Among her many accolades Soodeh has founded two successful startups including C2RO, an award winning AI Video Analytics platform. In 2018, Soodeh was named a finalist for the Young Quebec Entrepreneurs Provisional Award, and in 2020 she was a finalist for Canadian Women Entrepreneurs National Award. She is also the co-founder of the Women of MENA (Middle Eastern North Africa) in Tech community (Montreal Chapter), and an advisory committee member of the Women in Leadership Foundation in Canada. She serves as a business advisor and board member for several tech startups and organizations and is a public speaker at product/D&I/startup events.
