This episode is very personal to me.

I’ve spent a lot of time feeling unworthy and carrying guilt, resentment, and believing I didn’t deserve good things. And I know I’m not alone in that. Unworthiness can be heavy. It can keep us in places we’ve outgrown and silence parts of who we are.

In this episode, I’m sharing some truths that helped me begin to see myself again. I talk about how unworthiness shows up, how it distorts our vision, and what it means to finally honor your worth with the flaws, past, and all.
