The medical profession’s failings may be enough for Lindsay Clancy’s to avoid the worst punishment for the murder of her three children, Cora (5 years old), Dawson (3 years old) and Callan (8 months). Clancy murdered her three children after sending her husband Patrick to pick-up takeout dinner for the family at a restaurant approx 25 minute drive from their Duxbury, MA home. After strangling her children, Clancy harmed herself by cutting her wrists and neck and jumped out of a second story window of the home.
