I find myself indicted on federal health care fraud charges. And even the chief judge of the state of Maryland, who was assigned to my case, to adjudicate my case in a pretrial conference, called out the government, now, this is a federal judge, okay, the chief judge of the state of Maryland. And he said, this is a case of, quote, shoot first and ask questions later, because that's exactly what it was. They had done, really, no investigation. They didn't. They hadn't interviewed many people or anybody, really. They got my name wrong. And all the charging documents, like, Ron is not a difficult name. They gave me a middle initial. I don't have a middle name. I've never had a middle name. You think if they're going to charge you with a federal crime, they'd at least know the name of the individual they're coming after? Like, I mean, the list goes on and on and on about the Incompetence. And just the sheer ridiculousness of what they did. So anyway, what were the fraud charges?
A
What were the fraud charges?
B
So they said that we were upcoding. So essentially, we use a lexicon in medicine called ICD10, and that's our coding lexicon, okay? It's international. It's used all over the world. The AMA produces this book of codes of which There are over 69,000 codes to choose from. The government alleged we chose the wrong code on five charts. Five patients out of over 100,000 that we saw in that timeframe. Okay. They picked six or eight month time frame, I can't remember. And they said they found five charts, five individuals. And by the way, healthcare fraud is typically like billing for stuff that doesn't happen, right? You know, like the stuff in Minnesota. Billing for things that didn't actually occur. These were real patients. The government never alleged otherwise. These were patients who were seen in our clinics by nurse practitioners and PAs. They got treated or they got tested, but the government said you picked the wrong code. So. And I had a perfectly reasonable rationale for the coding that. That we used. And we had a third party coding company, by the way, that, you know, we hired to do our coding. And I didn't even see any of these patients. The nurse practitioners and PAs did. And if you really break it down, we were building what's called a level four code. There's a. I don't want to get into it. It's not really worth it. But there's a different. The next lowest level is a level three. The difference between those two is $50 on average. So you're talking about throwing me in jail for 50 years for patients I didn't even see over basically a $250 billing dispute? 5 times 50 is $250. I think years in prison completely. Right? I mean, it doesn't. You can't make this stuff up. And by the way, the government never even went to the trouble of having a professional coder look at those five charts. Just government attorneys. Now, Clayton, if I asked you as a layperson, what do you know about medical coding and billing, I guarantee you your answer is right. What do you think a government prosecutor knows about billing and coding? Zero. There are people who do this for a living, and there's a reason they do it for a living. We hired a guy who was the former president of the American association of Professional Coders, and he testified at the trial, and he looked through hundreds of charts, not just five, and he said they were all spot on. Then we hired another coder who. Who actually teaches government agencies how to find fraud. And he looked at the charts, and he said, there was no fraud. The government hired zero professional coders to look through these charts.

All right, we're going to pause that interview for just a second. We'll get back to it in a second. Please stick around. But first, if you've watched this show for any length of time, you know we believe in history. History matters, especially the moments that change the world forever. That's why we're excited about Angel's new film from Angel Studios. It's called the Brink of War, and it's coming to theaters on August 14th. It stars Jeff Daniels, Jared Harris, J.K. simmons. It takes you inside one of the most dangerous confrontations of the Cold War, when the decisions being made behind closed doors brought the world to the edge of nuclear conflict. These are the kinds of stories that deserve to be told. The kinds of films that Angel Studios continues to make. They make fantastic films. So here's the deal. Instead of buying movie tickets at the theater, just become a premium Angel Guild member, and you'll get two free tickets to see the movie the Brink of War. And you get to access to Angel's entire streaming library of films and free tickets to every future angel theatrical release, which is awesome. Even better, if you go to angel.com redacted and you purchase an annual premium membership, use the promo code News. You'll get four months for free. So if you're planning to see the brink of war anyway, this is the smarter way to do it, because you can go for free. So go to angel.com redacted use promo code NEWS, and we'll see you at the movies. And we have to tell you about the Absorption Company because, listen, I've taken supplements for years. Sometimes you wonder how much your body is actually absorbing. You spend all this money, you take the capsules every day, and it feels like they're just flushing straight through your body sometimes, literally. That's why I wanted to try the Absorption Company, and I'm thrilled to have them here as a sponsor of the show because their entire focus is not just what's in a supplement, but whether your body can actually use it. I've personally been using it for months. Their berberine, their magnesium. Their berberine is designed to absorb more than six times better than standard berberine, while their magnesium absorbs eight times better than standard magnesium. I take two capsules of that every day as well. They also make the WLP one, and that is for appetite and metabolic support. You know, everyone's talking about GLP1. You got to check out their WLP1. The it's the biggest benefit is knowing that the supplements you're taking may not be going to waste. So their WP LP one helps with that. Really helps with overeating your body, making sure that you're not like, craving and eating a bag of chips at night every night. So I want you to check it out. Go to absorb more.com use the code redacted news for up to 35% off your first order. So they've sponsored the show, but I'm also a customer. I pay for my own supplements through them. I, yes, use the coupon code, but I buy my own supplements from them. And you should to check them out. Absorb more.com use code redacted news at the heart of fraud. I mean, let's just be clear. You know, working in the news business, I certainly know what rises to that level. You have to show intent, right? Intent to defraud at a federal level. Right. So you would have to show, like, intent that you intentionally worked and maybe even colluded with your PAs and nurse practitioners and other people in the office to knowingly steal money ahead of time and then put these codes in place. $250. You're a doctor, for crying out loud. $250. You'd have to knowingly collude and figure out that you're going to defraud someone. And then you execute on that plan. Like, you have to show intent. They have to. They have to prove intent in order to do that.
B
You know how they proved my intent? And I'm not making this up. If anybody wants to look, the transcripts are public, so you can go and look at the transcripts yourself. They put my tax returns up, and they said, look how much money his business made before COVID and look at how much money he made during COVID That was the proof of my criminal intent because my business made money. We saw 100,000 people, okay? We were providing a service that was necessary in saving people's lives. That was their. That was their way to show that I was somehow a criminal. Because we made less money before COVID than we made during COVID Okay?
A
And so the jury found you guilty. The judge said, wait a second, this doesn't smell. This passed the smell test. And of course, a federal judge has the ability to do that. And so where do things stand? Well, first of all, maybe you can just say, what, what, what? Where did. After the trial, what happened. And then where do things stand now with that?
B
Yeah, worst day of my life. I mean, when the jury said, you're guilty, I literally had to be carried out of the courtroom. I mean, here I am, an innocent guy. I got, I got to your point before, like the governor of our state gave me an award for my bravery during COVID I'm a Republican. I ran as a Republican state senator toward the state Senate. I almost beat a 30 year democrat incumbent. I live in a very blue state. I'm a very well known Republican in my state, but the Democrat's overwhelmingly Democrat. The Democrat legislature voted to give me a personal citation for all the work I did during COVID And our medical society named me its person of the Year for all the work I did during COVID So, you know, I was out there busting my butt trying to save lives, and then the feds do this to me. So, worst day of my life, I had to drive home. They didn't, luckily didn't throw me in prison right then and there. I had to wait for sentencing. So I had to drive home and tell my four children what we were facing. And then, you know, so I had to face for three more months this over my head, hanging down. And I'll tell you something, Clayton, and I'm not, I say this kind of shamefully, but the best day of my life. If I asked you the best day of your life, probably the day you got married or the day you had your children, and that's probably the right thing to say. And that had been the best day of my life. But right now, the best day of my life was when a stranger in a black robe, who I really have don't know, wrote this 93 page opinion acquitting me of all the, of all charges. And that's pretty pathetic, I think, but that's the truth. That was the best day of my life when that happened. And I, I was as happy as I've ever been in my entire life when all of a sudden all this weight on my shoulders just, poof, just went away. And I was, I couldn't believe it. And then my lawyer says, well, you know, the government can still appeal. Oh, my God. So literally the 11th hour of the 11th day, right before Trump's about to be inaugurated, the Biden Department of Justice decides to appeal this case, despite the fact that they got smacked in the face by this judge. A 93 page opinion. And he, he completely ripped them apart in his opinion. But they appealed it. And now I'm facing a new trial, which is going to be in January. So I have to go through this nightmare scenario again, which nearly bankrupted us the first time. I don't know how we're going to pay for it the second time. But I'm, I'm trying to get someone in the Trump administration to say this is a clear case of weaponization, that, you know, it's a selective and vindictive prosecution for sure. And, you know, it's already been adjudicated, for God's sakes, like the, the chief Judge of Maryland, who, by the way, isn't some right wing judge. He was appointed by Obama. And even he saw through it. I mean, he said such things as the government did not carry its burden and no reasonable jury could have so concluded. That's a direct quote. The evidence weighs so heavily in favor of the defendant that it would be unjust to enter judgment against him. He said, you know, there can, of course, be no crimes if the defendant complied with the rules. And then to make it even worse for the government, the AMA wrote an amicus brief to the court on my behalf. So did the American, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and the State Medical Society of Maryland. And what's remarkable about that, Clayton, is that the AMA, as I mentioned before, writes the rules. The ICD10, the rules that go along with coding. The AMA writes them. And they came to my defense and said, this guy didn't break these rules that the government's accusing you or breaking. So the writer of the rules came to my defense and said that, and they never do that, by the way, and I'm not a member of the ama. But they did it anyway because they saw this was such a blatant, you know, ridiculous case, a clear, obvious case of weaponization. And it's, you know, President Trump on his first day in office said, we're ending weaponization. We're creating a task force to, to, to find cases. And, and basically, I'm the poster child for, for number seven on that list. I mean, he's, it's, it's right here. Pam Bondi put out a memo on February 5, two weeks after Trump was inaugurated, and she, she outlined cases. Number seven is retaliatory, retaliatory targeting of legitimate whistleblowers. And that's what I was, I was on national news talking about the fact that these people were incompetent and they were going to kill people. And here I am, I find myself vindictively indicted later.
A
So Trump's DOJ is just continuing what Biden's DOJ has done. And has there been any pushback at all, giving you any indication that this thing is going to be thrown out?
B
I've had some people who are high up in the government that want to help, and they've gotten involved, but, you know, it's a lot of smoke filled rooms, and you know how that stuff works. And I don't know. You know, I've had a United States senator try to help me. I've had some cabinet members try to help me. I've met with someone else in the administration. I don't know. I just got to find that right person that can be the one to say, this is crazy. You know, this is ridiculous. And if I may for a second, Clayton, I'm sorry. I know you want to say something, but.
A
No, no, please.
B
This is a real, really disturbing pattern of behavior by the United States government, certainly under the Biden administration. And I challenge anyone listening to this program to find me, to find. And I could be wrong. Okay? But any physician who spoke out during COVID about the narrative and spoke against that was smackdown. One way or another, you were either deplatformed, you lost your medical license, you lost your privileges at a hospital, you know something, or you got indicted. That is really scary. And that should never, ever, ever happen. Because these are the people that you want to speak out. Your doctors are the ones you want to be able to say, wait a minute. What are we doing here? This is crazy, because they're the ones with the medical knowledge. But what this does is send a message to everybody to shut the hell up, sit down, do what we tell you to do, and don't ever speak out. And you know what? The next time there's a pandemic, nobody's going to step up and do the right thing, because we just learned our lesson. We got the crap kicked out of us as a community when we tried to do something. Why would we ever put ourselves in this position again? And I will tell you, the next pandemic, we're not going to be able to vaccinate our way out of. Nor should we try. Monoclonal antibodies need to be front and center in any sort of pandemic response, but nobody's talking about them. And you know what you can still get today, Clayton? You can get the vaccine, but you know what you can't get? Monoclonal antibodies for Covid. You cannot get them. They're not available anymore.
A
You cannot get them.
B
They're not available.
A
See, this is. You know, people think, oh, Trump's in Now, but remember, in private, he won't say it publicly because people, you know, his advisors have really told him to stop talking about Operation Warp Speed. He personally believes it. I know from sources inside the White House that he still privately loves talking about Operation Warp Speed and the push for the vaccine as a great accomplishment on his behalf. But he won't say it publicly anymore because his advisors have told him, you gotta stop this because you're losing your base on this issue. They don't believe, they believe it was a disaster. They believed it killed millions of people. You might not want to talk about it anymore. So there is this disconnect. I mean, you literally see Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Standing in the White House, having, being forced to sort of stand behind Albert Borla from Pfizer. So why do you think there is this like federal disconnect inside the White House and inside the Trump administration? And maybe that explains why you're still having to deal with this. And it also probably explains why people can't get monoclonal antibodies right now.
B
I really think it's just a deep state. And I know it's kind of a catch all term, and I know that's kind of a cop out, but I think that that's the case. I think, you know, the President is an individual who has to rely on a million people telling him things and he's got to digest all that information and he can't be an expert on everything. And I think he's just surrounded by people who, some of whom are in the deep state. And it's in their best interest to kind of keep the things, the status quo going. And it's amazing to me that we have this wonderful cure that's not available. It's just not available. But you can get the crappy vaccine that nobody wants.
A
Right? It's unbelievable. Is there any way for people, is there any way for people to get it? I mean, why do you believe federal officials even moved away from the treatment that many people like on the front lines was like, absolutely helping patients. Do you happen to know who maybe gave the order shut this thing down?
B
I don't. And I'll tell you, that person should be in prison because a lot of people died because of this incompetence. Or maybe it wasn't incompetence, maybe it was by design. But whatever it was, that person should be in prison because they killed a lot of people. But the monoclonals are, they're relatively easy to produce once you get them going. There's an upfront cost, for sure. That research and development. Development. They will tell you. The federal officials will tell you, oh, well, they stopped working. Now, first of all, I've never seen any data that support that. But that may be the case because as the virus evolves, you know, you expect it to become less efficacious over time. Fine, they can keep up with that. But. But that argument is so fallacious because the vaccine was still there. So if the monoclonals weren't working, how is it possible that the vaccine, the same vaccine that you were getting from day one, is still working against the virus as it evolves, but the monoclonals don't? Do you understand what I'm saying?
A
Right.
B
That doesn't make any sense. So. And the drug manufacturers could have kept up with the changes. It's very simple to do that. So I don't understand it, but what happened is I got indicted. And very, very quickly. The EUAs for the, for the monoclonal antibodies got yanked one after another. Now, I will tell you that Secretary Kennedy speaks very often about this. He says that there's a federal law that says if there's anything proven efficacious against a virus for which there is a vaccine that has an emergency use authorization, that eua, the emergency use authorization will become null and void because something else has been proven efficacious. And in his opinion, and I tend to agree with him, that's why the government had to shut down hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. And I would argue that monoclonal antibodies were even better than those two medicines. So perhaps the government had to shut down monoclonals because it was such a threat to the EUA for the vaccine. Because if you had a cure, you don't need this vaccine. Now, maybe that's a little too conspiratorial for people, but it makes sense to me.
A
Not from my audience.
B
I mean, that's true.
A
Not at all. I mean, and that makes absolutely perfect sense. And why the hell do we still have. I mean, I think unless they've just removed it, the emergency use Use authorization, maybe RFK juniors just removed it. But why is there still an emergency use authorization for these medicines that never went through trials, never went through full trials on human beings? And of course, we now know the repercussions of these things.
B
Yeah, I think the EOA was removed by rfk.
A
And ask yourself, like two weeks ago, actually, I think.
B
Right, something like that. Ask yourself why Pfizer, when asked about under, you know, I think it was federal congressional inquiry. Well, we'll release the data, but It'll be in 75 years. Do you remember when that happened?
A
Oh, of course. In fact, well, just a little side story here, a little anecdote. You can enjoy a beverage or your favorite snack while I tell you a little anecdote here. So we were alive on YouTube. And when that happened, we did an entire show reading the documents that were forced to forcibly released because of the court. And a lot of them were redacted, but we were released. We were reading a lot of their documents that were supposed to be held for 75 years. These are Pfizer's own documents. And we're reading them live on YouTube. And then suddenly YouTube banned us for two weeks for medical misinformation. And they blocked our channel. We couldn't make any posts. They took us. It was crazy. And we appealed it. They said no. Medical misinformation. We say no. We were reading Pfizer's own documents from the court, you know, from the court proceedings. Like, these are their own documents, their own findings that they wanted withheld for 75 years. And of course, flash forward a few months later, then YouTube does a complete 180 on their terms of service policy around COVID policy. And so everything that we were saying that we got banned for, you now were allowed to say, but you couldn't say the inverse of that. You couldn't say that the vaccine prevented the spread. Like, you couldn't say the inverse of that. So they did a complete 180. And anyway, just a little side note, but I remember that day very well. I remember reading those documents and then getting banned for reading their very own Pfizer internal documents.
B
I mean, if I had proposed this to you 10 years ago, you could go back in time, you'd think I was a lunatic or you'd think I was writing a book, right? About like some crazy story, like a Michael Crichton book or something like that.
A
Right, right. Andromeda Strain or something like that.
B
We all just live through this. Fact is stranger than fiction. You just cannot make this stuff up. And unfortunately, when people like me, who were saving lives and doing the right thing, spoke out, we got kicked in the. You know what, because they tried to silence us and they had to. And it's terrible. And I mean, you guys got deplatformed. I mean, you got spanked, too. Like, it's just.
A
Well. And so many doctors, and so many doctors that we've had on. We couldn't even have them on Our show, we couldn't speak to individuals like Dr. Peter McCullough, who was, I believe, doing an ivermectin and vitamin D protocol, I think, as well as one other. One other medicine. I forget exactly his protocol in Texas, but he was seeing incredible results. He wasn't allowed to talk about it. He was banned. He got. I mean, you know, he was canceled. And who else? I mean, Dr. Pierre Corey on Ivermectin we've had on Robert Malone. We couldn't put them on our YouTube channel. We could only put them on our rumble channel. And so because it was such a clampdown on people getting access to this information, your protocols, your monoclonal antibodies, Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, like, all of it was banned from being talked about. So it was clearly a plan. It was clearly a plan from trying to keep this from the American people and hiding it in order to, I guess, push bigger profit margins for big pharma. I mean, what else could explain it?
B
Well, so to speak, about that. So the vaccines. I mean, think about it from a, you know, PfFizer Moderna or JJ. I mean, all that money that the federal government. It's like, I forget how many billions of $60 billion or something or whatever it was that went into the. The manufacturer and the R D for those. For those vaccines. Basically, the taxpayer footed the R D for those, and 100 of the profits went to the. Went to the manufacturers. So they were raking in the gazillions of dollars. And the monoclonal antibodies had a very, very, very, very small profit margin for the drug manufacturers because they had to foot the R D for it. And they are expensive to produce because of the heavy research and development that has to go into them. So that's one argument. The other argument people make is that they really wanted to push the vaccine. They wanted this vaccine in people's arms. Now, that begs the question, why, again, why was the government narrative like I. The best analogy I can come up with is a stool, Okay? A stool has to have at least three legs. Otherwise it's not balanced. Right. Just makes sense. Well, and I was on the news talking about this, and I said, we have one leg. Is. Is the vaccine. Okay, fair enough. We have a vaccine. The second leg is treatment protocols, which we have are things like monoclonal antibodies, Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine. And why would you beat those down? Like, we don't do that for anything else. If you. If you have any other. Any other illness and you want to try something else. The FDA allows off label use. Why would we beat that down? Why would we say, you're crazy? You're. You know, people attack Joe Rogan. He's a. He's a psycho. He's. He's using horse dewormer. I mean, this is the medicine that's been around ivermectin for 50 years, and it won the Nobel Prize. Prize. Like its founder won the Nobel Prize. I mean, like. And it's one of the safest. Safer than Tylenol. It's one of the safest drugs out there. Why would we be beating that down? And then the third leg of the stool is like, is. Is, you know, being careful and staying away from people and not doing stupid things. We should be embracing all of those things, but the government would only talk about one. And I. I just for the life of me, couldn't figure it out until all this happened to me. And now, in hindsight, I can say, oh, well, they had a plan and their plan. I didn't fit into their plan, and I didn't fit into their narrative. And Pierre Corey didn't fit into their narrative, and Robert Malone didn't fit into their narrative, and every other doctor who spoke out didn't fit into their narrative, and they all had to be shut down. Again. I would. I would encourage anyone in the audience to prove me wrong about that. Find a doctor who spoke out and didn't get spanked in one way or another. I think it's impossible. I don't think you're going to find anybody.
A
Oh, I think you're right. I can't find anyone. I'm just racking my brain for the guests we've had on our show. Dr. Mary Bowden, you name it. I mean, they've all been, you know, canceled and blocked and as a result of it. Yeah, I mean, my daughter just suffering from COVID over the past week and a half or so, and she's like, nothing was making her better. And so we just got back from a trip, and we spoke to our friend, Dr. Pierre Cory. He's like, you know, Ivermectin. And so we had some, and boom, within, like, about two hours, she's like, man, this is the best I've felt. This is the best I felt in days. We're like, why didn't we. You know, it's. We're just gonna let it. Ride it out, just. And let her just recover and not want antibiotics or any of that stuff. But anyway, so why aren't people not allowed to know about this. It's unbelievable to me. And the stories of what you went through with monoclonal antibodies and the amount of people that were seeing remarkable transformations, it seems to me like this is. This is evil. It rises to the level of pure evil in my mind.
B
Oh, 100%. I mean, again, like, I cannot emphasize this enough, people. Again, it's not hyperbolic for me to say this. When I went on Fox News, I said, people are going to die. And they did. And I can't quantify that for you. I can't say 100 people died, a thousand people died. But I know for a fact a lot of people are no longer with us because of the government, and they either had to be hospitalized or they're dead. I'll tell you, evil is the best word, 100% evil. I will tell you. Ivermectin. You brought up ivermectin. So during the pandemic, I decided I had a couple of patients. I said, you know what? I'm going to try to write for ivermectin for these people. Now. I'm a board certified Johns Hopkins trained emergency medicine doctor in my entire career. So I finished residency in 2003. In my entire career, I've never been called by a pharmacist to ask for an ICD10 code for a diagnosis code for why I'm writing a prescription. Except during COVID I wrote for ivermectin. And I got. Every time I wrote for it, the pharmacist would call me and say, I need an I need a diagnosis code. And I said, no, you don't. And I said, that would be a HIPAA violation, to be honest with you, because your job is to fill the prescription and teach the patient about the medication and side effects. That's your job. My job is to diagnose and treat. And I said, respectfully, you have no business asking for this. Every single time I would get a call from the pharmacist saying, I need an ICD10 code, and I said no, because they wanted to know if I was writing for it for a parasitic infection or for Covid. And I refused to give it, and they wouldn't fill the prescription.
A
Wow.
B
And I've never, ever. And I've written for all sorts of crazy things, and I've never, ever had that happen to me before in my entire career. Then, before or since.
A
Where do you think that came from? Like that? All of these pharmacists, did they get some sort of an email, have we ever seen documents where they received some sort of an email, email at the WalGreens or the CVS Pharmacy telling these pharmacists like, here's what you need to do. You need to fight back against this.
B
I think that's exactly what happened. I have never seen documentation to that effect, but yeah, I mean, I can't blame the individual pharmacist because it wasn't just one person. It was every pharmacist that. It was Walgreens, it was cvs, it was, you name the Walmart, Costco, whatever the patient would take the prescription to. I got a phone call and it wasn't one time, it was multiple times. I kept trying it and it kept getting the same pushback.
A
This is the first time I've ever heard this. I mean, this is a big part of the story. I mean, this is a big part of the story that these pharmacists. It'd be interesting to know if any pharmacists are watching. We have a lot, I'm sure, want to come forward and let us know. Did you receive documentation? Did you receive emails? Did it come from the cdc? Did it comes from. Where did it come from that told you to question the doctors who were prescribing Ivermectin? I would love to know the answer to that.
B
And I can tell you that the medical boards. So the state, the way the. For the listeners that don't know how this works, your medical license is given to you by the state, not by the federal government. So each state has their own rules and regulations around how they issue licenses. Multiple states took people's licenses for speaking out or threatened to take their licenses. So you had the feds coming after you, had the states coming after you, you had the medical societies coming after you, not mine, thank God. Maryland was great, but you had the state and the medical society was great. And I say that with all due respect, but they were fantastic. They never took my medical license, they never tried to, and they never sanctioned me in any way for doing anything or saying anything. But a lot of states did. Mary Talley Bowden's a great example. She, she. I mean, they, they kicked her down multiple times for doing the right thing. And that's what people need to understand is that you want your doctors out there questioning you, want your doctors stepping up and saying, I'm going to do the right thing. And, you know, when this pandemic started. This is going to sound silly, but it's the God's honest truth. When this pandemic started, I could see the writing on the wall in 2019. I was watching the news like everybody else and I could see China boarding, you know, putting bricks into the cities to close them off and pointing tanks into the cities to keep people in the cities. And I said, my God, this is crazy. And our government, remember, was saying, don't worry, it's not coming to the United States. We've closed the borders. I'm like, this is insane. Of course it's coming to the United States. So I could see the writing on the wall. I could see that it was coming. I got prepared for it, A lot of people didn't. But I could tell that it was definitely going to come. But you know, these people that they, they lie to us again and again and again and again and you know, how many times are we going to believe them? And, and you want your doctors being the ones to say, I'm going to step up and do the right thing. And I could see this coming. So I said, I'm an emergency medicine doctor. This is what I went to medical school for, this is what I went to residency for. Like working in the ER is great and I get a lot of job satisfaction. But like this, if there's ever a time to shine as an ER doctor, this is it, right? I mean this is like the God's, you know, there's this horrible thing coming and this is what I'm trained for. Like, this is what I can do. So I put my skill set to use. And that sounds silly, but it's the truth. And I took that very seriously. That's what you want in a pandemic. You want people to step up and do the right thing. But the next time this happens, whether it's man made or natural, and there will be another pandemic because we're a global society. Nobody's going to do that because why would they?
A
Yeah, you're exactly right. Do you think that going on national television because you went on Fox News, you went on Newsmax, you were on other publications. Do you think that publicly speaking out about it put a target on your back?
B
Absolutely. Yeah, I definitely think so. I think a couple of things. I was out, so we were the largest supplier of this life saving medicine and I was out publicly beating the drum about how wonderful this drug was. Multiple times before, before I was on Fox, yelling at the government, saying like, you know, this is crazy. But then once they started to politicize, oh, and I was questioning, I started to question the narrative too softly, but I started to question the Narrative. I said, why are we, why is New York State firing or you know, why is New York firing all these nurses when they refuse to get vaccinated after they just came, they just recovered from COVID Like that doesn't make any sense. They were heroes the day before and now they're pariahs because they're refusing to get a vaccine they don't want and they don't need medically. But the state is firing them. They have a nursing shortage and they're firing them. Why are we doing this? Why are we shutting down mom and pop shops but Walmart can stay open? Why are we. I was questioning these things. I said, why are we going to BLM riots? And we can not wear masks at BLM riots, but we can't go to a funeral like this makes no sense. And so I started to question these things and as it moved along and then I got a big target on my back when I went on Fox. And so here I am, the largest supplier of this life saving medicine that's a thorn in the government side. They don't like it, they don't want it and they're like, we can go get this guy. He's obnoxious, he's loud, he's on television, he's beating us up, he's telling us we're going to kill people, we're incompetent and he's pushing a drug that we don't want. We should go get him. So yes, I think 100% and I think, I mean, you know, the ridiculousness of what they came after me for, that even the judge pointed out like looking at it through the lens of weaponization is the only way it makes any sense. Otherwise it just, you know, this makes zero sense.
A
What about Dr. Fauci? And obviously we have the, just curious where you come down on that, given obviously the hearing this week in Washington D.C. and what do you think should happen to him? And do you believe that the phone calls or the crushing of you came directly from his office?
B
I don't think he had anything to do with it per se, but I mean, maybe he did. I don't know. I would love to see an email. That would be great. I would sue the crap out of anybody who, if I could find that smoking gun, I would be, you know, vindicated and I would be all my money back and, and my, my, you know, I could get my reputation back and everything else, but I don't think it's out there because I don't think they're that Stupid. I think he begged for a pardon on the last day of. Of Biden's term in the last hour. Why on earth would he do that? I think there's enough evidence that.
A
And retroactively going back to.
B
And retroactively. Correct.
A
2014, right?
B
Yep. That speaks for itself. I mean, I don't think you need to know any more than that. And he clearly has been implicated and he's lied to Congress. There's no question about that. He funded stuff he shouldn't have been funding. He was in charge of all this. I mean, look, aside from all the legality of stuff, what kind of a arrogant person, what degree of arrogance does it take to say I am science? And that's a direct quote from him, by the way. He said, you know, people shouldn't be questioning me because I am science. Now, that's. That's not a direct quote, but he did say I am science. Who says something like that? Science is questioning always. That's the definition. Always questioning something, never taking anything for granted. That's what we should be doing. And not just, not just in medicine, but in our whole lives. When you watch the news or you listen to someone and they say something, listeners, you should be questioning that. Oh, Joe Biden's the greatest. The greatest Biden I've ever seen. He's, He's. He's wonderful. I just watched a YouTube clip this morning where they were talking about how they lied to us. You know, they showed clips of Pelosi and all the other Democrats. Joe Biden is sharp as attack. He's wonderful. But I mean, blatant lies. You gotta be able to question these things and you gotta be able to think for yourself. And Covid really should awaken everybody's eyes to that, that these people do not have our best interest in mind, and they are liars and cheaters, and they will do whatever they have to do to maintain power and to affect their agenda. And it's despicable and it's evil, to use your word, Clay. Exactly. Absolutely evil.
A
All right, we're going to take a quick pause here on this Monday. Thank you guys so much for watching. We're going to get back to the interview in just a second, but first, I'll bet if you're like a lot of folks watching today, there's a little voice in the back of your mind asking, hey, can this really keep going? How much longer will this last talking about what's happening right now in the stock market and tied to your financial future? The truth is, nobody knows when the next downturn is, is going to happen, like what's going to happen to the US Dollar. But we do know one thing, markets move in cycles. We had some positivity late last week. At the end of last week, we saw Amazon with some crazy great earnings. We saw Apple take a huge dump. Like, who knows, right? Markets go up, they go down. They, one thing we do know is they don't go up forever. They never have. And when those cycles change, they can change fast. That's why smart investors don't wait until headlines turn negative. They make their moves while the market is strong, looking for ways to protect what they've earned. One option is a gold IRA from Lear Capital. And I have their free kit right here. Like if you call them, I'll put it up on the screen a little bit later, but call them, you'll get it for free. They'll send it right to your house. You can just discuss it with your loved ones and see if it's a fit for you. I have one myself and I love it. You've heard me talk about it. You've heard Natalie talk about it. Even our children have IRAs. It lets you basically, when you, when you have an ira, it lets you add physical gold or silver to your retirement savings and giving you another way to basically diversify and prepare for whatever comes next. With a self directed ira, you control it. Wall street doesn't. And Lear is one of the best companies in America that can help you do this. They can help you set it up. With more than $3 billion in transactions, Lear are the best in the business. I strongly urge you to just give them 10 minutes of your time. It's free. I think it'll be time well spent for you to have a phone call with them. 1-800-613-3557 and while you're on the phone, just, you know, ask them to send you the free IRA report, but also ask how you can qualify for up to $20,000 in bonus gold or silver. So don't keep putting this off. Get free information today. 1-800-613-3557. That's 1-800-613355 or go to learn. Did you see our interview that we did about a year ago? Natalie did it with Dr. Ellie on dental health went bonkers. It went viral because people were shocked that they don't need to go to the dentist. And we've been paying a lot more attention to dental health lately. And that since that interview aired really just changed everything in Our house as far as dental care goes. Nose and actually chewing gum, well we're going to talk about that in a second here but this is just mind blowing. We've been paying a lot more attention to dental health lately, especially because of things like coffee, tea, you know, eating chips and things like that. You know, stuff that like eats away at your enamel while you sleep, all that kind of stuff if you're not brushing your teeth. That's why I've started chewing gum Lorenco. It's a better for you gum made with nano hydroxyapetate, the same mineral that your enamel is actually made of. So it basically helps to strengthen and re mineralize your teeth. I know it's crazy like you can remineralize your teeth. They don't tell you that. That was the whole point of our interview that we did a year ago. Like you can actually reverse the problems of your teeth. And so I will eat it. I will take this gum after I have a meal, if I'm out and about, chew it for 10, 15, 20 minutes and it'll help repair everyday damage. And then of course at nighttime I brush my teeth teeth and do that whole thing. But what's amazing about Lorenco, they sent me the gum. Huge fan. The flavors are great, the taste lasts. They don't just disappear after 30 seconds. I like chewing it after a quick meal because my mouth feels fresh. And also it helps to protect my teeth at the same time they also make a fluoride free toothpaste. And of course the gum comes in mint, cinnamon, bubble gum, berry. I want you to check it out because and I want you to go back and watch that interview. Once you start knowing that you can remineralize your teeth and you can actually protect them, it's, it's a game changer. It really is. Right now Lorenco is offering our listeners up to 50% off. If you go to buy Laureen, that's L A r I n e.com redacted again buyloreen.com redacted. Get 50% off. You know I'm from the media world so I see that side of it and see it very clearly. And they were of course complicit in all of this. And you know we saw the mo. You know you could watch cnn, you could watch these other segments that are brought to you by Pfizer. I mean we ran that ad nauseam that you know, that little mashup Montage of Anderson Cooper360 brought to you by Pfizer. You know, so all of These cable news channels would collapse if it wasn't for the support of Big Pharma running ads nonstop during their shows throughout the day. So you were on Fox News. I'm just curious, did you get any pushback at all when you were being interviewed and making these claims? Because at the, you know, inside the building at Fox News, it was well known that there was mandates, if I'm not mistaken, to take the vaccine. And there were, of course, some people that spoke out against it. There were people that quit in protest over it. So inside the building, if I'm not mistaken, and correct me if I'm wrong, but there were mandates. And so you were on their air, basically calling for more natural protocols and basically, in many ways telling them that their mandates were kind of bs. I don't know. Did you get any pushback? I'm just curious.
B
No, I did not. Not from them. I think it's because I was bashing the Biden administration and they were very happy to hear that. And they were.
A
Yeah.
B
And look, I don't mean to be partisan. Like, if it was the. If it was the Bush administration doing it, I would have bashed them, too, or the Trump administration. Whatever it was, they were wrong and they were killing people. And that's what I was trying to get out. I don't care who the president is. I am a Republican, and I will say that I'm a conservative, but it doesn't matter. I was watching people getting killed because of what they were doing. So it doesn't matter who's in office. I would have called them out. So I think that they were just happy because I was bashing Biden. But nobody pushed back on the fact that I was questioning the vaccine. No.
A
So what do you think the single biggest lie that Americans were told during the pandemic?
B
That's a really good question. I think it's probably the vaccine and if you remember, and not the fact that the vaccine was there. But they kept moving the goalposts. First it was, we all know what a vaccine is designed to do. It's designed to keep you from getting the infection. Then it was, oh, well, no, it's just designed to keep you from being hospitalized. Then it was, oh, no, no, it was designed to keep you from getting worse and getting really sick. And then it was, oh, no, no, no, wait, you know, you can't spread it from one to another. And that, by the way, that logic, I always question, too, because if I'm in the room with you, Clayton and I got vaccinated and you didn't. Why would I care if you got vaccinated or not like we were told, you know, make that person feel like a jerk and you know, they couldn't come into various events or whatever because you're unvaccinated. Well, who cares if, if I'm vaccinated, supposedly unprotected. So what difference does it make if it to me if you got vaccinated or not, why should I care? That logic just never made any sense to me. So I think it was just the surrounding, the whole vaccine narrative. Universal vaccination was pushed and it was pushed and it was pushed and there they just had to kept falling back and falling back and falling back and changing their narrative because we could see with our own eyes people that got vaccinated were still getting sick. People who got vaccinated still need to be hospitalized. People who got vaccinated still died. It just collapsed. And I think that that was probably the biggest narrative, the biggest lie. Some people would say, well, Covid doesn't exist. I disagree with that. I do think it was real. I mean, I think there was a lot of things that went on that were a lot of shenanigans, if you will, but I think the vaccine was probably the biggest.
A
So you brought that up. I just want to touch on that. There are some people that say, yeah, Covid didn't exist at all. It was all one big psychological operation, that it was all a fallacy. It was nothing more than just a flu, a common cold. But you don't believe that.
B
I witnessed people getting sick and I witnessed people getting better when I treated them with an antibody designed against that virus. I can't in my mind put those square that how that would work if this didn't exist. Like what, what, what am I giving them that's making them better? And how are they getting better? Why are they blue? I give them this drug and they turn out and they come, they pick up and they come, they, they get better within it, within 20 minutes of getting the drug. And, and I saw it day in and day out and I, I just, I can't square that any other way. So I do believe that it was a real virus. I do believe it was man made. I do believe it came from Wuhan, China. I do believe it was. Whether it was released on purpose or not, I don't know. But I think the evidence is so clear that it was man made or at least man made, better, maybe man manufactured, maybe it was a natural virus that had been mutated and changed by man. But I saw people with it. I saw people get sick with it. I saw people get better from it. So I can't square that any other way.
A
And it wasn't something else. It wasn't a flu. It wasn't a common cold or anything like that. You believe it was completely different?
B
Well, I mean, I think the symptoms were the same. So I think that there's, you know, you could call it, but the cold, the cold. Remember, when we talk about the cold or even flu, to some extent, we're talking about an illness, not a virus. So the cold, the common cold, is caused by thousands or hundreds of different viruses. That's an ailment. Same thing with the flu we talk about. People get the flu. It's not always caused by influenza. It can be caused by other viruses also. So, you know, the constellation of symptoms, yes, it was very similar to other things. So, yes, it could have been a, you know, whatever you want to call it. But I do believe that this was something new that we hadn't seen before.
A
I mean, I'm totally open to the idea that this was all fake and, you know, that it didn't exist at all and it was one big psychological operation like we saw with 9, 11, or any. Any of the other psychological operations. So I'm totally open to that. But, you know, you're a physician who is in the emergency room witnessing people who were sick, regardless of whether it was Covid specifically or flu. Also at the heart of it is this idea that monoclonal antibodies, can they also then help cure the flu? And can they use these same protocols against things that are very similar to, quote, unquote Covid, even if it is fake or didn't exist at all? Anyway?
B
Yeah, so great question. And the answer is yes, not the ones obviously designed for Covid, because again, it's the lock and key. It has to be specific to that virus. And to your point, remember hantavirus pulmonary syndrome? It was a big thing like a month ago, right. The media and the government tried to scare us again because, oh, my God, the next thing that's going to get us is hantavirus. It's a real virus. It does kill certain very, very, very, very small number of people a year. But it's real. There are two monoclonal antibodies currently in, I think it's phase two or phase three trials to fight the hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. So to answer your question, for influenza, sure, they could develop monoclonal antibodies. The problem is it's really not cost effective because there's not enough people that would need them, and it takes a while to develop them. So the flu mutates quickly. Now, remember too, what we talked about, the financial incentives for the drug manufacturers. You're talking about universal vaccination, which means every single person on the face of the earth. Okay, what is it, 8 billion people now on the face of the earth? Something like that, yeah. Right. Versus only the people who get sick who qualify for monoclonal antibodies. You're talking about orders of magnitude of difference in numbers. So you know, the profit margin for the everybody on the planet versus only a small subset of those people if you're the drug manufacturer, which is in your best interest.
A
Oh, of course. Right. And to lead us to believe that there. So I get the idea, the argument, like, it's a worldwide pandemic, you can't go outside. We've got to scare you. We've got to. Maybe it was a flu, a variation of a flu. Who knows? I got it. I felt like the worst I'd ever felt in my life when I got whatever it was and I was laid up for, like, two weeks, and I felt. It just felt totally different than anything else I'd ever had in my life. And I'm a pretty healthy person, so I don't know what it was, but I sure wish that I could have had ivermectin or monoclonal antibodies or something. And now you watch, like, NFL games or whatever, and you've got John Legend on television with his, hey, I can go and get both of these shots on the same day. You know, I can go and get Travis Kelsey. I can go and get the flu and Covid in the same day. Go to your local pharmacy and get both shots simultaneously, and you'll feel great and you'll be good to go. It's infuriating. It's infuriating that these things are still on the shelf and they're now being packaged in such a way as if it's just part of your flu protocol for the year.
B
Yeah, and, and, and, you know, I mentioned Robert Malone before, but he's one of the guys who developed the MRNA technology, and he was saying, don't use it. It's not. It's not what it was designed for. It's not. It's not. Not ready for prime time. Obviously, I'm. I'm paraphrasing, but that's essentially what he said. And yet it's now made its way into everything. And again, just so your audience understands the monoclonal antibodies is Technology that's been around since the 70s. The MRNA technology is brand new, and we don't know how it works. And it's designed to essentially. I don't want to dumb this down and I don't want to sound like an idiot, but to sort of mess with your genes to some extent. I mean, it works by getting into your cellular machinery.
A
Yeah.
B
Now, that's kind of frightening. I mean, yeah, it's very frightening.
A
And especially if the government. And especially if the government's behind it. Like, I mean, that's a whole other level. But, like, so they're manipulating our genes for what purpose? And they want it to be, you know, everyone to take these things, and they want everyone around the world to have access, you know, to take these things. Of course, it's terrifying.
B
So there's a new. A new version of this. There's something called PCSK9, which is something to do with parts of these risk, okay, high cholesterol. And people with. They have these things called PTSK9 inhibitors that you can inject yourself with that are essentially almost similar to monoclonal antibodies. And you inject yourself twice a month and it lowers your cholesterol. They just developed a new version of this using the MRNA technology that you only need to get once because it gets into your cells and it changes the way you express PCSK 9. And they're trying to market this now. Some would say, well, that's great because it'll lower my cholesterol the rest of my life and I don't need to do anything. I don't need to take drugs. I don't need. But I don't know about you, but that scares the crap out of me. I don't want someone messing with my genes.
A
Absolutely not.
B
Insane.
A
It's insanity. And I mean. And I think people are fooled. Well, they're certainly fooled by the marketing. And so you have the media manipulation, of course, and the pushing of these stories and the down, and of course, trying to hide the truth, or stories like yours about monoclonal antibodies. I don't know how many people watching, if I've even heard of them or knew that it was an option. So heading into the fall, which we're about to do here, which is crazy to think of, but this is when you're going to start to see all the advertisements for flu vaccines. You're going to start to see all the advertisements for go get your Covid shot, which I can't believe, as friend of the show Peter Corey says, I mean, these things should be Pulled off the shelf immediately. And Dr. Malone as well. But how are they. It's criminal that they still have advertisements pushing a flu COVID vaccine on television for people. So is there any way that people could get access to your protocols if they come down with the flu this fall, Is there any way to get access to it or is it nearly impossible to find it?
B
No, they took them off. They're not available anymore. And it's a shame. Again. So when I go back to 2020 or late 2021, excuse me, when the Biden administration just shut the program down and just to. Just to give you. So you understand, like what we're talking about here, the rationale they used In December of 2021, they said there is an Omicron surge nationwide. And there was, but they said the prevalence of the Omicron variant is at 70%. And once that happens, we're going to shut the program down because these monoclonals don't work against Omicron. Now, again, as I said earlier, we don't know that for a fact because they never presented any data to suggest that they really don't work against Omicron number two. The United States. On the international. International world. We were the. We were the lowest of all the countries we tested, the fewest for genetic testing. So the, the randomly. The CDC would take less than 1% of samples and they would say, we're gonna, we're gonna sub test this to see what variant of COVID this is. Most countries were doing 3 or 4% of the test. We were doing less than 1%. How do you know that your prevalence was really 70%. And then even beyond that, why on earth is the government taking away the patient's ability to make an informed decision with their physician? Okay, that's a doctor patient relationship. The government has no business getting in between the doctor and the patient and saying, well, we know better than you do and we're going to stop your ability to get this medicine. Like if I, if you came down with a Clayton and I'd said to you, listen, there might be, you know, you might have Omicron, it may or may not work, but I got this great drug that probably will make you feel better, but it might not. That should be your decision to make. What on earth is the government saying that they were going to shut it down? Okay, that's wrong. About a month later, after they shut the whole program down, they came out and said, oh, you know what? We misread the data. It wasn't a 70% threshold, believe it or not, guess what the number was.20%. Now, only a government bureaucrat could get it wrong by a factor of 50% and face no repercussions. Some guy or some woman is sitting in a room somewhere, made this decision and killed lots of people because of it. And they got it wrong by a huge margin, like gross incompetence or nefarious intent or a mixture of those two. I don't know. But, I mean, unbelievable. And now you cannot get those drugs anymore. They're just not available, and it's a damn shame. But you can get the oral medicine. I forget what it's called that Pfizer manufactures that doesn't work, makes people sick. I can't think of its name, but that's still available, as is the crappy vaccine that nobody wants.
A
You know, many. Well, I. Just a side story. I remember Dr. Peter McCullough telling me this story out of Texas, and he had patients that he knew what could be saved as a result of Ivermectin and the treatments he was doing there with vitamin D, et cetera. I forget the other one. He would correct me, but. And because the hospital stepped in, wouldn't allow him to do that, and the patients themselves were asking for it. They had it. Nearly died as a result. Having to go around the hospital to allow this patient, who chose it themselves, to have this drug. And that person nearly died as a result of it. Fortunately, they lived. Once they were able to get the Ivermectin, and they were able to then leave the hospital. I mean, they were going onto a respirator. Because his whole thing was, if they get onto a respirator, that's a death sentence.
B
That's it. Yep, 100%.
A
And the fact that the patients had to. They were asking the hospital, like, I want this. I want this. He's my doctor. I want this. And they were saying, no, you can't have this.
B
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you were in New Jersey. Right. Or I know you're from New Jersey, but were you in New Jersey during COVID or you're in Pennsylvania?
A
No. So, I mean, I'm from Philadelphia originally, but we lived outside of New York City when I worked at Fox News back in the day. But no, during COVID I lived in Portugal, so I was in Europe for.
B
I remember you went to Portugal. I didn't know if it was at that same time. All right, well, the reason I brought that up was because we had so many patients coming from Jersey because they couldn't get the monoclonal antibodies in Jersey and what's, and I mean, New York, Connecticut, you name the state, they couldn't get them. And what's crazy Clayton and I still to this day cannot understand this is. It was contraindicated to give monoclonal antibodies to patients who got admitted to the hospital. Now, you would think those would be the prime candidates because they're really sick and they're needing interventions. But, but it was remdesivir. That's what they were supposed to get. You could not give them monoclonal antibodies. I would say, well, these are the guys who should be getting it because they're the sickest, they need oxygen, they need to be hospitalized. But nope, that was contraindicated. And I asked and I asked and I asked and I, I'm in the emergency room, so I'm not taking care of admitted patients. But I knew what the protocols were. And I kept asking people, who's coming up with these protocols? Where are they coming from? I could never get a straight answer. Nobody seems to know. It was just, this is the way it is. But you question that, forget it. You know, you lose your hospital privileges, you, you, you lose your license, they come after you criminally, whatever the case may be. It's, it's, it's just unconscionable what they did to people. But, I mean. And they're still doing it. I mean, that's, it's really frightening. It's really, really frightening.
A
Yeah. I was going to ask you. Many doctors watched what happened to you. Have physicians privately reached out to you, tell you their afraid maybe to speak honestly because they might fear losing their careers? Or did they at the time, maybe less so now.
B
So it's interesting when you go through something like this. A friend of mine told me, because he went through something similar, and he's like, you're going to find out who your real friends are and who you're, you know, and it's true. People you expect to go to bat for you just disappear and they run for the hills. And other people come out of the woodwork and you don't even know these people. And they will like, donate to your give, send, go. And like, they show up for you and they, you know, they do all sorts of things to help you and they don't even know you. So some doctors have come out of the woodwork and shared their stories with me and other doctors have, you know, like, I've been a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, for example, and I Couldn't get the time of day from them. Now, this is something you would think they would want, would care about, because you have a federal judge throwing out the entire case. You have the AMA getting on inside my side, and you have multiple other medical organizations coming to step up. But the American College of Emergency Physicians, of which I had been a member, could care less. And this could affect all of their. All of their members. So I'm needless to say I will never be a member of ASAP ever again. But, you know, this is their time to shine, and they didn't seem to care. So different organizations cared. And some organizations that I thought would come to my defense just. Just didn't. So the answer is some do and some don't. And, you know, it's. It's unfortunate, but it's just life, I guess.
A
So I guess I'll get you out of here on this. Doctor, what's next for you in this legal battle? Where do things stand right now as you head and have to deal with this second trial?
B
Well, I'm hoping not to have a second trial. Doing everything I can to make that not happen. So I would ask if anybody listening has any contacts at the Trump administration, please reach out to them. You know, share this with people. I'll tell you. You mentioned Mary. Mary. Dr. Mary Bowden. I was on her podcast in December, and about a week later, I got a phone call. My phone rings. I didn't recognize the number, so I answered it, and it was United States Senator. He just cold called me and he said, I watched you on Dr. Bowden's podcast, and I'm horrified. And I live in Annapolis. I'm 45 minutes from D.C. so I was in his office like a week later, and he sat down with me for an hour. United States Senator for an hour. And he's been very, very helpful. So you just don't know who's listening, who's paying attention. But I am facing a second trial. I'm hoping not to go to trial, but, you know, it's in January. It was supposed to be next month, but it got moved to January. And I would ask your audience, my website's www.dropthecase.com. please go there. You can find all the information. You can contact me. There's a GiveSendGo. If you can afford to give, please do. Because my wife's a physician also. She treats children with cancer. She's a pediatric oncologist at. I can't mention the name of the facility, but one of the two major academic institutions in the state of Maryland, you know, there's only two. And thank God she still had a job because I couldn't work for two and a half years. And even after I got back to work, they made it almost impossible for me to work. And then some of the jobs I had, like, all of a sudden, mysteriously, I got an email saying, sorry, your services are no longer needed. Whether the government did that or not, I don't know. But it's very mysterious. And it just all of a sudden happened. So I have to believe that that was some nefarious force working against me that, you know, doesn't want me to go back to work. So they make it very difficult and they make it hard. So it's been a rough ride. And I have four little kids. Three of them had to go into therapy because of this. The only one that was spared, because he was three years old at the time. So he doesn't understand what's going on. And just the other day he asked me, he said, dad, what's going. What is this case? I keep hearing about what's going on? Because he's seven now. Imagine having that conversation, right? I mean, and just imagine yourself like, the United States of America versus your name. Like, it is the worst possible position to be put in. It is unbelievable. And then they send you all this stuff on discovery with all these three letter agencies and their seals on it, the FBI and CIA and all these other things. It's scary as hell. And by the way, I found out only through discovery that the government put undercover agents through one of our facilities. And you would think that if there were some shenanigans, they would have called those people at trial, right? I only found out about it because they had to turn that information over to me. They never called them, they never brought it up, because clearly the agents didn't find anything wrong. It's just unconscionable what they do. And the power of the United States government being weaponized against one of its own citizens is the worst thing. And it's so antithetical to what we stand for in the United States of America. And it's just. It's. It's horrible.
A
It is absolutely evil. I mean, here's a doctor who's trying to save lives with these protocols. He's seeing these patients come in blue in the face, completely turned around and saved. But because the government has these big pharma contracts and wants to line the pockets of these people going to weaponize the doj, send the FBI into your office, and at the heart of it is three billing errors for $250. Like, it's, it's so sick. It's so sick.
B
They never even did that, by the way. The FBI never rated anything. They never, they never took anything. And, and again, just to show you, like how stupid they, they subpoenaed my personal Yahoo email. They never went after my business email, which, which is what the one I used to communicate to the providers with. You would think if they were doing. Like, I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but I understand the basis of an investigation. If you're going to do a real investigation, like investigate. They didn't. My two partners, I'm the only doctor in the business. My two partners ran the business side. They controlled all the money. One of them was in charge of billing and coding. Like, he hired the billing company. Don't you think they should have talked to those two individuals? The government never even reached out to him. Like, again, I mean, you just. This just doesn't make any sense other than looking at it through the lens of weaponization and shut this guy up because he's annoying and we don't like him and we don't like what he's doing. And you know, it's, it's, that should scare. And look, again, my story is sad and it's terrible. And as you pointed out, Clayton, I'm not the only one. There's lots of Americans that this happened to and lots of doctors and lots of non doctors. But if they can do this to the President of the United States, Donald Trump, right? I mean, they clearly weaponize the government against him. They can do this to me. Why would they not do it to you too? Because they can. They will. Like, you know, I don't think the Trump DOJ will, but the next guy that gets in or the next guy or the next guy, like, why would they not? There's a playbook now and they did it to everybody who spoke out. Like, it's so clearly obvious. That should frighten the crap out of everybody and I hope it does because this is a scary, scary proposition and it can affect anybody and everybody.
A
Yeah. Amen. These people are evil. Doctor, great to have you on the show. Thank you for sharing your story and how painful this is to go through. Have to relitigate everything and go through this experience again. But thank you for sharing your story. We'll link up that website you mentioned in the description if people want to go there and read more and support your givesend go and all of that. So thank you so much, Doctor. We really appreciate it.
B
Thank you, Clayton. Thanks a lot. Really appreciate it.
A
Thank you.
Redacted News Podcast Summary
Episode: “Biden Tried to Destroy this Doctor For Saving Lives”
Date: August 3, 2026
Host: Clayton Morris
Guest: Dr. Ron Elfenbein
This episode features Dr. Ron Elfenbein, an emergency physician who ran Maryland’s largest private COVID testing and monoclonal antibody treatment center. Once praised for saving lives during the pandemic, Dr. Elfenbein became a vocal critic of the federal COVID response—specifically, the restrictions on treatments like monoclonal antibodies. After he spoke out on major networks, he was indicted on federal healthcare fraud charges. Though a district judge overturned the jury’s guilty verdict, citing lack of evidence, his legal battle continues as the appeal process drags on. Together, Clayton Morris and Dr. Elfenbein examine how dissenting medical voices were silenced, the dangers of government “lawfare,” and the broader implications for free speech and medical autonomy.
On Efficacy of Monoclonal Antibodies
On the Charges
On Judicial Overturning
On Media & Censorship
On Suppression of Medical Dissent
On the Vaccine Narrative
On Personal Cost
This episode paints a deeply troubling portrait of government and institutional retaliation against medical dissent during COVID-19. Dr. Elfenbein’s story underscores the danger of “lawfare” in silencing those who question official narratives, the role of profit motives in shaping policy, and the chilling effect it may have on future medical whistleblowers. The conversation is impassioned, urgent, and openly critical of both government and media complicity in narrowing the scope of acceptable discourse during a public health crisis.
Silence = Complicity
This episode serves as both a warning and a call to action for vigilance against overreach and censorship in public health and beyond.
