It would be crazy if you didn't show up. And perhaps even more special because America and I have a great bond, but Zach and I are blood. We have my brother, the contestant on the 42nd season of Survivor and the first season of Squid Games, the Challenge, Zachary Wurttenberger. What's up, Zach?

Thank you for having me, Corey. I had such a great time covering Genius Game with you and I'm even more excited to be doing yet another Doom show, which I. I got to watch for the second.

Here's the question, Zach. I have two questions. First one, without going into too many specifics, because I don't think people care about the Genius Game uk. What do you think is a better product? The Genius Game UK or Big Brother Unlocked?

The Genius Game UK was the better product. I mean, they put a lot of effort into it and it didn't play out. Big Brother Unlocked?

[Corey]

I don't know. They.

They fired him at the end of this episode and I think maybe more should follow with him. Yeah, I think. I think there's a good idea hidden in here, but I don't think it was fully baked.

Well, maybe on the screen. Actually, I Was going to say absolutely not. Yeah, they could have gotten a cameo.

And you know what? We. We got a good 10 episodes out of it or something like that. But anyways, we're here. It's the finale. Interesting episode of BB Unlocked. There's theoretically important stuff, like they're trying to make BB Unlocked kind of necessary viewing by like throwing jury segments here. So there is some important stuff to discuss, but for the most part, we're just. We know what this is.

[America Lopez]

We're shooting the. Yeah, we watched the episode. You know, a lot of y' all watching probably maybe didn't, but we're gonna talk about it anyway because it was. It was. It'. Cute. You know what to expect, right? Like, at this point, I'm like, oh, another ranch room. Okay, strap it.

Like, see, this is only the second episode of BB Unlocked that I've watched. The first one was when they tricked us into.

[America Lopez]

We're like, that's my favorite episode.

[Corey]

Yeah.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

They were like, it's a two hour episode. And then I started it and I was like, wait, what? This is not the show that I signed up for. So everything was new to me. I don't know how many of these segments are, like, things that they're constantly doing, because the other one, I also had it on mute for most of it. But yeah, it was. I mean, it was interesting. I think that.

[Corey]

Okay, I don't know.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Yeah, ask me about it.

[Corey]

Yeah. Well, so I have a very tough question to start with you, Zach. Okay. Obviously this episode focused on the BB's, the award show for BB27. And the first comment they made was that Big Brother had never won an Emmy. If Big Brother were to win an Emmy, what would it be in?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

If Phoebe were to win an Emmy?

[America Lopez]

Worst twist.

[Corey]

Yeah. Category.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

You know, honestly, I'd have to give it best editing. And I would submit the Wall comp episode from every season. I would specifically submit the BB21 Jessica Milagros wall Comp fall. Yeah, I think, respect, all respect to the baby editors. What they're able to pull together in, like, such a quick turnaround is actually very impressive. So, like, I give the credit to them, of course.

[America Lopez]

So, like a participation award. I like that.

[Corey]

It is very, I think, unfair.

[America Lopez]

They do it, they get the job done.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

So, you know, comparing it to Survivor.

[Corey]

The trait, it's just not fair. Like, it's a different medium entirely. Look, I think casting Wise, they did a great job this year, I think. No, here's my hot take. Here's my hot take. Zach, let me know you think about this. Traders should not be eligible for a.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Casting award because it's just pawning off. No. No trade at this point. I used to think that. Now I think Traders should be able to get a casting award because the fact that Traders is able to get all of these people to say yes, all these CBS legends that should be saying yes to CBS shows, it's not like, discovering them. It's the, like, you know, convincing them that I think the casting really is getting rewarded for. So, no, I'm absolutely not gonna say that, like, Tony and Boston Rob and Brittany and Danielle deserve the Emmy less than Adrian and Zach and Zay.

[Corey]

Wow, what a stray. That is crazy.

[America Lopez]

You're like, oh, they only get the best of the best. And I'm like, that's why they should get an award for Traders. There's like hundreds of reality TV shows and contestants, and they managed to p. And like Zach said, like, convince them that it's worth, you know, a two week trip to Scotland to do, like, these, like, little challenges and stuff. Like, that's so cool. And. And I love it in terms of casting for this season, I think. Because you're saying you said it was a good casting babe, or. What were you saying, Corey? I'm just saying that we got really lucky.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Which one's babe, by the way? I just gotta be clear.

[America Lopez]

Stop.

That's him.

Because I did not say it's good casting.

Okay. Yeah, well, I think Corey thinks so. I think we got really lucky with the boot order because it could have been a disaster.

[Corey]

Yes. I mean, look, you. You win some, you lose some. We lost. Amy lost Zay. You know, like, I think there's another scenario where the season is just as entertaining in a whole different direction. But I digress. Yeah. Whoa, whoa, whoa. BB Breaking news. Keanu is talking to Ashley and Ava about how Morgan has to go. America, your thoughts?

[America Lopez]

Where's the earpiece? There was he. Derek had no earpiece. What do you mean, breaking news? What's.

[Corey]

He kept going?

[America Lopez]

Look, I love a good bit. If they're gonna do bits, can they at least make it believable, please? Yeah, I. I also.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

It also goes to show how little there is, like, game wise to talk about, because it's like, breaking news. Ashley told Keanu that they want to target Morgan. I'm like, I did. That's a Twitter update. That's not episode worthy. You know, Like, I can read that on bb, like, Hive or whatever that one's called. I mean, to be honest, like, if the entire episode was about Vincent Morgan, like, I would have been locked in, because that is, like, the one storyline that I am, like, all in for. That's the only thing that's kept me going since Rachel's left. So, like, credit to Big Brother. They do have something, like, riveting going on. It's just not the game.

[Corey]

No, it's been great. I think that those two specifically, and I think I was actually very impressed with how much they featured the. The Showman. So whatever you want to call it on Thursday, like, I kind of thought they'd want to stray away from it, but, like, it's impossible with this end game. It is literally the central thing that is dictating everything else. So, like, I'm actually impressed with how they handled that. But breaking news, like, they're desperately trying to figure out how Keanu can influence strategy in this house. Like, they're trying to figure out a way to be like, yeah, Keanu's important.

[America Lopez]

No, they need to. They need to show us more scenes of him just being delusional and being lost. I don't think they've done that enough so far. Right. Like, he. Every single time he talks game, it's just wrong. It is a superpower of his, and I just don't get it. We're getting down to, like, it's the last week, and he still thinks that, you know, he's got people. He's got people in his corner, and he does it. So that's just insane.

[Corey]

It was just like, Keanu has to open up Ashley's eyes to the threat that. Morg. No, come on. Keanu needs his eyes opened by everyone else in the house, and it still won't do anything. But, I mean, it's clear to me that.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

It's clear to me that the show has decided that it has three winners. Keanu, Morgan, or Vince, and they're building up to one of those three, and they're just, like, fingers crossed, hoping and praying that we don't get that, like, Ashley, Ava, final two. Because it, like, the show could not care less about those two and their stories. So I think right now, this is them, like, kind of building up to that. Like, all right, if a Keanu win is going to happen, like, you know, we've obviously invested a lot of time into him, but not really that much. Strategically. They're now trying to, like, pivot to him, like, getting a little bit of a strategic guy at it, which, you know.

[Corey]

Yeah. Oh, he tries.

[America Lopez]

So keep getting away with this. No, I'm like, at the window, like, slabbing, like, stop it.

[Corey]

My question is, like, you said that they're not focusing on Ava and Ashley. I agree with Ashley. I kind of feel like Ava's been over edited for the amount of impact she's had on the game. But, like, America, do you think Ava's gotten, like, shortchanged by the edit?

[America Lopez]

Not at all. I think it's been pretty appropriate. I don't think she's been over edited whatsoever. You know, she got that one moment when she got, like, Zach and Vince to flip and evict Adrian. Other than that, she's. It's been pretty quiet. You know, we see a ton of her on BB Unlocked, but that's because we watch BB Unlocked, babe. You know? But like, on the regular episodes, I don't remember getting too many Ava segments, so I don't think it's super disproportionate to her role in the game.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

No, I don't think that Ava's being under edited in the sense of, like, she's not on the show. I think that it's like Big Brother clearly has their preferred winners that they edit the season around. I think that, like, for your season, for example, they were certainly at a point building up to, like, all right, well, it's going to be Jag, Matt or Suri and like Bowie and Felicia, like the winners.

[Corey]

And it was not.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

It's basically like winners edit is like such a different thing in Survivor because they're building the story that they know is happening around the person in Big Brother. Like, they have the people that they really want to win and they're building the story towards. I think, like, the best example of that is Tyler in BB20. So then when something happens, like Casey steals it away at the last second, I don't think the show's really prepared for that. And I think they've been kind of lucky the past few with the person they've been pushing in the edit being the winner, but we'll see. I mean, I still think Ashley could kind of take it so, like, we could see an upset.

[Corey]

I think it's. I think it's a very. I think at this point it's very rare that you reach a final five where I think there are five winning outcomes. Like, I genuinely think everyone's got a path, a shot. But I do think, like, Keanu, Vince and Morgan are the most important figures in terms of the Strategy of the season left and Ashley certainly under edited. But like Ashley's type of game never is on the episodes. You know what I mean? Especially being a woman who's not winning comps like it's just kind of a death sentence in that regard. America, let me toss this to you. Big move or bad move? I think this is the worst edition of Big Move or Bad move of the season. It was just about Keanu talking to Ashley about targeting Vincent Morgan. So Big move or bad move?

[America Lopez]

His unfiltered honesty. Right. Is that bad? Kevin is just bad. We know that they didn't even. That took 30 seconds on the show. It should take 10 seconds here.

[Corey]

Yeah, yeah. You know what?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

You know my. My least favorite part of BB Unlocked is honestly the fact that it's replacing like those horrific like carnival episodes they used to do in Big Brother. Like do you remember in Big Brother 18 they had the Marley the Ziggy Marley concert? Or who was the guy with the watermelon that he would smash?

We did edit Polly out of one of them. I remember. Yes.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

They used to do these like horrible like mid season recap episodes that everyone like. It was the worst episode of the whole season. Gallagher, but Gallagher. Yes. Thank you. They were so bad. It's good, I would say. And these BB Unlocked are just like, they're fine. They're a little bit boring. Like there's not that like insanity to talk about other than the one where they showed Keanu peeing on the floor.

I want them to like let loose like intern Andrew who honestly to me is like the highlight of the episode because I'm like, who the is this guy?

I wanted to see. I wanted him to like take over. I wanted him to like do a strike. It also reminds me of the total drama island after show episodes, if you remember those. Corey.

Anywho let's talk about the. The. The bbs. So the first award was best fight of the season. Now look, shout outs to BB27 for just having like six. And I think there's actually more that they didn't list, but you know, they do the go to war with me, Keanu, Rachel, the. The Jimmy speech. The Riley and Mickey beef. Keanu and Ashley's scripted fight. The winner, I think was the correct winner of Keanu and Rachel going at it in the bathroom. But I have in my opinion, the correct fight that should have won this category that they didn't even include as a nominee.

[America Lopez]

It better not be scripted like the other five in this category.

[Corey]

This. You can't write this script. It is Vince and Morgan tomorrow night. I don't know what it's going to be about. I don't know who's going to start it.

[America Lopez]

That's the one thing where I'm like, you know what? Kelly is the instigator. Like she called herself the instigator all season. I'm like, she did that one thing. So I'll give that to her because she's the one that ran back to Keanu with the, you know, telling on Rachel. But yeah, I love it. The other fights are so kind of lame. You know, they're kind of very rehearsed. Very. It's kind of annoying.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Which was the worst night of those, do you think?

[Corey]

Oh, I think. I mean, the Jimmy one is almost so bad that I don't hate it.

[America Lopez]

Wait, can I tell you which one? The Mickey Riley one. Because it ended up with Mickey being in love with Riley afterwards. After, you know. Yeah.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Can I tell you also, I have completely, completely memory hold Riley from like my life. I. I genuinely forgot that this human existed. And I'm not even like one of those people who like. Because look, I know I was on one episode of the show. Like, you can forget me too. Don't worry. But like, seeing Riley back on the show, it's like, oh my God. Like that was the season. Like, holy. This show dodged the biggest bullet there. Like he should still be around.

[Corey]

Well, I think the nice thing, Zach, is, like, I don't know if you're forgettable. I would disagree with that. But you're definitely not struck from the record in the way that Riley was. So that's a huge W. Clearly not.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I mean, he's gonna be at the reunion. They didn't invite me to the Survivor after show. I didn't get pizza and champagne.

[Corey]

Damn. This got sad. It's got dark. I don't know the worst fight. I just think. I think the Ashley and Keanu one was pretty terrible because, like. And it was the same thing as Jimmy, except I think Ashley did a better job than Jimmy, which has some good lines. Jimmy's more, you know. Okay. And they actually ended up fighting after Ashley's, like, script, which I.

[America Lopez]

Real fight.

[Corey]

Yeah.

They didn't just make up, like, Jimmy and Keanu, Right?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Yeah. And I think that also, like, Keanu gave a better reaction to Ashley. Like, Keanu actually got frustrated, actually, in a way that, like, he kind of.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Showed Jimmy's, which was cool. And I respect, like, Keanu for, like, the. Like, the. How long did it take you to write that? Or whatever, but I think that Keanu contributed more in the Ashley fight.

[Corey]

I agree. Zach, let me. Let me toss this one at you. You've done some producing in your day. Let's talk about the Fantasy BB correspondent, Chelsea, and this fantasy BB segment. From a producer's lens, what do you think about this segment enduring all five episodes of Big Brother Unlocked?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I think that there should be a punishment attached to it. I don't think that people care when someone wins. I think that they care when someone loses. And I think that that's, like, the real. Because for me, I'm like, who gets a trophy? Like, whatever. But if there was some, like, humiliation thing, like, you know, Big Brother loves its costumes, loves. It's, like, punishments. That, to me, would be, like, a lot more fun because. Yeah, I. I mean, having just tuned into this episode, I was like, I don't care who, you know, who you picked.

[America Lopez]

Literally, Zach. That's what I've been saying. I'm like, please have one. Wear, like, a goofy costume. I know they have one somewhere, right? Like, goofy leotard or whatever, and have them, like, ride on a bike around, like, LA and record it, and that'll be, like, the punishment, right? That's. Yeah, that's cute. I'd be more invested in that than an ugly trophy.

It should be something like, maybe, like, the loser has to, like, do something at the finale in front of the house guests that like, would have no clue that this whole thing was going on. Yeah, like that would that because that would be aired. That would be something that we could like build up to. Like, imagine if it's like Derek loses and like his punishment is he has to like interrupt the live show to like propose to Julie Chan. Something like that.

To me, they did leave out a Morgan quote that I wish they put in this one liner where she was talking to Vince and goes. It feels like the only thing you're focusing on is your game. It's like, it just epitomizes the whole thing.

It's like all Morgan quotes. I like the blankie one. You're gonna sit Lauren down and give her a blankie and a bottle and you're gonna, you know, tap her back while she drinks it. That's an iconic one as well.

Yeah, they should have. They should have described these as like option one.

Well, can we. Before we get into the jury, can we talk about James Gunn? The fact that they got James done on this. I mean, how crazy is that?

Is it that great? Okay. Obviously, he's a huge deal. He's a very wealthy person. He's a very famous director.

[America Lopez]

But relevant right now, too, because of, like, Superman and stuff.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

He is. He is on top of the world right now. Like, this is. He's never been more famous than he is right now.

[America Lopez]

You know, CBS got. I think our big brother got so lucky that he came out as a Big Brother fan this year, because I don't think. Did anybody know that he was a super fan before his tweets, like, a month ago?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Well, Taylor. Well, Taylor was friends with him ahead of time. Yeah. And then he did an interview recently where he shouted her out. And during that interview, he talked. I think that was the first time he was publicly a Big Brother fan, which is a huge mistake. You should never admit that to anyone. So first of all, let me just say, like, huge props to them for getting James Gunn. That's incredible. Listening to him talk about the game to me is like talking to your, like, casual fan co worker to your dad, Zach.

[America Lopez]

I was like, oh, my God, this is Michael Wartenberger.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I think even my dad is, like, more into. Because James, he absolutely is a true super fan of the show. But when you hear his opinions of it, you're like, oh, my God. Like, this is, like, this is rough. Like, this is what, like, only episodes does to someone.

[Corey]

Yeah, it is funny. Every single celebrity comes on Big Brother Unlocked and says, I really like Keanu Ashley. No chance of winning. Every single one has the same three lines. And honestly, I think James Gunn, big Picture, one of the better guests. I think Jerry o' Connell is my number one. I think Lance Bass was fun. I think James Gunn is in that mix.

[America Lopez]

Just fun for me.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

If you're gonna have celebrities on this show, like Lance Bass, Jerry o', Connell, like, likely place for them to be, like, I'm not shocked they said yes Unlocked. You know, Bobby Moynihan was cool. That was a good get. I don't know how well he actually did Boston Rob. It's like, all right, we got Boston Rob. Great. Like, fun. But James Gunn was just like. I think the only time where, like, the actual name of the celebrity, like.

Moved me in any way. Well, so, Zach, are you privy to the Boston Rob is the Mastermind theory?

So here's the theory, here's the pieces. There's a lot of evidence.

Boston Rob, out of nowhere is on Big Brother unlocked. He's a part of the community. Weird, right? And him and Derek. Derek's dropped it, like, six different times. If you want to play Big Brother, I'll play Big Brother. We can both play Big Brother. And we got the Winter Olympics coming up, which often hails in a Celebrity Big Brother style two week season. In the world of reality TV crossovers, do you think there's a chance we get a Boston Rob, Big Brother appearance first to complete the trifecta?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Hold on. So you're saying these are two different questions? Because I thought you were asking if he was the mastermind.

[Corey]

Well, it's all one theory.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

No, he's not the mastermind. But I think if there is a Celebrity Big Brother, he will be on Celebrity Big Brother. Okay, so you know, like, Mastermind as the mastermind. Like, what a lame twist that would be. Like, hey, here's this guy from this other show that you don't know because most Big Brother fans, like, don't watch Survivor. It would mean nothing to them. Lance Bass would mean more to them.

[America Lopez]

I was gonna say. So wait, you think it'd be Celebrity Big Brother, not a regular Big Brother season. I also have never watched Boston Rob on any show, so it'd be miserable.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

You, like, if you saw Boston Rob was the Mastermind, you'd be like, okay.

[America Lopez]

It'S how we felt when we. Well, how? I. You know, a lot of us who don't watch Survivor felt when we saw siree, like, day one, we're like, oh, production's here. What? Like, right? We were so confused.

[Corey]

America, I need you to. I need you to put a chip on the table. Who's the mastermind? We all have theories. Where's yours?

[America Lopez]

Oh, my God. Mastermind. Julie Chen has a twin, and it is her twin under or, like, it's gonna be like Scooby Doo style, where.

[Corey]

Yeah, it's Scrappy Doo.

[America Lopez]

It's. It's gotta be. Please just give me a real person. I don't want it to be janky. That'd be so nice.

[Corey]

Oh, that would be terrible. I. Here's my Actual, like, my locked in guess. And this is. I'm hoping against all hope I'm wrong. Evil dick feels like a decent fit. No Chad, is he blacklisted? Is he gone from the show?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Beyond. Beyond Blacklist listed. I could not imagine they would do evil Dick.

Getting at Rachel in that way. That kind of seems like an evil dick move.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I think it's. Yeah, I think it's more likely to be his daughter, honestly, for trying to get Rachel out.

[Corey]

Okay, well, let's talk about the jury segment. Always fun to see this. I was like, wait, but we get Rachel and Will. Fun fact. This is also our jury house, so shout outs. I think they've been using it for the past few years. Rachel's there. She's saying that her and Will are going to get cocktails, which. That's annoying. We barely got any alcohol. Zach, my question to you. Ponderosa alcohol situation. How'd that work?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

It was so much.

[Corey]

So I tap.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

Yeah, it was unlimited. I had just turned 21, and basically I was just drinking the entire time. And, like, I learned all different kinds of alcohol. Jenny Kim was my. Was my teacher. She really liked, like, let me know, like, what. She let me know, like, what's cool to drink, what's not. Like, she. She was amazing. And then. Yeah, I mean, also, Swathy got there. Lydia. It was people who like to drink. So, yeah, we were like, CBS gave us the credit card, and we didn't give it back.

[America Lopez]

Babe, I'm sure they have tequila in the house right now. Like, oh, yeah, no doubt. I don't know what Rachel's favorite drink is now, but whatever it is, you know, they have it there. It's different. You know, she's on a whole new.

[Corey]

We talked about this, America. And I'm going to say this, and I fully think this is a good thing. I think Rachel might be the most, like, privileged juror of all time in terms of if she wants something. I don't think she's going to be the one to, like, demand things, but I think they give her whatever she wanted after the way she was flung from the house. She wants to FaceTime. Brendan, if she wants to have her dog in the jury, like, I think they would give her anything.

[America Lopez]

She gets trips to the grocery store. I'm sure, like, you know, I don't know.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I mean, you would think. You would think that's how they would treat her, but you would think that they would have treated her a lot differently the whole season, like, if that were the case.

[America Lopez]

Look, Zach, we were with Surrey in the jury house. And there was. Yeah, it felt a little different, so I'm sure the same.

[Corey]

The glasses were a bit more full.

[America Lopez]

Yeah. After Sorry got there, it wouldn't.

[Corey]

You know what?

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I don't even think that it's like they're giving special privileges to, like, a Surrey or Rachel as much as I think it is that they're more willing to ask and push the boundaries because they know, like, they've been here before. They know the deal. This is what you hear about returnee seasons, where people are a lot more demanding a lot more because they know, hey, like, I know what your actual job is beforehand. You just seen, like, this, like, person who's in charge of me, whatever. Like, I realize you're an associate producer. Like, I realize that I'm actually probably higher than you in the CBS food chain. So, yeah, they're more comfortable just demanding stuff and asking, and then people will just do it because it's easier to not, like, deal with the difficult contestants.

[America Lopez]

Yeah, that makes sense. I wish we got more of the jury house. You know, we got the short segment of them walking through, like, Will's week. Rachel was shocked that it was Lauren's hoh that took Will out, and she's like, what is going on? She actually put up Morgan, and we. I want to see more of that conversation. Like, what are. What are. I mean, okay. No, I don't want to spoil anything, but, you know, like, what are Rachel's thoughts about everyone that's left Left, besides just the one sentence that she gave us?

[Corey]

Well, so I do think there's a perception, and that perception might shift after they see the next couple people funnel into the jury house that Vince is a better strategic player than he is in the jury house. Certainly Will left the house with that idea of Vince is a mastermind. That's what he said in his Julie interview. Obviously, things can change. I'm probably the biggest example of. I went to the jury saying Matt was the best player ever and JAG was terrible, and my vote did not reflect that. So, like, trying to guess jury votes in is genuinely, like, futile, but it is a fun thing to do. The one quote that pissed me off, Zach, they talked about, Vince is running Lauren's HOH as Morgan's nominated, which, like, don't get me wrong, Lauren is way too loyal to Vince. Has been the entire season. But it felt like we're giving Vince a lot of credit. Yeah.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I mean, I don't know. I didn't watch that episode, to be honest. I can't really comment on whether or not Vince did or did not. I'll be totally honest. After Rachel was screwed out of the show, I was like, that's it. I'm only following on Twitter. I'm embargoing this show. And then the double eviction, I was like, you all right? I'm like, an addict. Yeah, I got it. I gotta check out the double eviction. And that kind of brought me back in because I was like, wait, this is actually still fun. But. But, yeah, I think that the perception of Vince is that he is a very strategic player. I think that the allegiance he has gotten from so many people in the house actually is remarkable, and I think that that could be enough to just, like, get the win. Like, how did he snow these people? It's just that he snows these people and then doesn't do anything with it. He doesn't actually, like, make the moves that will benefit his game. But I think he's done enough to, like, kind of reinforce the perception that, like, if he gives a good jury speech, people will buy into the, like. No, Vince actually did have his finger on the pulse the whole time.

[Corey]

It's also the way he looks. I, I. And maybe this is a hot take. I don't think it. It should be. If Vince is a woman, he's perceived extremely differently. Even if he. Well, no, if he's a big, strong guy, he's probably perceived as even more of a dominant, strategic player. But I do think, just by virtue of being the weaselly, schemy nerd with a mustache, I think people are going to give him more strategic credit than maybe he deserves.

[America Lopez]

America, I also don't think that we are getting, like, we got, like, two minutes of conversation between Will and Rachel. Like, I. And we have so much time. This is like, 15 minutes into the episode. I was like, I want more of this. Like, what do they think for real about everybody? But, I mean, whatever. I'll take the crumbs.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I think Rachel would be happy to vote for Vince. I think that Rachel does see Vince as, like, a gamer in the house. Even if she likes, like, the whining and all that stuff she doesn't respect, I still think she would vote for him over that.

[Corey]

There's no one is the thing. There's no one.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

I don't know, Keon.

[Corey]

I think there's votes.

I think Morgan.

[Corey]

I think Morgan could end up being tight against Vince. Honestly, I don't know if that's odd.

I don't. I think Vince could get, like, One vote, maybe.

I mean, that's. But that's based on what we're seeing as feeders, as people. I think that there's a perception in the house that Vince is a lot more of the dominant force that I do think could actually. I mean, in the way that, like, Jag and Matt, like, as feeders, we were all like, oh, my God. Matt is the one who is much more of, like, a forceful player in this game and a better player. But that wasn't your perception at all. And that also came down to how they describe their games.

[Corey]

I want to say forceful is the word. Maybe better for sure. But I do think the perception of Vincent Morgan, specifically as a duo, especially after they see the video of Vince putting Lauren on the block and Lauren and Kelly coming in saying, Morgan's right. Like, I think. I think between those two, I actually feel pretty confident. But that's, you know, famous last words. Oh, whoa, whoa. Breaking news. And then they went to commercial. So we'll get to the breaking news in a second. Dignity Lost moment of the season. Fun category. Worry. I again think they chose stupid things. So Keanu splits his pants.

Pretty classic moment.

Classic Keanu. Rachel lost her ring. It's funny how she, like, belly flopped it. Morgan with Zach's bracelet.

Just. Yeah, him. I think if you're going to choose a moment for events, you probably do him crying to Keanu, like, when he found out Keanu was going to nominate him.

Yeah. Or the Keanu yelling at him in the boxing gym.

Another moment was Rachel, week one, telling Zay, you come for the queen, you're going to get beheaded. And then him, you know, immediately getting evicted is so funny and so iconic. And then my favorite. I cannot stop watching this clip. Whenever it comes up on my feed. I have to watch the entire thing like 10 times times. Morgan coming into Vince's HOH room and they go in and it looks like they're about to embrace. And she's like, are you alone? And he's like, yeah. And they turn and they're like, oh, whoa, you guys are here. Kelly and Keanu are totally in the room and they just look totally like.

Startled. It's so funny.

I've been watching that non stop. It's in my bookmarks, literally. And then I like. So I show it to my co workers who are like, you know, know, vaguely watching the show. No, not all survivor people can say the same game. I would say that my actual favorite moment of the season genuinely is the Ashley. Like.

Like that vote. And that was. Again, that was. I mean, that was Rachel and Ashley, like, attack team. Like, it was Rachel fighting till the very end and Ashley having the guts to do that, which was just insane.

And you got to add Will being like, flabbergasted in that little hallway. That's iconic.

Yeah, that was awesome.

Honorable mention to Riley's eviction. Just in general, that was probably. There was a run of like three, four weeks in a row where I was standing up, jumping up and down like a little kid watching these. These Thursday episodes. So BB 27, not all bad. There's a lot of fun.

There's 27. I just. I want to lock this in that it is like BB27 is like A.

[Corey]

So bad.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

It's good season. Like, it is fundamentally a bad season, but not in, like, the BB22 way where it's just like, unwatchable. It's just horrific mov. Non stop. The final five is like insane with all the stories they've got going on, good moments throughout, terrible gameplay, terrible production. But, I mean, I've been invested despite it all.

[America Lopez]

It's just been so entertaining. Like, we. We thought the season was going to end after Rachel left. Right. But just when you think you're out, they pull you back in and it's. I can't stop. It is so good. It's. It's. I think, think my favorite new. One of my favorite new era seasons for sure.

Yeah. I'm just gonna say I think I haven't written out my rankings. I think it's top 10. Like, I legitimately think this is a really good season with a great boot order, with awesome competition outcomes, with two massive fucking flaws.

Yeah, we. We can't jinx it though, because if we somehow get an Ava win at the end, oh, my God, what a disaster. It all comes down to who the winner is.

Is I even then, like, I think even a Vince win is like, that's something. That's an. That's a. That's an outcome.

I think for me, Vince runner up elevates the season so much for me.

Yeah. Ava beating Vince is a low key, funny outcome to Ellie.

Ellie beating Vince was the number one. Like, run for me. That's what I wanted from this season.

Diabolical. Let's talk about the final hot list of the season. We don't actually have to talk about it. Let's just go around the horn zone. Zach, who's winning the season? Who.

Who do I want to win or who is going to win?

Who's going to win? I think it's probably. I mean, it's honestly Morgan or Keanu at this point. To me, I'll lean more. I'll lean Keanu. We don't know who the HOH is, obviously, and I think Keanu just has the comp prowess to just cop out from this point. Who do I want to win? As you know, Corey, me, and mom are still doing the big brother draft, and we are in first place for fantasy big brother, so we're looking really strong, actually. And I think we're probably going to lock in on Ashley because we picked her preseason. And regardless, whoever we end up choosing at the end, if they win, we're going to win $4,000. So I want them to win.

Okay, well, there you go. I think Morgan's going to win, and I would like. I think Keanu, Ashley, Morgan. I'm happy with all of those outcomes. I don't. I don't mind. I think Keanu, I think, is the most fitt winner for this Chichova season. Morgan would by far be the best winner, and I can't help but root for Ashley. She's just so fun, and she's one of the better players in the season. Of course. America, what about you?

I think Morgan should win. I think Keanu is gonna take it.

It's go. That would be insane. Okay, in memoriam. We already talked about this. I thought the. The funniest by far was Lauren. Indecisive moments colonial.

She was so terrible in the Julie interview. Like, it was really shocking when Kelly came out.

Like, it went about how I thought it was gonna go, you know? And I don't know, for every answer, I thought it was really, really funny how, you know, what did they say, babe? Oh, indecisive. That was cute. I like this. I like the whole Bit of, like, the BB awards. Right. The BBs, and they have every category and the In Memoriam. I'm like, I. I really liked this bit. I liked the episode having, like, a theme. I think maybe they should do that more.

Yeah, I. I liked it. I like it better in bbcan when they do, like, the BB Can Awards and they have the final four doing do it, and then the final four gets to react to all these clips that they'd never seen before. Like, if you're gonna do a BB Award show, I think that's the way to do it.

Anywho, worst move of the season is the next bb. They did, and they showed a couple, you know, Zay declaring war on Rachel, which really wasn't that bad. Riley being dethroned. That was pretty bad. Rachel White Locust is so disrespectful. That is a bad.

So, so insulting. I was, like, angry seeing that.

That fortunately, there was no question of who was going to win this award. Arguably the worst move in Big Brother history. It's certainly in the mix. It is actually you, Zach, not using your power. Yeah. At least he got 10k out of it. Like, I think that's one thing. You could argue that it's not the worst move ever.

I was so relieved when Zach left because I was so sick of seeing all these Twitter things, of being like, I hate Zach. Zach is a piece of. And I'm like, I know you're not talking about me, but it still hurts.

I'll just say my pick was between Kelly and Amy. Amy. I think. I think most often Amy is the first evicted from the Big Brother house, which is crazy because she didn't do as many obviously terrible things.

I think that it can go in either direction. They could make this, like, the campiest, most ridiculous Gallagher style recap show. And I would. I would be into that. Or they could go really, like, high quality, like, get the guests we actually want to see. Like, keep it moving, keep it fast. Like, it needs to choose a lane. And right now it's two in the middle all. And there's, like, nothing that I'm really getting from it. But, you know, I like that they're taking this shot. I like that they're investing in Big Brother, and I hope it comes back in some form. I just. I don't know if I'm going to watch it, if it's the same as it is now.

America, your final thoughts.

[America Lopez]

This is fun. You know, getting to talk to other reality TV people about Big Brother is always. It's always a blast. But I think, like, Zach, they need to change it up a little bit. I want to see, and I've said this from the very beginning, after Sun Love Island Vibes, where it's just more relaxed. It's not as choppy with the dialogue. It's people having actual conversations. I want to see them interviewing house guests do the, you know, HOH type. They wouldn't be able to do that. So they have to reschedule it to someday other than Friday, right? Yeah, but, yeah, just a little bit more. More relaxed and vibey than like, the Sports center vibe. But whatever they want to do, I'll eat it up anyway, let's be honest. So, yeah, that's it.

[Corey]

The great thing about BB Unlocked is it's optional. You don't have to watch it if you don't want my notes on it. My final thoughts is, like, Sports center for Big Brother doesn't need to exist. Like, I don't think as a concept, there's a way to make that really work. Shout outs to Taylor and Derek, all the celebrity guests, to even intern Andrew. Like, I don't think it's anyone's fault. I think Taylor and Derek gained a good amount of chemistry throughout the season, and they were, like, the furthest thing from. Yeah, but I just think ultimately, like, just show us more clips. Show us More unseen stuff and then just have it be less host centric because it just doesn't matter, right? Like it doesn't matter seeing like people's thoughts on clips when we know there's so much more beyond the clips. Just show us more with someone like setting them up a little bit bit. Who knows where we get another season. But this was fun.

It's also, it's just too much. It's just too much when I have to watch and I wouldn't have watched it normally this episode when I have to watch a two hour Wednesday episode and then a two hour Thursday episode and then an hour on Friday. Like that's really. You're limiting it to like the most devoted of most devoted fans who you already hate because you screwed Rachel out of the game.

[Corey]

Oh my God. Also bring alum instead of celebrities, please. Like you got enough big alum.

[America Lopez]

Or instead of an after sun vibe again, I'm thinking Love Island Unseen bits vibe. Have you seen that episode of Love Island? They dedicate an episode where it's just things that they don't show on the episodes. So like things that non feeders that casuals would never get would never understand. That's all they got to do. They don't even have to have posts. But if they do, like you said, they can set it up.

[Zach Wurttenberger]

But I mean to be honest, that would also be boring. Survivor used to do that every year and like it was the worst episode of each year. So like the idea for us, Zach.

Because we watch the feeds and we keep up on Twitter but this is catered for casuals. You know, they don't watch the feeds and never log on.

They the casuals are going to be like, where's the comp? Where's Mike? Like.
