Well, the intended topic was completely different, but I managed to produce a rather intersting but slightly disjointed thought essay on this topic! Bear with me, and take from it the nuggets which are important!

Never forget this, even in your darkest and hardest seasons. Whether it's just that so many other people are going through what you are, or whether it's that there is a greater good holding you in it's arms and giving you the strength to deal with what you need to do. You are not alone💞

Short life update! Good to be back! And I wanted to share "Letters From Love" and my letter which I read so that you can get the main idea of how to write yourself a letter from love! A great exercise in self awareness, and in self care in my opinion!!

Why should we be tolerant? What does it actually mean? And when does tolerance become apathy?

Is it a good thing, or can too much of it become a bad thing. I don't really know, but it's good to think about!

Find your peace, or uncover your peace. Just wanted to talk about this and hopefully give some insights into my thoughts and approach to finding peace.

Here we go with part 2 - so much to this often used word! Love digging into the research, and love thinking about just how much this radiates into so may corners of our lives!

Who knew there was so much to learn about gratitude! Makes me so grateful! And although we know there are benefits, what are they? And how can we be more grateful, and why should we?!!

What does this mean to you? Let's define dreams first of all, and then lets talk about how realistic this old adage actually is, and/or how we can make it work for each of us in a healthy and robust way. Life is made for dreaming, and for living your dreams!
