Silliness from Phoenix to HOH every single season. You know he is the reason, you know what's happening happening. Rob said that he could do it tomorrow. He will do it again. Hello, everyone and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for September 25th. I'm your host Tren Armstrong and I'm here today to update you on everything that happened yesterday. Big Brother 27 live feeds. It was day 79 in the house and we are rapidly approaching the end. Of course we have an eviction tonight. We have some things to talk about and with me to talk about them is Matt. How you doing, Matt?
Matt
I am doing good. We are so close to the end. Our final Thursday night eviction coming tonight. We're going to be down to the final three. Got my Rachel votes in this morning for afp. There's your reminder to that if you haven't done it yet or whoever you're voting for, but I'd like it if you voted for Rachel and and we have to talk about our final vorgan hours up in the HOH room tonight. The HOH room about to close for the season. I can't believe it's over.
Taryn Armstrong
Yeah, I don't know what, what's going to happen to them.
Matt
I, I know two people who really want to know what's going to happen to them. One of them really, even more than the other really wants to know what is going to happen to them after this.
Taryn Armstrong
I mean, without such a big bed.
Matt
They you joked heron but like every bed downstairs is a single bed and they have spent the past two weeks plus in the same bed. You know, the barrier Morgan was checking last night making sure that the barrier was there because God forbid it's not at this point. But yeah, they're about to go back downstairs into single bed territory. Ashley or whoever's left after tonight is going to be walking around. It's just, it's, it's scary. Who knows what's going to happen next.
Taryn Armstrong
Yes. So let's talk about the day this not as eventful as yesterday in terms of events from. From the day but still some things to talk about. Of course, Morgan is the HOH and veto holder. The final four eviction will be live tonight. It will be the veto ceremony plus live eviction. Of course, that means that as of right now, Morgan plans to not use the veto. Vince will be the sole vote to evict in is to evict Ava. There was a little bit of movement in the opposite direction where the night before Morgan was talking to Vince in a way that was Implying that she was considering potentially cutting him at 4. And even more so, she was considering bringing Ashley to the final two instead of him because she fears she might lose to him. And it sort of sparked a bit of a. An argument between the two of them and lots of deeper discussions. They woke up in the morning refreshed once again, and I would say some of that work had been undone. Not undone, but, like, as per. Sort of usual, they were much happier with each other in the daytime than in the nighttime.
Matt
Yeah, I mean, the whole. That whole thing to me read like Morgan kind of playing with her food, you know, just wanting to, you know, push. Push the stuff around the plate and see what happens, see how people react to this over here, that over there. I mean, of course, it's something that she has to think about. She's been considering. She's been very open in talking about that to us, to Ashley, to Vince. But at the end of the day, for me at least, I never saw this really going in any other direction. Maybe, you know, maybe we still see a world where this happens at the final three. It just doesn't seem the most likely at this point. Know we're going to see throughout the day today. Ava knows she's going home tonight.
Taryn Armstrong
So, yes, especially this final four eviction, it does, to me, seem like Morgan is still concerned about whether she can beat Vince in the final two. The question is if that will ever, like, really manifest itself in anything in particular. So the day is fairly standard because of that. There's not much going on until later in the night. Ashley has a conversation with Vince where basically she tries to do the same thing she did on Morgan, but to Vince and sort of everything I talked about yesterday where Ashley has built up this credibility over the course of the season with Morgan, So to the point where she's able to bluntly make these points and get away with it. I. I think she maybe found some success there and was like, all right, let me try this on Vince now. And the problem is she has not built up that credibility with Vince. He's hated her from day one, and so probably a bit of a mistake to even try with Vince. Of course, he's doing his normal thing with her as well. Basically, they're both agreeing that obviously Morgan beats them in the final two and they would take each other. Obviously. She says, yeah, even Ava was telling me that you're gonna take Morgan to the final two because you're obsessed with her, but I was like, away. He's not that much of an idiot. And he's like, oh, of course not, of course not. I'm not an idiot. I, I obviously, I know I need to take you and, and they're having this conversation and, and the real danger, of course here is that Vince is obviously going to rat Ashley out here.
Matt
Yeah. But I mean, who could blame Ashley for trying? Obviously she knows that the only thing that she really has left at this point is to, you know, maybe hope for a competition win in the final three if she's so lucky to make it there, which more than likely, you know, 99% is going to be the case. But I would say that, you know, throughout the season she has had good conversations with Vince, despite Vince having this perception of her that she's not worthy to be here and she's not a, not a real player in the game. And whatever else he said about her, you know, we've talked about a couple of different weeks where she's the one that goes into a lot of Vince hoh rooms being very gentle with him and not pushing him and playing to him in a way that works for him, that he doesn't feel like she's a threat all of a sudden, you know, Vince is down with her being brought deeper into the game. And whether that's because she's not a big threat in his eyes or just because he feels like he can kind of trust her a little bit, I think she's just done that work throughout the season to get to this point. So you may as well keep trying again. It's not like she has a whole lot of other lanes left to try to go down.
Taryn Armstrong
Yeah. So, you know, she makes an attempt here and, and you know, the thing too about Ashley is that she always has been very careful about what she says to Vince. I think that I, I think that she just genuinely didn't expect Vince. I, I, I think she might actually to some degree be telling the truth to Vince, that she really doesn't think that he's that dedicated to losing the game and therefore she was safe in, you know, doing this to a little bit. It's still a mistake, though, in my eyes because while, you know, obviously Morgan is basically a guarantee to be in part three, there's a chance, there's a, there's a heavy chance that, like, Vince would be too, and you really need to, like, work on one of them first and he can throw her under the bus if she has no equity in winning the competition at final three. So you have to sort of pick a lane and stick to it and Hope that flipping one can help flip the other, but either way, we'll see. Of course, Vince is going to run this right back to Morgan. He lets her know that Ashley was pitching to him, that Morgan obviously and definitely wins the game. And this is news to Morgan. She's like, wow, really? Because she's telling me it's 50, 50 against you. Oh, man. Like, that sucks. And they have a little bit of a back and forth. But what I will say is this isn't, like, necessarily disastrous because I do feel like Morgan still thinks she has a better shot against Ashley. It's just that Morgan has this, in her mind, tough decision of guaranteed win versus having to cut Vince. And. And Ashley had done a good job of presenting that to her as a tough decision. So Morgan's looking for any reason to make that not a tough decision. And the idea that Ashley is being a little bit shady here can help make that an easier decision. She asks Vince, would you be mad at me if I took Ashley to the final two? And he says, I mean, I'd be upset. Do you. Do you really want to sit next to me in the final two? Or, you know, like. And she says, yeah. And she's like. He's like, you. You. You take me over Ashley? And she says, I want to. And I don't think she's lying. I think she genuinely is telling him, I want to take you to the final two, but she's not willing to if it means she loses. So she starts coming up with like, well, maybe it does make sense to take you to the final two, because, you know, I don't even think it's a guarantee that Ashley loses. You know, she has a good story, she can say she was a big target. And then she used us as shields to get to the end. Like, you know, she's smart. Like, she could make a good case for herself.
Matt
Morgan was saying to Vince yesterday, you know, every time I picture myself giving my final speech, it's next to you. Every single time that I think of myself on the finale night, you know, talking to the jury, you're the one that I picture right by, by my side. And I think that's extremely telling of just like the default she's at right now, her default thought mode, whatever, that Vince will be there. And so it's just really bending her mind in all these different ways and getting this information about what Ashley's saying and conversations just with Vince, that's like maybe pulling her back in different directions. But it's kind of like the case for both of these through two throughout the season, that, yeah, they want to consider everything, or at least Morgan, you know, especially in a time like this, is considering other options. But she keeps going back to the picture of the two of them at. At the end in the final two. And she sees a good chance against Ashley, but I think she also sees the very good chance that she beats Vince. So.
Taryn Armstrong
Yeah. And like, here's the thing. I. I don't know how much Morgan actually believes in this idea that Ashley could win the game either. I think this is in part her saying it as a way to help convince herself to take Vince because she'd sort of rather do that if she can. But also, of course, you can't ignore the fact that she's also trying to convince Vince, right. To take her. And she's trying to, you know, if she's hearing that because Vince is saying that Ashley is like, oh, I'm guaranteed final two now, because obviously you're both going to take me, which we did not hear. So he might be making that up. But. But she's just. She's also trying to convince Vince that he should not be considering Ashley a guaranteed win, which is one of the big things that. That we've been talking about when it comes to will Vince cut Morgan is if he knew he was guaranteed a win, he might. But the chance of him still losing, I think, is exactly what he mentioned in the diary room last night in the episode, which is, I lose the game, I have no money, and. And I'm single. Like, I can't have that. So I fully believe he has pivoted from get the money to get the girl. But if he knew for sure he could get the money, I think he would think about it. And Morgan doesn't want that. So of course she's going to tell Vince that Ashley still has a chance to win. And certainly, you know, the implication being against. If she has a chance to win against Morgan, she certainly has a chance to win against Vince.
Matt
At this point, for me, it's. I don't want to say 0%, because that's kind of crazy, but like, you know, 0.1% is. Is the amount of chance I see of Vince cutting Morgan at the end. So while that work still feels worthwhile to put in and make sure that, you know, you have that base covered and you have those conversations, that's not, you know, the scenario where I see intrigue in the finale between Morgan. If anything, it would be for me that Morgan ends up cutting Vince. But I don't think that either. I just think that they've had too many such and like, I'll use the word intimate nights in the hoh room. Maybe not like that kind of intimate yet all the way, but, like, still just very close. And these conversations that are deep about each other and their lives and things that they can't wait to talk about on Monday in October, all of this stuff, it's like there is deep, deep, deep. Like, if you couldn't tell, you know, from the edit, from the live feed updates, from watching the feeds yourself, there is a deep connection between these two. And whether or not it's romantic from both of them, from one of them, the connection is still there and it's still deep. And to take it back to, like, the Ashley of it all for a second, you were saying, you know, Ashley may not see that Vince cares more about Morgan than he cares about winning the game. At this point, Ashley's not seeing Morgan hours. She knows that they're up there sleeping in the same bed. She knows that they're very close. She knows that it's a little weird from, you know, the outside perception, but she's not seeing that. They are just like, just listening in on these conversations where they are opening their hearts up to one another, especially Vince de Morgan. And it's just so hard to see, especially from today is Thursday finale is Sunday, to see anything changing that.
Taryn Armstrong
Yeah. So this is the conversation they have. We'll see again if this gets revisited, visited in the final three. As of right now, no real movement on Ava being evicted. So these conversations may pop up again. I assume Ashley will talk more with Morgan about them. One thing maybe worth thinking about is again, there's a decent chance that Vince lied about what Ashley said. And it is guaranteed. We already know that he certainly lied about what he said because he was very much fueling what Ashley was saying. And it would be very fun if Morgan asked Ashley about it because Ashley would then deny it. And I feel like at this stage of the game, they would just have one conversation about it together. And to see Vince versus Ashley, there's no shot he wouldn't crumble in a who is telling the truth argument. So that would be very fun. I'm not gonna hold out hope, but there's certainly a chance. We've never seen something like this happen with the three of them. So they're doing that now. They do. You may recall that Morgan had planned to do girls night.
Matt
Yeah. What happened to that?
Taryn Armstrong
And Vince was going to sleep downstairs. Of course he did not want Batman. And so they have a little sort of hangout session upstairs and Vince gets the invite. And then afterward the girls went downstairs and Vince slept up in the hoh room. There was a conversation they had when they were hanging out up there that is making the rounds because Ashley was talking about like, they were generally talking about like, how much like, who are they attract attracted to? You know, do you like, you know, are you attracted to money? Ava says she's not attracted to money. She's attracted to Hustle. And Ashley talked about how she couldn't date somebody without a job. And, and Morgan is like, oh, I don't have those kinds of standards myself. It's like, okay. They talked about, like, how they don't think Vince is really unemployed. And, and Ashley said, like, hey, you know, like, Vince has a degree. Like, like, I don't even. Not. I'm not really even talking about Vince when I say that necessarily. But. But she also mentioned that like, like, she wouldn't date somebody who worked at Walmart unless she also worked at Walmart and that she's only ever dated very successful people. And, and you could tell that the people in the room were not like, really vibing with, with this philosophy.
Matt
I mean, Morgan especially, you know, who is, as she was pointing out, like nearly 10 years older than them. Maybe like closer to eight or nine. She's like, it's so interesting for me to like, hear your guys's perspectives and, you know, you're so much younger and you know, back when I used to think the same way. But then Morgan was also getting into a little bit of like, well, I also dated a bunch of people who may not have been the best for me, so who knows if I know what I'm talking about. It is funny though, the way that they are mostly joking, but maybe a little bit not. You know, you're always waiting for the finale to find out the big secrets of the season. It's a pretty common thing that happens on finale night. And they think that there's a good chance that Vince is going to come out there and say, actually, I'm a lawyer too. I'm a this, I'm a that. Nope. Anything. It's going to be the complete opposite. And by the end of finale night, not on the air television show, but we will probably have the entire cast finding out that Vince's life has been going in the opposite direction on the outside rather than, you know, he's got really, really good things waiting for him. So that'll be fun for Them to all figure out maybe not so fun, but, yeah, not what they're expecting.
Taryn Armstrong
So Vince and Morgan together afterward, are doing their thing in bed together, and they have another, like, conversation about their feelings. He's the one who's like, I. Are you gaming me? I think that, like, basically after the conversation the night before, she was trying to get clarification from him. What's happening? Are you really into this? Why are you making moves on me? We haven't talked about it yet. You haven't told me what you're actually feeling. And he said, I can't, I can't, I can't. And I think that over the course of the day, he was thinking about maybe I do want to say something. And he's. But he's scared to say something. And so he's like, are you gaming me? And she's like, no. And he's, you know, asking if you're using comfort as their code word. Like, is it. Is it more than just, like, comfort? Is it like, like more than just comfort? And. And they're like, oh, I don't.
Matt
I don't know.
Taryn Armstrong
Like, it's. It's an October thing, it's a Monday thing, that we should talk about that. And he says, well, like, it is more than comfort for me. Sorry, sorry. I can't. I can't help it one way or the other. And she's like, don't be sorry. People have feelings. Doesn't really say it back.
Matt
No, he could not stop himself. I mean, every time that you think they're going to bed, they're awake again and. And talking, and he's talking about, I'm really gonna miss this. I'm just. I'm really gonna miss this. I may never have this ever again. You know, we may never have. We may never have this ever again. He doesn't know, you know, what bed he's going to be sharing with Morgan and having these late night hours where, yeah, comfort is a big word because it's obviously how he feels around her. He is just like his heart is bursting open with the. Whatever you want to call it, the way that he's feeling about her. Comfort, really, again, feels like a good word for it because whether it has to do with the game or whether it has to do with him just, like, letting his guard down. He so badly to tell her how he feels about her and how great of a person she is and how much of an impact she has made on his life. And of course, he has started to, you know, say a lot of that stuff he's dropping I love yous platonically, sure. But he. He is so badly waiting to just dive deeper into these conversations and just talk about, like, the. The soul mateness of what these two have maybe become in his mind and what he's hoping for her to tell him that she feels the same way. But obviously there's a pillow barrier between them and a mental barrier of we still don't know if you have a girlfriend or not that is stopping them from being able to talk deeper. And the cameras are still on, so it's tough.
Taryn Armstrong
I mean, I'm just. Again, like, these people clearly don't know about talking during the music in the morning. I just don't get why. I guess they sleep through it. I guess that's the problem. They stay up too late.
Matt
The. The late night hours are where you get into these deep chats. You wake up first thing in the morning, you're not looking to have the deep emote. You're. You're opening your eyes. So. Point taken. About, like, that's a better time to be off, you know, feeds. But no, this is like the. The true romantic. Like, let's talk pillow talk.
Taryn Armstrong
I mean, the other thing, like, people do. People do this all the time. They take their mics off. They, you know, like, there are plenty of ways, you know, like, any. That is. That's really the day. It's again, as we're set up for tonight, Ava will likely be evicted, and then we will head into the final three. Morgan, Vince, and Ashley. And as of right now, Morgan and Vince kind of locked back in together. I think that they are once again, like, fairly, like I said, fairly locked. But given that Ashley was able to make a dent before, it is certainly possible she may be able to make another dent again as the actual prize money starts to loom. We will have to just wait and see. Anything else you wanted to mention from yesterday, man.
Matt
Do we ever figure out why the feeds were down for two hours?
Taryn Armstrong
No.
Matt
Hoh. Lockdown? No, it was. It was a couple hours in the middle of the day. Assuming maybe like, you know, the mastermind layer, maybe they were working that into something else. And obviously when they're working in the house, they keep everybody locked away, but nothing seemed different when we got back, so who knows? It was funny watching throughout the day. I mean, there's some people, you know, it's not obviously a house full of super fans, but, like, Ashley and Vince were like, constantly talking about, when's the veto meeting gonna happen? Why is there no veto meeting yet.
Taryn Armstrong
They're all, oh, we gotta do the veto meeting. They were also talking about the final three hoh. And how the first comp is endurance, and then the second comp is like a booth comp.
Matt
Oh, yeah, classically.
Taryn Armstrong
And then the third comp is also a booth comp.
Matt
Yeah, exactly.
Taryn Armstrong
I wish, dude, I wish.
Matt
I mean, they'll be lucky if they can get, like, scales of just us or whatever to final three to have some kind of quiz. But no, what else? Yeah, Ava obviously knows that she's going home. Ashley and Ava were in the bathroom late at night and they were having a little fun. Look, these two obviously have some kind of, like, worthwhile connection. Ashley thinks that Ava's so funny talking about, like, she hates everybody. She doesn't care about being friends with alumni, all this stuff. And they were trying to. Ashley was trying to get a little excitement out of Ava because Ashley's feeling excitement that she's about to go into the final three. Ava knows she's getting evicted tomorrow. So it was a very, like, you know, Ashley's had her misreads throughout the season. This isn't like exactly one of them, but a misread on the vibe of the night, I guess, because, yes, she's about to be in final three. Ava's not. And Ava's like, I'm getting evicted tomorrow. Like, can we calm down and let me go to bed? But yeah, there's that. That's about it. Oh, actually, no, one more thing. Sorry to keep us almost to a half hour, but Ava's pitch to Vince talking about, you know, if you. If you cut me at 3 instead of 4, I'll make sure I get all these jury votes on your side. What?
Taryn Armstrong
Yeah, I mean, listen, it's the. That was the Jonathan Penner. No. In Cook Islands. Like, you keep me one more round, I'll. I'll vote for you. Was that Penner or was that someone. No, no, that was Jonathan. Jonathan made that, uh, that deal with.
Matt
You asking me, remember a long time ago in Survivor, I need a rewatch. But, uh, I don't know, it was just. She's trying. You know, it's. It's funny because she's obviously been so averse to playing the game all season, but now it's like, now you're really thinking about it. She's been.
Taryn Armstrong
Sorry, his name was Adam, not Jonathan.
Matt
On Cook island still. Okay. Yeah, we're getting closer. She hasn't wanted to play the game a lot, but, like, now we're down to this is such an easy way to play the game. All I have to do is talk to one person. I don't have to go pulling in votes and making it seem like I care. I just need to talk to one person and try to get them on my side. It's a bad pitch because, you know, obviously she's not going to have enough time to sway anybody at the end and she, I think, kind of realizes this. I'm going to be happy by the end of the night. Look, Ava was a little bit of fun at the beginning of the season, but I am personally ready for this eviction and that's all I got.
Taryn Armstrong
And they're so mad. They're like, wow, threatening. Why is everyone threatening jury votes? That's like, never happened in the history of the show.
Matt
Never ever, Never, never, never, never, never.
Taryn Armstrong
It's wild to me how people can go on the show and experience the real time of what it's like to be on the show versus what they saw in the edit and still feel like they know everything from previous seasons based on the edit they saw. You know what I mean? Like, I. It's wild to me.
Matt
I don't know how we ended up that Keanu seemed like he had the most previous season know this. Like, every time that he was talking about something that happened, I was like, that kind of is correct. Everybody else has been pretty awesome.
Taryn Armstrong
He really studied those highlight clips.
Matt
He watched a lot of them. Ashley obviously knows a lot about Hannah season, but other than that, you know, I don't know. It's been a lot of confusing conversations about Big Brother past. They'll get correct.
Taryn Armstrong
Ashley keeps talking about the cookout and how Xavier took Big D over Aza because he knew he couldn't beat Aza, which obviously we know isn't true based on how the jury. We think the jury was feeling at least, and how Xavier and Aza went into part three of the final three hoh against each other knowing that they were going to cut each other because she's trying to set up that that's what Vincent Morgan should do. Uh, of course we know that Aza very famously was planning to take Xavier, but, you know, it's just. They get so many things right. This one, I think. I don't know if she misremembers it or she's actively lying about it to try to. To angle it in a certain way, but, you know, it's.
Matt
You use whatever you can at this point, especially if you can tell that people don't know the correct answers. Just keep Running with it. Why not?
Taryn Armstrong
I mean, that's what Chelsea did to Mackenzie last season. Just like constantly lied about how the end game worked. Very effective. Very effective stuff. All right, so that is what we have for you today. Of course, I'll be live, Twitch, YouTube and Patreon for tonight's eviction episode of Big Brother 27. I imagine they'll also like, maybe they'll start the HOH or maybe they'll do that on tomorrow's episode, the recap of the recap. But either way, Ava will very likely be leaving. So we'll. We'll see that happen tonight as well as perhaps more of this nonsense that's going on with Vince and Morgan. And we are just a few days out from the finale. I'll of course be live tomorrow morning with a live feed update. We'll likely know the outcome of part one of the final three hoh. It is endurance. So I would say that Vince actually has the. The leg up here, the most likely person to potentially win. However, if it's like slippery wiener endurance, then it and this. I should have said it that way. I. If it's like holding on to a thing. I think Morgan has. Has an edge just because she's a lot stronger than Vince.
Matt
Oh boy.
Taryn Armstrong
But I don't want to know slippery wiener. I mean, really, if it were that Vince would have the advantage considering all of his showers.
Matt
Oh.
Taryn Armstrong
So I. But either way, we'll likely have some results for. For part one tomorrow. So we'll see about that.
Matt
Did you see Morgan pulling Vince like by his pants to like pull further out of the bed? It was. It was a little strange. She was just like trying to get him to put a face mask on and she like pulls him by his whole body. All of a sudden he's like laying at the end of the bed. There's clips online if you want to see, but maybe don't look.

Well, you can. You can also of course check out my book behind the mir@taranarmstrong.com. you can pre order the audiobook and still get some. There are very few days left to get signed copies specifically from the book Catapult, my local bookstore. The pre orders for that store will end on the 30th, so be warned there. But you still have some other options on the website as well if you want to order and you have not yet, make sure you do before the season ends because you're going to forget when Big Brother ends. You forget about me. You're not going to remember.
Matt
No. The postseason. You get out of here. But what if people already bought a book? Can they buy a book for, like, the rest of maybe, like, buy one for the house guests? You know how you can, like, gift a sub on Twitch on Twitch? Like, can you buy a book for these people so they can learn Big Brother history? Because they obviously need the education.
Taryn Armstrong
Certainly be nice. Yeah.
Matt
I mean, just send it off to them somehow. We'll figure that out. But yeah.
Taryn Armstrong
What are you up to?
Matt
Matt, make sure you're checking out our Dancing with the Stars coverage here on RHAP. We know. Dancingwithstars.com this week we had Big Brother alumni Tommy Bracco joined us and we talked about this week's double elimination. Some fun guests coming up as well. So that's been a lot of fun. And then I'm on the free agents podcast talking with Brian Scally about the challenge. Still two Big Brother contestants hanging in there, doing pretty well. And then we have the diary room podcast with myself and Iman Adwin talking Big Brother all season, all year long. So if you're looking for some Big Brother content in your off season, come check us out over there where we're trying to find the best player in Big Brother history. Six players at a time in every episode. It's been a lot of fun. And that's that.
Taryn Armstrong
All right, well, thank you all so much for joining us here today, and I will see all of you next time.
Matt
And Doug, here we have the limu emu in its natural habitat, helping people customize their car insurance and save hundreds with Liberty Mutual. Fascinating.
Taryn Armstrong
It's accompanied by his natural ally, Doug. Limu is that guy with the binoculars watching us. Cut the camera.
Matt
They see us. Only pay for what you need at libertymutual.
