The Rise Like A Phoenix Podcast is a podcast created for the Good Girl women of the world who KNOWS their Good Girl powers have value.
We are former people pleasers who know our sh*t and aren't afraid to break the mold (the mold we worked very hard to fit into once upon a time).
This is for the women who grew up never breaking any rules, ended up shrinking themselves to fit the mold in the process and are now on a journey to reclaim their authentic, powerful self.
In this podcast you'll learn about manifestation from a scientific and energetic perspective, you'll get the ins and outs of the nervous system, hear me speak about money, anxiety and business, become a master thinker in control of your own mind - all while embracing the Good Girl values you love about yourself.
We might not have broken the rules growing up, but it is Good Girls like us who grow into women that end up re-writing the whole damn rulebook.

Boundaries can be tricky. As women we are either perceived as too much, not enough, too loud, too quiet, too bold, too bossy, too sassy, not sassy enough - it can at times seem like we can't win.But the solution we as women collectively are looking for, cannot be found outside of ourselves. Our boundaries should always be based on our own selves. Do I want to say yes? Do I want to say no? Is it an all in or a wait a minute? In this episode we dive into the leaks and clogs of boundaries and identify what they mean, why they matter and how to know when to set which boundary. Not to mention how boundaries are directly linked to our intuition and how our intuition is our best friend when exploring the world of boundaries. Hosted on Acast. Good Girls are natural born leaders with a yet-to-be-explored potential. We see solutions to large world-scale problems and to us these solutions feel like: "why don't we just do it like this?" - simple, easy and natural. In today's episode I explain this perspective by looking at it through the lense of universal masculine and feminine energy, identifying Good Girls as feminine dominant. Let's explore what being feminine dominant means, why this is our superpower and why the key to world piece lies within this unique superpower of ours. We might not have been the ones breaking rules growing up, but when we step into our authenticity and return to our innate power (which in this episode you'll see lie within your feminine traits), we are the ones who end up re-writing the whole damn rulebook. And let's face it, there are a couple of rules or eighty around the world, that could benefit from a little upgrade. So let's dig in!Connect with me on social mediaInstagram: @kamillascontainer. A lot of women who have spent their lives fitting into the Good girl format end up shrinking themselves to fit the mold in the process. This often makes us feel frustrated, irritated and left with a feeling that there is more to us than what we let the word see. We hide parts of ourselves and for many women, when this has been the normal for sever years, they end up not knowing what they want. This podcast episode will help you return to your most authentic self and discover what you truly want in this life. There are two exercises you can do at the backend of this episode, so sit down, take me for a walk or put me in your ear while you hit the gym and let's get you back to who you were before life told you who you should be. Are your curious about spiritual concepts like energy work, manifestation and life beyond our five senses? All while being afraid to admit it out loud? Then you might find yourself in a spiritual closet. And that is not helping your dream reality unfold. In this episode I talk about what spirituality is, how we can step out of a spiritual closet, and why life on the outside of that closet isn't as dangerous as we believe it is when we stand inside it. I share my experience with coming out of a spiritual closet, and I share some belief systems I have adapted into my autopilot after I came out, that might inspire you to do the same. Tune into your emotional guidance system as you listen to this, and let's debunk some myths about what is and isn't spiritual. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Your nervous system is for the most part one big autopilot that's operating on your behalf to serve you, based on a setting that was put together by default when you were little. When we understand that said autopilot is in charge of how our life unfolds, it is within our interest to make sure it works on our favor.Since our parents had little to know insight and knowledge about this (we don't blame them, how could they know when it wasn't wildly recognized back then?), it is is not set in a favorable way for a lot of us. That leaves us with two options: 1) leave it as is and live with the consequences (your life unfolding the same way it has up until now), or 2) go in and make changes to it to set it up in a way that will generate your dream life (no limitations). This episode will teach you how to successfully choose option number 2 and make sure you kick ass at it! Welcome to the Rise Like a Phoenix Podcast, where I teach the self proclaimed (or not so self proclaimed) good girls like yourself, how to go from playing small to changing the world. Whether you are here to heal anxiety, break generational trauma, build wealth or learn how to crack the code of manifestation, I'll teach you how to efficiently communicate with your nervous system, re-wire your own inner autopilot and get in touch with your higher most authentic self. Because when you know how to do THAT, you can do anything! This episode is an opportunity to think differently about your own traumas in life. By sharing my story - and one of my most sacred dreams - I invite to rethink how you view all the life events you wish never happened.Bring your coffee, let's go for a walk or let me accompany you while you do the dishes (my favorite time to listen to podcasts), and let's get to realizing that we have the ability to turn everything we touch into gold.
