It's a Twofer! Two episodes of Madam Secretary Recap! Minefield & Women Transform the World. Julie Dolan and Lian Dolan break down the last 2 episodes of the CBS drama: Season 4, Episode 10 Daisy makes it through 4 hours of work- then has to take 2 days off. Welcome to Motherhood. Dimitri is putting Stevie in danger. "Should I be afraid?" Um, yes, Stevie. Because you are a target now, Stevie. It's terrible to be a woman. Here, there and especially in Afghanistan. Story 1: Daisy comes back to work. and within hours, has a lightbulb moment-- I can't do this alone-- and leaves. Heads to CT to meet grandma. A little suspicious of Suburban Nana. Story 2: Meanwhile, Dimitri time travels to Kabul, gets his buddy killed, makes himself and target-- and puts Stevie in the line of fire. She really picks terrible boyfriends. Story 3: The State Dept is putting together a woman's conference and as far as I can tell, Bess is the producer of the event. In the meantime, the Taliban wants to negotiate with the Americans for a seat at the table. Except only for men. And they promise all kinds of BS opportunities for women. But Sec of Education Emina knows it's all BS. But Bess jumps on board-- and we are very very sad. Season 4, Episode 9 Minefield In last week's episode, we got the party we wanted-- Tony winners at the piano belting out tunes-- sadly they were holiday songs and not the score from Les Miz. Stevie takes over the party planning. Does a boffo job. Has a moment fo calority about her mother and then makes out with Dimitri in the snow-- all good. But the party is basically a TRAP! Someone call Miss Manners! We don't think you should include people on your guest list just so theat the FBI can raid their house. Or negotiate a deal with Congress. But we do believe in party favors. We think she Bess missed the boat there! Learn more about your ad choices.
