In this episode, I’m revisiting the topic of knowing when to speak and when to stay silent. A recent conversation with my mom, along with my own experiences, reminded me that timing, connection, and a person’s willingness to receive make all the difference.

There are moments when offering advice is needed, when our words come from a place of love and life experience. But there are also times when silence carries more weight. Being present, listening, and allowing someone to walk their path without interference can be just as powerful.

This episode is all about finding that middle ground, trusting when to lean in with words and when to step back and simply be there.
