Welcome to Redacted with Natalie and Clayton Morris. On this show we help to break down the propaganda to bring you the truth behind the news. Live from the Rocky Mountains. Let's and who is running the deep state of the United States? Senator Ron Johnson is going to join us here in a few moments. Congressman Thomas Massie is also going to be joining us today. So Natalie is off today. It's just me. You just got the guys hanging out today. Senator Ron Johnson held a pretty well along with Senator Rand Paul yesterday held a pretty bombshell hearing around Covid lab leak cover up and hearing from CIA whistleblowers specifically on that topic. But there's a larger issue at play in the mainstream media has totally ignored it and that is why, why was there a massive cover up? Why when the FDA and the CDC knew of the massive adverse effects of these Covid vaccines, was it silenced? Was it kept from the American people and instead forced on the American people children? They hid this data and we're hoping that we can get to the bottom of it. Senator Ron Johnson's new report from just a few short days ago is eye opening but we're gonna talk to the senator about that. Plus the hearing yesterday. Senator Rand Paul's hearing yesterday. Will anybody go to prison for this? And hopefully this will never happen again. So we're gonna talk about that. And of course Congressman Thomas Massie is in a big primary battle against a guy at Gallerain who won't even debate him because he's too scared. People have been coming up to Ed at different events saying why won't you debate Thomas Massie? And he's standing there saying I'm debating him Right now. That's odd because Massie's not even in the room, but you keep ignoring him. You won't show up. He's. Of course, I don't know how that works. I don't know how that works exactly. He's like, I'm debating him right now. And the people are like, what are you talking about? He's not here. He's asked you to debate him repeatedly, and you just won't do it. The millions of dollars from aipec, it is now the largest funded congressional race in US History because the amount of Israeli money that has absolutely poured in to this race to try to stop Massie, they really don't like him. So they absolutely want an Israeli first member of Congress down there in Kentucky. So we're gonna talk about Massie up against this money. We'll also talk about all of the, like these new allegations that have just come out against Massie. The timing is pretty interesting on all of that, so we'll talk with him about that. And we're gonna look more closely at the economy a little bit later in the show as well, and what's happening right now with inflation and the US Dollar. So all of that on the show today. But first, I don't know if you've seen silver prices today. Holy smokes. Almost hitting that $90 again an ounce right now. Why? Because smart money is moving. You have China, of course, buying up as much gold and silver as they can. Countries right now, central banks are putting as much money as they can into precious metals away from the US Dollar. And it is an essential metal, silver. Right now, the. The industrial world is running on it. You hear Elon Musk talk about the importance of silver. The US Government recently designated silver a critical mineral. Why? Because you can't build a solar panel. You can't have an electric vehicle, you can't have a modern computer. By the way, the massive war machine also would not operate without silver. So for five straight years, we've used more silver than we can mine in the United States. Unlike paper money, producers just can't buy print more of it to meet this exploding demand. But this isn't just a shiny metal anymore. It's a matter of national security and economic survival. That's why experts seeing it hitting $150 an ounce again, touching $90 an ounce. This morning on bank of America, they say it could climb to $300 by the end of the year. I'm a huge silver fan, of course. I'm a big investor in silver. And you can call if you want to start investing in precious metals. You want to start buying silver compared to the price of gold right now, which is what, 4,000? You know, it's, it's much, much more affordable right now for people to start investing in this important metal. You can call our friends at Lear capital. Give them 10 minutes of your time. It's a free phone call. Just have a conversation with them. They're an American company. Talk to them about, hey, you know, I've got some money in savings. I've got an old 401k that I'd like to convert to an IRA, a self directed IRA. Can I invest in precious metals? They'll help you through the whole process. They're an incredible company. They're an American company. I use them. Natalie and I use them and our family members use them. Give them a call today, 1-800-613-3557 or go to learredacted.com and download their free silver reports. Again, 1-800-613-3457 for your free guide. Well, Senator Ron Johnson is going to join us here in a minute on the show. But first, the mainstream media is totally ignoring a bombshell report from the senators committee. And I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this is a massive scandal and it des on, you know, front page story across the country. Here is that report from Senator Johnson's committee. It shows how Biden's health officials at the FDA on March 1, 2021 knew that these Covid vaccines had massive amounts of adverse effects but they hid those adverse effects from the American people. Senator Johnson and Senator Rand Paul held a Hillary yesterday on this issue and demanded answers.
Senator Ron Johnson
Watch. We need to get to the bottom of this and right now I'm just using this moment. I need the mainstream media, cbs, abc, CNN to step forward and start covering what is a major scandal. How many thousands, tens, hundreds of thousands of people are permanently disabled or possibly lost their life because our FDA hid the fact that that there were safety signals screaming at them with the COVID injection. So again, you can't answer all my questions in terms of who's. But we need to figure out who is running this deep state.
Clayton Morris
Yeah, who is running this deep state. Another big part of the hearing yesterday a CIA employee, not former, a current active CIA employee testified before the Senate on Covid origins and whether the intelligence community knew that Covid came from a laboratory. And did they cover it up and did Dr. Fauci actually help cover it up? Watch.
Congressman Thomas Massie
But your conclusion is that changing from the scientific consensus of it being from a lab to a neutral position by the CIA was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci.
Clayton Morris
It was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci's injecting himself into the ic.
Senator Ron Johnson
And to go to the second part of your question about what happened, particularly
Kevin Demerit
during the 90 day study, we have
Senator Ron Johnson
documentation that shows that as of August
Clayton Morris
12th, the CIA was considering calling this a lab leak.
Kevin Demerit
August 12th of 2021.
Clayton Morris
And then that changed on August 17th of 2021. And unfortunately, because the CIA would not
Kevin Demerit
provide us documentation that we asked for, we can't.
Clayton Morris
We have no idea why that changed. And that's.
Congressman Thomas Massie
And they weren't alone because we know
Senator Ron Johnson
the FBI was coming to the same conclusion that it was lab leak as
Congressman Thomas Massie
well as the FBI.
Clayton Morris
Yeah. So why did that change suddenly? Senator Ron Johnson joins us now. Senator, great to see you. Thank you for being here and thank you for that hearing yesterday. You know, I woke up this morning thinking, oh, I'll go to the New York Times, I'll go to mainstream media and see front page coverage of it. Here's the New York Times this morning. I don't see front page. I don't see anything about this hearing. To me, this is one of the biggest scandals arguably in decades. You can get how chickpeas are coming for your potato salad on the front page of the New York Times. That's being covered by them. But the mainstream media is totally ignoring this story. Why do you think that is?
Senator Ron Johnson
Because they're complicit in the COVID up. And really we're talking about two different hearings and two different stories. My report was a couple of weeks ago where we revealed the fact that Peter Marks, head of the division within FDA that approves vaccines and surveils the safety of them, knew by March 2021 that these safety signals were screaming at them, that their algorithm that they were going to use to analyze VAERS was going to hide those safety signals. And they kept using that algorithm and continued to lie to the American public. And I used yesterday's hearing to point out the fact that the mainstream media is ignoring that hearing. And then Rand held an excellent hearing yesterday where he had the CIA whistleblower who was assigned by Tulsi Gabbard because of President Trump's executive order to get to the truth of a bunch of things. Okay. But one of them was the COVID origin. That group inside the office of the Director of National Intelligence could not get information from CIA. CIA obstructed their efforts. They spied on their computers of the people working in that, that group that Telsey Gabbard set up. But, but the main thing that was revealed here is that the CIA, the scientists they used, were fed them by Fauci. And it just becomes, you know, you've known this, or we've certainly suspected this, you know, Fauci was involved in an enormous cover up. If you just go through the timeline of Anthony Fauci, first of all, read Robert Kennedy's book, the Real Anthony Fauci, you'll see really what an evil person this is. But you get Anthony Fauci funding, gain of research for gain of function research for years, if not decades, then in 2015 when he had a gain of function research moratorium, he changed the definition of gain of function research. He predicted in 2017 that this administration, the Trump administration, was going to have to deal with some kind of, you know, pandemic, some kind of virus. He holds an event, a panel at the Milken Institute in I Think October of 2019 with Rick Bright bemoaning the fact that we don't have a universal vaccination program, that the flu just isn't doing it. We're going to need a pandemic. You know, they hold event 201 in late 2019, right before the pandemic that just lays out it is a, the framework exactly how they're going to handle a pandemic. And whoa, what a surprise, two months later, we're in the midst of pandemic. And they follow exactly the playbook of event 201. They censor information they've got off the shelf. A vaccine. It's not a vaccine, it's gene therapy, injection, and it just follows from there. And by the end of January, he's got to be freaking out because he knows that he funded all this. So he assembles a group of supposedly independent scientists that he's been funding with millions of dollars into their research centers, into their universities. He assembles that group who initially are saying, no, we think this is man made. Within a day or two, he has them all turned. No, they're man made is a conspiracy theory. And they come up with the approximate origin, cover up paper, and we take it from there. And then of course, the media is all in on that. Anybody who talked about it being man made is concerning conspiracy theorists. Anybody that talked about vaccine injuries is pilloried and vilified. So again, what's happening is the story is now being told more and more of the parts that those of us who are involved in trying to expose this American public where we were ridiculed and vilified and excoriated for telling the truth or exposing the truth. What we were saying is just being affirmed left and right.
Kevin Demerit
No.
Clayton Morris
And, you know, I bring up your report because I think it's important. And I think. And of course, yesterday's hearing, to me, it's all part of one story. You know, it is. And so, you know, how did these Biden health officials use this broken reporting system to basically hide these adverse events from these Covid shots? Because if you look at vaers and you look at, what is it, 16,000 to 19,000, as they say, unconfirmed death reports. But sources I've been speaking to say it's well into the millions. Millions. But of course, we don't have any official numbers from the government because they won't share it with us. But how did they manipulate this system in order to hide this?
Senator Ron Johnson
So let me get into a little detail to explain this. So when they set up VAERS in 1990 until 2021, on average, there are about 280 deaths per year reported to VAERS associated with some kind of vaccine. You know, anaphylactic shock, that kind of thing. About 280 deaths per year. 2021. There are over 21,000 deaths reported worldwide. 21,000. Back then, 2020 was probably about 25% were reported dying within a day or two of getting the injection. So they always say Covid doesn't prove causation. Well, that's a correlation you ought to look at. But again, we went from 280 per year to 21,000. So this had to be freaking out the people in the FDA that approved that emergency use authorization. Okay, they approved it. They unleashed an experimental gene therapy that now is killing people that is permanently disabling them. They didn't want to admit they were wrong approving that. But on March 1, their primary data mining expert, working with the inventor of the algorithm that analyzes Vayer's data, and just understand you need a sophisticated algorithm when you have pretty small little safety signals in all kinds of reports. You need something to really look at that data. You didn't need a sophisticated algorithm when you went from 200 ADEs to 21,000. So they got to be freaking out. They get a briefing on March 1 that their algorithm they were using was going to mask and hide the safety signals. Now, I have to believe internally they're going, great, this, this, this. Unfortunately, the woman who did it didn't give up. 26 days later, they developed a new algorithm that showed 49 cases of extreme masking, 25 safety signals on various serious adverse events like sudden cardiac death, Bell's palsy, pulmonary infarction, different types of strokes, and then it keep didn't go away. Month after month after month, they continued to run these data things. They would show more safety signals on more serious adverse events. They didn't pin a medal on their chest. They shunted them off to the side. They ordered her to cease into the cyst. They said, this isn't your division, you work in a different division. Cut it out. We didn't tell you to do this. Do what we tell you to do. So this is a major scandal. I mean put yourself in the position of a parent, let's say who in June, July, August or whenever they finally approve this for children where the President of the United States is mandating this, where the President of the United States say this is a pandemic of unvaccinated get vaccinated so they don't kill your grandmother. Imagine you're one of those parents who are a little gun shy about using this experimental gene therapy. But you're listening to Peter Marks, you're listening to the President, you're listening to all these people say oh no, this is safe and effective. We're not seeing any safety signals. The adverse events we're seeing are rare and mild. And you have your child get that injection. And unfortunately we know there were a lot of children that died in their sleep the next day. We now have. And I'm trying to get this information out FDA and as much as Bobby Kennedy wants to try and get it to me, he's being continued to be sabotaged then. But Vinay Prasad, who has now left the FDA, issued a memo describing a study within the FDA of 96 autopsies of children who died after getting the injection. 96 now is almost impossible to get an autopsy during COVID because they didn't want to know. But there were 96 autopsies the FDA reviewed. They conclusively, they concluded that 10 of those for sure died of the injection. Now again, that is scratching the surface. That's just minimizing the harm here. But we know the FDA concluded 10 children died of the vaccine of the injection and all this is being covered up. You know, so Again, this happened March 1st, March 26th of 2021. We've been lied to ever since. People made decisions, they thought they were informed. They were informed that these things were safe and effective. They were informed that whatever adverse events were rare and mild, nothing could have been further from the truth. They took the injection, People had been permanently disabled. People have died. And the mainstream media. Not a word.
Clayton Morris
Well, I.
Kevin Demerit
Not a word.
Senator Ron Johnson
Not a word.
Clayton Morris
The mainstream media is totally complicit. You know, every segment is brought to you by Pfizer on when you watch the mainstream media. But Even beyond that, YouTube is now the mainstream media. And we. Our show was banned for two weeks for reporting these details. A few years ago we were banned and blocked for weeks because of medical misinformation, even though we were reading from Pfizer's own documents right on our show, or covering adverse events, covering the menstruation problems among women, and blocked and banned so that you. You're absolutely right. Absolutely complicit. There needs to be an investigation, in my opinion, into, you know, these social media platforms, you know, YouTube and others for their terms of service and medical misinformation and being able to share this information that's coming from the cdc, coming from the fda, coming from individuals who've put information in the VAERS system, et cetera.
Senator Ron Johnson
Why are they, by the way? We have launched an investigation into Facebook because Facebook shut down the group chats, the support groups of the injection injured, and people committed suicide as a result. So, you know, you have like Bree dressing and you know, when she became more public, people started, you know, form these Facebook groups, right? And then Facebook shut them down and Breeze was getting emails from people. I don't have any more support. I can't live with this. And people committed suicide. So we've undertaken investigation. We don't get a whole lot of information out of this. Again, investigating wrongdoing is difficult. People that do wrong, they cover things up. You saw the David Moren's indictment now, right? That was my staff, by the way, picking that needle out of the haystack, not out of the documents we got from the Biden hhs. They gave us nothing. But we went to the universities and this was a University in Texas. 115,000 page document production. My staff heroically picked that one email from David Moran saying that I've got a FOIA lady, she has shown me how to make emails disappear. If you want to send me something sensitive, send it to me Gmail. Now, we made the Biden HHSIG fully aware of that. They did nothing. It took Trump to come in here, kind of clean up that IG office where they took that email seriously. Now they've indicted Dr. David Morens. But again, this is just scratching the surface. I mean, imagine all the people in the FDA that were involved in the COVID up of the serious adverse events that they knew.
Clayton Morris
Yeah, it's unbelievable. I mean, we have heard from so many viewers over the years that have had issues that didn't know where to turn. Facebook groups shut down about again, menstruation problems and Bell's palsy and just on and on and on. Just read through the comments on any time we cover this. And they're so fed up. But I'm fed up when I flip on an NFL game and I see John Legend or Travis Kelsey promoting these vaccines. Go and get, just go get your flu shot and also while you're there, get your Covid shot as well. I mean, we've had Dr. Pierre Cory on who's demanding get these things off of the shelves. How are these things still on the shelves given everything that you've uncovered?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, I showed my adverse event chart to President Trump before he was, before he was elected the second time.
Clayton Morris
Okay.
Senator Ron Johnson
He looked at it, he looked up at me and he said, you know, even Democrats think I saved 100 million lives with Operation Warp Speed. So we have a president, I say, who I love, who's doing all kinds of things that nobody else would do that need to be done. But he's in a state of denial. Now. He's great on childhood vaccines. He knows people whose children got a vaccine, probably never spoke another word. But on this one he's got a huge blind spot and that I think is really hampering our effort. Plus, look at Dr. Cassidy. Look at all the people in the Senate who are part of the vaccine Amen crowd. So, I mean, your listeners probably read Aaron Seri's Vaccines Amen. I can't recommend that enough. You can read Turtles all the way down. You can Word Dissolving Illusions. You can read McCulloch's excellent book Vaccines, Mythology, Ideology, Reality. I mean, these are all great, but Aaron Sery's book just brings it all together and just shows you what we're up against. We're up against literally a religion of vaccines. And I understand the appeal, but just get one simple little shot and you'll never have to worry about that deadly disease. I mean, there's some truth to that, but there's a lot of falsity in that. There's certainly a lot of falsity that, oh, these vaccines have been. We have all kinds of studies and research. I mean, this is the. No, it's just not true that research is grotesquely underpowered. Not one vaccine in the childhood schedule has ever been Tested against a true placebo. Not one. Bobby Kennedy was right. Fauci lied to him. And that's part of the problem is, you know, we set these people up like Fauci. He sets himself up as the science. And so many people here in Congress believe it. They still believe it. Not one Democrat participated in that hearing yet. Not one.
Clayton Morris
That's unbelievable. The Democrats didn't even. They could have at least asked questions of this CIA, quote, unquote, whistleblower if they disagreed with them. They could have absolutely asked questions and tried to expose the lies that were coming out of the CIA, but they didn't even show up empty chairs. We showed that yesterday here on the show. But you mentioned Bobby Kennedy. You know, he's up against these deep state forces. You talked about the deep state yesterday. He's being sabotaged, to use your word. And then you have President Trump, who still has this, like, blind spot for Operation Warp Speed. Who do you think the deep state is that's influencing this? Have you these. These permanent Washington people that never leave?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, that's what I asked at the hearing yesterday. And it is just that. Permanent bureaucracy. I mean, if you read the testimony and it still hasn't been released, we should release it. I hope we do release it. But we're very sensitive to the whistleblower. We don't want to get him in more trouble than he's already in. But if you read that, if you read that full testimony, you just get the feeling of the sclerotic bureaucracy that exists just to exist. They're not performing their function. The CIA is way bigger than it needs to be. All these federal bureaucracies are way too big. I've always felt this, but I'm absolutely fervent in my conclusion. You're not going to fix government. All you can do is shrink. And we should dramatically shrink its size, its scope, its cost, and its harmful influence on our life. I mean, when you've got a federal government agency who is tasked with approving vaccines and then surveilling the safety system, make sure that what they've approved doesn't start killing or harming people. And they do the exact opposite. They lie bold. Face the American public. We're not denying vaccine injuries, but we're not seeing safety signals. I mean, these are rare. These are mild. When 25% of American, 24% of American people believe they know somebody who died of the COVID injection, I mean, that's a stunning poll. And they're still denying it. These people in these agencies. And again, I Love Bobby Kennedy. He's trying to do everything he can, but he has to be being undermined and sabotaged from within all these bureaucrats. They look at, whether it's a secretary of a department or the President, United States, this too shall pass. We can wait them out. So, you know, they come in, I'm sure they schmooze with the secretary or they schmooze the president and then they go back and they go, well, we'll slow walk this sucker, you know, we'll give him some. You know, Josh Hawley had a great moment. You know, we passed a law here for the intelligence agencies, for the bureaucracies to provide any and all evidence that they have on the origin of COVID any and all. We got five pages from Avril, from the CIA Director Avery. Harriet was. What's her name? Senior moment. Five pages from reckless. Our witness said, no, there are thousands. I got an 11 million page document from Bobby Kennedy. He finally got so disgusted with the people dragging their feet, providing me information on my subpoena. We got 11 million pages. My guess is there are tens, if not hundreds of thousands. We got 115,000 pages from one university when we're looking into this stuff. Okay, so again, the intelligence community is not accountable to anyone other than themselves. They're not accountable to President Trump. He issued an executive order that Tulsi Gabbard was trying to carry out and the CIA undermined that, sabotaged that effort, was spying on the people that were carrying out the President of the United States executive order. So this is. And unfortunately, we don't have enough members of Congress that are opening their eyes to this and are outraged members of the Appropriations Committee. I mean, they're the ones that have the, they're the ones that have the oversight of the spending on this stuff. Why aren't they in their subcommittee hearings? Why aren't they providing the kind of oversight we need and demanding it? You're not going to get a dime unless you provide these documents to our oversight committees, to our subcommittees. Again, that's how we have to approach this. With a completely different attitude here. This cannot be business as usual. But that's what I've seen in going on 16 years here in the Senate. It's just business as usual. Year after year, we just keep funding these agencies, we just keep funding government. We keep incurring multi trillion dollar a year deficits as far as the eye can see. And we just shrug our shoulders, go, well, it's mandatory spending. We can't do anything about that. Or, you know, these are the agencies. You know, they're. And by the way, and now we want to pass a clean FISA Section 702 reauthorization, right? When we know these agencies are undermining this president and going after the American community. You know, we just got to do this clean. You know, we need this. We need these people. We don't need these people. These people are doing harm to our country.
Clayton Morris
We need to tear it all down. I mean, this is how Rome. Maybe, maybe it'll happen once Rome collapses, because that's where we're heading right now. Senator Johnson, thank you for doing God's work and actually trying to get answers from this corrupt government and this deep state. I know you have to run to a committee hearing, so thank you for your time today. I really appreciate it. And thanks for what you're doing.
Senator Ron Johnson
Sorry for ranting, I just can't help it.
Clayton Morris
No, our audience feels it. We are as frustrated as you are, trust us. Thanks, Senator. Great to see you.
Senator Ron Johnson
Take care of.
Clayton Morris
So our thanks to Senator Johnson. Great to have him on the show. Thanks, Senator. All right, coming up, Congressman Thomas Massie is going to be joining us to talk about the amount. Massive amounts of Israeli money pouring into the campaign to try to get him out of Congress. It's the most money, I think ever spent in a congressional race in Kentucky, Little old Kentucky. And man, all of this APEC money. They really do not want, Senator, the Congressman Thomas Massie to remain in that position. Position. And the guy who's running against him won't even debate him. It's funny, people showing up at different town hall meetings asking, why won't you debate Congressman Massey? I'm debating him right now, right here. It's like. No, you're not. You're just here in a town hall by yourself. That's not so. That's his new line. I'm debating him by telling you my views. Okay. And now there's new allegations against Massie. All of it happening at the same time that the money is pouring in from apec. Just amazing to watch. We're so sick of the playbook. And then of course, you have the fake MAGA media types, you know, the people like the, the Mark Levins of the world and the, the Benny Johnson's who are actively going after Thomas Massie. So, you know, it's all a massive coordinated effort. Of course. So we're gonna talk to Congressman here in moments. But first, I'm a huge fan of mizzen and Maine. Just wore it on Mother's Day. I love their shirts and pants. Most dress shirts make you choose between looking polished or feeling comfortable. And Mizzen and Mane is the first shirt that I've ever worn that actually does both. And no joke, I, I used to work at Fox News and I used to wear shirts every day with suits and ties and I always felt constrained and uncomfortable and sweaty and nasty. And these are the best shirts I've ever worn hand down. Like you could literally put me on a polygraph and I would say the exact same thing. It's absolutely how I feel about these shirts. They are fantastic. Their shirts stay crisp, they stay comfortable, they're light and you can take them right out of the dryer. You can take them right out of the dryer and you don't need ironing. These are, they have a performance fabric that they actually invented. So all of these other companies like rip them off basically. So the, basically they invented this over 10 years ago and they perfected it with modern fabrics so they stay really light and, and stretchy. They're lightweight, moisture wicking, wrinkle resistant, completely machine washable, no ironing, no dry cleaning. When you put these clothes on, you're going to feel different instantly. I love them, I really, really do. Check them out. And by the way, hey, Father's Day is coming up soon, so if you need a gift, you can get, you can get 20% off your first purchase. If you go to M I Z Z e n and main.com that's mizzen and main.com 20% off if you use the code redacted20. Yes, that's right. And if you want to shop in person, you can find missing and main stores and selected states out there. But if you want to just go to the website and try it out. Mizzen and Maine.com I love their pants, I love their shirts. Their stuff is Fantastic. Listeners get 20% off by using that promo code. Redacted20. Well, can massive amounts of APEC money, billionaire money, unseat Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky. He's going to join us here in a week. Moment. Oh, they're trying. They're trying big time. The primary election is on Tuesday. Millions of dollars from Israel, lobbying efforts, billionaires like Paul Singer have poured into this election. Fake polls popping up. Of course, people are flooding Poly Market with fake money. Well, with real money in order to make it look like he's losing on polymarket. It's really interesting what's happening here, if you can believe this. More money has been spent on this Kentucky race than any other congressional race in history. They really are scared of Massie. Ed Galrain is his opponent. He's been flooded with Israel lobbying money. You can take the track. APEC numbers are off the charts here. 1.825 million from APEC, and he's refusing to debate Massie. Now it's coming back to haunt him. At every town hall meeting that he holds, the audience keeps asking him, why are you scared to debate Thomas Massie? Why won't you debate Massey? And here's his response. Watch, you know, you ain't going to
Congressman Thomas Massie
hear another word about it. So, as you might guess, I'm not shy about Kurt's.
Kevin Demerit
About nothing, you know, in terms of that.
Clayton Morris
But. But you haven't debated him.
Kevin Demerit
I'm debating him right now.
Clayton Morris
No, you're not.
Congressman Thomas Massie
You're not debating him.
Senator Ron Johnson
I'm not.
Congressman Thomas Massie
You're giving a bunch of platitudes.
Clayton Morris
You're not explaining anything.
Congressman Thomas Massie
You've not gone toe to toe with the congressman. You're not explaining your differences. You're not doing anything. You're just.
Clayton Morris
You're just like.
Senator Ron Johnson
You're not explaining any differences.
Congressman Thomas Massie
I. I just laid it all out, young man.
Senator Ron Johnson
It made no sense.
Congressman Thomas Massie
It made no sense.
Clayton Morris
So audiences are not. Not taking that lightly as he's standing there in front of them. And he said, why won't you debate him? Why won't you debate him? I'm debating him right now. No, that's not how this works. The person has to be in the room when you debate somebody. So more money is put supported this election race of Thomas Massie and Ed Gallrain than any other congressional race in history. It holds the new record. The previous record was back in the 2024 election cycle when APEC spent a whopping $14 million to unseat Representative Jamal Bowman of New York, who was one of Congress's most vocal Israel critics. And of course, right now, there's all these coordinated attacks on Massey from Access Journalists. All of it is happening at the same time. You wouldn't be surprised. And we're so sick of the playbook. Congressman Thomas Massie joins us now. Seeing, like, the videos, Thomas Massie is exposed. Do you feel exposed, Congressman, anything you want to address about all these accusations that have been hitting you? Coordinated?
Congressman Thomas Massie
Well, they say if you're taking flak, you're over the target. I must be sitting on the target because they're trying everything in the world. And if their polling was correct, the fake polling, they wouldn't be throwing in another $3 million here with just a few days left to go. And they wouldn't be running desperate ads like AI ads that show me having a throuple, if you will, with AOC and Ilhan Omar. That's literally an ad that they're running here in Kentucky. And then the. Since nobody's really believing that ad, they tried something. They tried getting looked like a hostage video of a woman that I formerly dated, trying to get her to say things, although her story's already falling apart. And if you look at the people who put that story out, it was the, quote, deposition was taken by a guy, an attorney, that I beat in 2012. I humiliated him in the race. He got like, 2% of the vote in that primary in 2012. And then it was at the law offices of the guy that I humiliated in 2020, who got 19% of the vote in a primary against me. And it was first put on the Internet by a guy who I beat in 2024. He got 12% of the vote. So three of my former foes who just got humiliated in these races came together to try to produce a hit piece on me in the last few days of the election, and it's already fallen to pieces.
Clayton Morris
Why do you think that these access journalists in Washington, D.C. when I say access journalists, they. They put out, you know, these types of stories because they want to be close to Trump and maga. They have, like, you know, they have, like, their little media offices in D.C. so that they can sit down and have interviews with Representative Luna on a regular basis, like, all of that kind of stuff. Why. Why do you think that they didn't dive more deeply into the story before they released it?
Congressman Thomas Massie
Well, they're getting paid. Two things. They get access, and that's important to them. That's why Fox News won't have me on. I've been blacklisted on Fox for 18 months because they want to have access to Speaker Mike Johnson. They want to have access to the president and the Cabinet, and they think they can curry favor. And they do curry favor by saying pejorative things about me and keeping me off of tv. And, you know, that's an effective tactic against me in this Republican primary. One of the other things is they're getting paid. And we already know this. And this isn't tracked, though, when we talk about the $30 million spent in this race, and more of that spent against me than spent for me. That's not even counting the checks that go to the influencers that aren't disclosed. Oh, by the Way, today I introduced a bill called the AIPAC Act. You'll see this come up. Nobody knows this. I'm debuting it on your show right now. Which would make AIPAC subject to Foreign Agent Registrations act. For some reason, they're immune right now. And I think not just the money that's spent in politics, but the lobbying that happens on Capitol Hill should be reported. If it's a foreign country, whether it's Great Britain, Australia, Turkey, Qatar or Israel, it needs to be reported. By the way, I've never seen a lobbyist for Great Britain.
Clayton Morris
I haven't either. And the amount of money that goes to these influencers, it's really interesting. You'll see them sort of all publishing the same attacks online almost simultaneously, or they'll release videos, they're all on the same page, and it's like they're receiving talking points. They should have to disclose that they're receiving this money. Right?
Congressman Thomas Massie
Yeah. When I do a commercial, and I've said this so many times when my sleep, I think about it, I'm Thomas Massie and I approve this message. I'm Thomas Massie and I approve this message that's either at the front or the end of every commercial I do. And when I send out a piece of mail, it says who did it and my campaign, Thomas Massie for Congress, approved by Thomas Massie for Congress, paid by. And we need that. I believe we should have that same sort of truth in advertising on social media, because if it's a good idea in the other outlets, it would be a good idea on social media, particularly because so much of it is foreign money. I remember all these complaints about election interference, fraudulent elections, and the Russians being involved and who else being involved. But really the elections are being influenced online. But here's the remarkable thing, Clayton. What is the demographic that I do the best with? The people who are watching online. Right. They're not buying it. That's the great thing about social media is you can reply. And I do like this feature on X that shows the community notes. And I also like Grok, when you ask Grok who's the most principled member of Congress, who represents the constitution in Washington, D.C. more than anybody else. I think even if you ask Grok who he would vote for, or she Grok answers me. So, you know, we do have, at least with social media, there is the opportunity to push back. And of course, some of those algorithms are getting swayed as well, depending on the platform. But we're winning the argument wherever we can have a voice which is on social media. And that's why I'm winning so many young voters. And when I say young allow I apologize if I include myself in that. I'm 55, but young to me is anything anybody under 65. And I win those demographics handedly.
Clayton Morris
Well, good. I'm 49, so thank you for calling me young. I appreciate that.
Congressman Thomas Massie
You can be a young precinct captain in Kentucky, I think in the Republican primary.
Clayton Morris
You know what's interesting, when you look at the young vote right now, it seems like you're right. I mean none of them are watching Fox News. And I'm curious how many of them are watching these access influencers. I call them the Epstein Binder crowd. I just, I think the emperor, those people have been outed tremendously. But for Fox News specifically, they're not making younger Fox viewers. Like you know, when I left fox back in 2017 and then Tucker a few years later, the joke back then they used to make fun of CBS News and say, oh my gosh, the average of their audience is like 77 years old. Well, that's them now. Like they're not making younger Fox viewers as far as I know. Maybe I'm wrong, but those are the people that are being sort of, as you pointed out, drip fed this like constant stream of like anti massey messaging.
Congressman Thomas Massie
Right? Yeah. Not only am I blacked out from going on Fox for the last 18 months and that started about as soon as I voted against Speaker Mike Johnson, you know, in December, before Trump came became president. There was also a push for the lame duck Congress to do a continuing resolution of Joe Biden's budget for many months. And I voted against that. I think that's when the con started. And then the Fox listening audience was banned from hearing from me. But not only do they ban me, they take every opportunity to say something pejorative about me. Whether it's Laura Ingraham. She's done a complete 180. I used to go on her show all the time. She loved me because I'm a true conservative. But now she's done a 180 and I suspect she's being paid or she's just seeking that access.
Clayton Morris
Well, I've heard from, well, Tucker Carlson revealed on our show a few years ago during the election that there were people receiving influencers receiving large amounts of money to push a certain narrative. And he at the time said, I hope that those people will come forward and admit that they've received this money. I don't know that they have. And so I think they're probably still receiving this money and not disclosing it when they're pushing a certain narrative. But there's also gatekeepers inside the Trump administration that push obviously cabinet members and others to make sure that they're on Fox News, Susie Wiles and others, chief of staff, making sure that people Fox I'm sure I don't know the answer to that. I'm not sure if this is the case. But being told to Fox hosts and producers do not allow Thomas Massie to come on your air. Do you think that that's the case?
Congressman Thomas Massie
Oh, absolutely. And look, I, I haven't confirmed this, but I've heard that the secretary of war, Pete Hegseth, is coming to intervene in my campaign. Look, dogs don't bark at parked cars. And the fact that you've got cabinet secretaries that may be coming to my district to campaign against me during a war, the secretary of war during a war shows how serious this is to the global elites that I lose. And that's why it's so serious that I do win. If there's going to be any Hope in Washington, D.C. if there's going to be any voice, anybody that ever challenges the narrative, whether it's on war or whether it's on immunity for companies, whether they're data centers or whether they're pesticide manufacturers, look, there's all kinds of cronies that, not just the foreign influence cronies, but corporate cronies on the meatpacking industry. And you'll see occasional fake fights where Republicans may engage in a fake fight and then I show it's all fake. That's why they hate me for breathing air in the swamp.
Clayton Morris
Right? Right. Because it's one big uni party. And when you call out, when you call out the corruption machine, they don't like that because they've been duping the American people for so long that we have to follow along with this. Ed Gowray won't debate you. He hasn't debated you. He says that his line now that he's been saying in multiple town hall meetings when people call him out, they're saying, why won't you debate Massie? His line is I'm debating him right now.
Congressman Thomas Massie
That's like a fantasy. I know there's some people who scream at the TV and think they're debating Nancy Pelosi. And maybe he thinks he's been debating Hakeem Jeffries and Joe Biden just by shouting at his screen and shaking his fist. But the reality is he won't even debate me. In the Boone County, Kentucky library in front of a friendly Republican crowd. How does he think he's going to do on C SPAN on the floor of the House when you've got these people who are well researched, well spoken, they'll chew him up and spit him out, the Democrats will. Even when he tries to be a rubber stamp for the narrative that day, he won't even be an effective rubber stamp for the Republican Party. And he's sure as hell not gonna be able to represent the particular interests of people in Northern Kentucky.
Clayton Morris
You know, it's all so crazy as we head into this primary on Tuesday. And there are a lot of independent journalists, influencers who really, outside of that access journalism world, who are really coming into Kentucky over the next few days. A couple of our good friends and journalists who've done some incredible investigative journalism on child trafficking stories that Washington D.C. won't even touch mainstream media won't even touch. And they're coming to Kentucky to try to drive awareness about your campaign. What do you expect to see from these individuals descending on Kentucky over the next few days?
Congressman Thomas Massie
Well, listen, all the arguments have been made. We're not trying to persuade anybody to change their vote at this point. What we've recognized is that the people who get their information online are my voters. And so we're doing this is a turnout effort and it's unprecedented in the history of Congress. Like the spending on my race is unprecedented. So is unprecedented. The fact that a dozen, maybe 20 influencers, not the paid shills, the mega crowd and not the paid shills, you know, that are just mouthpieces for the administration, but real independent voices are coming to broadcast live from my congressional district. And we think it's a turnout war. The question is, are the, are the older voters? And by the way, I still have a lot of the boomers. I got a third maybe of the boomers, but I've got everybody under the age of 65. And that's where we need to get the turnout. And I think the influence campaign is going to be great because we have early voting in Kentucky. It started today, it's tomorrow and it's Saturday. And then we take two days off, Sunday and Monday and we vote on election day, May 19, and that's when it will be decided. And incidentally, Clayton, my staff just walked into my office today and said, boss, one of my staffers, actually the one who wrote the Epstein Files Transparency act, he said, boss, do you realize your election day is the six month anniversary of, of the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
Clayton Morris
Wow.
Congressman Thomas Massie
And I said, you have got to be kidding me. Give me a calendar. And sure enough, November 19th, which is six months to the day, to the day from May 19th, which is my election day, was when we got the Epstein Files Transparency act passed. And just really, if you're a Star wars fan, I feel like, you know, for many of my years in Congress, I was in the trash compactor inside of the Death Star, but I finally got an X Wing fighter and got one of those proton torpedoes into the exhaust chute of the Death Star. And that's what the Epstein Falls Transparency act is it just in the movie, the Death Star blew up instantly. But in reality, it's taken a while for the fissures to show up in the Death Star. But I think, you know, as long as there's somebody here to keep pursuing Epstein Files Transparency act and other issues like that, transparency in the deep state, I think that the Death Star is going to come apart and you're going to see a real change in this country. We can save it.
Clayton Morris
Yeah. I think there's a few bright lights out there, and that's one of them. So all eyes on Kentucky Congressman and the amount.
Congressman Thomas Massie
One last thing before I go. Now we're talking about money. Massey. Moneybomb.comm a s s I e moneybomb.com, no spaces, no dashes, that we've raised $2 million there, $20, $50, $100 at a time. We have tens of thousands of donors who've given in just the last 10 days. That in itself is a record for Congressional grassroots fundraising or Senate grassroots fundraising. Nobody's ever done that. I joke that Mike Johnson can't raise that money, much money, and he's got 200 votes to sell.
Clayton Morris
It's. It's crazy, the money. Real quick, before I let you go, I know you got to run, but this whole poly market scandal, I want to educate our audience on this a little bit. So you have, like, Kalashi, which is another, like, trading platform, like a betting platform they can bet on, like, hey, who's going to win? Massey or Gal? You know, that one shows you well ahead. Like the Kalashi platform shows you well ahead. But somebody, some billionaire or millionaire, likely put in a lot of money into Polymarket in order to drive your odds down. So then people were sharing that headline yesterday, like, look, Massey's plummeted on Polymarket. Not realizing that. Well, all of this money, this money that's been poured into this campaign, they must have forgot that Kalashi existed. They Thought everyone would just talk about Polymarket and they forgot that this other platform existed where maybe actual real money is chaining hands. Anyway, just your thoughts on this Polymarket thing before I let you go.
Congressman Thomas Massie
Yeah, sure. I watched Calcium Polymarket. The same thing happened when the president visited my district a couple months ago. Our stock plummeted. And then as soon as my opponent got up there and sounded like he was going through puberty, he went, fight, fight, fight. The stock went right back up. And we saw the same thing with this fake scandal yesterday. But remember this, those are betting markets, right? If somebody, if the betting market shows me up 60, 40, it doesn't mean I have a 20% lead. It means there's a 40% chance I'm going to lose.
Clayton Morris
Yeah.
Congressman Thomas Massie
And so, and this is a very close race. It all comes down to turnout. You know, if you're watching this show and Kentucky's closed primaries, so Democrats and independents can't vote in my race, although I'd probably get every independent vote in the congressional district. Go get one of your family members if they're registered Republican to go vote in this race. And if you're not registered to vote or registered to vote Republican or if you live outside of the state, call somebody in Kentucky, tell them to get their butt out there. They can vote today, tomorrow, Saturday, and then Tuesday.
Clayton Morris
You know, we have a lot of Kentucky viewers who watch our show, so it's all eyes on Kentucky. Congressman, good luck to you. Thank you so much for your honesty and what you do in Washington and being that bright light inside the Death Star. We appreciate it.
Congressman Thomas Massie
Thank you. Clayton, good talking to you.
Clayton Morris
Thanks, Congressman. All right, good luck to the Congressman. There's very few, there's very few of them that we support. You know, we talk about the uniparty here on the show. You know, these different parties are absolutely corrupt. There's very few members of Congress I can count on one hand that I would support in the United States. And Congressman Massie is at the top of that list. So good luck to him fighting all of these, all of this money pouring in. Okay, Coming up, we are going to talk about the economy and where things are headed because it is bad out there. Credit card debt now at its all time high in the United States. People just trying to survive, putting their future expenditures, things that they need to just pay for food in their house or putting on credit cards, health care on credit cards. And now the inflation going up again with gas prices going up again. All of this right tied to the start of the Iran War. Things are not looking good. So we're going to break down exactly what's happening with this economy. Coming up with a friend of the show, Kevin Demerit, who's been watching this very closely in this course move into out of the US dollar and what that means. So we're going to talk with him in moments. But first I want to tell you about our friends at Shopify. Because guess what, you know, when we started this show show a few years ago, maybe five years ago or so, you know, it seems like it's hard to figure out on your own, like how do you build a store, how do you, I'm feel I'm interviewing, you know, members of Congress, I'm doing all of this. But how do you like, well, work with like getting your logos set up, how do you get a storefront set up? How do you do all of it? It was overwhelming and that's why we turned to Shopify. Because Grim on our team, he built our Shopify store so easily. He was able to take his designs, his graphic designs and build out the Shopify storefront and allow, you know, viewers around the world, if they wanted to buy a shirt or a mug or anything, they could do it very, very easily because they handle everything. That's the thing. Shopify handles everything. Setting up your storefront to handling all of the back end, the payment processing, all of that can be handled right through Shopify. Like if you have, it's almost like you have a full marketing team behind you, you to create emails, social media campaigns, all of that. It's. It feels like that when you work with Shopify. Shopify has incredible customer service and they are 247 customer service. So if you're stuck with something, maybe a product isn't showing the way that you want, you can talk with their award winning customer service 24 7. So two in the morning, if you've got a problem, you can work with them. What I love about them though is if you have an idea and you want to take it to the market, you can get a Shopify storefront set up in like 10 minutes. Like I said, last summer my son and his friend wanted to set up a water gun store because like we want to start a store. So the easiest part of their whole journey was setting up the store. The harder part was like trying to source, finding like places, you know, to get water guns that they could do, you know, but setting up the storefront, creating the logo, getting up and running. He came to me, he's like, dad, look at this. I Kind of saw store setup. He did it on Shopify and he did it in no time. The great thing is you can try it just like my son did. $1 per month trial if you go to shopify.com redacted $1 per month trial to see how it works so you can get a handle on it. Go to shopify.com redacted that shopify.com redacted and get started today. Start your business today with the industry's best business partner, Shopify. Well, Americans keep hearing that inflation is under control. The economy is strong, but for millions of people, it doesn't feel that way at all. Grocery prices are sky high. Insurance costs are soaring, and Americans are now carrying massive amounts of credit card debt. New report out this week showing delinquencies up to an all time high. Families are increasingly relying on debt just to keep up with everyday living expenses. At the same time, investors right now are watching precious metals markets closely as concerns continue to grow over inflation. The weakening purchasing power of the US Dollar. Hell, Alaska just became the latest state to now allow gold and silver as a legal tender in that state. Moving away from even US States are moving away from the US Dollar. Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve appears trapped between trying to fight inflation, trying to prevent a deeper economic slowdown. Right now, consumers are feeling squeezed from every direction. Heck, Costco just rolled out new buckets of wine. Yeah, but that's how bad things are getting because you know, like new, new lockdowns are probably coming. So they're gonna sell buckets of wine. Now. What the hell is going on? We've got a lot to unpack today in the US Economy. So many moving pieces. And I know someone who watches it very, very closely is our good friend Kevin Demerit. He's the CEO of Lear Capital. Obviously very close to the precious metals markets. And that's what you guys do at Lear from silver and gold. But man, Kevin, I just want to start maybe talking about this debt right now and this latest report about credit card delinquencies. The percent of balance, 90 plus days delinquent by loan type. And you can see credit cards now skyrocketing to an all time high for delinquencies. People just putting like basic necessities on their credit cards.
Kevin Demerit
Yep. Yeah, this is the same thing we saw back in tops of markets, you know, 1999, 2000, you saw credit card debt skyrocketing, delinquencies were skyrocketing. 2007 going into 2008, same type of thing. I think this one's a lot worse because you have the inflation part. Higher interest rates, higher mortgage costs, you know, car payments, things like that. And you know, there was a great story. Well, I don't know was a great story, but it was a story about people having to buy now, pay later. Even for groceries, though. You're right, they're putting it on their credit cards. They're going down to the store, buying what they need now and then having to pay it off over three or four or five payments. You know, that's the situation that we're in. But when you look around the people who are printing money, the central banks are buying gold. This is the biggest tell in the market to me. When the people that actually are printing our money all around the world are saying, hey, I'm not sure I trust my paper money in the bank. I kind of want to move that over and buy some gold with it. So I don't think they're anywhere near kind of tamping down inflation and it'll be a bigger problem at the end of this year. I think we're going to start to see with the war and all the other printing that's been going on, that inflation is definitely not under control.
Clayton Morris
We just had a guest on this Week who said, he said, I'm imploring your audience, please protect your families and get some precious metals and make sure you own tangible things right now because of what's coming. And I just saw a report, Warren Buffett, talking about the amount of people sitting in cash on the stock market side of things that we're seeing basically the same right around the 2008, 2007 collapse, that a lot of smart money is moving out of the stock market into cash, waiting to deploy that capital when this all goes belly up.
Kevin Demerit
Yeah, there's so many bullish cases for gold right now and silver. And look, I'm in the market and I don't want to sound like a salesperson here, but you know, you have central banks, you have the deficit, you have central bank buying at record amounts. The deficits are going through the roof. You have geopolitical risk, you have currency distrust. That's a heck of a lot of fuel, you know, directed toward, you know, something that's an insurance policy. So can they control the inflation rates? I don't think so. I think they've, in 2008, $8 trillion. We're at $39 trillion now, going to hit 40 trillion here fairly soon. They're estimating that the deficit for next year is about 1.9 trillion well, they said it was going to be 1.7 trillion this past year. And we, we ended up with $2.6 trillion in debt. So it's going to be bigger and bigger. And with $1 trillion in interest payments on that debt, it becomes harder and harder to control. And what people don't understand is there's a, there's a great relationship between debt and the gold price. It's a 92% correlation. So if all of us could go to Vegas and have a 92% chance of winning because of a correlation of something, we would all go and do it. So we're not really betting here. All we have to understand is that the government's not going to continue or not going to stop printing money. If you believe they're going to stop printing money, don't own any gold. If you believe they're going to continue to print money, that the interest payment is going to increase from $1 trillion and go higher, then now is the time to own some gold. I told you right before we got on, Jim Rogers today came out and said, I have sold all my U.S. stocks.
Clayton Morris
Right.
Kevin Demerit
I mean, he's, he's been around forever. Great guy to watch. And just had completely sold everything, which is really against what his diversification strategies and everything have been for, you know, for a long time. So I believe there's something coming. I can't tell you exactly what it is, but it feels like there's another black swan event going to be around the corner for us at some point here and just trying to get people to prepare with some portion of their portfolio in precious metals or some other assets that would be, you know, a great hedge against what's coming.
Clayton Morris
Yeah, when you sent that to me, I was, that's shocking. I mean, again, I think it kind of goes with like the Warren Buffett message as well, sitting on cash right now. And, and we had the person I was thinking of, we had Ronald Reagan's former financial advisor on this week on the show. Brilliant, brilliant Steve Hanke. And he said, own gold and silver right now. Watch what these central banks are doing right now to protect your family. One of his big things is, though, these tariffs have been absolutely devastating in hopes that they'll be reversed soon. He's not the only one, not the only economist. You have Thomas Sowell and many others out there, Peter Schiff and others who've said these tariffs have been debilitating for the United States right now. And so you're seeing this inflation going higher. You're seeing the mortgage Rates now approaching that 7% range again, which is. Let's talk about housing. You know, housing very, very well. You and I both, we talk offline about real estate all the time because we're both involved in that world deeply. Mortgage rates heading up towards seven again. And since this Iran war started, it's kind of frozen everything. The housing market in the United States right now is just totally frozen. People can't afford to move. Older people are staying in their homes for longer now. Entire neighborhoods are changing. They're closing elementary schools because older people just are saying, hey, we're not going to move. We're locked into these lower interest rates that we had, you know, five, six years ago. We're not moving. So talk a little bit about housing, mortgage rates and inflation, all of that, like, package. What is, what is your assessment?
Kevin Demerit
Yeah, I think, I think, you know, most of the markets out there, in my opinion, are completely overvalued. I mean, the stock market looks overvalued to me. A lot of the real estate market, you know, it's not a bubble, but it feels like it's a little bit overvalued. Had a woman in my office a few days ago, and, you know, we were, we were purchasing an apartment building. She goes, she was a notary. And she says, hey, look, I have a building. Do you want to purchase my duplex? And I said, well, you know, what do you got? And she says, well, you know, I just, I live in one of them. I'll move out. You can raise rent. And she says, the tough part is, is that my interest rate on this is three and a half percent on a. On a commercial building, right? So she's stuck. It's either sell it, she can't refinance and pull any money out because the minute she does that, she's going to be at 7%. So she, she gets nowhere. And that's where a lot of people are. You know, I'm in my house, I'm making my payment. If I sell this house and I move someplace else, what is my payment going to be? Not only that, what is my tax payment going to be on that house? So you've got. You've got all these negatives where people are kind of stuck in their homes or stuck in their apartment buildings. And it's very difficult to make, you know, really logical strategic moves in real estate right now with where interest rates are. And I think it's going to get a little worse, not better. I think inflation picks up a little bit. And, you know, when you're looking at Jamie Dimon talking about, hey, gold in our opinion, is going to be 6,000 to $6,300 an ounce. And he starts talking about why. He's talking about inflation. He said, you can forget everything else. Inflation is the reason that gold is going to continue to go up, but it's also the reason that the markets potentially look overvalued. You increase interest rates on real estate, and real estate doesn't get more value but gets less valuable. Now, if inflation is ahead of that, then the real estate is going to get more valuable. But if you're, if you're kind of stuck in the stagflation, which is, I think, where we are, then, you know, nothing's really moving. Real estate feels expensive. A new report came out and said, now is the time to go rent. Because if you buy and you add up all the costs, it'd probably be better to rent right now. So I think real estate's just kind of in this no man's land. And that's where a lot of investments are going to be with stagflation. But it makes it very difficult to make any strategic moves and really make a profit in the real estate market if you're starting off right now. I mean, there's always good deals somewhere, but it makes it difficult from a global standpoint.

I mentioned at the top, Alaska becoming the latest state to now take gold and silver as a way to transact in currency outside of the US Dollar. Economists are saying the US Dollar is going to collapse and will be replaced by gold and silver. When they say that, what do they mean?
Kevin Demerit
Well, look, there's been seven nations with the world's reserve currency. Most of them lasted about 100, 110 years. And here we are in the United States at right around that number, right about that time period. So this seems to be getting a little long in the tooth. And what collapsed every single one of those currencies was debt. Literally every one of them. It was either caused by war or an economic situation or just the government, you know, the Romanian or the Romanian, the Roman Empire, you know, they just. There was so much debt in the United States, we're now on that same path. But when you look at every one of the currency collapses for, for the world's reserve currency, the debt looked like a hockey stick. It started off okay. And then you look at from 2008 at $8 trillion and today where we are at $39 trillion, that's the hockey stick. And people are getting extremely nervous. So what's the dollar going to be worth? And is there any or are there any players out there that could take that over? Well, you got China, you've got a lot of different countries that want to do it. But when you combine the countries and you have the BRICS situation, I think that's got the best chance of possibly taking over the US Dollar. You've got a real contender there. And so the states, here in the United States, central banks around the world are saying, look, the dollar just is not what it used to be. They're not fiscally responsible, they're not controlling this debt. We think it's going to get worse. And so we put a whole report together on this that we can give away. You know, at the end here, which is what JP Morgan is talking about is debt, debt, debt, so much debt. It's not just the United States, it's all around the world. All of these countries are printing a bunch of money. And so what is that going to do for the money you can't print? Right. What's that going to do for the gold price? I mean, it's like your other guests are saying, you put an increased demand on a fixed supply, which is basically gold. And the increase in supply is all this paper money that's being printed. What's going to happen to the price of gold? That's JP Morgan's premise on it. And where they came up with the 6,000, $6,300 projection that they have at the end of this year, by the way. And here we are at 4,500. $4,600 gold.
Clayton Morris
Yeah, I was just going to check gold prices today. That's crazy. So they're saying 6,300. That's crazy. And just looking at gold prices today, it's again. And silver also. So let's talk about silver here before we let. We let you go, Kevin. So silver prices getting close. Touching that almost $90 mark. And projections of 150. I've seen $150 an ounce from. I forget who, who made that projection. $150 an ounce, probably. Oh, bank of America, I think, has $150 projection for silver. So where do you see, like, what's the biggest play right now if someone wants to start investing, you know, whether it's gold, whether it's silver. What do you recommend right now? Silver still less expensive, for sure.
Kevin Demerit
Well, you know, yeah, it is. And you know, the gold price came down from about 50 to $100. Silver prices came off around $110. I kind of like them both right now. I, I prefer silver a little bit more. So if I was going to put a portfolio together, I would say 6040 with the silver being 60% just because that market still has a 200 million ounce deficit. We're short 200 million ounces per year from the solar industry and everything else on the industrial side, plus what's happening on the investor side. But just how crazy is it? I mean, when you and I started, we were talking about silver and it was $26 and I would get people calling and saying, it's not moving, it's not moving, it's not moving. And then here we are a few years later at almost $90 an ounce and you know, the high of $115 an ounce. So I think the silver market over the next couple of years, you know, bank of America is probably right. About $150 an ounce, would cause the silver industry to then mine some more silver. So here's the biggest problem in silver, Clayton, is 80% of the silver that's mined comes from mines that don't mind silver. They mine gold and silver as a byproduct. They mind aluminum and silver is by copper, whatever it is, that's a byproduct. 20% of the mines actually mine silver for the specific reason of just mining silver. So when you have this increase in demand, 80% of the market doesn't care what the price is because it's just a byproduct. It's not their business. The only the 20% do you get a high enough price. And that 20% will then start producing some more silver, creating more mines which are incredibly expensive. And they take three to five years minimum just to even get them mine up. Not even running. Just get through the process with the governments and so on and so forth. So you have this supply constraint with this ever increasing demand because green energy is not going away, so solar is probably going to continue. What do you, where's that price have to be? It just looks too low at 90 and about right at 150.
Clayton Morris
Well, I'm glad I got, I'm glad I continue to buy it. So I think my portfolio with Natalie and I, it's about 60, 40. We continue to buy about 60% silver, 40% gold. And that's what we do with our kids as well, making sure that they're protected. And every month we meet, we grab the kids. Even if they want to go out and play with their friends. We're like, you're going to Sit down and we're going to show you the portfolio here. Understand the purchases of silver, understand how this all works and try to educate them on that. I hope people do because the US Dollar is in a free fall right now. So people can get that report. Yeah, you mentioned a report that people can grab if they want to to go to leardacted.com and they can also call you as well to get this free $6,300 gold report that you guys put together. How can people call you?
Kevin Demerit
Yeah, just give us a call at 1-8006-1335-5780-0613-3557. And we always do something special, you know, for your program. So anybody who calls, we still give away the $500 in account credits that you can use if you wanted to create an ira. We pay all the IRA fees with the credit shipping and handling and the insurance to get metals to you. You can use that $500 credit in your account. So when you call, just make sure you're mentioned redacted and we'll, we'll include that into the account automatically.
Clayton Morris
Awesome. Awesome. Thank you so much, Kevin. Always great to check in with you and get a pulse of where we're headed with this economy. And we'll be watching what happens in China because there's going to be a lot of movement on currency and gold and silver with this trip to China. I mean, it's crazy. We just saw videos of Miriam Adelson in China with Trump. Like what you got the heads of Blackstone, Visa and everyone is there right now and China is the one, arguably the biggest buyer of gold right now. So I don't know, man. It's crazy what's happening with the BRICS currency. Final thoughts, Kevin, anything you want to say on that?
Kevin Demerit
No, I think it's going to be extremely interesting. I would highly recommend people get this report because I think it's one of the strongest reports we've put together in the last couple of years. A lot of great information on the institutional side. People who never talk about gold. You never hear, really, JP Morgan talking about gold. So they've got some great information in there that I think investors will really appreciate and hopefully react on.
Senator Ron Johnson
Great.
Clayton Morris
Yeah, totally free. So grab it. Learedacted.com Kevin, great to see you as always, my friend. Have a great weekend coming up here and we'll talk soon.
Kevin Demerit
You bet. You too. Thanks for having me.
Clayton Morris
Our thanks to Kevin for joining us as always. Great to really get an understanding like I'm not that smart when it comes to understanding all of these moving pieces right now with this economy, because you can hear different economists who are, I mean, economists across the board that we trust here on the show are all telling us the same thing, like, we are heading for disaster. I mean, there's no, there's no two ways about it. Unless you're like, unless you work at the White House. Like Kevin Hassett, who goes out on the front, you know, on the walls, you know, on stands on the grass. And he does like Fox News hits and he talks about how great things are. When he's asked direct questions about gas prices are skyrocketing, Americans can't afford their homes, can't afford food. He's like, no, that's not really happening. He's like, you're just imagining that. Okay, sure. And when President Trump. I think this message is gonna come back to haunt President Trump big time. The other day in that soundbite when he was asked about American suffering right now. And basically he didn't care about that. He doesn't care about American suffering. He cares that Iran doesn't get a nuclear weapon. Okay. They weren't, they aren't, they weren't planning to. But that's more important to him than Americans right now. So. But hey, we all have our credit cards. We can live off our credit cards. That's good for the economy. Exactly, yeah. 21% credit cards. By the way, these are the same people had a visa on a flight to China with President Trump. So Americans are paying well over 20% interest on their credit cards. And the head of Visa is on the flight with Elon Musk and all of those other people flying to China for the meetings with Xi Jinping. So, you know, that just goes to show you where the priorities are right now. Like, imagine if President Trump's like, no, no, no, the head of Visa is not coming on my flight. Like until you lower your interest rates for the American people, then maybe we'll have. Maybe, maybe then you can join me on Air Force One to get a nice taxpayer funded dinner on your trip to China. Unbelievable. These politicians and the unit party, one big corrupt mess. Anyway, hey, we want to tell you about our. What should we tell them about the. Oh, yeah, redacted, redacted newsletter. Episode: The Deep State COVID Cover-Up is Finally Being Exposed w/ Sen. Ron Johnson, Thomas Massie
Date: May 15, 2026
This episode dives into what the hosts and guests describe as the "deep state" COVID-19 vaccine and origins cover-up, with a particular focus on recent Senate hearings, whistleblower revelations, and media complicity. Featured are Senator Ron Johnson, who details his recent bombshell report and hearings, alongside Congressman Thomas Massie, who faces an unprecedentedly expensive and acrimonious primary battle, allegedly funded by Israeli interest groups. The second half of the episode explores the current economic landscape, with sobering perspectives on inflation, precious metals, and the future of the US dollar, featuring Kevin Demerit of Lear Capital.
Senator Ron Johnson:
"The mainstream media is totally ignoring this story. Why do you think that is? Because they're complicit in the COVID cover-up." (08:50)
"You’re not going to fix government. All you can do is shrink... its harmful influence on our life." (24:24)
Clayton Morris:
"YouTube is now the mainstream media." (17:49)
"When I flip on an NFL game and I see John Legend or Travis Kelsey promoting these vaccines… get these things off of the shelves." (20:19)
Rep. Thomas Massie:
"If you're taking flak, you're over the target. I must be sitting on the target…" (34:22)
"I do like this feature on X that shows the community notes…Grok [AI] answers: [Thomas Massie is] the most principled member of Congress." (39:30)
Kevin Demerit:
"You have central banks, the deficit, central bank buying at record amounts, geopolitical risk, currency distrust—that's a heck of a lot of fuel...directed toward something that's an insurance policy [gold]." (58:42)
"The silver market...I prefer silver a little bit more. Sixty percent silver, forty percent gold." (68:43)
This episode is a rich dissection of governmental and media failures around COVID-19, featuring insider perspectives from congressional figures fighting the entrenched bureaucracy and powerful lobbies. It is also a cautionary exploration of modern U.S. economics, advocating personal financial sovereignty through precious metals—intertwining themes of distrust in both political and financial establishments. Listeners are left with a mix of outrage, concern, and calls to action—from demanding transparency and accountability to seeking individual protection from economic fallout.
