This week, I opened up about the journey that took me from a lost twenty something with no direction to becoming a leader inside The Elliott Group. I shared the moment I first found Andy Elliott on YouTube and the decision I made to do whatever it took to change my life, even when that meant breaking a lease, leaving Spokane, and starting over in Arizona with nothing in my bank account.

I talked about identity, belief, and what it really means to pursue total recreation, not just in business but in every part of life. I got vulnerable about the years I spent chasing the wrong things, the relationships that weren't right for me, and the patience it took to finally find the partner who matched my ambition. I also shared how faith carried me through the waiting and how it shaped the family and future I'm building now.
