It's time we take them back.

It starts with awareness about how our attention is being manipulated online.

The best part about beginning to understand how our participation in the attention economy is feeding the beast is that we can also realize the power we have in stepping back from it. We have the power to decide how we want our lives to FEEL- no matter what is going on in the world outside.
