
Women are paying thousands of dollars a year just to look “professional” at work. But "professional" requires hair, makeup, nails, skincare, wardrobe, age-defying procedures, etc. Men are (obviously) not. In this episode, I make the case that women’s beauty bills are not just for vanity, but infrastructure to stay relevant and get ahead. And if employers benefit from it, it belongs on payroll.
