Ouch. This knee is killing me. But I can't stop training. The marathon is in two weeks. Let's get on ZOCDOC and find a doctor to take a look at that for you. Okay, Here's a review. Dr. Craddock really takes his time. No, I don't have time. What about Dr. Charles? His patients say he can help find a quick fix and he's in network. Great. Now we're talking. Ah, book it. Booked. One mile down, 19 to go. Bring it on.

the drama, all the strategy and silliness from Phoenix to HOH every single season, you knew Joey is the reason you know what's happening. Rob said that he could do it tomorrow. He will do it again. Hello, everyone and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for July 26th. I'm your host Dar Armstrong and I'm here to update you on everything that happened yesterday on the big brother 28 live feeds. It was day 19 in the house and we had a veto competition with a new veto winner. We have more alliance plans and proposals and really more mess because there's a lot of this nonsense going on, betrayals in the works and plenty to talk about here today. And with me to talk about it all, it's Kirsten. How you doing, Kirsten?
A
I'm doing great, Taryn. Obviously we have a lot of strategy to get into, but we can also talk about our favorite subjects in school, what states we've been to and our plans for a road trip after this season.
B
You don't want to talk about our toenails?
A
I actually would hope that no one ever talked about their toenails again. There was entirely too much foot stuff happening yesterday and honestly, it felt personal after that Love island season.
B
Oh, boy. Oh, boy. Well, too much. Let's get into it then. Let's get into it. Of course, Kamu is the hoh. He nominated Lala, Lyric and Mallory for eviction. He plans to backdoor Jason if Jason doesn't win the veto himself, basically. And. And that's the main thing heading into the day. Of course, game talk is usually pretty muted until the veto competition is able to take place because who knows what will happen with it. We did get a little bit more game talk today, though, prior to the veto, primarily because of who the veto picks became. Haley and Jason were chosen to play in the veto and Lala chose Jason despite knowing that he was the backdoor target, which of course frustrates Ka.
A
Well, because Kamu's in charge and what he says goes. And nobody is allowed to mount any sort of opposition to him in any way because his word is final.
B
Well, it's just like, why would she do that? I told her that he was the target. Does she not understand that that's not good for her game? I, like, I had made a deal with him that he wouldn't use the veto. She wouldn't have even had the veto used on her.
A
The fact that he believes that Jason really would have not used the veto just tells you everything you need to know. Like, up until having any actual power, I was like, okay, well, like, I don't personally like Kamu or the things that he says, but it seems like he does have a good handle on things. He seems steady. He seems to really understand what he's doing. Then he made the noms like, yeah, you know, this. This makes sense with him as a logical person. But then just the way that he talks to people and that he. He literally assumes that he is the actual head of the household. Like, this is my. Follow my rules, which is obviously not the case. Like, part of big brother is that the people that you are attacking can try to get their licks back.
B
Yeah. I mean, thing is, I still think he's one of the more sensible players, and that's fun.
A
Honestly, that's. I'm having a great time,
B
so. So Jason and Haley are playing now. Prior to the veto pick, we actually Drew and Kamu doing a little bit of a download on the day before. The day before, of course, being that Jason was doing a lot of pitching, especially in the direction of Drew, he correctly was able to recognize that Drew is in fact Jason recognizing it more than Drew himself, that Drew is on the outs of the tool shed alliance. Of course, Jason doesn't know the name and that by pitching to Drew that, hey, you should come to our side and we can mount a resistance. We have the numbers because they kind of do. There is actually an opportunity here where, you know, there will be 15 or, you know, I guess 14 people left in the game and they will have eight and the other side will have six, and then they. And they all eight can compete next week and they just need to, like, band together. And so Drew seems to have heard some of this. Not in terms of thinking. He's actually on the bottom of the other side, but in terms of thinking, okay, I can actually work with Jason here. But he does tell Kamu about these pitches. He's going to tell Devins about them later as well. And Kamu tells Drew about Taylor's pitch the night before as well. Taylor, who had pitched an alliance to Kamu that included Mallory and Drew and Devins. And so. So they're both still keeping each other in the loop here. The handyman, as the day progresses, too. And the more I'm thinking about the house structure, this connection in particular, the handyman, I think, becomes even more important in terms of, like, whether it's going to hold because it's basically the one. To borrow Taylor's language tether, keeping that entire. Keeping Drew and Barrett, like, to that side, the one real one that's actually keeping that side with. With Drew.
A
Yeah. And it's the. I know it's been talked to death, but the whole Drew of it all is so frustrating because it's like they asked him to be a double agent and go to the other side and get information. He's done that very successful. He brings them so much information and they're like, wow, he's too well connected. Okay, well, then you should have been the double agent then. Like, what's wrong with you?
B
It is so really, at this point, like, the. The fairness of it or the truth of it is, is long gone. At this point, the game has moved on. There's no such thing as Drew is loyal to them and they don't believe it. It's genuinely just that, like, Drew is on the outs now. They've made other plans. Drew, they. There hasn't been a crossover meeting in weeks. At this point, they barely talk to Drew and Dev and Barrett, they have just moved on. And. And we'll talk about it a little later as well. But, like, it's. It's to the point where, like, now it's become true, sort of. They still overestimate the amount that Drew is aware and actively moving against them. But at this point, because they've let the relationship deteriorate so much, it's become like, yeah, you might as well actually kind of get rid of him at your earliest convenience.
A
Yeah, they. And this is the thing where you bring in, you know, players from, I guess the icons is what we're calling them for the season who are not. Well, D is known for being a very good game player. Obviously she played an amazing game on Survivor, but, like, Angela is a wild card in every sense of. Of the word. She is like the hot potato that could explode at any moment. And like, Rick Devins is a smart guy who logically understands these games, but we've never really seen him, you know, act in that, like, strategically optimal way either. And so I think when you bring in this specific group of three, it's just such a insane combination that it's. It was always going to result in some interesting structures and kind of sucks for Drew because he was put in this situation for really no reason, but now it's like, okay, get to work. Build something new, Drew.
B
He really, really does need to. More on that later, though. In the meantime, it's important to note that Drew, like I said, when talking to Jason, I think, really got the sense that he could work Jason in the game. And I thought Jason did a really good job of, like, convincing Drew of that. When Jason is picked for the veto, Drew and. And this is where Drew, again, just immediately messes up. I. I mentioned Drew and Kamu as, like, the one real connection left between Drew and the tool shed, but in Drew's mind, the one real connection he has is Devin's. That is not true. That is. That is not a true connection. The Kamu connection is relatively true. The Devins one, not so much. And that is his real downfall here. But he has the Dapper Dan with Devin and Yash, and he's walking with them, and he's. So I want to put you in Drew's mind here because I think it's useful for not only this, but how the vets are going to talk about him later. The. Drew sees the house as two sides. He sees the tool shed, which he feels very insulated within because he's got the crossovers within the tool shed, and within the crossovers, he's got himself, Barrett, and Devin's. That's an entirely imaginary structure for him at this point, but he does not know that. Then there's the other side of the house, which at this point is his much better bet. But he doesn't know that. And the other side of the house mostly consists of a bunch of random scattered people. You've got the trio of women, lyric, Mallory, Melody. You've got Lala and Taylor, and you've got Jason and like, Yash is with him in the middle with the Dapper Dans. And. And so Drew pitches to Yash and. And Devins when he's there. What if we get Jason if he wins the veto to veto Mallory off the block? Meaning we keep both Jason and Mallory in the game in order to make sure that that other side that's already really weak, they have at least a little bit of strength. We want to keep both sides at least a Little strong so that they continue to go to war, and us Dapper Dan's in the middle get to benefit. And Yash is like, yo, that's really smart. And Devin's is like, this guy. I don't know about this guy.
A
Yeah, it's too. It's too suspicious for someone to have good ideas at this stage of the game.
B
And. And I think more importantly, like, yeah, like, this is. This is a good idea. If Drew were in the position that he thinks he's in and. And Devin's is like, I don't want him to be in the position he's in. We're gonna talk about this later. But, like, Devin's has correctly, I think, identified that there are a lot of people who could not come up with an idea like that in this game. And. And he's starting to realize that if he's just able to take out the couple that are, things could go a lot smoothly. A lot more smoothly for him.
A
Yeah. Which, I mean, is what we need him to be doing, like, for if people are rooting for Devin's, which I just want to say up front, I'm actually, like, not really rooting for anyone. I'm rooting for mess, and then there's a select few that I'm rooting against, and I think that's a more fun way to watch Big Brother, honestly.
B
It certainly can be. Drew talks to Jason about this, would you be willing essentially to use the veto on Mallory? Jason is super down. Like, let's make this happen. We need the both of you on there. And Drew's, like, pumping Jason up about, like, let's. Let's take down the other side. Like, let's band together. He's really into this idea. He really wants to. To. To keep both Jason and Mallory. Melody also prefers Mallory stay even over Lyric at this point. This is a big shift in Melody. Melody, who really tanked her own game to distance herself from Mallory in the first week, now prefers Mallory to even Lyric. They've. They've just spent more time together. They've bonded more. Mallory's proven herself more in competitions, and so she would prefer for Mallory to stay as well.
A
I love this. Oh, this person has proven themselves in competitions when they've won one thing.
B
Like, she's the Pipe Queen. Chris, Kirsten, Kristen.
A
Well, the thing is, first of all, Pipe Queen is crazy, but I guess that is. I guess that's what we're calling her. That's her legacy. Like, again, that's one veto competition and nobody else playing. It seemed to understand it at all. So to me, that doesn't actually mean that much with regards to competitions. But I think this is a trap we get into every season where it's like, oh, this person won one competition. They're a threat. Oh, this person hasn't won. They will never be able to win. Which is absurd because a lot of these competitions are carnival games and random. And also a lot of the people that are being counted out are extremely physically fit.
B
Yes, it's. It does happen every season and it's always quite silly. But I think part to. To be a little fair to them, part of it is the fact that nobody else was able to understand that competition. They were like, this was an incredibly difficult thing. Nobody was able to get it except for her. So they really expect big things when it comes to her ability to understand competitions like that. The problem is there are very few Big Brother competitions that are actually hard to understand. They're usually very simple.
A
It's. And I gotta say that Veto was very similar to flash game from neopets.com so I'm confused why nobody understood how to play it.
B
Lala is going to talk to D and Angela, and Lala is. Is just kind of a little all over the place at the moment. She tells D and Angela that she's hearing people say that they are running the house. And when she says people, she means Jason. And. But so, like, why is she picking Jason for the veto and also, like, kind of ratting him out in the same breath? Like, I don't know. There's this whole subplot of, like, she talked to Chuck about a potential house meeting about, like, who's saying what. It doesn't really matter. It doesn't really go anywhere. But the point is that a lot of people are looking at Lala like, what is she doing right now? People already were kind of annoyed by her mostly because they feel like she's very. Like, they tell her to clean up after themselves, I guess. Amazing.
A
This is something I've really been grappling with because obviously, like, I'm watching and paying attention, but I'm not watching the feeds like you. Like, has Lala done anything to inspire the level of, like, ire that she's getting from basically everybody? Because I'm like, someone's keeping the house clean, feeding us. I don't understand having the animosity.
B
It's. This is. This is. I. I think. I mean, beyond just like, general probably, you know, feeling. I. I think that they. They really do look at her like a mom and like, for all of the good and bad that comes with that, like, they feel like she's nagging them to like, pick up, like, clean your room, do the dishes. And, and even though she's doing a lot of that work herself, that, that's just like a given. Like, of course she would. She's the mom. And so I, I think that's a large part. And on top of that, as per usual, as the like, quote unquote older house guest, she doesn't fit in with them as well. It's harder to relate all of that stuff. And so, and that's what Kamu was telling her the, the day before as well, when he was talking about how he's putting her up. He was saying, like, listen, I get it. These people are gross. You do all of the, the cooking and the cleaning. This is the other thing too. They actually don't like that she does a lot of the cooking. A lot of them are like, I wish we could like, cook for ourselves because they don't like her cooking or they would prefer to have something else. And so it's just, you know, it's, it's unfortunate, but on top of all of that, like I said, game wise, maybe a little all over the place. Never really connected with people game wise prior to this week because she was so focused on Mama's Angels. So I think that's another aspect of it as well.
A
I did forget that they don't like her food. That does add another layer to it.
B
That's us. So D and Angela go up to the gym. They're like, we're running the game. I guess
A
we're being played.
B
Yes. And Angela tells D. This is actually quite interesting and important because we mentioned this yesterday. Devins does not plan to tell anyone about the power. He intentionally did not tell Angela. He lied to her. Angela tells D. I think Devin has the power, but he's not telling us. And that's okay. He's doing it to protect us. And De's like, oh, man, I would, I would feel a little hurt if he didn't tell us. And just like, no, no, don't feel hurt. It's. It's, it's exactly fine. And, and so that's like stage one cleared. That is. That is the biggest obstacle. Angela already thinks he has it and thinks it's okay that he's not telling her. Stage two is never let her know that Dee already knew when she said this to her.
A
Yeah. And also, okay, that's stage one she's saying right now. Oh yeah, I don't want to know I'm being protected. That does not mean that when the power gets used or if she finds out about it from someone else that she is going to continue to feel like she was being protected. Like, you never know how Angela's going to react to like information.
B
That is true. I do think that the Devin's in particular will be able to be like, yeah, this was like a hidden immunity idol. I always keep those to myself, but I always use them for the benefit of the alliance. Like, you know, I feel like especially with Angela's attitude already in place like this, he probably can get away with as long as she doesn't like, poke and prod too much, which seems like she doesn't even want to. I think it seems like there's a decent chance he can actually get away with this. But again, very important that, that Angela never knows that he told D. That's. That's the key, I think here.
A
Yeah. And I don't know if that's actually gonna happen. Like, I, I'm just very concerned about how it will actually play out and how she will respond when she turns the truth.
B
Now they kind of do their thing. D and Angela, as they are want to do, which is get paranoid about a bunch of things. Do. Do you think Haley's trying to set us up? Do you think what. What is Barrett doing nowadays? What about Drew? And they have decided they want to because. So just to make this clear, we've been talking about this, the vets in general. And when I say the vets, it's mostly Angela and D. But. But Evans as well, to some degree. They want to lock in with Red Corner and basically ditch crossovers. Like crossovers is. Is dead. And they want to. To lock in with Red Corner. And in the process, you know, D has been even mentioning it. They would. She would love to backdoor Drew this week, but. But maybe just like expose Drew, make sure that Drew doesn't have any tendrils left in the remnants of Red Corner. They've already been working heavily on Haley and on Chuck. D has put out some feelers with Kamu, trying to. To sow some seeds of distrust with Drew with Kamu. And they want to like fully just unload the rest and just expose Drew and Barrett to them. Say they're playing the middle and, and that they should essentially be targets for them soon. And they want to like plan this meeting like tonight, like, or. Or sometime very soon to do this. And this is obviously a very large thing to happen. If it does so stay on the lookout.
A
I, I fear that they don't recognize the danger of Drew knowing how his position is with them because as long as Drew has the idea that he's with like that the tool shed is real and that that alliance is, is the real power structure, he's not going to go full send with the other side. But if they make it clear and they aren't getting him out, I think that makes Drew actually more dangerous because he has literally all of their information and could actually galvanize this other side which has not been like strictly aligned.
B
There's, there's a method to this in, in the big Brother, you know, strategy rulebook. When you have a player like this, a Matt Hoffman or something along those lines, you don't prematurely try to out them. You wait until the time to strike is, is nigh and then you backdoor them and unload all your information on them at the same time. They cry as they sit on the block. People kind of feel bad, but also like, wow, they really did it to themselves, didn't they? Holy shit. I didn't realize how much they were doing. And by the time anyone has any time to think about it, they've all voted that person out unanimously. That is the method. You don't on a week with plenty of days left when they're not even on the block try to do an expose a not even knowing who might win the next hoh. Like this is not, the timing is not right here.
A
No. And, and like if there was any possibility that comma would backdoor Drew instead, like, I still think you got to apply heavy pressure like on Monday rather than giving all weekend of lead time for Drew to work against it.
B
I, I, I somewhat agree with that. I think that like, if you wanted to do the Drew move, yeah, you should maybe not do it on Saturday night, maybe more like on a Sunday night. And, but, but the problem here is, as Devins has already told them, this is, is way too early, I think, to make them. There's Jason and Mallory are still issues for you. There's still a whole other side of the house you have to deal with. You don't have the numbers and without Drew and Barrett, you especially don't have the numbers. Where are you getting them after that happens? So it's just, it's, it's a bit messy. So let's see if they go through with it, I guess. So the feeds go down for the veto competition and remember, if Jason wins, he has already agreed he will take down Mallory, which would mean maybe somebody like Taylor goes up on the block and Lala would likely be the target there. Or, or who knows, maybe by putting up Taylor, it switches to Taylor or maybe it somehow goes to Lyric. There's all kinds of potential options with that. If Mallory wins, then again you have the situation where, sure, Jason goes up, but if he wins the blockbuster, now it's Lyric or, or, or Lala. Lots of potential situations to come from all of that. But none of those situations happen because Lyric wins the veto.
A
I. It's starting to look like Lyric is even more well rounded than what had already been starting to appear. Maggie gave a great outline yesterday of Lyric strengths in this game, which I wholeheartedly agree with. I guess I'm a lyricist because I'm excited for her.
B
Yes. This was, this was like a pickleball themed bowl. Bowl arena of some sort.
A
Yeah. So what we know is that there was a big pickle. So hopefully nobody lost their dignity on a slippery pickle. They're in tutus, which devastating for common reputation to uphold. And so, like, I think rather than being like Bowlerina, it was like pickle arena. Perhaps because everyone also is talking about how Lyric has played pickleball for five years and how that came in handy for the challenge.
B
It's. Yeah, it's. I. Who knows? Who knows? The point is it still functions similarly to how Bowlerina would Ballerina. Of course, the one where you spin around and then you have to like knock the. The pins down after running over. And the point of that structure is that you pick an opponent to face off against and it's one on one each time. Mallory immediately out of the gates picks Lala. Lala says, did you pick me because you thought I would be easy to beat? And Mallory says, yes, I did. Mallory later says that actually wasn't even the truth of it. The truth of it was that Lala winning the veto was the worst case scenario scenario for her. Because if Lala took herself off the block, Jason goes on the block, Jason wins a blockbuster. Now she's on the block against Lyric. That's the worst case scenario. She'd prefer for anybody other than Lala to win the veto because that would mean Lyric likely comes off the block and there's more of a chance Lyric or, you know, maybe even herself comes off the block rather than Lala. Lala on the block is better for
A
her in her mind, which, like, fair. But also, you wouldn't have picked her to go against yourself if you didn't think you could beat her. Like, let's be a little bit realistic here. If you were worried that Lala was going to be you, you would have left her for someone else to take out.
B
Well, it ultimately comes down to Mallory and Lyric, and Lyric ends up beating Mallory for the veto. Lyric now with the veto, will of course be using it on herself. And. And Jason, of course, is the planned backdoor target. So with Lala, Jason and Mallory on the block, we are still in a potentially interesting situation. That's mostly because Angela is really fond of Mallory and doesn't really want Mallory to go. Now, the thing is, Angela doesn't really want Lala to go either. So we'll have to see maybe if she has a preference. And we will pretty soon, I think. But on top of that, there are actually a lot of people interested in keeping Mallory around, even though she should be the de facto evictee, at least from the vets side of things. Mallory is the one of the biggest threats to the vets games. So Mallory or Jason leaving is really, really good for them. But. But there are a lot of people that might want Mallory to stick around. So a potential Jason winning The blockbuster Mallory vs. Lala vote is, I think, the primary amount of intrigue we'll have when it comes to the eviction.
A
Yeah, it doesn't look like we'll have anything more than that, unfortunately.
B
So speaking of, Dee is talking to Haley shortly after the feeds come back from the veto and Haley is talking about wanting Lala out, even over Jason. So Haley's a vote against Lala. That's not really going to change. But D is going to push back on at least the Jason angle. She tells Haley about the conversation she had with Jason the night before where he said that that if he sticks around that she should keep him around as a shield who can go after people like Haley, Chuck and Kamu for the vets. And Haley's like, what? He said that? Because remember, Haley has a good relationship with Jason. He's talking to her all the time and really playing up the idea that he's one of her numbers. Jason has been doing this generally and in fact is so surprised by this that she says, I think he's lying to you. I don't think he really means that. However, when Chuck comes up and joins the conversation details the same thing to Chuck. And Chuck goes, that's funny because he was just telling me that he. That I should keep him around so that he can go after the vets. And he's like, oh, look at him. And this is going to be DE's favorite story to tell for the rest of the day to help sync any hopes that Jason might have of getting any traction in. In this group.
A
Messy Boy.
B
This was a planned tactic from Jason. He just didn't. And he knew that these, these groups were working together. He was just kind of, I think, hoping that they wouldn't talk and that they would genuinely think, like in this sort of self interested way of, you know, the. The one side would think, oh, this is a potential benefit to me to go after the other side. And that was obviously a pretty big misread here.
A
Yeah, I mean, at the same time, I feel like D shouldn't have told them that Jason said that. And I think it was good for Chuck, once he hears about it, to also bring up that it was said to him. But like, yeah, you kind of want people who can take shots at people that you can't. So why are you telling those people about it?
B
Well, this is the misread. She doesn't want shots taken at Chuck, Haley and Camus. This is like their final six plans at the moment. And not that they'd actually go all the way to final six with them, but like, they would prefer if Jason had told and he doesn't know this, but if Jason had told D, listen, keep me around and I can go after the people you don't want to go after, like Drew and Barrett. I think she would have been like, oh, she would have been like, oh, I love it.
A
No, not that. The audio will never die. Hey, it's here forever. And yeah, that is true. I just, in my. I think I want what Jason pitch to be what they want, you know, so badly that I'm willing to overlook the mistake.
B
So Drew, for his part, still wants Mallory to stay. He is gonna back off of, you know, trying to keep Jason. But the idea would be Jason's a bit of a lost cause. But if Jason wins the blockbuster, Drew also wants Mallory to stay. He campaigns for it. He talks to Angela about it. And funny enough, Drew and Angela are actually like almost entirely on the same page about their eviction preferences. This week. Angela is actually also fully on board to keep Mallory over both Jason and Lala. And she tells Mallory as much as, well, she tells Mallory, I've got you even over Lala. And so that's interesting because that's not really the same page, as we'll soon find out, as Devin's.
A
Yeah, Devins and D talk about Mallory and how, like, they just don't feel as strong of a connection as Angela does with Mallory. And I D is like, I just can't be soft with Mallory the way that Angela can be, which I think is a little strange. Like I feel like D does have those tools in her, in her toolbox. And I, I think she just doesn't want to. I guess.
B
I, I mean thinking about it, there really aren't that many. And she mentions the Angela little motherly with her as well, which is another angle that she can't take. But, but D D like thinking about it. D really doesn't show a soft side that often. And like when she's talking with people that I can think of. So, you know, maybe that is, maybe there's something that she's, you know, that a tool that she doesn't have in her tool shed. But there's, there's some drama that becomes important later. So I'm going to set it up now. But there's not going to be a big payoff now, which is that there's this talk about including Angela officially in the red corner that will officially bring Angela in. Because this is the group that is really starting to, to, to like come together and solidify. It's the red corner without the crossovers, without the tool shed. And so because of all that talk, we're. We're talking about bringing Angela in officially. Kamu, though vetoes this says, no, I don't think Angela should be in the red corner. I think we should keep it to the core five. Angela is in orbiter. She's like somebody on the outside of this. She's with us, but she should not be in the core of the group. And so there's initially some talk that like, okay, what if we rebrand? What if we bring Angela in and we. This was, this is a good idea. What if we, what if we call it the blue corner with Angela and we still have the red corner without Angela?
A
I like, okay, yeah, fine. I mean, I don't think they should be trying to bring Angela into a previously named alliance from week one that she wasn't made a part of anyway. Like she knows it exists, whatever. But like you still don't bring someone in to now be the sixth and your six person alliance, just form a new six person alliance. Yeah, absolutely. Why would you call it the blue corner? What are we doing?
B
It's, it's like the alliance that. I never remember the name of that Memphis did the gentleman or whatever it was
A
that like gentleman's agreement or some. I don't know.
B
No, it was something, something that she that Christmas was like, but I'm not a man.
A
Oh, yeah. Oh, I don't know.
B
I talk about it all the time. I never remember the name. The wise men. Thank you.
A
The wise man.
B
Well, they wise guys wise guys.
A
Well, they weren't all guys and they weren't all wise. So.
B
Yeah. So that's the setup. It'll pay off later, I promise. In the meantime, D and Devins finally have like a lengthy one on one conversation. They don't have many of these and I thought it was very interesting because number one, D is an entirely different human being when she talks to Devins and when she talks to Angela like they are. If you told me that there was a twin twist and that there was one twin that only talks to Angela and one twin that only talks to Devin's, I would believe you. I would say, okay, Davon, you, you clocked it. It's. It's very interesting to me. Number two, Devins is really has his head on straight here. In my opinion. He has really clocked the direction that the game should go for them and, and is really looking very dangerous in the game because on top of all of that, he's got this diamond power of veto in his pocket.
A
Yeah.
B
He basically tells D as long as Jason or Mallory leave this week, it's a great week for us. And Drew and Barrett, they're dangerous. Yes. The red corner, way more easily persuaded. I'd rather keep around people like Yash, who doesn't really know what he's doing, than people like Drew and Barrett long term. And he basically outlines the direction of this game that is that says we lose Jason or Mallory this week as one of the. The people who are threatening on the other side who can win competitions. We start taking a look at Drew and Barrett in the near future, but not quite yet because they are, while useful to us now long term threats. They are the smarter kind of like think up ideas kind of people that will turn on us if they realize that they're not in a good place position. And we keep around the Chucks and the Haley's and the Yashes and. And unfortunately for Taylor, Taylor's one of the smarter people, especially with these alliance pitches that she's making. Although there's more to talk about with that later in the day and you know, it's not like rocket science but you know, as Mallory might be able to do but, but it's good strategy. It's good basic strategy. And this is where turning on somebody like Drew makes a lot of sense. It's not like, oh, I'm worried that he's secretly plotting behind my back. I don't really even think he is. He's just too potentially good at this game and has too many connections to leave completely alone and let him go into an end game. Which does make a lot of sense. And if the game goes in the direction that Devins is outlining, I think they're gonna be doing pretty well.
A
Yeah, absolutely. I do just want to say on the D acting differently with Devins and Angela front, I think that it is potentially more intentional than it might seem because I think by going down all of the kind of paranoia rabbit holes with Angela, it makes Angela feel that D is super locked in with her and it's kind of keeping Angela size away from the extremely strong duo of Devins and D and the survivor first situation, like so far. And knock on wood, you know, you never know. D is the only person who's able to really be close to Angela and Angela is not immediately suspecting of her kind of double dealing, even though D is the one who actually has the strongest other connection besides Angela of anyone. So I think, you know, there's a lot of people saying, oh, I think D is stupid. I think D is bad at this game. I. I think that D is, is doing something on a kind of higher wavelength than what we're necessarily looking at.
B
My own personal theory is that D is method with, with Angela in the sense that she does get sucked in a little bit. Like, she does kind of fall into Angela's ways.
A
But.
B
But the second she talks to Devin's, she's like, all right, this is, this is where. This is where the truth is. This is like, this is good reality, good strategy. And, and the ability to do that is actually very valuable in the game because it does completely give Angela everything she wants while still being able to pull her head out of the water when she talks to Devins and sort of like angle herself correctly. That said, again, I do think that she is like fully with Angela. Maybe not fully, but like she is with Angela in those moments. We've seen her, we've seen her make mistakes based on Angela's logic. We've seen her like go down that path. She just is capable, I think, of, like I said, sort of like getting her head above water when she talks to somebody like Devin's to. To kind of keep her in going in the right direction. But. But the ability to go down deep I think is necessary to keep the, the everything running properly.
A
If she wasn't doing it. Angela would be running around this house talking about how D and Devins are a tight duo. They're never going to turn on each other and we have to get them out.
B
She'd be doing it with Haley instead or someone, you know, like it would be. It would be a mess. So it's working very well for them. The other thing that Devins of course talks about is the power. He clarifies the diamond power veto more. Again continues to explain it in detail, which again, production would tell him to correct if it were not true. So all of this is very likely true. We'll find out tonight on the episode as well. I'm sure he. He does recognize. He's like, I was thinking the way they've set it up, this is so stupid. Like they're gonna know that I have it. Like I can deny that I got it this week, but there's like four more powers. So what? I'm gonna have to deny that I get it every subsequent week as well. Like, oh yeah, they're mad at you because of Rome. And this week also still, I guess I'm really hated the following week. Man, everyone has been expecting me to get a power, but I still. Still haven't gotten one. Oh boy. Like, he can't. When we talked about this, he can't deny that he eventually can't deny that he got a power, especially if he uses it. He can't even deny when he got a power. Everyone will know exactly how long he's been lying to them. But he's like, whatever. I'm just. I'll just keep denying it. Who cares?
A
Yeah. Deny, deny, deny. And then he will put on a show when the time is right. That is the Rick Devins way. Yeah.
B
So Drew talks to Barrett and says that he actually does kind of want Lala to stay because Haley hates her so much and she causes so much mayhem in the house. But. But ultimately Mallory staying is the priority. Barrett agrees. And. And they talk about what. Who they believe has the power. They believe that Devins doesn't have it. And they also talk about. Drew says if I got the power, I would only tell you. And Devin's. They still trust Devins way too much. And it's. It's becoming clear that Devin's is the real glue holding them in. Like if. If they didn't have Devins because. Because Angela and D went off and stopped talking to them and have been on this whole. Devins is the only one still talking to them, still making them feel good. And I Do think that the whole veto situation the previous week should have been a major red flag, was a big mistake from Devin's. They did not pick up on it. At least Drew, you know, who should have didn't, and they still fully trust Devin's and he is the reason why they are still locked in and not completely just, like, trying to. To flip off to another side at this point.
A
Yeah. The other day, Drew literally was like, I'm only. I'm just 22 years old. Like, I'm not gonna have any real friends after this. I wouldn't be friends with anyone. He goes, oh, well, except Evans. I'll have one friend after this. And that really just kind of goes to show how close Drew feels to Devins.
B
So Kamu and Devins are going to talk a bit. Common talks to Devin's about Taylor's alliance pitch the night we have been talking about. This is particularly important because there's more of that pitch coming very soon. Basically, though, Devin is like, man, because Taylor's pitch was Devin's, Kamu, Mallory, herself, and Drew. And Drew, because Kamu kind of vouched for Drew to be like, well, maybe Drew should be in this, and she agreed. But when Kamu tells Devins about it, Devins is like, man, Drew's in, like, every alliance. Huh? And I do think this, along with some of these seeds that she's been planting, is starting to get Takamu a little bit. And he even says, like, yeah, you know, I do have, like, an unofficial thing with him and Mallory. Or, sorry, him and Melody. So. So, you know, the. The. The poking and prodding I think is starting to chisel away at this Kamu and Drew connection. And I think some of the proof of that comes slightly later. But first Haley has to talk to Kamu because she was just talking to Angela and she might have told Angela about Red Corner.
A
Yeah, just, you know, let it slide. My bad. I told her.
B
Whoops. Oh, sorry.
A
Classic mistake.
B
I thought. I thought I had the go ahead.
A
But what's so crazy is, like, because it's. It's not, like, actually relevant to anything, but, like, Haley yesterday is talking about how she's on her period and she's uncomfortable. Kamu's, like, asking, I think, Melody, like, oh, are you on your period too? Like, he's got this weird view. I think Haley literally could have been like, I have period brain. Sorry. And Kamu would have accepted that as a reason for why this mistake happened.
B
Oh, yeah. So, yeah, I guess. I guess so. So, yeah, sorry.
A
Yeah, like, Again, and not that that's a real thing by any means, just to be so clear, but I really think that like, Kamu could be like the gym teacher where you just say you have cramps to get out of anything and he would accept that as an excuse.
B
A great read.
A
Like, it's, it's so good. Like it's so irrelevant and like. But I think this is maybe the only person in the world where you could use your period for game talk.
B
Was pretty clearly annoyed because Angela's not supposed to know about Red Corner and now she knows about Red Corner, but this is still not quite the payoff of all of this yet. Although it is pretty funny. Angela now knows about Red Corner. We. Oh, she already knew about Red Corner, of course. But. But before we continue that story, Taylor is going to give a lengthy pitch to to Devin's about her alliance idea. And this time she's brought some M and Ms.
A
The M M's are back, baby. Now it's Big brother.
B
Yes. So Taylor is going to outline to. To Devin's how she sees the game. And let me, let me see if I can try to, to help outline this for you as well. She, she throws together the cool kids. Let me, I'll just move some people.
A
Oh, my God, look at this. The technology happening in real time.
B
She says she sees the house in trios and she lays them out in vertical lines and she says there's the cool kids trio. Then you've got the icons. You've got so cool kids, of course, Kamu, Haley and Chuck. The icons, Angela, Devins and D. Then you've got Barrett, Drew and Yash, kind of like the bro y middle people. Then you've got herself and Jason who got stuck together.
A
Oh, no.
B
Herself, Jason and Lala. And then you've got the Littles, Melody, Mallory and Lyric. Right. So these vertical lines of trios. And so what she wants to do is take one person from each trio. So take Kamu, take Devins, take, you know, Drew initially herself and Mallory and say, okay, these people at the top are in an alliance. And then each person from that alliance has a tether. And this is essentially like a parachute. Like people keep getting stuck together.
A
Oh, my goodness. Yeah, it's. This is literally Taylor's game plan from the preseason, except instead of three teams, it's five teams because it's based on the actual kind of structures that are loki happening in the house. She has a. She has a plan. She wants to execute it and she will continue pushing it.
B
So, so each person has a tether. It's sort of like a little bit cookout esque. Everyone loves to talk about the cookout. And, and so she pitches this idea to Dev. She says nobody would see these people together. We're taking like the most level headed people from each trio and we're happy to like take out one of our She's. And listen, I, I recognize. I fully rec. I'm. I'm losing my tethers right away. Like, I'm losing Lala, I'm losing Jason. They're kind of like the, you know, the, the, the worst tethers of the, of the whole crew because Lala's all over the place and Jason's like, you know, one foot out the door. So. So she's got this idea. Devin's pushes back a little bit on Drew. He says, you know, I, I like Drew. She's like, she's like. Because Devin's is like not trying not to say much obviously. Right. And Taylor's picking up on that. And so she's like. And Drew seems like you're not liking Drew. Seems like you're not liking Drew in this a lot. You know, I know. I got nothing against Drew. I got nothing against Drew. I just feel like Drew and because Drew was. Drew has too many people that Drew has. Drew has. Sure. Yash is a tether. He's also got Melody and he's also kind of got Barrett. And now all of a sudden, does Drew start to outnumber us if we're not careful? She's like, that's a good point. That's a good point. I was talking to Kamo. Kamo seemed to want Drew. It seems like you don't want Drew. He's like, I'm not, I'm not anti Drew. I'm just, I'm just pointing it out. I'm just pointing it out. And, and there, you know, there was some talk about Lyric as well. And, and so, you know, they are talking through this idea and she's like, who do you want as a tether? I don't know. Seems like you don't want to tether. I don't know if I need one.
A
I. It's just like, I love that Taylor's thinking that she's trying to build structures that she's trying to build structures that will work. She's really putting the cart before the horse here because, like, look at this group of five people that she's suggesting. Have those five people ever been in a conversation in their lives, let alone actually wanting to work Together. Like this structure of alliance works when the main people all trust and want to go to the end with each other and are understanding that that will happen. Like obviously with the cookout they had a greater mission that bonded them closely together. But even when you go back to any other like onion type structure that we've seen, it's because the core really trust each other and want to work together and it tends to form quite quickly. Three weeks in with five people who've never spoken in their lives is just to me not something that's actually built to last.
B
What Devin says later is like, it's a bit late to be making an alliance like this. Which is not necessarily true. But. But I think the. The key here is, and we mentioned it yesterday, it's like it's the selection of people and Devin's being like the number two on her list of people to go to is the biggest mistake here. Devin's already has a wonderful setup. Drew's inclusion would be a mess. I mean, really, all of Drew, Yash and Barrett are a bit of a mess. Maybe Yash is actually the best inclusion here, but she doesn't like Yash as a person to include because he's too messy. Devin's pushes back on Drew, so she says what about Barrett instead? So we. They kind of swap out Drew for Barrett. Functionally, this doesn't really make a difference because Barrett will probably just tell Drew and Drew already has been told by Kamu about the possibility of this alliance. Again, there's talk about lyric, especially with this veto win and. And so they go back and forth. In my opinion, Devins is not giving much in this conversation. If I were Taylor, I would be very worried about how low energy Devin's is in response to this pitch. But, you know, it is what it is. I really, I do really like Taylor. I really feel like this is on a theoretical level a really fun idea. Of course it is reminiscent of plenty of ideas in the past. But like, I don't even hate that she's pitching it because you might as well. Again, I talked about this yesterday. You might as well pitch these kinds of things when you are in the position that you're in. Like, it's. It's not bad for you to have Devin's and Kamu thinking that you. You believe that you are in an alliance with them. But she is saying things like, you know, like, oh, yeah, Angela and D, they're kind of running the show right now. So, you know, it's good for us that Mallory wants to go after them and you know, things like that where it's just like, it's just a little too much information to an already established structure. Usually how you would build this out is like you don't need to give your whole game plan away. It's, it's a little bit better if it's just like hey Devin, I'm feeling really good with you and Kamu. Who else do you think we should pull in? You know, I think sort of the, the, the master plan of it all is usually something that you can come with later once you've already established a good trusting working relationship and, and you can have it in your own head. But, but I do think that this is probably more likely to get her in trouble with Devin's than anything else. Now it's been noted but Devins has not told D about this pitch yet and they theoretically had an opportunity to. We'll talk about it soon. I personally don't think that that's a huge indication of much. I think that there were just more important things to talk about in that conversation. I could be wrong about that. But you know, I, I, it's, it's also the sort of thing of it like I mean of course he's going to continue to say yes but I, I think he's probably thinking wow, Taylor is really smart and somebody that I do need to keep an eye on.
A
Yeah, he's making his list of people that are understanding the strategy of the game that he can then be targeting to make his own path easier. So a little bit scary for Taylor but I would so much rather someone be out here pitching ideas that are maybe a little bit not fully thought out rather than just accepting the structure of the house and just being out of it. So love this, I love this.
B
This is, this is so much better in my opinion from Taylor than doing nothing. Yeah, I, I do like even if it gets her a little bit in trouble or whatever, I still prefer this to like well I hope things work out like she's trying and some of the people that she talks to might this might actually take with and more importantly if she actually some power like then things could really start to take off. So you know, again I, I, I like this. I don't necessarily think it's going to work of course because of the position that she's in and the position that Kamu and Devins are in. But, but I do, I do like it and I find it interesting.
A
Again if Taylor wins HOH on Thursday then suddenly this, the tethers or whatever they decide to call, you know.
B
Right. So Devin's goes and talks to or doesn't go and talk to Kamu comes up and she gives the pitch to Kamu as well. And it's so funny because Kamu is so different with her than Devin's is. Devin's was so low energy and unengaged with the conversation in my opinion. Whereas Kamu was very engaged. Like she lays out the M M's and he's like, first of all, I love this. This is so cool and interesting, the M M's. The way you've set this up. I think it's, it's such a great. I hadn't even thought of the house and trios like this, but you're so right. And so at first I was like, man, Kama's a lot better at feigning interest. But then he goes off on like a 20 minute tangent about how annoyed he is that Lala chose Jason at the veto bank.
A
Well, because she knew that Jason was the backdoor target, so why would she do that? Why?
B
And then like after I swear it was like 20 minutes, she's finally like, so back to the M M's. Oh yeah, yeah. And she finishes the pitch. So she says Devin's didn't love the. As she's pitching the idea. Kamu actually says the thing about these people is that, you know, showmances are dangerous. I don't like showmances. I worry if Drew has to pick between us and Melody, like who is he gonna pick? And she says, that's so funny. That's exactly what Devins was saying. And so all of a sudden Kamu is now very much on board to leave Drew out of this group, which is probably one of the more important things to take note of in this entire situation. As I said, that's the one actual real connection left between Drew and the rest of that group. So. So all that's happening, they both, you know, Kamu and Devin's pretend at least to Taylor that they are on board with this. And. And the night continues. And the night continues in an interesting way. I've been teasing this red corner, blue corner stuff, it finally pays off, especially with what D and Angela were saying before as well where D was and Angela were talking about potentially trying to blow up Drew because again, this is the direction of the game. Red corner plus vets against the other side of the house. With Drew and Barrett actually on the other side of the house but not realizing it. That is where things are currently set up. And that's where D and Angela are, like, looking to push more into. And Angela is talking about how Haley told her about Red Corner. And she says that she's like, so I was thinking I should tell Haley about crossovers. Gotta reciprocate. And Devin's goes, you're freaking me out, Angela. What do you mean? What do you mean, tell them about crossovers? That's you're not gonna do that. That's you're not gonna do that. And she says, well, yeah, I just feel you gotta reciprocate the information, you
A
know, you gotta, you gotta say something.
B
No, I, I feel like that's not, not a good idea actually. And she says, well, but I mean, Drew and Barrett are gonna blow it up anyway. Like, we need to get ahead of it because if they find out without us telling them first, they're gonna not trust us anymore. And he's like, that's not happening for weeks, right? She's like, weeks. We're kind of thinking like tonight. No, no, no, no, no. I feel like perhaps for weeks. Here's the thing. Here's the thing, Angela. I feel like going after them right now makes no sense. Like, we are in hot water if we lose them right now. They still, they have a ton of information to, to dump against us and they have a lot of numbers right now. We don't have the. If this just becomes an all out war, we, we are the ones in the minority. And Dee's like, yeah, I'm with Devin's on this one.
A
And just like, was this the same conversation where Angela's like, well, I just told her about, like, the vets are working together, but I'm worried that she's gonna find out about the larger alliance. Okay, thank you.
B
She says, I, I already, like, what I told her was about us. I told her that the vets, like, have a thing, but I was thinking we should also share about the crossovers. And there was like a side journey as well where it was like, well, but you can't tell them and then they'll be pissed at us. And she said, well, if I told them I consulted with you and that we agreed to tell you about the crossovers, no, this is not a good idea. And so Andrew's like, well, at least should we at least like, have a, like a meeting where we, like, lock in more officially with Red Corner. And Devin's like, I, I think we've, I think we've already done a lot of work for that. I don't think that we need to, like, have A specific conversation. And D, again, backs up Devin's here. Like, I. I agree. I think we've already done a lot of work. I don't think we need to. To beat a dead horse here. I think that things are already going well, and. And we should probably, like, slow. Slow our roll a little bit. And. And so Angela kind of reluctantly backs down off of this. But. But this is like, the big thing that we've kind of been waiting for, which is Angela and Dee's paranoia spiral being introduced properly to Devin's, who's like, whoa. And for now, Angela, like, again backs down. But I'm curious to know if this has any impact on her moving forward. The fact that D backs up Devin's here, the fact that they're shooting down her ideas. We've seen this be an issue for her before, so, you know, interesting.
A
And the thing is, I. And I have this in common with Angela, so it's said with nothing but love. Angela loves to beat a dead horse. That's, like, one of her favorite things to do. So it's a. It's a little troubling to be like, no, no, no, we can't beat a dead horse because she wants to.
B
Yeah. And so here's the thing as well. To my knowledge, we did not actually see the conversation between Angela and. And Haley where, like, this kind of went down. We sort of saw the aftermath of it and Haley apologizing to. To Kamu about it. So I don't really know exactly what Angela told Haley now, if she had told her about the crossovers, I think we know, but. But, like, there was a world where all this red corner, blue corner, Haley leaks. The red corner stuff, like, ended with the crossovers getting exposed. That, like, we were this close.
A
It was very, very close.
B
And. And Angela, luckily for Devins, went to Devin's first. And this is again where I'm like, Devin's is really the glue right now holding this together. He's completely correct, of course. I think that he has the completely correct read on the situation. They cannot go against Drew and Barrett yet they still have them locked in. In a spot that is bad for Drew and Barrett. They're going to work around the edges, pick off some of their numbers, deteriorate some of the relationships that they have with Red Corner, like, with Kamu, like, what Devins and D are doing with Kamu, and then when the time comes to strike, when they have the power to do so, they dump everything they have. They take Drew out and. And what they're left with is a bunch of scattered pieces that them plus the red corner can pick off. And they're just, they're in a very good place at that point. So no, they shouldn't trust Drew. They shouldn't bring Drew with them to the end of the game. But also no, we shouldn't start a war with him right now. And he thinks there's. He's still good with them and doing so would be very dangerous for them. They don't have the numbers and. And they don't even have the power to do anything right now. And so this again D fully on Devin's side here. He and Devin's talk privately after Angela leaves. He's like, what is she doing? Indeed like I know, I know. And so, so they connect there. This is when Devins does not tell her about the Taylor thing. But again they were kind of busy talking about other stuff. This is all taking place in the backyard. They're playing pool. There's like other people around. They're like kind of try to keep it hush hush kind of thing. So interesting conversation.
A
It's actually so crazy. And this could be like the. Potentially the one thing that really hurts the. The trio of the icons because I do not think like I think Los Angeles really thought about this. She is not going to be happy that he didn't take her side and that she was siding with Devin's.
B
And here's. Here's the kicker, right? D mentions to Devins we also need to talk about the vote because we might be in the middle here. And they agree to like hold off on that conversation for now. But that is a potential problem. Devin's and D agrees recognizes that taking out Jason or Mallory is best for their game because it is. But Angela wants to keep Mallory and there's a lot of votes going on right now. If. Let me. I can. I can try to illustrate again here briefly. Move.
A
Move the faces. I love this.
B
So votes to. Let's just say to keep. Let's votes to keep Mallory. If we. If we lock them in in a spot like would potentially Jason will leave off for now. But if D and Devin and Drew and Barrett and Lyric and like even somebody like Yash who has agreed to this and Taylor and Haley, all of these people want to keep Mallory over Lala and Angela. And so it's. It's just like so sorry everyone's getting
A
stuck again and now it's just a clump of people. This is like if the M M's melted Taylor's bra.
B
And so if, if Devin's and D wants to take out. To take out, like, Mallory instead and vote to keep Lala, they have to counteract all of these other votes of people who are more interested in keeping Mallory and taking out Lala. And maybe Taylor goes with them if they can get Taylor on board. But, like, melodies over here, they have to pull Haley. I think they probably can get Haley, but if Angela's over here, maybe Chuck's over here. And it's. Again, it's looking like a pretty tight vote here. Lyric is over here, and that's like a 6, 6 vote. And Kamu's breaking the tie. But except I left Jason out. Jason comes down. Who knows where Jason goes between Lala and Mallory at this point. So, like, this is a tight vote, and if Devin's in D want to take out Mallory, they. They might have to do a lot of work. They're gonna have to persuade Drew and Barrett and all of this theoretically against what Angela wants. So given that they just turned her down on this one, if they're both in lockstep in this vote against Mallory, that could also be an issue for. For this whole situation. So. So number one, things are actually looking kind of decent for Mallory here. Against Jason, she stays. And against Lala, she actually has a much better shot than you would have assumed. But number two, that means that Devin's and D have to lose a war or a battle to evict her in a spot where evicting her is very good for them. Leaving Mallory and Jason both in the game is very bad for them. Like, it. I mean, it's very bad in the sense that, like, they still have a diamond power of veto and they're in a very incredibly good position, and it's probably not a big deal, but, like, it's way better if Mallory leaves than Lala, but they might have to give up on that if they can't convince Angela otherwise or whatever. So that is the intrigue of the week. As I said, this eviction boat.
A
Yeah. And I feel like it's not locked regardless of who wins the blockbuster. Like, if Jason wins, it's not locked. If Mallory wins, I don't think it's locked. If Lala wins, it's not locked. Like, I think truly any of the three could go home, and it just depends on how much D and Devins are going to push and exert their will to get who they want voted out.
B
Yes. And. And like I said, I think that it's all kind of leaning. Like, I think if all else were Equal right now, if were a vote between Mallory and Lala, I think it would be almost. Almost unanimous. Mallory stays. And so that's an issue that I think Devin's indeed can change. I think they have the influence and the numbers to change that if they want, because that's against Kamu's wishes as well. Kamu wants Mallory out before Lala, but if that means they have to work against Angela, it might not be worth it. So that's. That's the interesting stuff to look at the rest of the night. It's mostly some light talk about house structure and the votes again. Drew, Barrett, Melody, all talking about keeping Mallory talking about the house structure, joking around. There's toenail stuff. And then late into the night, very late into the night, Drew and Mallory, Melody are talking for a long time, for hours, late into the night. This is getting, I would say, more and more locked in. They spent most of the day together, period. Like, they are smitten, in my opinion.
A
It's cute. They're. I. I find them to be very buzzy. I like. I like to see it. I. Again. And it doesn't even really matter to me if it's like a real relationship or they just think each other's cute or whatever. Like, I think it's cute. I like to see it. And they talk like, they like talking game, but they also are just, like, really getting to know each other as well.
B
It's honestly like they. They talk plenty of game. Yes. But, like, it's a lot of personal.
A
Yeah.
B
Stuff.
A
It's like the stuff that they're talking about. Like, I think it was yesterday when Drew is like, oh, yeah. I don't, like, deeply get to know people. Like, I think of myself as a surface level person, which I feel like is the kind of. Kind of insecurity you share when you really like someone and you're trying to, like, maybe change your patterns and get to know them a little bit deeper.
B
Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, again, I would say, again, that's part of why he's slipping with Kamu, if he is. I think Kamu was seeing him hang out with Melody all day, and then they both stayed up later than anyone else. This is, like, really starting to put a little bit of a damper on Drew's game. And Drew, I hope, should recognize as a fan of the show that if you want to play the showman's game, you have to start winning competitions. And so that's. That's really the only thing that can get him out of this hole. In my opinion, because he is looking rough for Drew.
A
Yeah, he. He need. Drew needs to win hoh stats. Like, he really, really needs it. Other than that, the only things I would like to bring up from yesterday is at one point, Haley tells D, like, oh, I think, like, Kamu has a crush on you, basically. And D is just like, WTF?
B
What?
A
Like, we've never talked like that. And I DS response was funny. I literally LOL'd. And then I don't think it's news that Haley has, like, a very kind of foul energy towards some of the other house guests at times, but she really was outlining her plan to emotionally isolate Jason. Like, don't even get rid of him, but we will emotionally isolate him. For.
B
She uses the actual words emotionally isolate.
A
Really crazy. The words that come out of Haley's mouth pretty much on a daily basis. There's at least one thing where I'm like, hello. Like, I think it was on Friday when she was like, oh, I would be, like, so scared to have, like, daughters, because what if one's ugly and one's hot? Like, what are you. Like, what are you talking about? Like, she just says, like, the most absurd thing. She said that you.
B
I know you thought I didn't. I didn't hear that one.
A
I. Okay, well, I, I'm pretty sure I, like, I, I, I didn' it about it.
B
I believe you.
A
It's just, she said it. Like, she says it just took me off guard. She said that, and it took me off guard, too, when I saw it. Like, she says the craziest things. She has really foul energy. The way she talks about Lala is crazy. The way she talks about Mallory is crazy. The. And then she, like, I don't know. I can't get into the full extent of how foul she is, but, like, she literally said the words, we will emotionally isolate him. And all I could think of was Big Brother 18 when Paulie's like, So I decided to rattle her. But, like, imagine if he was like, I decided to emotionally isolate her. Like, it's crazy.
B
Yeah. Yes. Good. Good color commentary here because, yeah, there's. It's definitely useful to, to keep, keep reminding people, I think, because, like, I think people understand that, like, Haley does stuff. And people don't like Haley very much in the house sometimes, but, but always good to, to sprinkle in some reminders about what she's doing and saying.
A
I think she says crazy stuff. And there was, like, a little bit yesterday of Angela and D kind of turning their paranoia towards Haley A little bit.
B
Nothing has ultimately so hot and cold with her.
A
Yeah. Like nothing has really come of that. It makes sense that they're hot and cold with her because again, the way she acts is so wild. Like, it's understandable to me why people would not like her. So it's, it's tough.
B
Yes. All right, well, that is what we have for you then today for the live feed update. I'll be back tomorrow morning, 11am Eastern to update and everything that happens today on the big brother 28 live feeds. I'll be live tonight on patreon, Twitch and YouTube watching tonight's episode. I'll also be back here on the podcast tonight recapping tonight's episode of Big Brother 28. Plenty of fun stuff on the way. Tomorrow we'll have the round table and, and that's. I, I think the main thing again to look forward to here is the Mallory La La vote I think is key. Keep an eye on, on Angela and this Devin's D thing and, you know, then the rest of it as well. Keep on top of all of it. Kirsten, where what are you up to?
A
I. Yes. So you can listen to Mass Magnets or myself and Sasha Joseph are talking pop culture, celebrity gossip, trending topics. We are sprinkling in some kind of color commentary on Big Brother this season, mostly like the messy stuff. You know, you've got Taryn for all of the strategy, but Taryn didn't even catch Haley saying she's worried about having an ugly daughter. We've got that covered on mess magnets. You know, that's the kind of stuff over there. And we do have a Patreon for Mass magnets as well. Patreon.com mess magnets and you can follow me on social media at. Kirsten said what? That's everything but Twitter, Instagram threads, Blue Sky, TikTok, Twitch, all of it. And over on Twitch tv, slash, Kirsten said, what? I'm about to start a new cozy game where you're a cat working in a post office. So definitely come check that out. It's going to be really fun.
B
All right, well, thank you all so much for joining us here today and I, we'll see all of you next time.

Haley is repeatedly noted for wild, sometimes “foul” comments and her plan to “emotionally isolate” Jason.
D and Devins’ Control:
Mallory, Lala, and Jason:
Wild Cards & Mess Predictions:
The Day 19 feeds see the house strategically recalibrating after Lyric’s Veto win, with multiple alliances crumbling, rebuilding, or hiding in plain sight. The upcoming eviction vote remains uncertain, as the veterans (especially Devins and D) work double-time to protect their position while managing Angela’s impulse to overplay. Wildcards like Taylor continue making inventive pitches, while Drew’s showmance threatens his already tenuous position.
As always, the game’s volatility keeps all options open—Taran and Kirsten urge viewers to “watch for the mess” in the votes ahead, the simmering vet drama, and how quickly loyalty can shift in the Big Brother 28 house.
